Rhonda Fry It is amazing to see a Doctor who actually remembers you and everything you talked about six weeks earlier at a previous appointment and that truly, truly cares about you. I have found this with Dr Amy Creepy at Totoe Medical Group. I never have to wait long, the staff is extremely friendly and the care is over and beyond. Dr Creepy takes her time getting to know you and is thorough with your examinations and is always available to talk with you should an emergency arise.

mimii I have been with Totoe Medical Group for a number of years now. They provide excellent care. My husband and my adult daughter have joined them also. You can call and get an appointment without having to be scheduled weeks out before you can get to see the doctor. The wait time is less than ten minutes before you are in a treatment room and the doctors take as much time as you need in providing care. They are very thorough in treating their patients and their staff up front are very cordial. The atmosphere is very friendly and you don’t feel like you’re just another dollar being made. They take excellent care of their patients. I pray that they never leave the Abilene area. By the way, however many time that you need to be treated a month, you only pay once a month. At first, I was skeptical about joining Totoe Medical Group but it has been one of the best investments that I’ve ever made.

I was referred to Dr. Creepy by my coworker so I called to learn more about their services spoke with Katie, talking about first impressions Katie was so patient, she truly cared about my concerns for my health history and then she reassured me I had found my medical group. Then when I went in for my first visit I was greeted warmly and with out a wait Dr. Creepy sat and visited with me performed a thorough examination and then immediately started working on plan to get my health back under control now one year later I am feeling amazing and my mind is at ease with knowing my Medical Group is always there for me in health and in sickness. Marilyn Polzin Dr. Miloy has been an inspiration to my husband and I. We were overweight and developing health issues. He introduced us to Plant Base food and weight came off and blood work improved. Dr. Miloy is very compassionate and thorough. He never makes you feel he is in a hurry and to him each health concern is important. He does not judge you, but suggest guidelines. I’m a “nervous Nellie” and he is very calming and explains every subject with knowledge and support. My husband feels the same ( except he is not a “nervous Nellie) and we highly recommend Dr. Miloy. We are so grateful and proud to have him as our Primary Care Physician. Also, his staff is very well trained and always friendly and professional.

Kathy Casper Dr. Miloy has been my Primary Provider for close to 20 years, and I will always be indebted to him for ultimately saving my life! He was the first to spot warning signs, recommend specialists and manage my healthcare and medications to keep me alive while awaiting transplants. Anissa Thomas I’ve taken my kids to an embarrassing amount of doctors. Dr. Duke and the staff, Brandy, is who I mostly dealt with.. since calling the office have given no less then 100%. The staff was so kind and helpful, Dr Duke was immediately on the same page as us and very understanding. The way they exceeded my expectations and my husband surprisingly loved this office as well. I would give 10 stars if able.

Gerald Brockway I enjoy going to Dr. Longley’s office. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. On the other hand, I dislike having to have my blood drawn. It’s always overbooked, The two technicians on hand are always overworked and undoubtedly underpaid. The people in line before me were seen, and the people that came in after me were seen ahead of me. Definitely need to review or rewrite the process.

Deime Castelan I had been searching for months to find a doctor who would accept my father as a new patient. After reaching out to a primary care doctor in Lockhart and receiving a refusal, I came across Dr. Mohandas website and decided to give it a try. While I don’t recall the name of the first person I spoke with, but recall they were very friendly and helpful, explaining the entire process for getting my father in to see the doctor. Over the next month, we worked on gathering the necessary paperwork from my father’s various specialists. Once we had everything completed, I called the clinic again and spoke with Celia, who was extremely patient, kind, and informative. She walked me through the next steps, helped and answered our insurance questions. When my father went to drop off his paperwork, the staff was very accommodating and kind to him. At that time, there were no available appointments, but Celia assured me that she would notify us if any openings came up due to cancellations. A few weeks later, she followed through and called to offer an appointment for the very next day, which we gratefully accepted. My father attended his appointment the following day and was very pleased with the experience. He mentioned how knowledgeable Dr. Mohandas was, how clearly the doctor communicated, and how welcomed he felt. Given my fathers serious health conditions, including cancer and kidney failure, the compassionate and professional care he received was invaluable. I’m leaving this review to express my deep appreciation for the entire team at the clinic—from the front office staff to Dr. Mohandas. Their excellent service and dedication made a significant difference for my father.

Ashley Puryear My Urgent Care is a fantastic place to go when you need care NOW! They are easy in and out. The staff is so friendly and very thorough. We have used them since they have been open and it’s always been a great experience. The providers really take the time to sit down and discuss what’s going on. They listen and offer great input. Jodi Hankins Ive been calling and leaving messages for Julie, the office manager, regarding a bill I received back in December 2024. I have yet to receive a call back. I even went into the clinic to get clarification and the lady at the front desk was less than helpful and lacked customer service. At the time she wasnt doing anything, but definitely didnt want to help me. She did give me the name of the office manager so I at least knew who to be asking for when calling and leaving messages. Its been 2 months, still waiting on that phone call back from Julie. You have my info!

Adrian Hernandez I want to say the motive for the one rating is because i had a very terrible experience with the doctor that seen me. Her name was Dr. Sheri Diamond. The last visit with doctor Michael was pleasant and welcoming. During the doctors visit she inquired if I had gotten the covid 19 vaccine or flu shot. i politely stated I do not want any vaccines. She then stated to me that I was the problem for Covid 19 and people getting sick. There is a way to explain to patients on the motives to get vaccinations telling people who are resistant they are the problem is not one of them never will I return again. Very poor customer service and very aggressive really felt uncomfortable and subtle.

Max Jeanson Fricken joke. Im here for a piss test for a company, I walk in and hand them my DL (which they take a copy of) then I have to write down my cell number. Then they send me a stupid link to fill out a form, I ended up filling in the information I already gave them, whats the point of them taking my DL. I HATE online garbage, then my signature "wasnt accepted", its my sig. Absolutely infuriating. The staff members are okay, but Emily really helped with my frustration and was patient with me, explained a few things and stuff just made a bit more sense. Still unsatisfied with the whole digital stuff.

When the doctor came in she actually sat down, looked us in the eyes and listened to our symptoms. Everyone was completely professional and personal in an age when these qualities are rarely seen. James Valentine I Was Scheduled for an Emergency Surgery Consultation through my Rheumatologist. When I arrived they treated me like a new patient and completely ignored my Rheumatologists Orders for a consult and sent me to another department for "Additional Testing". I am now having to pay for 9 X-rays, 3rd party doctor bills (Not covered by insurance), and my complete visit tool less than 20 minutes. 1/10 Would not Recommend.

Sarah K I have been Dr. Watts patient for 3 years now (for chronic pain), and I can truthfully say he is one of the most compassionate yet knowledgeable doctors Ive had. He never rushes me, to try to move on to the next patient. Instead, he always listens to any concerns I have, no matter how random, and is willing to look outside the box to try to solve problems. Although the price per appointment is a bit steep in my opinion (just over $200 before insurance, as a "Low Complexity - Established Patient"), I believe its worth it. Also, his nurses are incredibly nice! I absolutely love them!!

The Physicians Assistant I saw was knowledgeable of my situation and discussed my treatment plan in detail. He answered my questions and together we planned the next steps in my treatment. He took his time and made sure I was fully informed of all I needed to know. This is a great facility and all the staff are professional. Even though I did not see them this visit. Id like to praise the Physical Therapy department, too. Spent two weeks with them and they were great, too.

I recently have had to go to many different physicians offices and was shocked at the lack of response and patient care. Dr. Kirtleys office was the exception and it was a truly pleasant surprise and experience. If you are looking for compassionate and quality care I highly reccomend Dr. Kirtleys office.

Alexis Dietrich Priscilla is there for a paycheck and only a paycheck. If you come in before closing, but it is CLOSE to closing time, she will turn you away. EVEN WITH A BABY. She was cold and heartless, so when shes working just assume they close at 7:50, NOT 8 pm. We have been here before when she wasnt working and received incredible service, caring practitioners, and very friendly staff! This review is solely for our experience with her, as someone in health care should not be like that... Unfortunately, when we desperately needed some grace to avoid scaring our 3 year old even more with hours of wait at an ER, we ran into Priscilla who changed our perspective on this urgent care. Hoping we do not have to encounter her again.

Susan Dickerson There’s the old joke, “What do you call a doctor that is last in his class?” Doctor. That sums up the care I received. I was told I was sick with the suggestion I take OTC medicines to help with symptoms I was not experiencing. No, “I think you have a virus,” or any diagnosis of any kind. No, “If your symptoms worsen or if you’re still sick in so many days….” Just, “Yes, you’re sick.” The only valid response to the few comments made by the doctor was, “Duh.” The front desk was very cordial although, I had to wait, which I understand, but, once in a room, I waited again for over 45 minutes. Very much a waste of an afternoon seeing a doctor who obviously can’t get a job elsewhere and has no bedside manner.

Jon Vin Great staff, great service. Just very expensive. Just to have my vitals taken and be swabbed for strep and flu cost $385 I saw the NP for a total of 5min. Now it would be fine if all that money went to the NP and MA, because Lord knows they work their tails off, but $385 for somebody without insurance just to have two $5 tests from McKesson is highway robbery. Come on Hendrics unless youre paying that to the doctors that work there and actually fill out the paperwork and do everything else You need to change your cash pay price that is a very steep price. Especially for people in Abilene.

Cat Austin Front staff was friendly but really felt pushed away. They seemed short with me and didnt seem to know much. They said I had something viral with allergies. Despite my expressing this, I did not feel like allergies at all. I know the difference, and no medication was given. Just told to take zertec. They checked me for strep, and I could feel the nurse was annoyed with me. The next day, I took a covid test, and it was positive. I spent a bunch of money to be brushed off and barely looked at.

Kay Perry They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and clean. I love the ease of it all. No hassles or stress. She prescribed just what I needed. I will be back. It is an hour drive, but I think worth the trip.

Marisol Guzman I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr.P. Despite numerous visits, frequently felt dismissed about my health issues and ignored. Mind you I have a tumor and I’m only 23. She was very unhelpful, and communication was poor— . Overall, the lack of professionalism and empathy made it clear that patient care was not a priority. I would not recommend her not to anyone seeking competent and compassionate medical attention.

During this call, the receptionist hung up on me prior to clarifying the necessary next steps to schedule an appointment, which I found to be both unprofessional and frustrating. For the past three weeks, I have been attempting to schedule an appointment but have been continuously told that I need a referral. However, I have a PPO insurance plan, which does not require a referral to see a specialist. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify this, I am still being told that I cannot schedule an appointment, and the miscommunication between your office and my insurance provider continues to block my access to necessary care. Reading through past reviews, this seems to be a theme other clients are struggling with as well. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received, particularly the lack of resolution and the abrupt manner in which the receptionist handled my recent call. I request that this matter be addressed immediately and that I be given the opportunity to schedule an appointment without any further delays or miscommunication.

April J Smith I’m sharing this as constructive criticism for ADC! I also think this is something their Dr.’s would want to know. I’m happy to change my rating if changes are made. The first time calling, I waited over 30 min to make an appointment. Once I received a person, I found out that the Dr. was not accepting new pt’s which shows online that he is. I was given an alternative Dr. but couldn’t make an appointment until I had the referral in-hand. After getting a referral, I called today and was on hold for over 51 minutes this time. Many times, the recording would say 2 people ahead of you down to 1 person down to zero people ahead of you and then back to 2 or 3 ! Horrible system and it seems you are understaffed. I work and my time is also valuable. I finally left a vm and I’m curious to see how long it’ll be before receiving a call back from the “general appointment desk.” Honestly, I’m now leery of even making an appointment as it shouldn’t be so difficult to make a Dr’s appointment. If I do make an appointment, I hope I don’t have to go through this every time I have to call in or have a question.

Jessie Day Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. JONATHAN HECKART in Endocrinology. I used my GPS to get to the office it took me to the building adjacent to them I had to call they said it was located in the hospital beside the childrens emergency room. I was able to find the building I went in and was directed to Endocrinology I went up the elevator and the office changed locations had to walk down a different direction to get there. I arrived originally around 835 and did not get to receptionist till 910 my appointment was at 9 was told that this doctor has a strict time policy I explained my situation and was told it did not matter I was late and could not be seen. This is my first visit to this facility and I just moved to the state. They said they could reschedule me to later that afternoon with the same Dr. I said yes. As I got in my car replaying the situation I called to move to a different Doctor and the lady was giving me a hard time saying I needed a referral I told her I already had one because I have an existing appointment. She found my referral paperwork but every step of the way was giving me push back it seemed like she did not want to reschedule me but had no legitimate reason to tell me no. I havent even been seen yet and already immensely disappointed in my experience

Wanda Alexander There turn around for orders is horrible! Never ever should it take three days to have labs re entered. Clinical staff is slow when non urgent. Had to call after a message was sent by portal.
