Naporsha Nicholson I love this nail shop; I have been here more than once. I just left today, and they were very patient with me and my son. My son has ADHD, and a touch of autism so he is a lot to handle. I am a single mom doing the best I can. I could barely afford my pedicure, but the staff made me welcomed and reassured me that it was okay, and my French pedicure was so nice!!! I love it!!

B W I recently visited Texas Nail Bar for the first time, and Michelle did an amazing job! She removed my old set and applied a new one with a coffin-shaped pink-to-white ombré design. I usually go for shorter nails, but these turned out super cute, and I’ve already received a lot of compliments. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I broke my pinky nail last night, and it was painful—it tore through my real nail and started bleeding. That experience made me realize I might stick with shorter nails in the future. Overall, Texas Nail Bar is a great salon. It’s a bit pricey, but the service is excellent. All of the technicians seem highly skilled, so there’s no need to worry about getting a mediocre job. I’d definitely recommend them!

Heather Parsons I got a pedicure here today. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean.... but as a nail tech myself, I was quite saddened that they rushed my service. My cuticles were not clipped or propperly pushed back and the massage was nothing more than a lottion application. Callus remover was not used even though the service addvertised it and my heals could have used a lot more work... My basic understanding of Vietnamese allowed me to over hear them say "They got the delux...make it quick". I do pedicures and manicures all day, ...very thoroughly... it would have been nice to have that quality of service for myself for once...

Riley Texas Stopped in here after shopping at Walmart. 1) Simply need to take off gel polish & paint with regular polish 2) I ran out of time, so I only got the the gel taken off 3) She then said, "that will be $10.00." 4) I pointed to the price list. It says polish change... $6.00 & Up 6) I didnt get any polish, my nails were plain. No top coat , nothing! 7) She started talking to the manager angrily... . but I went ahead & paid her the inflated price of $10 8) I have a decent job. The $10 wasnt the issue, issue was I didnt get a polish change ....I will NEVER return here. Unethical staff, deceptive establishment !!!!

Timakayah Nataki Front desk person was very accommodating but don’t come on Sundays. I would blame myself for coming on a Sunday but I went to Today’s Nails 3 minutes down the street and was in a chair immediately. I was told 25 minute wait but I waited (patiently) for 40 minutes with no update. They were very nice to let me watch TV while I waited but I really would’ve liked to actually get serviced. If they knew they couldn’t accommodate me, it would’ve been nice to know that up front. I asked if they take walk ins because it looked totally empty in there (I already knew they took walk ins because I searched them on Google) and that would’ve been a good time to say that they usually do take walk ins but they don’t have proper accommodations at the time and to send me on my way instead of wasting my time. A 25 minute wait is fine because I want to support local businesses but 40 minutes, I could’ve went somewhere else.

Monica Cabrera Bellisimas Salon By Liz is phenomenal. The owners and staff are friendly and genuine in their interactions. The salon is beautifully creative and they provide many services. I originally went after work for a quick manicure with no appointment. Life is too short to not treat yourself! I pampered myself all night also with a pedicure, haircut, and massage that helped so much to let go of the stress. Not once did I feel rushed by the staff like I usually feel at other places. This was a very good experience for me personally. I can’t wait to go here again.

Allie C Let me say it was the worst and most expensive basic pedicure I ever got. It was a Sunday 1/27 at 5pm I went in with my mother who is diabetic. I was charge 125$ and not even a foot message and a proper clean up, just a was foot wash and nail polish that’s all they did!!! How ridiculous is this.i was never given a nail palette color option to choose from or pricing and i asked but they never told us an exact number. I have got to top nails on broadway and get an amazing service for 28$ I get the whole shabam! Never again I regret it to this day and have told my neighborhood to avoid it.

The ladies were very attentive and our nails looked great. The chairs we sat in worked well. They were talking and had a good energy with each other and laughing. Neyda Navarro The service depends on who you get, DO NOT get Tina she did my nails and cut/made my cuticle bleed, on top of that she filed my cuticle which hurt SO bad and didn’t do what I wanted. They are SO rude and while getting my manicure I saw the person next to me get hurt by someone else. First and last time I go here as they did not do a good job! Also they do not have a big variety of colors to choose from. My nail had began hurting and coming off and it took off half of my nail bed!!!! Will not be coming back here EVER again.

Bless Ade This nail salon is a solid 3. My friend and I went to get a pedicure. My technician was quick with my pedicure and her technician took VERY LONG for the same exact service. Now, I would have liked my technician to take her time, especially with the massage, but she didnt. Also the quality of my toes was great, like chefs kiss. My toes looked cute, but my friends was just ok. So its an enhhh for me. Other reviews mention that it depends on who you get and I agree.

Tonya Johnson took daughter here for her birthday, she asked in advance if her nails could be done like pic. she was told yes however she had to settle for some else because they admitted they couldnt do as the pic. I received pedicure and fill. great pedicure. the tech doing my nails lifted my nail and said I need a new nail in which I did. I will not go back due to lack of integrity.

In a market that’s incredibly saturated, every customer should demand their level of services consistently align with the dollars they spend; Dallas Nail Bar understands this, and goes the extra mile. The salon has been around a few years and could use some upgrades, so swank, or fancy aren’t words I would use to identify it, however it still makes the cut of nice salons in the area, offering various services including pedicure spa chairs for those who enjoy a relaxing experience, complimentary wine or bubbles, and management that stays on top of every detail. Micho Santos DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! This place is a scam, don’t t be fooled by the pictures and some good reviews. They over charge you and don’t even do a good job at all! Nancy the “nail tech” is the worst you can go to. That lady does NOT know how to do nails what’s so ever and she kept digging her nails in my skin after I told her and she kept yanking on my hand. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever gotten. Yall to make it worse women left my nails deformed!!!

Gizzelle Hatton Ms. Lori is so great. Very warm and welcoming. It is a true hidden gem. I no long live in Garland but I travel over 40 minutes twice a month. Know that you are a regular when you have been there at least twice, Lori will remember you.

Maria Flores Apolinar i loved this place however i had a very bad experience with tweeny. I will include pictures of what i asked for and what she gave me. From the beginning she was very dismissive and rough with my nails. Kayla tried to help but as the receptionist she was busy managing other clients while trying to fix tweenys work. Nydia Lopez It was a first time full set for my daughter. She had an inspiration pic and I was worried at first because she’s a teen and has a language and learning disability and i wasn’t sure she could relay exactly what she wanted even with the pic since I wasn’t able to help her at the moment. But OMG they knocked it out of the park. My daughter was so happy and they really impressed me with the level of detail and service they provided my daughter. She is thrilled and come on, look at the pics, it looks better than the inspiration pic.

Keti Abazi This is the second time that I try these guys. And both times it’s been a super disappointing experience! See photos on how my manicure and nail polish looked like only after three hours. I went back and asked for a refund. The answer I got was that if it’s just a polish, the outcome would most likely be what I got… In other words they are super sloppy and not really client friendly. I asked for my money back cause I did not have time to sit again for a redo, especially if the results would be the same - as per their words… They said they do not give refunds. So I left. I just want you to be mindful of the fact that if it’s a polish you are getting - not a gel or dip - most likely your results will be the same as mine. I do a whole lot better job myself with just the polish only. Why would I want to spend $25 on a manicure and nail polish. And why would you?! Buyers be aware!!!

Vallie Green Ive been trying to grow my nails out for a while now. I do not want fake or acrylic looking nails so I just do gel polish. Not too worried about the shape I just want the length. And the stronger nails.

CHIQUITA WESLEY First time visiting this nail location. I went to get a pedicure. When I say everything was impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. They were extremely busy but nonetheless very attentive. They seat you and ask what beverage you would like. Kristy was the lady who performed my pedicure and she was exceptional. The way she massaged my feet and legs was outstanding. I will definitely return.

Lauren Castillo recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a manicure that included a massage and hot stones, I received neither. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts a long time, but I woke up the next morning and both of my big toes were already worn off. To make matters worse, my partner also got their nails done, and honestly, a child could have done a better job. They did give a discount, but after waking up the next day to the sight of my big toe, I want a refund for it all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. And to also add, the tech spent over an hour doing a dip set and no time at all on the other services that were supposed to be provided for the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure on their service list. I never complain, but it was my first time going there and I spent over $300 for literally no reason. Do not go there!!!!

caitlin mcintyre My experience at Dorado Nail Bar was 10/10. Summer greeted me as soon as I walked in the salon and I was immediately seated! Everything is sparkling clean and so bright and relaxing. Holly and Angel did an amazing job on my nails. I got the real aloe & hot stone mani/pedi and it was life changing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They had every drink imaginable and the nail color options were so good! They even had the new cat eye glitter nail art too! So fun. I cannot wait to go back.

Tatiana Barahona I recently moved to Sachse and this nail salon has become my go to now! The ladies here are so sweet and accommodating. I came here 2 days ago to get a pedicure! I called around 6pm when I got off of work and asked if it would be too late for me to come in at 6:30pm for a pedi since they close at 7:30. The lady who answered was so sweet and said “No problem we will see you here at 6:30” I felt bad and even asked her “are you sure? I can come another day” she reassured me it wasn’t a problem at all and they’ll see me soon! When I arrived they greeted me, sat me down and offered me a drink! It’s so cute, they even have a drink menu! I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was really good and strong! Lol. I felt super relaxed the whole time and the girl doing my pedicure was so cute and the sweetest!

I can tell/show Lisa what I want and she will deliver! I will only come here to get my nails & pedicure done. They know me, my sister & mom which makes it more comfortable. REAL TIME UPDATE!! 9-10-21 Notice the date of my last post…I came here for a full set and Lisa tried to up my regular price by $15. I get the same thing every time and pay $40. Well this time when I check out she says $45 for again, something I get all the time. I showed her my receipt & my bank statement that shows how much I’ve been paying, she tells me she forgot to tell me and continues to reach for my card and tells me that I am going to pay. I’ve been coming for years now for this to happen is unacceptable and I won’t be back. Not to mention she cut two of my fingers and acted like nothing happened at first then got an attitude because I held my hand for the pain to stop for a minute because she was rushing and was not taking her time so she could service someone who she ran after outside because she was quoted a too high price but told her another price just to get her back in. So this tells me that they are just money hungry and do not care for their customers at all. They are not sanitary and reuse the same tools on everyone. I bring my own and they don’t like it.

Judy Hearne Ive been going here for about 5 years. For those complaining about the price...what hasnt gone up in price? Compared to shops in Plano and Allen, you are paying half the price at Moda. Lisa and her husband care about the customers. Sometimes they get busy and might hurry you through. They just want to get everyone done. I will continue going there. The place has seen better days but you cant fault the quality of the manicures and pedicures!

Eric I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get me in for a pedicure and manicure without waiting. I didnt know if that was a good thing or a bad thing as I expected them to be busy. It turned out to be a very good thing. Pedicure included a hot stone massage legs, wax on my feet, leg and foot massage at the end felt amazing. The manicure was basic and came with a hand and arm massage which felt great! $45 for pedicure with hot stone and wax and a manicure. I took off 1 star off for the environment. The manicure chairs were very tattered and worn but still comfy. The place could use a good dusting and detailed cleaning. They have 3 tvs with over the air antennas which caused the basketball game on to pause and even lose signal a few times. They would be better off with water fountains as I liked it better without the sports noise in the background. Overall a good experience and I will return.

me i’ve been coming here for 2 years. their tools look old and are used on everyone, not very sanitary. the lady cut my finger once and acted like it was nothing. they also increased their prices since the last time i came. i don’t think the price is worth it at all.

As I was asking her to correct errors, she got upset, yelled at me, put her hand in my hand and told me not to come back. By this time I had already paid because I got my toes done too and the other lady left earlier so she wanted her pay... had I known my nails would look like this I would have never paid. Ryan Nguyen After taking in several accounts and observations of nail spas around the Dallas area, this one appears to be the most chill and calming. This place has fair pricing -- I mean if they are good at something they might as well not do it for free haha. Among one of the greatest nail spas at a reasonable price, did a thing called a "manicure" and was explained on what stuff meant. If the phrase "on the relentless pursuit of perfection" was a nail spa, this place would be it. The technicians know what they are doing and work hard to deliver ever-better service. They are goin places.

USATXMOM Popped in last minute for just a color change on my toes. Was in a hurry. They were so friendly and were able to get me in immediately. I love the ambience, quiet spa music playing, very relaxing and nice instead of the usual HGTV cooking and decorating shows. Well lit cozy space decorated in pink and white. Ill def be back for more services. Annie is sweet and did a great job.

I use to go all the time although a little more expensive than surrounding nail spas they were worth it because they were good however last Saturday I went in a hurry and had a gel polish manicure I didn’t like that the polish did not go all the way to my cuticle making it look as if my nails had already grown out and my manicure was old usually the gel polish last at least two weeks but it started chipping by Tuesday and continue to chip the photos are from today one week after

I previously would only get an occasional pedicure every few months or manicure for special occasions because I never really felt completely comfortable in a nail salon until I came to Pink Cloud. I am now a regular, every two week client. They always make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Their cleanliness and safety protocols put my mind at ease, especially now during the pandemic. I love everyone on the team and they do an awesome job! Especially my girls Annie and Kimberly. They always take the best care of me while Kathy chats and makes sure youre relaxed. I cant recommend them enough. You will love them.

Chrystal Teague I went in a few minutes after 5. they were obviously short handed only having 3 people working on a Saturday. There were two people ahead of me. I waited for an hour. A gentlman came and asked me what I wanted done. He didnt seem to undertstand I wanted a manicure on my natural nail and a pedicure. He went back to his client. about 6:20 pm a woman came in and said she wanted the same service. She sat down. about 5 minutes later the same man that had come up to me asked what she wanted which was the same services I wanted. He took her directly back. I was so angry I just got up, Sat my polish selection down and left. I wasnt greeted when I entered. I waited for a long time only to have someone else put ahead of me who had barely even gotten there. I will not recommend this experience to my family and friends.

Ms. Nae Worst experience ever. This my second time going back in years, and I’m never ever going back again. I don’t think some of them know how to do certain nails, and also they are disrespectful, especially to BLACK RACE cause I’m BLACK and I felt the disrespect the whole time. They also want you to spend more money, when u told them exactly what u want. Not satisfied at all.

Char Morrison I have used this nail salon for 2 years and they are usually reasonable priced, however today. I usually get gel or powder nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure with tips on both big toes & designs for $110. Today, I only got the powder nails, was and pedicure without the tips & design AND they still charged me $110!! Why? I asked why was it $110 today and they acted like they didnt understand what I was asking. I told them I didnt get what I usually get, so why is it still $110? Well, since they want to play with my money like that, I need to move around. I dont have a complaint about the quality of the services, they do an AWESOME job, however you not gone change prices for your convenience. NEW SALON IT IS.

Debra Johnson I wish I had read reviews first. I used their services three times, two times too many. Unknown to me is why a business (one on every corner) who “should” want a loyal customer base is so openly rude to their customers. I read a couple of bad reviews from black women who felt they were being discriminated again. I am white and strongly felt the verbal insults they shared toward me in their native language. So very rude to loudly chit/chat and laugh with each other when the service is such an intimate service, and I was just there for a relaxing mani/pedi. I tipped well too. Even the very last time. Don’t waste your time and money.

Kim Smart Kira is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and particular tech I’ve ever had work on my toenails. She diagnosed me correctly pincer vs ingrown. The applied the band across my nail to assist in straightening my nail. She suggested an at home treatment as well. In a months time, the progress is astounding! Kimberly Hayes I’ve been coming here since 2021 and while we are still working 1 particular toe, I feel confident in wearing sandals now. I have toenail fungus horribly on my feet. Kira has helped restore the color in my toes and no longer deal with ram horn toenails. She is professional, understanding, and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend!

Nicole Originally I wasn’t going to post a review, but honestly I regret my decision to even go to this salon at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless they were just getting a basic pedicure. After letting the owner talk me into having a nail restoration treatment done (against my better judgement), I’m now having to deal with multiple infections, including a persistent nail fungus. By the time I’m done treating all these infections, I’ll be out of hundreds of dollars for medical care and if I’m lucky, I’ll be able to wear sandals again in a year without embarrassment. I’ll never go back and I hate I even went here in the first place.

So I came two weeks ago and they did a really good job my nails did not come off and I saw so much growth in those two weeks that I needed to redo them. I came in yesterday and they literally removed the old dip and started fresh again he listened to me when I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and I did not see any damage on my nails specially no “rings of fire” for the dip is $40 plus the tip which I think is really worth it.

Happy Joy Wonderful experience!! Absolutely blown away by the contrast between my last nail salon and this one! They have a new regular most definitely! Sunny was very sweet and pleasant to talk to. No long waits, got started immediately, facility was nice and clean, nails are stunning (much better than when my last nail technician did them), didn’t feel rushed at all, and got me done all within 44mins. Prices are very fair and the second best part is their rewards system! Discounts on purchases!

Jessica Rodriguez The employees were nice but the outcome of my nails was horrendous. I had glue all over my fingers and they charged me $5 extra dollars for coffin shape. I don’t mind paying but if you’re already charging me $25 for the nails (And their bad) why would you charge more for a shape. Also waited till the last minute to tell me it was extra. The paint job was not good. I needed up with bubbles and smears. My index finger nails is super crooked. The acrylic doesn’t even end at my nail bed it goes over to my skin and on the sides of my fingers. Payed $35 for a nail set that started breaking off and chipping after 2 days. Not acceptable. Yes you get what you payed for but I’ve payed less for nails that look 5x better than these. Never going here again. They just care about getting the customer in and out as fast as possible and getting payed.

Shelli White I am actually shocked by how low the reviews are. I finally found the perfect place where they actually listen to how I wanted my nails done and they did it. I didnt have to go home and finish shaping my nails. Besides that it was amazing to be able to have a great conversation with them. As people were coming in they knew everyones name. It was like a big family. And when I got the organic pedicure. That was amazing. The warm neck pillow felt great. The place was clean and beautiful and very welcoming.

Binh Le The nail salon is under new management and it looks very clean so much nicer. The new owner sisters are friendly and provide high-quality services. I got my gel manicure done here and it has been more than 2 weeks and the gel have not peeled yet. They can do a lot of cool or elegant designs. highly recommend this salon and will definitely come back for more services in the future with them! :)

Kamya Beals They are very rude don’t spend your money with them ! They pick and choose who they want to be nice to .And yes this location have a big problem when it comes to greeting certain people as well. They greeted me told me where to sit and everything but when my mom came in 1 -2 mins after me they never greeted her ! She was standing for at least 5 mins just WAITING to be sat and greeted , but they never greeted her so she did what any other person would do and just walked out ! I still got my toes polished even after my mom walked out but that will be the very last time they get any service from me ! And this not the first time a situation like this have occurred with them. And then when you correct them about it they want to play victim. And let me be very clear the two older ladies that work here are very nice ! It’s the 2 younger ladies that work here that are VERY rude with bad attitudes!

Coco Nicole They always do a great job on me so I took my daughter for prom nails. They nailed her look she was going for. All nail techs are amazing and you can pretty much go to anyone.

P S I came in for the first time today for a pedi & mani. I had a great experience. I did not catch the young lady & her mothers name, but they were wonderful. I was indecisive on options for my nails regarding shape, gel or no gel, etc but they both did a great job explaining/ recommending the best outcome. My nails & toe nails feel & look amazing, great vibes, clean salon. I will definitely be back & highly recommend. Thank you so much ladies!!

Olivia Jordan Lena and Linda helped me today and I can not say enough wonderful things about them both. They were welcoming from the time I walked in and asked questions to understand what I wanted. H and K Meadows Nice place to go. Its a family business and they make you feel like family. I love the mom and her daughters or so sweet and helpful. They give you what you paid for and its a nice price to. So you may want to make your way to garland. I wanted Christmas designs on my nails and I was incredibly shocked on the patience and work she did. All the nail techs there were very sweet and had beautiful personalities. I was offered a beverage as soon as I sat down.sweet ladyShe did a great job perfect except the acrylic was to close to cuticles I had to re-file and re-clear polish .. but she was very good other than .
