She does everything she can to try to help with a solution to whatever you need to make you feel better. Kimonya Lee I have been a patient of Mrs. Henderson for over 4 years and this is the first visit where the nursing staff was not rude. I always feel welcomed by Mrs. Henderson, the Lab Team, X-Ray, and Front Desk Receptionist but Mrs.Henderson’s nurses are anything but welcoming. This first was better than before but here are few tips for improvement: - greet the patient after you call for them in the lobby - attend a customer service training - when the patient has concerns please just write it down and let the doctor do their job The experience was much better than previous visits and to be honest I only continue to come back because I like the service I get from Mrs. Henderson. To the maintenance/cleaning crew please do something about smell of stale and old clothes in the lobby on Mrs. Hendersons’ side.

She always allows me the time at my appointments to discuss my health and any concerns I might have which is paramount with me as this is not very easy to find these days. I will always stay with Dana Broussard as long as she is available.

Renitha Gay Pleasant atmosphere, friendly office staff, pleasant bed side manners with the nurses, doctor, and the Anesthesiologist. The doctor informed myself and spouse of his findings afterwards. Things was done in a timely manner and staff took the time to follow up with me on a later date.

Angie M Cant say enough positive things about the staff, doctors, and nurses at Endoscopy Center of Southeast Texas. They made my experience as pleasant as it could be. They were very personable and answered all of my questions to where I understood my results. From the check in to the discharge I couldnt have been more comfortable with my procedure.

Shona My experience was good. When I came in to make the appointment those ladies were great! My only downfall. I was feeling bad the day after the procedure now its 2 days after and a nurse still hasnt reached out to me after I left 2 messages. Dont offer a service you dont have. When I told the lady who called to check on me she said oh thats for the nurse to handle. I told her I left a message. This information went in deaf ears.

I would highly recommend his team and facility for GI care.

Brenda Maldonado The front office staff could be a bit more welcoming, particularly when a patient appointment delay is anticipated. I had to forgo my lunch break to leave work early, which would not have been a problem with a minor delay, but waiting from 1:00 to after 3:00 for my appointment was excessive. A notification of the delay would have been appreciated. When I inquired about the wait time after over an hour, the response was rather curt. The doctor and other medical staff are excellent.

Rob Smoak I can’t express in words the quality and level of professionalism we experienced with my gastric sleeve operation handled by Dr. Kevin Dean. The pre-visits were informative, instructions were clear, the procedure went as planned and post surgery visit was a breeze. If you follow his offices guidance and expert tips then there’s no doubt you will be pleased with the outcome. I now get to experience the goals I set forth for myself, it’s up to me to get there - I’ve already seen positive changes day three.

Jaye Love Dr Aziz is very good....but I wished that the entire association at Setma on Calder were more prompt, and less forgetful....Ive been recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic, and waiting a month to get my recently prescribed testing equipment authorized by the doctor so that the insurance will pay for it....the sensors and the monitor....the transmitter has been approved....other than that, theyre very good.

Ruthl3ss B3auty Update: Ms. Roni and the clinical administrator contacted me, answered every question and even told me if I needed to come back I could. The follow up was great and they made me feel like my toddler was their family member and wanted to do whatever to make sure everything was addressed. I brought my toddler to Beaumont Emergency Hospital yesterday around noon. Earlier this week, we were told she has strep and given amoxicillin. 3 days later, persistent fever and complaints of neck pain, I picked this place over an urgent care just in case we needed XRays etc and over Baptist to avoid the long wait. We are private pay, called before arrival and was given a quote of $350, this amount was okay for a piece of mind. Arrived, informed of recommendations, the total was $650 for an assessment, in house labs/swabs/xray (which was still okay for a piece of mind, advertised short wait times and kids being VIP). We experienced a longer than expected wait but kind receptionists, nurses and experienced physician.

Andrea Arteaga My 13 year old brother was having horrible pain in his stomach and my mom and I came to receive treatment and request for scans in case it was anything major. From when my mom arrived, she felt the service was NOT personable or kind at all, very dry and disconnected. On different occasions, we felt like an object rather than people needing care. From getting his vitals checks, Dr coming in the first time to see him, and when the results the Dr literally popped his head in saying "its just a stomach bug" and popped out again, didnt even bother coming all the way in. Truly, the only professional who was kind and had good bedside manner was Holly, the ultrasound tech. The bill was not cheap either. Like other reviews, we have to pay upfront $1250, my mom barely in the door. If the care and service was better, it would have been well spent. 4+ hours, a lot of time spent waiting around and when attended, it was poorly. Don’t go to this place !! If you’re expecting to get good service.

Kelly Eddy My daughter was in the hospital yesterday. Just had to say Dr. Myers is a really good doctor. When I first met him, I did not like him. I believe he was frustrated after the first CAT scan results showed no issues. I can say he tried to keep my daughter comfortable the whole time she was there. Dr. Myers decided since we could not have her admitted to a hospital nearby to have a second CAT scan with they fluids and found that my daughter had kidney stones that were missed and the first CAT scan.. his whole demeanor changed and I realized he is awesome and I do believe that the whole racing for the way he acted that first was because he was upset that he wasn’t able to solve our problem. Once it came out that the radiologist was wrong and there was a solution, Dr. Myers was just as happy as we were. I do thank him for everything he did. He worked hard to get us a solution. As far as radiology, that’s why I dropped at a star. They should’ve seen a 4 mm stone on the first scan. So the doctor is not at fault. He went by what the radiologist said. Thank God, he ordered the second scan.

Deanna, the lady up front is rude! They don’t return your calls, and lies about contacting your insurance company, you MUST go behind them and do the work. I feel ignored, and pushed to the side. Can’t believe I did the commercial this office asked me to participate in, Dr Ordonez wouldn’t even stand close to me for pics, but hugged on the Hispanic male that was there for the commercial as well, I have the pictures as proof. I’ve told so many people about this place, and sent him a lot of business. His bedside manner sucks AFTER he takes your money, he WILL NOT come to the hospital and follow up with you, always sends another Dr on his behalf. Office manager Yolanda started out great, keeping in touch, making you aware of your next step etc. Now I can’t get her on the phone. You must call and call to get her, then she texted me on my personal phone to tell me my claim was denied!!! Unprofessional at its best! Don’t use this group. Trust me once they get your money, mess you up in surgery, they are done with you. Ordonez did a Bravo placement on me, and burned my throat, now I have an ulcer. Haven’t seen this man since July, when he made me aware I had no other choice but to have a bypass due to all the air/gas. Well my family is WELL AWARE of what I’ve been going through with this clinic, and if something should happen to me, well, let’s just say they have all medical records

Tonya Patterson I had gastric bypass surgery October of 2021, done by Dr. Ordonez. Let me tell you about my experience. I have never in my life had such a wonderful doctor treat me just like family. He took his time with every appointment, answered every question, no matter how small. Dr. Ordonez took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. After my surgery, I was given the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ treatment by the staff at Baptist Hospital. Every need was met instantly and I would not trade it for the world. Dr. Ordonez staff called me every day to check on my status and pain. Without Dr. Ordonez and his staff and the treatment I received, I would not have lost 70lbs in 6 months with only 25 more to go. Patti Adams I met Dr. Clarke a few weeks ago when my husband was referred to him for a potential hip replacement. Upon meeting him I knew he was a very good fit for my husband’s needs. He answered all our pre-surgery and post-surgery questions. We did not feel rushed at all. He visited my husband in the hospital twice and even personally called him to ensure he was still feeling well. He is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable, caring, and the best doctor I have encountered since my childhood. This was during a time when doctors made house calls, called you personally on the phone, and seem to care more about their patient than themselves. This level of care is not only highly appreciated but also extremely rare in this day and time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clarke. If you are ever in need of a phenomenal (and I do not throw that word around loosely) orthopedic specialist, go see Dr. Burnet Todd Clarke. I highly recommend him.

Myeisha Spikes Poor customer service at its finest and will receive 1 star from me only because I had to give 1 star to submit this review. I had a client to come in today 1-20-2025 to Beaumont Bone and Joint to see Dr. Thompson for an initial follow-up appointment status post ORIF of right lower extremity. They did an x-ray and removed the staples. When asked the physician to fill out our company form to provide us with follow-up care instructions s/p staple removal and to sign it, they refused to write any thing on our form. Shannon the nurse was of no assistance as well and was rude. They did not want to give any names for this report. I asked my staff to go back into the facility to at least get the physician signature and the staff took the form and only got the physician to sign the bottom and she told my staff, "Thats as good as its gonna get!" This is not the way you treat people. I am very disappointed and feel this needs to be addressed. As a company we are audited by the state every year and have guidelines that we have to follow and adhere to. Something as simple as getting the physician to write that the staples were removed, writing follow up care with follow up visit and signing/dating the form should not have been this difficult. And would have taken less than 1 minute to complete.

He assessed my needs and provided prompt and effective care with a caring bedside manner. Military families are often at the mercy of a new community to provide care and support as we travel in service to our nation, and I am so glad that my sore hand was in capable hands of Dr. Kramer. Cheryl Klink I’ve never had this much trouble getting a proper physician authorization from their office to insurance. My son has a severe disability and MARY in Palang/McBride’s office has been no help at all. My son has spoken with her twice and I have spoken with her 3 times. All she has keeps saying is, “it’s been submitted”….but has done absolutely nothing to help us with an obvious problem. Would it be too much to ask to RE-submit the form?! Disabled patients are vulnerable to falling through the cracks of the system and people like MARY are the reason. He is out of a medication that protects his one diminished kidney. She is rude. I’ve never had We have been going to SETMA for years and only recently began to experience incompetence and substandard assistance with required insurance document submissions.

Peggy Nash The SETMA organization is owned by the company STEWART MEDICAL that has filed bankruptcy. Im not sure what is happening as far as if they are staying open for business. The doctors are okay but dont count on seeing any of them. I made an appointment with my pcp about five weeks in advance but received a phone call the day of the appointment to inform me the doctor was sick and I had to reschedule my appointment. The earliest appointment available was in October. My original appointment was scheduled August 29th. I was told I could see a NP September 9th. I had blood work done on 27th August for the first appointment. So I took the appointment with the NP but was disappointed. I guess it is time to look for a new doctor.
