Brook Falwell I went in to get my nails done I show them a picture of what I want and they tell me they can do it so the dude starts shaping my nails and they are the wrong shape I tell him he says he will fix them then tells me the lady will do them instead so I start shaping the nails myself and got them to the shape I wanted then the lady sat down and started shaping back to how I did not want them so I told her the were wrong and she told me she would fix them in the end I get the nails done after her telling me she don’t understand how to do the picture I explain it to them 8 times and she said okay then did it wrong I got up and was like whatever was so mad I paid and then said never mind I want them off and what my money back and she said okay then took them off and only gave me $20 back when I paid $50 and she told me they are charging $30 to take them off I told them I want all my money back and they then started yelling at me and telling me no then gave me more money back and took 15 I asked for the 15 back and they refused and then he told me she can’t speak English and I have been talking to her the who time then she started speaking in their language acting like she could not speak English I will never be there again! Then as I’m walking out she started taking pictures of me and my friend and our vehicle

V Modica LEVEL 10 RUDENESS:
Immediately after I entered this facility the rudeness began straight out the gate. I believe any person or animal deserves to be treated decent and in order.
I only sat in their chair and the strangest behavior began to my surprise. My services were on my hands and feet and they worked on me at the same time. This is a wonderful experience for me I get these services once a month. I’ve never experienced rudeness on this level for services rendered.
The woman that did my pedicure never spoke and kept her head down like no one was in her chair. She did do the pedicure and there was nothing wrong with her skills. So I was very shocked. My only request was she shorten my toenails. When she didn’t say a word or lift her head. I asked the man that was working on my hands did she speak English, “He said she does ok”.
At some point shortly afterwards I told him to tell her she has beautiful jewelry. That’s when she spoke perfectly and said “Thank You” and the man replied “She know”.
By this time another customer comes in because I was the only one there in the beginning. She made haste leaving me with the hot wax and hot towels on me and never returned or said a word. Though steps on the pedicure were skipped I know that for sure because I’m an Instructor of Cosmetology, IT WAS THE RUDENESS FOR ME. Once she was with the other customer that’s when I heard her speaking a complete conversation.
I had never been in either her or the man chair before or seen them but I had used this establishment several times in the past. The rudeness continued and I Paid them $100 for my services and left quickly. Never will I ever return and I never asked any questions concerning the rudeness or anything else.
At some point while she was working on me due to the rudeness I want to pay her a huge tip while services were in progress to hopefully stop the rudeness. I thought better of it and I know for sure there’s too many great nail salons to deal with Level 0 Customer Service.
I asked myself how does one determine which paying customer you can be rude to? One may not need my money but your funds will go from Top to Low if that attitude is displayed too many times.

Heather M Top Nails exceeded all expectations!! They did a FABULOUS job on my daughter & me. If you are local to the area then you will probably remember Q Nails. Michael & Mimi ran Q Nails & they are hands down the best nail techs that I have EVER had. When that shop closed we were all sad to see Michael & Mimi go. I am BEYOND EXCITED to say that Michael & Mimi are back in Jasper & are working at Top Nails. They are the dream team of the nail world. They are a HUGE asset to this shop! They didnt come to play, they came to slay!!!

DeBria Cuney ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS get what I want. His wife does my nails & she never disappoints. I can show her a picture of anything & she does it just like the picture, if not BETTER. Even when I let her freestyle she does amazing! 10/10, I definitely recommend ‼️‼️‼️

Casey Nowlin service was quick. But unfortunately too quick. I got a shellac manicure, the shellac was on my cuticles, and not even 24 hours later started to peel. I really had high hopes reading other reviews, but sadly I didn’t have a good outcome. I won’t be returning.
