Heather Keil The price is great, one of the lowest around.. Unfortunately you sometimes have to put up with ladies who bring all their little kids with them so its hard to relax. Also it would be nice if my daughter and I can be seen at the same time so we are not there for a long time and have to listen to above mentioned children. Meetal Shah Brianna’s pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. She was meticulous and didn’t just rush through like most of the recent experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

Kelli Iutzwig She repeatedly argued with me about how I want my hair cut. I told her multiple times I only wanted to cut off one inch and she cut off 4+ after I firmly stated I only wanted one inch. Now my hair is way shorter than I wanted and I strongly dislike the length and the way it looks. It sucks paying for a service and your stylist still ignoring what you asked them to do. Don’t recommend at all.

Katrina Claypoole Just got my nails done and love them! I dont get my nails done often so the technician had to be very patient. She took the time to make sure the length and shape was perfect. These nails look like they are my natural nails with polish. This is the first time that Ive gotten my nails done and not regretted it. Charlotte De Leon I have been getting my nails done by Lauren since last summer and I will NEVER go back to a nail salon again! She is SO kind and lovely to talk to, she takes her time, and checks in with you after each step to make sure that you love your nails! I have never left an appointment unhappy with my nails and I think these photos show proof of just how talented she is! If you were thinking about booking, just do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Ann Boehm This was my first time at this salon and I was pleased with the attention to service, the quality of a manicure, the offering of wine, and the politeness of the staff. This salon is owned by a husband and wife team who are friendly and talented. All of the staff do a good job and are very accommodating. It is not the production type facility that is so frequently found in college station. I highly recommend them.

Denise Macik Worst experience ever. My pedicure was not done as the description and the man doing it got rude and said we have to pay more. I had my nails done and the owner left them bumpy and not dipped well. I had to go elsewhere and get my nails done. Color selection was pitiful. The sinks were nasty and dirty and I watched them reuse soaking bowls without washing them. I received a 10 discount but no other comps even after we told them about our service. The one plus is the kids chairs which is why we went there. Never returning.

The husband and wife (owners) are in my opinion the best people to get acrylics done by! I recommend this place to everyone I come across.

She’s highly skilled. The gf loved her nail designs also bc she wasnt in the mood for anything too basic and Holly accommodated! Beautiful new shop and awesome owners. Check them out!

mykah d I’m not one to leave reviews but after my horrible experience here I had to. I came in to get my nails taken off and I have never in my life had more pain getting my nails removed than I did here. The lady wouldn’t use acetone to soak my nails off even though I was obviously in pain and told her that. I kept jerking my hand back and all she did was ask “does it hurt” and then continued to do the exact same thing she was doing. My nails are horrendous never going back.

I followed her because she has never once in all these years failed to deliver impeccable customer service on every level from cut, styles and color to attending to you throughout your service. I was gone for a few years and I am so glad to be back. I do not, even in a pinch, use anyone but Daisy! She delivers above and beyond! Her color is on point. He hair cuts are precision and she will NOT cut off too much. She gives excellent and professional feedback. If I come in with an idea thats wouldnt be flattering for me, she tells me in a kind and professional way. She offers suggestions for colors and styles that best suit me while as closely incorporating what I want as possible. I cant say enough.

Taylor Mealey I’m so glad I found this place. We live 40 minutes away and there are no good nail salon options close so we decided to try this salon. It was so clean, the employees were very welcoming and did a wonderful job. For the price I paid for two pedicures, one full set and a manicure for my mom, it was well worth it. It was one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had.

Robert Linebaugh This salon is really cool. So many services. I don’t typically go to barbers because I dont like being strapped down and people touching my face. Ashlee Martakis is the only person I have found to be comfortable with. Ashlee is not only personable and made me feel comfortable the whole time, but the full service was amazing and worth every penny. After 40 years I finally found the barber for me. My beard is very coarse and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Maurine Sitterding Adriana Puentes with Aces Place is an amazing stylist. I have been coming to see Adriana since she opened her salon in 2022. She has done my hair and my families hair and we have never had a bad experience. I personally love to color my hair in vivid colors (mostly purples) and her work is always amazing. he had done hair tinsel in my daughters hair multiple times. She is always very professional and spends a lot of time with us to ensure we are happy with our services.

Nicole Le I hate to write this review but I signed up for a vivd hair coloring appointment with Ashlee Martakis and although she was incredibly nice. I suffered from an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) due to not being patch tested prior. I went to her assuming that she is a professional and that she would know this was a possibility and I did not due any research on the process of coloring hair. If I had known that there is a risk for sensitive skin people dying their hair, I would have asked more questions. I just want to write this review as a reminder or warning to those who want to dye their hair that this is a possibility if you have sensitive skin or unknown allergies. Ask for a patch test!

Niya Yan I did color powder here. Very pretty，i love the shape. The technician is very skillful, and did his work with careness. His taste is also very good, while i have difficulty expressing the shape i want,he did the shape with his own taste based on the shape of my hand. Kayla Chiles I have been going to to Star Nails off and on for over 14 years. I started going back every 2-4 weeks for the past 3 years again. I’ve never had a bad experience! I’ve used every nail tech in there and always leave satisfied. My husband started joining me in pedicures and he is just as pleased. They have the kindest staff who are always smiling. They offer us a drink when we sit and make sure we are comfortable the whole time in the chair. They are prompt and efficient I never feel rushed they focus on my needs and complete them before moving to the next client. Best nail salon around BCS!!!

Landry Webb This is easily my favorite nail spa I’ve EVER been to! Everyone is so kind, attentive, and talented. We were greeted with smiles and not rushed at all. Lina did my nails and really brought my vision to life! I think she perfectly captured the springtime nails I wanted! She shaped them so well, at the perfect length, and even accounted for my crooked middle fingers lol. Then Julie handled our payment and sealed the whole visit with her kindness and grace. Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I highly recommend Red Carpet Nails to anyone looking for high quality designs, at a reasonable price (I got gel for about $60- I’ve been severely up charged at other places), and quick without being rushed. Love this place and will come back soon!!

They are consistently up on the latest nail trends, including having healthy natural nails! I know because I have tried other places where after the first few visits…it becomes a rush through on your service. But not, at Red Carpet Nails. That’s the reason I’m finally doing a review of a nail salon in this community! Plus, they’ve remembered my name. Lol My favorite part of being a customer is their focus on creating beautiful results for you the customer, with the bonus of the relationship the owners and staff have with each other for their customers. That is when you know and can feel that they value their customers and their customers satisfaction with their work.

I was referred here by a few of my colleagues who live in this area. I live in Dallas, and Im so sad I live 3 hrs away because I would be a regular. Angel did my gel pedicure, and she was amazing. She was gentle, precise, and very kind. Then Ben did my nails. I got a full set of acrylic nails with the gel polish. Ben was also very detail oriented. He was very polite, and he made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted! 20 stars to Angel and Ben! Thank you for the best nail experience Ive ever had. I will definitely come here every time Im in town!

Priscilla Moreno Absolute horrible experience. I went there about 2 weeks ago and the nail technician didnt even seem like she wanted to be there. I had to remind her of the full service that I was paying for which was $60 that included other things that she was not providing like neck pillow, drink & towels wrap. While getting the service, I asked her to use the cheese grater like tool to rub my feet a little more to get the dry areas. She grabbed the cheese grater tool from the customer next to me which was my sister. The technician that was taking care of my sister grabbed it from another technicians cart that was doing another customers feet. I also had to remind her of my massage and towel wrap around my legs because she had forgot about that at the conclusion of service. Left the towels about 1 minute and then took them off and left in a hurry and left me sitting there at the end. I didnt have my glasses with me so I proceeded to bring my feet closer to my face so I could see the work and noticed that there were uneven blobs of nail polish and that the cat eye was not done. Absolutely horrible and on top of that she did not do one pinky at all. Thats right no nail polish. I went to the manager Mr Long and he seemed to not even care about the poor work performed. I asked him if I can get a partial refund for the work not done properly and one toe left completely undone. He told me to sit back down to get them redone but I did not have time as I was tagging along with my sister in her vehicle and needed to leave. She didnt want to stay there any longer as we waited an hour and a half to get our service done and we were there for over 2 hours. I told him I was very busy and that I could possibly maybe come tomorrow but I did not guarantee it. I insisted on a partial refund but he kept declining. Just kept saying to come back another day. He did not give me a time frame to come back nor did he put it on the note that I requested from him guaranteeing rework of my toes. I went back today 2 weeks later because I have been busy with my sick mother with cancer and my job. I had told him that I was very busy and thats why I wanted a refund last time. The nail polish is the same on each nail and none are chipped off at this point because I had got shellac. You can see the work done from last visit. I showed him the note that I made him write me guaranteeing re-work. By the way, he did not want to write the note initially and was making faces when I had asked for it. See note below. Pic has a glare. I showed him this note today and reiterated that he did not give me a time frame to come back. He said he could not do anything about it. I asked if I could get a partial refund at least because the work wasnt done right and even one of my toes was never even done at all. I explained to him that the technician reused the cheese grater tool and that they needed to improve on their practices and all he did was smirk with arrogance. I guess he couldnt believe that the technicians have unsanitary practices. He said that the business makes a lot of money & he doubts that happened. I told him excuse me sir, but theres no reason for me to lie and I have my sister as a witness that was with me this day next to me. This man has no compassion, is not customer oriented, and is very arrogant. Its apparent by his demeanor and words he only cares about making money & not customer experience or improving the establishment practices. You know what? No worries because karma is real and everything we do comes back to us. I see now why there is a lady that reviewed that she got fungus from this place. While I was placing this review I noticed that one. Please dont go there. You may or may not get good customer service depending on who you get and you may or may not get sanitary tools. If you value your feet do not go there. This is an. honest to God review

Haley Hooker I went for the first time here today and I was with Lany and she did above and beyond for me! Tomorrow is my birthday and she made me feel so special and we had so much fun. I asked for a almond French with chrome and she ate and left not one crumb.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. My nail technician took her time to ensure every detail was perfect, and I left with the most stunning set of nails I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending KV Nails to all my friends!

bryce bennett I followed Van Tran from his last salon to KV nails and I definitely don’t regret it! The salon itself is so beautiful, clean, and welcoming as well. There hasn’t been one time I’ve gone to Van for my nails and been disappointed, he always does such a thorough and amazing job at any of the nail sets I ask him for!

Maegen Oudie Great experience here. Fairly priced, I got a basic manicure and pedicure with shellac all under $100 with Lee! My only suggestion is plan to have a little bit of a wait even if you have an appointment set, I was booked with another manicurist but due to their availability when I came into the salon I got someone different. Place could use some renovations as well to update the place, but other than that everything was good!

Alyssa Briere Your nails will most likely look great, but they won’t last long. I’ve gone three times now to continue giving them a chance because of how good my nails look by the end, but they never even last a week without at least one nail chipping. I get a shellac manicure so for me it’s only the polish chipping, but it chips especially within the first 3 days. This salon does not care about nail health. I was utterly shocked at how much my nails were scraped on with the metals tools so aggressively. The staff isn’t super nice but they’re definitely not rude, just not welcoming. Overall, if you’re looking for cheap, great looking shellac nails - then this is your place. For long lasting nails, great service, and true nail care, I would not recommend QNails. I got mine done for the third time by them yesterday, I’ll attach a picture. One is already chipped and the overall look of them is not satisfying.
