Sahar Entezari Went yesterday to get my nails done by the girl I have been going to for years to find out that the business was bought out and there are new owners. The new owner is so nice and I’m super excited to see the changes and upgrades that are going to be made. Tyron did my nails and he did amazing. I love my nails so much, I HIGHLY recommend you go here and get your nails done!

Das Update: I went back a week later and see if they can fix since most of my nails were already lifted as I expected and chipped here and there (Usually gels last 2-3 weeks). Different staff (forgot to ask her name) removed everything that was left over and did it again with similar color (since the first color I had was too sheer and they had to put 5 coats). Looks much better and finally looks like it has been done by professional. I am giving them 4 stars because they fixed my nails and now they look great, but not 5 because I had to make 2 trips to get final result. Attaching picture of final outcome after re-do at the end of the photos. -------------------------------------------------- I usually do not leave a review. But this time I need to say something. I and my sister went there with some expectation since they have 4.7 out of 5. We were there to have mani(gel) + pedi and they were about $65 per person after happy hour discounts. Our nails and toenails came out horrible. Outcomes were way below our expectation. They didnt even finish polishing topcoat fully to my nails which caused dullness on the sides. Gels were everywhere on the cuticle lines (which would cause of the lifting later). Our toenails have brush marks here and there. When I pay money for this kind of service, I expect something more than this. Honestly, I think I can do way better if I do it by myself. We were not able to tell these when we were there due to their lighting. Found all these imperfections when we got home. We didnt even bother to go back to ask for repair(?) since they tried to blame on my sisters nails when we complained about brush mark when we were there. But I am still giving them 2 stars because they did pretty good job on scrubbing and massaging.

Chelsea Schnyer Fabulous! Megan was awesome and a great conversationalist. She was delicate with my nails and talked me through their options. She recommended the structured gel, which I’ll definitely do next time. Overall, my nails feel good. She gives an awesome hand massage too! The salon is so chic and clean. Can’t wait to get a pedicure. I did make an appointment and would highly recommend anyone do the same, especially through their grand opening.

Faith Williams I haven’t gotten my finger nails done by someone in about six years, due to not feeling like I can trust anyone. I am so glad I put my trust in Megan at Prestige Nail! I went in thinking I wanted dip but they educated me on a healthier and stronger option for my nails. They were so helpful and knowledgeable there. I am glad they convinced me to try structured gel as I am loving it now. After my manicure, I got a pedicure from Mickey and she was so gentle and kind! I tried Dazzle Dry for the first time and my nails were dry by the time I was leaving! I also loved how much they value a sanitary work space, ensuring the clients experience is top priority. I will definitely recommend everyone there to all my friends and family!

Briana Simpson My cuticles have never looked better! I am so impressed with how my nails turned out! I decided to get the structured gel for the first time and I love how they look way more natural than the dip that I had been getting from a different salon. Megan did my nails and she was thorough and did a great job! Will definitely be back!

Haley Davis I cannot say thank you enough to Mickey and Adriana best nail salon i have ever been to. Lash minute i had to bring my baby to my nail appointment (she’s three months old and this is the first time i have gotten my nails done since she was born… much needed) they were so understanding and made me comfortable. Adriana at the front desk stepped right in to help get my baby girl to sleep so i could relax. The nails are beautiful high quality and done to perfection! I cannot wait to come back. Jamie Stapleton Thompson This salon said that a full set was $55 then charged a 15 year old child $75 for painting her nails. They are sorry for taking advantage of a child who works hard for her money. AND didn’t do a good job.

Ashley Bryan Absolute amazing experience! I took my teen and 5 year old, and everyone left happy. My teen’s hello kitty nails came out better than she hoped. My pedicure was wonderful, and the kid seat with mani / pedi left my youngest feeling extra special!

Alisha Mason I absolutely LOVE this place!! Wendy always does a fantastic job. I was addicted to pink and white but when I first came here she suggested ombre and I never went back!! I always get greeted, offered a drink, and get great service. I live about 25 miles away but I don’t mind driving there for great service. If I try a new place (only because my husband doesn’t want me to drive that far) I always use my pictures from this place as the service I want! No one comes close to this perfection!!!

Expedition Genao 5 Star Service even on a busy day ! I only come maybe 2 times a year to get a gel french pedicure/manicure on my own nails when we go on vacation and they always do an awesome job and i never feel rushed out of there. Very polite staff! Just that on its own makes it easy for me to drive to this nail salon. Next i will try one of their facials!

Nathalie Dollar I want to preface this by saying I have been to Onyx multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience. I typically visit for pedicures and have consistently appreciated their fair prices, great service, and the unique touch of offering drinks to enjoy during your appointment. For those familiar with Onyx, you know they provide a drink menu when you arrive, and your selection is delivered to you while waiting or during your service, it’s one of the things that sets them apart. (Instead of getting just a basic canned soda or box wine) That said, my most recent visit was disappointing. During my pedicure, I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, which was served iced. Unfortunately, I later noticed a serious issue: there were gnats in the drink. They were in the ice cubes, around the mug, and floating in the drink itself. This was incredibly off-putting and not something I expected from a salon that prides itself on creating a high-end experience. I didn’t bring it up during my appointment because I tend to avoid making a fuss and felt there wasn’t much the staff could do in the moment. However, I do believe it’s important to share this feedback, especially with the owners, so this issue can be addressed. As a “nail bar,” cleanliness and drink quality should be held to a high standard. It displeases me to leave a poor review, but for now, I’m giving Onyx 2 stars. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism and that improvements are made. If the issue is resolved, I’ll happily adjust my rating in the future because I truly do value what this salon has to offer.

Odyssey olmos My experience was not at all what I was looking for or expecting. I had an inspo picture of the nails I was wanting and showed it to 3 nail artists who saw it and passed on me as other people were tended to. It took 25 minutes for me to get a nail artist who said they were able to do the inspo pic who then said that I should do dip and left because she didn’t do dip. The next man I got then proceeded to do acrylic on me. I figured as long as they said they can do my inspiration it was fine. As we finished they brought out the pearls they said they had and they then realized they wouldn’t be able to do my full inspo pic after all. If I had been told this prior, I would have chosen a completely different idea. I paid over $100 for french tip nails and was also charged a “clear gel” charge, which I didn’t realize they could even charge to just add a clear coat. Overall my experience was frustrating and if they had communicated with me, this could have been resolved. The nails also came out chunky and uneven. Please go support your local nail techs if you are looking for someone to do inspo pics. I have attached my nails, the inspo, and my receipt.

Bryan Hallie UPDATE: I’ve previously left a review about my nails and they looked really good. However, I will not be coming back here for a pedicure ever again. Today I came for my third time here getting a pedicure for my grandmother‘s birthday. The woman that did my nails was very nice, but did not speak any English at all, which typically I don’t mind. However there were a few times when she was hurting me with the tools, and I said stop, but she didn’t understand and didn’t stop so I had to pull away. Then it came time for the massage, there was not really any massage at all. It was just very light rubbing in lotion, which isn’t the massage kind of the whole point of coming to get a pedicure??? I could just paint at home myself but I can’t give myself a massage. The next part is why I’m so upset. She painted 3 toes with a green color that I picked, I didn’t love it on my toes so she took it off (no problem), and I decided instead on the color that my mom used next to me which was a light pink. My mom’s toes looked very nice and neat, mine however did not. The paint was extremely thick and messy, so the manager came over and offered to re paint them. I said yes hoping I’d leave without having to redo them at home. She did a better job but told me that because the other nail tech didn’t file down my cuticles enough, close to the skin was just very bumpy (noticeably). At this point, I did not have time to take the paint off and have them file it down more and repaint. So I decided to leave because I had to pick up my daughter from school. When I checked out, there was no offer for discount only saying that next time they would do better I responded that this is the third time I’ve been here and had not great experience with pedicures and that I would not be coming back there was no response. Do with this information as you will, but this would not be my first second third or even fifth pick for a pedicure. Bella just did my nails and she was SO GOOD. I am SO picky, but she paid attention to what I said I wanted and absolutely has an eye for detail. I hate spending money on stuff/services that I feel aren’t worth it or that I could do myself, and I can confidently say I would pay for nails again but ONLY with bella!!

Camilla after only a week, a nail already came off randomly without hitting it on anything. This is not the first time at this salon where my nails have come off less than a week after getting them done. Not only this, but the extension also ripped off half of my natural nail (as shown), I am very disappointed and dont know if I will be returning.

Dalena Ho First off I just want to say that I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves one! Took my best friend here on a weekend and it was busy! Luckily we made reservations ahead of time and didn’t have to wait long. The check in process is very quick and easy and they even have a mini bar area you can wait at! We got our pedicures done while he got a manicure and I got an acrylic full set at the same time! They were very efficient. Our nail techs were also very friendly and sweet; light conversations, regular check ins to make sure we were comfortable and a complimentary drink. My nails came out so pretty and clean. I wish I had taken a photo. My best friend loved the whole experience and told me to take him again. Needless to say, we will be back!

Cassandra Smith Trish is the most talented nail artist I’ve ever met. I’ve worn acrylic nails for about 15 years and no one has the skill, creativity and expertise Trish has. The best part is, she’s beyond sweet and kind. She’s also very punctual and reliable. She’s never running late or cancels at the last minute. Trish is the best of the best.

Samantha Weber Trish is not just a nail technician, she’s a nail artist and friend. She’s incredibly talented and is willing to try any design. I get compliments every where I go. I can’t recommend Trish (and Tony) enough!

Zoe Hetelekidis I got recommended to Trish by a friend a couple of months ago, and i have only gone to her ever since. She is fast but precise, and an amazing nail artist. She has never once failed to create a design and match any inspiration picture you have. Not only is she the best nail artist she doesn’t charge you a crazy about of money for your nails. I got my toes and nails done and it cost me $80 with design on my nails, if i went anywhere else it would be $110. I have recommended so many people to her because she is always on top of her game when it comes to nails. The best nail artist in flower mound/ highland village. love you a Trish!!!

Sushmitha Diwakar I am from Nashville, Tennessee. I did a walk-in and I liked this place in the Lantana area, Dallas, TX. The service was good. They are very attentive, and they understand the ask. I got a dip powder manicure, gel pedicure along with waxing services. Overall liked the place. Mimi was attending me and she did a great job and was patient . The place is very clean and spacious which can accommodate lot of customers and wait time wasn’t very much as I went on a week day in the evening. Prices are good for the service, I paid $45 for dip powder set along with $15 for ombré. Gel polish change was $35 and underarm waxing was $15. I recommend this place for fast and great service.

Nathalie Dollar I’ve been coming here for years now and I have always had the best quality services done! From pedicures, manicures, including gel and acrylic mediums, and getting waxed. I love the atmosphere and the nail techs. *Photo included is what they use for the fresh cucumber pedicure, smells and feels great every time!

Tiffany Tran Acrylic nail removal was $10 and took about half an hour. Honestly, the experience kind of stressed me out. Im not sure if the lady was in a rush or what, but while she was drilling off the acrylic she hit the edge of my finger which really hurt (not bleeding nor scraped luckily). She drilled the remaining acrylic off my nails rather than scraping it off with a different tool, which of course ended up drilling my natural nail bed. In the end she used a buffer to "smooth" out my nails, but was being a bit harsh while buffing and caused irritation in the area above my nails. I am now trying to smooth out my nail beds at home since my nails look terrible (you can see dents in my ring and pinky nail in the photo from the drilling).

Blake Fantastic experience and she did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Plus its cheaper than other places around town, I highly recommend this spot.

Emily Robinson Gina does the most amazing work with lash extensions! I have super light lashes that are also very fine and difficult to work with, and she still manages to make them look stunning every time. When I go for a fill, she actually gets rid of the lashes that have grown out a bit and puts new ones in, which a lot of salons I’ve been to don’t bother with. She also cleans your lashes before each fill, which is something others don’t do. I’ve been getting my lashes done for more than 8 years at several different salons, and Gina is the only one who actually makes my lashes as thick and full as I want them. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of her work!

Kara I swear this is the only place around where I don’t get my cuticles all scraped up! They always do an excellent job and listen to exactly how you want your nails! They also do designs well whenever I ask and have a wide selection of colors. I’ve gotten dip and gel done here and they do a good job every time! The staff is also super friendly and inviting. They are worth every penny for sure! The dip nails also last a long time! 10/10 I recommend!

Corrie Glenn This business is on ClassPass and allowed me to book an appointment through the app. I showed up for my appointment and the woman said I was at the wrong business. I checked with the front desk staff and they assured me it was the correct business and we went back to her salon within Rogers Premier Salon Luxury Suites. The woman then says I was at the correct business, but that she doesn’t accept ClassPass appointments any longer. I don’t appreciate that she lied to me the first time when I asked if it was the correct business. She was dismissive of the situation and I didn’t appreciate the way it was handled. Now I have been charged $31 dollars via class pass for missing my appointment, even though she is apparently “inactive” on the app. Will be reaching out to ClassPass to solve this issue, incredibly disappointing.

Jesse Seagraves my hands have never been more brutalized. noticed the nippers missing spots and cutting a lot. ive never had this many hangnails at once starting the next day, been a couple now. the gentleman also was talking to someone while putting the top coat on and missed near a fourth of most of my nails so its wearing off weird. they were very nice but the manicure wrecked my nails

Ray Carranza THE BEST nail salon!!! QT and Kevin are always my go to! Everyone in the salon has first class customer service and very personable. They will make you feel like family. Generally great crew and love the salons energy! They also give GREAT massages on your hands and feet. If youve had a hard day and need some TLC these guys will make you feel better. Yanerik Ramirez i got here as soon as they opened (@11), i was their second client i came to get a mani/pedi i got passed around to 4 different people not one of them finished the job completely & i was here for 3 hours i left @2:10 & at least 20-30 people were in and out & on top of that their work did NOT reflect ..

Jennifer Mason I have recommended this place to multiple people and I usually like their work. However, last time I was there a woman was having issues with them double charging her. I understand there’s not much they can do after that card is swiped but I experienced a similar situation. So I caution you to be careful swiping your card there. The lady that was there gave them card A and it said declined so she gave them another card and it went through yet a week later (6 days to be exact) she was there because it was still showing as a pending transaction. After my appointment I paid $40 via debit card and tipped $5. I have 2 separate charges on my card now - one for $45 which has posted and another for $40 that is still pending. So if you can not afford to double pay for your services, consider a) not tipping via card or b) not paying with your card at all. Hope this helps others out BEFORE they have to go a week $40 short which, can be a tank of gas for some …. I have images but can’t seem to upload them

Stella I honestly would not recommend this place as they tried to upcharge me. The worker who did my pedicure was amazing, though. However, the owner was being greedy. I already paid for $29 beforehand for the pedicure regular and upgraded to Spa which is $35 at the salon. At the end, the owner went and quoted me $7 instead of $6 and told me because its for service. I know its only $1 difference, but the owner was just being greedy. Even the worker there knows and kept telling her its only $6 extra, not $7.

Monica Dooley I absolutely love this place! Ive had all three nail techs and theyre all fantastic. Tina is funny, sarcastic, always honest about color choices, and knows hey stuff! Chi does great art for those detailed nails. Mr. Lee is gentle and also detailed. They remembered me the second time I went in, and remembered my daughter when I came back without her... They asked about her. I feel so comfortable here and their prices are the best around. No nickel and diming you for removal. I never give 5 stars because theyre always room for improvement, but they deserve all 5!

Christine Grubbs I have had good and bad experiences here. They do a good job for the most part with the nails and toenails. They last a long time. The place is old, not particularly clean and they do not have television, drinks are anything for you. They have the temperature set at about 78-80 degrees. It is not pleasant. Michelle and Mi are great, the other lady falls asleep giving you a pedicure. This has happened numerous times. The biggest problem is staffing, as others have said on the reviews. I have been there three hours before for a pedicure. I have finally moved on recently to another nail salon. As much as I like Michelle, I just cannot deal with the quirks of this place anymore.

Cheryl Skelton I always have a great experience at this shop. I dont appreciate the 4% upcharge for using a "card" of any kind. Debit cards shouldnt be subject to the upcharge, which is what I always use. The ladies have a hard time making change when paying with cash because the register automatically adds the 4% upcharge. If I couldnt see my regular technician I would not come back due to the 4% upcharge.

Emma Oetken Jasmine and Allen are the best!!! Allen gives the best foot massage, my mom has been going to him ever since I started going to cosmo. Jasmine has been doing my nails for about a year now and her sets last me 5 weeks! She’s precise, thorough and so sweet. The salon is clean, beautiful and everyone is super nice:)

Jesse Gould I got an “express pedicure” and it let me tell you.. it shows. I’ve had many pedicures and this by a LONG SHOT has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. You cannot tell me this is acceptable. Minus the raggedy and sloppy look, there is a huge bump of polish on my big toe and where is the polish on my pinky toe? (It’s gel) I was very busy today, so I couldn’t go back, but I will absolutely HAVE to get this fixed, at A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT. I have NEVER had someone dismiss their job like this ….

Melissa Greer This was my first visit to this salon. It was recommended on mu local city Facebook page. Im extremely picky with my nails and trying to find a new tech I like. Read the other reviews and saw numerous posts about Nini. She did not disappoint. My nails are clean and thin, not thick and goopy. And I wanted some Halloween designs, showed her some pictures and she did an amazing job of duplicating them. She freehanded it. Very talented young lady. Super sweet as well. I will be back for sure.

Saaru A Peter did my nails and a very unpleasant and unprofessional nail tech- I had gotten my nails short for a original classic French tip and he did this so called “coffin” in which way goes these nails look they’re in coffin shape? My nails are bumpy and not smooth! All the French tips have a different style on it! Been to this establishment few times and I left not fully satisfied but this time I was beyond disappointed! Peter got his tone high with me and snatched off the uv light off my hand while it was running. He said to me “ if someone doesn’t like your nails come shoot me” not only once but twice! Why would you even say that? Secondly he was just very ignorant and said he stayed late for me! No sir you stayed late to do your job. I got there Wednesday night at 630pm and he had to soak my nails it’s part of the job! I wanted a coffin shape with a V French and he couldn’t perform that to make his and my life easy I went ahead and asked for a classic French and he messed up and he did what he thought it was right! He said my coffin nails I came with were unrealistic! Never again I’m going into this establishment!!

Elizabeth Jurado I’ve been with Irma for YEARS. She’s family. She did my wedding nails and attended the wedding. So needless to say that woman is amazing in what she does. This is not your typical nail salon. Irma takes her time. She is VERY detail oriented. My pedi and gel mani takes 1.5-2 hours. I would NEVER go back to other nail salons where all they do is push your cuticle a bit and paint them. She is by appointment mostly. She stays busy. If you want excellence, book with Irma.

Compared to other places where the service is inconsistent. Its a little more $$, and to me, its worth it because I get a stress-free experience, great service, and a quality finished product!

Amy Watkins I have been going to Envy nails for over 15 years. They do amazing work and are always very professional and welcoming. I started coming to envy nails because they have take a lot of care to make sure everything is clean and sterile. If you have any issues with your nails they will repair them for free. They have had very little turnover in staff since I have been going there. This speaks to the way Vanessa and Tang treat their employees.

Sierra McCoy I got acrylic nails done and they were so thin that they started breaking and coming off a whole week later. Also they didn’t know how to do the design I wanted so had to do something different. The design was so simple and they charged me way too much. Especially after me changing my mind about the design. Way too over priced and definitely won’t be going back.

Gabi Leite Daniella did an amazing job! My cuticles have never looked so clean and she got the polish right up to them. I can tell this is going to last so well. She shaped my nails perfectly and the polish was flawless. Easily the best manicure I’ve had in years!

Jane Ortiz Bnails has a very relaxing environment, from the music to the people, and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. They were rough when I went I went in, but my nail tech, Hannah, took her time to clean them up, shape them, and even them out! The nail art came out amazing as well. This is my favorite set yet and its on my natural nails! The only regret I have is not taking a before picture so that yall could see the transformation. I definitely recommend them and will be booking another appointment.

roopam garg I had a great experience today! Went in for first time and got gel nails with French design . Micaela was absolutely gentle and had an eye for detail. She has a great demeanor and provided with excellent service! Nail salon is super clean.Will definitely go back . I recommend this place .

Nikki Hodgson Everyone at Fancy Nails is awesome, but Queen is a miracle worker at pedicures. I Immaculate! a gnarly ingrown toenail that, over time, Queen made as good as new! Shes the only person I will let touch my feet. Their remodel has really brightened the place! Fancy Nails is always immaculate!

Preston Webber I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else as long as this amazing staff is around. Helen is a true professional in every sense of the word. At this point she knows exactly what length and shape I like so I never even have to ask and she gets it right every time. Additonally, she is able to give me any crazy design I ask for and is always up for a challenge. She, and her staff, are so considerate of guest comfort and satisfaction. The 25 minute drive (past many other nail salons) is well worth it for me. Theyve got a loyal customer in me, for sure! (Ive included some of my favorite sets, all done by Helen).

Andrea Wlazlowski I’ve been a bi-monthly customer at Fancy Nails Spa for going on three years now because they do the best dip manicure in Flower Mound. Everyone on staff takes such care to make sure that they treat your hands gently. I never leave there with sore fingers from the treatment or rough edges by my cuticles or the tips of my nails. I am always so happy with my finished nails; I can explain a random idea I have or show Miss Helen a photo of something I’ve seen and she’s always able to make magic happen! I regularly get pedicures, especially in the summer and whether I choose a basic pedicure or splash out on a fancier one, I leave with soft feet and pretty toenails! I really can’t recommend this nail spa enough!

Kayla M After some research and reading the reviews I decided to give this place a chance. The vibe is as pictured. They offered me water— I never got it. My biggest issue is that I was very adamant my nails and toes have to match, he said yes they do you can see they don’t. There is also a chip on the pointer finger. I gave them three stars because it wasn’t a bad experience, vibe or cleanliness. Cost $116 Services: gel pedicure, dip manicure Update from 3 to 5 stars: Went and talked to the manager and showed my nails, he agreed and asked me to come back and he fixed them for no additional fee. I love my new nails Tom did a wonderful job and it was great to listen to his stories of opening the shop and working to grow.

Lisa DeBord This nail salon is the best in the area. I am picky about my nails and they consistently do a great job. I love Amanda for my fingers and Tina for my toes but really everyone is good. They just got new colors which are fun. It’s clean and easy to get into…..and if you ever mess up your polish or break a nail they will fix it for you happily. Go see them!
