Marci Adams What should have been a 2-3 day hospital stay ended up taking my dad’s life! Dr. William Elfarr damaged my dad’s pancreas as well as his diaphragm while doing a nephrectomy. After spending 2 weeks in ICU at UT Athens which I would not take my dog to after the experience we had he ended up being transferred to UT Tyler where he ended up passing away from multiple complications due to Dr. Elfarr! I can’t stress enough do not send your loved ones to this doctor!!!!

aleta livingston Have been seeing Dr. Elfarr several months and have gotten no relieve. It all started about 3 years ago with random feeling like a UTI put is all ways negative. Not an all the time thing which I told them that. Have left several messages on My Chart and still no reply. It would be nice if he does not know what is causing the problem just say so dont keep giving pills or creams(pharmacy cant fill) some BS answer which is not what is causing the issue. Notes that he leaves is not even correct.

Eva Wright I was more than ready to be released but I felt I was being rushed.i did not have but one lung X-ray.I had a monitor for oxygen and found out I needed to be on oxygen. Was not a pleasant experience

stephanie Thompson My husband needed to see a urologist and was a little nervous. Dr Elfarr was kind, compassionate and very patient. The office had everything in place for the Dr to review. Easy and informative. Very thankful we have him in our small east texas town.

steve long After 8 years as Dr Elfars patient I called his office and told them I couldnt pee, they told me to take 2 flow max a day and see him in a month. 2 weeks later i ended up in the Hospital on dialysis in renal failure with a blocked prostate near death. A month later he performed a TURP on me and said i would never have a problem with my prostate again. 3 years later he used a camera to see that my prostate was just fine, a month later I ended up in the ICU for 9 days with a blocked prostate in renal failure on dialysis near death because the prostate had grown back. I had a second TURP performed by a different Urologist recently however my chronic kidney disease is still a serious issue and its possible i will have to live out my life on dialysis.

Katie Renberg The doctor literally prescribed me a steroid for my face that caused a whole new condition, when I told her what I thought I had, she brushed it off. I went to a specialist, and had what I told her I thought I had. You know what it’s caused by? Steroid use on the face. Also every single time I went I waited at least a full hour to be seen in the doctor’s room. Needless to say, I switched doctors.

Tracy Daugherty Had an urgent referral sent to Dr Garcia office it was received. I went to my first visit and was told I needed a ct done along with another test. That appointment was scheduled for four weeks later. I arrived for my appointment and was told I would have to have my ct done across the street at the hospital and to give them an hour to arrange it. After an hour I was told to give them till that afternoon, then told to give them till the next morning and days later I have yet to hear back from anyone. Being a new patient this is bad business. Not impressed by the front desk help at all!!

Laura Ballard I was scheduled for surgery on a Monday; Garcias office called me on the Friday before and said they cancelled by surgery. They refuse to use the correct coding on the hospital stay - apparently the code they want to use will get them more money than the one they should actually use. I did my research...it is not an insurance issue - it is their refusal to use the correct code. Im the one that suffers - I have to start all over with a new doctor. Very Disheartening.

Loree Scott Zach who works with Dr. Garcia makes all the difference! Zach went above and beyond for my dad, who is a disabled Veteran. When I had questions or needed additional help or approvals, Zach was one that had it all under control. He made me feel confident I was in the right place for treatment for my dad. Because of Zach, I had a great experience seeing Dr. Garcia. Zach is way over qualified for this position and I am thankful he is using his talents here.

Vel Williamson Dr. Garcia is a patient and kind physician that listens to all your symptoms before making a decision as to a treatment plan. His staff is highly personable and remember not only your name but your specific ailments and past treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Ruben Garcia and his whole staff.

Michael Anderson Dr Garcia and his stall are outstanding and go out of their way to provide excellent medical care. I would enthusiastically recommend his practice to anyone and if you are, you are the lucky one!

4.Johnson Christopher MD

Address: 115 Medical Cir, Athens, TX 75751

(11) Reviews Johnson Christopher MD:

Summer Hambleton Dr. Johnson is horrible, really question his credentials. My 72 year old mother had fell in October 2017 and had a lot of pain since. Dr Johnson finally did a CT scan, which she was told showed no injury, so she was then told she is a Dr. Shipper, she has been going to Dr. Johnson for years! She went to the ER last night and they did another CT scan which showed a Compression Fracture in her Veterbra. Why after months pain did not go away and is probably now worse. She needs surgery. Disgusted with the neglect of Dr. Johnson, state will hear about this! Avoid this inadequate Dr!

Xena Tucker My mom could’ve DIED because of this place, constantly she was always disregarded and told she was completely fine. They shot down all her questions and told her nothings wrong with her when there were obvious signs she wasn’t fine. They ignored her high blood pressure multiple times and i’m done with this place. my mom could’ve died, she had to go to a different doctor in Tyler to get any ounce of help (she has chronic kidney disease stage 3 that they refused to diagnose her with) thanks so much for helping her, not... Dr. Johnson should not be a doctor.

Christina Ridgle Love the staff and Dr Johnson! He is amazing with our daughter who is special needs!

Mallory Bennetf Very terrible!! He told me my daughter who is 5 months old that she needs to weigh 25 pounds! Then after telling him that i did not approve of that he calls cps on us and says my daughter is a failure to thrive and my daughter weighs 12 pounds. Very upsetting!!

Athens TCP Took an application along with all necessary paperwork then was told I would be seen on a certain date and that everything was good. Received a phone call a week later with information that had nothing to do with the reason I applied and the administrator said they would not be able to help me any longer . I have received services before and never had this problem especially from an administrator

6.Medical Arts Clinic

(20) Reviews Medical Arts Clinic:

Maricela Howard Dr. Karah Coker is awesome. I loved her from the first time I met her. She is personable, caring, takes her time to get to know you, expresses knowledge about you at every visit and doesn’t hesitate to lead you in the right direction to get your needs addressed. I have been with her for five years, first with UT Health and now with Christus Mother Frances Athens.
5 /5
Dee Ann Edwards Dr. Coker is a terrible judgemental doctor who does not take proper care of her patients. She also lied right to the faces of myself and family. I would never recommend her to anyone. In fact, Id advise against using her. Drs are supposed to treat patients and make them feel better instead she would not treat what needed to be treated and you end up feeling worse instead of better which is the opposite of what a Dr. should do for her patients.
1 /5
Misty Williams Dr Qualls is awesome! Hes new school with an old school vibe. Which is just great for new moms, really makes you feel at ease and he isnt afraid to tell you the truth or explain things to you so you can actually understand whats going on with your little ones. I totally recommend him.
5 /5
sam parker We used Dr Coker for the past several years with both our young children. Sadly we will not be using her or the UT medical arts clinic any longer. Although she is very friendly and personable she Is incapable of diagnosing anything other than a ear infection. She shrugs every office visit off as nothing is wrong and doesn’t take anything seriously. We have had more success diagnosing our children on google and by taking them to other doctors. We used her “service” as a doctor so we expected her to be a doctor, not a chatty bank teller. The medical arts clinic forgets to turn their phones on regularly so reaching them to set an appointment is difficult. This has happened on multiple occasions. They also refuse to let you speak to the dr on the phone or have the dr return a call. Maybe I’m old fashioned but for the price of the medical bills I want to actually speak to the dr and not a secretary on important matters.
1 /5
Me La Vu Unfriendly staff over the phone. And apparently the doctor now picks and chooses which clients they will accept. You need to send your medical records first then they will decide if they will accept you or not before making an appointment available to you. I can already tell what kind of environment they have at their clinic. No thank you.

Destiny Boulter Had a wonderful experience even though I was very nervous. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered. The doctor described the procedure to me and helped me through it. They have a program for low income families so I left free of charge, and after will be charged $15 each visit for a year since I qualify. Lakeland Medical wanted to charge me $135 to be seen for birth control. They saved me that bill. Dr. Robbin Langston is amazing! Great people, highly recommended.

Victoria Matus I am not the one to ever do reviews...but I just had to with this clinic. I havent been to the doctor in years, so I came for a complete blood panel and pap smear. EVERYONE, from the staff, nurses and docs...in this clinic is so nice and makes you feel so welcome! I was very nervous being it was my first time in years, going to the do doctor, and I felt so comfortable from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. They have such a good thing going here, and helping people with no insurance. I highly recommend this clinic!
5 /5
Breghan Brewer By far the most careless providers. !! They get offended when asked questions. The dr Zarate is by far the most incompetent, snide un knowledgeable individual in the facility. I highly recommend researching other places. Save your self and your child

Roxana Ramirez My daughters both had blood work done a few months ago and no one ever called back with results. I called multiple times trying to reach a nurse to discuss results and the receptionist kept leaving the nurses messages to call me back and till this day no one has called back. Daughter has X-rays also done a few weeks back and haven’t received any calls with results. I also work at a medical office and decided to come in today during my lunch. Front seat was unable to assist me as well. She only took my name and number. This is very frustrating, I’m sure they are busy like every other doctor facility but very disappointed they don’t go out of their way to do more than the minimum.

Morgan Walker Family Circle of Care is the WORST clinic I have ever been to and I am trying to decide whether it is a good idea to change doctors half way through my pregnancy. Trying to get in for my appointment and they want to turn me away at the door because I have a sore throat, regardless that I dont have a fever. I am supposed to get my anatomy scan results but I guess that doesnt matter, nor my health either. Mind you, they NEVER answer their phones... I called up here for an hour on my way here to make sure they would see me but they wouldnt answer!!!

(42) Reviews CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic:

Michelle Warner We absolutely love Christus, however, due to NP Tajan Hayter, we have decided to leave the Christus Clinic-Athens. Her callousness, disrespect and uncaring attitude, especially, towards my husband, have lead us too seek a PCP, elsewhere. Hopefully, she will think about how she treats patients and be in alignment with the core values of Christus.

Alyssa Bell I want to start off by saying the whole entire team is absolutely sweet, amazing, thoughtful, professional and kind. One of the beautiful ladies in the front got my newborn in asap due to health concerns. She went above and beyond to get us in and it was seriously life saving. I also want to say Haley Davis is the best pediatrician we have ever dealt with. She takes everything into consideration and concern when it comes to kids. She is very polite, respectful, professional and kind hearted. Anytime I have a question she messages me back that same day. Which as a mom is absolutely important and appreciated. I can’t thank this whole team enough.
5 /5
Julia Norris Awful experience with my 81yr old grandmother. Contacting the medical board. Do not take anyone you care about here. Rude Nurse. Rude Doctor. Didn’t treat her left the building and was actively bleeding before we even got out of the parking lot. Came back in to them being even more dismissive and had to call to get firefighters to get to help me get her in the car and take her across the street to UT. All to do exactly what we asked the (3) other times we were at this facility. Cauterize the wound until we could get to her dermatologist. UT was spectacular and treated her as needed, without me even mentioning cauterizing.

Kim Sampley I would not recommend. I have been a patient for years and now Ms. Powell retired and they are treating me as a new patient. I scheduled my yearly appointment and was called and told the appointment was being canceled because I had to get a new patient appointment. Nothing was available until April. Then I was told the person I would see has to do this just to make sure I would be a good fit. I was Ok with it until I found out I would still have to pay for the visit even though nothing medical would be done. This was just to see if she liked me well enough to take over since Ms Powell retired.

Justin Hayes Experience was fine. The freaking price. They should b ashamed of themselves. I’m cash pay. I payed $200 that night and was told I’d get billed. I got an estimate bill next for around $260. Then I get my bill a week later and it’s $450. That was only for the room and meds. I got a bill from the doctor for $658 2 weeks later. So $1300 I was there an hour and u swabbed my nose. No wonder people hate our health care system. It’s broken and all about big money not the patient!!!!!!!! I’ll NEVER GO BACK!!!! There’s another clinic by boot barn that’s way cheaper.

Donna Clayton I was very pleased with the care I received at this Athens Facility. I was hesitant going in as I had heard bad reviews. The staff, doctor, nurses and everyone was knowledgeable kind and helpful. I would totally recommend anyone to seek treatment here I was happy to receive such a good quality of care.

Corliss Viator I was treated for an injury Saturday, November 9th. The nurses- Barbara, Margaret, and Leslie, could not have been kinder and given any more exceptional care than I received. Dr. Crutchfield was great and did a great job on my arm. Highly recommend this ER if you have a family emergency.
5 /5
Mary Vaughn I went here with coughing and not breathing good. All they did was a COVID test. Thats it. Took my disabled daughter in for her leg. She had cut her circulation off and her leg was black. The first nurse done nothing but hollow and fuss at her never touched her. She had to leave the room and they got another nurse to see my daughter. That nurse was good to my daughter. When we was released they was going to take her out to the car in a wheelchair. They didnt help her up. Shes a fall wrist. I had to help her off of the bed and she almost missed the wheelchair. They pushed her out. But when we got to the car they didnt help her. She got up by herself and crawled into the car hurting her foot and leg.

Hollie Costlow *** REVIEW OF RN, JENNIFER HENDRY** Let me preface this by saying, I have been to this facility on and off as needed over the past 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences, so my typical rating would be 5 stars, but the experience my sister had today was awful and needs to be mentioned. Jennifer Hendry our daytime nurse with “12 years of ER experience”) was absolutely awful and demeaning. Everything we asked was met with a smart remark. She spoke to us as if we were idiots. My sister came in to be tested for COVID, flu, strep, etc. due to her wide range of symptoms, in which she was told it wasn’t necessary because she didn’t have a fever and “all things are treated the same”. When asked if strep throat is treated the same (knowing it absolutely is met with antibiotics) Jennifer smarted off and said she had none of the symptoms… body aches, sore throat, sicknesses persisting x 5 days. It may not be the most likely option, but it was still a viable option. My sister works at a daycare and needed to know for sure what she may have, as requested by her employer, and nurse Jennifer couldn’t be bothered. It was finally decided that my sister would get a Toradol injection for her aches. When I say “decided” I mean she came in with the injection and told her that’s what we were doing. When discussing whether or not it could be oral, due to her fear of needles, Jennifer told her it wouldn’t last as long and that “in her 12 years of experience she’s never had anyone fall over dead from a butt injection”. She had my sister roll over and when she asked if she could give her a 1,2,3 she replied with “I’ll give you, you’re 24 a grown woman and fine”. This is not someone who should be caring for other people. No compassion, treating everyone like their a number, loud and obnoxious instead of listening to her patients, NOT a care provider. I would like to believe that maybe she was just having an off day, but we were left with the impression that this may be her normal personality. Again, this place is always AWESOME. I refer everyone there who needs immediate attention, especially over the local ER. But this nurse’s care sticks out like a sore thumb. Maybe management could remind her that she had a job because people are ill and choose to come where she works.

JoAnn Little I saw the Dr. very quickly after arrival. He was attentive to information I shared, physically evaluated my problem, and offered his opinion on treatment options. He will follow up on the option I chose. I was also pleased to be seen in Athens, and not having to make a special trip to Tyler.

Bob Wilson Dr. Swartwood and his staff have given me great care over the past 12 years. He has recommended excellent specialists when I have needed one for particular medical conditions. I have used other doctors in this clinic when Dr. Swartwood wasnt available. I have always have great experiences with all staff.

Dylan Scruggs Made an appointment for my grandmother who has a broken back. Went through the whole situation of getting her out of the house and into the car only to be told there was an issue with the insurance. Why was this not communicated with us prior? Now no one in town will see my grandma for the next two weeks and she will have to lay in pain with a broken back. Thanks for nothing

Robyn Miller I am new to this area and I needed a new FP and I came across these Absolutely wonderful people! When I have to bring my grand daughter with me, who is now 1, they are wonderful about her being with me. They treat her as if she were there own. I absolutely adore EVERYONE in this office!

Rhonda Tew I dont know who the girl is that answers the phone up there because she NEVER says her name which is not good customer service first of all. Secondly she NEVER says thank you for calling or youre welcome when I say thank you! Maybe she should NOT be answering the phones if she doesnt know how to be polite! If she doesnt like her job find another one for crying out loud! People dont call a doctors office because theyre happy about it so a pleasant person on the other end of the line would help!!!!

Joseph Black The doctor was great. He was patient, a listener and kind. All his staff and the CT Scan person, were very nice. Same for the personnel at the front desk. I would recommend Dr. Elfarr and this clinic for sure, if you need to see a Urologist.

Michael Burton Saw Dr Bright for kidney stones a week ago. He ordered a CT scan and it was scheduled for 2 pm today. Went for the scan and was told they cuod not do it because they needed blood work first. So I am still in pain. Dont understand why they didnt call me for the blood work. Guess I will have to go to Mother Francis.

Vel Williamson Ive been here many times for kidney stones. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Garcia has been my ranking grace as hes helped to alleviate the pain caused by my "stone factory." I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his staff for all your urology needs.

angela norris I am very disappointed in this clinic. I took my husband here for a kidney stone follow up on a Friday. The staff was Supposed to call in prescriptions to help him pass the stone over the weekend to my pharmacy. I call the pharmacy, no scripts have been called in. I call the clinic at 2pm & its closed for the weekend. The answering service has no one on call I can talk to either. The whole purpose in taking him there was to get him medications for the weekend to help him with his discomfort. The clinic had no problem hitting my insurance with an office visit though. This was a complete waste. I cannot recommend this clinic. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Janae Calvez My husband and I had our daughter there this past weekend. When we were first taken in, we were lead back to an intake room where Melissa and Mary helped us. Miss Mary made all of our anxiety go away and was able to help me get an epidural as quickly as possible. Our anesthesiologist, Brodie, was amazing. He was able to help minimize my labor pains to make it a somewhat enjoyable experience. Mary checked on us constantly and made both my husband and I so comfortable. The next morning, our AM nurse Kaylee came in and introduced us to Dr. Romeo. Kaylee constantly took my pain concerns seriously and made sure that I was well looked after. When it came time to deliver our daughter, I was so thankful to have her and Brandi in the room. They made sure that myself and my daughter were safe through labor. And both of them made me feel as though I could make it through anything. I had minimal pain after delivery and was transferred to a postpartum room after only 2 hours. My little family and I stayed overnight and were well taken care of again, by Miss Mary and my daughter was checked on constantly by Miss Wendi. They did great checking on us while also letting us sleep. They constantly made sure both my husband and I had water and were comfortable. The next day, we met Courtney (our final AM nurse). She was so helpful and made sure I had all my pain meds. My daughter met her pediatrician, Dr. Chambers, who was so lovely and just radiated kindness. The housekeeping staff as well as all of the people that worked for the dietary department made sure our room was always cleaned and we were fed. Dietary even brought us a gift basket full of snacks. We were set to be released once Miss Melissa made sure our daughter passed all of her testing. I cannot recommend UT Health enough. I was lucky to have all my prenatal care with Dr. Davis and my nurse Amanda. The ultrasound techs, Mindy & Josey were always so kind. Miss Regina at accounting services is always so helpful and just a genuinely good person. Kaylee, Brandi, and Mary are the epitome of great people making an impact in the community. We’ll be continuing care for our daughter with Dr. Chambers.

Patti Shaw I wish I could leave a 0. Worst ER doctor I have ever dealt with. He was unprofessional and made lite of the wreck. Never again. The nurse was great. Maybe the doctor can take a lesson from her.

Brianna Wilson Horrible experience with my mother! She went in to have a major procedure done, woke up out of Anesthesia to one of the nurses ripping her chest pads off and giving her dirty looks. My mother got left with marks on her chest from the nurse ripping them off.

gina palmesino Went to ER had a nasty sore throat. Dr David Brown was wonderful very professional. Would go back if I needed to.
5 /5
Jennie Pierce The wait time for care was too long. The person at the registration desk didnt complete my registration before I received care. He asked me to sign the consent to treat document after I received care. The intake nurse was rude bordering on being confrontational. I asked to have my BP taken on my forearm and she asked me why. Then she implied that I was being difficult, not wanting her to take my BP. That wasnt the issue at all. I told her that I was running a low grade temperature and she challenged me, saying in a haughty manner that I was wrong. Im a health care provider myself and Im appalled at the treatment I received. I wont return for treatment again.

Destyni Stack Dr. Heine has been seeing both of my girls since birth. 4 years now. He is a down to earth, realistic and doesnt beat around the bush type of guy. I like his honesty. Straight to the point. He has taken his time and explained in very good detail anything we needed regarding our kids and we appreciate that!

madison floyd Would not recommend him as your primary care provider for anyone or age. I have been going to him since I was about 7 years old and I’m 27 now, it’s been a year since my last visit because I do not get sick often and since I do not make frequent visits it seemed I was insignificant to him and my needs were irrelevant. He saw me for less than 30 seconds and laughed at my reason for the visit. I would highly suggest you find a different doctor because he wants to be just in and out and gets frustrated if he feels your wasting his time. I had more questions reguarding my visit and the nurse said if he has to come back in here it won’t be pretty and that’s quote for quote. Needless to say I will be finding a different PCP for my entire family.

les arnold I spoke with Dr Heine concerning an after hours medication issue. I found him to be condescending and incompassionate towards my child’s needs. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Kirstan Schattel The nursing staff will do nothing but accuse and attack you. This place is awful. They will not take you seriously, they will compare you to drug addicts. They will take you as a joke. Worst ER I have ever been to. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Mela LeClercq I wish I could give zero stars! 5 hours later and they wont treat you. Run run run FAST! They let people sit in the lobby screaming in pain and say "youll get meds when you get to a room" than never give you a room and than say "sorry we couldnt make you feel better, come back if you get worse" Id rather die. Thanks. Go to tyler

Sydney Cook My husband and I decided to come here to seek help for his mental state and they suggested he be inpatient. And before we agreed we asked all sorts of questions like how involved I as his wife would get to be in his care and Recovery and how long I would be able to see him privileges he would have since he was doing this voluntarily and they lied to us every step of the way just to get him in the ambulance and get a paycheck in their pocket they broke every bit of trust that we had put in them and sent us on our way with smiling faces. They told us what they thought we wanted to hear to get him in the door just so they could get more money from the state this place cannot be trusted if you are seeking mental help

Marlene Jennings I went here Saturday morning after I fell with what appeared to be a broken ankle, turned out to be a bad sprain. They were very friendly, compassionate and helpful. Bonus I was in and out in less than an hour! Yes, in the past I have had some terrible experiences here but I have seen much improvement over this past year…at least with the few times that I had went in 2023 and this most recent visit (2024). Great job y’all, I appreciate your care but hope I don’t have to go back for anything! lol. But for those that do need emergency care I recommend this ER.

Julia Norris After receiving the worst care across the street at the “purple hospital” UT was exceptional. Both our nurses (Kaitlyn F., and will look at the chart and update for the other nurses name) and Dr. Debacker were amazing. We literally had to call 911 to get firefighters to help me remove my 81yr old grandmother from across the street to receive proper treatment. They literally helped calm me as I was a mess, and treated my grandmother like she was their own.

Shelby Farinholt Had Dr. Baumgartner. Was not helpful at all after my miscarriage. Did not offer any advice on what to do next. When I asked she just told me to come back when I get pregnant again. No bed side manner, which Im fine with that part, but even the slightest compassion could go a long way.

Abigail Dunn I saw Dr. Baumgartner. First of all if you want a close relationship with your delierving doctor do not go here. I needed a pap in my second trimester and told them I felt more comfortable with my doctor doing it instead of the nurse practitioner. Theyve lied to me twice. First when I was on the phone told me the doc does not perform paps only her nurse practitioner secondly told me the doc was on vacation and that the nurse would need to do it anyway. When I talked to the nurse practitioner about my concerns she said I was attacking her. Very unprofessional. Overall not recommended.

Kat Kramer So the doctor is awesome. Listens, got the ball rolling on some much needed medical treatment; but the office is Extremely difficult to get a hold of. Im bleeding 3 weeks out of the month on this new birth-control and cant get anyone to answer the phone so i can make an appoint to ask the doctor if i should keep taking it or not. Is this normal ? I dont know. But calling and leaving voicemails isnt getting me anywhere. Even talking to the on call nurse answered none of my questions. Day four of me trying to call and nothing. Can i get an appointment to follow up please???

Natasha Patrusheva Will NOT ever use this facility again. Got a phone call 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, while sitting in their parking lot, driving 40 miles to get there, that they have been "trying to get a hold of me" to let me know that the doctor will not be in!!!! Who does that???? No calls, no voice mails left, just a call 15 minutes before my appointment!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!! Will not recommend! Also they will not get your prescription switched if current one is not working out, have to come in to pay them for that visit! Do not recommend!!!!

explosionexplosion Don’t bother. Spent an hour of my life (that I cannot get back!!) on the registration/evaluation process. Just moved to the area and needed medication management/adjustment and therapy. First of all, a walk-in evaluation process just seems silly. Filled out paperwork and then was asked questions during the registration process that were already answered and said paperwork. Was then evaluated via video call for all of two minutes. I was basically told during the evaluation that my problems are not severe enough and that I should wait for an appointment with the GP I’m establishing with in 1.5 months. Was also told that I should just get my prescription vitamin over-the-counter at Walmart. Shocker, they don’t have it. Absolutely worthless.

Tonja Little If they had a - star I would picked it. They say they are a crisis center. I have been trying to get my daughters meds for 4 months. They told me I would have to have her arrested since she wouldnt concent. She is bipolar and schizophrenic. Well she spent 3 months in jail got a felony for something she didnt do and still has no meds. We are back square one. Sad excuse for a mental health clinic!

Hakota Star I went to them for help with my issues. The first thing I asked before making an appointment was if they would help me with ADA paperwork. The front said yes but now Pam Summers is saying they are no longer going to fill out the paperwork to help me. They just want to throw medication at you. The last time I took what they gave me it had me bedridden for a month. Is it coincidence that as soon as I stop taking medication from them they are suddenly not going to help me with paperwork any more? Because they did try to fill it out but my job needed more inf. Which apparently is too much work. If they can’t even fax 1 piece of paper how can we expect them to have our best interests when they prescribe rx?

Precious Page The only bad thing about the Andrew center is that doctor Furlong takes forever, but the good thing about it is that the reason he takes forever as because he takes time with his patients in the back. He likes to sit and actually understand what youre going through and get everything right? Ive been with them since I was 13 years old and Im 41 now, these people are amazing.

Casey W I came here as a transfer from another county. This agency denied my request to re-apply for patient assistance from Eli Lily. I was told I absolutely had to use their program, which I am unable to do at this time as they are requiring tax info that I havent been able to complete due to the issues for which I came to get help! Im barely able to complete simple activities of daily life and soon I will be out of my medication. Ive already told my case worker that suddenly stopping this medicine causes me severe suicidal ideation, but it doesnt matter. Theyd rather see a patient commit suicide than to work with them.

Bookworm 1119 If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. First, they never answer their phones. Despite calling at different hours on different days, they never answer. To get any kind of service, you have to go in person. However, if you go in person be aware the office staff will be rude and curt towards you. Also, the doctor seems to like skipping work frequently because there is never any openings. If you are so lucky to get an appointment, then you run the chance of your appointment being cancelled because the doctor decided to not come in that day. It would have been nice if the office staff had warned us she was not in before we drove to our appointment but nope, absolute silence from them and a shoulder shrug when asked why we had to reschedule. They also expect you to drive in bad and very dangerous weather to come to your appointment. Again, they did not answer our many phone calls to inform them we were not coming. But they were more than happy to send us a letter reprimanding us for not showing and threatening termination if we did not show again. When we finally got to see the doctor, she did not listen to what the actual problem was and pushed for an operation that has not helped us at all except give them more of our money. This is the absolute worst doctors office and I would recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Not Today Sat at my first appointment ever at this place a hour past my appointment only for a receptionist to tell me she had to step out for an emergency. Just the fact it was my first experience here and them waiting a hour after to tell me I couldnt be seen. Not to mention the months I waited for the appointment. Ill just take my business down the road.

Haley Ferguson I am going to move along and call an ENT in Tyler. Called the office and left a message for someone to call me back. No one ever did. Finally called and got someone on the phone. She was very rude and acted like she was doing the most to make me not schedule an appointment. Job well done! I’ll drive an hour out of my way to go to an office that has better patient care.
