Christine Park I worked for the ANAPA Clinic with Dr.Cho for seven years in Los Angeles. All the staffs I worked with and the occasional patients in LA I met still miss Dr.cho. The Person who are truly lucky to have Dr.Chos medical care. Amy Came to the clinic with extreme pain due to calcific tendinitis and frozen shoulder. I was able to get a same-day appointment and received treatment immediately using shock wave therapy by Dr. Cho. The pain disappeared in just one day. The front desk staff, Haris, explained the process of using my college insurance in detail. It took five attempts to enroll and proceed inside. I was taken to the emergency room, where they started my treatment by asking questions about my symptoms and past health issues. The emergency doctor, Ravi Kumar Edalur, treated me well. I was kept in the hospital for exactly one day, and I am now feeling better. They referred me to an ENT specialist for further treatment to prevent the issue from recurring. Today, while waiting for my friend at the front desk, I had several questions, and Irshad spoke to me very well. He was patient in explaining everything, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate his help. I also want to thank the nurses and the MRI staff. One of the staff members guided me through the CT scan process, which took just five minutes. Thank you to the entire staff at Coppell ER for your support. I was suffering from severe throat pain, and your care made a big difference.

Carrie Wheeler The first time I visited Coppell ER was a few months ago. My daughter had an asthma attack and she treated by Tech. Tam and Dr Cardenas. They both were very calm and quick, reassuring me that she was treatable and in good hands. She was seen right away and treated with care. My daughter and I were educated in the process. I never felt like I wasn’t aware of what was going on. Dr. Cardenas called me the following day to inquire about my daughter. The second time we saw Dr Cardenas, we drove the extra miles to go see him intentionally. Tech. Tam saw us again, which was pleasant and easy. The way he speaks to children is reassuring he’s competent in his skill. He’s fast and efficient. Nurse Rina took care of us this time and helped me in a way that reassured me she was also a mom. It’s hard to find a nurse with good bedside manner in ER environments. Dr Cardenas once again took great care of my daughter. He listened to me and asked questions before diagnosing and treating. He covered all the bases of possibilities and didn’t do any unnecessary testing, but insured those were an option AFTER her results came back (NOT before). Some ERs will charge you for 10 tests when you only needed one. I was not taken advantage of. He took the time to sit with me and allowed me to ask questions. His bedside manner with my child and myself was confident and caring. He is a father and grandfather. You see this warmth when sitting with him. He truly loves his job.

rakesh kandukuri Dr. Chandra failed to diagnose my kidney syndrome even after three visits. Despite conducting multiple blood tests, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and instead prescribed vitamin tablets, which were not relevant to my condition. Additionally, Dr. Chandra incorrectly referred me to a gastrointestinal specialist, which was completely the wrong decision. Thankfully, I consulted another physician who provided the correct diagnosis. If I had trusted Dr. Chandra for just one more week, I could have ended up on dialysis. For your own health and safety, I strongly advise against visiting Dr. Chandra’s hospital.

Daughter of God I have been a patient of Dr. Chandra for over six years She really knows her stuff and I love how she can still see you without having a coming into the office I feel like she always knows what’s best for me Her staff has always been friendly and kind to me even during my moments of being sick. They are truly gentle and tender heart and caring.

Ms. Smith The wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment and there were 4 people ahead of me. Everyone was nice, for the most part. The "provider"needs to work on her bedside manner. While she was nice, she wasnt friendly or welcoming. She was just doing her job. She was curt, spoke fast and moved fast (but apparently not fast enough to stay on schedule). She needs to go to pleasantry school. I would not recommend this provider.

Sally Webber This urgent care is excellent! I was in and out in 15 min, was able to do my documents in advance of the appointment and they accept walk-ins/same day appointments. Also got my prescription the next day. If I ever get in a bind again, I will be sure to use them!

I expected to pay my usual $40 co-pay, but because they used a nasal endoscopy—a procedure that took barely 10 seconds—I was billed $540 before insurance. Even after insurance, I still had to pay $250 on top of my $40 co-pay. Needless to say, I’m not happy. So much for affordable healthcare. I’ve attached my invoice for proof. Dr. Thomas C. Bramhall, Please do better informing your patients with possible additional costs involved.

Rachel Jones Hands down the best ENT I have ever been to. Ive had chronic ear issues for YEARS and have seen over 5 ENTs and Dr. Hull was the first one to try to find the root cause of my problems. Not only did he solve the issue at hand, but he found the root cause, and got me on a regimen to get that healed. He also saw my son who had some severe wax build up that even our pediatrician couldnt get out. He made my son feel super comfortable, explained everything he was doing and the tools he used--- the appointment couldnt have been easier. 10/10 recommend this office.

Eve Engelbrite Office staff were patient with me as I uploaded my insurance card info on my phone. The medical technician provided a less "pinchy" mammogram and allowed me to have one knee up during the bone density test. She was personable and efficient. Though I was able to see the results of my mammogram only after misspelling my last name, I have not yet received the bone density results.

Natale Vittori I had an appointment today Dec 30 2024 at 8 : to draw blood. I was received by a very rude medical assistant which did not even have the education for saying a simple good morning to a patient which well anticipated what was going to be the outcome ; She started the procedure and fail at the first attempt ; I told her that I took 5 full glass of water and also prehydrated the day before asking to retry in the second hand. She consulted with the some medical Doctor assistant and without me getting a reply , she gave me a list of other providers and said that she is not going to try drawing blood anymore ; not a word of sorry or sympathy with the situation ; she let the room leaving me alone ; In front of such a situation of an early inexplicable discharge and humiliation , I have to drive all of the way to CPL labs in Lewisville. At this location instead, I was well received and the medical assistant draw blood in her first attempt. This new assistant knowing what I went trough, told me to go back o the facility and that she will back me up with the Manager and testify how she was able to draw blood without any problem. I went back to Quest Care to speak with the manager and prove how the CPL person was able instead to draw blood without any complication ; they told me that she was not present and I gave them my phone number ; up to this moment nobody have called me. This Quest care in Coppell Texas, is the very WORST facility that I have been in over 30 years of living locally assisted with rude and non well medically trained people. They do not have the least idea of what is customer care and medical attention.

CAROLENA Both Physcians Dr Bharti and PA Saima Ali have exceptional bed side manner. I am primarily seen by the PA Ali. I hesitated to be seen by her when Dr Bharti was not available on a time slot I wanted but to my pleasant surprise Dr Ali exceeded my expectations! I must say that out of my 40 years of being seen by various physicians in various states Dr Ali is by “far” the Best! Extremely kind! Always smiles with a “Hello” upon entering. Begins by asking you personally… how are you? (not reading the questionnaire check box telling you what you’ve wrote) gives you eye contact as she speaks. She doesn’t push medication like so many physicians do but listens to my expressed concerns for identifying the cause for my visit or medication side effects. If I address a health problem not mentioned for my initial visit…NEVER…has Dr Ali told me “let me see you another day for that” as I have been told by other doctors. I find this absolutely amazing because I have RARELY felt like a physician actually cared about me during the office visit. I do under Salma Ali’s care. Dr Bharti says hello to me by name as I walk through the office although I am being seen by her PA. These two are a great team for the care of patients. Rare in this world! Thank You Both for the exceptional care I receive each visit. Oh…let me not forget the office workers, nursing care and business manager are worth commending. They return calls and try diligently to solve concerns doing so with respect and kindness. I also have never experienced a long waiting period to be seen and even if I did….it wouldn’t bother me with these two because they are most likely showing the same kindness to another. :-D Whom ever may read this please know I wrote this on my own initiative. Most importantly, she implemented a treatment plan that eased my biggest fears and addressed my issue. Her office staff are super nice and Ive never had difficulty scheduling an appointment. The waiting area is serene and comfortable, not that Ive ever waited more than a few minutes after arriving before being taken to the back. If you are seeking a doctor who genuinely cares, respects your time, and is abreast of current research and medical practices, then look no further!

Vanity Gonzalez Dr. Dudhbhai is the most amazing ob/gyn. She is very professional, kind and compassionate. She has been there for me and my family trough difficult and happy moments and took care of me and my baby in such an awesome way that I will always be grateful. Kristen M First the administrative staff, phlebotomist, nurse assisting staff and NPs are great!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and just overall great customer service. Ive been going to this clinic for about 4- 5 years and I had NEVER meet Dr Dudhbhai. I didnt complain too much about it because I didnt have anything serious going on and it was just for my yearly exams. Well as of today Im 11 weeks pregnant and Ive had 2 pregnancy appointments- and guess what- still have yet to meet her. I asked them about it and they told me that unless I request her for future appointments, I wouldnt meet her until Im further along in my pregnancy. This being my first pregnancy- that definitely didnt make me feel at ease. I changed doctors for that reason only. I cant speak to her bed-side manor because Ive never met her but I do feel that she should have at least made her presence known at some point, especially now that Im pregnant. I do genuinely appreciate my NPs along the way (Meghan, prior to pregnancy and, Regina, during pregnancy) they were really nice and informative! I just couldnt let myself stay under that doctors care if all I was to her was a piece of paper- especially now that Im a new mom to be.

Kaitlyn Attaway It took them five days to NOT send a fax so that my spouse could be seen by a specialist. I had to physically go to the office and get the paperwork from them. Torrence said "if thats what you feel you need to do" as if I had any other choice due to their incompetence. This referral doesnt even have the body part on it. Astounding, I dont know what else to say.

Dr. Cruz was thoughtful about my future health, referring me to other excellent doctors as needed. I trusted her immensely and I was never disappointed. My health improved in her care. Sue Ellen Wrenn Dr. Cruz has been the primary care provider for both me and my husband for over 5 years. We have always found her to be friendly, personable, and very professional. She is happy to answer our questions and explain why she is prescribing or referring us to a specialist. She remembers us and makes us feel very comfortable!

Jack Ablon Dr. Cruz is a fantastic physician. She makes sure she gets ALL you concerns answered and is in no rush to move to her next patient. She listens to you and explains everything. She is the best doctor I have had in my 72 years!

Edward Perez Dr. Pamela Cruz has been my primary care physician for approximately10 years. She is very personable and professional and I appreciate and value the detail and thoroughness of her medical practice and patient follow-up. I credit Dr. Cruz with the discovery of a latent medical condition that necessitated her referring me to an in-network specialist. Two and one-half years later, post treatment, I believe that if it were not for Dr. Cruz experience, insight and attention to detail my medical condition would have gone unchecked /undiagnosed until possibly too late. The medical staff/personnel in Dr. Cruz practice are also friendly and professional. I trust Dr. Cruz.

A James Went for a procedure, was told the “check in” process would be an hour or so. I was checked in sorted scanned hooked up plugged in and signed off on rolling into the procedure room in less than 30 minutes. A swarm of very friendly nurses and support staff, they double and triple checked everything to ensure my safety. The doctors themselves even came by and asked questions and verified everything before we got going… and then before you knew it was out and back up and everything was done quickly and efficiently. All pre- and post- care directions were thoroughly explained. They followed up the next day to make sure I was still doing fine. Overall one of the better medical experiences I’ve had - nothing like waiting in an ER for hours or a doctors office that over scheduled and has you there five hours before they will actually see you.

Margaret Hachmeister I went in on 9-12-24 under Dr. Jennifer Zahn’s care. After the fall I had in July my back was giving me constant pain. Dr. Zahn gave shots in my low back. I had excellent care from everyone, from the time I enter the facility until left. All were very attentive. The tech, Elizabeth, who took me back to be prepared, Brandi, RN that took care of me before the procedure, everyone in the operating room, and finally but not least Andrea, RN. EVERYONE was excellent. I gladly give everyone and the facility 5***** Thanks to all of you!

Brandi Richards I have had 3 procedures at this facility and it has been an absolutely fabulous experience every time. The staff is friendly, caring and so compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The facility itself is very clean, beds were comfortable and the warm blankets are so comforting! Highly recommend this facility and the staff from the front desk, to the nurses as well as the doctors.

Timothy Malmer I have been seeing Dr Koppel as my primary physician for the past three years. He has been the best. I cant express enough how great it is to have a doctor who takes an active role in my health. He has inspired me to live the healthiest lifestyle possible and he takes the time to address my needs. I never feel rushed and I am comfortable talking to him about any concerns. I trust his judgement fully. His office staff are always on the ball and I never wait long. Cheryl Campbell Doctor Koppell is a good doctor. Will not say the about front desk, Lawrence. He loves to argue with the patients. We were told that Medicaid changed and NOW there is a copay. 20% of $240 deductible that Medicaid imposed. Guess what? We have never paid a penny to see Dr. Koppell or Dr. Tong when she was there. So now we have a new doctor. Will never go back. Talk to insurance, low and behold THERE IS NO COPAY. MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PAYS ALL BILLS. But Lawrence SAYS we pay or we will not see doctor. Gus Forastiere Dr. Koppel has been my doctor for several years now, and is whom I recommend when asked for a good doctor in the area. Not only Dr. Koppel is a great doctor, his staff is in pair; also love the office hours, which include weekends (no longer open on weekends), and being able to schedule appointments or walk-ins if necessary.

Mike McClure I was a patient of Dr. Tong for years before she movied. Dr. Koppel is a sell out to the establishment. It was the covid masks at first when the science proved they mask dont work, and now he refuses to prescribe the compounded Wegovy which I had been on under Dr. Tong for a year. He said the FDA doesnt want them to write scripts for it because of so called health issues. I never had one negative side effect when my friends on the brand name became very ill. This has to do with the money the brand companies are losing marking up a product that should be more affordable. Why trust the FDA when they put out an experimental jab that is killing people and causing myocarditis and turbo cancers. He is another paid for shill. He doesnt care that I dont have insurance or that it made me healthy. He is receiving money from the pharmaceutical industry not to prescribe compounded drugs. Heaven forbid his buddies lose profit to affordable alternatives.

Michael took a look at me and asked a few questions and suddenly caught a problem no one else had ever seen. I thought I was in an episode of "House". I saw the problem right away. Talk about impressive.

Karen Lopez Honestly, he deserves 0 stars for how unprofessional he is. I would not recommend going to see this doctor, he is rude and does not actually listen to the patient. He will "go off his strict notes" even when his notes were written poorly.

Mary Tran This is the worst medical place I experience. They dont have MD, they only have PA that see patients, but didnt advise patients that there is no MD available. As patients we have the rights to request who we want to see for our problems. I also just got the bill from them, which they supposed to bill to my health insurance. I call them about the bill, they give me some kind of billing number I call they have no idea whats going on or cant pull up the files. This is very unprofessional. Very disappointed and not trust worthy.

October Exotics If anyone reads this and still goes to this horrible excuse of a practice, you have been warned and what happens, well.....happens. Do yourself a favor and run the other way. Just made a phone call to have them fax info to my place of work at noon today. Quick, easy and painless 5min phone call where I gave them a number to fax it to, the name of my employer and then thank and have a good day. That was the extent of the call. I call back at 2:30ish because I forgot to schedule my monthly appointment and Im told Ive been discharged earlier today just after the call ended. This employee then told me the person I called prior filed a complaint for, "being disrespectful to office staff." Which never happened, they have no proof of, and wont even let me dispute these false and completely fabricated claims, from this "office worker" that I assume has gotten most of the other one star reviews. They basically told me they couldnt care less, that my notification is in the mail and they will not see me even though I still need a refill. They completely refused to give me any references to other practices and to be available for 30 days after discharge, which is all LEAGALLY required of them. So now, I have no primary care/pain management/metal health provider to see me and I have to scramble to find another physician that I find suitable and that wont change the medication I take. All while theyve just washed their hands of these, what has to be unlawful, actions that theyve taken. Who knows if Ill ever hear back to make right of this situation and hopefully help that "office worker" accountable for her actions or if this practice will ever pay for the complete lack of care for a patient or refusal to give legally required info/assistance. DO NOT THINK COME TO THIS PRACTICE!

Sharon Alverson The new PA, Flor, is very thorough. I like when a Dr does a follow up to review labs instead of just saying look at the portal. I also liked her explanation in terms I can understand instead of medical words. The nurse is very patient with this senior slow moving patients. I will keep my appointment .
