Maria Mendoza Heaven makes you feel so comfortable. As someone who never had a brazilian I can truly say she’s the best! I highly recommend her! Also my eyebrows have never looked better!

jennifer aguilar This atmosphere is so clean and inviting. The ladies are friendly every time I come. Ive seen Becca for body sculpting and facials, teeth whitening and whatever else I needed. Shes great; knowledgeable and communicative. She relays important information with key details. Shes wonderful at doing what she does. She continues to grow and learn more about her field which personally I admire. Thank you Becca!!

Victoria lopez I have been going to waxed by heaven for 2 years now. She has offered me the best brow wax and tinting. She takes her time and is precise about her work. She has also done my very first Brazilian wax and was very comforting during the process. I will continue to go to her for all my waxing needs. The spa its self is so welcoming and the services are amazing! 10/10

Norma highlighted my daughter’s hair for the first time and we couldn’t be more impressed. Norma also picked the perfect color for my touch up and gave me a perfect trim. So I decided to let her laminate my eyebrows and she took perfect care of me. Thanks ladies!

Lots of people can cut hair, but few of them are sculptors whose medium is hair. Ali is one of those, and she is very, very good at what she does, plus she also happens to be very hospitable, fun, and a straightforward individual. I usually come in for hair extensions, color and cut and I never leave disappointed. Bottom line: If you have the ability and would like to treat yourself (or someone else you know and love) to a hairstyle thats unique to you, youve got to see Ali. Youll be glad you did!

Arely Gutierrez I don’t like to do this but I really also don’t want anyone else to go through what I just went through. So I made a nail appointment with PorAli Beauty Salon for 10:30. The lady kept doing foot mask on my feet (that I never asked for) & she kept leaving me alone for 20-30 mins at a time. (I was also the only customer they had). So she finally finished at 1:05pm.. 2 hours and 35 mins later and she never even scrubbed my feet or cut my cuticles or nails. She did a horrible paint job and the polish is already coming off. So then they start on my nails and two hours go by and she’s no where near done so at this point I’m already an hour late to work so I tell her “look ik it’s not finished but I do have to go to work” So coming up to pay they wanna charge me 90$ for the pedicure and 50$ for the half done nails. I negotiated and showed the work and the only discounted me 30$…. Yall tell me if this is 120$ & 4 & a half hours worth of work… Went in at 10:30am & had to step out at 3pm

Wanted to enjoy a little moment for myself being a full time mommy & this place just ruined it!! The manager was nice, sorta! But the man that did my nails got mad because I refused to get a manicure ! He didnt just want to paint my nails, and then I made the mistake by asking how much for a manicure was and I replied , "no, its okay I dont want to spend a lot I just want my nails painted" & then he asked "do you even have money for this?" Uh!? What!? I told him yes of course but now I dont have money for a tip! & he demanded I paid before he started anything!! So I paid the damn 7 dollars because I didnt want to go into Odessa coming from midland, the entire time of doing my nails he kept smacking my hands because they were "doing what he wanted my hands to do" Just ridiculous! Way to ruin a moms little moment of paradise to herself!

erika natividad Before getting my nails done I asked how much it would be to get an acrylic clear overlay on my nails. I was told $25, I repeated to confirm the $25 and was told “yes”. I had no previous set on my nails or color. It was just my bare nails. When I went to pay, I was charged $45!!!! I am so upset that I was lied to. I added a picture of what my nails look like for reference.

Lanette Lara Over charged, cut and taken advantage of. I asked for the basic pedicure. Was charged for the one above it. I was CUT so bad but didn’t realize how bad until I woke up and it’s bad. Some Polish came off as the Nail tech was clean her towel it brushed my toe. She ignored it when I said something she basically used remover with a brush and just thinned out that whole toe. She then Ensures me I was good to walk after I said I don’t mind waiting… well it wasn’t dry. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll update and call the health inspector if it gets infected! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Reyna Reys I got a full set and a pedicure. Ive seen better for 105$ My toes are the same color. The paint job is clunky on my toes and its not the white paint because Ive done white before. This is a mall location and I wouldnt normally come here but I definitely will not come back.

C R Worst experience . I came out of town to get my nails done and the way they took off my nails was very painful ! The job was horrible and they left nail polish all over my fingers ! It looks like a child did my nails and for 60!!!???

Taysia White Worst nail salon I have ever been too in my life...first I asked if they do ombré nail the guy said yes....I wanted pink to white ombré and this is what I got...I got my nails done on Saturday and my thumb nail broke Monday....I go in to get it fixed and the guy that did it wasn’t there so another guy said he would fix it for $7....I was like what that’s not fair it broke after 2 days...he said he didn’t care...so before getting upset I asked for the manager and he said she wasnt there and I left right after!!! That was the worst customer service I have experienced with a nail salon and I don’t recommend anyone to go there and I will definitely not be returning!!! Side note: I had to get my thumb fixed at another salon that didn’t have the same powder...waste of money!!!

Shawna Gray Went looking for a new and better salon and this place is nothis place is NOT it! My nails were not checked for length accuracy and they were not properly shaped before applying acrylic. The set applied is extremely are THICK, uneven, whole nail is NOT covered properly with either powder or acrylic, not shaped, sharp, feathering at the edges, and just plain UGLY. I mentioned the poor quality of the acrylic powder and the tech went over it with gel polish which didnt do anything but hide the poor powder. I also mentioned the shape and how square they were.She only checked the length of 2 nails properly and then filed them in a attempt to try to get the correct shape. I do not recommend this salon based on poor quality and results.

First off rude / not the best service, French tip was not it , & wen I went back she fit 1 nail but wanted to charge $5 to fix a nail & blame it on cuz I had a fake nail compare to real nail yet I told her I wanted to remove my fake nails but she said “how do you want me to do that?! We don’t do that I’ll just paint on top of your nails “ like okay?? Yet Everyone knw about the l Cotten & foil method to soak em off but ok … then wen I Asked for a soaked off on hand nails which I thought was free like most places but no it was $10 per hand & then this is what she left me w/ let alone I asked for $30 pedi & she charge me for a higher price $35 but I guess she added her own tip because at end she told me total was $60 ?! Wen I tried to ask her why is that so she rather argue & I understand the hustle but there’s no reason to be greedy especially to your customers!

The employees treated me professionally, the price is reasonable and Ive always had a great experience! I am looking forward to returning again. My daughter had her nails done and they turned out wonderfully too!

Jennifer Gonzales Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasn’t even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Cynthia Cynthia Came to do my nails this lady “Cindy” which I think is lie because I heard them call her something else. She was in such a big rush doing my nails that she cut me on numerous occasions. I asked her to please slow down because she was causing me pain. $70 for this!!! The treatment got worse after telling her to go slower and she kept cutting me!!!

Mari Ojeda I gave this place a shot because I really wanted to get my nails done. The lady that did my nails was very fast, I think it took her 45 minutes to do my acrylics. Ive had my nails for over a month now, and absolutely no lifting! Im thinking about getting them done here again! Also, it was cheap! I paid 60 dollars for tip, shape, French and ombre design. Anabel Spencer Queenie and her staff do an excellent job! They are new owners, so disregard previous bad posts about this location. Highly recommend because they are clean, affordable, friendly, and do great job on nail design and color. I had a pedicure and my daughter had acrylics done.

Lewis Hanson Came in late on a Satirday evening while visiting out from out of town. Very friendly and helped me out after going to Unique Nail Spa where the lady was afraid to scrape my heels to get the cracks out after only 3 weeks where in Houston I have a regular 65 yrs old lady that gets it out. So long story short after leaving unique nail spa because lady couldnt communicate they fixed what they started over there and got done for me what Unique Nail and spa couldnt do. FYI dont always go to the more expensive high end salons as they RIP you off and only focus on massaging feet! Thats what our husbands are for( Im reviewing this on my husbands phone) lol...

Mariibel Tarango The lady didn’t understand what I wanted, showed her pictures and still didn’t do what I asked of her. A simple French manicure. She left acrylic on my skin. My nails look like chewed pink gum! Asked her to clean them up and still wouldn’t shape them to a decent shape. Walked out w horrible shellac on toes and chiclet looking nails!

Tonja Wilkerson The worst place to go they dont make sure that the powder that they put on the nails is out of the nail beds and when you say something they say your hands are dry and they cant fix it. And also they will ask you for a tip even when you tell them you are not happy with the job.also, my daughter went to the restroom and came out to tell me that the place was not clean at all and that there wasnt any soap. I do not appreciate how they made me and my daughter feel. This place is not at all where you should go.

I went to their website seeing that the reviews weren’t so great I still made an appointment because they had a great promotion going on and I’m glad I did as I walked in. I was a little nervous but you see I have gone to 12 different salons since moving to West Texas, back home They would always make it exactly how I like it but here in West Texas I have not found one salon To make them perfect. As I sat down to get my nails done for the first time at this salon, she listened to my needs. I like Them short And very thin I do not like them painted on and I do not like them dipped. She did them perfect and even did the design. This shop is much cheaper than the shops around and they listen to your needs. I highly recommend to go here.

Vanessa Caballero Did my eyelashes on Monday and they fell off Thursday night. They should have lasted 2 weeks and they only lasted 3 days. Very upset. I will be calling or be taking them the eyelash back.

Janie Anderson I came to get my feet done and the lady was very rough and she was very, very, slow. she was also rude! When she was filing my nails she filed my skin, that hurt. The nail polished I picked was dried out so she added some water to it. I said Ill pick another color and she said NO this one is good. They didnt even have the dryer to dry my nails when I left My nails got messed up with watered down nail polish. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! DONT GO THERE! Money down the drain. Ill have to go get them re-done somewhere else now!

Hailie I just got my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Alex this morning and they came out great! Alex was very friendly and even threw in an arm massage at the end because she noticed my arms were stiff! Alex was great and y’all should definitely book with her!
