Lmolly dog Doris is great and does fantastic work. My nails look fabulous. Will definitely be going back. Really enjoyed visiting with her too. Picture of my nails is the french manicure.

Quincee Miles Absolutely a joy to be in this shop. Doris provides such a safe space to all. Fortunately I am her FedEx Driver and she never fails to put a smile on others faces. Always good vibes and I would recommend to all. Doris goes above and beyond for her customers. We need more businesses like hers.

Dene Joe The owner was EXTREMELY NASTY, HATEFUL and RUDE to me!!! All because I have a handicapped and have a service dog!!! She called my legally registered, very well behaved service dog, that had just been fully groomed “that thing”!!! I would never recommend her to anyone!!! I informed her that if I wanted to, I could call the sheriffs dept and she would receive a $50,000.00 fine. She then says that she would not because she would tell them that she told me she didn’t have any more appointments today! What rude behavior!!!

Emma Hevrin Alex did a phenomenal job on my acrylic set and gel pedicure! She really took her time and made sure I was happy with each nail. I’ve had my nails done a lot and never had such an attentive nail artist. She was very sweet and friendly as well. I wanted a French tip set with chrome powder and she made my nails look better than the reference photos! I will 100% be going to Queen Spa from here on out.

Atiras McClendon I was a walk in, everyone was super nice. Not sure of the young lady name that did my services. Young, beautiful lady with red hair. Pedicure, polish and eyebrows wax all came out great. Will definitely return.

Amparo K. Díaz Was supposed to be ballerina cut with baby blue glitter. Lost the shape with all the layers of glitter polish and ended up so thick and not smooth. They were friendly and the nail shape was nice before the polish.

Darlene Roten I walked in for the first time today, on the many recommendations from friends, and Bryan greeted me as soon as I walked in. I picked a color and told him to surprise with the 3D design. I am absolutely floored by how beautiful of a job Bryan did. I am so very happy and will be returning here from now on. In a side note, I wish it would have been the weekend and I didnt have to return the work, because they serve free adult beverages here. Their prices are awesome as well. I am a forever customer. Thank you Bryan!

Crumb Anna (AKa) Made appointment for pedi and manipulate. Told him I wanted nails Square & short, tips. At 1st q thought French but Decided on color. (Going to Florida). Did all while in massage chair, and when I would question what was going on, I was given brush off. Picture is thr $89 results. Going back today foe redo hopefully free.

Parish Bailey I went and literally only got polish taken off of my real nails, got them clipped and a clear coat on for my hands and feet and they upcharged me $25.50 when the guy told me that it would be $12.38. I went back because I was confused on the price charged because I wasn’t paying attention once he checked me out yesterday and when give a price I’d expect to pay that ! He told me that it was $10 for my hands and $12 for my feet after he pointed out the board of prices for me and showed me that it says “Take off with service is $8 and take off without service is $13” which the prices still doesn’t add up even when looking at that ! Then proceeded to tell me that they did up charge me but he can only give me $2 back ! I usually go here all the time for my nail service but I definitely will not be returning.

L De Leon After visiting at least 6-7 times before and experience great service, today was an awful experience with my manicure. I came in for a basic mani w/shellac and basic pedi. The 1st nail polish job was horrible, the nail tech asked I liked it and I told him no it looked messy. The male owner said he could redo it, he does a slightly less messier job as well. When I go to pay I told him I was not comfortable paying for it he said, “I fixed it for you, when you take a bath the polish on your cuticles will wash off.” Feeling intimidated to pay, I paid and left. When I get home, my husband saw the awful job and went back to get a refund. The female shop owner was rude and said I should have complained about my service (I did three times). She eventually refund him for just the mani but the pedi and service after was awful and I should have been refund for both services. After hearing the lies she told my husband, I called and tried speaking with her she was so rude and wouldn’t even hear me out and just hung up on me. I called back and no answer. Very disappointing because I would take my out of town guest to this shop and it’s very close to my home. We will not be returning or recommending this shop to anyone.

Bonnie Collins I am not even giving them a star rating. After having my nails 1 week they started coming off. And I went to get one fixed and now they are all coming off. Won’t be going back ever again.

Nichole McElroy I really wanted to give 5 stars but its not even been a week since my 2 daughters and I went and almost all of mine are lifting, and Ive had 2 pop off already. I do not know the gentlemans name who did my nails but I felt he wAs frustrated because it took a few tries to find the correct ombe color. The lady helping was super sweet, I just feel for what we paid I shouldnt have nails lifting and popping off not even a week later. These are just a couple of the issues in the pictures.

L J First time here. Been looking for a new place. They have lots of colors to choose from. Have yet to see what designs they can do but more to come. The gentleman who did my nails was quick and did a great job! I think I found my new nail salon.

Mary and her husband are very hard workers, and are short staffed due to covid but still strive to provide great services. I recommend booking an appt or calling ahead of your visit. I am always pleased with my set and Mary nails the look every time! SN I gave up my high end salon that treated me like just another dollar for a salon that actually cared about providing the best service. *edit to add more photos

Hailee Bush David & Wanda are amazing people and business owners. I have been seeing them for months and they’re always very hospitable, kind, and efficient. Last time I went in, I wasn’t in love with the color/shape and David immediately fixed it for me with no complaints. Their customer service is superior to salons in the area! The salon itself is clean and spacious! Thank you David, Wanda, and staff!

She put dots of glue on my nails instead of the pearls.she also made them extremely short when i told her i wanted them really long

alaina lopez If I could give them less I would. I was gifted a $75 gift card and got simple dip French tip with small diamonds. Their full set is $55 +$5 French tip +$10 design =$70 and I was going to tip. However since it was a gift card it was essentially paid in advance so therefore it was like them doing a free service that day since the card was purchased in November that money is long gone the guy was huffing and puffing throwing my hands around rolling his eyes when I asked him to sharpen my shape. When it came time to check out because it was a gift card they tried to up charge me $25 to get some sort of payment when I asked how their math added up because according to the wall it should be at most $70 they tried to say your nail was damaged which one does not make sense because there is not a payment on the wall for “damaged nails” being $25 and secondly way far from true because I do dip nails at home and I keep up with my nails and they did not even file or cut the cuticles like my other nail salon in lindale does they just needed some excuse to up charge to get a payment that day since it was a gift card I get this same set done at lindale nail and spa for $65+tip so it did not make sense how this set was almost $100 when their chart added up to $70 I know they thought I was naive and could upcharge for the sake of getting money but that is not right. The $75 was already paid in advance and they need to keep account so therefore they aren’t having to upcharge people who use gift cards just to earn money for that client when it’s paid in advance. Will never be going back here again

Misty Somers They were a very nice family that did a great job. This is the first time that my nails arent crazy thick and uncomfortable. Her art work is amazing and she puts a lot of work into what she does. I cant wait to come back and get one of the designs I watched her do while I got my nails done. Since people seem to have a problem with how long they take it took 2 hours and they put more care in than the place I paid $100 at. That is the same amount of time the other took.

Devyn Taylor Great work!! Just a little odd that their young child was behind the counter staring at me while getting my service. They had to stop to feed her and get her up from her nap. I have no problem with them taking care of their kid but definitely was an odd experience.

Samantha Thele I recently visited Q Spa and Nails for the first time, and I was disappointed with my experience. The space felt cluttered and wasn’t as clean as I would have expected for a spa environment. Baby items, bicycles, and toys were scattered around, making the place feel disorganized. I was hoping for a relaxing atmosphere, but the presence of children crying and moving around made it challenging to enjoy the service. Additionally, the nail technician worked quickly, even placing new nails on top of the old ones, which didn’t meet the level of care I expected. A cleaner, more organized, and quieter environment would really enhance the customer experience here.

Veronica Veale Today was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. Quinn was wonderful, willing to let me ask questions so got exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with how they turned out. My daughter was with Hannah who left her with the perfect French tips and nail art. Place was clean, Quinn and Hannah were excellent. We will be back!

Laura Churchill Been coming for a while and was pleased over all however today I had a very bad experience. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely rude! I could not tolerate her and changed her with another lady. I’m actually quite shocked at how rude she was and no one cared in there. They just wanted me out as fast as possible once my toes were finished. They need more training in there how to deal with clients. I went in wanting to relax and enjoy my time, I sat quietly enjoying my treatment. However the rudeness and negative vibes poured out of this lady and made me so uncomfortable!!! They’ve totally lost a client. I’ll be looking for a new nail spa now!

Britany Robles I recently visited this nail salon and had a frustrating experience. The initial total for two regular pedicures and a pedicure for my 5-year-old was $125, which I paid. Later, the front desk approached me asking for an additional $51 for my teen’s pedicure, even though my teen and I received the exact same service, down to the color. This didn’t add up—if my toddler’s pedicure was included in the $125, it would mean hers was somehow the most expensive. When I questioned the charges, the front desk voided the $125 and re-ran it as $74 without an apology or explanation. After reviewing the receipts, I realized that $74 and $51 still added up to the original $125, confirming they tried to overcharge me by $51. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Sherilyn Carpenter Save yourself the hassle and find a nail salon that actually values its customers!! I had an awful experience at this nail shop and would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service at the front desk was atrocious. The front desk staff was incredibly rude. When I reiterated that I just wanted a refill, the receptionist threw the pen at me and had an unnecessarily snarky attitude. To make matters worse, when I explained that I wanted a refill rather than a brand-new set, the nail technician outright refused to do it. I didn’t have two hours to wait for her to remove my nails and put on a new set, and instead of offering a solution, she simply declined to help. This is information they should have told me before wasting my time. The lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service made this visit incredibly frustrating. Again!!!!! Save yourself the hassle and find a nail salon that actually values its customers.

Marilyn Gonzalez I just came from waxing my underarms and really as a profesional in beauty I’m so disappointed on this place. The service is so poor, after my arrival a lady told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes but I wait more than 30 minutes. The place was not clean which is not aceptable since it suppose to be a place that you pamper your self but all I want is run away ASAP. I think all the costumers deserve a nice and clean place.

Amanda Thomas I went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure cut my toe nails so short. She also was digging into the side of my toe.. she made it bleed. The guy who did my manicure glue the fake nail to my skin and polish was all over my hands. It’s probably some of the sloppiest work I’ve ever had done. I will never go back. I paid way too much! The place was also nasty and super dirty.

Estefany Guerrero Extremely bad experience on pedicure and shellac on my nails. I showed them a nail inspo and they said they could do it and it wasn’t even close to it. Nail tech then started yanking a piece of acrylic off my nails with a cuticle cutter instead of just filing it off like all other nail techs & it hurt my nails badly. I was left with dots and bumps all over my nails. I would’ve appreciated if they were honest about not being able to do it and I would’ve gladly decided on something else. I was even very patient and nice about it, seems like they just took advantage of me saying it was fine when they knew it was a terrible job. It was clearly my fault too, i should’ve known better that it was bad from the start. I even left them a small tip after the horrible work and they acted like nothing happened… Do not recommend, no professionalism whatsoever!!

Maria Zeee The spa is next to the hotel I stayed. Would not make an appointment but asked me to show up 2 hours after I called, which I did but still had to wait for almost an hour. Almost gave up but was assigned Selena who turned out to be such a delight to have her give me pedicure. She took great care of my feet and legs, massaged them, cleaned them, chose the right color for the design that I found online. Its so hard to see someone in this industry truly love what they do and want to do the best job they can for the customers. Tipped her generously which shocked her. Such a gentle soul. Despite the pressure from her boss, the owner, she kept working on me for 2.5 hours until its perfectly done. Thank you.

Spider Bat So cute, my nail tech did a very good job and was interacting with me well. Expect it to be pretty packed on weekends though, you need to have patience. Environment was nice and staff was very welcoming

M R This was not it. Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I walk in, a guy points to a wall and says to pick a color. I go over and the polishes are in boxes and some are in all white solid containers. There is no way to quickly and easily see the colors unless you take each one out of the box or open each bottle to see the color inside. {Later I saw a girl going through a booklet. Why didnt someone offer me the booklet so I could see the colors. He just pointed in a random direction with out looking at me and said pick a color} I go sit and the lady gives me a menu and asks if a want paint on my toes OR a pedicure. Are those not the same things? Im so confused. The regular pedicure is 35$ . If you want shellac its an additional 20$ and if you want a paint on your toes its 35$ +15$. The menu and the explanation they gave me made no sense at all. She told me she cant do "Regular" because I am wearing open toed sandals and the nails will get messed up. Im confused again, arent open toed sandals the most appropriate shoes to wear when getting a pedicure so they dont touch anything when you leave? I give the lady the color I want (white) and she tells me she wants to apply the color thats in her cart (Pink). Again, Im super confused. Why would I want to paint my toes the color you like? She finishes stands up and walks away. Doesnt say. A) you are all done and good to go. B) Have a seat over here for 10 min and sit under the fan until your toes are dry C) Stay in the chair that you are in for 10-15 min and then you are free to go. She says nothing and I have no idea what I am supposed to do. This was so unnecessary confusing. They barely spoke to me and acted like I should just know what to do. It was my first time here. She didnt even remove my calluses or cut my nails in a way that was noticeable. Just go somewhere else. You may have better luck there.

Casey Dionis Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. The nail tech rushed through my dip set, made my finger bleed, didnt bother to clean up the excess dip powder all over my skin, then walked off to another customer before mine were even finished.

Stacey Sontag-Turner Decided to try this place for the first time today and it was such a disappointment. Neither lady my daughter and I had was very friendly but my daughter had the most awful experience. Thankfully my nails look great but there was red powder all over my fingers she didn’t clean off even after me asking her to. My daughters nails (pics below) look like a child did them. First she did not soak her nails to get the old acrylic nails off she used another nail to run under them and pop them off. The ones that didn’t come off she finally soaked but my daughters nail beds were hurting after that. When she put the new ones on were too big for her fingers, the acrylic was uneven and the nails were glued to her skin under the nails, the lady made her cuticles bleed by doing the manicure with the dremel tool instead of the cuticle scissors. She asked her a couple times to fix it but I don’t think she understood her. Before we left we showed the guy and asked if she could fix them. He took her back to the ladies station and asked her to fix them. The lady came back with a big attitude and seemed angry so we just left and I fixed them when we got home. Spent $140 on our nails and I should have asked for half back because we will have to get my daughters nails fixed this week at our normal place but we just will not go back. Now we know why there was no wait when the other two salons in town were packed with an hour wait.

Samantha Benavides First, my nails are fine, not good but fine. The shape is off and its chunky and I have the dip polish all over my fingers and that stuff is hard to get off. My big issue is that I went with my 4 year old daughter to get both of our nails done and they were acting as if she was invisable, she had to sit there waiting while my nails were done and the techs kept doing other peoples nails who came in later. I finally had to ask why they werent doing her nails after my tech finished mine and went to someone else. After that they finally did gets. This was all after we were told they couldnt do a butterfly on her nails, which weird but fine, but then they said no to a heart as well? The fact that the service was awful is why Im giving 1 star, nails themselves deserve a 3 maybe. Dont treat kids like they arent worthy of your time.

Jessica Webb For being in a small town, this nail place is great! The best one I have visited in the area since we moved here. I only get pedicures so Im basing my review on that service. I thought my pedicure was nice, got the job done and had a great massage! They were very organized with the way they check you in and they even will provide you with a beverage if you ask. My only request would be that they turn on the closed captioning on all the TVs.

Just Jazzmine The shop is nice and staff is friendly enough. However, they were pushy on trying to get me to pick gel over my own polish I brought in, which is just annoying. And not even 4 days after my fill, one of my nails has broke, which hardly ever happens to me. There was also old color left on my nails, so while the shop looks really great, the quality is severely lacking. I will likely never return here.

Branana D Google Top Reviewer, Top 10% in the nation: Went to Ultralux for the 1st time and it was wonderful. I had Nikki, my daughter had Tina. Im very pleased with my $20 natural manicure. My daughters dipped nails are STUNNING!!!!! Tina did an AMAZING JOB! The place is beautiful. They have free drinks (alcoholic and soda). I think its a 2 drink limit. Its nice and new and pretty. So many great nail colors. I usually hate getting my nails done, but this was wonderful. We plan to go back and ask for Tina. She paid close attention to detail, took her time, and gave my daughter exactly what she wanted. 10/10, very highly recommend!

Brianna Escamilla Got my nails done here for the 1st this past Saturday and everything seemed great until my nail popped off while in the salon and the man doing my nail was like what are you hands sweating.. like what? No so he re-did my nail there.. there was also another girl who came in who said her nails were popping off and made an appointment for later that day. I came home from my appointment and another nail pops off then the next day 2 more nails pops off like what the heck! My husband had called this place in advance and paid for a $280 gift certificate so I HAVE to finish out the money which is very disappointing. All my nails have popped off and it didn’t even last me 24hrs.

Gia Skyy This is more of a pedicure place. They do great on the feet. Not so much on the hands. I wanted to get a manicure and my nails painted but not cut. She cut my nails and then pretended like she didnt understand me. I heard her speaking English. She just messed up and didnt want to admit it. Definitely go there for the pedicure, though.

Anita McCarver I stopped going to this shop because the owners wife was ALWAYS RUDE! I went again and she was still her rude self. But I made sure I did not let her service me. Fast forward to today the person doing my pedicure wanted me to move my feet certain places but didn’t tell me didn’t say a word. I had to assume what she wanted me to do. I live 3 minutes from this shop but I will continue to drive to the two other locations I prefer that are over 20 miles from my house. My husband wanted to come here but I will take him across town before I let him visit this shop for a pedicure Never again! I had to give 1 star just to post but this place is TRASH

Leslie Dillard There was no nail or cuticle care done before she started dipping my fingernails. She was nice but super hurried. The young lady that did pedicure was much better. Unhurried and did a wonderful job on toenails. I hope she got most of the tip.

Refusing to do the color I want was the least of my problems! My polish so poorly cleaned its coming through the edges of my powder dip, never instructed me to go wash, electric drill injuries all over my skin, the man pinched my fingers so hard they all were stinging from numbness. Samson Wilson Recently tried the new HEAD SPA service and IT WAS INCREDIBLE. So relaxing I went home and took a nap. The products Mary used on my hair made my scalp breathe a sigh of relief, I swear. And when they say head spa, its not just the hair like some other, more expensive places. Mary also gave me a facial, releasing all the tension I carry in my jaw and temples with a hot stone massage on my face, and leaving my skin soft as silk. The products she used to massage my scalp, neck, shoulders, arms and face smelled so good and didnt leave a greasy residue like some places have. 10/10 recommended- I would have given a 10 star review if I could, booking a Head Spa bi-weekly is now a guaranteed part of my self care routine from now on.

Lainie Smith This place is absolutely amazing. Tiffany is my nail tech and she does a great job. The staff is always super nice and checking on you. They give you drinks with your services which is awesome. The inside is nice and welcoming and upgraded. They have so many options and colors for you to choose which I love!

Amber Roberts I’ve gone here a few times since they’ve opened but don’t get my nails done frequently since I can’t normally have them done at work. My service has always been fine but my last service on 12/19 left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I walked in shortly after they opened hoping to get a dip manicure with tips in a short almond shape. I had nails on they had done for me a few weeks earlier so they proceeded to soak the old ones off. I have some dip powders which are sold to regular consumers as I used to do my nails at home following COVID. I’m not very good at it so I will occasionally bring one of my dip powders with me to the nail salon. I’ve done this here before with no issue until 12/19. I brought a white dip powder with sparkles from Sparkle&Co. As soon as the woman servicing my nails asked for the color I told her I brought my own. She looked at it and told me it was not a dip powder but looked like a powder used for sugaring. I explained to her it was a dip powder sold from a company that markets nail products to customers to do at home. She again told me she didn’t believe it was a dip powder, but I explained again that I had used it before and I showed her a picture of it applied to nails. She didn’t saying anything and left my nails to continue to soak. While my nails were soaking off, the woman got up and began talking to the manager (or receptionist) checking customers in at the front. They then both came over and began staring at my dip powder while standing over me. I explained again that it was a dip powder I had purchased on my own. The woman from the front then told me it didn’t look like dip powder and normally it would need to be mixed in with clear because “it wouldn’t stick with all the glitter in it”. I again tried to explain that it was sold as dip powder and I had used it previously and it was fine, but she told me they could use it but couldn’t guarantee the service. She then said if your nails chip we won’t fix them if you come back. I felt so embarrassed at this point as other customers were starring trying to figure out what was going on. I’ve never returned after a service to get my nails fixed any way, so I agreed so they would stop discussing it. The technician proceeds with my service after this discussion and I decided to skip the tips to get done as quickly as possible. The service was going fine until she starts buffing my nails down before applying the top coat to finish my nails. When filing down/buffing my left thumb she chipped it so I could see my nail through the powder. She stopped buffing, examined the spot, and then proceeded without fixing it. When I realized she wasn’t going to add another coat of dip powder to the spot I pointed it out to her and she proceeds to add clear dip, but the chip was still there. I asked her again politely to add an additional layer of dip powder so my nail couldn’t be seen, which I felt was a fair ask especially since they just told me it’s my problem if they do chip. She didn’t say anything and did do an additional layer but it felt like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for the chip to be fixed properly. Once she added the extra layer to my thumb she just gave it a quick buff with a hand buffer and then added a gel top coat to the nail, making it bulkier than the rest. However I chose not to say anything to just get out. I have no problem with them having their own policies when using non typical salon products; however I felt embarrassed by the way they communicated this policy to me. And I found it interesting that this has never been an issue when I’ve used my own colors before. I also found it unacceptable for the technician to act like ensuring my nails were properly covered in dip powder was an inconvenience. Ultimately my nails lasted 12 days until I had to remove them for work (photos on day of service/day of removal) and I had no issues apart from the bulkier thumb nail and expected grow out. I won’t be returning though as the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Victoria Marroquin I went for the first time today and I left so happy! Allen did my nails and was so welcoming and helpful! He did an amazing job. I had never gotten gel overlay and am so happy with how they came out. Jennie did my daughter’s nails and was so patient and gentle with her. We loved coming here and will be coming back for sure!

Jordan Watson I’ve had mostly good experiences here but my most recent manicure wasn’t the standard I was hoping for. The artist wasn’t careful with trimming and my cuticles were bleeding. She also seemed more worried about her personal phone call than providing good service. This has been my go-to nail bar so I’m hoping for better future experiences!

Blu Jay It was my first time here. I went to the counter, and the young lady was asking what I wanted. I said a full set and clear polish. She asked if I wanted a design. I said no, just clear polish. Then she asked me what kind of acrylic. She kept asking me these crazy questions like powder or no powder. What shape nail. I said what I have but narrowed on the side. Then I asked if she had a guide, and she said no, I need to look it up online for inspo. I was seated and offered a drink. I took water. My tech finally came... Andy. I told him I had asked for my nails to be removed but I changed my mind and just wanted a fill-in. he made sure he explained everything and went to work. He did an awesome job. And looking at the other techs work from the review photos, I am glad I got him. If go back I will ask for him specifically. My nails were not too thick even and well done. The place was not very friendly overall but it is beautiful and there had to be 30 people in there. Oh, and no prices. When you ask prices, they say generally, but it depends on your tech. I paid $60 for a fill-in and gel. I wish they were friendlier. I will be checking out the new place across the street when it opens and see which I like best

Megan Glenister I’ve been coming here since they opened. I’ve tried every nail salon in town, and Nail Drop is the most consistent high quality nail salon in town. Henry the owner does my nails and him and his wife are awesome! Highly recommend!

Corra Henry did SUCH a good job on my nails!! There was a lot of detail but he more than exceeded my expectations! I love them so much and will definitely be coming here in the future!

Jennifer Jones Absolutely love this place! My daughter and I got Halloween nails, and both techs went beyond our expectations! We couldnt be happier!!! Plus everyone was friendly, and service was quick - especially considering how elaborate our designs were. This will definitely be our new regular nail place.

Doreen Kangas $60 ($72 with tip because my girl was very nice) but seems a bit pricey... there was a miscommunication about wanting just a dip vs a full set so my nails were cut shorter than I wanted... she did a good job but I guess I just didnt expect that much... no hand massage, no cuticle cut down, no lotion when we were finished. But I do like my nails. Ill be giving them another try but making sure I know prices before we start and make sure my expectations are more clear.

everybody lovesmomma I have had 2 pedicures and 5 manicures. I love their consistency and professionalism with each service I have received. I have not had the same tech twice, but that is ok. When they are all VERY talented. You show them a picture of what you want and they make it happen. Sometimes, I like to let them add their personal touch.

Adrienne I have had gel x done here twice and both times they have turned out great. Kevin is patient and very helpful in choosing the right colors. He also told me to come back if I had any issues and he would fix it and had me take a picture of the polish color just in case. Jenny has done my gel pedicure twice and has done excellent each time. Fair prices.

Tori Grandberry I absolutely love this nail salon! So far, I’ve been here 3 times and each time the service was better than the last. The prices are a little higher than others, but I love the convenience of going near my home. They have many employees, so even during busy times there isn’t a long wait. Sue is my absolute favorite tech so far. She is very skilled in her craft & she is a perfectionist like me :)

Monica Koen Kevin did an excellent job! I went a new nail salon that just opened in the argyle area and they talked me into structured nails and they totally were a fail. Cracked the next day. I came in here for some help and he fixed it all! Thank you!
