Mark Grant Excellent facility. We are winter Texans, and needed immediate help for my wife that was experiencing chest pains and fluxuating blood pressure. We were seen immediately and had blood and vitals taken within the first few minutes. The doctor on call gave us the results in a timely manner, and was very thorough in his explanations. God willing, we will not have to return, but its good to know there is a facility such as this in our area.

Rita Larson Very thankful for the care and cancer I received! Everyone was accommodating, knowledgeable and I appreciate the time spent on my treatment. The nurse was very gentle and the injection she gave me was painless. Thank you!

Linda H I couldn’t say enough positive things about my experience there. They handled my treatment urgently and with great care. They listened to me and they explained to me the what/why for each procedure. And they went over and above they’re responsibilities in order to get me the equipment I needed before I left it Clinic. I think they’re a valuable asset for our town.

TheNorton01 Everyone was very kind and caring, though they were very busy when we came in. My only concern was that after the tests, nobody checked in on my husband at all. Maybe because my son and I were there, but it would have been nice to know they remembered he was there. When tests were finished, the doctor explained everything very carefully and completely. We would certainly use this facility again. Would like to leave a compliment for a very kind lady named Gwen or Gwyn, so helpful and kind in assisting my husband who has mobility problems

Mark Bartilucci Overall a positive experience. I was seen almost immediately. The staff was courteous, caring and efficient. The registration process with the touch screen is a little tedious. Taking pictures of the insurance card and ID could be more user-friendly. After registration was complete on the touchscreen, someone appeared on the screen to do the registration which I had already completed.

SHERRY KARSTENS We were there early this morning. Sarah was my husband’s nurse. Very friendly and professional. Dr Dells was his physician, also very friendly and professional. We were in and out pretty quickly. I’m so grateful for this ER in our area. We’ve both been there a few times and we have no complaints.

Herbert Cumbaa I went here paid, was told in full, and 5 months later received another bill.how many places dont want full reimbursement? They tried to extort and sent me 2 different bills. I can recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere. Billing is full of thieves.extremely unethical their billing is in Nashville dont think your going to speak with anyone local.

Rusty Wilson On January 2024, I came in to this place cause I had pain and I think a infection in my left leg and pain in the left arm, after waiting almost a hour. I guess the doctor came out and looked at my leg and said I think it’s a bug bait. Without looking at the bottom of my foot/ankle where I had a bad sore area that was infected and inflamed. So without any further investigation he gave me a prescription for a bug bite and Tylenol. I asked the nurse about the pain in my left arm and she said take the Tylenol for that to. Then sent me on my way. No examination room was use. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Del-Lorie I Underhill-Lee Urgent Care this is not! No patient privacy, IVs being started in the waiting area. Extreme lack of patience right to confidentiality. The Dr wanted to order a bunch of labs and other stuff that didnt need to be done. My insurance will be getting the padded bill. If you can go anywhere else.. run as fast as you can.

Lauren Denver-Potter Beware This is NOT an urgent care facility like advertised. They are a free standing ER. my insurance will pay urgent care. They dont pay much at all for freestanding ER. So because of the playing around with their name, we got stuck with a $700 bill, when if this were in fact an urgent care we wouldnt have owed much because my insurance pays more for that. They even told my son (the patient) that they were in fact on my insurance. They were NOT an in network provider as an ER.

Nate S Horrible experience. The receptionist was great and the FNP, MaryJo Gonzalez was great. However, the lady - who goes by the name Stephanie - was extremely unprofessional. The details of my medical situation are irrelevant but whoever is in charge of training/supervising Stephanie needs to either let her go and join a career where she isn’t a complete ignorant jerk or go through extensive training on how to handle situations that are not the norm. Avoid at all cost.

Anna Garza On May 20th, I went in for injury to my foot. First, the receptionist is the security guard from Allied. Second, they are using a kiosk for check which is not ADA compliant. Third, I was treated in the hallway next to two other patients. I had to hear about someone hemorrhoids which had to make him feel embarrassed. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now, Im having billing issues because they dont know how to correctly code either.

Lauren Reach We were on vacation this weekend in Rockport. The first night of our trip our 2 year old woke up with pretty severe croup and was struggling to breathe. I’m a pediatric nurse practitioner and have sworn to never take my child to a free standing ER, however, the children’s hospital was 45 minutes away, so I decided to take her to the nearest ER rather than risk a long car ride. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It was the middle of the night and I believe we were the only ones there. The nurse on duty (I apologize I don’t remember your name!) heard her from the waiting room and whisked us back. They have a pediatric room set up with kid sized equipment and fun art on the walls. When we arrived our angel was NOT herself, fighting everyone. They took it all in stride and Dr. Pastor and his team took excellent care of her. She received the appropriate medication and treatment within minutes. Before long she was calm, breathing comfortably, and happily munching on animal crackers the staff brought her. From start to finish, we were in and out in less than 2hrs (some of this included time for the medication to start working and monitoring her for recurrence of her symptoms). We are very thankful for everyone who helped care for her Friday night. While I will still always recommend a pediatric facility if available, I would definitely be comfortable returning to Code 3 again!
