Sandra Villarreal I loved the place. Was offered water and the massage chairs are neat. It’s very nice and organized. Yen and Nelly were amazing. They did the colors and shapes I asked for. Yen did the perfect thickness on my nails. I don’t like thick acrylics and mine look great and just the natural look I wanted. Will be definitely coming back.

At times some nail techs would cut me or burn my skin while filing the nail. By far, Kailey has been the best nail tech. Very satisfied with her service and I will definitely be asking for her next time I go in.

Linda Castillo Went to get a refill on my lashes. The lady spent a lot of time on my right side. Needless to say I have more lashes on right than left side. Also I have tremendous amount of glue on right side. It is on my lashes and base of my skin. I knew something was wrong when I closed my eyes tight and felt a pulling on my eye lid from the amount of glue. Hope my own lashes arent damaged. Like doing business with local business but will definitely take mine elsewhere. Definitely dont recommend getting your lashes done there. Any kind!!!

olgancd 4 Been coming here for years now. Hands down to Wendy. She does the best manicure and pedicure! Her work is unbeatable!! Sadly, she isn’t part of this business anymore. I continued going and an older and very elegant lady helped me out a couple of times. She is good too! However, she is also gone. I went back and a guy dis my nails. He RUSHED the job and wasn’t gentle at all! He supposedly done within 10 mins and that manicure was horrible. The WORST i have ever had PLUS HE CUT ME. And blamed immediately by saying, “oh you asked me to cut more” YES, CUT WHAT YOU LEFT UNFINISHED BUT DEFINITELY NOT CUT THROUGH MY SKIN. If he knew what he was doing that wouldn’t have had happened. I regret paying for this service. I should have refused. I fixed all the details he left wrong once i got home.

Alexandria Robbins If I could rate my last experience at this place, Id rate zero stars. Ive been going to Q nails for over 15 years and sadly, I may never return after this incident. I have NEVER had an issue when asking for French tips of any sort before and for some reason everyone was dumbfounded and trying to figure out what I meant by a pearl tip. There were 4 ladies total and it wasnt much of a busy few hours but everyone had clients. I happened to get a lady (I didnt catch names of anyone) whom Ive never seen here before so possibly new. I got a mediocre pedicure with pearl tip but didnt make a fuss because the real deal I cared about was my manicure. I move onto the lady thatll be doing my manicure and was calmed because she seemed seasoned enough that my friends nails shed done right before were great. It was deeply expressed that these were my wedding nails. I was congratulated and continued expressing what I desired in wanting a pearl tip powder manicure. They did not have this and wanted to put fake nails on which I was very much against. I went on to show pictures of what I wanted. When I thought they understood, I got passed back to the inexperienced technician and was very on edge. She didnt do the best job on my pedicure so I wasnt feeling settled at all. She couldnt communicate with me whatsoever, so we had the previous tech "translating" which was broken and with the entire experience being purely on miscommunication and language barriers and my frustration was rising. I kept correcting and trying to have her understand but overall it came down to, theyd pulled off my previous nails, bruised my nail beds, tore off a good chunk of my nail and instead of placing an overlay to smooth the surface she starts painting the pearl tip and it was horrendous work. My nails were extremely delicate and sore and she cut into my ring finger nail so deep I was in pain. I continuously spoke to her and our "translator" about not being pleased with the work and wanting them to start over with something different because what they did was not what I asked for. She went on to say very loudly for other customers to hear that I chose that and she had recommended something else. This was false. Our translator went on to say shed still be charging me for everything which would total out to over $100 (they ended up doing a pearl tip manicure on me) and anything else I decided to do. She had attitude and I wasnt having it. If I didnt respect the other technicians Ive worked with there in the past, I wouldve walked out without paying. Without a doubt. Because thats NOT how a business should be ran. So, my nails are ruined, I dont want to risk getting an infection in going elsewhere for them to fix it and my wedding photos cant focus on my hands because of how bad and chunky the nails came out. I cried, I was very upset. So no, if you come here you ask for the man thats the manager and or Anna who is amazing. Other than that, dont risk it. Hoping they can fix the wrong on this!!

Melissa Macias Normally I am not one to write reviews on any services I get. But today, I went to get a mani/pedi. I asked for basic French TIP and I ended up getting half my finger with a white tip. I am very disappointed and upset, I know I could have left halfway but I was giving it the benefit of the doubt. Giving that I have a huge event tomorrow I will be removing these nails and going somewhere else. Very very disappointed, will never be going here again.

Alvia Espejo Honestly, for what they charge for a gel manicure it should have looked amazing. First the girl who did my nails clearly did not want to do them, her hands kept shaking the whole time and she never once asked me if I was okay or if I wanted anything cut a certain way. She cut my finger twice and rubbed the cut when buffing it hurt like hell. I made it her aware and she just ignored me and put alcohol over the nails to start with the gel. During gel applications she kept touching the nails done and messing up gel. She kept fixing it by adding another coat and doing it again. In the end I ended up with a bleeding manicure, uneven gel and horrible cuticles oh and short 50 bucks. Never again, the place is nice and all but not worth if the service is bad.

Ceciwithani Rodriguez This nail salon has horrible service. They took 20 minutes to complete my pedicure when I paid for the upgrade service is a massage. My shellac nail polish lasted less then a week before a large part of my middle toe was chipped off and following a few more days both my big toes chipped off more polish and another piece of nail. I do not recommend this place there are much better places to get the right service. I have nice toes and as you can see in the pictures they do not look nice

He passed me to a lady who took off my design and did it again. She then messed up three times because she was on the phone. Then upcharged me to $55 for redoing the design. Never again will I go to this place again

Jessica Luna Girls were nice enough, but I wasn’t a fan of their service. I usually don’t come here, but it was close by and I didn’t need an appointment. My biggest complain was the cutting of my cuticles. They didn’t heal for 3 days. I did go with a friend, and she didn’t get cut. Maybe it was just my tech….either way I won’t risk it again.

Erica Guzman Some of the techs, especially the older ladies here are really rude to their coworkers and clients. All they care about is getting clients out quick and in return their customer service is very poor and the quality of their work. I will not be coming here ever again, this experience was really eye opening for me in the way that these people only care about themselves. Never have I seen a business represented so poorly. It is very sad to know that this horrible experience marked me for life.

When I walked in the ladies who worked there were in the front and told me to write down the service I wanted and to take a seat. The same ladies went to go do their own nails and be on their phone kept looking at me and giggling to each other. I felt like they were making fun of me since I had my child with me. Other workers there saw me as well but didn’t even acknowledge me. I was about to leave since I was there for almost 30 mins till one lady asked if I was there to get something done. I said a pedicure but I was about to leave and they told me to take a seat. The ladies that kept laughing at me looked at me , laughed some more, and went to a back room. Since I’m not from the area I didn’t know any other salons so I stayed but I’ll be sure to look for a more welcoming nail salon next time. For the actual service it was good, I liked my pedicure and the price was good too $35 But man they made me feel so bad about myself. You know when someone is making fun of you and those ladies had major mean girl energy towards me for no reason.

Farzaneh Fouladi I went here for laser hair removal, I went for 8full sessions (under arm and Brazilian) After 2month about 80 percent of my hair got back! I went for manicure and pedicure,, My foo nails were fine, but my hands started getting removed one they after, and by the weekend My all nails looked embarrassing (i went on a trip and I couldn’t go back) The worse part is that nobody feels responsible for it! I never recommend going to this place!

Zelene Pineda I never write reviews but I do want to let other people like me know, who are traveling looking for a solid salon to get your nails and a massage. The massage was great, Brenda was amazing. Despite it being 30 min, however I was not aware when she offered deep tissue that it was an 15% additional charge. Until at check out, I noticed they were charging me $90 for a 30 min massage. They corrected the price and it ended being $60. The main reason I’m writing this review however, is the manicure I received. Unfortunately, it’s probably the worst I’ve had to pay for. I would have done a better job. She did things backwards, on her phone, smudging the base, applying way to much polish. Even scratching on of the nails with her own acrylic set. She had just graduated high school. She squeezed some fast drying drops and just left me there. No driers. No sit here while you wait. I sat down in the waiting area anyway. But because there was so much polish it took all day to dry down. So as I reached for my wallet to pay and tip, the polish moved. As I had dinner and went about my day. Today, my polish looks like a high schooler did it. It complete moved and smudged. And I am so disappointed because I paid $88 over all, not including tip. At least $100 for services that were not worth the cost to say the least. Now I’m flying home to NYC with lumpy nails. Save your money.

I have been here several times already and overly impressed with the wonderful customer service and quality care that the owner Katie and her staff give. I have been to many nail salons in the area and have never been this well taken care of. They take their time with each customer and make sure they leave happy and even more beautiful than when they came in. Katie is very knowledgeable and talented, and it shows in her work. She is also the sweetest, most kindest person!! Im so glad that I have finally found a nail salon that I feel pampered and taken care of. Kimberly Richardson The pedicure literally took an hour and a half for a basic pedicure and the girl used the wrong color on my toes. I didn’t even notice until after the first coat was done because I had to put the chair back from being in such an uncomfortable position for so long. When I told her, they wanted to change the color but I was already so anxious from how long that took that I wanted to get out of there. A basic pedicure is 25 minutes TOPS. I thought it would be quick because another girl did my nails in 20 mins but nope. Not coming back here.

Marissa Garcia Place was good in the beginning but its been getting bad. For the first time I decided to do my nails and I got Hannah. She was in a rush to finish my nails and was so rough. My nails are really lumpy and thick, I tried to tell her but she went with another customer as soon as she finished with mine. The lady doing my pedicure I think her name is laura she took her time which was nice but damn she cut me so bad. I felt so bad for her cause she was scared of me telling the owner. Im assuming the owner is an ass and Im not gonna lie he looks like one he obviously doesnt care about clients just money. Def wont go again

Edith Leija I told the lady 3 times I wanted the color that I had on if she could match it. She nodded her head as if she understood. When it was time for the color she told me to pick the color. I had nothing to match it to and ended up getting a horrible hue. Lady was rude. She would tell me to put my feet in water and then shove them in there. Horrible experience will tell my friends and family not to go there.

I’m only mentioning this because she cut me three times and made it seem it was my fault for having sensitive skin. The nails ended up being pretty but not like the picture I showed her. Adriana Ramos I went to get some acrylic nails, the man that did my nails was doing them in a hurry. He didn’t even drill my nails, all he did was file them, he left a bump on one of them, I was getting coffin shape he left all my nails flat from one side curved from the other, he told me to wash my hands, I asked him if he was done because he left them as I described. He told me my nails were too short that it couldn’t be coffin I went up front, some lady that said she was the manager fixed them but she was being so rough. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE, they are SOOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Kathryn Wade ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS. I should have read the reviews before I decided to go into this place. The next clue should have been, that there was only one other person in there. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. He kept trying to talk me into getting shellac the whole time. It seems that he wasn’t happy with my choice of services, he took it out on my cuticles. He was rough and tried to pull them off, instead of clipping the cuticles. He was rude and inconsiderate. Don’t go to this place if you want good service. I question their hygiene, the tools were not wrapped. He did not wear gloves.

Patti De Lucio Everything was “ok” keeping in mind it’s a nail salon where they want to attend as many people as possible, but the guy who did my pedicure never used gloves, the option on colors for shellac were very limited. He showed me a price list and when I went to pay they charge extra $20 for shellac!! That’s crazy, I’m a cosmetologist and I know you have to pay the price but that was ridiculous! And on the top of that the employee got mad bc I just tip him $5… I usually don’t complain about anything on my industry but I think this is too much, by law they can’t hide prices or clarify…

jill DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I recently went to get my nails done here and ALL I wanted was square nails with shellac. The employee told me that there was " no rush" and he would let me pick a color after he had put on my nails which I thought was weird because I always pick my nail color first anyways he then proceeded to do my nails. When he was doing my nails he was FALLING ASLEEP, closing his eyes while he buffed them, and I thought he was concentrating on getting my nails right but I was completely wrong. The fact that he was falling asleep while working is absolutely crazy !!!! He continued to buff my nails and shape them about 3 times and at this point, I didnt say anything because each time I go to a nail salon their process of applying acrylics is different. After he did this I alerted my mom to sit next to me so she would see what he was doing. He painted my nails so fast and effortless that I could have done better. After putting them to dry with the UV light machine that all nail salons use. HE PUT some weird solutions and oils on my nails. I felt this weird burning sensation ONLY for me to notice I had cuts on my thumb and pinkie. At this point, I was ready to pay and leave BUT the man used the electric filing system after my nails had SHELLAC. Which personally I have never seen this done at any nail facilities Ive been too. My thumb starting to bleed profusely after he did this. I WOULD NOT COME HERE IF I WAS YOU because it is a waste of your money, so I advise you find another salon which the people are actually AWAKE during their job. After this horrendous visit, I went to a nail salon that removed all my set because it looked horrible.

Emily Cruz Honestly was very disappointed in my visit. Was so excited to get my birthday nails done and came out so disappointed. Not worth the price and probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Could not do a smooth simple ombré and initially denied my first design (which was blue and pink ombré) because it was “too many colors” Products burned my hands and nails and looked very old (cuticle oil was crusty) My nails weren’t even the same shape :/Ombré was not smooth and very patchy will never go back again…

Esmeralda Elizarraraz I will definitely never go back to this place. I had been here years ago and a guy had been rude, thats why I hadnt gone back until now, after several years. But this time they were different and kind people, the problem is the work that the woman did; I dont even dare to show the photos because it makes me feel more sorry for her. She cut my skin so badly that it got infected, she cut my nails all crooked and painted them horribly, not even a 5 year old girl could do a job like that. When I was still there I knew that she hadnt done a good job because of how she did it and how fast it was (and that was only me and another person there) it wasnt like they had a lot of clients. When I got home I looked at myself and almost died of anger, 57 dollars plus tip for a horrible job and the pain I had to feel because of the infection.
