Sparky Hallead Leigh Barr is the most knowledgeable, and caring health provider Ive ever had. Im an old timer, aged 80, so Ive had a lot of doctors, and nurse practitioners over the years, to compare her to. She always has time, no matter how busy she, to answer all of my questions. If there are times I wait a little longer past my appointment time, I know shes busy helping another patient get the best care possible, for whatever their diagnoses may be. Leigh is so friendly on top of everything else, that its like I have known her forever, not just for the few years Ive been seeing her. I feel so fortunate to be one of her patients. I would recommend Leigh Barr 200% to any person looking for top quality health care.

Y G I had the pleasure of seeing Leigh Barr recently, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. I had an early appointment, and ended up needing to cancel due to no longer being able to wait. She had a packed schedule. With all the illness going around -I was more than understanding as my visit was just for refills. Nothing serious. Despite the time, Leigh was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I was still able to be seen after hours. What really stood out, though, was how gracious they were in offering to take my appointment by phone, going above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and taken care of. The level of care and attention I received was truly exceptional, and I hung up feeling reassured and valued. Morgan Clark Dr. Yancey is the best obstetrician! He truly cares for you as if you were his own family. He takes no short cuts when caring for you and your little baby. He will make sure you are well educated and prepared for any circumstances to arise. He truly enjoys his job and it shows! I personally work with him on a professional level and he is every bit of the man I just described above. There is no front he puts on just for the patients peace of mind he will be truthful and honest through everything!

Penne Duke Dr. Kathleen Harris has been my PCP for 20 years or more, and her practice is the best around! Her PA, Nancy Buettner, is excellent. All of her staff are friendly, attentive, and above all professional. The wait time for an appointment is minimal. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harris’ practice!

Prude Ranch Group Office Dr. Yancey is fantastic! He delivered my beautiful, healthy baby girl after closely monitoring my high risk pregnancy. He truly cares about you & your baby and makes you feel so comfortable. His nurse, Cass, is fantastic as well. I couldn’t be happier and I absolutely recommend.

Darla Rogers Dr Hart has been my primary doctor for over 8 years! He has always shown a caring attitude and shows his concern for everyone. I would say I have been totally happy with his care! (My only negative is every 6 months that I go, he seems to have different assistants)

chessa purser Unfortunately and fortunately I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Grooters. June 29th, 2024 changed my life forever. I lost my husband in a horrific accident in Marshall Texas and was transferred from Marshall hospital to Longview hospital. Pictures won’t be allowed by Google or I would post what Dr. Grooters did for me but most importantly he gave me another chance and allowed me to get to a trauma center to save my arm. I can’t imagine someone looking at me and telling me they already lost their husband tonight so so don’t take the way they provide for their kids but Dr. Grooters did his best and at least bought me more time and for that I will FOREVER be grateful. My arm will never be the same but it’s an arm and it allows me to hold my children. Thank you Dr. Grooters from the bottom of my heart even if you don’t remember me you changed my life. Whoever from his staff that reads these please make sure he sees this one.

John Gawrys Dr Grooters explains what is going on that caused the problem and treatment detail on what can be done. He is courteous. All around one of the best doctors I have gone to and received treatment. Makes me feel confident that I am receiving the best care.

Kelly Franklin Well spoken and easy to understand. Bedside manner alone is 5+. Performed hip replacement on my husband and now getting ready for the other. Excellent surgeon. I appreciate my husband actually got to see him at follow up. Most places it seems it’s the NP instead. Highly recommend Dr. Grooters

Christopher Davis Great experience. Provider listened very well and offered up several options or suggestions. Sent in a prescription and was able to pick up within an hour. I was in the process of leaving the country for a month. Gave me the confidence that everything was going to be okay and the prescription was going to be effective. Just got back. Thank you for efficiently seeing me as a patient.

Kent connally Went in for a possible blood clot and was immediately looked over, ruled out many things, and was sent to the hospital. They worked so fast and so efficiently and checked on me twice since my appointment yesterday. Hands down the best.

Maul Niki (Jubilee) Front desk staff was kind, but a bit short with people. I did feel like she was regarding me with a "wtf do you want now?" look occasionally - then again the place was packed. I arrived around 12:30 - it took me til 2 to be taken into the back. Not particularly happy with the wait time. But again, they were slammed. The doctor, nurse, and the xray lady were all very nice, I liked the care I received. The check-out lady was also kind, and quickly got my payment card switched when I asked. Very happy with how they handled that part - quick and painless.

Valentina Valentine My daughter complaining of 9/10 knee pain. Started I came in $120 to be seen cause we hadn’t hit deductible but previously i know we hadn’t hit our deductible I was charged $25. I mentioned it she saw what I had been charged but continued to say it would be $120. Whatever at this point i just want to see what the Dr has to say. When she gets called back they ask me do I want an X-ray. Well of course but shouldn’t the doctor make that call? They proceed to tell me the X-ray tech is on call and it will be awhile before she gets here okay cool. Maybe forty minutes later she gets the X-ray done and 15 it’s read the Dr comes in. She says the X-ray looks good nothing wrong with the knee listens to her heart ask her to point where it hurts and she says it’s a strain maybe a sprang. Tells us to continue with ibuprofen and get a brace with straps. Tells her to rest it and no athletics for a week. If it continues call and they refer to sports medicine or ortho. Get to the counter and she says it will be $60 plus dollars for the X-ray after I just paid the $120 to be seen. I asked her to just bill me. 9/10 pain home with ibuprofen i would have been happy with naproxen or diclofenac the Dr never touched her knee or moved it to see where it hurts most or what she could or couldn’t do. I decided the X-ray was needed. Just a crazy expensive day not much progress 10 minutes or less with the Dr with a two hour wait. The X-ray tech was nice at least.

Pamela Newman Virginia Hardaway takes her time to explain things in detail and in terms you can understand. She listens to your questions and answers them. I’ve always left an appointment well informed about moving forward and that Virginia truly has my health concerns in my best interest. Her staff is very pleasing and totally seem focused on you while they prepare for the appointment.

maria galvan I delivered my baby within 6 hours. I was treated so well by my nurse Irene and Dr. Lin was the best doctor I have ever had. Plus after that the rest of the staff were amazing. Down the lady that brought up my food and the cleaning lady. I was shocked how professional, kind, patient, and understanding the whole staff was. I am so happy I delivered at this hospital.

Misty Henderson I had to be dropped off by my son because he is a single father of a 2 y o and my husband had to work. Everyone there was so caring and loving and seen I was nervous ( being by myself and having procedure done) they treated me as if I were their family member. I totally felt loved and cared for. Thank you to Dr. Porter and Dr. Amber and staff and even from where you check in they were so loving!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Nancy Pringle I found staff to be caring and attentive. The nurse when I came out of surgery was very attentive and extra care to ensure all my concerns were taken care of. Floor staff addressed all my concerns within a reasonable time period. I was on clear liquids diet and the nurses on the floor provided jello and hot cup of soup. Kitchen did not provide a tray. Housekeeping provided cleaning services. Overall pleased with everything. Physician was exceptional

Donna Absolutely the hardest medical care clinic I have ever had to deal with! They cant help you if you are handicapped & homebound. They have no services available for that. Poor medical care. And they dont seem to care! That little clinic in a Longview shopping center needs to be closed down They are a joke!

Greg Conner Trying to assist my Mom as she recovers and leaves rehab. Due to Doctor leaving, Oak Street is not willing to assist with home health orders even though my mom is an existing patient. Oak Street wants the new physician to meet with my Mom beforehand....but Oak Street will not allow me to schedule an appointment. Administration and their policies are a joke. Patients and Doctors should look elsewhere.

Me Me Dr Kelley Thurston is not a good Doctor in any way they need to let her go and her employees!!!! They can’t get my last name correct I have 3 last names !!! and her employees that is working for her or working for Oak Street Heath suck at there job’s like they never graduated high school or college or they just don’t care !!! So no do not call them for your Doctor needs!!! Go to UT Heath !! A better doctors! So please don’t call them !! They don’t care about your needs or your health or your information!!! Or the doctor pissed of there employees and the employees or not doing there job’s to cause her problems !! She needs to figure it out or she doesn’t care !! Do not call them I would have stayed if the employees would have done there job sorry for your losses !!

Raye Nell Kruse This is a wonderful facility. The surroundings are clean and beautiful. Every member of their staff is knowledgeable, warm and truly cares about the community they serve. I would highly recommend to everyone, particularly individuals that are afraid of going to doctors. You all are outstanding!!

Gary Schutter In my opinion... Go somewhere else. Have never seen the level of unprofessional treatment provided here. Or lack of knowledge and care that was provided at this facility. Heard several other patients in the lobby with similar complaints. Its horrible that our elderly have to endure these kind of providers because of insurance limitations. Again in my opinion, if you love your family and friends. Dont take them here. Called the number provided by Oak st medicals response. Got no different attitude or response. Hope the other facilities are better. Will still be filling my complaints with the appropriate state agencies.

Mia Whiteside The providers give personalized care. They really care about your health. They have really turned this office around after the transition. The only thing I would recommend is changing the way the urine samples are handled. Im not a fan of putting an open cup in the bin with other open cups. Maybe changing to the screw top cups would be more expensive but more secure of the sample and to the mind of the patients. Other than that, they give amazing and quick service

login grisham This place made me want to crawl out of my skin. The waiting area and the walk to the exam rooms reeked of a foul odor. I was asked to leave a urine sample. When I went to place my sample in the little door where they instruct you to leave it my jaw hit the floor, there were SEVERAL samples that patients had left in there that the nurses failed to retrieve..to the point to where patients before me started stacking their urine samples on top of others. I was absolutely disgusted and brought it to one of the nurses attention as she proceeded to have me follow her to the next room where they do labs on the samples, I sat my sample down in a clear bin with other samples like she asked me too and walked back to the waiting area in absolute disgust. The entire third floor lacked cleanliness and the staff lacked personal hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

S G Services go by quick which is great but I feel like the doctors just don’t care to hear you out. Being cut off mid sentence when trying to explain my symptoms and being told to wait for my next appointment in two months with debilitating pain is ridiculous. If you’re there to get normal obgyn things done, that’s great, but for other serious concerns, go somewhere else.

I unfortunately had to move away from Longview towards the end of my second trimester, but I will never forget Gabi, Carisa and Sheri!! Y’all specifically have made my first pregnancy very smooth and very anxiety free.

Josh Hunt My wife and I have a ministry serving the homeless and less fortunate. We also rescue animals from abuse. We have used these guys for our personal animals, all 8 of them, and our rescues. Every time we go they are so professional, compassionate, and just down right good people. I had to put one of our dogs down and they walked us through that process with pure compassion. I would highly recommend taking your animals to these guys in an emergency. Thank you guys for all you do for our fur children.

Coty Sladek Highly recommend! My dog got bit in the eye by a copperhead snake at about midnight back in July. I called ahead and they got to us as soon as we got there after the 30 minute drive. They kept her through the night to monitor her and give her meds. They were unable to save her eye, but the surgery healed very fast and well. Her recovery had no complications and I’m grateful she only lost her eye, and not her life! The first photo is only about a week after the incident, and the next one is now, almost half a year later, she’s happy and healthy!

Lauren Reeves My husband and I have been to this ER several times and every single time our experience is excellent. We went again today and I was tested, diagnosed, given an IV, and sent home with a prescription in no time. Dr Cardenas and his nurse Emily Reagan both listened thoroughly and were kind and patient. We’ve been to other establishments but nothing compares to this one! We have a great experience every single time.

phillip glover We took my father her, and he had excellent care! From the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and every staff member, it was a great experience. They were nice, friendly, and very thorough. Within 2.5 hours, we had answers, test results, a diagnosis, and a plan for my dad. Couldn’t be happier.

Kayla Flanary The dayshift, Dr. Brown, my nurse Madison, Miss and radiology were absolutely phenomenal Now let’s get to the night shift. When I was taken to the front the stalkey women with slicked back hair and dark eyes acted as if I had punched her in the face when I asked to read the paperwork before signing anything. She immediately called for someone to come up front saying I am refusing to sign. I repeated over and over I am not refusing but I am going to read it. She told me I had no choice I had to sign it. I again said I am going to read this first some of this does not apply to me such as telemedicine and I didn’t want an open blanket to give out my medical records. This women is so hostile and so angry . I told her you seem to be really agitated I just want to read it. She then says I will escalate this if you don’t sign! Almost yelling at me . Then she said I’ll give you paperwork to read and I said it’s right her and that’s what I am trying to do. She then gets back on the phone saying I need help down here, she refusing to sign . Yay she is a big KAREN. She literally said this on the phone about me while I am standing face to face with her. At this point she got her paperwork back as I expressed being a B:&$tc wasn’t necessary. I have never seen more unprofessional behavior in my life and I worked in EMS for years. There is a level of professionalism that has to be upheld in our medical community and I am just shocked that they hired someone of this caliber and low integrity. I highly recommend the supervisors pull the tape and watch it for themselves. March 2 2025 about 8pm. Longview regional 120 east loop

Jeramiah Trester Brought my babies in for flu like symptoms and the Doctor was very dismissive and not very kid friendly at all. Super dry and stand offish. This was our first time here and we definitely won’t be going back. Not to mention I told the lady at the front desk I couldn’t hear her 3x and she just kept talking quietly as she proceeded to give me dirty looks. My business will be handled at the small Christus ER per usual, where my kiddos are treated with kindness and doctors who are full of life!

Dustin Phillips Dr. Witt is a lazy Dr ! My daughter was sick and had to see him since her Reg Dr was booked . Her appointment was at 2:30 we got there checked in and finally got back to a room about 2:55 (no big deal ) nurse acted scared to do her job and couldn’t pronounce any kind of medicine my daughter was taking . We waited finally about 3:35 weeks got tired of waiting plus she needed to be at work at 4 in another city we left the room went to the nurse and was telling her we couldn’t wait any longer just to look over into the next office from hers to see Dr Witt at his desk with his feet all kicked back on his desk and playing on his phone !!?are you kidding me !!!! You had time to play on your phone and kick back to relax while your patients are waiting in you in a HOT tiny room?! Must be nice ! You better NOT try to file that visit my insurance cause I’ll fight it !

Kelly Steffen I have never ever dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I called on behalf of one of your patients as I am his caregiver. The lady who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. She was making fun of the way I was speaking and when I go to give her the pharmacy information- before I could even say the address, she sarcastically says oh you only have one Walgreens over there in Colorado. Why are you saying the words you’re saying? The fact that somebody can speak that way to your patients/family members is sickening. Would not recommend based on a simple interaction with the receptionist…disappointing.

Gigi Black Positive. Have been a MS patient 4 years, my daughter has been a patient from early teens (1996) with NF and migraines. The past 4 years with MS, but doing well. Shes a full-time wife, mother of two and 3rd grade math teacher. Dr Hamer actually spends your appointment time listening and conducting in office diagnostics. The office staff are professional and kind. You may have to wait for a call back, but leave your message early in the day, you will get a return call before the end of business, sometimes early the next day. But, you will get a return call by his staff, sometimes even Dr Hamer returns your call. In this day and age to me thats a positive plus again, a professional and caring staff.

Martha Green Dr. Hamer has been my doctor for many years. He has my upmost respect. I never have had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. Hes very caring about his patients, even so much as to return my call at 11:30 p.m. to answer a question that I had concerning my medication. He is the best!!

Pam Spurgers She has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. I have never had a long wait to see her. She does not rush you through your appointment and takes time to ask and answer questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Ive received follow up calls to check on my condition when I was extremely ill. She is kind and thorough. I recommend her. She and her staff have always treated me well.

Yalonda Ross She has been my primary care physician for five years in five years. I’ve never spent more than seven minutes with her. If you call her and you need additional medication for example, my diuretics.(I work out of town a lot) she gives you a hard time. I was coming to see her anywhere from 4 to 6 times a year at her request and I never felt like anything was accomplished. She is very knowledgeable in holistic medicine which I do like and she is not a pill pusher!! She doesn’t give you medicine that you truly don’t need. Overall my experience with her Was cordial and polite, but other than that. I’m just not confident in her abilities as a physician. Everything is always a hassle.. and when I requested to speak with my physician, who I have been going to for five years, she refused my appointment to SPEAK WITH HER told me to find a new Physician, AND GAVE ME a14 day supply of MEDICINE. After reassuring me that she would give me a 30 day supply, so that I would have enough time to find another physician.( I only take one medication). I asked if she has the medical portal, if she has an email, if she has any of those things they refused to give you any information… something isn’t right over there..

elizabeth johnson Office staff was very friendly. My visits always were rushed. My initial reason for going was never addressed. I never felt like I was being heard. She was definitely not the PCP I needed.

Shanna Allee Ive been going to this doctor for 2 to 3 years and have usually had a good experience. Today was inexcusable. She has horrible office staff. When they verified my insurance they never called me to tell me there was an issue and then told me I was being rude when I called the lady out for being rude because I said why didnt anyone call me before I got here especially since I was in the office waiting for 25 minutes before they even called my name. This office is ridiculous if they think they can keep patients based on that kind of behavior.

Jean Noe I have occasional issues with my back, so thankful I discovered Texas Spine & Joint clinic! A family member had recently fallen down the stairs and hurt her back UC could not treat the problem so off to ER-6hrs later she was back home. Not here! I was having some pretty severe back pain & came across this wonderful clinic. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff, paperwork completed , taken into xray, once again friendly and very professional, very shortly after I was seen by the NP. Not more than an hour later, prescription sent to pharmacy appointment scheduled with an orthopedic Dr. A great alternative to sitting in an ER when you are in pain. In & out and great staff.

J R This is hands down the worst clinic of any kind I have ever been to. The receptionist wants to know your medical history, the nurse practitioner is always 40 minutes late (words from the receptionist), and they will tell you whatever they need to get you out of their office. No wonder there are only 3 reviews on this place, I should have taken that into account before I visited.

Susan Clark I was so impressed with my experience today.. The staff was very helpful and truly wanting to help you. They got me back very quickly. The best part was I never felt rushed. I was in terrible pain. They figured out my problem and gave me solutions. I definitely will tell all my friends. In the future if anyone in my family has a problem this will definitely be our first stop.

Amber Very quick and professional. Brought my son in due to be sick all night and they quickly got him in and seen, taken care of and hooked up with hydration and medication before taking my insurance information. That came in between and I felt they truly cared about my son sickness and health. Thank you for being great and being so kind.

greg brown Nursing staff was excellent, the doctor that auntie do not know or even how to pronounce his name. Come in ask me a serious of six questions in 18 seconds never give me a chance to finish answering one question, and then gave a diagnosis to the nurses and what medicines they should be administering to me. That is not ER service.. that is turn and burn as many people as fast as you can. He was extremely fast extremely rude and I hoped God nobody ever has to go through what I went through that night. Once again the nursing staff was excellent and when they asked me do you want to go home tonight I said hell yeah I will not sit under this doctor anymore.

Chelsey Everitt Let me start this review by saying I absolutely hate having to be nasty to anyone, especially nurses because I have the utmost respect for them as I feel they have some of the hardest jobs in the world. I Left with nothing but trauma. I begged and begged for care and I was frequently ignored. I told them repeatedly something is really really wrong and they would do no further testing but would continue to ask me, a patient, what I wanted them to do. This was asked to me multiple times. I am not a nurse or a doctor. Unfortunately, I confirmed with another doctor that it is something more serious and there was a list of further testing that should have been done. I truly hope this is my last hospital visit for the rest of my life because now I’m unsure if I can trust healthcare providers in a hospital setting. HOWEVER, nurse Misty as well as the other nurse who was with her (she has marine life tattoos) were a light inside of this absolute storm. They were both so incredibly kind and took the time to truly listen to me and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They. Were. NURSES. And I am so appreciative of these ladies. If it weren’t for them, I would have just walked myself out.

Dotti McCoy The ER was bursting with flu/rsv patients. I was there roughly 6 hrs. I was in for migraines & blood pressure spikes. I was given a bed in the hallway. Staff was super friendly & on the ball even with all the extra people they were having to treat. Truly an amazing team who were severely under staffed but making the best of a bad situation.

Jennifer Thompson Went in at 16.6 weeks pregnant having back and abdominal pain that felt like contractions. I have a history of preterm labor. They ran blood, urine, and gave me fluids. After about 3 hrs they finally came in to check for fetal heart tones and the nurse said , "I probably wont find any but that doesnt mean there arent any. We ER nurse just arent good at this baby stuff." Luckily she did finally find it. Then the NP came back and said test look good and she doesnt know why Im hurting. She can give me Tylenol and I can follow up with my Dr on Monday(this was Friday night). Or they could EMS me down the road to have a Sono, as the hospital didnt have anyone who could do one, and then Id have to be EMS transported back to be discharged from the ER. She said it would take a long time, hours and hours and she didnt see the need as the heart tones were good, but I could if I wanted to and didnt mind staying all night and probably part of the next morning. So I ask if I was in the right place as Id had one person tell me they arent good at baby stuff and another tell me theyd rather be able to send me up stairs where they know how to treat pregnancy issues. They said yes I was in the right place(the main ER, with all the sick people, no masks, filthy bathrooms, nurses drawing blood with no gloves) that you are not eligible for OB care unless you are 20 weeks, not 19.6 but 20 or greater. So, I am changing providers not because my Dr has done anything, hes been good but because he only delivers at LRMC and I will not be going back to LRMC for my pregnancy. I wasnt even monitored for contractions or offered to be. My advice go a few roads over where you and your pregnancy matter.

An appointment scheduled a year out gets cancelled and rescheduled with no regard to the patients work or personal life only a few weeks before. Not once but every appointment for about two years. Doctor great. Schedule people, inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude.

Mikey Wallbanger The worst VA I have ever been to. They have a number to call, but it routes directly to Shreveport. Need to make an appointment? Call Shreveport. Need ANY sort of attention? Just go to Shreveport. This place shouldn’t exist with how terribly it’s ran. All patients have to be routed through Shreveport anyway.

ron sheppard I’m obligated to say good things about the folks at the Longview VA Clinic. They have saved my life more than once (really) and are the best in my experience with any medical issues I have ever had. Thanks to everyone there .

David Kraft This clinic is TERRIBLE!! They are no help. You tell them your concerns and they completely ignore you. I didnt need labs, I need to authenticate my MyHealthEVet account. Ill be transferring to the Tyler clinic and hope someone there will actually listen to the veterans that come in.

Dani Porter Honestly one of the smartest doctors Ive ever had. They overbook him and its really hard to get in to see him. He never has time to read your chart before he gets in there which is kind of off-putting but once hes in there he does not rush you. He takes his time which is why his appointments always run late. Hes worth the wait but just keep in mind if you have a 9:00 a.m. appointment you wont see him until 10:15

kelly buchanan Puts on a face for his patients, but truly doesnt even remember who they are or people he misdiagnosed. My mother and I were patients of his for many years and when I went in for ptsd after I lost my mom at 52 he had the audacity to ask me what my mom died of. She was a patient too for many years and he couldnt even remember I was her daughter. Sad...

Angel Valence-York Horrible hospital DO NOT take your family here stay clear! My mother has been in this hospital for the past 30 days, released twice in the 30 days only to be readmitted within 24 hours of each other! Each time they readmitted here. This last time we had one doctor tell us (the entire family) there wasnt anything else they could do for her! Then the very next day another doctor came in and said "oh yeah we are going to get you better with this procedure" with that being said they did the procedure, however she is walking terribly, but was classified as independent! What a joke! Then the case workers are completely rude to both patients and family! The nurses are alright when you get a good one, other than that pretty unreliable! I think family helped more than the nurses because they never answered call lights! This is the most ridiculous hospital Ive ever seen! Yet again Ill be taking my mom home again just for her to be readmitted to a different hospital because this place just keeps sending her come just to come back! Ive already made a call to my attorney!

Brianna Kokenos Horrible hospital. I took my 2 month old baby there to get checked because she was acting sick and they checked us in took us in the room the nurse was making smart remarks. A doctor came in tested her for Flu, Covid, and RSV then had us sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half they then told us she was fine and that all the tests came back negative. We then went to her check up and told her doctor what was going on and she found out my daughter had RSV and an ear infection. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL

Tammy Robison From the first employee I saw to the last, every one of them went above and beyond. It was unexpected and unnecessary, but very appreciated! The young lady at the front desk that helped was just so sweet and helpful. She asked us if I needed a wheelchair, we did not have to ask for it, and she went and got one for me. Both nurses, Michelle (Farah), the nurse that checked me into my pre-surgery room and the nurse that got my vitals and history, were so friendly and kind that we just wanted to keep talking and visiting with them. We really enjoyed those ladies. Dr. Ferguson was so kind and took extra time to explain the anesthesia thoroughly, as I have severe breathing problems. My post op nurse, who I cannot currently remember her name, was amazing. When my daughter asked for me to have a breathing treatment before we left, she was on it. Then she stayed with us making sure I was okay until I left. My overall treatment was exceptional, and I am honored that I got to come to such a nice hospital with genuinely sweet people. Thank you so much.

Jennifer Taylor My surgery experience was great! I have not had any pain since my surgery. I am so impressed. I have not ever heard of a surgery incision and the area worked on not hurting. Dr. Huddleston went into an old incision and I am guessing that she used a steroid injection to prevent scarring and the incision is flat and healthy. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. My left breast hurt everyday almost severely for 2 years.
