Jennifer Foreman ER staff was great, ICU was too especially the day nurse Debbie and night nurse Chelsea. You two were amazing and the care and compassion shone through. I wish we had more like you. Thank you for everything!!!

Amber Stephens Allow me to introduce myself, because this will not be the last time you hear or see my name. I for one, will be submitting a complaint to the highest of the highest departments in Texas! I had a loved one in the hospital that almost lost their LIFE last week. Because of you all, like you all typically do. Love to increase meds unnecessarily, and you all LITERALLY NOT FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING > LOCKED UP THE WATER! Being plugged up to a drip is not and never will be enough! Understood? I’ve witnessed you all take forever to give patients water, and do not properly hydrate them. Tell me exactly how long do you think a person can survive? Sound familiar? You all wait and wait until their kidneys start to shut down right? Then try to work appear to work fast, and initiate a “transfer,” but we all know by the. it’s always too late and the person may not even make it! Trust me I know all about how you all play hard ball to block transfers so you all can collect insurance. I literally watched it happened some years back! You all don’t have a PULMONOLOGIST at the hospital either. That’s not even the half of it! No need for the auto generated responses, that lack empathy….. no need! Everyone and ANYONE! If you feel an ounce, I mean an ounce of discomfort and you feel like you may need to see a doctor. I suggest you hit I 30 and roll on out to Plano, or Frisco or Dallas to get seen. You may NOT make it out alive if you go to this place. You come in for vomiting next thing you know you get admitted and you may not make it past day 5 or 6. Changing the name of the hospital does not mean a dang thing! Just horrible!

Juana Herrera I absolutely love the people working here! Wether young or mature, everyone is courteous, kind, helpful, and responsible. (I think its that small town feel that unites everyone.) My experience here each time my family or I have been treated, has been nothing but great thus far! (We moved here from Dallas in 2018 and couldnt be more pleased with the medical professionals and staff here!

Madeline Shannon Excellent care here. Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very kind and caring. I came in for an emergency issue and was taken straight to a room. They had me in surgery within the hour. They absolutely saved my life! Thank you guys so much!

Kaci They wont leave me alone. Months after visiting (and paying) they keep sending me texts, emails and mail about owing a payment. Theh even went as far as calling me 9 times in one hour. Back to back. I barely declined the call before they called back.

S H Was told didnt have a UTI by Dr. Vornetta. She didnt spend much time with me and was not thorough or empathetic as Im sitting in her office having attacks of body shaking, uncontrollable chills. Front desk and Nurse were wonderful, but Dr was having a bad day. I ended up at the Emergency Room at the Hospital couple days later and was diagnosed with severe double kidney infection and bladder infection. The Dr here at HMEC should have caught this!!

steven Sean Staff is Rude as hell, the office is so dirty and filled with dust. They treat people worst than you can even imagine. Front desk lady is always staring as if you owe her money

Jeremy Cherry This place is a prime example of "profit over patients" they want to flu & covid test everyone, Vornetta doesnt want to spend 5 minutes to listen to a patient, she prescribed a medication today that my wife is allergic to( assistant confirmed it from her chart before the np came in) - Unacceptable - Unprofessional. I hope she doesnt kill someone.

Staci Butler Everyone was nice. But i went there for the weight loss medicine and I was jipped. I usually pay 350 for two vals the only reason i went there is to get my medicine faster big mistake they didn’t give me any alcohol pads not syringes. The communication is very off. I will stick with Axtel and strive pharmacy. Lavender and Zealthy are good also and they give you everything you need.
