Dorathy Salo By far the worst acrylic nails Ive had.Ive kept acrylic nails for almost 15 years. I just moved to Highlands and this place rated well but I will never be back and would recommend that everyone stear clear. 3 of my quicks are still sore from her hitting them repeatedly with the drill. The top coat is up and over the skin. One is already popping and this is only day 3. The guy who did my toes did well.

I ALWAYS make an appointment & I have NEVER had to wait just walk in and get started I am All about customer service and they are TOTALLY On Point.. They can do any type of Specialty Nails design, Art, you want it theyll get it done.

Jezebel James Having a free weekend, I decided to treat myself to a manicure and was lucky enough to have Jasmine do it for me. I must say I was so pleased! Jasmine does her nails with all her heart and passion. Always my first choice !

ali schal I got my nails done with Lily and I was extremely satisfied! She was very professional and meticulous in every step. The nails were beautiful, durable and the color was very standard. The salon space was also very comfortable and the staff was friendly. It is truly a place worth visiting and experiencing !

Mallory Musick (Part 1)I had the most awful experience. Do not come here. I had not great experiences in the past coming here, but on 1/23/25 really topped the cake. I came in around 4:56PM to request a mani & pedi for an upcoming social event. I showed a woman a photo of nails THEY DID & POSTED ON THEIR FACEBOOK. A man, I believe his name was ‘Bobby’ came up to me. He smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. He kept questioning my color choice, and wanted me to change it. I asked if they did not offer the color they have posted on their Facebook, he did not answer, but urged me to change it. So, I did. I wasn’t trying o cause any issues. We proceed with the services. I noticed that Bobby was very sloppy on the nail application, and also kept missing to put color on the sides of the nail. There was also still wet polish, which I was confused of why there was polish when it was an acrylic set. I saw him TOUCH THE WET POLISH, looked at his finger, and proceeded to wipe it away. I did not immediately tell him all the errors I was seeing due to I have had my nails done in the past, and they would fix any issues towards the end. Though, when I realized it was coming to an end and he made no effort to fix any issues he saw I finally spoke up. I do have very bad anxiety, and speaking up on services like this is very hard for me. But, I could see what the set of nails was about to look like, and it was something not at all I wanted. When I did speak up, he started to try to say he couldn’t fix them. That it was my fault I waited to tell him. I did not raise my voice at him, and I started to address just the issues with the polish & where on one of my fingers the color had a whole gap. He said he couldn’t fix them, and if he did he would have to remove the whole set. Another woman, the same from earlier. I’m unsure if that was his partner, due to in the beginning of the service she kept sitting close to him, and showing photos that were on her phone. She came over, and obviously could see my nails were a mess. Polish was all over my cuticles and in-between on the sides. Clumped fuzz was caked in the polish. There were parts of the polish that were just bumpy/pilled up. During this time, I was not talking, because of how uncomfortable I felt. The man, after conversing with the female slammed his Dremel on the cart very loud. He stormed off cursing, leaving very stunned people. This all occurred where three other individuals were also getting services done while I was there. He came back a few minutes later and angrily was clipping off my nails, during the process he actually clipped me twice on my skin. He left right after the humiliating, and embarrassing situation that I endured. The happened a little before 6:25PM. And, I unfortunately did cry. My anxiety was at a all time high, and couldn’t even leave due to them removing the rest of the tattered remains of acrylic and polish. Multiple workers came up to me telling me they were sorry for his behavior. I simply turned my heard away to have to sit their still, while my hands felt like they were being mutilated. They kept hitting the Dremel on the cuts he made. Put my hands in what I believe was acetone to soak off the rest. Which, burned greatly. Than, kept going over my nails with the Dremel that were now very sensitive and felt like they were burning from what felt was the heat from the Dremel. I wanted to leave. I kept insisting that I would like to go home. I repeated multiple times I would just like to pay for my feet and go. Another woman, who I thought felt sorry for me insisted she would do my nails, and as she said “free of charge”, “no cost for the nails”. I told her as well that I just wanted to go home. I already was even more ashamed that my emotions were high for me, and I was crying in public. She kept insisting. So, I just allowed it. She was being very kind, and appeared she wanted to fix the issues the other man caused. I was approached by another male individual who questioned why I cried. Though, I’m not going to sit there and explain anxiety and PTSD issues.

rose harrison I was in town for my granddaughters birthday, and stumbled upon this lovely nail salon. Jason was wonderful with my 13 year old, he was patient and talked with her about what she wanted. Ken was amazing he has never done a mardi gras design but he did a wonderful job. I will definitely return when I come back to visit my grandkids. Thank you Ken and Jason for a wonderful experience.

Ag Ki Marie (Kiki) I don’t get pedicures bc i have only ever had bad experiences… but my friend convinced me to try this place and OMG it completely changed my opinion of the process! Alex, my technician, was amazing! Let me tell you… wow.. like for real! Love this salon. Great environment, professional, affordable, and skilled! Try it out and you will be convinced

jackie Thornton Stopped in randomly for a pedicure at 6 on a Friday night. Only one in there so I was a little skeptical. But it was absolutely amazing!! Did notice my heels were still a little rough but nothing like they were! Would definitely go back!

Kevin McElroy Do not, I repeat, do not buy one of their memberships. I bought a six month membership for my wife. She went during that time and then stopped going because the membership was up. The only problem is they automatically renewed it and we had no idea. That is on us because we didn’t catch automatic withdrawals. However, I recently caught it and went to their location to discuss it. The spa coordinator was not available, but I was promised I would receive a phone call. It’s been two weeks and I still have not received a phone call. If this is not resolved, I will also be posting reviews on Facebook, yelp, etc.

May Day I see Ms. Stacy for a Swedish massage and she does amazing things to my knotted muscles and all the ladies are fabulous and knowledgeable. The services are reasonably priced and I thoroughly enjoy going here. They even make my stubby nails look amazing

Emily Elizondo Went in to get pedicures with my mom and sister. We were excited to have a girls day since my mom came from out of town. BEFORE we even went into the salon we asked how much it was for a pedicure. They stated $30. We got FOUR pedicures (#2 - $37) Once they tallied up the total she said $51 for each pedicure. Which made no damn sense! My niece who is 11 got one. We asked why it was $51 and they could not give us an explanation. We told them exactly what we wanted and they definitely took advantage and overcharged us. If you look at my pictures this is definitely not worth a $50 pedicure. The nail polish isn’t even or cleaned up, I also asked the lady 3/4 times to do an overlay since some of my toe nails were shorter. The lady who was doing my toes said “no it’s okay” how are you going to tell me how I want my toes! Horrible experience We will not be going back.

Ashley Villegas I have been going here for years but over the years that have gotten so bad. I went on on 10/7/24 didnt like the shape or the nails I got wetness back to have them fixed. They fixed the shape but now my nails look like they have grown out already and its only been a day. I will be going somewhere else to have them fixed or removed and getting a whole new set. I will not be going back.

Jenny holguin I don’t get my nails done often. First time coming to this place. The lady named Jennifer did my nails. I expected her to clean or cut my cuticles. So I thought maybe she would do them eventually and by the time I remembered it was too late. So I thought ok not a big deal. But now I realize if I run my fingers through my hair the nails get caught because they were placed over my cuticle. It was around $60. They looked ok. But now two days after I got them done I realize this was a very poor job.

aliyah jenkins Personally had a great experience here, came in at 5:40 and was able to get a pedicure right then, did a great job and thorough. Definitely not a luxury nail salon but they do just as good as others I’ve been too!

Narrin Rai Im so disappointed. I had gone to this salon several times before I got sick. They were always very polite. Did good work and great prices. In the last month I went twice. They were very rude, especially the man. They refused to do what i wanted. There were numerous mistakes , not going up to the cuticle. Acrylic going all down the sides. When the man filed my nails he cut me and had me bleeding yet still didnt get the excess off the sides. I asked for coffin shape and did not get it. The last time i called back to ask how much it would be to pay to fix them and do another top coat with the uv because they were very rough, not smooth at all. The man refused even though I was going to pay. I dont know what changed in the last year but they are not the same. I hate making this review because I loved going there. I had to go to star nail to get my nails fixed and theyre a million times better. I hope they go back to how they used to be. Very nice and doing the nails right and what you ask for. Makes me very sad

ALICIA DOWDY I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years, but this is the rudest nail tech I have ever met or experienced. Was on my way to an event and my nail broke. I snuck in here to get my nail replaced. The lady in the front did not mind doing it, but the guy told her no. He then turned to me and told me "Go back where you got them done, we are not fixing somebody else problem". I was not asking for a handout. I would have paid whatever they ask for. This was a horrible experience and I would never go in this place for any type of service in the future.

This was false advertising and a waste of my time. Employees also refused to contact the owner, stating that he doesnt talk to them.

Ashley Rodriguez Honestly, I’ve been at this place two times. The first time i got a simple shellac done on my nails. They came out well. However, when i returned the second time, i asked them for full set, almond shaped nails with acrylic powder. No design, no complex colors or shapes, just a simple solid color. First of all, their colors are misleading. They look solid on the sample but It ended up being soooo transparent so they ended up having to put nail polish over my powder -_- Second, the staff doesn’t want to listen!! I asked so many times over and over again to cut my nails shorter and the nail tech refused! I asked for a solid color but the staff kept pushing and pushing for a transparent one. It was problem after problem with no help. My nails now look so TACKY thanks to the nail tech who refused to cut my nails shorter and insisted they stay long. Definitely not worth my money. They are unorganized, they get angry easily, and they offer no help whenever they mess up. Never going there again. Spend your money somewhere else!!!

YourDone Went in during happy hour for a pedicure. I had su to service me she did great although she left one of my toe nails a bit crooked. The massage was all I was worried about. &she painted my toenails pretty and calm.

Teri Daniel I went to A1 Nails with my daughter and three granddaughters this evening and disappointed would be and understatement. My daughter asked for a simple line Christmas tree that looks like a snake, one granddaughter got the worst crooked set of nail and the tech cut her cuticle and used acrylic powder to stop the bleeding and the youngest granddaughter asked for a reindeer on one nail and even after repeatedly asking for the design they didnt do it! We will definitely never be back.

Mz Diva Quick, and she was gentle didnt hurt my nails. The only thing I didnt like is I told her I wanted regular nail polish and I picked it out, she said let me get you a better polish and it was gel, trying to upsell me and didnt even tell me. I fell for the okie doke!! Lol.

Dana Hill I had been coming here for years for a pedicure. I had stopped getting my nails done here and decided to go elsewhere because the nails would snap off one by one within a few days. I made a appointment this past Tuesday for a pedicure and decided I would give them another try on nails after years. For the nails I needed a nail fixed and a refill. On Friday of the same week, the "New" nail broke. Same exact experience from years ago which made me stopped getting my nails done there. I reached out to Liem to see if I could come get the nail fix and he said I was to much trouble, which is rude and he didnt want to do my nail instead of making it right. They want your money and when you politely let him know there is a issue they have a problem with it. I never ever complain. They sit and talk about people in Chinese. You know when people are being talked about because the one they talking to will look at the customer. They need to do better and be more customer oriented. I have seen less and less people in there and the other places packed. Wont be back. Update: The very next day Saturday another nail flies off. Two in less than 1 week. I have not experienced this at other Nail Salons!

Dee My experience here was not good AT ALL. When I walked in I showed what I wanted. I was assured that they understood and could do it. I sat down and the begin to work on my feet and hands. The moment the woman started filling my nails she stopped and goes oh wait this is powder( mind you I asked for the same thing already on my nails a overlay) so now the price Jumps from 45 to 62. The shape she couldn’t get so she KEPT filling down my natural nails. At this point I’m holding back tears. To top it off the girl doing my feet was moving so fast I had to keep asking her to fix/or do more as she was basically rushing through missing so much. Soon as she was done she sat and started doing her own nails. I felt so uncomfortable in this place. My service was rushed and definitely not worth what I paid. Also I told her one of my nails was really thin and she said no it’s not and continued to work. I would not recommend this place unless you know a specific person and trust that they will provide the service you pay for.

Ashtyn Sattelmaier This place was absolutely TERRIBLE! I don’t typically go here but wanted to stay close to home rather than traveling across town. Not only did they ruin my nails by filing too much & ruining the shape, they irritated my skin so bad from the files & drill, I went home crying. I immediately put Hydrogen Peroxide on them and felt like my fingers were on fire and then followed it with Neosporin.Even the “paint” job itself looks sloppy. My boyfriend called up to complain but they wouldn’t tell us the guys name that did my nails & he didn’t have a name tag on when I went. While talking to a lady, he told her we wanted to speak to him, she got his attention & spoke to him in English, and then once he was on the phone he quite literally pretended he couldn’t understand my boyfriend. The guy wore glasses and gel in his hair to make it raise off his head, blue shirt with a polo shirt underneath. I genuinely do not understand how they have 4.3 stars unless the employees go rate themselves or something to make themselves look good. I’m used to a couple knicks here & there but have never been in so much pain over a nail job. Absolutely absurd. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. They were just taken and I got them done yesterday.

Blanca Machuca Stay far away from this so called nail salon. This was my first time there and never again. I asked for shellac and she gave me dipped nails. I picked out a pastel pink and she said this one was better. She cut me 4 times and I was there almost 2 hrs just for my nails to come out like chicklet gums taped to my fingers. I complained and said I did not like them and the other nail technician wanted to fix them or have me come back. I declined both and asked for a discount she told me the total was going to be $30 but charged my card $42. Please don’t waist your time and money there.

Jada Rayy This was my second time going to Baytown Nails & Spa last week and I asked for David after reading through the reviews & he did EXACTLY what I wanted!! David not only did my nails exactly how I wanted but he took his time on each nail! Definitely will be seeing him again !! The place was really clean, friendly staff & they even gave me a complimentary snack & water ! 10/10

Victoria Guerra It had been a while since I was last here and have had better experiences before today. I went in to get a pedicure but was not comfortable with finishing with my service. When the lady went to remove the gel polish from my nails the sanding band was frayed and falling apart and all she did was flip it to the other side which pretty much looked the same. I should have said something and left right then but did not :(. I then got a couple of cuts on some of my toes then I finally decided to tell her I had to go. She offered to have me pay the full service and come back at a later time which I did not want to do. She proceded to charge me $34. I asked her multiple times if that was the correct price ( I had asked for their classic pedicure which was $29 including polish which I did not get) and reminding her that I did not get the full service. The owner Vivian was at the front and did not intervine. I paid the $34 but will not be going back.

He takes his time and is eager to please his clients. I started growing my nails in September of 2017 and he has taken care of them up until now. JaNiyha Leblanc DO NOT GO HERE. They charge way too much and your nails will pop off within a week. I have been staying at home which my sister for a whole week doing nothing and one nail is already completely gone. Plus the rest of my nails are lifting. When I called all she could do was say I’m sorry then proceeds to tell me they can take them off for free and charge me more for another set. This is terrible I didn’t even get my money’s worth. A sorry and a solution would have been better now I’m out of $40 dollars. Then on top of that the length that it’s at is not worth $40 she had already started and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt NEVER AGAIN THEU GET NO BUSINESS FOR A REASON.

Ivonne De Arco Wendy is the perfect balance between having girl talk and silence while relaxing and getting your nails done. Shes so funny, gave off a good vibe, and delivered with what I wanted on my nails. I thought the final price was a bit pricey than what was originally quoted. I had not been informed of the price per multiple colors at the beginning, but didnt mind spending so much this time since it had been months that I had gotten my nails done again. I look forward to getting my mails done here again

Andie went in to get a full set and pedicure both french manicures and spent $155! the pedicure was perfect but the full set is absolutely atrocious. to start i didn’t even get a pink base as requested, some of the arches are uneven along with multiple bumps in the coat, there is hair in MULTIPLE nails and polish all over my hands! if you want a great pedicure this is your place but do not go here if you want a french full set !

KS Have been coming here for about a year and have not been disappointed. Everyone always does a great job on the pedis. And for my full set, Vincent has always treated me right. His work is always so clean and pays attention to detail. My sets always look natural… on days that he is not available I have tried other people and have not been disappointed either. Crystal Castro Got treated for my birthday. The nail tech was rushing through my whole nail experience. I had to go back because one of the nails had a gash in it and the manager had her repaint them all. But I had told them I wanted colored powder (acrylic) they insisted on shellac. After the redid them they did look some what better. The next day however they nail polish started chipping... one finger chipped bad. I couldnt got in that day because it was prom for my nephew and we were busy. There next day was my birthday... they were busy and couldnt really fit me in in my time frame.. so I got stuck with these nails for my birthday. They need to lower the prices for the techs they have. My pedicure was PERFECT though. Ivy is THE BEST! The nails in these photos havent even been on for a week.

Mr. Lock explained all the services they provide with a very like family attitude. Had just moved to the area and felt right at home. Tracy and Ton provided calm and relaxing yet engaging conversation as well as drink options. Definitely recommend!!!

k D I usually have a great experience although today there was miscommunication from the owners to the nail technician. I asked for mani pedi, mani with buffed nails. Apparently that was not relayed to the nail tech so when I said to her I also asked for a mani she was unaware and I could feel her irritation. She even said something to the owners in their language, it was evident they were discussing her irritation which led to my half ass manicure that I paid 20$ for. Not acceptable, unsure if I shall return.

Maywess Francis Loved this place not sure who the lady was that was working on my daughters nails but she is amazing was very gentle with them. They didnt have no cuts on there fingers afterwards and they loved it. The only thing I really didnt like is the pricing they charged adult price for my kids nails.

Stephanie Sharp Went in for an overlay with shellac polish and the guy did not even use the light machine. The application of the shellac was horrible he continued to as coats without letting it dry and, when I questioned him about not having the light he stated "this is how we do it here!" Then when it came time for my shellac finish top coat he used regular clear top coat.... I did ask about that to he said "this is what I have at my station!" By they time I was done and had my card out to pay which he grabbed that from me quick and then I noticed the application had smugged in several places so I asked if he could fix it he proceeded to argue with the ladies that worked there as well and then turned to me and said "have a good day!" Then gave me his back..... I was so shocked and upset that I went straight to nails of America on garth so that they could fix my nails.

Susan Scarborough Wonderful experience! They use fresh alovera. The massage chair you sit in while they work is great. Did a great job massaging my feet and legs. Very reasonable prices. Nancy and Tam were terrific!!!

Breeanna Arceneaux I usually do not have any problems with this facility until now. When I went in, the lady asked what I wanted and I told her a manicure. She was asking questions like how you want your manicure, the shape, and size which was fine. But when the nail technician was starting on my nails, she started doing it incorrectly. I stopped her to explain again what I wanted. She did do what I wanted, but she was rough to where she made one of my nails bleed. I wish they can improve on their communication skills.

Shelby Kralovetz Best set of nails I’ve ever had. Peter was so gentle and took so much time on them making sure they didn’t have humps and look bulky which every set I’ve ever had has. I mean the most relaxed time of my life. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!!

R Price Employees are helpful and I can find most products (not all) that I need, but the lighting is not good. When you’re trying to find the right tone of powder and/or foundation, (summer sun changing skin tone) once you try the product at home with better lighting. You discover it not right, it’s frustrating to say the least that you cannot exchanges the product, might as well go to Walmart.

Audrey Shankle First, I am not a fan of the majority who own beauty supply stores in minority neighborhoods. This visit- like many others- left an unpleasant perception of how the the group preceives me and my group. I try to stay away from these places but due to convenience, I stopped by. The two staff members were not friendly. I asked a question about specific products but was met with a dry unknowledgeable response by the cashier. I walked the entire store two times before I was asked if i needed assistance by the person on the floor. During my turnabouts, I felt as though I was "watched" instead of helped or informed about products. I will not be visiting again.

Cherie S. I was looking to buy quite a few wigs. Since I don’t get much time to do this between work and family, I decided to go there after work. When I first entered the store, I was greeted by a younger man. I responded and asked for their wigs he directed me to the back of the store. Immediately, I saw an older man hurrying to catch up with me. I presumed he was coming to help me find what I needed. No he wasn’t. He was there to watch me. Presumably so I don’t steal? Well, I asked him if I could try on the wigs. He said it’ll cost $1 to buy a wig cap. Understandable. But you only have a limit of 3 wigs to try. Ok... so if I’m buying 6 wigs, I only get to try on 3? Then what do I do with the others if they don’t fit? What if the 3 don’t fit? It took a bit of restraint to walk out of that BS and drive back to Beaumont where they have a much larger selection and allow you to try until you find the one. I get policies to minimize abuse, but this is just ridiculous.

Ingrid Gobert First and last time here. I had "Dip" done on my nails. I get this done all the time, I know they arent supposed to use gel as the last step to make them shiny. Dip has its own top coat that sets in about 2 minutes. I dont mind the wait at all. The nail tech pulled out gel and the light. I asked him to not to use the gel and use the regular Dip top coat. He told me no and proceeded to used the gel. Guess what happened 2 days later? The gel started chipping off. Not pleased about paying $45 plus tip for them to last 2 days. Now I have random dull/shiny nails.

Victoria Hatley EDIT: 1 YR LATER. I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. HOWEVER, THERE WAS A CHANGE IN STAFF AND IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND IT SMELLS LIKE OLD WATER. THERE WAS ALREADY WATER IN THE PEDICURE BOWLS WHEN I WENT IN. STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND CONSTANTLY HAS HEADPHONES IN. LOOKING FOR A NEW NAIL PLACE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. This place was great! I much prefer the smaller salons to the bigger ones and this one did not disappoint. I just moved to the area and I think I have found my new place. Wonderful pedicure and eyebrow waxing! Definitely recommend.

MaDonna Halstead I stopped in for the first time today for a mani/pedi. It’s the first time I got exactly what I wanted & wasn’t hounded into doing more. The massage portion of my mani/pedi were actually more than just a minute or 2 long. The staff was super friendly! I had the pedi w/hot wax & hot towel wrap. Great prices & selections. I will be back!

Wonder Lillian and Karen are both good, and friendly. My daughter gets her full set/refills done by Lillian every time and she does a really good job. I have had mostly good experiences coming here, except my last visit. I got a refill from Tim, the whole time he was doing my nails he seemed pissed and didnt really care how I wanted them done. The refill was so thin I have already broken a corner off, (its only been two days and Ive never had nails just chip off like that) I wouldnt go to him again, but will definitely still use Lillian and Karen.

Dianna Shaw I have been to this spa a few times. I went yesterday and it was the worst experience I have ever had there. The man that did my pedicure, also did my nails. My pedicure is ok... but he didnt paint all of my nails on each foot. He went so fast, that he didnt put polish on the whole nail. My nails are so bad... the service I requested was a tip with dip. The tips that he put on my nails are too big for my nail bed-makes your fingers look huge. The nails are so square and look fake. The color is not what I picked out. I tried talking with the man and explaining that he was not giving me what I asked for. He acted like he didnt speak English. He rushed through my nails so fast. He cut me on 2 of my fingers. I must say I will never go back again. He made sure that I was unhappy.. he didnt care to hear anything I said. Thats too bad.. when I do get good services, I tip really good. Like $20.00 tip. I will never go back. I spent $80.00 and wish I hadnt went there. I will tell anyone that listens about my experience there. It was more than I deserved after $80.00.

Isabel I went there Monday, didn’t catch the girl’s name but she was so nice and cool. I love her so much she needs a raise. She was helpful and even joked around with me. I went Monday December 16th at 10am

Viviana Ibarra I went to SALLYS yesterday to get some nail gel on and stickers and the service was very nice both I think John and I forgot the other ones name. They were very nice and very helpful when I needed help looking for something I need. I would definitely recommend to come back to Sally beauty they have great materials.

Lisa Marie Daniel and John are a great duo and they were very helpful and attentive to not only me but the other customers in the store as well. They were very helpful but not overly helpful like some other stores employees are to where it just becomes an unpleasant experience, Daniel and John were exceptionally great...they gave just the right amount of customer service. Sallys has done very well with hiring these two gentlemen and placing them in the same store together, because they compliment each other in every way. They both have a passion to not only serving in the beauty industry but also to making sure their customers are getting just the right products to fit their individual and specific needs, without pushing unnecessary products onto them. They were highly knowledgeable about their products and very informative. They showed that they cared, Daniel showed concern, asking me if Id had been helped with my last hair coloring since it was a 4 step process. He wanted to make sure I was well informed on everything so that I would be truly happy with my results going forward. I told him that I had done an online Sallys video consultation to get the results the first time and wanted to touch up my roots and revitalize the secondary lighter color on my ends. I wasnt sure if I would need to do another lightener/bleach over the roots since my dark hair has grown back after 4 months since my last process. He asked the right questions to determine that I didnt need to do another bleaching, which I was very happy to hear that I did not have to do that again! I normally just order my products and then have them delivered to my house from the store, but Daniel and John made me happy to be shopping in store and I will definitely be going back in person in the very near future, and I hope to see them there again. *****Special note to them, if I may: Thanks guys, I hope to see yall again real soon! -Lisa Marie***** Also to add - the store was very clean and well organized, and it was so easy to find everything I needed. Cynthia Martinez I went to Sally’s to get hair dyed to dye my hair their was only 2 employees and one ran behind so we had to ask one of them for help but from the start she had attitude like if she didn’t wanted to work if you don’t want to work just stay home why treat you’re customers bad I come here all the time and in the morning I always feel welcoming and I get help right away but the lady with glasses had a negative attitude and literally didn’t even gave us a bag for no reason she just said their was no more bags left but that never happens in Sally’s not coming back

Olivia Trujillo Very bad customer service. They close hours before their advertised closing time. Definitely recommend going to a different location. Josh or John was very unwilling to help. Definitely dont recommend this location

Alejandra Plancarte Went in at 2pm and am just getting out at 4pm for a manicure. Told the guy I wanted French tip and I look up and he is doing a coffin.. I even showed him a pic in reference to what I was wanting. He left so much nail polish on my fingers, didn’t even care that it was there and got mad bc I didn’t leave a big tip. I moved close by so I figured I’d try this nail salon out, but they lost my service! Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

Jayna Sharp I went here because a friend referred me saying that were cheap and nice. Lies! They were definitely cheap, but you get what you pay for. My nails were left bumpy and uneven. She couldn’t even do a simple purple to blue ombré nail. She tried using a dark blue and a light purple… it was ugly. Then she says she can do pink and white ombré, ok fine. She left the ugly blue and tried to cover it, it’s still very visible. My nails aren’t the same length, when I pointed it out instead of her fixing that one nail she wanted to make all my nails super short to match! I’m never going back, I rather pay for a service done correctly! Also the shop was unorganized and cluttered which I could accept if my service was done correctly.

Alana Browne Usually I go to Houston but I was in a pinch, went and got them done and was okay with the service. Went back 2 weeks later to get a refill and a new color and my thumb had grown fungus on it. She tried to tell me that it was because my real nails were long; Ive never had this problem in Houston. I will never go back, it is dirty, they dont clean their utensils, and the lack of compensation is null and void.

Tenisha Hutchinson Only went because it was close by and 24/7 nails are closed on Tuesday. Waited and waited and they never opened. Unprofessional. *UPDATE, I went back and got my nails done. They charged an extra $3 to polish my nails and refused to give me the discount they offered on Wednesdays. They claimed it was because I got “SOLAR NAILS”. So another day I was in a pinch and needed my nails done again. Begrudgingly I went back. This was the very last time. The lady did a poor job filing my nails down. They were so bumpy. Not going back again.

Dolores Arriaga I went there since my friend would get her pedicure & looked nice. BOYYYYY!! Was I in for a surprise!! VERY HORRBILE PEDICURE!! She cut the sides of my nails since I have a very wide nails bed. I suffere from ingrowns ever since & fungi!! Very unsanitary!!!

Carolyn Tice Been going here for several years (even before they moved). One time I got a bad cuticle job and had abrasions around almost all of my cuticles. The trick is to find someone you like and there are plenty to choose from. I use a certain lady and she does a great job, is a good artist and can speak good English. Also, I schedule appts with her so there is no waiting. My husband also has a pedicurist that he really likes and he asks for her each time.

Kelsey Hess This is my favorite place to get my nails done in Baytown. Fast friendly and with all of my full sets they have lasted longer than any other place ive had my nails done! Will always come here and recommend this place!!!

Mike Green my wife went in for her first BRAZILIAN WAX, yes thats right she wanted ALL of the hair gone. When she asked the cost for a FULL BRAZILIAN, she was told 60 dollars, however once the waxing had commenced and she had done a piss poor job on her front she informed my wife it was another 30 dollars for her to complete the backside?!?!?! I would also like to add the wife had made sure she was CLEAN AND READY.... I counted over 150 hairs missed in the bikini area alone, standing out like sore thumbs when she tried on her bikini. They ripped her off and did a piss poor job.... We decided to use them as my wife had been getting her other beauty needs tended to for years. WE WONT BE BACK AND ADVISE ANYONE SEEKING GOOD SERVICE TO GO ELSEWHERE.......

Michelle Tatmon For the second time when getting my eyebrow waxed I have been burned by the strips with a scar to follow. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t even try and correct their wrongs. I would not suggest going here for any type of face wax if your care about your face.

Nique $35 for a color change and one nail repair? I don’t see that on the board. She was too busy watching some cartoon to want to be bothered anyway. I’ll go to a real salon.

NancyGirl Excellent pedicure by Dee!! She took her time and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My feet are very smooth even several days after my visit. I have had problems with other salons doing a half job and leaving my feet feeling rough... at MORE than one salon in Baytown, and several other cities and states!! I am happy with the paint on my toes as well. Very nice ladies and fun place to go. I will go here again.
