Lori DeWetter I have gone for quite some time to Pink Polish Nail Salon (next to Albertsons) in El Paso. The salon is very nice and clean and I am always happy with their services. The people there take pride in their work and it shows! Pink Polish is my go to place for nails.

Both techs who did my nails and toes were very nice and did a thorough job! I was pleased with service, talent and overall experience!

Lindsey L Needed a last minute pedicure for 3 people, myself and my parents, they were available for and very accommodating even at 6:00 pm! The pedicures were perfect all our feet feel brand new and look callus free. Smooth as a baby’s butt as the saying goes, with pretty painted toes to boot! We were offered a nice cold beverage and the massage chairs are so relaxing with a phone charger and cup holder. I would recommend Diamond Nails to anyone and everyone. The nail salon had a luxury feel at a very affordable price!

Anais Lopez Since moving back i have been to many nail locations and something always went wrong, at Diamond Nails they have always known what to so and immediately correct and error without making you feel uncomfortable or like youre inconveniencing them. They are very nice and attentive. The prices are just and quality is great!

Javesnev Hernandez If there was an option to review this place with 0 starts I would….first time being here & im a licensed nail tech so my job was booked & I live around the area so I thought I’d give this place a try…. I walk in my 1st impression is this place looks dirty I got seated quick for a pedi…. He grabs a nail clipper from his cart which I know isn’t clean I asked is it clean he says yes than he proceeds to use a dirty nail file & a dirty buffer I asked him why are you reusing those on clients he says he doesn’t have money to buy new ones for each client…& if clients want new ones they need to pre order or pay more for it…he almost reused a pumice stone too but grabbed a new one. Don’t come here they’re not taking and safety precautions at all it’s dirty and cheap here.

Andrea Cruse Best pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. He didn’t force me to talk during the service either. I like the quiet. He took his time and was very precise! I could’ve fallen asleep in the chair! 10/10 highly recommend. Did I mention the prices are very fair.

R. Mayorga I moved recently, tried to other places and I was HIGHLY disappointed. The Staff at Depot Nails is very welcoming and friendly. I have never had issues with my nails w/in a week or even 10 days when getting them done here, they last 4-6 weeks without any lifting or breaking. They Keep the appointments you make and prices are reasonable. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Ashley Carrillo I’ve been getting my nails done by Jenny herself for over 6 years now and to this day I can’t imagine leaving this salon. I typically get dip powder and I must say, I won’t get dip done anywhere else. Jenny’s work is so detailed and refined, she truly has mastered her craft! I love this nail salon. The staff is so kind and inviting and they always offer a free beverage of your choice. Bonny (Jenny’s pup) is a plus for me at every visit!

Jesse Arrieta Leslie at Jenny’s nails is excellent. The salon is clean and welcoming. Leslie takes her time and makes sure to give you exactly what you want. She did mine and both my daughter’s nails which came out beautiful. She also did a great job on their eyebrow waxing. I also got a pedicure which was wonderful. Leslie is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality work done.

A. Johnsen I specifically travel to El Paso to get my nails done by Leslie. She is a wonderful nail perfectionist and artist. She takes her time making the nails exactly like the photos I show her. 10/10 recommend. Both sets in the photos are gel nails. And for me they can last over a month- I know they are grown out by then but I love them

Rosie Luna-froehlich My pedicure was good. The tech I got took her time and really did a great job on my feet. The tech my sister got was impatient, did not take her time and cut my sisters cuticle and made her bleed. I didn’t like that the tech ignored the bleeding until my sister asked her to rinse it. You kind of role the dice on this place. Just depends on who does your nails.

Ana Sanchez After using a brush to wash off all the acrylic left on my hands (goops left under my nails), these are my nails the next morning. The place is not the cleanest, and even with an appointment youre waiting. These nails are SO thick and do not look oval as I asked.

Greg Not worth soak off nails. Manicure was not worth the $60 bucks I paid with chrome. Great convo but Ill never go again. Been there 4 times and this time was probably the worst skill I experienced. Just go with caution. I tips accordingly and paid with cash. Forgot to sign in.

Jesse Daigüal Called at 3, was told to go at 4, was told no appointment needed, they were doing 2 pedicures for some ladies that were very annoying customers, and nails for 10 year old girls. Im upset because I was encouraged to wait, yet the 2 people doing pedicures are SO SLOW and to avoid wasting peoples time, why dont you book appointments. What a waste of my time!!!

Brianna Gurrola I don’t usually get my nails done because it’s very hard to find a trustworthy nail tech. I decided to trust Xoey for my graduation nails and I was left very unsatisfied. The quality of the nail design came out very poor. The chrome lines that I wanted weren’t very defined and are already starting to chip off. The whole process felt rushed and not very cared for. My nails ended up looking messy and rushed. They were definitely not worth 160 dollars.

michelle This place was super nice and very clean! The wait time was only a couple minutes and the ladies were very nice! Marisol took care of me and my nails came out very pretty! Although it was pretty pricey, I wouldn’t complain about the service and quality!

Katelyn Z This is a very nice nail salon! I came in for manicure/pedicure. I did normal polish on my toes, which has lasted well over a month. I also did acrylics with a design with Danny. My acrylics lasted me for OVER a month! Danny is amazing at acrylics. Highly recommend coming here! The staff is very friendly. I included photos of the day I got my nails done and a month later, how my acrylics were still going strong.

Wade&Landri Danny did great work! My second time coming here and Danny has done a great job both times. He is gentle and pays attention to detail. He really puts a lot of care into his work. His product is also very durable- my set lasted me a full month and still did not come off easily when it was time for me to change them out. Everyone is friendly and the inside was is very clean.

maribel sanchez-saldivar Fast service and affordable but you get what you pay for. I got a mani with regular polish last Saturday 1/18, 4 days later Wednesday 1/22 and polish is already coming off. I understand regular polish lasts less than gel but not lasting even a week?!?!

Stephanie Prexl Went in a day prior and asked for a pedi & a cat eye polish with NO FILING cause I have thin nails. Charged me 28$ for the cat eye polish (which was fine), but then 10$ extra “for design” which I didn’t get. The cat eye wasn’t even done properly. The nails chipped in less than 48 hours and she filed my nails anyway so it cracked in a terrible spot. When I called to have it fixed, I asked for the owner or manager, he hung up on me!! I had to call back to speak to a receptionist & still Brandon didn’t work on my nails as discussed. He had another woman do it. He speaks to his staff very poorly & doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction only about how much we will spend. If you’re going to be price gauging, make sure your services are worth the price. & don’t up charge to fix your mistakes. Never had a problem getting pedicures there, but definitely won’t be giving them my business anymore. (Also never had to leave a 1 star review before.)

stephanie han I want to call out the owner. Very rude and greedy. Wouldn’t let my 10 year old sit next to me during their dead hours. He said unless I paid for an additional pedicure. He only cares about money. I’ve seen how he treats his employees. He doesn’t like them talking to one another and tells them to stop talking when they do. I’ve heard him say, “Get back to work!” No respect towards his clients or workers. I can tell he’s a control freak and has a huge ego.

Tiffany Lujan Extremely disappointed in my pedicure and overlay/nails. My toe nails were cut very short and filed uneven. My nails are lumpy and sides were not filed. The ones that were are lopsided!The time I spent there was beyond unacceptable as well! Not only are they expensive but the technicians are very unprofessional. I will not be going back!

Marisela Martinez I took my daughter 1 week ago to get a gel manicure for her birthday. It’s been 1 week and her nail polish is lifting. I had gone 1 day before and mine is good. It really does matter who works on your feet & hands. But if they are going to allow the not so good people work on you then they should not charge full price. $150 for my daughters nails to look like this after 1 week is not good

Hope M One of the absolute BEST places to get your nails done in El Paso! I have been coming to HoneyBee nails for some time now and cannot think about going anywhere else. You don’t feel like a customer at HoneyBee, you feel like family. Tracy the owner is an amazing person that truly cares for her customers. When you come in for your appointments, you’re remembered and greeted by name. Everyone there is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Love the cleanliness of the salon and the relaxing feel. All the techs at the salon are amazing. Ericka, Nikkie, Alondra, Lisa, Sophia are all so good and friendly. They all know their customers and make you feel comfortable during your stay. Jackie Pina This was the best nail experience I have EVER had. From the moment I contacted the location until I left, the customer service was phenomenal. It was so clean and they offered me water plus they constantly asked me if I liked the way my nails were coming out. I will now be a regular here! (PS: I’m super picky with my nails and I tried out a new gel product they had here, saying by to acrylics)

Brandi Recino This salon was super clean, very pretty. The staff was very nice as well. There arent prices posted anywhere online or in their salon, so based off reviews I assumed I would pay maybe $50-$60 for a gel manicure. I paid over $80. I did have cat eye gel, which the nail tech suggested. She was very nice. The price wasnt an issue, I wont argue about that. But $80 for nails to last 3 to 4 days? I got my manicure on Saturday. By Monday one nail chipped, Tuesday about half tore off. Its Wednesday now and it is chipped on my other hand now also. I work from home and normally a gel manicure lasts me 2 to 3 weeks.

Eva Aragon I have been getting my nails done with Mittie for over 10 years. I love her work! She is patient and goes above and beyond for her clients. She really takes care of my cuticles. I’ve never had any bad experiences with her, I work with a lot of water and chemicals and never had I had issues with lifting. Highly recommend her services!!

Tee. This does not reflect the quality of a $120 service. Picked bright orange. Had to ask to redo the paint on my toes because they painted white as the base coat to make it “pop,” and painted the orange over it. Coats were patchy/uneven & could see the white underneath. Every toe was a diff shade of orange even tho it was the same color. The fingernails speak for itself in the pic attached.. unacceptable. Meanwhile, peeling the fried acrylic off the tips of my fingers & cuticles. I believe this was the owner who did this.

Carolina Kazaq I really like and recommend this salon! I was here the first time and got an acrylic manicure done in a very long time. And I wasn’t disappointed! Tammy would ask me what I precisely wanted and made it happen. The atmosphere was really peaceful and quiet, so you could actually enjoy the procedure. I like that a lot! They would offer you a nice water and in general it was a really nice and chilled room temperature and it wouldn’t smell like a typical acrylic nail salon, but fresh and decent. Everything was neat and clean for me and I will be definitely going back for more designs!

Renee Mack I am traveling through El Paso and found this nail salon on Google maps close to the hotel I am staying at. I called and they were able to take me right away. I believe Kevin did my pedicure and my nails. I got the collagen pedicure and I get the dip on my nails. They turned out wonderful. My cuticles look good! I recommend this spot! With 5 stars. If your picky like me, then this place is a winner.

Danica Pena It was my first time visiting this nail salon, I picked it because of the reviews and really enjoyed my pedicure and how my nails turned out. I went an hour before closing on a Sunday and was the only one there. They have massage chairs and the girl who performed my treatment was really sweet and did a great job, I believe her name was Aliyah. I tried the Milk & Honey pedicure package. I would definitely like to come back again during my stay in El Paso. Took my mother, on my latest visit, we both got pedicures and gel done on our toenails. We had a great time and relaxing experience. This time I got a purple-indigo color.

dee s Favorite place to get my nails done, Once again perfection! Took my best friend on her birthday nov 8 we plan on going back tomorrow to just a fill ! I had Tony but everyone in that salon is amazing, always leaving happy. Love this place 2025 now just left the salon and I am just as happy as the first time I met this salon.

Salma mendez I’ve been coming on off for years mainly for pedicures which they always do a great job on, doesn’t matter who you go with. The massage is always so relaxing. However I was tired of having too book so far in advance with nail techs and decided to come in for a manicure while I grow my nails out and Tiffany ( one of the best) killed it!! They’ve hired a lot of very talented people recently and I’m impressed. Will continue to come, also not very pricey, fast and always very friendly. They will remember you and your family from that one time you came years ago, give you water and snacks. Love Jersey and highly recommend Tiffany!

selena This was my first time getting my nails done here. And I had a very bad appointment. The lady that was doing my nails was not being attentive with my nails. I booked the tropical gel, and the lady completely skipped the cuticle and just went to the acrylic. When I told her about why she didnt do my cuticles, and she said shed do it after. From what I know, your supposed to do the cuticle before u start the gel. After the gel, she didnt even prep my cuticle, so I spent 60 dollars for nothing. She didnt clean up the gel correctly, so some of the gel is stuck on my skin ans under my nail.

Im usually not a confrontational person so thats the reason i didnt say anything but the nail tech looked like she really didnt know what she was doing when doing my acrylic nails and the style i wanted. I left a picture for reference for what i wanted vs what i got. Staff was very nice and atmosphere is good but i just definitely think that these are not $130 dollars worth.

Vivian Heredia The people here are very nice however I paid $70 for these small almond nails which are already chipping after only 6 days. I had to go back to the salon when I noticed how rough they were under and on the sides of the nails. The lady eventually filed them down for me and I left with such regret because if I had gone to my regular nail tech she would’ve charged way less with better quality. Not worth the $70 at all.

Margie Rice I went to get a dip my nails started chipping off within 2 days I called & they said they couldn’t do anything bout it… the nail tech (Christina)was not too friendly at all either . For my first time being there I would definitely not recommend it. If I could rate 0 I definitely would.
