Kimberlie Currier Dr. LaTortue has been our family doctor for 18 years. He is a brilliant man. He discovered things with our disabled daughter that top doctors in Tyler missed. He has saved her life and my life too. Most of the staff are great, but some are frustrating. But you will find that no matter where you go. Dr. LaTortue is worth it. And hes worth a long wait time on the few times weve had to wait a bit to see him. Hes not only super intelligent, hes caring and friendly and always ready with a smile and a laugh. (I dont understand giving the doctor a bad review just because you had to wait a while to see him. I would think the doctors ability to find whats making you ill would be more important than a quick wait time. But maybe thats just me). Dr. Kimberlie Currier & Family

Melissa Burnett Lost my urine sample and took several days to inform me. With an infection, the delay caused undo suffering and current lack of trust and/or confidence in my caregiver.

gabriela sandoval I love Dr Jean, been seeing him for about 3 years. I love the special bond he has created with my two boys. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. And he is worth the drive. Thank you Dr Jean

Lynne Hall I had to do a walk in visit last week and I was highly impressed. They took me pretty much in immediately and the P A, Jamie was extremely helpful and on top of things, even Abby, the receptionist has cared enough to text me and call me back after hours and on their own time, to make sure I am taken care of. Im one with a hard case because I am allergic to so much, yet they keep on investigating for good cures. Its nice to have a place to call and go to when you are ill without feeling like a nuisance. I highly recommend this clinic.

BadgerDog Im a OTR driver and I had a tooth break off that put me in a lot of pain. This doctors office took me right in and got me fixed up. I was beyond impressed with how friendly everyone was and the professionalism the staff had. I would recommend this practice to anyone and if Im ever in the area again and need help I would not hesitate to come here again.

Alex Larsen This hospital, the Emergency Department specifically, went above and beyond while I was there. The nurses and techs were phenomenal at their job, and very professional. Also very human, and showed empathy while listening attentively to my concerns. The doctor listened attentively and showed genuine compassion. If you end up needing an ER during a road trip and you are in the area I would highly recommend this location.

Brandy Consiglio This has been the best experience I have ever encountered at a Hospital from the registration all the way to discharge, Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor and I am grateful we have found him To help me with my back issues, all my nurses and techs were amazing too heather and Shelby were phenomenal…. My OT/PT where amazing and so patient with me and explained everything and gave me the instructions I needed to manage my movement for things I need to do, Dr. Lehman was great , he’s the only doctor I have ever seen go and check in on patients in every room every day. Over all it was a great experience and if you ever have to have surgery here just know you are in great hands even with the anesthesiologist and the nerve doctor not sure what he is called so please forgive me lol Thank you all so much for everything y’all did for me. Y’all don’t have an easy job by any means.

Kimberley Albin I think twice before going here! I have never got answers for them. They starved my mother to death. That was only one of the problems. Given trial drugs for covid 13 days after testing positive for asymptomatic covid. At the time idk nor was i told about these drugs. Some of the Nurses there are good people. Dont take a chance you may not make it out. I welcome any of the staff to just be honest its my mother and tell what was going on please? Also can someone tell me who is Dr Winn. I was told he was moms Dr the last few days. Very nice man and Dr? Nice im sure of but Dr idk. I based a very important discussion on his call. Now idk was he a Dr or was I just told that?? If you or your family member was here during covid please contact me. Ty

Luann Duffie This is the only time in my life I have left feeling 10 x’s worse when I discharged from a hospital.. I went with a migraine and throwing up for 12 hours plus. I didn’t ask for pain medicine I just needed to be able to keep anything down and see if I was septic from a uti. They did not listen to me at all, they had a drug regimen and they gave it. I told them I was worried about Stadol because I was unsure about an allergy. When I got home had notes from college that clearly state don’t take worsens your headache. The lab tech was good and the lady was nice but not hearing my concern about worse pain and increased nausea. When she took the iv out it squirted in my eye, doing this all the while I’m saying I’m still in pain and very nauseas. They discharged me at 11pm so I was unable to fill the prescriptions which means I’m at hour 32 no relief. So here I am still crying in pain. Can’t eat won’t stay down. This is unacceptable there has to be a care provider who cares. But it’s not here.

TXTwoHearts I had violent vomiting several days after a cervical vertebrae surgery. Could not keep down water, had vertigo, and nausea. The Physician on call was great. How many Physicians hold you up so you dont aspirate anything into your lungs? He told me he would help me and he did. Stopped the nausea and vertigo! After bag or two of fluids and a good nights sleep was again on the way to recovery.
