Faith Dr. Hina Cheema is probably the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She read my history and notes and the very first question she asked me when she walked into the treatment room was, “how are you doing.. emotionally and mentally?” She is the first doctor to acknowledge that things for me haven’t been easy lately with my health and she knew I was struggling. In that moment when she asked me that, I knew she wasn’t just making conversation or small talk. She truly cared about me and I was a complete stranger she had only seen for 5 seconds. Dr. Cheema is highly skilled and intelligent and she is extremely thorough. But most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and treats every single patient with the upmost respect. She listened to me and actually heard what I had to say. She didn’t just listen to respond. Dr. Cheema has some of the best bedside manners and she truly treats her patients like family. If you ever need her expertise and services, I promise you will be in amazing hands and the staff at this office will take the best care of you. The front desk staff and medical assistants were so kind to me today. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not having insurance or a primary doctor. Today, I felt like every person working in that building cared about me, my health, and getting me better. Thank you all so much for the kindness and the compassion you extended to me.

SLF I’ve dealt with depression, sleep disruption, anxiety and OCD for decades. I became medicine resistant and finally sought alternative options. My internist suggested ketamine treatment. Cherish Coots Staff was very nice. So that’s why I’m giving them any stars. I’ve never written a review… Brought my son here and would not reccomend using them for pediatrician services. I walked out and could not believe how I was spoken to. Dr. Ellepola was very demeaning and rude. If you have any ideas or ways of your own, I would find someone who could hear you out and help you accordingly. I could say a lot more about what was said but I will leave it vague. Read some of the other reviews on ped experiences before coming here.

Martina Oviedo Ive been to HSNT in another location and they’re very professional, nice and helpful. The receptionist here was very nice and so was the lady that showed us to our room and weighted and measured my baby, she even gave me a blanket for him and a can of formula as I am a new mom and didn’t think to bring him one for his 2 day old appointment. Dr ellapola was not nice at all. She told me mean rough things, for example “you’re starving your baby” when literally I said I was feeding every 2 hours as the hospital told me. She also critized me for forgetting to bring a burp cloth.. 2 days pp first time mom..I’m sure everyone knows how stressful it is to be a new mom the first week and to be told rude things instead of guiding you is horrible.

Scott Striegel Been seeing Dr. Tseng for over 20 years. I cant say enough about him. Great doctor, great staff. The care there is excellent. He does allergy care for both me and my wife as well as anything ENT related.

Melanie The doctors are fine, but their billing practices are terrible. They owed me over $650 because they require prepayment in full when scheduling a procedure. It took me calling them repeatedly to get them to refund me months after insurance paid out. They’ll make promises to credit your credit card, but then say later they only issue checks. If you don’t call them, they just keep your money on your account if you ever come back I guess. I had to call to get any communication from them for over payment. If a patient was known not to pay bills I could understand poor treatment, but this was completely unwarranted in my case. My family won’t be returning to this practice.

L. G. Dr. Peter is a charismatic, knowledgeable and understanding doctor. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I normally dont give five stars but this office truly deserves it.

AN After a procedure, you will not see your ENT again. You are deferred to a NP for all follow ups, which will be a 60 second appt. It is very hard to get ahold of them when calling, you’ll leave a portal message as directed and instead of addressing your concern there, they will call you back asking you to call them. You call, nobody answers, round and round you go. Communication needs to be improved, and if it’s important to you to see your actual specialist for follow ups, go elsewhere.

Yriver This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.

The housekeeping team, Mary and Kanahia, maintained an exceptionally clean and comfortable room, contributing to a pleasant healing environment. Lenora, the patient tech, was attentive and consistently helpful, making my stay easier. The nursing staff provided outstanding care. Jennifer from Mississippi notably went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, showing genuine care and making me feel valued. Cecilia was particularly considerate during night shifts, carefully coordinating medication times with vital checks to allow me uninterrupted sleep. Kaylyn and Kaley were both warm, kind, and understanding, enhancing my overall experience. Additionally, the hospital food exceeded any expectations Ive previously held for hospital meals. The room service staff were always kind, prompt, and ensured quick delivery of delicious and satisfying meals. However, there was one isolated issue involving delays in care at night. Enhanced communication, possibly involving the charge nurse during breaks, would have improved this aspect of patient care. Overall, my hospital experience was highly positive, thanks to the exceptional dedication and genuine care from most of the staff.

kimberly struble I am a Medicare patient and was set up at a physician owned facility never being told if I had to have a procedure like a stent done that I would have to go to the hospital and have the procedure done 4 days later. There is such a thing as the Stark Law!

Cathy Blake This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Jessica Stanley I tried… I really did. I have never in my life paid thousands of dollars for a concierge doctor that is NOT concierge. You will have to work around their schedule. Know that. I have been trying to get blood work for 6 weeks and finally asked for an order for an outside lab. Smart…. Assign your only medical assistant to that. Work around her schedule. Nope. I was better off as an ant in a large group. It’s about the money, not patient care. I also had to tell Dr. Ghandi the labs I needed ordered. Seriously? Basic labs? Thank God I have a medical background and know better.

Janette Duran I was on hold for over an hour… I finally just text to schedule and the agent that I was unlucky enough to get had zero customer service experience. Short and rude .. I found the doctor through my insurance and is my PCP through my insurance and she/he just said they didn’t take my insurance and if I wanted to schedule I could pay out of pocket. Kind of sad since I’ve heard great things about Dr Moon.

Melanie Pulido I have seen Dr. Moon for the last 15 years, and his expertise has been invaluable in addressing various health concerns, from asthma to ADHD. He has a knack for breaking down the intricate details of medications, in a way that my non medical brain can understand. On a more personal level, he alleviates the stigma that comes with asking about medication options, and I feel comfortable coming to him with any questions or concerns. It is clear when meeting with him that he doesn’t just want to help his patients feel better; he wants to help them enjoy their lives and succeed in their goals. I am grateful to say that he has done that for me, and it has been a gift to have a medical professional like him in my corner when it’s needed the most. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of Sheena Abraham, the nurse practitioner, whom I actively choose for routine check-ups and when feeling under the weather. She is a wealth of information, and never lets you go without making certain you have everything you need. If you’re lucky enough to find yourself in their care, you can rest assured that you’re in very good hands.

Brian Lauterbach Dr. Moon is my primary care physician, and I couldnt be happier. I believe he truly cares for his patients and when there is an issue, he will address it expediently. When I had a recent issue, I got a personal phone call to deliver the results and that personal touch is what modern medicine is missing these days. He is a very busy doctor but if you can manage to get an appointment, I highly recommend this physician for your primary care needs. Thank you Dr. Moon for being a compassionate and consummate professional.

Kimberly Rawlinson I am only leaving one star because the phone situation and trying to reach Dr. KIMBERLY IS like pulling teeth. I also went on a Monday for bloodwork got there at 10 :15 there was only one family in the lobby waiting. After 30 minutes they were called back. I waited another 15 minutes and never got called to do blood work. Dr Kimberly is amazing if I was just grading her I would get 5 stars but the rest is impossible to deal with.

Zqueen 1980 I have been receiving care here for over 10 years. The staff is nice and doctors are extremely knowledgeable. When you come here, you are guaranteed treatment for your condition instead of spending the entire day at the ER not knowing if they’ll do anything at all. Would recommend to anyone

Kristen Basta I decided to try coming here for primary care after the Coppell location closed a couple years ago and I continue to make the drive to Plano for this office. My experiences at this location with the staff and Dr. Bhalli have always been very positive. They really care about their patients and take time to listen and understand. Highly recommend!

Carmen X My son introduced me to this Urgent Care back in January of 2021. I keep on getting my care here because of the excellent staff: Syeda, at the front desk, Hamida, NP, Ayesha, MA. They are fabulous! They are courteous, caring, attentive, supportive and friendly. The physician assistant, Muhammad Arshad Bhalli is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring professional. One of the most important things when you are ill and you go to visit a doctors office is that they listen to you, they sympathize and empathize, and not feel rushed; and believe me, they listen. At this point, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you to my son Danny for bringing me here when I was ill and thank you Urgent Care of Texas in Plano for your excellent service.

Kristina Esparza So I ended up having a four day stay at medical city of Dallas due to preterm labor, and that has to be the best hospital that I have ever been to and I’ve never ever been admitted but if you’re ever in a situation where they have to send you there. You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.

Rhonda Bain-Ragsdale I had to have 10 surgeries on my left hip, plus other surgeries in the past 10 years. Ive been to several hospitals and rehabs in the DFW area.This is by far the best experience Ive had regarding hospital doctors, nurses, patient care technicians, rehab staff, including OT and PT, social workers, meal planning technicians and even house keeping staff. All staff members make your care a priority. I cannot name just one employee over another one. They have all been friendly, caring and supportive of your care. I feel very qualified in making Medical City Hospital, Medical City Heart and Spine and Medical City Rehab the best. I was admitted 02/19/25 and discharged 03/10/25. Ive been to all the above hospitals during my stay. They all deserve a 5 star rating in my book.

Chel Watson One of the best hospital experiences Ive ever had. All of the staff was friendly and supportive during my stay, especially nurse Tori. She helped get me through my terrible labor pains and comforted me until I was taken back for delivery. The pregnancy suites are also a must if youre delivering here. 100% worth the price, it literally felt like we were staying in a hotel the entire time. Thank you to all of the staff for making my 1st pregnancy experience a wonderful one.

Boye Oden I can’t thank Nurse Gladys De Paoli(LVN) enough for her kindness and dedication during one of the hardest experiences of my life. When I struggled to get a response from anyone, she stepped up, followed up, and made sure I wasn’t left alone. She didn’t just treat me as a patient—she treated me as a person. Every time I called, she was responsive, caring, and ready to help. She took the time to listen, advocate for my pain management, and ensure I felt supported. Her compassion went beyond just doing her job—she truly cared. Medical City is lucky to have her. If every nurse showed the same level of commitment, patients would feel so much more supported. Thank you Nurse Gladys for being a light in a dark time. Your kindness won’t be forgotten

Darla Jones I visited the ER and was seen very quickly. All of the staff that I personally dealt with were friendly, kind and compassionate. I wasnt admitted for overnight treatment but feel like if I had been I would have continued to get the same care that I received in the emergency room.

Darlene Smith This is the second time I’ve been here. I had knee surgery in September knee surgery in January. I was in the hospital. Each Time for 11 days. The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.

Sarah My grandma was recently at Acute Rehab after she broke her wrist. She is struggling with dementia and can be difficult. The therapy staff did an exceptional job with her! They were incredibly patient and personalized her care to fit her needs. The nursing staff and techs were kind, attentive, and compassionate. We thought my grandma would have to go to a nursing home after discharge, but the case management team advocated for her and were able to get her back to her memory care/home. Overall, we had a great experience at Acute Rehab, and I would highly recommend it!

Riddhi This rehab hospital has been a great choice for my dad’s recovery. While the food is okay, they have been extremely accommodating to his vegetarian and Jain dietary needs, which we really appreciate. What truly sets this place apart is the level of care and dedication from the staff. They provide several hours of physical therapy each day—something that wouldn’t have been possible if he were recovering at home. They are also very attentive to his medications, ensuring everything is managed properly and that there are no complications. Overall, we’re very grateful for the support and high-quality care they provide!

BLR (Shades) Here for 3rd Procedure for my husbands Vascular problems. The Heart Hospital is very nice & there is Valet Parking. His other procedures were Day Surgeries this one hell need to stay a few days in the hospital before he can come home. They always take good care of him & we like that all BSW Doctors can see your medical records.

Thanh Duc Vu I did surgery my heart in The Heart Hopital in Plano 10/16/2024. GOD created me on this Earth, and Thanks GOD show me the way to meet Dr William Brinkman. Dr Brinkman did great job, he replaced my Aorta Valve and Ascending Aortic were damaged and saved my life. Dr Brinkman is so talented and very kindness. Now I recovering very good. I would like to say thanks to all the medical team of The Heart hospital in Plano. GOD BLESS US.

Dr.Julius Ejifor,Was my Surgeon, and he Saved my life even though i was not expected to live.The Best Doctors in the World are there!
