Kelley H Really didn’t love my experience here. It felt rushed. She didn’t paint close to my nail bed, you can see in the pictures that it looks like my nails grew out for a couple of days but this was the day after. Then my gel nails chipped after one day. Overall it just wasn’t worth it.

Jill Parish I’ve been coming to Bliss Nail Spa for many years, and I always leave happy with whatever service I had that day- manicure, pedicure or both. The staff is professional, kind and excellent at what they do. And, the nail spa is very neat and clean. For all these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa.

Mandy Gleason The best nails in Dallas. By far. I’ve been seeing Tommy, the owner, for 10 years and have followed him to salons all over Dallas until he opened Bliss Spa a few years ago. Tommy has an amazing attention to detail AND is fast, which is a hard combination to find. I get dip and acrylic nails and they’re always super “thin” and natural - never thick and puffy. I’ve also seen Natalie many times and she’s wonderful too. The cherry on top is that Bliss is well-decorated and comfortable (again, not easy to find). Just make sure you go to the NW Hwy Bliss Nail SPA next to Target - there are a couple Bliss’ around Dallas so it’s easy to put the wrong one into GPS.

Dwight Williams I brought My 5 year old daughter here to get both her hands and feet done a week ago her polish came off the very next day. I called and spoke with someone over the phone about the issue they told me no problem bring her back in they will fix it. When I show up to get it fixed its another problem because she didnt have any polish left it would be an additional charge, I would have to pay all over again. I was advised by a customer that I should use dip because it last longer I said ok. After waiting a hour to get her nails done and being charged $40 for just her finger nails and driving 40 minutes out the way both times Ill never bring her back

I typically come after a long day of work and am not picky about who does my nails/toes because EVERYONE does a great job! Seriously, every person that has provided me service has blown me away. I never wait around for someone to help me and any requests I have, they accommodate with a smile on their face! I will never go to another nail establishment so long as Bliss Nail Spa is here. Just left after getting my nails done for vacation and I am so happy! I never do designs but decided I’d give them a try. So happy I did! Tommy made my nails look EXACTLY like the photo I showed him. I’m one happy girl! Thank you Tommy and team!

Lili New hidden gem. Janiece took her time and did a good job on my French tip gel toenails. She paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Good value for the pedicure as well. Will be going back.

Amanda Early Tammy, Tracy, and all of the ladies are fantastic! I come every 3 -4 weeks for upkeep and regardless of who I get that day, they help keep this teacher on her feet. I can sometimes get my husband to come with me, and their work on him is impressive!

NicoNat Originally I was put off by my nail artists attitude but honestly she did really amazing and super quick. I would highly recommend. My dip powder fake nails costed 44$ not including tip. Be careful of their attitudes but they do amazing work.

Grayson Mccarthy Love coming here been my number one and only spot for years!! The customer service is not comparable to anywhere else! They treat you like family and create a relationship with everyone that comes. I’ve sent multiple friends here over the years and they all love it too. Aside from how nice the customer service and experience here is my nails are always PERFECT. They can do anything you ask for and it’s usually better than the reference. I love it here and I will continue to come and send anyone in need of a recommendation here too.

Jocey Yolanda and Lin are the best! They’re so kind, welcoming, and actually listen to what you want. A lot of places rush through, but they take their time and make sure youre happy. I really appreciate that they actually cut my nails short like I asked—its such a small thing, but it makes a big difference! The whole experience is always relaxing, and they make you feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been going here for 4 years and never had a bad experience. I have also had waxing and massages done here as well. I am able to get appointments any time I need and they are always accommodating to my schedule and needs!

Tiffany Bohuchot First time I have tried this place. I recently moved to the area. I was seated immediately. Then had to wait 10 min before I was worked in. I was never offered any beverage or drink. Lady was very rough. She cut my toe. So no tip. Went to pay. I was charged an extra $1.50 for paying Apple Pay. Other nail place I have never been charged a fee paying with debit/credit or Apple Pay. Never will I return here again.

Aspen Taylor Great salon! My technician, Peter, gave me the most beautiful, precise dip manicure with a French manicure upgrade. Seriously the best dip nails Ive gotten in a LONG time! The shop is clean, quiet, and everyone was super nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back for another dip manicure with Peter!

Elizabeth Villalba The shape of my nails is literally perfect!! It’s hard to find someone that can do almond shape really well. I happen to be passing by and they took me in right away and got me in and out in 45 minutes. The work really surprised me and I’m super happy with it.

vanessa ruiz I took my niece do get her nails done there for the first time. The young man that was doing her nails did not talk at all. Seamed irritated while doing his job. He was done about half way through my service which was exactly the same. Her polish was on the cuticle and side of fingers. Cuticle was not cut or pushed back as I asked for. Her 2 nails fell off same day. The next day they were all cracked and looked horrible!!! I know she could have done a better job on her own nails. Not worth a visit for the price you pay. Do not waste your money and expect good service. If you’re in a hurry this is the place for you. They sure do rush u out of there. They act like it’s a race to turn over customers and it wasn’t even busy. Vivian was excellent on my service. That was the only positive of the visit. I am attaching a picture of my nails done by Vivian two weeks after and they still look good!

Katie Portillo I am visiting the area and stopped here to get my nails and toes done. I am not happy with my experience. The woman who did my nails did not let me relax at all. She rushed me and got snippy with me as well. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to relax. Also, for the price my nails came out ugly. I lied and said I liked them because my family was waiting on me and I needed to leave. You can see in my pictures I have missing pigment and the color got into my cuticles. I paid $60 for the nails. They’re worth $5. Also, I had no cuticle trim or hand massage even though it was supposed to be included. However, I really liked Diane. She did my pedicure and she was extremely nice and did a very good job. I loved her. She is the type of person I’d like to receive this service from because she was kind, gentle and detailed. If I could I’d give her 5 stars.

Emily Ephraim Needed a manicure and decided to do the dip nail set. The technician was nice but didnt find it necessary to tell her co-workers, to not come around the entirety of the service. Due to her having conversations that were distracting her, she would have been a bit more focused on my manicure service, she would have not cut my cuticle too deep and caused me to bleed. I got no apologies, but rather her attempt to quickly correct her mistake, while I was watching tv. There was no sympathy to ask if it hurt etc. Im sure the establishment is probably private owned, but they could really work on customer service overall.

Danna Brito They did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. Other places usually leave you with thick nails, not here, they look perfect. Their service is also an 11/10. Pretty quick too. Absolutely loved it. Every time they out do themselves. Henry made an amazing job on my nails. I loved them !!!

Alexis Garza I have came to this place 3 times now and both times were really good, but I just left and I felt like the guy was rushing the whole time. Some nails do not look almond shape, some are crooked. The design was okay, but I felt like I was overcharged.. I should have waited for T, he is really good. I still plan on going back, but with T. Update: T fixed them and theyre so cute now!! I love them. I will definitely be going back with T, if you go please ask for him. Owner was so nice as well and apologized.

P Writing a formal review due to the lack of response received after reaching out numerous times via social media. As a repeat customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided; however, my experience during my last visit was disappointing. I received an acrylic fill from Ivan, and unfortunately, there were noticeable mistakes, as shown in the attached photo. Additionally, during my pedicure with another technician, Ivan’s continuous conversation and laughter with another staff member made the experience unenjoyable and unprofessional. I value the services your salon offers, but today’s visit did not meet the standards I have come to expect.

I came in today and had my nails done by Kai (sorry if I misspelled!) and I was so impressed with her detail on the checkers. She was also really sweet and has such a soft care of my hand and nails the whole time. I am definitely coming back to her for future appointments. And judging by the other photos it looks like they all do great work with cool designs.

Major She This nail salon is beautiful inside. Their appointment system seems organized and the overall establishment appears to run smoothly. They have seating in the front and back, as well as a bar that was fully stocked with drinks. Service was welcoming and you won’t feel rushed like most places. I gave three stars today because there was an “extra” $40 charge for “deep French tips” when the staff clearly did a white French manicure and silver line that was plain as all can be. I don’t mind the price, I just wish they would have informed me before the service was done. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The total price for this set was $85.00, in my opinion, not worth the up charge

Emi The nails are nice but definitely not worth the price. Staff wont double check to see if acrilic nail polish matches its gel powder match and will just put it on without clarifying its the color you desire. They also wont do a any clean up work. Left the nail salon with powder under my nails and polish on my hands. Nails are applied crookedly as well. This place used to do great service but I feel like its gone downhill over the years.

Kamze Harris Hi, I went today and I got a full gel set. Which I was charged $115 for. I’ve never paid this much for a full set. I’m highly frustrated because it’s over priced. Their prices does not match what they have online, And also they charge for length, even if you have short. Just ask for the price of your nails before you get started. Other than this, the service was really nice, and it’s really pretty in there.

Latisha Shipp I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for a seamless spa experience. Upon arriving punctually for my appointment, I waited patiently for 35 to 40 minutes before being attended to. The nail service, which was initially estimated to take a reasonable amount of time, stretched to three hours. This was the worst nail job i couldve ever imagined. Disappointed with the results, I returned the following day for my pedicure, bringing attention to the horrific manicure. Although they offered to rectify the issue at no extra charge, their casual remark about not charging for the fix left me puzzled, as they should have ensured quality before I left the salon. During the attempted correction, I was informed that they couldnt replicate the original color due to time constraints, which was perplexing given the circumstances. Despite offering to schedule a follow-up appointment at their convenience to address the matter properly, they hastily applied a different polish, leaving a noticeable mismatch between my fingernails and toenails. This entire encounter was a complete disappointment. Update: I disputed the charges with my bank and Dallas best nail sent them pictures of someone elses foot(picture was in black and white). I searched their Instagram for the picture and found it in color. I just cant believe they went this far.

christy moore What a ridiculous situation. I came here because they said they could replicate any design. I showed a picture of my desired design before the appointment started. I then was told that because I had dip on that it would $175 for the appointment because they had to remove it. That’s so absurd. But i decided to continue because it was my wedding and she had agreed to the nail design. Then after doing the base color I am told this design is not possible and she doesn’t even know how to do flower designs. So I just paid $178 for a regular gel manicure…..

Nicole Kayli (Love, Kayli Nicole TV) I go to Irina for my Russian manicure and pedicure and she does a great job every single time I come. Shes so sweet and patient. I never get French tip on my nails, and the set she did for me last night blew my mind. I love everything about this set. This is my third time going to her and she will always be my go to gal whenever I book. Every time I get a set, I get so many compliments!! If youve never booked before-select IRINA whenever you go to book. You will not leave unsatisfied!

daisy villagomez I’ve never wrote a bad review but this was probably the worst service I got in my entire life. To keep it short. Had my service for a pedi at 11:45. They took me in a whole hour later. I had gel polish and they said they weren’t going to charge me because my service was late…okay thank you so much for the generosity lmaooo. Color selection, trash. So I asked for French tip to keep it simple. When she was doing the pedi, she was using the polish that had spilled out of the bottle. I was like bffr. The place looks gross and it’s hot in the back room and I’m not even a person that gets hot often. Also for some reason when they said smart technology I was like hmm maybe it’s some thing cool that will make me fall in love with the sevice. Nope. It was just a nail drill bit sanding down your feet. No oil on them before or nothing just dry. Idk what I expected. At the end nails looked mid. It’s honestly kinda funny. I should’ve left what can I say lol

Jackson at the front desk is amazing—he’s always attentive and kind. I personally love going to Jamie; if you can book an appointment with her, it’s totally worth it. Cat T. Jackson the front desk guy is super sweet and welcoming. He gave me a discount on my nails bc it was my first time getting my nails done after a 4 year break. Ashley did my nails. She was super fast and so fun to talk to. My nails look gorgeous. She has 22 years of experience and she helped me finalize my colors and even with how quickly she worked, my nails came out absolutely perfect. I was in and out in 30 minutes! I will be back if Im ever in the area. The staff here are very kind and genuine people. I really appreciated the good vibes and they were such a joy to be with while I treated myself post exam!

marianne harkness This is a beautiful salon and everyone is very friendly. The salon and equipment are kept very clean which is high on my list of priorities. Jackson, the Concierge, is the first person you see when you enter the salon and he is extremely friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of the stylists do my manis and pedis. Ha has been my stylist and she is extremely sweet and very accomplished at both manis and pedis and takes great care in pleasing her clients. I adore her. If you’re looking for a new salon or even if you’re satisfied with the one you’re going to, you owe it to yourself to try Dorado Nails. I’ve been to many nail salons and by far this one is the BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Ron Oveson We just walked in and were warmly greeted and they had everything set up for us within 5 minutes. I had been here a couple times before pandemic but the salon has been renovated beautifully since then and has a great new clean modern look. They offered us drinks shortly after we settled into the wonderful massage chairs. We chose the lavender pedicure and the skilled technicians started immediately. Tony was my tech. One of the most amazing things about these nail techs is how they can cut nails and clean the cuticles without any pain at all. My feet are very sensitive but everything he did was gentle and safe. I’ve had problems with blood clots and poor circulation so my feet are mottled purple, but after the massage and treatment, they looked bright pink and healthy. I wanted a nail color so they offered me a range of colors and also the UV-activated gel which fixes and dries the paint so I was able to put my shoes back on immediately. On our way out, the owner came and gave all three of us hugs, welcomed us back, and thanked us for the business. We could not be happier! I’m making this a regular thing.

Mariah Mack Come about once a month & they ever disappoint! Form service to shape they nail it every time. It’s always clean & smells immaculate. Not to mention the Complimentary drinks, total plus! As far as techs, I think Scotty has the best shape from everyone I’ve had here. If you’re considering coming here, this is your confirmation, go!

Avery Simon I have been twice now and I have to say the service and quality of people working here is great! The first time I came it was close to closing but they still took me in and gave me a quick gel manicure. I came back 2 weeks later and got the pink marble dip nails. They are affordable too!

Andrea Tian Just left The Nail Spa and had a wonderful time! I don’t ever do anything terribly fancy with my nails so got a basic gel manicure and the lavender pedicure (one step up from basic). Jumong and Dawn were fantastic - both meticulous and efficient at the same time. They worked simultaneously which was great because I was on a bit of a tight schedule. I also didn’t know this but you get 20% off Mondays-Wednesdays, and they have free drinks too! All in all, friendly folks and very happy with my nails - will definitely go back!

Dr. Brock-White Had an AMZING experience during my visit! I can yo Dallas for a quick business trip and had a little extra time to kill. Setting an appointment was quick and easy. I promptly received a confirmation text, and follow-up instructions. When I arrived, I was greates warmly by Sam and tended to warmly and cheerfully. I have allergies, and they were accommodated without question and with the utmost attentiveness. The spa was clean, comfortable and inviting. I was able to relax, enjoy and build community during my service. I would highly recommend this establishment and plan to be a regular client whenever Im in Dallas.

Hana was very knowledgeable, kind, and actually took her time on my pedicure. This is definitely my new spot for pedicures. Gee Cee I had heard so much about the Dallas location and decided to try it when they opened in Addison. It is the cutest nail place I have ever been to and the service is amazing, they really care about your experience. I gave 4 stars because I had to choose the nail color several times since whatever color I chose from the sample, they did not have in stock once they went to check it and the nail tech had to redo my nails a few times because she messed up the sides. My nails looked really good nonetheless.

Mia B. Stopped by on a whim after a super long wait at another shop. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, walked me through the options and helped me find the perfect color. I was offered a drink as well, which was a nice gesture. Everyone was very polite and efficient, and I got in and got out and on with my day. Pic is of the deluxe rose pedicure setup. Unfortunately, I did end up bleeding on 2 fingers from the guy cutting my cuticles too low. I normally tip 20% but adjusted for that.
