Emilie Ellison First time patient with Hotze. Husband gifted me for Christmas cause he was so impressed with Dr Hotze reputation. The cost is expensive, but we assume you get what you pay for. Office esthetics and people are great, but…My first appointment was an overwhelming experience, as it was 5 hours at initial appointment, lots of tests but learned a lot and met some great people. Dr. Jason Gourlas is kind; but lack confidence in him as he seems to take things out of proportion when making a “diagnosis” I left the appointment and learned that I guess a had a “trauma” in my life?? Which is weird because I didn’t and yet he referred “trauma counseling” what…??? I went there because Dr Hotze is always speaking about thyroid issues that women experience and they use bio identical hormones to “fix” that yet I left my $3k appointment and they are not addressing that at all. My husband trusted Dr Hotze due to reading his books and listening to his public advise over the last 15-years and sent me here and unfortunately I’m disappointed with how this has turned out...

Julie Meissner Everyone at Hotze Health & Wellness is always exceptional in caring for us as patients. From the moment you enter the building you are welcomed and treated as the most important person in the room. The staff are prompt, professional, and genuinely listen to your concerns and needs. That’s why I have been a patient here for eight years.

Jan Rikard Who loves going to their yearly Dr appt, I do! I have been going to Dr Hotze’s practice for over 20 years. Dr Ellsworth is who I usually see, and he is the most patient, kind, and thoughtful doctor. He has so much knowledge concerning medical issues as well as preventive measures and he has a lot of knowledge with vitamins and supplements to help me in my wellness journey. The office staff from the time I walk in to the time I leave is so professional but also so kind and helpful. This practice is hands down the best.

Sherry Dolejsi I’ve been going to Hotze Health & Wellness since 2009, and they have been an incredible support through the many hormonal phases of life. I appreciate their natural approach to health and how they focus on getting to the root of issues rather than just treating symptoms. The team is always available to answer my questions and help with any concerns that come up. Their personalized care has made such a difference in my overall well-being. Highly recommend!

Joeylyn 04 The place needs improvement on training their employees. I called to set an appointment for something telling me that they could help me in the place. When i get to the place, the front seat Silvia took my information, insurance and identification without asking me why i am there. After 40MINUTES of waiting she called me and asked what i am there for so i told her, then she said they can’t help me there at all even though when i called about what i needed(i was very specific with it) they set appointment to help me. I shouldn’t have waited 40 min for her to tell me she can’t help. I have work and i go to school, i don’t have a lot of time in my day to waste. If the employees know the information they give the patient, it would save their time and our time.

Lidia Gerezgiher We had an excellent experience at Texas Children’s Urgent Care Sugar Land!
From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. The nurses were so kind and patient, putting my child at ease right away. The nurse practitioners were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us clearly.
I also appreciated how convenient it was to book an appointment online—it made the whole process so much easier and saved us time. The thoughtful touch of providing little gifts for the kids was such a nice gesture, turning a stressful situation into a positive one.
Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend this place to any parent in need of pediatric care!

Anusha Macnojia Such a wonderful doctor! She treated my mother with such kindness and empathy and took the time to listen to her concerns and reassure her. She was funny too! There was virtually no wait time at the office and everyone was so sweet. I would recommend her to everyone!

Lori A Do not recommend. My insurance found her as a last minute urgent OB GYN that I could go to w/o a referral. First red flag was when I got mistaken for my mother who is over 50 ( I in my 20s) for a different exam. Receptionist and nurse were overall nice. When the doctor came in, I expressed my concern over my irregular menstrual cycle and how I resorted to google in the meantime before I was able to get an appointment. She mocked me and talked to me with more of a condescending tone then proceeded to tell me that I was more than likely having a very early miscarriage. I have never had a miscarriage/ pregnancy before. There was a huge lack of detail on what to do next (other than directions to get lab work done to confirm I had a miscarriage). Since it was my first time miscarrying I was concerned if I needed a physical exam to make sure I was completely fine. the whole appointment turned out to be more of a poorly informed interview (not much was done and nothing was looked at I was just simply talked to). I expected more steps on what to do next or information of if I needed an exam to make sure I dont later on get an infection from my miscarriage, and that Im informed that my uterus is healthy, etc. What was the most alarming is when Dr. Westford shrugged off when I voiced my worry for future problems since my mother had a history of weak reproductive health and had a miscarriage herself. I felt like I was being talked to like a 5 year-old. Overall I wish Dr. Westford had better bedside manners and empathy and more information to give especially to new patients that dont know whats going on or the proper steps to take. I dont have a medical degree so I go you to be informed not to be talked down to. we go to certified doctors because they know better than Dr. Google and hope they show us more empathy and understanding than a computer.

I have to say that Dr Goodale discovered what was wrong with me after seeing different endocrinologist for 35 years. He changes my medications and I haven’t had a auger spike with my new medications. With the complications of diabetes, I had a fatty liver and the Dr at that time didn’t address it. Months later I ended up on my deathbed for 47 minutes as I was pronounced dead to my son because of complications of a day surgery. Unstable blood sugar causes so many other problems as well. As of now I saw Dr Goodale , he changed my meds and I haven’t had a sugar spike with my new medications. He is literally a God sent man of God.

Dr. Goodale refused to see my husband for his appt because he had not had any labs prior to his visit. Labs were drawn after we made a fuss and he was rescheduled and sent ont hus way. Elevated labs received 2 weeks ago and clinic has not addressed labs. Front office staff doesnt care about pts and Im guessing Dr. Goodale doesnt either. I ended up taking my husband to ER for elevated glucose level. What a shame. Highly disappointed in this doctor/clinic staff.

Rosanne Pizzitola I absolutely would NOT give this doctor even one star. I was saddened coming to this doctor after my dad had a bilateral brain surgery. He looked at my sweet 95 year old dad and laughed. He said, you look like an alien. I was devastated by this hurtful and thoughtless remark. My sister left the office crying. Kathleen Zein Dr Patel is great physician... He was my late mothers Primary doctor and he is currently my dad primary doctor as well. He listens to your concerns and I think he provides great medical care. His office staff is friendly, professional and helpful.
I read one review where his patient described having to wait for hours to get discharged. Although thats an accurate statement , one must understand that Dr Patel also has a private practice to attend to. I am sure his clinic patients are just as important as his hospitalized one. I too had to wait for him to discharge my late mother when she was in the hospital but I did understand the situation. Its the same for all internist, they all have a private practice and they customarily see their hospitalized patients before or after their clinic hours..

A. Korkmaz I visited Dr. Patel for an annual check-up and a referral for Calcium Scoring Test (Heart Scan). The Heart Scan is done by a hospital.
I told Dr. Patel that the Heart Scan was not covered by insurance and I planned to pay it by myself. All I needed was a referral from him to one of the hospitals in the area. He promised me the referral.
I provided the hospital’s fax number to Dr. Patel’s assistance. I had to call Dr. Patel office at least five times to make sure that the referral was faxed to the hospital. After two weeks, the hospital called me and told me that Dr. Patel would not provide the referral.
I am very disappointed.

Priscilla Fierro This place will take your money and keep it. I went to them back in July for a sick visit and I had insurance but they still charged me the full amount for the visit until my insurance paid them. They told me if I overpaid I was going to be reimbursed. I just noticed in October on the EOB that they already received their payment in August for the full bill and my portion was supposed to be $0. I have been calling ever since to check status of my reimbursement and was given the run around. I finally told them if they didnt reimburse me the overpayment that I was going to report them for fraudulent billing and now they are issuing a check for the reimbursement. Please make sure if you pay any out of pocket costs that you go back and check with your health insurance to confirm your out of pocket costs and they didnt get paid twice for the same visit. They will not reimburse you unless you ask them to.

Zaib Fatima Team Ibnsina Foundation,
I am reaching out regarding the dental treatment at your office on January 10, and Jan 31, 2025. We underwent a tooth extraction, and despite more than a month having passed, she has not yet recovered. She is still experiencing significant pain and ongoing bleeding.
Each time we visit your office seeking further care, we are repeatedly told that a doctor is unavailable at that time, which has become extremely frustrating. The patient has developed a dry socket, which we believe resulted from surgical negligence, as the surgeon administered anesthesia twice and caused a deep cut inside her gums during the procedure.
Despite multiple visits, we have been told that nothing can be done and that the issue will heal on its own. However, given that over a month has passed without improvement, we strongly believe further intervention is necessary. Additionally, other dentists we have consulted have advised that the same surgeon who performed the extraction should be the one addressing the complications.
I want the full name of the surgeon who performed the procedure, as we need this information for further consultation and potential escalation. The way this situation has been handled, along with the lack of proper follow-up treatment, is highly concerning. We urge you to take immediate action to address this matter.
I want the details for the owners or board members of the Ibn Sina foundation to complain about this whole situation.
Whole management is very rude they do not care about the patient health and well being.

The only downside however, is long waiting hours. I hope the clinic would pay more attention to this.

I also saw Dr. Kul in the past at the same clinic and who is also very compassionate. Im definitely glad to be at this clinic to PCP now! My sister also uses this office for her primary care. Tea!

The Listening Heart I recently had a health screening with Dr. Sami, and it was a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, her bedside manner left much to be desired. Dr. Sami was short-tempered and argumentative throughout the appointment, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She frequently interrupted our discussion, deflected my questions, and became defensive in her explanations. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and hesitant to ask any further questions about my health. I left the appointment feeling more confused and frustrated than reassured. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare experience.

Tim Luu I wish I could give a zero or negative star. I had to rest the remaining day from my exhaustion after my visit. Thats the experience I had with Dr. Sami and her office. I went for my annual physical exam. They could not draw blood after two attempts. I was referred out to Quest Diagnostics. I asked the office if the Quest was covered by my insurance. They said that I had to verify with Quest and my insurance. This ticked me off because the least they could do is to make the Quest visit seamless. Now, I have to miss more time to go to another location for the blood work and spend more time to verify the insurance with Quest. Essentially, I am on my own. They kept claiming they care about their patients but they are all about the money. STAY AWAY from this office!!!

Everything was good except in the late of April 2022, I received a bill from Exepath for the nurse Anesthetist services in the amount of $1,625.00. I was shocked and couldnot believe the charged for the anesthesia nurse services for a routine colonoscopy checkup was $1,625.00. I couldn’t even believe Memorial Hermann surgery center allowed such charge to happen within the procedure and said they do not control the charge from anesthesia services.

Michelle Navarro-Flores I went here for my pre-natal visit and delivered at the UTMB in Galveston on New Years. At first I was super hesitant to goto the utmb because of the reviews but I had a great Obgyn Adriana Cyrus. She actually asked me lots of questions and took the time to listen to every little thing I had to say.
My birth at the utmb in Galveston was so complicated because I had COVID-19 at the time. I don’t think it’s normally like that. I stayed in quarantine but the nurses that came in were really sympathetic and kept me company when they could since my husband wasn’t allowed in.
I ended up having a preemie in the NICU and have been visiting the utmb Galveston regularly and have nothing to complain about. The NICU staff is friendly, helpful and informative.

KeaEra Brown STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
I sincerely wish I could give zero stars.
Although the receptionist and billing ladies were very sweet the nurse who attended me was INSANELY rude and showed absolutely no compassion!
I made my appointment over the phone and communicated that I had been told by an ER doctor that I had an ovarian cyst that may need surgery. So naturally when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to get an appointment as soon as possible to make sure that the baby wouldn’t be effected at all. The operator assured me that she would write a note on my appointment stating the reason for my visit.
After waiting over an hour to be seen, I communicated to the nurse the concerns I had over the cyst and the safety of my baby. She proceeded to show ZERO empathy for my desire to get an ultrasound as soon as possible. Her attitude was nasty and completely unwarranted. After taking my blood pressure I asked if my husband could be brought back to the room with me and she literally told me to go get himself myself.
Thereafter we waited in the room for over 10 mins with no nurse or doctor to speak with us. Outside of the door I could very clearly hear that same nurse make comments such as: I’m not going back in there so you’re gonna have to go in there and talk to her, I hate when people come here and tell us how to do our job like they know, and I didn’t give her the dose yet if you just wanna send her out (referring to the glucose test. I said I didn’t wanna take it unless I could get more info on the primary concern I came in for).
By no means am I a rude or impolite person. I didn’t give this lady an attitude or undermine her knowledge in any way. I stated my concern for my safety and my desire to have the cyst issue specifically looked at.
But for whatever reason she took offense to my questions and made me feel horrible on my husband and I’s first baby appointment.
After hearing all of her hateful comments I finally stepped outside to see if we can just be attended to and leave. The doctor was standing a few feet away from the door and I asked when we’d be able to seen. She said “I can see you know” She literally was just standing there making no attempt to see to us. So there’s no telling how long she would have left us to wait.
She told us there’s nothing they could do for us. There was no attempt to offer resources or refer us to proper care. Incompetent is truly the best way to describe these people! I shared how the pain in my side was getting very severe the past few days and her best advice was to go to a hospital. Not any opinion of what could be the issue or what it might mean for my child. Both the nurse and doctor were extremely dismissive with every concern I voiced. I thought this appointment would give my family and I peace of mind but it did the complete opposite. I left the appointment crying and frustrated.
And to clarify, them not having the proper resources to give me an ultrasound is not the issue. That part was somewhat understandable. The issue was how they treated us and the nurse’s lack of compassion and professionalism. She should be fired for actions. Pure hatefulness!
Not to mention we arrived at our 9:15 appointment on time and we weren’t seen until almost 10:30. We saw patients who arrived after us come in and out before we were even seen.

Deji Davids This is place is the MOST UNRELIABLE, LAZY, INCOMPETENT AND UNINFORMATIVE place I have ever seen.
After we made an appointment and explained the exact issue we were coming for, we arrived at the set time for our appointment, was made to wait about 2 HOURS without any information on why,
was attended to by a RUDE UGLY LOOKING TECHNICIAN, who had the guts to stand in front of the door and talk about how she has not time to come explain anything to us,
The we opened the door just to see the doctor standing there almost making no intention of coming into the room to attend to us,
Then she comes in to tell us, OH THERE’S NOTHING THEY CAN DO, the schedulers just schedule and they don’t know what to do. AND NEVER RAN ANY TEST!!!
So, we wasted hours of driving, kept waiting for hours, told they have no idea what to do with the situation, have no prescription…
These people ARE INCOMPETENT! STAY AWAY

April Jones They don’t prioritize their patients well being or medical care. The staff is lazy, being understaffed is not the issue. Today they were more than fully staff and everyone was sitting at their respective desks laughing, talking, taking personal calls from their kids and discussing what they were cooking for Thanksgiving. If I could rate them 0 stars, it would be much more fitting.

Alperen Akın I brought my patient to this clinic for an iron infusion. Initially, they called me and said they needed to reschedule my appointment because they were overbooked. What am I supposed to do about that? If you’ve taken on too many appointments, why are you trying to cancel mine? I told them I didn’t want to reschedule, and in a sad tone, they said, “No.” It felt like they were looking for people naive enough to let their appointments be canceled.
A few days later, they called me again and said, “We noticed your insurance has changed, so we’re canceling your appointment.” However, the only thing that changed with my insurance was upgrading from Silver to Gold—nothing else changed. My PCP still referred me to the same place. Then, a few hours later, they called me back and said, “Never mind, it’s fine; we won’t cancel your appointment, but we need to change the time.”
The fact that they’re trying to reschedule people’s appointments simply because they’re overbooked is extremely disappointing. It clearly shows that this hospital has poor time management. This is supposed to be a hospital, not a business center. Just because they want to make more money doesn’t mean they can cancel other people’s appointments. They did everything they could to cancel my appointment, and in the end, they succeeded.
Don’t go to this place.

Mina SM Today was my appt with the hematologist, Dr. Arvind Bhandari. It was supposed to be at 2:50. They called at 8:46am to reschedule at 2:15.
I was there at 2:06. The receptionist was surprised to see me at that time but did not mention anything and let me in to talk to the scheduler who called me, Tina, and she told me my appt was at 12:30, not 2:15. I asked her the following:
1. How would I mistake "twelve" for "two"?
2. How would I mistake "thirty" for "fifteen"?
3. How would I know if there is even a slot at 2:15, which was actually another patients time slot according to Tina.
Then I had this question after I left. Tina said the doctor was already gone at 2:10 when I was talking to her. But how would he be gone if he had a patients appt at 2:15 with another patient and it was not 2:15 yet? I called to complain. The agent said there is no one named Tina and transferred me to Kimberly. I told her my concerns. Then when she talked, she said "so do you want to reschedule?" Lack of even professional attitude to handle their clients.
And unrelated to the above, but relevant to the lack of a system in place, you guys called me multiple times and and emailed me once to confirm my appt at 2:50. I confirmed by email. Then I received another call on Friday last week. I missed the call. But I called back and I asked what is there you have for me? The agent said there is nothing. You appt is already confirmed.
You guys need to be more professional regarding the appointments and how to handle your clients complaints.
If there was a negative star rating, I would not have hesitated to do so. I never post any reviews. You can check that from my google account. But you pissed me off to the extent that I finally decided to write my first (and last) google review. That was the only thing you were exceptional at.
Edit: The whole scheduling system is BS. Stop these BS replies.
I rescheduled to March 10 3 pm when I was there. Then on March rd, I received an email that the appt is at 1:40. WTFH??!!!
Then I received a call on Mar 7th at 10 am saying the dr needs to reschedule to Wednesday Mar 12 at 1:45 pm. I demanded that they send an email to document it. She said someone just took the appt and gave me an appt at 2:00 pm and sent an email with it. That is PURE BS. NEGATIVE 500 starts. If I was not in need of that visit, I would not have tried.

Mialani The IV lab contacted me to book my iron infusion. I specifically told them I needed a day at the end of the week because I am not able to take off mondays or tuesdays. We booked it for today, Friday Jan. 17th. I arrive today and they tell me that someone mistakenly booked me for Monday instead so they won’t be able to do my infusion. I took off work to get my infusion today and drove an hour to get there. Never again. Get your stuff together because this office sucks. This is not the first time they’ve done this.

Raymond De Leon Currently here in the hospital on the 4th floor and my nurse Manju is a rude person that could care less about the patient. Shes been gone for 2 days and I had a good nurse then last night another nurse or whatever caretaker started the night shift was argumentative rude and whether its just the Jamaican way of talking or what but its very rude. Today is the 27th and Ive got a lady that comes in and checks my blood while training someone else but she doesnt listen to anything you tell her. I want to leave this place but this tall Jamaican woman or wherever shes from wont tell the head nurse or floor supervisor that I want to speak to them. Last night the lady that checked my blood sugar couldnt figure out how to work this thing or do the draw because she was missing the vein or something left five vials some with blood in them on my bed with gloves came back found another vein and got the samples through the vial improperly in the trash can which you can see in the picture which is hazardous material. I had to repeatedly ask for lunch but they keep bringing me the same liquid lunch of broth and hot water. I thought being in Sugar Land I would find quality service but thats why they have all the negative reviews that they have. I will take this up with the director of the hospital because the response is here on the post are robot and no one ever sees it except for you who are reading it. So beware before you come to this hospital for care. This is no reflection on the doctor or doctors but the staff here treat a patient as if though theyre doing it for free and dont plan to build the insurance company large amounts of money. Even if you want to get up to go to the restroom they want you to call them on the speaker first and tell them so that someone can come in here and turn off this alarm. I wanted to do my physical therapy and walk around but there were no therapists or my nurse to ask. Its 3:00 p.m. and just now they dropped off a trey of broth and then they check my blood sugar / glucose. All night last night I was kept awake by some gentleman which sounded elderly moaning and groaning and no one came to his aid but it did sound like he was being reprimanded or talked to harshly. Ive been waiting for my pain medication and this Indian lady named Manju or anyone else has given it to me. Will be filing a formal complaint with whomever regulates the nursing staff and their license and worn anyone not to come to this hospital because its in Sugar Land. Its ghetto and I dont know how these people get to work in this field with the poor bedside manner they have.

David Morefield My mother was admitted to Methodist Sugar Land and the doctors did not listen to our concerns. Eventually, I thought we had made some headway, but Dr. Ansari just flat out lied to me and my brother. He said he would change direction and see how the next couple of days would go. Instead, he discharged my mother while she is still at toxic levels from kidney failure. If you are on Medicare, be warned they don’t care what is going on, they will send you packing when your 12 days is up. If you protest, Dr. Ansari will straight up lie to your face and redo what he is going to do anyway.
Trying to talk to anyone in the administration is an exercise is futility as they don’t answer the phone. I am sure they post a comment below to call them, but I have left messages and none of them have been returned.
It is clear that they don’t care about the elderly and only want to get what they can before they send them down the line. The staff ordered several items for my mother that she is allergic to and they were not even apologetic. They ordered the same thing the next day.
This hospital needs to be investigated for their lack of care. They need to focus on patient needs and not the timelines set forth by Medicare. Seems they are more concerned about their stats than taking care of people. It is extremely frustrating.
The trust I had with this hospital is now broken and I would not recommend going there.

Alberto Bazan Negligence and poor communication lack of empathy and don’t recommend this hospital for any of your loved ones. My father in law is blind. They really had the audacity to ask him how come you didn’t order your food. He’s unable to walk do to his toe being cut off and having surgery on his foot. A knowing he can’t walk being on bed rest and having to use a diaper from inability to get up on his own. They have multiple occasions took hours to change his diaper. An also the physicians should learn how to properly communicate with each other and the patient. This place is the new Ben taub hospital.

Hannah Scott I’ve had my fair share of ER visits due to a chronic illness I have. I’ve had some pretty terrible, traumatic experiences at other hospitals so it always makes me nervous when I have to go. Thankfully, I had a wonderful experience here with Methodist Sugar Land! I came in with severe pelvic pain, back pain, vaginal bleeding, vomiting, short of breath. I didn’t even wait in the lobby they got me right back in a room immediately and took action. Nurse was very sweet, caring, and very attentive. They stayed on top of my pain and nausea. The doctor was great. Did his best to make me comfortable and get me feeling better, listened to all of my concerns. Didn’t just rush me out and do nothing, he did the appropriate testing, and also sent me home with pain and nausea meds to manage until I can see my OB! Teddy in ultrasound is wonderful! He was making me laugh and smile. This is probably the best ER visit I have ever had. I felt extremely cared for!
Thanks Houston Methodist SL! Thank the lord for such a compassionate, caring staff!

Lady Omusuku Went here on March 21st, 2019 at 815am and was treated worse than a wild animal in the ER waiting area. Worst abdominal pain I have ever experienced. Yes, I was loud, moaning, groaning, crying in immense pain and I felt such despair as I lay on the floor of the ER as I couldn’t sit up AT ALL! As tears flowed down my face and not even noticing others in the waiting area watching me in horror and disbelief, I lay there unaware that my clothing was raised, exposing my private body areas. I remember having a feeling of humiliation but not knowing how to NOT humiliate myself as I tried to fight the pain. I was finally allowed back to the assessment area, and I asked to lay down but they had an upright non mobile stationary chair that I was made to sit up the entire time. I was told that there was no gurney or bed for me as they don’t have this type of setup anymore. I was treated so inhumane and COLD hearted. No staff sympathized with me and I remember one nurse coming over and saying harshly “You need to get up off the floor!” Let me tell you, I am a prideful private woman and my dignity means so much to me, but that day it was stripped away and I feel as If I was treated like a criminal or an animal in Sugarland Texas At Methodist Hospital. I will never go back to that ER! I pray the staff there, that treated me like a dog will suffer a worse pain than that and will feel the disgrace and humiliation and despair as I did. In my career as a nurse ( even then) I have never been so heartless to a person or patient. Especially on their wedding day! Yes I was supposed to be married that evening at 4pm.

One of the nurse assisted and took us to the pediatric ER room. As we were walking, the other nurse came by, checked my son’s paperwork and he asked if my son is LEGIT?
I’m sorry? LEGIT? LEGIT TO SUBMIT THE ER? That was really rude and show that the nurses here don’t really care much!

Sarah Urban-Jackson I had to go to the ER Sunday afternoon on January 12th. The wait was thankfully not horrible. An hour or so to get the ball rolling. EVERYBODY was super helpful, kind, and thorough. I got a solid diagnosis and treatment plan and Dr. (Christopher) Wang very generously reached out to a surgeon friend on *Sunday night* to ask if she could get me in quick for a follow-up since my problem wasnt 100% his specialty. Dr. Shen agreed and I saw her Thursday. Despite that I felt exhausted, frantic, confused, and sickly with an infection, I left the ER feeling "seen," expertly treated, and armed with a plan. The infection is 99% resolved except for some swelling that will balance out in a week or two. Im grateful. Thank you!

D Norman Please save yourself and visit another ER.
Communication amongst the staff is less than poor, nobody seems to know what they’re doing, they schedule you for tests, one person says they’re canceled and another person says they’re not.
When we arrived last night we were told some folks had been here 7+ hours. We are now going on 18+ hours, on a gurney in a hallway, with no resolution.
Nothing happens unless you bother the nurse to follow up and do their job.
ATP I would choose Ben Taub over MH.
