I was asked by staff if Id like a copy of my labs before seeing him, which was a great idea, as it gave me the opportunity to look at my results and to ask questions. I asked ChatGpt for assistance and for suggested questions to ask about strengths and areas of concerns of my labs, and I was very satisfied with Dr. Menas responses. My wait time was excellent, and his staff is courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Mena and his staff.

Marcia Front staff were helpful and thorough. Questions addressed to Deborah in finance were handled professionally and very patiently. Jazmine followed through with those things I asked and we discussed. Dr. Mena spent more time than Im sure he really had. He addressed concerns, answered questions and developed a plan with me, so completely clear I knew exactly what I was to do. His knowledge base is wide and intensions are to assist me to achieve my best health. A very good experience- -beyond my expectations and beyond what I have experienced from healthcare in the past. Refreshing.

Maximo Martinez Because I am a local, I have made visits on more than one occasion to the ER as have my family. I have been misdiagnosed on multiple occasions and because of my young age, assumed to just have anxiety. I theorize that due to the small size of this town that the medical staff do not know how to handle things they have not seen and are quick to attribute certain symptoms to diagnoses that they know. Some nurses can be rude as can some of the ER Physicians. They attempted to give my pregnant sister morphine for back pain she was experiencing which I thought to be odd and possible harmful for the baby, mind you that this is not at the time of delivery but rather a visit mid pregnancy for back pain due to something else entirely. I believe the staff may need training for different situations and for procedures to not vary entirely depending on the staff who is attending to the patient. The labor and delivery and the rest of the hospital really need some upgrades. Due to my experiences with this hospital and staff, I cannot fully trust that this hospital and some staffs lack of empathy and morale will care for myself or someone I know with their best efforts and would rather travel elsewhere to be seen by medical personnel.

Jason Sample My girl went in because her and her kids were sick. They were treated poorly by a nurse. Told that they will see the kids, then she has to find a babysitter. Then come back to be seen. In a very rude manner.
