Jana R. Dr. Ordonez and his entire staff are the reason Im still alive. After a terrible experience with another surgeon, Dr. Ordonez was able to correct the problem and treat me like I truly matter. I have sent several folks his way. I cannot say enough wonderful praises for Dr. Ordonez and his group. Best decision of my life. Thank you, Dr. Ordonez for saving my life and helpimg me get healthy!

Michael Gardner I have been going here for 3 plus years and never had a problem until my monthly appointment 9/25/2024. I see Dr mark and everything was going fine until he says I had picked my medication on a certain date and I told him that was wrong I picked it up on the 28 Aug. he told me I had picked it up on the 9/7 and I showed him the bottle then he left the room to call them. I went through my medication bag because my daughters pick my other medication up and put it in my bag. I picked up a bottle that was suppose to be my cholesterol medication my daughter had picked up but it was another bottle of the pain medication that was filled twice but the pharmacy should had never filled it because they could see I had already picked it up on the 28th but they filled it again anyway. I showed him the bottle that was still full because I never used it because I still had cholesterol medication left from another fill not knowing it was the pain medication. I was called shady and deceitful and I have never lied and told him being deceitful would have been taking both pain medications. I have never been called a liar being a retired army officer this was was ridiculous that Dr mark was saying this after I told him what had happened but putting the blame on me and not the pharmacy that wasn’t suppose to do this in the first place. So I was asked to leave and that they would not see me anymore. That was it and I left the had nothing to say to me in what to do about medication I have been taking for more than 3 years and the dangers of stopping the medication without medical supervision nothing just asked to leave.

C Blanton Dr Jones and his employees are so up beat. Hes got a wonderful bedside manner, listens while assessing!! You discuss your care plan together and decide together. Hes the best thing since sliced bread to me. Heard so many good things about him, and they are all true! If you have a need for his services, go to him. Hes the best in the Golden Triangle.

Cajun Nana Excellent care and professional staff. Superb doctors on staff are ready to listen to you and figure out a plan for you. Wait time is usually 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were able to work around my schedule and get me in quick.

Rachel Darby Nurse practitioner Connie is the best she is very caring, understanding, and knowledgeable when it come to someone who suffer from pain like myself. She will get to the root of things to get you some relief. Staff is awesome i would recommend anyone who is having pain issues to Dr. D. Jones office . Its not just meds to the problems it is answers. And results.

Tammy " A GOD SEND TO PAIN MANAGEMENT." Everyone there is attentive and polite. Actually listens to what you are feeling and what helps you to relieve your "Chronic Pain". I would like to give a very special thanks to Nurse Practitioner, Rhonda Reed. She has given me a new outlook and belief that Doctors Do Care and that each patient is as important as the other. I have met Doctor, David Jones and I really appreciate his approach to meet every patient even he is not their primary caregiver at Spine and Sports. The staff is absolutely great and everyone truly cares. They say that nothing in life is perfect, well they havent been to Spine and Sports in Beaumont, Texas. I have been a patient for a little over a year now and I am truly greatful to be a patient there!

Stephanie Valentino One star is too high for this office. This office is awful...I went in for an initial visit with no procedures done and was charged my 40 copay. Over a month later I was charged a facility fee that I was unaware of until after the fact of 150 thru christus. The office manager was rude and wants to blame christus and christus blames the doctor. They say its posted that you may be charged....YOU WILL BE CHARGED UNKNOWINGLY! Shame on them!

Brent Anderson Dr. David Parkus never gave us the time of day to visit with us and made decisions about our health care plan without any consultation. Post concussion symptoms were ignored and medications were cut just due to protocol and not patient needs. What makes it worse was the fact that his patient was an RN at his hospital and was treated just as disrespectful as someone off the street... No loyalty

Alexandra Brown New patient here and I will say I was very nervous as I had my same provider in East Texas for 10 years but cant drive 3 hours for appts. Jessica Black is awesome and so is her assistant. I was able to get a Saturday appt which I was so happy about as I work until 7 pm during the week. Both Mrs Black and her assistant were very kind. Even after everything came back, it was fully explained to me. I will definitely stick to them for as long as Im in Beaumont.

Noemi P You call to make an appointment and they don’t answer. I went up there & they said no availability & to come back the next day early at 7:30 am. I show up at 7:30 am & as soon as they opened I made my “appointment”. They made me a “virtual” appointment which I’ve never had or heard of. 40 minutes later, I get a call from legacy saying the doctor didn’t have any availability all of a sudden. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for a whole week later. Definitely wasted my time. This place used to help the community by being seeing by an in person doctor but it seems like a lot has changed

Maritza Rodriguez Worst place to go even I definitely would not recommend. The check in and check out is extremely long for no reason and the nurses are really rude specially marisela. They had me wait for way too long and even the people that got there after me left and new people came. They have like 6 windows and yet all the nurses are just sitting down and not getting people checked in or out. It’s honestly just ridiculous. I will never be going back there.

Jenna Erwin I like our Dr. but its easier to get an answer from Oval Office than it is to call this place. Im constantly moved to VM for messages that never get answered, placed on hold, or disconnected. Sometimes you need to speak to a human and the fact that a doctors office makes it THIS hard is concerning. Im also editing to update that my kids charts are never correct including medicine... although I tell them every time. On our last visit, the notes keep referring to "Jacob." Thats not my kids name.

Fem Draconis I dont like being talked to down to because I choose not to give my children vaccines anymore based off of the horrible things that have happened when I do. I dont like that the nurse practitioner that we used literally laughed at me. Other than that most of the doctors that work here are great but I do not deal with these doctors that dont understand that parents are seeing vaccine injuries and their children and are now fully against them. We need to have doctors that support parents and their decisions for their childrens health.

Kaley Dionne All the 5 stars have to be fake, there’s no way this place deserves such a high rating. This is my second appointment here and I’ve been waiting an hour like the first appointment to see an OBGYN. They switched my OB as well, there’s no structure. It’s such a mess and very unprofessional. The first time I came in here there was dried blood dripping from the needle box and it looked like someone bit there fingernails and spit them everywhere out on the floor. Not clean at all. So disappointing.

Noemi P As for as the obgyn doctor I give her a 10 out of 10. Doctor Peace Nwegbo-Banks was by far the best obgyn doctor I’ve had. She explained everything she was doing to me during my women’s wellness exam. She was very nice & answered all my questions. I did not feel judged by her at any moment. Unfortunately, the way legacy runs as a system is very unprofessional. They changed my appointment date twice. The last time it was changed, they literally called me 30 minutes before my appointment time to cancel and reschedule.

Sara Burnett I receive such good care with Dr Nguyen and his team. Along with my therapist Rose. Its so refreshing to have a team that listens and is concerned. They do not rush appointments and always on time!!

Daniela Davila Dr Luis Taylor is so caring and sweet. He always makes sure to take good care of my kids. He actually cares about their well being. I recommend him to anyones kids. He is the absolute best very professional and knows what he is doing. A+++ service. Everyone treats you with respect and so nice.

Lisa Brumley I love the vidor location, Chelsie always listens to my concerns and that means alot. Before She gives me a medication She tells me all about the medication!! Now we have a new NP and his name is Jordan, I went on friday to do routine bloodwork and he was calling me on Saturday evening to go to the Emergency room and get levels rechecked and get some testing done!!! Rigjt there tells me they care about my health and I wouldnt use anyone else!!! Thank you Chelsie and Jordan for your care ❤️

Rice Ceretha “Queen” Where do I start?! Yesterday, March 17,2022, I went to the Beaumont location off college to hand deliver a referral from my Dr. For a chest xray. The lady at the desk told me that it was several people waiting, they open at 7:30am & start taking patients at 8:00am. I told her that I would come back in the morning, which is today, 3/18/2022. Mind you I live maybe 30 minutes away and gas is high. I get there, around 8:30am, the lady at the desk tells me that the machine is down until 1:00pm. I then ask her if I can make an appointment because I dont want to keep making blank trips. I drive back to port Arthur. I called and spoke with someone at the port Arthur location and explained the situation to ger and told her I dont want to keep driving back to Beaumont. I then asked her is the xray machine there working? She told me yes! I asked her to look up my insurance information and tell me how much my copays is, she told me $25.00. I then asked her, do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in. She told me I can walk in. I drove there, literally within 8 minutes from talking to her. I go in give her my identification and insurance card, she told me to gave a seat. Within 40 seconds she called me back to the window and told me that the xray machine is down!! Mind you,I had just called and explained to her that, this is what the Beaumont location had justdid!!! These employees are soooooo incompetent, they dont have a clue of whats going on in their facility, & is causing the owner to lose a lot of money. Another thing is that I cant get a supervisor or anyone from corporate on the phone. This is horrible!!! Im not going to give up, Im going to try to contact the owner .

Jeanne Challie Ener I was getting frustrated going back and forth between my doctors on a medical issue, so I sought help from Dr. Humble! I didnt know him, but he asked a lot of medical questions about my body and issues, then said he could help me! The problem was that I had scar tissue from previous surgeries causing blockage in my intestine! Dr. Humble cut the scar tissue out, then I healed quickly and my problem was resolved! I hope I never need another surgery, but if I do, Im going to him!

Tilena Fountain I had an unexpected event that resulted in 2 emergency surgeries and Dr. Humble was the surgeon on call. He came in and spent time explaining my condition to me in detail what course of action that needed to be done to resolve my problem. He was nothing less than compassionate and never made me feel like any of my concerns were invalid. I had a great experience (considering what I was dealing with) and could not have asked for a better surgeon. I will recommend him to anyone I know and will always be grateful for what he did for me!

Gerald Furry I was referred to Dr, Humble and had a hernia repaired in july of 2016. Dr. Humble has great bedside manners and truly cares about his patients. Im glad he was my Surgeon. Baptist Hospital I cant rate high enough as I was truly taken care of by a caring staff.

Tom Grover Dr Humble is a great doctor/surgeon. He promised I would not in pain and I was not. I knew when he made rounds, his boots tapping the floor gave him away

Chris Trahan No more Gallstones, GALLBLADDER IS OUT with all the 2020 madness.... Thank you I feel lots better, he stated that i would have to stay a night but guess what i went home the same day!!! Marissa and the other staff are very nice and have the answers to all my questions, Dr Humble is and was straight to the point if I asked question he answered to the point, which I like.. Thank you for doing a great job on me!!!

Brandon Tillery Dr. In has been my Dr. Going on 2 years, he is a great Dr. Incredibly intelligent. He has sat with me mamy times and listened to all my concerns. He only prescribes my prescriptions needed and helps me in more natural ways to stay healthy. His staff is the best and I love them. Keep up the outstanding work! I wish there were more like you, it wouldnt be so hard to find a good Dr! Thank you

teeth on Mims This place is soo unprofessional. The receptionist are arguing amongst each other, talking about clients, handling personal matters on the clock like its no clients. Then to top it off, someone is giving violen lessons in one of the rooms usually this wouldnt bother me but i have a migraine and the noise didnt help!! I came in on time and didnt see a doctor 2 hours, he came in took my blood pressure and started prescribing pills with no actual check-up, rushing due to it being closing time!!! I will never go here again, if i could give this place a 0 rating i would. 2/22/2018

Jennifer N I am not reviewing the doctor specifically but his office/practice. He was assigned to me by my insurance as my PCP. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone seemed disgruntled about my insurance (Marketplace). She then asked how many meds I was taking, and I told her 7 (including vitamins and 3 prescriptions for bronchitis I was just getting over). She said: he won’t take anyone with more than 6 meds. So I tried to explain that I normally take 4 and some were vitamins, and she said, very rudely, “You said 7” and hung up!

Patrice Beasley I would like to thank Dr Al-Bayan, she is amazing , and patient lady. She did my hysterectomy and I have been pain free ever since. She is am amazing Doctor!

Jim Bob Throw the whole practice in the trash! Poor scheduling, poor service, and a Dr that didnt take her patients issue seriously. My spouse showed up on time for her Thursday 3pm appointment, and didnt get called back into a screening room until 4pm....then finally got to see the Dr at 5pm. Was told they would call in a prescription that day but failed to do so. Friday....no script. Saturday...nothing. Monday....still nothing. I called to try and get the ball rolling over there....and the excuse was that because the Internet was down. Im sure everyone in that office owns a cell phone. I have zero empathy for lazy people while on the clock. WAKE UP and Do Your Job!

Sheronda Lee This is by far the worst clinic in Texas! They over schedule patients and refuse to release medical records after failing to provide the best medical care. I used PTO for an appointment scheduled for 2:10pm and didn’t get seen until after 5pm. When I did finally see the doctor it was for less than five minutes and my concerns were not addressed. I then experienced the dreadful wait again (yes I went back because I was desperate for answers with what’s going on with my body) and that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Now that I have decided to switch doctor’s to get the proper care that I deserve they refuse to release my medical records. I used PTO to go in and fill out a release but my records were never received by the new clinic. I submitted an online inquiry regarding the matter and was told that a form was not on file for me. I know exactly what happened to my form..the front desk lady, Ashley, didn’t like the reason I wrote to switch providers and trashed my documents. Then Kayla called me all matter of factly saying I didn’t have a release on file. I’m not using anymore PTO dealing with these people, it’s too stressful. I am instead filing a complaint with medical board and will be sharing my horrible experience on every platform possible so that people will think twice before going to this clinic. Run, ladies, run!

R I really like the doctors and nurses here. Not sure what’s going on with the office staff. I’ve been waiting for my nipt results simce 1/2 and It’s now 1/27 and natera still doesn’t have my sample. I’ve called probably close to 12 times and never have been helped. Just sent to nurses desk to leave a message only to be called back once, on 1/24 and I unfortunately missed it.Ive been calling for three weeks!!!Now it’s back to square one, leave a message at the nurses desk. Extremely frustrating

Kevin Dale Not happy at all. I get to my appointment 20 minutes early and no one is in the waiting room 10 minutes past my appointment . A lady comes in and she gets call to see whoever was working . Then 20 minutes go by and I am still waiting. Also I have a tumor under my arm. Nurse pract. To me a month early it was getting bigger. You know what they didnt do. Send me to someone who can test it because I am in so much pain. If I find out its cancer Im going to get my friend Brent to file on them

HdeK K From concerned Husband: Currys office staff is rude. Wife was 15 minutes late due to road construction and no parking available - they just ignored her and said she needs to re-schedule in 2024. They send texts to confirm, but when my wife showed up for an appointment, they didnt even know, in spite of her confirming the appointment. Curry never followed up on bloodwork - she promises to call and discuss but never does. Will be finding another doctor.

Gloria Gracia Dr Curry is the primary physician for most of my family! She cares for my mom, sister, brother-in-law, my husband and myself! She listens and speaks to you in a way that you can understand. She really cares about her patients and follows through with medical plan. I like knowing that her staff will always help to get you in as soon as possible. I’ve never had a bad experience even during the pandemic she was there for us. If your looking for a doctor who will genuinely care and provide you with the best medical attention PLEASE call her!

Heidi Cleveland Me & my husband see Dr Musa, the receptionist are beyond rude ! If you owe a balance they will literally announce your balance to entire waiting room ! I know I owe .I pay on balance every time I go .This is the second time it has happened ! .I wish a Dr would go to receptionist repremend them in front of whole waiting room like they did to me .Drs say they are working on this but I have not seen improvement .just so you know its the receptionist in the middle at front window

mel This doctors office is a joke. Dr Fowler‘s office accepted my brother as a patient six months ago and so far he’s only been able to see two nurse practitioners because the doctor is too booked up to be able to get an appointment with him , which is bad enough, but today my brother tested positive for Covid19. He called the doctors office for treatment with Paxlovid medicine at 10 o’clock in the morning and was told that because he has not been seen by Dr Fowler yet they could not call him in a prescription for covid19 but was told a nurse would call at 3:15 in the afternoon and then a nurse practitioner would call at 4pm for a phone appointment . Nurse practitioner did not call until 5:08 pm. He talked to my brother on the phone and said he was calling him in a prescription for Paxlovid, an inhaler and a decongestant. It is 6:30 in the evening. The pharmacy is closing in 30 minutes and still no prescription called in as of yet. When you have Covid19 and are prescribed Paxlovid it is very important to start that medicine in the first five days of infection for it to be effective. So from 10 am in the morning till 6:30 pm in the evening still no prescription for Paxlovid. From February to August still has not seen Dr Fowler. Why is this doctor still accepting patients when he is too booked up to give them proper medical care and why would you lie to someone in my brothers situation and cause them to wait for a time sensitive medicine for covid 19? What a waste of time and energy. Hopefully my brother doesn’t get worse because of this. Do not trust this doctor with your health!!

Patti Adams I have been seeing Dr. John Fowler and PA Courtney Guidry for over a year now and I have been extremely happy with the care they have given me and my husband. Sometimes it takes a while to be seen, but once you are in the back things go very smoothly. Both doctors are take their time to listen to your concerns, and always give amazing knowledgeable feedback. Thanks Dr. Fowler and PA Courtney job well done. **I also would like to brag on LVN Katy Flanagan. I have had a change of insurance this year and trying to get referrals and assistance with some health issues has been very challenges. But thanks to Ms. Katy extremely quick responses on the patient portal and follow-ups I am well on my way to better health. I have NEVER had a response so timely on a patient portal, and one that answers all my questions in an elite fashion every single time. Thanks Ms. Katy you will continue to keep me coming to BIMGA.**

We moved out of State so unfortunately we no longer see her. Her staff is also WONDERFUL. I highly recommend her!

Donna Rizzotto Dr. Kumar has been my doctor for many years. She genually cares about me and what is best for my health. She treats my son and husband also. She does tell me to lose weight and exercise only because it is in my best interest for myself. I can go in at 8AM and I am guaranteed an appointment with a very short wait. She also found my brothers cancer due to being so thorough. She also sent me to Houston to a Neurologist and they pinpointed my illness. The staff is great and very nice. I only have good things to say!

Josh Bowie I don’t see where all these negative reviews come from! She is easily my favorite doctor I’ve had. She is quick, but also thorough and listens to your concerns. She does sometimes forget about things, but I can get over that.

brittany voorhies do not recommend to anyone who expects answers for their loved one. absolutely no communication, nurses don’t know anything when you ask questions, and they let your family member lay in a bed and get UTI’s, pneumonia, and anything else that could go wrong. they don’t care about you or your worry for your family member. they just ridicule you, judge you for taking up for you loved one, and laugh at you. night shift does absolutely nothing but walk around on FaceTime all night. just overall terrible.

Garrett Roy The support staff, nursing, admins etc were all absolutely amazing taking care of our grandmother, post hospitalization and surgery. Cannot say enough good things about how they went above and beyond for her. I highly recommend!

Sarah Hall Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member (Medical assistants, exit billing staff, and others) presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the doctor for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend Dr Marchand.

Terri McMahan My son was in ICU at St. Elizabeth for 4 days. He does not address the patients concerns at all!!!! Never in my life would I recommend him to anyone, and as far as St. Es go they need to shut the doors!!!

Madeline Lewiston Outlandishly unprofessional, dipped tobacco, and cursed repeatedly in front of my aging mother. The staff in inept and clearly not interested in helping. Some friends go to his brother and say that he is cocky condescending. WebMD was 10 times more helpful than the visit to this doctor. He just seems like a mean, unhappy man and he made us feel uncomfortable.

Rosanne Navarrete I have had a CT scan that shows I have 5 nodules in my lungs. My primary Doctor referred me to the Lung Center in Beaumont. I called after 4 days to see why they have not called to make my appointment. They claim they never received the referral. So my insurance advisor personally sent it. Another few days went by still no call. My primary doctor had to resend. Then I called spoke with someone who was taking my information to start a file for me. When she got to the Insurance part; she then transferred me to someone else. The person she transferred me too was not picking up the phone. As of right now, I’m still waiting for an appointment. The radiologist who read the CT scan made it clear as well as my Primary Doctor that i should see someone stat. If you need to see someone quickly you can do better somewhere else. I think how the Lung Center handles new patients is appalling and unprofessional.

Justin Creamer My mother is a patient and I would advise you look elsewhere. These guys may have had their patients concerns in heart at some point in the past, but now seem to prioritize profits. Im starting to wonder if this is yet another medical company being gutted by private equity. Perhaps your experience will be different.

Karen Odom I recommend Dr Ahmad because of his expertise and knowledge of how to best treat his patients. I was having some issues that needed attention and my family Dr put me under his care. I was on the verge of having to be put on dialysis,which I really didn’t want to go through. He corrected my problem quickly by making adjustments to some medications that I was on for other health issues. I can say that he has truly kept me off of dialysis and helped me get my kidney function back to where it should be. Thank you Dr Ahmad for your care.

BOOPATHY K Had to undergo a surgery. The staffs there asked for my insurance card, to verify things are covered by insurance comapany. Then she said yes and gave me an estimate saying this is the balance that needs to be paid. I felt that amount is manageable and accepted for the surgery and paid the balance. Now after 1.5 months of the surgery there is a mail to my home saying I owe them more money which is like 3 times their estimated amount. I have no option now. This sucks. Its Doctor Nelsons office at the 4th floor.

Vanessa Bryant I didnt like it. Office staff wasnt very friendly and doctor wasnt eitheir. He rushed as well. I wont go back. I also didnt like that you have to call or wait on a call from a toll free number for prescriptions and then wait on it in the mail verses same day if needed at a local pharmacy. I also recieved a bill in the mail for a missed appt that i called to cancel! Triple negatives!!

James T This is where I got my cardiac clearance for my DOT MED card, Referred by the VAMC, through "Community Outreach". Authorization through my VA PCP doctor (Jiwana). This place is top-notch! My last visit here was June 14th, 15, and 16th. You know the drill I had to stop eating and drinking at midnight...to do everything on an empty stomach. Everyone in the office & receptionist area worked with me when I was on Schneider FMLA, follow-up cardiac appointment is coming soon. I will be posting their office hours on a business card in a picture... They are in the process of having a metal sign made with office hours. Both Dr. Margolis and Dr. Algrhrouz are very knowledgeable and intelligent in their field of cardiac and vein specialty. If you have or need to see a cardiac specialist these are the people to see or be referred to.

Kindle Richard I’ve gone to this office for years and always bragged on the nurse practitioner I see, Kelly Darden. Today I went and had the absolute worst experience ever. I went in to request to restart my migraine medication and anxiety meds. She was extremely rude and impatient I was literally in tears by the end of my visit. My symptoms were ten times worse by the time I left. I will never be back to this office. They have lost me as a patient.

Luke Cage From Gerard D; I’m extremely disappointed with the administration at this doctor’s office. It feels like their priority is squeezing every possible penny from your insurance and out of your pocket rather than focusing on actual patient care. Every visit comes with unexpected charges, and they seem more concerned with billing than providing quality medical service. On top of that, good luck trying to reach anyone on the phone — they rarely answer, and when they do, the staff is often unhelpful or dismissive. Healthcare should be about helping people, not capitalizing on them. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for genuine care and respect as a patient.

Holly S Just had my first visit to this clinic this week. This is by far is the best run office I’ve ever been in. The facility was very clean , the staff was friendly and professional. There was a only a 10 minute wait to be shown back. They were thorough with my exam but still efficient. The APN listened and made sure all my issues where addressed and called in the prescriptions promptly and perfectly. By far the best medical visit I’ve had many years. I believe I have found my new primary care doctor. Thanks I have hope now..

Sherrie Spence The nurse is horrible. I am having surgery and she is extremely rude and unprofessional and for no reason. She told me to “listen” when I was trying to ask an important question and gain clarity. Her attitude is horrible and has been with every interaction. Dr. Waddell and the other staff are very nice but that lady needs to find another profession. She seems to hate her job. I’m curious how many patients have left because of her. I’m having surgery in a few days and still don’t have what I need. Surgery to prevent cancer that is. Unreal.

Emily Rossi Do not call this place. I needed an appointment last year, they told me it was 8 weeks before they could see me so I asked to be called when an appointment opened. I couldn’t wait that long so I found a doctor who could start treating my endometriosis and infertility. This place called me months later asking if I still needed that appointment and I kindly said no I had found someone in the meantime. My doctor has recently retired and is not an obstetrician so I called this place back and they said they have a note not to schedule me as a patient. They won’t give a valid reason why but clearly they feel snubbed that I went elsewhere. I’m about to transfer for IVF and need an obstetrician lined up and they refuse to take me as a patient. Front office was rude and wouldn’t give a reason and when I asked for further inquiry, she hung up. Rude and stuck up.

Sarina Clement Honestly, super disappointed that their website says they strive to be the best office in Beaumont. They couldn’t even call me back to tell me they are not accepting my insurance at the moment. After filling out the new patient form online, I was told to allow 24 hours before somebody reaches out to me. I waited 72 hours before I called, to be on hold for two minutes just so someone can tell me they do not accept my insurance at the moment. The sad thing is, this was my first option, and if their communication is a picture of how they handle things, I am glad I didn’t get to set this appointment. I’m sure the doctors are more than great, if you can get past the very rude and passive, aggressive receptionists.

Kristina McMahon Honestly very disappointed. I am 39 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy and have been going to this office since the beginning due to the fact that it was supposed to be the best place. The staff is down right rude. Every time I’ve had to call I’ve been put on hold straight away and never picked back up on. Just last week I called to try and reschedule my check up around 15-20 min after their office opened and they answered the phone by putting me on hold. With this being my first pregnancy I would’ve have thought that the nurses practitioner(because I only ever saw dr evans 2 times my entire pregnancy) would’ve taken my concerns or any of my questions seriously. But no every time I had a concern or such it just got pushed aside like “oh this doesn’t matter” and they treat you like you are the stupidest person. I would have thought I would be seeing the actual doctor more then just the two times but no he was never even there. Another thing I was very disappointed about was that I didn’t even get my first ultrasound till 22 weeks which being my first pregnancy I would’ve thought I would have gotten one sooner. I don’t recommend this place and I will not be finishing out my pregnancy or having my baby with this office or doctors at all. If this place was ever any good it definitely isn’t any more.

Kendra Cherie Dr. Waddell is amazing, the care team is sweet, any questions i had were answered in detail, was never rushed, and Waddell is overly cautious on making sure you and baby are on right track. May feel like an overload sometimes but when you know its just the dr doing his best it lets you know youre in good hands. ♡

Jean Messer If I could Id rate this a minus 10! This is suppose to be a "Trama Hospital"? I understand hospitals can be very busy But, they absolutely do not have any quality care of patients. My husband sat in a room for 11 1/2 hours with a large open wound from his prior surgery and the ONLY thing we needed was for a doctor to sign off for him to be transferred to Galveston where his previous surgical team was waiting and had his room prepared. There was absolutely no care until just after a doctor finally came in and immediately signed off then last minute they drew blood. We hit the call button and after 45 minutes I had to go find a nurse to get a cath kit. The hospital ER absolutely needs a deep cleaning, while 2 elderly patients were on beds in the hallway practically begging for help there were nurses less than 10 feet away having conversations and laughing ignoring patients. I would strongly advise to Never go to this incompetent hospital. The ER is dirty, there is zero care of patients, they have no sense of order, the nurses are hard to find and do not answer call lights. This is by far the worst hospital to go to!!

Melanie Sutton We came in to have a parentheses done after we left oncology. We were told that if we told them what needed to be done it would be an in and out procedure. Instead they waited around and pushed my Daddy to the back of the line in the ER so much so that now radiology has gone home and they wont see him to pull the fluid according to a Doctor OJ. A case manager came in and they have someone who may do i..tomorrow. I asked So what happens if someone needs this done overnight? "Ohh so sorry. They all went home. Can you just come back tomorrow but we cant give you a specific time". And now we are waiting out in the hall to discharge him. No one knows who is doing what. Im ashamed of this hospital.

marisa catherine Ever since Baptist took over the staff has become unprofessional. I’ve had two staff members having a conversation, cussing, laughing while taking my vitals. When I was saying how I was feeling I was told “yeah that’s too much for me” and laughing about it. I don’t go to the doctors office for an amateur comedy show, I go for a visit to feel better. They do not call you with results from any tests you have done if it’s clear. Positive or negative results, we should be aware. The nurses when receiving phone calls are very unprofessional and have a very rude attitude. I used to love going here due to my favorite doctor and her nurse, but as Baptist took over they ended up leaving. I will be looking for a new facility.

Wendy Lapeyrolerie I hold these people responsible for my dad being stage 4 esophageal cancer instead of stage 2 because they did not want to follow up on his pains and do a PET scan for 2 years!!! Despite his multiple requests. When they finally did the scan and found the cancer, they would forget to order his meds and had to be asked TWICE to fill out the form he provided so he could get a handicapped sticker for his car as he was no longer able to walk. William basically gave it back without filling it out or signing a thing. I had to watch my dad die a slow and painful death because of their failure to care and not listening to their patient. You’re better off laying in the middle of interstate 10.

Sandra Edwards Beware of the bills you will receive from Baptist Hospital with no explanation and when you call the Dr’s office to inquire about the billing no one has any idea and can’t do anything with the bill! Just tell you to call Baptist Hospital so basically they see you bill you and your insurance then have no answers when it comes to billing.

Sheila MK I had breast surgery because of mammogram findings in June and my experience with Dr Bergal was awful. The day after surgery, I started having complications and she failed to respond properly. My symptoms and complaints were dismissed repeatedly by her and staff. I am a 42 yr old healthy woman. My recovery should have been 1 to 2 weeks not months. Im so thankful for my new breast surgeon in Houston, Tx. After receiving home health care, weekly appointments at wound care center, and wearing a wound vac, I am finally on road to recovery.

Scott Orrenmaa it’s been five years since I had a hernia surgery and I am still in pain five different operations, but I’m still in pain. She cut something she wasn’t supposed to do not go to her.

Cristine This place was very dismissive of my issues. My Dr was changed at the last minute (after surgery was scheduled) because apparently the Dr I had been seeing the last several months was leaving without even informing patients. When they called to reschedule the girl was quite cold about it spouting how it "wasnt their fault." Because of the freeing weather. No, that wasnt their fault but you still need to be compassionate to people, if that wasnt bad enough that same girl scheduled me for a "bad time." Called back to reschedule again and was rude again. This time I broke down ( it is a lot to emotionally and physically prepare yourself for surgery that takes weeks to heal.) I was hysterical, she continued her, I couldnt care less attitude, transferred to another unapologetic women who defended the girls mistakes without any remorse as I am in tears with these people. Finally, surgery day went ok, met my surgeon for the first time, Torres, she was nice. I did like her. She seemed to do great on the surgery too, but follow up care was not great either. They barely have me enough pain meds to make the pain remotely bearable, one refill giving me 1 tylenol 3 with codeine every 8 hours. Good thing I had some stuff left over from giving birth to my last child or I would probably still be in bed. I felt like I was being treated like drug addict or something. Now I finally called to book my own follow up since they hadnt called one time. Hope all is well when I go and I NEVER have to return to this place again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Even if the drs are good the majority of the office staff is horrible. They really do not seem to care about people here.

Miss U Had an appointment scheduled for 10:15. At 11:30 I went to the front desk to determine how much longer I would have to wait. Response: There is another patient in front of me. Maybe another 20-30 min. So almost two hours of waiting is acceptable, apparently. After questioning I was brought to the back (to finish the wait). Dr. Linda Bergal talked all of maybe five solid minutes about the situation with me to really have reached the conclusion to see another doctor. My time is just as valuable. I cant understand how policies about timeliness and cancellation are enforced on the patient but no regard is given to the doctor about reciprocating the same decency. I could tell the staff was talking about me because when I opened the door everybody got quiet; and thats okay. Hope no one reaps the seeds theyve sown. Sometimes you have to make the drive to get better care.

Stacy Moore Please dont go here if you have breast issues; go straight to a breast specialist! I cant speak for every surgeon employed by them, but the surgeon I saw after being referred due to mammogram and ultrasound findings told me there are "no lymph nodes in your armpit" so the swelling/lump in mine couldnt possibly be related to breast problems (funny because it alarmed the two other doctors who led me to this office due to concerns of lymphoma or breast cancer), and my one swollen breast and non-specific lymph node findings were nothing to worry about. She recommended no biopsies or follow-ups of any kind-- even when I specifically asked about what I should do if the symptoms remained for another few months-- and basically dismissed me as (and made me feel) crazy. I called MD Anderson as soon as I got home, had my test results sent over-- and she was WRONG. I have been advised to file a formal complaint. How can a surgeon not know the lymphatic system? If you decide to go to this office for breast problems and leave feeling more confused and/or uncertain than when you arrived--- GET A SECOND OPINION!!! If you decide to see a surgeon in Beaumont, look up Dr. Peel. He studied at the Mayo Clinic and has some of the best reviews in Beaumont (at the time of my research) and is who I was going to ask to see, but I was referred here by my doctors office the day my results came in (before confirming my surgeon of choice) so I trusted their judgement. BIG mistake on my part! If you still want to go to this office, try to get in with Dr. Torres. I was hoping she was who I would see but, unfortunately, that did not happen. I cant remember the name of the doctor I saw but will update my review with it soon.

Brianna Biggs I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.

Jessica Hough I have had a wonderful experience here so far with Dr. Wengroff. They have handled my HG wonderfully. He is so nice and takes the time to truly listen and answer my questions. I dont feel like the wait time is unbearable either. I recommend them!

Destiny Hammons If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I’m 29 weeks pregnant im new to Beaumont so i dont know anything around here but these people were recommended i am NOT sure why. I’ve had issues my entire pregnancy and the OB i was seeing Natalie did NOT address the issues and was prescribing me medication before even testing to see what was wrong … i also just got my paperwork of everything because i finally found a different doctor and come to find out it’s no way she was looking at my labs , because she was treating me for something i did not have she gave me fluczanole come to find out that is NOT recommended in pregnancy. Very negligent. It states i received medication and took medication from an urgent care which i did not receive nor take any medication. I’m honestly just really angry because why would you treat a patient like this and treat them for things they DO NOT have. Every appt i sat and waited at least 30 minutes to get called back and sat in the room for another 20 for her to rush through everything. I also visited the hospital attached to cwhbc because i was bleeding and baby they tried to treat me for a whole different patient and put me through a machine pregnant woman are NOT ALLOWED to be in the only reason that didn’t happen is because i asked them what all this was for , they said oh you have an ear infection ?? NO I DONT I’m pregnant and have bleeding. They almost put medication in my iv as well. Not to mention i was there from 8pm to 2 AM WITH NO TREATMENT OR ULTRASOUND to verify is my baby was ok. I could honestly just cry and I’m so angry about this. If you want real care please please please do not go here. They do not care about you or your baby . But they have no issue trying to take your money though. They also have you do urine samples in a paper cup. A PAPER CUP … and write your name with a marker on the cup. I’m disappointed in this place and I’m disappointed in this paperwork i received to find out this OB was not doing her job all i can do is pray to God my baby is fine . I also haven’t had an ultrasound in 3 months , and i had a low lying placenta they never checked to see if it was moving or has shifted. Just… please don’t go here seriously.

Kristin Ross Dr. Wengroff really cares and gave me all the information I needed. He answered my questions and took the time to explain what vitamins and other things I needed. It is worth the long wait times to see him. The nurses and staff here are also really sweet and helpful.

Kyla Collins I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve definitely been trying to ignore the bad reviews but I have to say- they are sadly true. I’m one of the former patients, from Ms. Sprott and what they said about her was true from my experience very nice, but short verbal communication and very quick. The office as a whole communication is nonexistent. They don’t have any other ways of communicating except for they’re number and actually going to the clinic, which is why it was disappointing when I couldn’t get my records sent over after moving from Beaumont to Houston. Even before that , I had no communication back from my appointments in July, when I had to do my glucose test- heck! Whenever I was supposed to do my glucose test, I had to reschedule because they didn’t inform me when I had to do the test . I wouldn’t recommend this office because of the lack of care for their patients. They can be nice , when at the office but they seem to not really care for you as much as a patient. Today I just decided that I’m done with trying and accept that I can’t receive any good service from them and I usually don’t even do reviews at all but this was disappointing.

Lady Deana Lewis The nurse that does bloodwork is amazing but the staff belittles you and treats you like you’re stupid. It’s such an important place to be treating people the way they do. Something needs to be done about compassion and the way they speak to patients.

Today I am still waiting to see the Nurse Practitioner because my oncologist forgot to order bloodwork. So the Nurse Practitioner had to request the blood work. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 52 minutes!

Hicks Dunlap I chose Texas Oncology based on references. My doctor in Baytown has been nothing but excellent in finding me the best he can. He wants to do my chemo and radiation at the same time. He suggested I go to their Beaumont location for convenience to me. I saw Dr. Mensah who will be doing my radiation and she was very thorough. At the end of each part, she would ask my wife and me if we had any questions. By the time she got thru, she answered every possible question we could ever have.

Johnny B Damned Dr. Kodali and his nirses are nice but the scheduling staff is extremely rude. 0% compassion. And not a care about inconveniencing you. Making snide comments to you is embarrassing. I’m Looking for another Dr. I’m Not going to be talked to the way she did.

Kyle Lewis Multiple hour waits, tried getting ahold of someone for three weeks leaving multiple messages and when we finally get a call back they talk to us like children and didn’t even bother looking at the records to see we’ve been there and that we were told by the doctor to call back to schedule the next infusions. Going on a month and still nothing even scheduled for the future yet.

Grim Reapaa I was directed here by someone who heard my concern. My mental capacity had reached its limit and I really just wanted to be heard. But if I see doctors and still feel this way, who should I even trust with the answers? Thats when I was told to go to College Street. 3080. Ill admit, after my stay I was surprised to learn that there were Doctors, Science, and Medicine here. About Four, to be precise. It must be due to the age of the facility. The building seems to be very important. In under a week I left feeling practically cured. One of the most painful mental afflictions in the world was not only diagnosed, but put at ease in my own mind. I really want to call these people here miracle workers. If you or someone you love needs help, trust this place.

Jacob Johnson My child got diagnosed with adhd and odd. Was there a week and was still hurting his self there, they just sent him back on his way without finding a solution. He currently takes medication and there electronic system is down so therefore he can’t get his medication and they sent him home with prescription scripts knowing you can’t fill a controlled substance with paper slips it has to be sent electronically. If your child is in need of help do not take them to this facility

Lisa Jackson I’ve seen a counselor twice, paid cash in full both times. Today I get a bill that I owe 287.00 I have no idea what it’s for but it says 60 minutes of counseling at 447.00 per hour??????!!!!!! I was never quoted that!

Brendan Jones BURN THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND Loved one was admitted, bullied by staff and patients, lied to about the duration of their stay, lied to about the rules that they were supposed to follow, kept in a room with a rattling and noisy AC that they couldn’t sleep in (they promised to move my loved one, and didn’t). Treat patients like prisoners, withhold access to water, constantly lie… They gave my loved one raw chicken to eat, at one point. This should be illegal. People should be behind bars for this

Had a guy hang up on me. Staff is rude!!! Wont even let you go back in the patients room. Be careful what you send out there. What are they hiding!!!

Shelby Eason This practice has no time for its current patients, much less any new ones. You may have booked an appointment expecting to have your medical questions answered and concerns heard, but you will instead see an upside in whatever medication they first prescribe you, and a lecture about how ineffective any other method might be, even if the current one is not working. They will not work with you to find your problem. You are better off going somewhere else.

Lissa McCollum Awesome Dr., Listened about concerns, explained everything to me. Took his time so that I would understand. Very nice, great sense of humor. Made me feel comfortable. The girls in the office were awesome! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Senthilkumar. I highly recommend him.

Trina Chlamon My Father had an appointment recently. The check in was easy. The wait in the actual room was long. Once the Dr was in the room, his bedside was acceptable and medication was prescribed. He had a systemic reaction to one or both the medications. Of course I had him stop taking the medications. (I am a Paramedic and Nurse) Called the office to advise Dr. Kumar of this and there was no call back. Three days later, I called on Friday and the staff is just horrible. Excuses as to why there was no call back. I did kindly advise her that communication is key and that there was not communication of their supposed “callback rules”. Which in my opinion an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication goes to top of the list. YOUR STAFF WILL MAKE OR BREAK YOU! We are moving my Dads care to a different Neurologist! PERIOD!!!!

marisa catherine I was needing to have a nerve conduction done. My primary care doctor sent a referral to this doctor. I looked up the reviews and was very hesitant. My mom told me my grandma saw this doctor and that eased me a little. The lady who called one day was nice to schedule it. I called the next due to going to the emergency room and needing to move my appointment to sooner. The lady answered with “answering service” but it cut out a lot. I figured it was an automated message so I didn’t speak as I was confused. She then said “hello I said answering service” with an attitude. And a very blunt, rude one. As if she was annoyed. I told her “I’m sorry I didn’t hear the first time it was cutting out”. She then said “okay well I said answering service so what can I do for you now” rude. I said “I was calling in regard to getting my appointment reschedule for sooner if available.” She cut me off and then said “ okay we’ll leave a message because they aren’t here yet. Name and number.” I told her “you’re rude” and hung up. I will not be going here. If any place has rude workers, they are bound to be rude to you. I do not feel any confidence in going to this place. And I will not be wanting to give the doctor a chance, as his employee has already made it very clear that I will be treated like garbage. This world needs to do better.

Janie Trahan Came here a handful of times and just went in the other day because I was having some concerns. Karen was very rude, made me feel stupid, did not listen to anything I had to say. She was very loud and made me cry. I have never been treated that way. I paid a $50 copay for nothing because she didn’t do any tests or anything. Just told me there was nothing wrong with me, so now I need to find another doctor that will listen to my concerns. Her poor assistant was very sweet though and so was the case manager.

Jaden Blue I would stay far away from this place. I went in to have a procedure done and the financial screening lady did not do her job at all. She didn’t even get in contact with my insurance company, therefore she said I owed the full price of the procedure upfront. How would you know how much my insurance was going to pay if you never got in contact with anyone. I canceled the appointment because I knew my insurance would cover something. Then she stepped out of her place and told me the procedure is something I “need” because it could lead to cancer. As an administrative employee you have no right to tell someone they to pay for the procedure because if you don’t soon it will lead to cancer. Totally unprofessional I would stay clear of this place.

Vanessa Pina Dr. Rachel was so amazing with my kids, I brought just my 4 month old son in for his checkup but when my daughter started throwing up she made sure to get her checked in right away and checked her as well. When I was attending my daughter she helped me with my son by holding for and caring for him. Hands down one of the best pediatric doctors I’ve ever had!

Emma They dont listen to no concerns you have. They dont make sense at all or respect your wishes. They rude and dont know how to communicate. They think its okay just because they put stuff into MyChart that they dont need to communicate with you. They wont have my service my next pregnancy. Nor with alot more people!!

Kiara Owens terrible experience!! i was referred by a family member so i scheduled an appointment online WEEKS IN ADVANCE! scheduled the appointment for 9:00 am! arrived at 8:40am. checked in, took urine test, filled out paperwork, and waited. and waited and waited!! watched everyone that checked in AFTER me get seen BEFORE me. only time i was called was to take my payment, then was seated to wait again. so i waited and waited. after watching 4 more people that checked in after me get seen before me. even my husband was frustrated and he’s the most patient man i know. went back to the front to see when ill get seen at 10:15 and was asked did i have an appointment like i had just arrived. that was my final straw. asked for my money back and left. i could’ve stayed with the other doctor i was with for all of that. i had questions i was anxious to get answered and i couldn’t even get seen. most unorganized facility ive ever came across. truly disappointing
