My health is challenging and I wanted a doctor who first of all listened to me without cutting me off or ignoring me, and responded in detail. Dr. Naini at the CenterWell South Garland location is that doctor. Her team - Emily her MA and Giselle who handles her front office - show the same level of expertise and courtesy. My experience with each of them has been exceptional. There is a secure website that can be used to contact the office and exchange messages. I highly recommend Dr. Naini and her team to anyone looking for a primary care doctor specializing in Geriatric care.

Lori Geving Its our first visit and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in by Giselle and Leslie! Such a surprise, theyre so kind and helpful with everything! Then we met Dr. Naini who was just as sweet and took such great interest and care of my mom.

Dave Webber This was my first visit to Amazing Health Partners. I was able to complete my new patient paperwork online prior to my visit. Not a long wait at all once I got there. Dr. Basebang was great. He completed my exam in no time while explaining every step, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. This is all I ask in a doctor. He was personable and professional at the same time.

Ray Julie We brought our child here on a Saturday afternoon for the first time. The doctor was very thorough and asked a good amount of questions. The doctor followed up with test results and inquired about how our child was doing a few days later. We don’t have insurance and found them to be reasonably priced.

My insurance was verified active and my old dental plan pulled up and she made me contact Medicaid to have it removed which was impossible. Miranda Kelso The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the front desk staff and billing issues. I have met my deductible and my out of pocket, in fact my deductible says -0.38, which means my insurance owes me .38. But I was still charged my full 20% deductible when I had to pay my past bill from months ago on top of that which I can only just now afford only because I’m out of my medication and need a refill, so I’m charging everything on a credit card that I shouldn’t be using. But it’s a necessary evil due to my medication needs. I explained all of this to the front desk woman, and she had NO sympathy and kept telling me she is charging me different prices, so I kept asking which amount is it that you are charging me? She didn’t answer me, she completely ignored me, but she did answer her personal phone and told the person she was talking with that’s she’s going to leave early and just sat there staring off into space with my receipt in her hand refusing to give it to me because she was taking a personal call. *eye roll* My doctor there Dr. Goodson is so sweet and professional and kind, I feel like she genuinely cares about every detail and does her best to give what is needed. But the office staff are AWFUL and only care about price gouging you even if you’ve met all of your deductibles.

Marian Parra They never answer the phone, Ive been trying to get a referral from them for 2 weeks and nothing. Not even a callback saying they received my message. I went in person and the receptionist (Alma) was very rude. She interrupted me when I was trying to ask questions, and acknowledged that they had my messages but never said sorry for not answering yet. I’m finding another doctor as soon as I can. For what she said, the doctor wasn’t in the office until today, and will start working on my requests. Still, I think this is something another doctor could have taken care of in her absence.

There were no more patients when we got there and yet still had to wait 1 hr and a half to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The same guy checking in was the same on taking vitals. He had to step out to answer the phone and come back. I thought this would be a quick in and out but we waited for sooo long. The nurse practitioner was super nice and caring. I just hate the waiting and all the questioning and forms despite not being new patients.

My only "concern" was -- someone like my mom - not tech savvy- wouldnt be able to sign in (QR code) - and then I dont know what the process would be. Other than that - I got in quickly and the doctor gave me the needed time and was friendly and explained things.

Not to mention the front desk takes FOREVER just to call you for results. One day I was told results were ready which was a lie when I went up and asked about them. But again, failure to properly diagnose me is what irritated me. Never again. Yall cost an arm and a leg, anyway.

Yesenia Aracena First of all they had me waiting for an hour to see my daughter then they had us waiting for another hour in the room, the doctor that saw my baby first didn’t answer the simplest question I asked if my daughter had fever and she said yes and I asked how high and she didn’t say, or her weight like she didn’t know those basic things. Then she came back with the results saying she was fine and then saying oh no I think that was for other girl I was seeing then she said my baby had a positive test and prescribed her some antibiotics. Now I was looking at the mg and the quantity and it was way high for what I was use to give my other kid when he was sick. So I called to ask if there was a mistake or she confused my daughter again with another kid. She was so rude telling me that if I knew more medicine to give her less if I wanted to!!! Like what!? Is that the way you talk to worried parents! You should quit being a doctor seriously! I just wanted for you to say that there wasn’t a mistake.

Mely_ luvsu This was just a horrible experience. First visit went fine, dr said my son needed some lab work. I paid for the consult and lab work. 2nd visit the Dr tells me the results and tells us we can leave. Doesnt let me ask questions or explains anything to me, my son and I just sit a little confused about the diagnosis.. and the Dr tells us again that we can go. I did tell her this was not the way to handle these types of situations and she seemed irritated. She asked with an attitude what my questions were. Definitely Not what I want from a Dr that I turn to for medical advise. Dont waste your money.. Go somewhere that truly values your health and will address your issues.

Christi Horsley My pcp retires abruptly. Having to find a new doc was nerve racking. I was referred by a friend to Carlson and was so pleasantly surprised. The office is warm and inviting. Not cold and sterile. Plenty of room. Very homey feel. Next was the girl at the check in desk. I failed to get her name but she was so helpful and so friendly and made me feel like she has known me forever. I have vision impairment and she kindly assisted me with paperwork. I had to go alone this day and had no one to help me. That meant a lot bc in circumstances like this before I was made to feel like a problem or bothering someone. But this girl was super kind and helpful. Once I was called back the MA was so sweet. Very professional. She put me in a room and there I waited to see Laura Carlson. Once she came into the room she asked me lots of questions. She went through a packet of information I needed and read it all to me. She taught me how to use a needle and syringe and how and what to do with the vile. She was very very thorough and listened to me and gave me very good medical advice. I left this office knowing I made the right choice. Transitioning from one doc to another was frustrating but this office and every staff member I encountered made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Despite my disability to read very well - they never made me feel like I was a bother and that means so much. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism I would hugely recommend this office to anyone who is in search of a new physician. 10/10 hands down.

Nicole Boehler All the nurses staff and patient techs that I encounter were great. Food wasn’t as good as it used to be to be, it was bland. My room wasn’t clean when I was moved to it and one person came in to “clean” all that was done was trash changed. I had a good view at least.

I was nervous about my procedure but everyone reassured me that everything was going well. My check in nurse Taylor and my recovery nurse Aeriole were awesome. Overall my experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Safinaz Wajahat The single most terrible experience of my life. A nightmare that we are still living until this day and will be suffering from for the rest our lives. The medical staff has no value for human life and were ready to let go of him and in fact had pressured us to let him go. The job of a hospital is to do whatever in their power to provide patients with a good quality of life however this hospital simply cares about money. It is only a business for them. Me and my daughters will forever live with the regret of taking my husband to this disgusting hospital. I will let everyone I know to stay away from this hospital and never go here. They didnt even do routine protocol assessments. My husband went in for heart issues and died from due to sepsis because of THEIR negligence. This hospital and its staff are murderers.

Deborah Nugent I was very pleased with the care I received at Medical City Heart Hospital. The waits were short. They were clear about the billing process. The nursing staff was extremely competent, friendly, explained what to expect throughout the procedure. The recovery staff was equally as friendly and helpful, they checked on me frequently and took excellent care of me.

Tina Gilley It was a good experience, nurses were good, Dr. Yallowpragada was good and very informative. BUT the staff was not very informative to the family (like myself) I was there with my brother who had had a heart attack. My brother was very hungry when he came out of surgery - they never told us we had to order his tray for every meal. I did not know there was a place where I could take a shower until I had been there for 3 days. I was going in the bathroom and using paper towels to wash myself up. I did not know the cafeteria had limited hours, 12-2, so I did not eat for 3 days. Finally, on day 3, a new nurse told me I could order a guest tray! The staff was just not forthcoming in informing us of what we needed or could do. I had not been to a hospital to stay in years, so I had no idea!!! The hallway from the ICU to the elevators had blood on the floors for 2 days. Not just one or 2 drops it was all the way down the hall!

ccierrarachell Don’t come here unless you’re looking for a weight loss clinic. Truly thought i found a nice doctor to help me find care for a preexisting condition that is making everyday life hard. I expressed this and that I’m inly 26 with 2 babies under 1 year old. I really need to find the care so i can be there for my babies and work. Im not over weight. Im not complaining of weight. I came in regarding a broken back. And yall have done nothing but bother me with ozempic. An epidemic of weight-loss that i didn’t even inquire about. That is completely insane for y’all to push it as much as this office is. I wish i could just review the dr because she was AMAZING but this office has made me feel insanely uncomfortable. How disrespectful to the dr reputation to be turning the dr office into a weight loss clinic. Years of schooling wasted due to the front office having no sense of bedside manner.

Maricruz Espinoza I came in because I had ringworm and wanted to know if there was an oral medication I could take for it to go away faster. Sadly, they just took my money and did not help. The person who took me back, and asked me what was wrong did not even know what ringworm was. When the doctor came in I had told her I was already using over the counter creams. She then goes on to tell me we need to take blood work to see what medication she could give me. As I’m walking out she tells me she wrote a prescription cream sent it to my pharmacy, and that the blood work would be ready the next day. I go to the pharmacy and the prescription was over the counter cream! It gets worse! It takes days for them to reach back out to me about the blood work. Finally, when they get back to me they tell me everything looks good. I know everything looks good, but can she give me anything! The Dr was busy and I was told I was going to get a call back. I’m still waiting! It’s been 2 weeks. I don’t even want anything anymore because the ringworm is gone. A refund for the poor customer service would be nice! Or a simple sorry we can’t give you anything for this keep using the cream you are using. It was a waste of time and money.

Frank N 2/27/25: BEWARE! Staff provided inaccurate information on more than one occasion! One staff member wanted to set me up with a procedure without any type of consultation. When that doctors schedule wouldnt align with mine, I was assigned to Dr. Gayle, who required a consult prior to the procedure. The consult with the nurse went fine, and the procedure was scheduled for December 2024. They had a Tricare authorization for office visits, but neglected to advise Tricare that a procedure would be needed. This resulted in me being charged for the procedure by BSW Dallas, as it was treated as a Point Of Service (POS) claim, versus an authorized procedure. I was not advised that I would be billed for the procedure. I received a bill for the procedure, paid it to avoid any credit issues, and contacted Tricare to question the charges, since my catastrophic cap had been met in August 2024. Tricare confirmed that a request for authorization for the procedure wasnt submitted, and the only thing authorized had been office visits. I reached out to the office manager, Christine Loya, and she was zero help. She basically passed the buck, and that I was on my own. I had no follow-up from Dr. Gayle, and have yet to receive a diagnosis or treatment plan. I would NEVER recommend this organization to anyone!

Bert They were able to get me on a trial for Ulcerative Colitis for two years. The trial medicine was free and I am fully healed. The study paid for office visits.

Laura Swaney Im Dr. Mark Miller patient.. Hes an excellent doctor and excellent person .. He is very caring, He listens and explains with great detail about procedures and whatever matters related to the visit ... never rushes the patient. I genuinely trust him.

michael strawn Dr. Miller is tops! He has always been a great person to work with. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. At my last visit he was kind to offer me some good advice and insight to another health problem I am experiencing. He set my mind at ease. Wish my primary was as knowledgeable about my other condition. Thanks Dr. Miller!

Margaret Malone These people are just rude. Or at least the administrative employee who answered my phone call was. They will not see you without first having something in writing from your primary care physician - whether your insurance company requires referrals or not (mine does not and I pay good money for that benefit). Funny how I am able to book an appointment with a dermatologist, an orthopedist, a gyn, and a hand surgeon without consulting my PCP and without being interrogated by some busybody. Avoid these people and find someone who will let you see a doctor without jumping through hoops first. Update: i saw my family doctor and he confirmed that I do not need a referral. Im overdue for a high risk colonoscopy but i would not contact these people, period.

It’s evident that they truly care about each childs well-being. My child feels comfortable and safe during visits, which makes all the difference when it comes to pediatric care. The clinic is always clean, and we have never had to wait long for our appointments, which is a huge plus! Additionally, I appreciate how thorough the staff is with follow-ups and answering any questions we may have after our visits. Overall, our experience here has been nothing short of excellent. If you’re looking for a compassionate and professional pediatric clinic, look no further!

Grace Miranda I cant recommend this clinic highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The waiting area was clean and inviting. Dr. Diaz was amazing—patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Its clear they genuinely care about their patients well-being. The nurses were equally wonderful, handling vaccinations and routine checks with a gentle and professional touch. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and wait times are minimal. I also appreciate the clinics attention to cleanliness and safety, which gives me extra peace of mind. Its such a relief to have a place we trust for our child’s care. We’ve found our go-to pediatric clinic, and I highly recommend it to any parent!

Emmerrier Watkins I have been bringing my kids here since we moved to Mesquite in 2022. Always an inviting and friendly staff. WE LOVE DR. TANIA DIAZ & DR. SHEILA CAPRI they have been awesome pediatricians!!! I love the patience and interest that’s taken with my kids. The best!!!

Q Sutton I had an appointment on October 30th at 10 am. I got there a few minutes before the appointment time and waited about 30 minutes to be called. I waited another hour and a half in the room and decided to leave. I asked what happened but no one could really tell me nor did anyone seem to care. Its like they completely forgot about us but did not want to own up to it. This place was not all that to begin with but it was close to home. The answering service is trash as well. They just seem to want to rush through everything and send you on your way. I transferred to a new pediatric clinic and will not return to this one. I see Dr. Diaz has the most reviews on here I probably should have chosen her as my kids doctor.
