Chris P I dont think this review will do any good as I have been reading pretty much the same as I would write too. Needs a good cleaning. They have just about every thing you would need except produce but it is so cluttered. They really just need to shut down for a week and organize and clean it up!

Cassie Neal This store is unorganized. Boxes are everywhere. Prices are good but when you ask about certain items they can never tell you anything. Whenever Im traveling and stop by items are not available and if they are you cant ever find them. Please for your customers get organized, restock, unboxed. Thank you

Bea Fields Visiting from Dallas and I was in dire need of needing a full set mani and pedicure. This place was AWESOME!!! From the time I walked in I was greeted by the sweet receptionist and I was placed in a chair right away. I let them know what I wanted and they did not disappoint. Tommy did an awesome job on my pedicure and Jason was magnificent in my full set manicure gel nails. The shape and ombré color came out perfect!!! The atmosphere was refreshing and the environment was nice and clean. I definitely recommend going here if you are in need of having AMAZING service with a friendly staff that cares and caters to your needs.

Jaymee Gonzales I cannot recommend this salon enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. Angie’s attention to detail is impeccable. She never misses when it comes to designs or nail shape. Whenever I show her an inspo picture, the results are always better than the inspiration itself. The salon is clean, inviting, and the entire experience is relaxing. I recommend Bliss and Angie every time someone compliments my nails, which is often!

Tee Sor I love Michelle- She is so committed to giving you a great experience . I had a facial and have used some of the Yon Ka products . My skin feels and looks healthier and my face stayed softer and more moisturized . The setting is rustic but elegant - and it’s pure comfort . She has so many years of experience in skin care and is so good at diagnosing and treating issues. Also she is smart and kind and funny so she basically treats your whole person. If you don’t live too far from Comfort , Tx- it’s worth the drive for this spa and for the really great downtown small town Texas shops . This treatment is workers every penny!! It’s been my favorite skin care spa ever !!! There is some magic going on here !!!!

Lucinda Stanford First visit. Busy, but they got me right in without an appointment. Front desk gentleman was very nice. The pedicure girl was very fast. Quickest pedi I’ve ever had, but she did a good job. Would have enjoyed a little bit more leg & foot massage, but it was adequate. I will be going back. Would recommend!!

Miss Smith We came in for a belated birthday and girls day. The staff was amazing as always and did custom designs from pictures of inspiration provided. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Falk My nails were pretty when I left. However,I am starting to think men make terrible nail artists though. The man that did my manicure was very rough, even the “massage” part hurt. He filed my already short nails so short that my thumb nail was down to the quick. Then I paid the most I have ever paid for a gel manicure with design (they charge $5 per nail). I had a morning appt this morning and the polish already peeled up. I don’t have time to go repair it there’s as it’s a half hour drive. Very disappointed!

Priscilla Rosales This is the first time I feel the need to write a review for a nail salon. Took my picky nieces to get full sets and pedicures. I could only do the latest appt around 4:30ish. They were so nice, considerate, and attentive. The salon is also clean and up-kept. They did a wonderful job and this is now my go to spot!! Thank you!!

Tammye Farmer-Holloman Tange (sp) was very professional. My appointment was at 5p and I was sitting in the chair at 5p. The place is clean and very relaxing. Ms. Nancy was excellent. I haven’t had a pedicure in about a year. She took good care of me! I was very pleased!!! I will definitely go back.

Vanessa Willis I really really love Oasis and will be returning for their pedicures but I got my nails done with dip which they turned out so pretty but began breaking off at the tips by the second day and now after a week since I got them done 3 of my nails have broken. I got them done on a Monday and one broke the next day (ring), then Friday (pointer) and lastly today on a Monday (thumb). I did call on Friday and they were so sweet and prompted me go back to get them fixed but I have not had the time. 4 stars because they were so nice and accommodating and their pedicures are amazing but there’s no reason why my nails broke so quickly especially for the price.

Thania Good work but over priced. These were acrylic nails but the receipt said gel nails, when I explained I had got acrylic not gel she said the charge was for the long length but clearly the nails are short. Nice but not worth $73 for acrylics

W Kaili i will not be returning. mimi did my nails she was very sweet. BUT, i got my nails done 7/14 and it is the 29th and they all peeled off very easily. they were very sloppily done and poor quality. they were lumpy and not even.

liz ojeda Thursday, the 13th of Feb I went to The Lash and Nail Bar for a manicure and pedicure around 3 in the afternoon. I went around 3 years ago, and it was great. The ladies were so friendly and attentive. This visit not so much. While I did get a great pedicure with the gel nail color and a manicure with the dip, no customer service. The prices are cheaper than where I usually go, but probably wont go back. I was supposed to get a neck massage, with my 70 dollar pedicure pkg, but never got it. Really not much of a leg massage and the operator working on my nails, finished and ran off to another customer and did not really finish by applying hand lotion after my nauls dried as I am accustomed to at the other facility. I signed up for the pamper pkg, but really got no pampering. Lol. As I stated earlier, I am happy with the job on my nails and feet. The lack of customer service only hampered my tip by a small percentage. I always tip 25% and more. I understand and appreciate the skills learned. I highly recommend due to the pricing and great job, but also highly recommend they work to improve their customer service. Parking is fine. They are located in the Town Center.

Heather Bryant Unfortunately I am very anal when it comes to my nails. I came here the first time to fix what another salon did and they fixed them perfectly and only charged me $10 which was super sweet! I love this place and have been back three times now having a different person each time. All three people have done a great job.

Emilee Caldwell I went here yesterday for my birthday and the girl that did my nails did absolutely amazing I went with a Halloween theme jack from the nightmare before Christmas and they turned out perfect. It made my birthday special. I highly recommend this place

WannA As I am "one of those = " who notices every detail of any sort of work being done on/for me.. I want to say that after trying several nail shops in Kerrville where mostly the overall results were disappointing or techs actually didnt care, walk-ins over appts, old products, feeling taken for granted despite being very very generous tip-wise/holiday$$, I recently took a chance on the shop Queens. ->Jennifer, there, did not in any way disappoint and tho it was a very late day appt, and she must have been tired, she stayed and made sure that the dip mani and spa/shellac pedi were exactly as the photo I brought her. She remained cheerful and professional thru out and ended my session with a nice neck massage! Gorgeous nail work, spaced appts for one/one privacy, quiet, relaxed environment. I fully recommend Jennifer, and if you want to make an appt at Queens, best to TEXT her or your call could be sent to a voicemail if shes with a client.

Rebecca North My nails turned out okay, I’ll update on longevity. Main reason for lower rating is my poor cuticles got butchered on one hand. I had no tears/lifting and now 4 out of 5 fingers have open wounds. Some glue was still on skin. A massage is referenced, but I didn’t receive one so Im not sure if its only for appointments or by request. I wanted to love them, but I can’t say I will return.

Clayton Anderson Fantastic experience! Relaxing and Top Notch experience! My wife talked me into getting a pedicure with her. She was blown away by the atmosphere and the care they took. They use organic products (no chemicals so no strong acrylic smell), relaxing music and have the ambiance of a spa. Donna and Tom were fantastic and it was a super relaxing, painless, enjoyable experience! Well be back for sure! You should check them out.

Brandi Marsh Was charged 125$ 2 sets, nails that didnt even look close to the pictures. The first photo is what my daughter wanted, the second is what she got. Ive been getting my nails done for 15+ nails and have NEVER been charged that much for such a simple design, and poorly done. Will never go back.

Sara Bosworth-Storey I decided to try this place again after about a year and I was very disappointed yet again. I paid for an upgrade on my pedicure only to have to go back the next day because my feet looked terrible. I showed them and they commented that I just have dry skin, I get regular pedicures and this was by far the worst my feet have ever looked after a pedicure. I definitely wont be back again.

Rachael Dering Highly recommend this nail bar! My line of work has taught me to pay VERY close attention to detail. That has spilled over to the other parts of my life and can be VERY frustrating at times. Thats one thing I don’t have to worry about here because they do phenomenal work and truly just want to get it right for you! No one gets upset if you ask for something modified, everyone seems happy and they’re also efficient! They’re also great with kids and even have tiny children’s chairs for pedicures. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Amazing!

Pearl Aguilera The place was very clean and once you walk in you are not immediately slapped with all the smells of a nail salon. The nail tech was super nice, not rude at all when I asked her to reshape the nails or asked her about colors, she put oil at then end of my appointment and did a quick massage. She took her time shaping and filing my nails and that is why they look great! I have gone to other nail salons and have not been satisfied, but this nail and spa is the right choice! Ashlyn Starnes Walked in today for a pedicure. I got the Deluxe pedicure, which is one step up from the Basic pedicure. It was the best pedicure I have had in years! The massage was amazing and super relaxing. My feet and toes look and feel great! Pricing was very good too.

Amy BoBamy Found this place years ago and haven’t looked back since. I love it because there’s never a wait, it’s clean, beautiful, and the staff is excellent. I typically get a solid color oval dip set. Today I felt like doing a simple candy cane stripe on my ring fingers for the holidays. I happened to walk in as someone was walking out with a similar design with French tipped candy cane stripes and I loved her set!! I said I wanted the same but on my ring fingers only and Jimmy suggested a slightly different design. I went with it and am happy I did! Though my design is simple, I’m impressed with it and Jimmy’s talents with other sets I’ve seen and look forward to other creative designs in the future!

LaTiana Russell My first time coming and I didn’t enjoy my experience. Jimmy was my technician and I feel like he rushed. It took him all of 20 mins. I stated I wanted my acrylic a little thicker b/c that’s how I like my nails. He proceeded to say “ they will be thick enough. I’ve been doing this for 20yrs. If you don’t like it I’ll fix it” like okay I’m telling you I don’t like it now. He didn’t fix it. I chose my color and he suggested another color. I went with it (which I shouldn’t have) and didn’t like it. By the time I wanted to say something he was outside and didn’t come back until closing. All the other staff were very nice and friendly. I just didn’t like how Jimmy really didn’t listen to me and rushed my services.

Carlotta Dilworth I walked in as a first time customer and I asked for someone who was great and comfortable with “hang nails”. My feet were sore and really needed treatment more than the cosmetic side of a pedicure. I was assigned to John and OMG!!!! He is amazing.. He listened, took his time, he even set a timer in my massage so I knew I got the full massage experience that comes with the pedi. I chose the $60 but considering the service provided not to mention the friendliness and welcoming vibe from the staff, it was all worth it. I was given a warm sand bag and towel for relaxation and complimentary wine. These people truly serve here, not just hustle you in to running up a tab.. I am more than impressed and honestly was happy to pay what they charge.. Unlike others who charge high end prices but give quick and unsatisfactory services. Service is t service anymore but here they are humble and earn every penny, seriously. I am Sold!!

Ellie Cary This was my first time coming and OMG I’ll be back! My husband and I came in for pedicures and Cindy and Ruby were so wonderful and kind! My feet feel and look like gold. We just moved to Mesquite area and this place is just as good (if not better) than the salons in Oaklawn and Uptown. If you’re new in the area and looking for your next salon, THIS is the one. They have so many colors to choose from and have a lot of fun styles (cat eye, clear neon, nail art etc)! Looks like the options are endless here too which is what I need.

Kirsten Minderman Visited Saturday, nice location, easy to access. Down side I came when they were having their grand opening, the wait was a little long due to the first come first serve and no apt was taken that day. I got a manicure and a pedicure, which both were rushed. Eric did my nails and missed where it said I wanted a manicure with dip. My nails was dipped first and then placed in water, lotion and cut the cuticle that wasn’t covered with the dip. I plan on revisiting and doing another review in a few weeks. I do understand that they were offering a massive discount and had a lot of people to service but it’s a service that’s being paid for and attention to detail is important.

J Brandon Good experience overall. I work with my hands and need my nail tips to be smooth, so I get a little bummed if I immediately have to smooth my tips with my own nail file after a classic manicure. My nails are thin and will tear if snagged on fabric or even caught in my hair. On the positive: The salon had a good neutral nail shade, and the salon looks clean.

Laura Coy I purchased a 100.00 gift card for my daughter. She was expecting at the time and was later put on bed rest so she was not able to get in to use it. After the baby was born, she called to make an appointment and was told it is no longer good. They only give you 6 months to use. Disappointed very much since we liked going to this place. Other salons I have gone to give you a year or longer to use your gift card. Make sure to read the very tiny fine print at the bottom. Sorry to say we will no longer be getting our nails done here!!!

I made an appointment for 1:00 and it 1:15 I said am sorry im in may lunch hour, the girl came over and was rude to me and rough the whole time and never said a word to me, when she was done and after I tipped her she looked right at me and said "just so you know we dont always get to people right at three appointment" I said dont worry I wont be back she said "GOOD"

I know I got a simple (basically clear) dip manicure, so it’s not super obvious in the photos, but they are very nice, well done, and look way better than my bare nails! I will be back! It seems like calling ahead to make an appointment or see if they have a gap in their schedule to fit you in is the way to go - I called and got an appt for the next day!

Rozzy Roz I love when Connie does my nails we go from what color nails today you want to laughing and joking. This is my 3rd time going and each time she has not disappointed me. She’s so sweet kind and funny and it’s a great personality. First time doing just polished tip. She made it look good I’m normally like i want my entire nails polished. She makes them look natural If you check them out ask for Connie and know what you want when you go she got you.

Alexis Rimmer Don’t waste your time making an appointment and don’t bother going. Was a first time customer and will probably be my first and last visit. I made an appointment for me and my mom 2 weeks prior to the appointment for 2 gel pedicures and 2 gel-x full sets. The appointment was for 10:30 and we arrived 10 minutes early. It was fairly busy when we showed up and the receptionist acted like she couldn’t speak to us. We were immediately taken to a pedicure chair and had our feet placed in water which is where we sat and waited for the next 40 minutes. The water was cold by the time they came to start the pedicure to which I had to ask them to change it. My $45 pedicure ( $65 with the gel polish ) lasted all of 20 minutes. She only scrubbed the bottom of one foot due to the fact that she dropped the scrubber on the floor and didn’t bother getting a new one. When I made a comment about how fast the pedicure was, she tried to drag it out by applying more lotion/oil and rubbing my legs a little longer. Opted NOT to proceed with getting my nails done here as I didn’t want to have to give them any more of my money than I already had to. Our total was $120, without tip, for approximately 30 minutes of ACTUAL SERVICE. Maybe you have to be a returning customer here to get decent service or maybe you have to pay for the $80 pedicure to get decent service, who knows.

Adria Kay One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. My nails look fabulous, and the service was wonderful. I was in and out quickly; they promptly started on my gel-x set and finished them in record time. The shape is great, the design is beautiful.

EVERYONE was soo kind, professional, & the place is BEAUTIFUL!! I got the detox pedicure & deluxe facial. they do such a great job (please ensure you tip because they do go above & beyond). Hannah, you did a GREAT JOB, thank you so much for making me feel good & pretty again today (it’s been a long time since i’ve done something for myself). i do plan to visit this beautiful place again, thank you!

They were very quick and efficient, I didn’t have to wait, and they took their time and paid attention to details. I got an acrylic fill and I asked for a French tip with a design and they did it perfectly. I have never had a nail salon able to perfectly match a photo! I included the original I showed them!

Needed the extra tank a week later and the threads on the tank are messed up but Delta Mart won’t exchange it because it’s been a week. Rebecca Duke The staff and owners are great, very friendly and helpful. The updates to the store are nice and I really appreciate the fact that they always have my favorite drinks in stock. I only have one request, and that is about the prices. If there was a way that the prices were a bit more fitting to the community’s budget that would be awesome cause this is a great community but we are a bit on the low income scale and a lot of us don’t have a way to get anywhere else to shop. I know times are hard for everyone including business owners but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Other than that I love this store and hope that they continue the awesome work they have been doing.
