suzie orner I am a relatively new client at Cooper and Company. I followed my pedicurist there. It is a lovely, large, salon with a boutique full of lovely things. It is open and pleasant and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I see Vanessa for my pedicures. She specializes in hard to care for feet. I have diabetic feet prone to ingrown nails and Vanessa takes those out. My feet feel so good when I leave there. The clients I see leaving the salon having had hair and/or nails done look lovely.

Vanessa Castleberry Theyre doing some renovations on one side of the shop, but its a large shop, so no inconvenience. I love Richard and have been going to the shop at previous locations, even. Theyve got a nice offering of all beauty services that I would use. Mani-pedi, cuts, colors. Great place, would recommend.

Angel Muniz I called on a Friday afternoon to ask some basic question about hair bleaching. I was advised to come in to speak with someone for consult. I spoke with Melisa and she covered several things with me about bleaching my hair. Then we started the process!! This is the first time Ive EVER done something like this with my hair and I had the BEST experience! Melisa was amazing and very helpful, friendly and nice! Everyone was intrigued because my hair is so dark and it took a MIRACLE for me to get the look I wanted. Ill definitely be back!

Jennifer Lee 1st time at this location and I’m on the fence. The staff is super nice and the girls that did my daughter’s toes and nails did fantastic! The lady that did mine, did okay. She did cut my toe which bled and now is sore. At that point I think she was super nervous and hurried through it because they don’t look the greatest. Just hoping nothing major happens to my toe. I’m all about second chances, so I don’t Know if I will return to this location or not. Probably will stick with the Waco Dr. location.

Cheyenne McCallum This pedicure was by far the best I’ve ever had!! The technician I had was Ivy and she was the kindest woman! I feel like she went above and beyond because she really put some strength into it when massaging me! I felt like I was getting a really fancy deep massage and wasn’t expecting that at all because most places don’t apply enough pressure for me! She massaged my feet and legs like they normally do but she also massaged my hands and arms and even neck/shoulders/ back. This was worth every penny and I will 100% be coming back more often!! Perfect service!

Mimis Crafty Shoppe What can say about Blessed Spa and the owners JJ and Mimi are awesome Christian owners. I have been using JJ since 2014 he is awesome with nails and started using him for massages my goodness he is very versatile from deep tissue massage to relaxing massage he listens to what I want and always delivers with my nails, pedicure and massage! His wife Mimi is also a wonderful friend she is such a delight enjoy talking to her and she gives me great advice a plants and they both love their daughter and are raising her to be a wonderful young lady! You can not go wrong booking an appointment with either of them….

Adrienne Cain Darough Tired of feeling rushed in a nail salon along with 20 other people? Give Blessed Spa a try! You wont regret it.The space they have is very relaxing and they both take their time with the service they are providing. The service here is beyond amazing! JJ and MiMi are the absolute best! The work they do last a long time! I usually go in once a month and my gel manicure is still in tact, but desperately grown out. SN: I have had past issues at other nails salons that have caused anxiety during certain parts of the manicure/pedicure process (lets just say anything dealing with cuticles freaks me out), and they are always very patient and understanding.

I finally Googled "best nail shops in Hewitt" and this little gem popped up. They had the best reviews and their work looked amazing so I went online and booked an appointment (All services are by appointment only). As soon as my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly J.J. and Mimi! My daughter booked with J.J. and I booked with Mimi. The salon is very clean, quiet, inviting, and calm. The whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be back.

Missi Cook Updated 2/3/2021....see pics from todays visit at the bottom! First, you cant depend on navigation to get you there because the location is brand new and hasnt been added to maps/waze etc. The salon is located in a brand new shopping center on the Hwy 84 west access road. It is just before the MISD administration building. My 22 year old daughter, 4 year old granddaughter and myself went for the first time today. I had booked appointments for us using the website, which I was prompted to do when I called the salon. The website is streamlined and intuitive to use. My daughter was getting dip with tips and a basic pedicure, my granddaughter was getting her nails polished and I was getting manicure and dip without tips. Michelle, the owner, was very sweet with my granddaughter and did a beautiful job painting her tiny little nails. A lady whose name I dont know did my daughters pedicure, and my daughter says she did a really good job. Michelles cousin, whose name I believe is Hong, did my dip and did a thorough and careful job. He really took his time and shaped them beautifully. Michelle finished the two top coats so he could move on to doing my daughters nails. We are all very happy with the services we received, and here are the photos!

DeeAnn Tiner-Watkins I have been going here for years. I tried several other salons closer to my home; however, I discovered it was better to make the drive no matter how far. They are warm, friendly, courteous, always doing above and beyond for their clients.

J Lopez Jon sat me down and attempted to begin without changing the towel from his last client. The towel from her manicure which had her dead skin and nail shadings. After asking him to change it, he got up without a word. I should have left then. I asked to have my acrylics removed and for a mani with clear polish. He was visibly annoyed and huffing and puffing that nail debris was flying onto his clothes. He trimmed and filled my nails with the speed of lighting and they are all jagged and uneven. Didn’t even oil my hands. First and last time coming here.

Renee Blasier Horrible experience- the male owner gave me a manicure- worst manicure I ever had. He cut my cuticles and they bled for a good 10 minutes but he expected me to continue sitting there so he can finish . No one was in there - so why was he sooooo rushed I had to ask for a hand message- he was terrible with this also. The place is DIRTY too….. hopefully they sanitize there equipment- not sure on this also.

Theresa McHargue T always does my nails with extra care. He always tries to go above and beyond cause he doesnt want to put out a bad product and if anything goes wrong hell make it right !¡! Ive gone here off and on throughout the years when i decide to have my nails done professionally and i pick T everytime !!!!!! If you watch him closely u can c how his skills kick in & it becomes like ART & thats more than just a job or a ##number !!!!!

Lamejah D The pedicure was good. He paid close attention to detail from what I can tell but I am still sitting in the chair waiting for my feet to dry. When I walked in I was skeptical. I asked him to put on new gloves because the ones he had on was discolored and had a hole. He would not do it. As someone who knows better, I should have left. The only reason I stayed was because I was given a nonrefundable gift certificate.

Janette Im sorry but I dont know where the good reviews come from. I dont want to be mean but this is honesty... how this place has been able to remain open is beyond me. It is absolutely filthy. The tools along with everything in it look 100 years old. This is a staph infection just waiting to happen. Do yourself a favor and go else where! Ive never been so grossed out by a public place before.

Drea Walker TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in today to get a full set of nails. The man applied all my tips on crooked. When I politely informed him that they were uneven and crooked he got very defensive and had a bad attitude. He did not want to hear what I had to say regarding MY nails. He told me they were fine and he would fix it later. I explained to him that if the nails were uneven and crooked now that can’t be repaired later in the process it has to be straight from the beginning. He was rude and provided terrible customer service. I told him that I would just go somewhere else and that really made him upset! He started raising his voice and talking crazy. I told him despite his personal feelings, I am a paying customer and he should treat customers with my respect. That was a huge waste of my time and I will NEVER go back nor refer anyone! DO NOT GO!

Evander I cannot recommend this nail salon enough, especially Nina! She is absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. From the moment I sat down, Nina was warm, attentive, and detail-oriented. She took the time to make sure every aspect of my nails was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Gabrielle Guardiola Do NOT recommend this place! I been a few times and the first few times were great but the last too times I went they did my nails badly! I went to go get my nails done for my birthday and ended up with this! This was not even close to the picture. With two people touching my nails I expect it to look similar to the picture! And top it off won’t even give me half a refund!! I do not recommend this place!

Debra Williams At first when I was at the nail shop my nails look so beautiful under the light, but as soon as I got home and actually look and touch my nails I was very unsatisfied/not happy my nails are rough there are not smooth my nails are to thin for a full set. I felt like I was rush because of closing time, I feel like my nails was not worth $120 dollars. This has to be the worst experience I have been through.

Lacey Fae Nail Bar is my absolute favorite nail salon for manicures and pedicures in Waco. I was able to provide a picture of the manicure I wanted and got exactly that. Tina, the owner, has a great energy and is super friendly and professional. She is up on all the trends and has a ton of talent. I highly recommend Nail Bar for the next time a manicure and/or pedicure is needed, and maybe wants a drink as well.

Ash Nasen What I asked for versus what I got. Considering I got acrylics it’s not so bad but it’s not perfect. Nail techs were super sweet and tried to be as accommodating as possible. Getting designs is always risky. Next time I’ll just get a solid or a French mani. Manicure was $75, pedicure was $50.

Hannah McCabe Well I saw all the amazing reviews and figured I’d go get my nails done for my birthday, I asked for a simple French nail with the white tip. After looking closely when she was done and I walked out, I noticed the shape of my nails were not correct at all, and were almost dented/botched in the middle and they already started to chip off in the corners throughout the day. $65 for this was not worth it. So disappointed

Lola Delphineae This (2nd photo)was not the original style I came in there with but after being talked down I decided on this style and showed them the picture. After being told they could only do one solid color , they decided to charge me $85 for the full set. Look. At. This. Mess. I chose the length and decided not to put the bunny on there because they said they couldn’t do that either, But it looks SOOO sloppy. Also me and my sister tried their mimosas. My sister asked for a second one and they gave her straight orange juice without telling her. Like wow This was my first time going there and will be my last.

Stacey Allen This place is honestly hit or miss. Three weeks ago I had a full set of acrylics done and the were really good. Lasted really well and I work in water and on keyboards quite often throughout the day. Today,... I need a fill while I waited for my tire to be fixed. The elder gentleman that works there completed my appointment and throughout the process, I felt that something was off. I requested that they be trimmed SLIGHTLY and he nearly cut them completely off. I asked that they remain square and they are varying shapes from nearly coffin to round on one side and LORD KNOWS on the other. Parts of my nail have not been filled The clear gel polish is all over my actual finger and the texture is extremely bumpy. I paid while my nails were drying and when they told me the price, it was $50. Three weeks ago I paid $55 for a full set of acrylics, mid length, with gel polish. Today, I got a fill for acrylic with gel polish (board says $25) and trimmed down (board says $5.) When I questioned the price, they started listing several things. When I called them after claiming my care to let them know that they do not look good at all, the woman said "Come back and I will fix them for you and make them look better." I told her that I would just like a refund because I am going to have to go somewhere else and have them completely remove them and redone. She said that she wants to fix them, but there is no hope. Theyre ruined. I guess what Im saying is be weary of who you allow to do your nails here. (Ive included photos of what I went in with and what I left with)

sadia shaikh Worst experience of my life I been coming here for last 5 years they uses expired nail polished color on me which isnt coming off from acetone and filling my nail is damaging my nails I went their and Instead the owner saying sorry we used expired nail color on you told me its regular and started talking rude . I AM JUST SHICKED HOW is this not a concern for walmart . And how even their licence is still valid they are using expired nail colo to damage customer nails , I will never come here again and I wont recommend this place to aby one please dont ruin your nails for life they use toxic and expired and expired stuff where at the end you will.pay more by going to doctor posting pictures for the proof people save your money

They were so wide even after I asked him then make them narrow, they were thick and bulky I went somewhere else immediately and had them taken off and redone. Sadly I hate causing issues so I paid for them but I will not be going back.

Top photo is what she requested and bottom photo is what she got. Completely wrong glitter color and too much of it in the gradient. Were going back tomorrow to have the two gradient nails redone.

Angela Ekpa Edit: its been one week and I have several chips in my dip, bulky edges and its starting to pull up. My nails are already getting caught in my hair. This is the most Ive ever spent on a set and am extremely disappointed in the quality. I live in Fort Worth so I wont be coming for them to fix it. A little pricey but worth it! We came in on a Sunday with a large group. They were very accommodating and still took care of us in a timely manner, even though we were walk-ins with our kids!

Amanda Anderson I hate to leave a negative review but I am just shocked and upset about spending $127 on my nails and it’s been nothing but trouble. First I want to say the man who did my nails, was very nice. No complaints there! However 3 of my nails were chipped after 2 days. Usually I would just blow it off but I was really bothered as I was standing up in a wedding that weekend and wanted them to look nice. I called and they were accommodating telling me to come back in and they will fix it. I came back in and they had a chair ready to go for me. Very polite about fixing them. However..2 days later, the day of the wedding, I had multiple nails chipped again. Now it has been a week and my nails are literally coming off. My hair is stuck in them and they look down right awful. My big toe is also chipped. Nice people, but the work or product is not so great. Super sad experience all around because now I paid $127 for ugly nails that were already fixed once before.

Nothing was sanitized, she cut my fingers multiple times filing leaving me bleeding and in pain, and the acrylics are lumpy! she couldn’t do a simple almond shape so none of my nails look the same. I could’ve done a better job myself. I want a refund!

I went back immediately and requested a refund they said they did not do any refund to call the second location to speak w the manager and I did and he proceed to say he does not do refunds. He could care less of his clients. For your hygiene stay away and save your money. The photos you see are hours from getting my “toes done”

Taylor Trejo I got me and my daughter full sets and pedicures, the lady (Teresa) that did mine was awesome, she really took her time, kinda surprised me when she started slapping my legs and feet as part of the massage but ayyyy it was ok, the older lady that did my daughters pedicure didnt look too happy but all in all our toes came out good, our full sets resembled the pictures we both had so I dont have any complaints, total was $240 though, that was more than I was anticipating

It is run by a husband and wife who are very friendly and detail oriented.I noticed a lot of repeat customers while I was inside. Betsy Fanning I took my Dad to B&J Nails for a pedicure. We were greeted warmly as one of the owners took him straight to the pedicure chair. He was allowed to select the package of service he wanted and the co-owner began working immediately. She took her time and gave Dad the best pedicure he has ever had at any salon. She was gentle as she trimmed his nails and treated his feet, He then received a soothing, relaxing leg & foot massage. I highly recommend this salon. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. It is owned and operated by a friendly and caring professional husband/wife team. They take their time with the clients and pride in their work. This was our first visit and we will be coming back. Gabryelle Koeroghlian I’m a big pedicure/manicure person but since moving to Waco from Austin I haven’t been able to find a new salon that I loved. Well, that is until I found B&J nails! Run by a husband and wife duo, they are incredibly kind, gentle, efficient, and talented! The environment is comfortable and quiet. It is true that they prefer appointments since it’s just them two who work in the salon, but that shouldn’t deter you! I can’t state enough how perfect my pedicure was (as someone with VERY sensitive feet, it was perfectly gentle and attentive) and they made sure the job was FULLY done before I left - no wet polish duck walking needed!

Lindsay Turnbough Nails turned out beautiful! My only complaint is that between the two people who had touched my hands to get them started and finished both made me bleed. Then by the time my nails were done I left with EIGHT out of my ten fingers bleeding and with burns from the tool they use. I love the way they do nails but I wish they would be more careful with that tool. I’m having to put meds on all my fingers they hurt so bad.

Cynthia Dunlap Arrived early on a Friday morning. Not busy, seated immediately. Nice lady. Toenails were not cut evenly. The polish must have been old. Two toes polish completely smeared off 2 hrs later. 3 hrs later, big toe polish is still wet and is clumping. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Camarra B. Today I decided to come to happy nails after work because it was nearby and I wanted to relax. I came in expecting good, but did not receive good. The nail artists however are nice and gentle, and I didnt have a wait. I chose the color I wanted which was a white with a blue glitter on top, but when my nails got finished it looked nothing like the color I chose. The pedicure didnt feel that good. No pressure (for the massage) or passion was applied. I actually didnt get a full pedicure treatment, just a cut, file, small massage, lotion and warm towel. The funny thing is, my feet still hurt from before I came. I thought going there would make it better. I was literally only in the chair for 10-15 minutes. It was not worth the price. Save yourself the time & money and go somewhere more upscale.

ina darley Went to this location because it was close to where I was and when I walked in someone said hello but never asked me what I needed. Which is interesting because another girl walked in waaayyyy after me and she was greeted very nicely and was asked what she needed. So I sit there for 5 minutes before I took matters into my own hands and asked if there was a list that I needed to put my name on. I was told no. Then sat there for another 5 minutes and took matters into my own hands AGAIN and ask a nail tech if someone was able to do the design I wanted (I showed a picture). She just pointed to a lady and told me to ask her. I walked over to asked the lady and she was just like “yeah” and went back to working. I was kind of just left standing there. I then sat down and used their good WiFi to find another nail shop. I do highly recommend this place if you are looking for lackluster customer service on a random Wednesday afternoon.

April Horton First time going here. They were nice and did a good job. Only 4 stars cuz the wait was so long. Started with one person and ended up with another person. Overall very happy and will go back.

Ken Tucker Gave my wife a gift card for manicure and pedicure. She has used them before and was pleased, but this time nails were not completely done and two days later the polish started peeling. The manicurist was not very professional. Will most likely not return
