Travis George ***Take Note- They do not accept walk-ins*** This practice used to be called Exceed Urgent Care. Apparently they change their name to Exceed Health Clinic and now they are a totally different practice. They used to be a convenient place to get in and out. Im sure their care is exceptional (but not convenient, to be seen as a walk-in).

X Y Z Had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. When patients are late they’re held accountable but when it’s the provider it’s excuses. Everyone is nice but theirs no reason a patient shows up 15 minutes early and isn’t seen until 30min after their appointment time.

Sara May I brought my daughter in with the flu on Dec, 23rd.We came from out of town. The staff was friendly, helpful, got us in quickly, got her feeling as comfortable as possible as fast as possible. The doctor was even kind enough to give her a stuffed animal to take home. It was scary going somewhere new, so far from home but we felt reassured and at ease quickly. The nurse and the receptionist were all wonderful too.

Crystal Session Appointment was October 5, 2023 @ 2pm including lab work for pre-surgery clearance. Results the next morning by 9 AM. Staff was friendly, efficient and the provider was excellent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is needing family services, labs or any medical services. Thx

Linda Jacobs The lady at the receptionist desk was very nice. Ive been to Healthcare Express many times, but this visit I was told that my insurance was out of network and it would be a cash visit. After I had to go to the local ER and wait for 5 hours to be seen I found out I have the flu. I have the same insurance Ive had for years, so not sure whats going on with that. Otherwise, Ive always had a good experience with Healthcare Express

Kelly Hursh Very quick and easy process. The person who contacted me to review my info and get my co-pay was very sweet. The dr for my virtual was extremely friendly. The appointment was quick yet efficient and prescriptions were called in. Will definitely use again in the future for myself and my family members.

Melanie Buttaro I like Dr. Leonard. Shes compassionate and explains things well. Knowing I was stressed, she took time to explain things that I had questions about and did so with thought and understanding. I felt like she related to me well and shes taking my issues seriously.

Hannah Vanderbilt I delivered via c section and most of everything was wonderful. The anesthesiologist was very rude and I’ve never hurt more (actually never hurt after getting a spinal block). The nursing staff were amazing and treated me so well while I was in my vulnerable state. The doctors were amazing and got around in a timely manner. My son was taken care of perfectly. They paid attention to my needs and when they kept coming in with me awake with the baby they took him to the nursery so I could rest. Food was really good, it was like I was ordering from a restaurant and they give you more than enough. My nurses always came in as quietly as possible. They got my IV in one try! And the doctor that delivered my baby did her job so well! This is the fastest I’ve healed from an c section (I’ve had 4) Overall it was a great experience!

Jonathan Scott I’m leaving this review because Dr. Booker and his front desk staff and nurse deserve 10+ stars. I was in a lot of pain and could not sit, stand, or lay down without almost being in tears. Every time I’d exit my car, I almost broke down because my behind hurt so much. Two trips to two different E.R’s nobody had an answer and referred me to a G.I clinic here in town. I couldn’t wait so I walked into that G.I clinic and was told they were booked until mid November. (It’s October 9th at the time). Couldn’t wait. The pain was unbearable and I’ve had a hemorrhoidectomy before several years ago. (This issue wasn’t a hemorrhoid). I was told by that clinic to go to Texarkana Emergency Center to try to get a referral to a Colorectal Surgeon and I did. I walked in with tears and same thing was told to me “I don’t see or feel anything. Let me find you a surgeon”. Dr. Bookers name was on a sheet of paper they gave me and I went straight over to their clinic begging for help and the front desk staff made it happen. Same day appointment, and then three hours later Dr. Booker had me scheduled for surgery within 24 hours as he immediately found out what was wrong. Thank you to everyone there for helping me and getting my issue fixed. It’s not even been 24 hours after surgery and the pain is at a 2 from a 15. Great bedside manners, and listened to me and was very empathetic with my pain. This is the place to go when it comes to your behind. There is no shame as we are all human beings.

C H Dr. Booker is absolutely amazing. His entire staff is awesome as well! Nurse Maggi is a doll and is always super nice ❤️. Love them!

Sharon Ferrell Dr Stussy has been my doctor for probably 20+ years. He is an awesome doctor. I trust him completely. And his nurses do a great job also...they treat you like family!

Shelva Haworth Dr. Stussey is THE best doctor we have ever had! He is never in a hurry to get you in and out. He listens and cares about every issue and takes all of our concerns and questions with the importance they deserve. He is funny, friendly, patient and someone that both me and my husband will open up to about physical and mental health issues. His nurses are top notch also and so patient, friendly and helpful. The little wait that happens is worth it. We would never see anyone else! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Tatyana Mack Just leaving from this raggedy place! My son is 5 and he has diabetes, he had been vomiting something that looks like coffee grounds! So I took him to the hospital. They are more so worried about the diabetes and yes I completely understand however we made it to the hospital around 8:00 something last night only to leave at 3:00 in the morning only to get information ONLY after going off and for the girl who works in the front baby please stay in your lane, who are you supposed to be the musical? I promise it it was the other way around they wouldnt have said anything for YOU! But we walked out with no explanation about anything other than its a virus and that none of the swabs came back with anything (covid, flue) nothing! But to be told to understand when you dont even know what I do for a living is diabolical! I would give not a one star Also because I literally diagnosed my friend who came to see yall and yall told her nothing was wrong with her but she went to another facility and had exactly what I told her she had!

Mika Foshee I use Wadley hospital for all my emergency needs. I even delivered my last child there. My experiences with Wadley have been all around great. They have very compassionate nurses and provided great care for my child and myself. I recommend this hospital to anyone. My only complaint is the waiting time when trying to check into the ER. Although, I’ve heard from several people that this issue has recently been addressed and resolved. I prefer Wadley over the other local hospital. Thanks to all the staff and my special nurses and doctors. They were professional and talkative and friendly, best part last: they knew exactly what they were doing! I always send people your way. Again, thank you!

Blair Ive been coming here for several years and havent had to many issues. They recently expanded there after hours clinic to include Sunday 1-5. I showed up at 1:30 and didnt get into an exam room until almost 3:30. I have never had to wait that long even when Ive come to the after hours clinic on weekdays or on Saturday. Todays experience was totally unacceptable. They tried to blame on the patients because some came in with too many "problems"! There is no excuse for it!! Will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

Big Mama Phillips Soooo...we have been seeing Doctor Stussy for over 20 years and faithfully we have paid our bill. Since Covid and due to us moving, so they have the wrong address, we have been turned down to see the Doctor for 30.00 dollars. I do hope that 30.00 dollars keeps you out of bankruptcy. My husband is 67 years old and needs a well checkup, which is free and fully paid by insurance, but unfortunately we are on tight budget due to retirement so no money until payday. Thanks for the caring nature.

Alma Alaniz Long story short, they dont call you back if you leave a voicemail. Im so mad because I ended having to go up there the next day, waited patiently for an hour, only to still not be seen by anyone. Finally I talked to another receptionist, and she had a message answered in ,not even, 5 minutes. So why wasnt that done to begin with? What did the first receptionist not do that the second did?? Wasted a whole day and half waiting for them.

Angie Fra I will use no one else. He is the absolute best surgeon. Treats you like a human and not some red neck. Very very caring. Texarkana is blessed to have him.

D Hatley Ive been treated poorly! The staff is too busy & Dr. Hayes obviously has a larger practice than his staff can handle! My mother hasnt been prescribed the same dosage of medicine that she had during her rehabilitation stay. Ive tried to get this straightened out for over a month. The nurse wont return my calls. Finally, I went to the office in person to no avail! I keep calling but Monday, Dec. 4th was the final straw; we will be going elsewhere for further treatment!

Jan Rhodes I was very disappointed with a family members experience recently. Other family members have used this group over the years and had good experiences. This was not the case in our familys last encounter. I dont know if there was a miscommunication of the health issue or what caused the poor care. There was no exam by doctor or nurse. The advice came off as dismissive. In fact, the advice is not of use and the person will have to seek other avenues if they want to pursue a treatment or solution. If a patient is at this office there is a good chance they have already been seen by another doctor and referred. It looks like they are at least owed the courtesy of an exam. Based on this recent experience, I would not recommend this practice. I dont leave many reviews for businesses or doctors and dont relish the fact this is a negative one. If you are having success with this group then I am glad for you.

matthew vickers Went and saw David Whitt for my almost 2 year old having severe ear infections. The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and rude to my wife, then when we finally got into the room, David didn’t say hi or anything to us just asked what he could do for us and seemed very annoyed and bothered that we were in front of him. Then when he decided to look into my kids ears, he brought in two nurses to hold him down even though he wasn’t doing anything and left marks on my kids face and hurt him. Then, he talked to my woman like she was stupid when she informed him about how many ear infections he has had. Very disrespectful, very poor bedside manner. Very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone to go to this office.

Ree Pickering Referral from my personal care provider because I have a ear infection. And make sure they except my insurance. On the first visit Dr Whitt prescribed 4 medications and they tested my hearing. I returned a month later with no improvement. Dr Whitt prescribed 3 more medications and an appointment for the next month. This round of meds seem to be working. On my next visit Ill be talking to him about the right type of hearing aid I need. Besides the long waiting room time. 55 minutes. The staff is friendly and leads the way through the labyrinth of hallways.

Aubree Gauldin Truly a terrible experience. The doctor had a God-complex and talked down to me. It wasn’t easy to get to the doctor as I’m a stay at home mom. I was excited to find the root cause of an ongoing issue I’ve been having, after my 2-3 minute visit with the doctor I left with no answers.

All Things Ables My youngest daughter had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Hutcheson. We chose Dr Hutcheson because we had a great experience with him with our oldest daughter. Biggest difference in the two experiences: our oldest daughter received pain medication while our youngest daughter did not. As a mom of 3, I’ve had a lot of scary nights with sick children in my life, I’ve never had a child in so much pain that they are hysterical like I did last night. I have also NEVER had a kid sent home from a medical setting with something as mild as a broken bone without some type of mild pain medication like Tylenol 3. I was in shock when we weren’t sent home with pain medication. I didn’t say anything because I trust good doctors and nurses. I thought the doctors and nurses knew what they were talking about. If any of the medical staff were the parent in this situation, they would be pitching a fit. My daughter can’t follow doctor’s instructions about not coughing and blowing her nose when her pain is so intense that she’s hysterical. This is also a child that can skin her knee and be bleeding and not shed a tear. Past the age of 3, I can think of very few times she has ever cried from any type of pain. I’m in shock at how little Dr Hutcheson and his nurse, Montana, care about the fact that one of their patients is in so much pain over night that she’s hysterical. They informed me that the only way she would get something with a strength similar to Tylenol 3 would be by going to a hospital. I understand the opioid crisis, and I understand needing to tighten up what is being prescribed, but my child crying hysterically for hours in the middle of the night after she has surgery is unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend Dr. Hutcheson, his associates, or the Texarkana Surgery Center after this horrific experience. Not only is their bedside manner lackluster, but their care for the patients post op is horrible.

Scott Daniels Since Dr. Platt left this office has really struggled. Extremely incompetent staff. Cannot perform simple tasks such as sending in prescriptions correctly.Women with attitudes and very poor decision making skills. Dr. Platt is an awesome doctor, but that is the ONLY thing good about this office. Over the years I have had many, many problems with these women getting prescriptions sent in correctly. Absolute horrible staff. Absolutely would not recommend going to this office, especially now with Dr. Platt no longer being there. Cannot stress enough how horrible the women that work there are and how much of a powertrip they are on.

Dixie Lynn Dr Platt is super attentive and explains all Treatments very thoroughly. Leslie is a delight and also very meticulous and well versed at everything she has done for me. I highly recommend them both. That being said I do have to add that Bio-te didnt seem to work for me. Very happy with every cosmetic procedure and scheduling I have had there.

C S I am a patient at this clinic. In the beginning, I couldnt say enough about them. But recently things seemed to have changed, and not for the better. I had a scheduled appointment from six (6)months ago, and all of a sudden my appointment was changed without my knowledge. The only thing I can say now is to not take your current patients for granted, just because youre getting new patients.

Mia Ayers Today was my first appointment and I was completely freaked out about it thinking about heart issues. Once I got to the back my anxiety was out of control and I had to leave and reschedule but Amber Jurek came in and was so nice, completely understanding, comforting, and patient with me. Ashley williams I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews and then being told my appointment would be via zoom. Im glad I continued with the appointment as it did not disappoint. He was very insightful and attentive. I felt heard and like he truly cared. I saw reviews about him trying to push certain medications but this was not my experience. While we did discuss certain medications a few times, I never felt like he was trying to force them. Instead, he respected my wishes to not and encouraged speaking with a therapist. My appointment actually ran over a little late because of the conversation being had. Even though it ran over, I never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. After years of avoiding a psychiatrist/therapy out of fear, I’m glad to have finally made the appointment and I’m thankful for this office.

flying spaghetti monster Sitting in the waiting room while the Dr talks to the drug rep that randomly walked in to chat....during my appointment time. Great, theyre having lunch together. During the visit, the doctor responded to concern of adverse reactions to current medication with the suggestion to try an experimental medicine that my insurance wouldnt cover, and a waiver had to be signed. That was the last time we walked through those doors. Over 6 years later and they cold call over a $9 unpaid bill they never mailed out. Shenanigans! Wished I could give 0 stars.

First the nurse tells me at the beginning of my pregnancy that my pregnancy wasn’t viable just because they feel my Hcg levels were not in the thousands (which is not accurate) at 3 weeks pregnant like are you serious my expected period hadn’t even passed of course not I know what number are good cause I had the same numbers with my son. Now I’m telling them my concern and asking could I come in to make sure my baby has a heart beat just check me with the dang Doppler. And she says I’m not far along to be concerned I’m 16 weeks and 5 days and have suffered from multiple miscarriages. I don’t like genesis prime at all just Unprofessional.

Nick B First, I have been a patient for many years now. Ive always worked with Dr Wages, who I absolutely loved, and enjoyed working with, along with specialist Melinda. The problems that I experienced recently are with the support/administrative staff at this location. I recently had a procedure scheduled and needed to reschedule due to not having a driver available to assist me, which was a requirement. This was the 2nd part of a 2-procedure. I contacted the office and left several messages requesting a revised date for the 2nd procedure. The first msg was left on 11/22/24, @ 2:32 pm, with no return call, 2nd msg left on 11/25/24 at @9:34am, with no return call, 3rd msg left on 12/2/24@10:52am, 4th msg left 12/2/242@2:06pm, never rec’d return calls. I never received a return call, totally confusing because I had just received the first part of my procedures on 11/19/24. Dr Wages and staff at the surgery center were wonderful. Today 12/5/24, still no return calls. I drove to the office to find out why I had not received a return call with a rescheduled date. The responses that I received were more of the same. The staff who responded to my questions/concerns had no answers. The front desk staffer left the desk on several occasions to talk to someone who did not provide answers to my questions/concerns when she returned. I could not understand why, I was not entitled to a professional conversation with a knowledgeable staffer who could address my concerns. After deciding, that Id had enough of this treatment (never experienced before today), I was heading to the door, and someone yelled out my name. I spoke to a staff member who just stated "You can reschedule your procedure", I attempted to explain that I had called 4 times requesting to reschedule, left four msgs, and recd no return calls. The staffer responded, "l dont know why, I was not here," (a totally unacceptable response for me and representing Precision as well). Again, previously, this has never happened to me, but while writing this review and reading other related reviews, something has definitely changed with the administrative/support staffers. I should look into visiting another pain mgmt clinic to get the services I once received from Precision; as it relates to the administrative/support staff. I do not have the confidence I once received from knowledgeable staffers. Still, moreover, I received information from what appeared to be nonchalant staffers as it relates to rescheduling 2nd-procedure, insurance requirements, etc. I sincerely hope that Dr. Wages and the support staff supervisor have the opportunity to read this review and other related documents and make necessary changes in the office. I am not interested in receiving boilerplate language responses which will not change the matter at hand. Thanks.

LaDonnia Fowler Since Dr. Wages left, this place has went down hill fast. I have tried for OVER a month and a half to just get a return phone to set up a procedure. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has even attempted to return my call..

Lorraine Nickell My husband has had 2 shots here, both only relieving his pain temporarily. When he went back Dr. Brown suggested an ablation, so he scheduled that. As we were leaving Dr. Wages thought that wouldnt work in his situation. He also said he would talk to Dr. Brown and get back with us. 1 1/2 months went by and we didnt hear anything, so my husband called and canceled. He called back to get another shot and was told once again that they would talk to the Dr and get back with him, still NO CALL!! When I called back this morning I was told, yes, he can get another shot, but they want him to come in for another visit first. This place is so unprofessional, we are very disappointed and will look elsewhere for help. All they are is about how much money they can make on insurance!

John Bridges I have been an established patient at the Texarkana center with several procedures having been done in an orderly timeframe until recently. I have been trying to get an apppintment for 2 months. It does not good to leave a message as nobody returns the call. That and Dr Fite leaving will probably be the cause for me to seek help elsewhere. I have seen the responses to call the 903-592-6000, I have, and the appointment desk still does not answer.

Laura Carter Dr Contreras and his staff are excellent . They always explain things to you . We drove 300 miles to see Dr Contreras because he is an excellent surgeon. He fixed my neck and I would highly recommend him for your healthcare needs.. Blair is an awesome nurse. She always gets back to you in a timely manner and explains everything to you. I couldnt ask for anyone better. Thank you Dr Contreras and his nurse Blair.

Dave Rodgers My wife had a surgery and we stayed the weekend. I went to use the restroom down the hall since her room commode had a “hat” in it and saw this. I’ve seen truck stops with cleaner bathrooms! DO BETTER!!!

ASH After weeks of debilitating pain I hauled myself to this ER. Some of the most uninformative and unprofessional employees Ive ever encountered. Lack of empathy and knowledge of whats going on. I am in recovery for a eating disorder and due to nerve damage was unable to get out of bed for weeks. This resulted is severe dehydration and and back injury. I was made to feel like "its in my head" and pure anxiety. Its important to note Ive been treated for years in Vegas with physical therapy and never had a problem. The ER did not have a doctor available which was highly upsetting. I was never advised I wouldnt see the doctor. They attempted to discharge me without communicating any findings. They administered antibiotics without telling me why. I cant remember her name but an older nurse was the only staff member to show any empathy. She had to remind her what I can only assume to be a trainee that she was supposed to introduce herself to me and tell me my results. My experience left me concerned for my well-being. I will be monitoring the bill and fighting anything that doesnt make sense. This hospital is understaffed and scarily unqualified. Two younger nurses behaved as if they were snotty teenagers being your classic "mean girl" I plan on making a video in depth about my experience as I do have a following on social media. People need to be warned of this hospital that is clearly on here to charge up peoples insurance. They prescribed me medications I already have that are not working hence why Im in the ER. If 1 single individual spoke to me they might have known that.

Lori Smith I went to the ER with chest pains. Having had one heart attack already with a stent put in (Dr Douglas S Black) I felt it necessary to go. I was taken back immediately and the nurses and DR were very kind and concerned about me. I will not hesitate to return to Wadley ER should the occasion calls for it.

Brian Francis I went in there barely able to walk 10 ft without fainting, extreme fatigue in my legs, arms and my whole body for that matter. I had blood tests from the St. Michael Portal on my phone to look at plus am very knowledgeable about my own health, body and condition, such as seeing the specialist I see for this or that.....in this case stage 4 cirrhosis. The Dr. was pissed because I couldnt pee for an hour and I knew he wanted the bed and didnt do anything to help me. He lied about my new blood work, saying everything was normal while mentioning arenal failure in the same breath. All these factors that were way to high or low on the 8th that I had on my Portal, he said was normal. Such as my liver enzymes. That was definitely a lie. They havent been normal in 2 years. He lied about the potassium and others saying everything was normal. Ill never set foot in your hospital or any hospital again!!!!

Justin Fairless They need more personnel for their office staff or their current staff needs some re-training. Here’s my experience with Texas Gastroenterology Consultants: Thursday February 1st, I called to set up appointment after an ER visit. The staff informed me that they only accept referral patients (even though my insurance doesn’t require it.) I go to the primary care doctor and get a referral. My referral was sent over from my primary care doctor on a Friday February 2nd, when I asked if they had received it, they told me to re-check on Monday. Monday, Feb 5th arrives and they tell me they might have it on the fax, but won’t be able to check until Friday, February 9th, since they have so many faxes coming in. I double check with my primary care doctor and have them send another copy, just in case the first one did not go through. Friday the 9th arrives, and the Texas Gastro office staff tells me they didn’t receive it and gives me the busy fax song and dance, so I ask them if I can hand deliver my referral instead and they say that works for them. Monday February 12th, I hand deliver the referral paperwork and they tell me it will be a few days. When my primary care doctor checked in with me to see if I had gotten an appointment, I told them everything that I’ve written here. My primary care calls their office and the front staff tells my primary care doctor that they have not received my referral (this is after I had already hand delivered it!) I STILL have not heard back from them and it’s been a full business week. At this point I’ve given up and made an appointment with another GI doctor, which is a shame because I’ve heard Dr. So is really great. TLDR: Good luck getting an appointment. **Edit** About 2 hours after posting this review, I received a call from their office and got an appointment but decided to keep my appointment with the other GI Doctor.

Sandy Smith I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the cancellation of my appointment on January 3, 2025, which occurred AFTER I had already arrived at the office. This experience was both inconvenient and unprofessional. I had scheduled this appointment well in advance, ensuring I could prioritize my time accordingly. Upon arriving at 7:45 am for an 8:00 am, appointment, I was greeted with locked doors. After I was finally admitted into the building, by I was informed by the staff that the appointment had been canceled. I had performed a cleanse the day prior to my appointment, as instructed, which was uncomfortable to say the very least. Unfortunately, I had not been notified in advance, which left me unable to make alternate arrangements or avoid unnecessary travel and preparation. Do not waste your time at this business.

Kimi Went in with issues, doctor talked to me for less than 3 minutes before scheduling me a colonoscopy. Went to the pharmacy to pick up prep- they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Then when I called to get it sent to the correct one, it was the wrong thing. Then I went in for my scheduled colonoscopy- only to find they didn’t actually ever schedule it. THEN when they got that sorted out, I found out my insurance did not cover it. Wouldn’t a normal place check that kind of thing? Nightmare from start to finish. (Btw- never got the colonoscopy. Thanks for your help guys!)

Richard Boitnott Really top notch operation. Very friendly staff. Ive read some of the other reviews about lack of responsiveness, but my wife got a call within 2 days of getting a referral from her NP. Lance the anesthesiologist is super friendly. Does a great job of explaining what is going to happen. Dr. Sol ( my wife) and Dr. Cozart (me) have always taken the time to explain the results of the procedure. If you gotta get it done, this is the place.

Fantasia Tidwell Now usually I dont do this buut I think this draws the line. My 16 yr old brother has been sick for close to over two weeks now to his stomach cant hold anything down all that stuff. He went yesterday bc his dr said if its not just the normal virus itll last longer than a day or two. So he came here to the er department and waited about an HR til he went back and 3 DIFF people to come in and try to draw blood in FOUR DIFFERENT places. HE WAS SO DEHYDRATED THEY COULD NOT START AN IV ON HIM. They THEN carried onto have my VERY DEHYDRATED16yr old brother wait another FOUR TO FIVE HOURS. Aafter those 430 hrs of waiting and no help he told them they werent trying to stick him with another needle then to wait a few more minutes and decided to just leave. I EXPECTED better service and experience seeing that his drs xray and blood tests all came BACK ALL NORMAL. Sooo whats up with that??

Her name was ashĺey on the 4th floor. She did bring towels and a tub so we could wash them ourselves. Thats what they get paid for not to help the patient. Go to wadley.

Scheduled the appointment for my husband when I spoke to the first lady that scheduled the appointment she was very nice I explained to her that I wasnt sure what the insurance number was. but that I would bring in the paperwork the day of the appointment. Today I get a missed call from the clinic asking for a call back with the insurance information. I called and spoke to Michelle and she was very rude. I explained what I explained to the original person I spoke to and she told me to calm down. I dont know how much more calm I could of been seeing as I wasnt upset and speaking in a normal tone. I had my husband call back since he had the insurance card on him and she was very rude to him as well cut him off as he was speaking and then hung up on him after he provided her with the information. It Immediately gave red flags. So I canceled the appointment and will find a different Dr for him. Its a shame that you have someone at this facility that clearly does not enjoy her job or want to be there.

Victoria Eubanks I don’t make reviews much, but I absolutely had to with Texarkana care clinic. I do not have health insurance and I’m currently unable to work full time due to my illness. So I don’t have much money. I had a place on my back that I thought might be cancer, so I frantically looked around on Google and came across TCC. I called them and the front desk associate was more than willing to answer all my questions. I made an appointment, and gave some information. Day of appointment I walked in, filled out some paper work and was taken back pretty quickly by how great this place is. (Front desk was so nice!!) I met the nurse I think her name was Amy, and she was outstanding! I thought she was actually the physician! My Dr. Klark Kent (literally coolest names ever) came in to see me and right off the bat was super friendly and knowledgeable. I can really tell he loves his job!! All of my concerns were addressed and tended to. My blood was drawn by the phlebotomist and she was extremely nice and got a draw on the first poke!!! I can go on and on about this facility. I’m so blessed and grateful to have found them. I will be seeing Courtney for my mental health soon, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about her too. 10/10 recommend!!!! They will work with you and your needs to help as much as they can!!!

I normally see Ms. Tracy but this time I had Dathan! And let me tell you he is one of the nicest people I have met up there male wise. He was a nice gentleman and even kept me laughing. Michele Champoux-Ray Since my sons doctor relocated, Dr. Tobey has been his assigned doctor. After being told that his meds were being transferred, nothing has been refilled. His nurse will not return phone calls. It is cruel and inhumane to cut off behavioral meds like that! I would give a negative amount of "stars" if I could. Do not take your child to this place!

Mike Norwood Doctor Thomas shouldnt be relied on to diagnose anything more serious than a common cold. My Father had a fall working in his garden at the age of 77. Doctor Thomas never even x-rayed him after my Father complained about back pain. He never investigated any further, even though my Father lost about 30 lbs. in the 3 month period that followed and recommended that my Father go to a Chiropractor for relief of his back pain. Thomas prescribed an appetite stimulant to help with my Fathers appetite. It never crossed Dr. Thomass mind that there may be an underlying cause of the back pain and appetite loss. After several trips to Dr. Thomas with no help at all, a trip to the emergency room revealed that my Dad had Pancreatic Cancer and it had spread throughout his abdomen. It took an ER Doctor about 30 minutes to do what Dr. Thomas never was able to do in several months of his "care". Beware!

Meghann Dobbs Glad she helped some lady find a neurologist.. she left that up to us because she simply did not care to do her job. She belittles her patients and fails to listen. Coming from a family of nurses, bedside manner means A LOT and I am no stranger to health care. To just let someone have seizures and NOT HELP them is cruel and she needs to lose her license.

Christa Pifer Shes kind, friendly, sweet, and tries to help in any way possible. She quickly found and sent me to a neurologist and dermatologist which I desperately needed. I hope with her moving Ill still be able to see her. Highly recommend her.

Joyce Giles I have been a patient of Dr.Jordan since 2001. She is a very caring person, will talk to you and explain things in layman terms for you to understand. She is never in a rush when when checking you for what is bothering you..

S. Wright Dr. Claudia Jordan Is the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. She brushes off your questions and/or remarks. Keeps her face buried in the chart and doesnt make eye contact with you. She does NOT LISTEN OR CARE about your issues. If you need a conscientiously competent physician in Texarkana, Tx run away from this person as fast as possible. Also, treats state elderly or fragile patients with no respect or dignity because she assumes you cant stick up for yourself.

Jessica Waldie This woman is the worst Dr. I have ever encountered. She had no concern for her patients health. She wants the money and thats it. I was completely shocked at how little she pays attention to detail and forces her patients to go to the er because she isnt doing her job. This woman should not be allowed to be a Dr. Do not go to this woman if you want a good experience. Terrible environment she creates!!

teresa moore The ER was chaotic, disorganized, taking vitals in the waiting room with everyone standing around, did my EKG in the front office. Needs an isolation area for folks throwing their guts up and moving from chair to chair. And took me 6 hours to get in and out.

Shataevia Hunter This place is awful! They never answer the phone. I have been requesting records from them for days now. When I do call it asks me to leave a voicemail and that they will call back. Then they don’t call back for hours or days. I spoke with a lady that told me she would email me a form to get my records from them and she still has yet to do this. I can’t be seen at a doctor elsewhere until this is taken care of. I am far along in my pregnancy and am type 1 diabetic. I have moved to a new town and can’t get any care because these people are taking so long and giving me the run around. This is devastating. I’m so worried about my pregnancy and these people just don’t care.

Derek Harrington They never answer the phone. When I was 9 months pregnant they measured my baby at 4 pounds but when I had her (same day because she was a stillborn) she was almost 8. The male doctor put his fingers in to check my cervix with no gloves. On top of that him and the nurse was rushing and pushed me down and pull my legs apart and made me really uncomfortable and stressed me out. The same male doctor was drunk and smelt like straight alcohol. If you don’t have to go here then don’t.

Kayla Mercer I made an appointment with them and got rescheduled because of their inability to inform me about paperwork that I was told over the phone while making my appointment I wouldnt need to fill out since Ive already been seen here, and the front desk ladies proceeded to extremely rude and matter of fact when they could see I was annoyed. I was not rude to them, it was just annoying they made me do a urine sample when 2 minutes later they informed me I could just leave. Then the lady continued to reiderate the importance of being there 30 minutes early in a rude tone when no one told me to get there early in the first place. Ive been rescheduled but I am definitely going to be looking for another place before that appointment.

Moonquake Everyone that works here is really helpful and sweet. Theyve been very patient and understanding even though Ive missed appointments. Ive gone here for years and never had a bad experience. Doctor Cox and all the ladies that work here have taken good care of me.

Jim Gaines Very pleased. Took my mother as a new patient when she moved to town. Everyone was very receptive, was able to get an appointment same week. Great staff, good doctors, great communication. They listened very carefully, were very detailed in their examination, and receptive to both patient and family. There was a light patient load so everything went quickly. Just got a same-day (2 hours) appointment for an acute problem, so Im still quite satisfied.

Kristi v You have an appointment and they may see you an hour later after your sitting in the waiting room. I do not recommend this facility because of the disregard they have for your pain and can never get your medicine right if you leave a message and they call you back usually the nurses are very rude Im going to find another PCP this place has turned to the dumps.

crazydarkness NEVER see Nguyen! They sent a stroke victim in major pain that was told by the hospital to see their doctor (who this isn’t even their doctor, just another one at UMAS!) to get help & Nguyen basically just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. His actual doctor is Dr. Diaz, & while he is very good at what he does, I’m appalled to find that he’s not taking care of his longtime patients without any warning! The appointment makers have never failed to disappoint, as they are ALWAYS rude and talk down to you - often in that saccharine-sweet mean-girl voice. Appointments were always late even if you were the very first person of the day & sometimes even canceled for no reason. I honestly don’t know if I would recommend a doctor here because the last few visits have been bad to worse! I’ve left the main doctor a note (because they actually expected him to wait for an hour and half in a pandemic that’s back on the rise with no distancing) and if the doctor actually calls back and resolves this issue I might change my review a bit - but as it stands for sure do NOT recommend Dr. Nguyen (spelling based on one of the check-in ladies, so if it’s wrong somehow that shows way more than I could ever say).
