Sharon Factor I come here when I have the opportunity to take my time and relax. They are usually pretty good about taking you in on time if you scheduled in advance and from my own experience, they don’t rush to get you out. They take the time to do a good job on your hands and feet the massage is pretty good at the end of mani-pedi. Pretty clean and prices are reasonable. Overall, a good place to get yourself pampered.

Brandi Campbell Not as good as they use to be not happy with my nails anymore. Very lumpy and wide have to go home and fix them and the tips break they are so thin. They just don’t look clean anymore

Sierra Sommers If you haven’t tried Lavella you definitely should! Everyone in there is nice and the salon itself is beautiful and clean! Ryan is the person who did my pedicure and did an amazing job. I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my manicure but she did an amazing job too! Try Lavella you won’t be disappointed!!

Kayla Alamia Just visited for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly sweet and easy to work with, making me feel right at home. They have a great drink selection, which added a nice touch to the experience, and the team was so attentive and accommodating. The design I chose was executed perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with the result! The atmosphere of the salon is also really peaceful and relaxing, creating a perfect environment for some much-needed self-care. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Jennifer This nail salon is always clean no matter what time of the day I come in here. There is also someone always available for walk ins which I love. Alina and Ryan did an excellent last minute job on my pedicure and dip full set!! Definitely have made this my new go to nail shop!!

Julie Mocko I had an amazing pedicure at Lavella! Ryan was awesome. Very attentive to detail and comfort, making sure nothing was too hot or the massage too hard or too soft. The ambiance is great. 10/10, I will be coming back! Update 02/08/2025 - I came back and saw Ryan again. He suggested an upgrade that was on special so it would only be $6 more but gave me way more than my original choice. Yes! Beautiful nails, relaxing massage, delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. Best nail spot in Fulshear!

Lisbeth Morejon I have more than a year attending Mayi Nail Spa. Easy to book appointments. They customer service is wonderful. Any of the staff is trained by Mayi so you will get a wonderful service with any of the girls. Great place; friendly atmosphere and great service! I really enjoy going to Mayi Nail Spa to get my pedicures and nails done. They just moved to a new location at Mason Rd but the quality of the service is the same as the older location. I always choose Multi flex as it helps me to growth my nails. Mayi always has great promotions. Highly recommend!!!

Elier Melgarejo Best nail salon ever in this whole world. I would recommend if you need to get a massage to relief some stress come here its the best in tho entire world. It gave me a massage, Im a man, and gave my sister and mom such pretty nails. If you ever need a massage or nails come here. The even give you drinks if youre thirsty for a water or coke. They talk as if you knew everyone so its a chill environment. Overall its a very good location in my opinion

Somi Muthuraju I honestly will never go back to my old salon after coming to Mayis Nail Salon! The owner does speak English but most of the employees speak Spanish. I AM LEARNING SPANISH so I can communicate better with them because all of the staff are SO SWEET. They take their time -- no cut cuticle beds/bleeds, no hot fingers from the nail drill. They care about your safety and your nails health. I havent gotten tips in so long due to the multiflex gel that allows my nails to grow out and strong. I honestly cannot tell you how much I love this salon. Forever a happy customer here EDITED to add more of my nail pics :)

Yennifer Tarazona I highly recommend Mayi Nails Spa. I have been going there for almost a year now. All the girls are excellent technicians. I am always happy with the results and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer delicious coffee.

I also claimed I wanted clear powder, and he helped me and told me what would look better. Needless to say, he knew what I wanted better than I did! Nice staff, helpful, and they do a great job!

xchubxyoda DON’T GO HERE. Destroyed my nails and told me it was my fault my nails were weak. Just look at these pictures. Never has a nail salon done this. And then to gaslight is crazy. Save your money, save your hygiene. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into an infection. Not to mention everyone being rude.

Nyla Mitchell The absolute worse experience. From being asked every 5 seconds if I’d picked my color and having sample rings forced in my face in every color except the color I said I was looking for, to arguing with me (literal yelling) about the shape I wanted my toenails filed in and how my toes are actually not crooked, to refusing to allow the the friend I came with to sit close to me for our nail service. The gentleman who did my nails was polite- my nails are flat (without apex) and poorly done, but he was pleasant. However the lady who did the pedicure- took everything I could do to not lose my temper, and even with me speaking calmly she insisted on interrupting me and yelling. At one point she even started discussing my service with another patron to prove her point and I had to very firmly address her inappropriateness which of course led to the very cliche language switch and chuckles amongst the staff. I was wondering how they had no line or wait on a Saturday morning- now I know. Their quality is inferior, if you want matching nails and toes the color selection is limited, and their attitudes are horrendous.

Victoria Sledz Tina did my pedicure today with a bonus design on my big toes. It’s been a while since I’ve had a design on my toe but for $5.00 it was worth the extra bling. The shop was very clean despite being busy. Service was great! I’ll return soon.

Meilyn Charge 55$ for only 25 minutes of service, even not providing bottled water. Lying about the service items. I have been to many nails stores. This one is the worst one ever. When I saw the review is so low, I should not go inside this store. Such a bad experience with full of lies and the person even made my feet bleeding without apologies. Rather than providing 1 hour service, only 25 minutes and still ask me for 55$. Such a ridiculous nail place.

Skylar Spring My friends and I came here for a girls date to get pedicures and we were pleased. This establishment was very cleanly,clean, and the workers used new tools on our feet! The only con I have about this place is the pricing for pedicures, if I’m paying $25 dollars for a pedicure it would be nice to scrub the calluses off our feet.

Shima Azimi First time here and Mimi did such a great job on my nails! Her attention to detail and patience is amazing. Im a very picky person and she was very patient with me. Shes also relevantly quick. Prices are great- for a refill + design I paid $65. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and the way the nails turn out. Im glad I found a place close to home and dont have to make a 20 minute commute to Sugar Land anymore.

After reading many reviews… Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mimi & Cherry!!! I couldn’t be more PLEASED with the services rendered by them on today!!!! Mimi took her time giving me the BEST manicure with gel polish and a design on my nails☺️☺️ Cherry did an AWESOME job on my pedicure with shellac polish!!! I dosed off several times as I had become just that comfortable with trusting that I was in GREAT hands!!! I am TRULY pleased that I now have a new nail salon close to my new home that provides GREAT service and pleasant customer service as well!!!! Mackenzie Galdamez The past couple times I have came I had no problems, however this visit today was HORRIBLE. After today, Im not wasting my $$ at this salon again period. To begin with, I came in for a mani & pedi. Front desk asked how long & if I wanted a design for my mani.. which I found weird because they had never asked me that before, especially before even taking a seat in the chair. Once I sat in the chair, the lady who did my pedi was great. However, the lady doing my mani was questionable. The way she was managing my nails felt like she had barely any experience.. she cut me a few times with the filer then right after burned me with the acetone when applying the nails (again, weird because I have NEVER seen anyone put acetone before glueing.) , she asked me how long I wanted them & once I showed her the length, she just snipped away without making sure they were the same length. I didnt questioned anything during the visit since Im not the professional. She didnt even bother to dust off the residue off my hands throughout the WHOLE process so I had dust all over me. For 1 1/2hrs she did not once asked if I wanted a water or anything. I ended up spending $132 just for my left hand nails to be a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENGTH to my right. Best believe I got my refund! Which they try scamming me too for that. They were telling me I had to pay for my toes again in order to get a refund. Make that make sense.

No wait time regardless if apt made or not they will seat you in a actual chair and give expectancy time 2. Very Clean , organized many many selections in any type of nails 3.Offers beverages with massages throughout your visit 4. Children friendly, although many of us like to be in a nail salon without children I’ve taken my 7 &8 year old who are well behaved , I expected that I would be frowned apon ans skimped on with their treatment but no still treated respectfully and offerd all equil services . This was a bonus to me to have my children treated right because at the end of the day a well behaved person is still going to pay for the services receaved ans they were well receaved 5. Don’t come for me for this one but they treat each other fair with tips I see many places show favoritism ans give more to others and they split in their cubbies evenly I would assume because all around everyone is nice and does great 6.They program your info into a i pad that keeps record of prev service so that you don’t have to remember colors you have chosen , and they have insensitive for discounts after so many appointments

Ali This place is amazing. When you go with a group of people - they actually SEAT YOU TOGETHER!!! My mom and sister and i went here before my wedding and their work on our nails was IMPECCABLE. Absolutely perfect and the nail techs were so nice and fun. This is the only place I go. My sister in law had her first pedicure ever here and LOVE IT!

Tiffany Moppin I am on my third visit in 6 days to correct the $75 nails I received. My first appointment was 6pm on a Thursday and was far from what I wanted but there was no time left prior to closing to have them redone. I came 9am the next morning (Friday) to have them redone. On Tuesday (4 days later) one nail breaks and the tips now black vs gold. Amanda Pomeroy Love this place!! They greet you by name and everyone does an amazing job I have yet to have a bad tech. It doesnt have that chemical salon smell that you typically get in some nail places. They are not pushy either which I love 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I showed her different spots where I thought it wasn’t good and of course she took no responsibility. I got the “deluxe” but it was mediocre at best. I won’t be coming back here for a pedicure. Cadence Dahl Really nice place the workers are nice. They also did a good job, but expensive. I will say the workers don’t really understand English too well like I said I didn’t want a design on my toes but they gave me one anyway and they also kept bothering me to do other things like waxing my brows. Lastly at the end they forcefully gave me a massage. They did give me free stuff though a deodorant and a brow serum

Jasmine was excellent with her technique and making me feel comfortable with good and positive vibes! I recommend this place as well if you’d like to get super cute and well structured nails! (It’s very reasonably priced as well!)

Angie Farish, Realtor I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon. It was my first time going there. I usually go to another nail salon that gets super busy on the weekends. So I thought I would try a new one this time. They took me in without an appointment but I called ahead to make sure there was someone available. I had the dip powder with extensions and a classic pedicure. I had the R124 color and loved it. The ladies were super nice and gentle. They don’t rush you call and they are very personable. All the staff seems to get along very well. It feels like they are very comfortable around each other. It’s a cozy, quiet, and relaxing salon with very nice people. I will definitely be coming back.

susan rodriguez The ladies were nice and friendly so no complaints on that end . They even fixed my mom’s polish after she accidentally touched something. The prices are great so that’s why they get 3 stars . We brought our own polish since I’ve had bad experiences using salon ones . Star was taken off since my tech seemed to miss the sides of ALL my nails with the top coat . This made the nail look uneven and blotchy. We didn’t even notice until we already gone .Probably will just return if I need a quick clean up but will paint nail’s myself . My mom’s nails were also kind of blotchy and uneven . I’m sure it wasn’t my polishes either since I’ve used them at home and other salons and the look is way better .

Jessica Contreras I gave this place another try yesterday and will definitely not go there again. I went in for a refill they charged me $35.00 just to cut nails shorter and only apply clear nail polish. No manicure it was just a refill. Had a pedicure, also not good. Don’t waste your time or money here. Quality of service is the poorest for this area.Had a full set done last year and I had nails break everyday and when I went the next day to get fixed they get angry at you file and redo nails in such a bad mood and still charge you.

Jen Ho Service has gone down. Nails crooked different sizes, uneven, top coat doesnt even ahine. And then when the nail tech grab my Gucci bag and opened it to see if its real, that was it. Husband said Im not paying for that.

Ivana Prochazka My fiance and I got our nails manicured and pedicured here yesterday. I also got dip powder. Three women helped us and they did an excellent job. I chose the hot stone massage with their regular pedicure. Im not sure if it was more expensive than the hot towel honestly but it was nice. We really enjoyed our visit. Sadly, I wore the wrong shoes and ruined my toe polish. They did have foam sandals for me to wear after but I had to stop by a store on the way home and switched shoes. I hadnt realized it wasnt completely dry. This was by fault of my own and I would have tried to come back if I had time before my trip. Natalie did my dip powder and she was very sweet. I was very pleased with my nails. The other two ladies were kind too but I wasnt able to get their names unfortunately.

Lora Cotton Went to the Richmond TX location because it was inside Walmart and I KNEW would be accessible (due to broken ankle.) The gentleman, believe hes owner or manager did my nails (refill & shellac) and Ive never been happier. I told him I wanted something "festive" for the holidays and he responded that hed take care of me. When he was done, I was ELATED!! Hed done a simple double color (raspberry red with a red glitter top) with the ring finger nail being "plain" raspberry red with a hand drawn snowflake. It was simple, but beautiful!!!! Definitely recommend!

Kizzy Carsen The older lady is HORRIBLE! Shes rough when using the drill. She doesnt listen to the customers as in what they want. She ruined my coffin shaped nails. When I told her what shape I had and wanted to keep, she filed one hand down too short. I told her I was not satisfied. She said she would correct it however, shed already filed them down to where I could no longer have coffin shape. Now I have to go elsewhere for a soak-off and get an overlay. I REFUSE to ever go here again. 1 star was given only because of the young lady whos good at pedicures. Unfortunately its not good enough for me to EVER spend my money there again.

Jamie Jimenez Took my daughter so she could sit in the princess chair but nope it was "broken" Wanted to leave right away but my baby wanted her pedicure. The lady was RUDE that worked on me.!!!!! She had a customer come in and she rushed my pedicure. Only massaged my legs for maybe 2 minutes.  She already painted my toes so I told her no feet because the massage would have messed them up. Whos does the polish first??? So I paid $35.00 for a half pedicure with a 2 minute massage!!!! She then asked if I used lotion because my skins horrible! RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!! The one lady that worked on my daughter was very nice. She was older and took her time. Im glad she was nice because I just kept smiling so my baby would enjoy her time. Never again

Tiffany Wilmore I popped in just to get my toes polished. Of course I was upsaled, but I didn’t have time so just requested toes polished. The nail tech was not friendly toward me and proceeded to “skip” a step by not applying a base coat. When I corrected her, she said some customers don’t want a base coat, but she never asked if I was “that” customer. Overall, the experience was poor due to the lack of integrity and friendliness…2 stars is being generous and merciful…

Shima Azimi I had my hard gel nails done here by Kelly (Kelley?). She was a great conversationalist with a fantastic attitude. Most nail techs would be frustrated if I asked them to fix a nail, but she didnt and took great care of me. She also helped me pick the color which I love! I will definitely be going back here!

Suzanne Rodriguez My friend recommended this salon so I joined her there even though I had to drive quite a distance. I love her nails and it’s the only place she goes. I needed a full set and decided to get some bling added. I love them! I was late, but they didn’t mind and Lee worked quickly, but efficiently. She was so fast and the price was exceptional. I will continue to drive there for my refills, because I trust that Lee will do a great job and, like I mentioned, the price is fair.

Breanna I had a horrible experience at Milano Nail Spa in Sugar Land. After calling ahead to confirm they could take me, I was seated and waited 10 minutes before the tech, Ann, begrudgingly started my service. I requested clear acrylic and clear tips, but she kept making mistakes—cutting my natural nails without asking, applying crooked tips, and using the wrong acrylic color. She ignored my feedback and left my nails bulky, uneven, and full of bubbles. To make matters worse, when I returned to have them redone, the manager refused to soak them off and fix them unless I paid again. Absolutely unacceptable! EDIT: Please see photos - Pink designed nails are the set I got with Jessica on December 23rd - Clear square are the nails I got with Ann on Jan 15th Same clear acrylic and nail tips different tech and clearly one was MUCH better than the other. In the two hours Jessica took I left with a shape and design after a soak off. In the same two hours Ann did a soak off and poor application. Pictures dont lie.

This is my second time here and once again I am satisfied with the customer service, the clean environment , and the style I requested. I got both manicure and pedicure. Vicky and Snow were the ones that assisted me . Beyond wonderful people . They are so kind, sweet, and attentive throughout the whole time . They work so diligently and clean! Tamika Blackwell First time I came here two years ago I said I wasn’t coming back. Nina was too pushy and the work was basic. However today my regular spot was full and wanted me to make an appointment. So I came here and the moment I walked through the door I remembered why I said don’t come back but I had my daughter with me. The place was empty. I had shellac nails but Nina kept pushing for me to get powder saying it was faster. So like an idiot I said yea and no it was not faster but definitely more expensive and I did not get a manicure with the powered nails. And the color did not match my toes. When checking out paying $150 she asked if I was adding a tip. REALLY. NOW this is the last time seriously. I do not recommend.

She was very helpful in helping me find a color to match my nails and told the nail tech exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service from everyone in the shop and truly enjoyed my experience. I didn’t realize I came in 2 years ago under a different salon name until I decided to leave a review even before my service was done. The updated interior design is also really nice.

Seyi Adeboye I visited Astoria nails yesterday and I got a manicure and pedicure done. Firstly, I must say the ambiance was not what I expected for a nail salon and I was pleasantly surprised. I really felt like a QUEEN in a palace. Secondly, the customer service was excellent and my nail technician did an amazing job . I would definitely be returning back and referring my family and friends.

Kate Green Jayden did my full set of Gel X and he was friendly and skilled. The salon is clean, and there are no more additional credit card fees.

Beronica I finally found a place where I can do everything in one place and it was exactly how I wanted it, while being affordable. I enjoyed my pedicure and full set. I didn’t have to explain multiple times or fix anything later. Thank you Jayden and Ming.

Laney Schlorff Go see Devhen! He is outstanding! I got my nails done while my hair was be colored! Professional Hair Studio is next door and I will now schedule these hair and nails appointments together, as it is so convenient! The nail shop is clean and good pricing! Treat yourself and go give them a try!!

Maria Rodriguez My first time coming to this place which seemed nice and quiet BUT when I tell you guys I been robbed, I’ve been robbed! I’m 30…plus years old and been doing my nails by professional techs since I was young(er).. and NEVER had I paid so much for something so simple. I didn’t want to cause a scene…knowing myself, I would have went completely left..so here I am venting….$114 with a “10% discount” bringing my total to $104… and then.. I tipped, yes.. I know…stupid.. but I tipped $6.00. Wow.. I’m seriously upset and disappointed in those folks there. This amount is for my coffin, medium length ombré with gold flake trims.. a set worth no more than MAYBE 60 bucks!! Lord Jesus!!

Anh Tuan Nguyen Always an amazing job Kay & Tim is so sweet and attentive. I recommend asking for her shell take good care of you. . The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. (NA) is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Anvitha Simhadri I went to get my nails done today and I had my previous nails on and the nail teach ripped them off! What a painful and wonderful experience!! Then I showed a design (cheetah print french tips) I wanted and they said they could do it: The nail tech messes it up and argues with me that she did the design properly….so I had her take the design off and I went home with plain nails which I had to pay $50 for….

Susan Smith They charge what they want. Very unprofessional . Pedicure Shellac cost $13 and the charge me $15. Dipping powder cost $45 and they charge me $48. The same happened with my friend.

Jonae Lyons Went here today with my cousin. Eyebrows were fine. My daughters nail polish was fine. Now my full set was horrible! This was my first time here and will be last. The guy cut my finger and said oh hang nail. Is ok. Now since I am use to getting my nails done this is just a no for me. Will not be returning. It I could get my money back that would be awesome. But I will be going somewhere else to get this fixed. I personally was not satisfied with any part of this.

Daisy I started going here in june 2024 and it’s my go to salon now. The ladies are super nice and many many beautiful polishes and designs to select. Yan gives me the best massage along with an epic pedicure!

Hayley Karati Nail Technician had a very simple full set that was suppose to be round shape basic acrylic full set no Polish just clear and the shaping and acrylic application was poorly done as you look at the photos you see the acrylic is overlapping on my skin and dips and dents in the laid acrylic. I was so irritated by this point that I was ready to leave. I decided to tip as a courtesy and wasn’t even offered hand cream or lotion. I will not go back to this nail salon and if you are Traveling in the Houston/Richmond area I do not recommend this business.

Valeria Charrabe I had the most amazing experience getting my nails done by Ms. Candy! She is incredibly talented and meticulous. My nails look absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for perfect nails!
