Jamie PK I love my nail tech. Amanda is amazing. Probably the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I follow her wherever she goes. Yet, this place has bad energy and is always empty. I really don’t enjoy listening to the other women here. I don’t feel the warm, fuzzy professionalism over here. I loved going to Quarry nails near target. But Amanda isn’t there, which I really wish she was there. This place needs an energy clearing by a professional and completely newly staffed.

Jasin Contreras Leila is great just very limited on availability, weekends only. I went in and let Yvonne do my hands and it’s been problematic. First time the nails were literally flat. Beautiful from top view but party city status from side view. She tried to fix them and she kind of did but the finish was lumpy. Shortly after, the nails began to lift and were very painful. I have to use bandages to keep them from pulling and hurting. Ugh, not worth the $110 plus tip I paid whatsoever! Very disappointed and will not be back. I tried to be loyal but for the price, I should have nails to brag about but not the case.

I am beyond impressed with my nails!! yvonne did an amazing job and was so kind and accommodating. shape, color, and design were all exactly what I wanted and she made sure I was 100% happy with my nails every step of the way which is something I have never experienced. Savannah Monsivais Benny and Angela were so gentle and comforting. It was my first time here and they definitely made me feel welcomed and accommodated me. They both recommended colors and what would look better. This was def a refreshing experience after not being in a nail salon for a while. My pedi was long overdue and so was my fill. I had a lifted nail that was also broken in the middle and Angela was so gentle!! They both stayed late to compete my services and even the owner stayed to close down and was also very friendly. Elijah Noelle The staff was very nice and the salon was very clean. My only complaint is that the gentleman that did my nails used the drill to push my cuticles back and it created several cuts. This morning I noticed how bad it was . Also when using the nail file he was a little aggressive and hurt me several times . I had also asked for square and he chose to do almond .The pedicure was ok not my best that o have gotten .

Usually when I go to a nail salon I have a favorite technician that I go to every time and know will do a good job. At Venezia I don’t have to worry about that, every time I go they do a good job no matter who attends me and I’m happy without complaints!

Essence Anderson Im fairly new to Texas and was looking for a nail shop like back home. I found this one on google and was praying they dont mess my real nails up. To my surprise this nice man Name Sonic took good care of my nail and I been going to him ever since. So its safe to say I found my spot. Place is nice and clean and the customer service is good, plus I can have a drink while doing my service.

Ebony Sanders I was in town for work and a coworker recommended I go here. The service was great, Kim was the technician that serviced me, with a pedicure and fill-in. This place offers complimentary drinks (non-alcohol and alcohol). I would highly recommend this place. Thanks Kim for your service and making my first visit very relaxing and welcoming. nobody I returned today after Ana provided the one of best pedicure Ive ever experienced. Jack did my nails today and it was exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Plus, they offer complimentary drinks. Its a great experience.

I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what was on the photo. The place was very clean and everyone was very polite. Inspired2RV Just visiting San Antonio but was desiring a pedicure badly. Gave this place a try. The staff is friendly, respectful and talented. No monkey business. Got the basic pedicure and I’m very happy. Offered me a bottle of water and the chairs are very nice. The decor is clean and fresh. They take extra precautions due to COVID and if I lived here, this would be my place!

Grace Smith I was sat right away when I walked in but I was rushed due to the nail tech having an appointment in an hour. Hard to say what the right thing to do in that situation is, so I had an overall good experience even still. Only one nail is crooked (you can see a slight curve in the middle nail) , all the others look amazing! My nail tech was very talkative and nice! She did amazing with the time we had and gave me a great price. I recommend.

Samantha Coffman I was seen on time. Front lady at the deck was very nice. The guy doing my nails was really nice as well, but he didnt do such a great job with the shaping of the nails. I got dip nails done and I asked to keep as much length as possible (I know some sanding is needed) I told him what shape I wanted and showed him a photo. After he was done with the first hand I had to fix every finger. The nails were not straight, the best way I can explain it was more like "fish tale" shaped. I tried to show him and explain to him why they were shaped wrong in the nicest way I could have he said he saw what I was talking about and understood. Going into shaping my next hand I was kinda worried, and rightfully so. I had to fix this hand too because of the fish tale shape again. To explain fish shaped nails, if you dont know, its like the middle of the nail is shorter then the two sides. The shape I wanted was square, with the sides sanded down a little so they werent sharpe on the sides. Over all, the place was nice but I had to fix all my nails and because of the fix I left with nails alot shorter then I came in with, thats the part Im mostly upset about. I wanted to keep my long nails, now they barely end at my finger tips. I will have to go somewhere else next time I get my nails done. The shape I asked for should have not been that hard for a nail tech, unfortunately I cant go somewhere that lets their nail tech do nails if they cant do a simple shape. I was nice, I said sorry for being so difficult, and I still tipped. Just leaving this review so others can watch out if they are picky like me.

Holli Blount Great location, affordable pricing ($60-$80+tip, shelac is $20 extra), friendly staff! They offered drinks which was a perk. I dont get my toes done often so it was a nice treat but oddly enough, the bottoms of my feet still feel dry (maybe bc I need to go more often), my nails are a bit jagged (snagged my sheets so I filed them a bit when I got home) and the polish doesnt quite cover some of my toe nails annnd I didnt get any reflexology or much massage like my friend did. I didnt say anything while I was there bc I dont you should have to. All in all was a good reminder that I need to take better care of my feet.

Rebecca Carey Came in for a dip manicure with tips. Called in advance to see if they could take me since they would be closing in the next hour and a half. They said they could. I really regret it. I’m not sure if their quality is always bad or if the person who did my nails was rushing to leave, but they flooded my cuticles and there’s a gap between my natural nail and the fake tip that has accumulated dirt and debris that is impossible to clean. I told the person about the gap issue and he just assured me they wouldn’t come off. That’s not the problem, the hygiene issue is the problem. Also due to the flooded cuticle, as they’ve grown out there is lifting at the bottom so even that was incorrect. I’ve had the manicure for just a few days and I’ll have to remove. Completely wasted $60. Strongly would advise against going here for dip.

Jenna Kurburski went in for the first time for a fill and to get my toes done. originally wanted some artwork, and they did a great job but i realized i didn’t like the color that was used for the base under the art. called them and asked if they’d be willing to redo the four nails that had art on them and they scheduled me the next day! they redid them without any questions and didn’t charge me for the service. their prices are super affordable but not cheap work at all, they do such a great job. the guy that did my nails was so nice and sweet. they are a very clean establishment. i will be going back for my next fill!!

Gabriella Velazquez Kind of disappointed. My nails do not look like the reference photo I provided, and I asked before we begun if it would be possible. They’re cute enough, but overall not exactly what I wanted. However the nail polish on my boyfriends nails lifted and the design looks very rushed and messy. The nail polish is also sheer and not full coverage (we wanted his design to look like the pinky on the reference photo that did not happen)

Kat Taylor Ive been coming here for about 5-6 months and every single time Suri nails never disappoints. The results are beautiful and high quality, and can last over a month without a fill. Currently leaving my most recent appointment for a new set as I had my last visit on 6/30 and my current set continued to last even today on 8/2. Sunny, Mike, Lindsey, and Ty are the absolute best nail technicians in town. All of their pedicure techs are also very thorough and do a spectacular job at massaging your arches, especially when theyre sore like mine from working! This salon does take walk-ins but prefers appointments, it definitely makes a difference for them. During the week, it is quite quiet whereas the weekend can be busy with the pedicure discount day on Sundays.

Anna Greenwell This place is so nice and welcoming! They don’t rush you at all and they’re so friendly! Prices are great, my daughters and I LOVED our pedicures! They do such a great job and the interior is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend and I will be back!

Lindsay Cooper I waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed to cool down and speak fairly, but I also want people to know before going that they need to be careful. I NEVER get my nails done. It had been 5+ years since I have, and dip didn’t even exist back then, so I had never had dip nails. I needed my nails done for a photo shoot and chose this salon based on excellent reviews. I showed up on a Wednesday at 3:30pm. They were not busy when I arrived though they did get busier by around 5 when I left. I did not have an appointment, which was probably my first mistake, but again I have very little nail salon experience. I walked in and requested “dip nails” and the guy at the front desk sent me to a seat at a nail station. An older woman who spoke almost no English came out and asked me what I wanted. Rather than try to explain, I showed her the picture which I have posted here, of ombré dip nails. I knew they did this because I had seen ombré as an option on their website before choosing to go there. I asked, “can you do exactly this?” And she said “yes. Pick color” — at this point I was confused because I legitimately just showed her what I wanted exactly and she agreed… but I said “color for the base? To go with the white?” And she said “yes base. Pick color” so I picked a pinkish color that I thought was close to the photo. She began working. Again, I have never had dip nails and it’s been 5+ years since I had any nails done, so I’m just along for the ride. She did several dips and then filed and got the LED cure light out. I didn’t know HOW the ombré would be done but I knew it would be before the LED cure so I was alarmed. I said, “what about the white ombré?” And she just stared at me. I asked again. She said “no ombré” and I said “yes ombré. Please do it” … at this point another younger employee stepped in to translate. I showed this girl the photo that was agreed upon and the girl said, “she didn’t see this picture. You got a single color. The nails are done” and I said, “she DID see this picture. She agreed to this picture. And I would like you to do ombré now” — the employees went back and forth in their primary language and then the younger girl said “you have a single color. We cannot make it ombré” There is no reason they couldn’t have shaved the nails down to fix them and start over. They did not acknowledge their mistake. They cured my single color bubblegum pink nails and charged me full price and sent me on my way. They texted me a survey to fill out that evening and I was honest in my response. Nobody from the salon contacted me based on that survey and it’s been 3 weeks so I’m not sure why they even sent it. I am giving 2 stars because the salon was clean and my nails weren’t botched but they were NOT what I wanted and I had to get them fixed for a ridiculous price (removal+new set) elsewhere the next day.

A E I saw your reply and updated the photos, including the charges from your salon. I called to discuss adjusting my payment fairly so I can remove my review. I also came back because my middle eyebrow wasn’t waxed, even though you claimed it was. My daughter recorded the entire session, and the service wasn’t completed. Charging me for this is fraudulent Please call me back to resolve the issue. My daughter had her first pedicure today, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The lady working on her was rude and unprofessional, aggressively picking at her feet and massaging them in a way that made my daughter uncomfortable. Even though I kept checking in with her, she was too polite to say anything at the time. As for my own experience, I tried to keep it light and friendly, chatting and laughing with my nail technician. But when I got home, I was shocked my nails look like they were painted by my 11 year-old! I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work. Definitely not what I expected.

Audrea Coy We love Wynn Nails! We (myself and my daughters) had been going to another nail salon a few miles up from them for years. One day it was so busy we decided to try another place and came across Wynn. We walked in and they took all : of us right away. Since we’ve been regular customers. It is a family owned business, which we love to support. Everyone is so nice and does such a great job! No where else we’d rather go!

MiK J My introduction (cat eye): I liked the woman that did my fill. I was told she no longer works there, when I called back a few weeks later to set up another appointment with her, unfortunately. I like that two free drinks are offered during your stay. I also like the ambience. It’s a larger shop than what I’m used to, very pretty. [I was a walk-in for this appointment.] Second (Chick-fil-A): While I received the most compliments on this set, it’s not what I requested. The white was meant to be black, I had mentioned this twice. The flowers were also meant to look differently, as shown in the Inspo. I wanted to mimic the flower design in inspo #1 and the colors in inspo #2. I think this had to do with him taking a photo of my inspo. I believe the photo came out blurry, so he tried his best to replicate the image he saw. I suspect, had I offered to leave my phone on the table, my set would’ve turned out closer to how I planned. I did like that when removing my old set, Rio didn’t use a nail tip and pry off anything. He allowed my nails to soak. He is great at pedicures, very nice massages. I’d rebook with him. [I called in advance to set this appointment up.] Third (pink and white): I visited on the evening of Valentine’s Day, an hour before closing. I feel my experience was rushed, likely because it was the end of the day. Previously, I went in the morning, so I had no concept of when they closed, until I arrived. Two people assisted me, Nick did my pedicure (which was nice). I’m not sure what the name of the person who did my full set was. They did use a nail tip to take off my old set and requested I let them know if it hurt, which suggests they know it does. They rounded my edges as well, which is a bummer. I prefer and requested square. [I booked an appointment via the website, this time, no request for a particular individual to complete my service. The website allows you to book until 7pm with no regard towards the time of the appointment you are attempting to book.]

Alexandra Elizondo I went in late and got a full set+pedicure with a friend. GIGI & team got to work quickly. But sweet Gigi stayed late ON A FRIDAY I must add and took her time with my nails. She is so kind & made sure every nail was perfect to my liking!! Although it is a drive I will definitely make it out to this shop!! Very satisfied :)

Hannah Well I tried getting my nails done today to help me feel better. It’s my fault I came in as a walk in but they took me anyways. If you’re tooo busy then don’t take me. I’d rather you not take me and not make me waste my money. I LOVE this place. Just not my nails, or the guy who did them and his service.

People do a good job but it’s never “just like the picture.” I came to Stellar nails, on a Saturday, with no appointment and was taken cared of quickly! I needed my gel nails removed because the Vogue nail school really messed up the job. I opted for dip French nails and they turned out amazing. I also had a regular pedicure and I love them too. I thought the pricing was very fair. They told me they also offer $60 1 hr massages with a reservation. I loved the salon and parking is easy, right in front. Support our local small Biz and come by to get your nails and spa treatments done!

Toria Gomez Did not appreciate the service. I received dip on my nails and asked to make them as short as possible and squared. The man told me if I have them short, I cant have them square, only rounded. I get my nails done this way all the time and without acrylic nails, so I know its possible. Then the shade of color was too bright to my liking and so I wanted a change in shade and it was noticeable how annoyed he was about it, again. Then my shallac toes, I needed a shade change and the lady brought me the wrong set of nail colors to choose from and the man yelled at her rudely in front of me, which was very awkward. Turns out the maroon color was actually a deep red (thank goodness) and not purple. I paid over $100 for this service and for my nail color to chip on multiple fingers within the week. I expected better treatment and for my nails to stay on for at least 2 weeks. I will not be returning.

Mariah Veach Used to come here a ton 6-7 years ago, it was great! Went back today and had a totally different experience. Went in for a fill and left with my skin around my nails painted in shellac and the undersides of my nails super thick and uneven. I pointed it out to my manicurist and he said “well, that’s what you get for choosing a color so close to your skin tone” he then got up, walked to the register, and ushered me to leave. He also charged me extra on my full for a “shaping” even though I kept the exact same shape I had before. Short almond ain’t that complicated…

Pamela Watson If you are looking for a nail shop I Highly Recommend Valencia Nails on Bulverde Rd. No cuts, no burns and mostly They Listen! Then do excellent work! I enjoyed being they more then any other shop. Plus it was very clean, bright and cherry!

Alissa V Extremely disappointing service today. Went in for 2 mani pedis to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. We were never offered anything to drink and they were very impatient with me helping my grandma into the pedicure chair. I chose a pastel orange color from the wall of nail polishes and I guess it was an old bottle so it never fully dried on my nails. She would apply the top coat and it would immediately smudge the orange polish so she had to remove it and start over. After a few tries my tech got frustrated and started asking what I did to mess it up. Literally hadn’t moved at all so I don’t get why she was trying to blame me. She asked if I wanted to do another color and I said yes. She goes to pick a color and it’s a neon red. Nothing close to the color I had picked out even though there were plenty of other orange polishes that were somewhat similar. But by then we were so over it it wasn’t even worth. She never even asked if the color was okay with me. Left with nail polish all over my hands and many spots on my nails just missing of polish. It’s the same lady who was blowing her nose in her face mask and playing card games on her phone while giving a pedicure in another review. Absolutely awful business behavior and she needs to be FIRED. Very disappointing as I used to be a regular customer but no longer will be coming back.

Val Ondrawday We’ve been coming here to see Ana for manicures for several months now and their quality is top notch. The salon is kept very clean and bright and the ladies there are very nice. My daughter is older and very particular about her nails so Ana does a great job with the details and quality of the designs. Love that they speak Spanish and English!

Chennelle Reyes Kelly slayed my nails!!! She corrected the shape that a nail tech from another salon did, which I did not like, and now I absolutely love them!!! Tanya Trujillo I’m waiting outside for them to open got here at 9:55am and they open at 10:00am. It’s 10:15am already and they still have not opened. I called to see if anyone is inside and no answered. Very poor customer experience if you have a certain time to open understand your customers are waiting for that time. Not a good way to run your business. Understand as customers we have things to do as well.
