Heather Longley I see Dr.Gallegos and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is patient, listens, and takes me seriously about everything. She has never brushed off anything I’ve talked to her about. I see her and all of my children see her. We have found our permanent PCP. The best Dr experience we have ever had.

Courtney Rae Radford It was ok I didnt have quite enough to pay for visit so they let me pay all I could. I was there for a blood pregnancy test since all urine tests have not explained my symptoms. The test was negative anyway so it was a very expensive disappointment. Back to the drawing board as to why I still have these symptoms. Dr. Gallegos was very understanding when I explained how important these results are and I was contacted 2 days later with the results. I enjoyed talking to her and felt very comfortable with speaking with her despite my extreme nausea. I would not mind having her as my PCP once I can figure out my insurance through my employer.

Ashley Tatum The service is slow they give you a time to be there, they call you back late make you sit for 30-45 min to wait for the dr. But if you are late you have to reschedule

tina gilley Dr. Burnette went above and beyond to assist my brother when I brought him into the ER, not once but twice! We truly believe if not for him making the decision to send my brother to Medical City Dallas Heart & Spine my brother may not be with us today. His 2 main arteries to heart were 95 & 99 % blocked. Sierra Sanders I had surgery by Dr.Bawduniak and he was absolutely amazing. Karla, Brittany, and Jill thank you so much for taking such great care of me and comforting me. I do not think I would have had a better a better experience for a first surgery anywhere else. Top tier care. Thank You Again

Blake Keenum Constant pain, mentioned all the health issues I was having reflux, constipation, dehydration etc… the Nurse on staff said the E.R. Was not for chronic issues?!? So paying for insurance is pointless, when your in need of medical help?!? She said reach out to your primary Doctor, Crazy how I’m a 1,000 miles away from home in need of medical attention and told I was being an asshole!! I’ll be reaching out to corporate on this matter, feel sorry for the locals in this town, In need of emergency medical help. I recommend finding another E.R. In the area for help!

Jordan Haggerton Dr Jones and his staff were amazing beyond words!! I was on a road trip to oklahoma and had an incident causing me to slice my finger open pretty deep, luckily we were on 45 right outside fairfield and made the detour to freestone ER. The staff handled me with such care and gentle but kept me laughing to keep mind off the pain. They also handled everything quickly because I told them we had a concert we were trying to get to tonight. Truly amazing patient care, cant thank them enough for fixing up my finger and getting us back on the road so quick!!

Abe Froman After 3 yrs. and multiple visits, I was given an ultimatum today. Apparently, Insurance did not pay 1 bill in 2021 and I was told to pay or find a new Dr. Ive paid every bill Ive ever received from Freestone, this was the first time Id ever heard about this particular bill. They told me the statute of limitations had run out for Insurance and I was to pay immediately or find a new doctor. I will never be back to this location and you can choke on it! Ill drive 150 miles out of my way (one way) just to never have to come here again. I just wish the bill was worth more than $200. Im disabled and Im Medicare and this is how you treat people.

renee harris Worst hospital EVER!!!!! If youre dying go on in there because theyll make you wish you already were. Nurses attitude sucks..Doctor Dais is not at all reliable on his word. Communication is not his thing... Never seen such ignorance in people in a profession. Its all par for the course and the people that live there. Just a good ole boys club in a one horse town trying to do the job of a big hosp with no equipment or good help
