Rebecca Beatty Fit me in without an appointment when they were booked and did a fantastic job! I wanted very Christmas-y dip nails and Tom did not disappoint! I also got a set of very fun candy corn nails here for Halloween. They have excellent customer service!

Tiffany Bunzel Made a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me!! Absolutely love my ombre nails!! My tech DEFINITELY knew her stuff!! She was very nice and patient with me.. its been awhile since Ive been to a salon.. she did my eyebrows too and it didnt hurt hardly at all.. definitely coming back!!! They offer drinks both non alcoholic and alcoholic.. the aesthetic of the salon is nice as well

Carissa Miller Both techs were great! Pedicure was pain free and meticulous! Nails were perfect! I’m OCD & type A so if they’re crooked or misshaped it drives me crazy….I didn’t feel the need to file when I got home! Love this place! The manager Nathan is always super friendly, and on top of everything also!

The Mango I attached a picture of what I asked for and how they came out. I showed the lady three designs and asked which ones they could do, and I picked one of the two that was possible. She called in a gentleman to do them, and while I appreciate that he stayed later to complete them, the design was just sloppy and not what I wanted at all. The man also chastised me after he was done, saying I shouldn’t pick such a difficult design next time. I’m not the type to go back and ask for refunds, but I asked my friends and family and they agreed that I should go back. The man was rude and told me to “stop talking” several times when I tried to explain myself. He said how it was unfair for him, but I told him that the lady should’ve told me in the first place if the design was not possible instead of lying to me. It’s not fair that I have to spend $70 for something I’m not satisfied with either, it would’ve saved both of us our time and effort. I don’t usually get my nails done, so this was meant as a way to treat myself. The customer service was appalling. I had high hopes as the reviews were good, but next time please be honest on what designs/shapes are within the techs’ skill range.

LoveMzStar Zero star honestly… this was my first time here and just needed a polish change and shape up. As seen in pictures my pinky toes are 2 different shapes and lengths. My big toe wasn’t filled. It was rushed and left a line where I needed the toe filled and dark spots on the toe nail. The left big toe is slanted not straight. Just awful and wasn’t even worth them asking for it to be fixed because she obviously was rushing. Also instead of using a nail dryer to quickly dry the nail polish she sat a fan in front of me to dry the nails which took forever.

Tania Chavez This is the only nail salon i go to because it’s the absolute best! No matter who does your nails they always get the shape right and the designs as well! Today I had Mary do my pedicure which was a 10/10 and Grace did my full set that exceeded my expectations 10/10 service as well! I recommend this place to everyone and I always get so many compliments on my nails! Love it here!

Grace Kim This place has an amazing atmosphere. Grace was nail tech and she did a bomb job’ I love it. Fast service, she does everything you ask her too. Very friendly and she makes the experience comfortable. The price for the designs she does is affordable! If you are looking for a place to get your nails done I highly recommend. Look for nail Tech Grace. She’s super kind and she converses with you to make you as comfortable as possible. Best place so far out of DFW nails. She goes with the nail trends, very trendy and up to date. Check it out yall! You won’t regret. They also give you complimentary drinks and water.

Victoria Eads Judy is AMAZING. My friend has been seeing her for years, and finally convinced me to see her. I wish I had be seeing her all this time! Nails looked identical to the inspo pic. Salon was clean and inviting.

All staff is professional and has you leaving there feeling fabulous!!

Rachel Curliss I went to this salon based on the great reviews. The pedi was fine, but my manicure was a disaster. The technician only did two coats of color, and you could see right thru to my nail underneath. I didn’t notice this until check out, but still didn’t say anything (you win some you lose some) and even tipped 20%. Two days later the areas with little to no color started turning yellow. I went back to ask for either a credit or a new manicure. I spoke to the same technician who did my nails, and he refused to give me anything other than a coat on top. He said it was against policy to start them over completely (this is a simple GEL MANI, not dip or acrylics!). I tried to reason with him, but he went on to tell me how a lot of people try to take advantage so he will not budge. At one point he said “our policy is to resolve issues within a wee— a few days”. This was on Tuesday after getting them done Sunday, so he seemed to switch the policy real quick so that I couldn’t come in on the weekend. (I told him i work 10-7pm, which are their weekday hours). He also didn’t hesitate to tell me he’s “happy to lose a customer over this”. I completely understand saying that to someone who is out of line, but I was very respectful and reasonable. Anyway - I typically do not write reviews but I felt completely taken advantage of, considering I paid $79 for a basic pedicure and gel manicure, and was basically told to go f myself when I didn’t settle for their “one coat on top” resolution for a faulty job. As someone who is very experienced in customer service, I suggest putting your ego aside, and making things right when it’s efficient and affordable to do so. This was just poor business practice.

Elesé Arias Always get my gel toes and nails done here. Trang does my nails or Lilly. Everyone is always super friendly. I never have to wait because I call to set up my appointment first. My toes and nails always come out looking super nice. Their prices are very affordable, for sure a place to come check out!

Valerie Ehnebuske I get compliments everywhere I go on my nails. The staff at this salon are warm and friendly, the prices are great. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a nail salon. Each time I go in, I see their regulars , all with beautiful nails indeed . I always get this beautiful almond shape . Ask for Kim, she is a true nail artist. But honestly all their nail techs are so talented . This time I got a fun fresh orange color, but I have had a matte white , natural pink and all sorts of classy and elegant designs at this salon. you must go now !

Poopie Master Very disappointed! The woman who did my pedi was in a hurry and I left with rough heels. She must been wanting to get the next person because my hot towels were on less than 1 minute. There was no massage and hot stone massage was a whole 2 minutes. Never again!

Rinny Lewis I absolutely love the ladies and gents here. The service IS incredible! I have been coming here over 15 years ! Wonderful customer service and you can tell they love what they do! Make an appointment! You wont be dissappointed! I always leave excited !

Nichole Benson Customer service is horrible here. I am a creature of habit and do not like change so I have (had) been a customer of nail court for over 10 years going every 2 weeks faithfully. Over the past few years the service has gotten worse and my last visit was the last straw for me. There would be times where I would make an appointment and have to wait for an hour but if I was 5 min late they would not do my nails at all. This last time I called made and appoint as I always do and Amy (owner) put me on the books for the next week so instead of her making it right she wanted to argue with me that I told her the wrong date. Then Johnny (owner) would not do my nails nor try to fit me in because he was busy. So Amy tried to rush my nails and they were so bad I had her to take them off. No one ever apologized or anything. I have brought this place so much business and they do not care. Their products and materials are outdated and no one deserves to get treated the way they treat their customers.

Samantha Huhn Cindy is your girl!! She is always so patient, kind, and takes her time making each nail perfect!! But any of the techs will do an amazing job! I’ve been going to them for years! Nails will typically last me up to 3 weeks with no lifting and I am tough on nails working in education.

Chonda Bridges It is a small job with lil ladies working hard to make sure your happy with the results. They are too funny! Reminds you of the old days when people cared for the work they do! And its nicely priced. It was my 1st time AND IM GOING BACK! MY HIDDEN GEM!

Jessica Rodriguez I love it here, it’s a hidden gem! It’s small like some of the comments say but not exaggerated as one user said “claustrophobic” that’s not at all true lol. It has a homey feel and the staff is so funny and sweet! I like to book ahead of time and they respect my time which I love. Heads up for anybody else going for the first time.. there’s usually only two people actually working at a time. They do take walkins but if those two ladies are busy… well then they are busy so just make an appointment. The manicures here are amazing.

Amanda Arzola Tina does waxes my eyebrows. She is the only person that touches my eyebrows. She’s the best. You always catch her singing and her laugh is contagious!! Everyone is so friendly, kind & welcoming. They always have a smile and ready to get to work on you. I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows. Thank you ladies for being the best!!!

dina d I keep coming back again and again hoping to finally walk away satisfied with my simple one color dip. This place used to be great in the past, thats why I keep giving them another shot. The last couple of years every single time my nails were not up to my liking (bubbles in the dip, immediate cracking, top coat wearing off a few days after, etc.). The latest visit I paid extra to get my cuticles done. 4 days later the looked like they havent even been touched, along with yet another sloppy dip job. The services are just not worth the prices that are being charged. Customer service is good, thats the only reason why Im giving 3 stars and not less.

K Mart So I came for an acrylic refill, and I asked for clear polish. Thats $35, and of course, they have to add 5 for length??? This is crazy to me because its not like youre adding acrylic to the entire nail. Youre only adding it to the base. I get that youre out to make money. The nail tech asked me 3 times about gel polish, its shinier etc etc. I DONT CARE!!!! I am a grown woman, and I just looked at her bc I know what I want and not changing my mind. Now what I call lazy is her seeing my middle finger, and she told me it is lifting, and SHE STILL DIDNT FIX IT!!! I HAD TO tell her to take off the clear polish that was on my fingers previously bc she was just going to, I believe, start the filling process. I had to tell her that there was a small speck of something black under the base of 1 of my nails, I removed it and had to tell her that that finger needed more acrylic in that area. I also had to tell her to come down the bottom of a few of my nails bc they had grown out. Underneath my nails, there was some old polish that she neglected to remove it. As a nail tech, these are basic things that you do for the client, and she FAILED! She was in such a hurry to help another client of a paler complexion that she missed the opportunity to gain another by poor customer service!!!! She did a good job for that client on her previous fill as she and I were comparing nails. Needless to say, I was beyond annoyed and had a busy day ahead to even stress over this minute setback. Ann G ALG Consistent good service from the staffers and to the quality finish of my nails. I do not get tips added. I play a musical instrument. Some nail salons dont understand that. *However, this location understands and does my natural nails beautifully. I absolutely love their attention to detail at this location. * The color of my nails is (Gel Color: T80), and I absolutely love this gel color. It is so very natural and just a very pretty color. Try it out in gel nails... youll thank me.

Courtney Vong Okay I’m starting this off by saying Kimmi did absolutely wonderful with my toes/pedicure, but I’m not uploading pics of my feet. Laura did my manicure/finger nails, and I honestly have not had a worse experience. I’m not a confrontational person, and I spoke up when I did not like the shade of nude that she already put on my fingers without confirming it with me. I did not get the chance to choose the dip color for my hands at all. It doesn’t look bad, but it just isn’t what I wanted. After I spoke up, Laura just kept trying to convince me that it was fine and kept moving on. While she filed them down, she broke skin on multiple fingers and I pulled my hands away out of pain numerous times. After doing the french tip on my thumb (my boyfriend called them quebec tips from how thick they are), i asked her to round them out because it was so uneven. She just made them extremely thick on all my fingers and none of them are even remotely okay. its fine if you just DONT look at them in general. I did not speak up while she did the rest of my fingers because I was so upset and I just did not want to be belittled again. Laura also kept coughing directly into her hands and then touching my hands immediately after. I would totally recommend Kimmi for anyone looking for a good pedicure, but I’m certainly not coming back. I paid a total (before tip) $130 ish dollars for my manicure, pedicure, and dip nails/gel toes.

Tiffany Hamm I’ve typically always had great service here. They recently hired a new nail tech and for some reason stuck me with her. She took 3 1/2 HOURS to do my nails and did a horrible job. My nails aren’t the same length, most are crooked, she didn’t let my nails cure completely, didn’t do the design I wanted. She did my nails so thin that now they are crack down in my actual nail and I’ve never had this problem. I went back to have them fixed and they were going to charge me $20. I waited for 30 minutes and no one helped me. I will not be going back after a year of my business They should not be charging full price for this girl to be doing nails.

Erica Purcell My mother in law and I walked in Sunday afternoon hoping to get two pedicures. We were seated right away and had our feet placed in the water. The front desk did not mention any wait times or if it would take a moment for two technicians to free up. We waited for a while for a technician to come our way. One had came by and finally started my pedicure. My mother in law continued to wait with her toes in the water. About 3/4 of the way through my pedicure, we started to get concerned. My MIL decided she would not get a pedicure as we had to get home relatively soon. She was very gracious and kind telling the technician that she would not be getting a pedicure today but would come back another day. The front desk attendant then walked by and she explained that we were running out of time and she would come back the next day to get a pedicure. The attendant was unapologetic and said “can you wait 5 more minutes?” Meanwhile my technician was putting the top coat on my nails. Again I cannot stress how unapologetic the front desk was. He did not apologize once - not for the long start time, wait time etc. nor did he offer my MIL a towel to dry her feet after sitting in water for 45 minutes. My MIL had been to this location multiple times and was very disappointed with how they treated her Sunday. It was my first time at this nail spa and I was disappointed in the lack of honesty/customer service from the front desk.

Journii B Joyce did an amazing job on my finger nails. I’ve had my nails done by her twice and both times I was highly satisfied. I could tell she’s been doing this for a while and that she really cares about providing quality sets to customers. She’s the only one at this shop that I trust to deliver. Highly recommend.

Ryann Nix Love Steven and Nicole’s work. Prices are great for gel and dip. Nicole has given me perfect manicures and beautiful gel. Today I did dip with Steven, after talking about trying it last visit. My nails are smooth, thin, and cuticles are perfect.

Amber Brown The pedicure was painful and not relaxing. So stick to a regular pedicure. It’s not worth the extra money. The gel polish job was so not the best. Will not be returning, this is not the first time I’ve had issues.

Kirstyn Land I’m usually pretty chill at nail salons because I almost never leave happy, so I just deal with a few mistakes and take what I can get. But this one, the pedicure was fine. But I got acrylics done and I have never been more unhappy with a service. The girl that did them (I did not catch her name unfortunately) cut me multiple times. She asked me how short I wanted my nails and showed where she was going to cut, and before I could tell her to go a little longer, she cut it anyways. So they turned out super short and stubby. I did tell her I wanted shorter nails, but if she’d actually waited for my answer, she’d have known I didn’t want them that short. The shape was terrible once she started adding the dip. And I kept asking her to fix things to the point she called me picky. I went and got them redone at a different place and am extremely happy with that outcome.

Kaitlin Fitzpatrick Came here with my boyfriend and his sister! I got a gel pedicure and they were very nice. Super quick and no cuts or nicks. Other places, Ive always had cuts or nicks but this place was gentle. The ladies are super nice and the massage was nice!

Destiny Hister Love this salon. I’ve been coming here on and off since 2019, but been more consistently these past 2 years. The new owners are great, very hospitable, very professional. Jenny’s work is beautifully precise, she listens and executes very well. Highly recommend trying them out!

Whitney Kahler Anyone who knows me knows I don’t adjust to trying new places very well. I went to the same nail tech for the past four years, but they are no longer open on Saturdays I got on Google and search nail places near me in glaze nails popped up with great reviews. I called I made an appointment for the following morning This place is phenomenal. My appointment was at 9 AM. I was out by a little after 10 they soaked off my old nails put new ones on. Helped me pick the right colors did the design I wanted and did a phenomenal job at that. I have found my new nail home! They deserve well over five star reviews, but we can only get five!

I can tell you Sophi Nails is my favorite! Jessie is my go to girl, she can replicate any picture I bring in. Everyone is kind, professional, reasonably priced and do great work! Highly recommend.

D Naar I always wear ombre black nails with gray, red or orange as my mixed colors... I tried different places since moving to the area and this place has been the best. From customizing my nails to what I want to durability and how clean the place is. This was my 3rd or 4th visit and I cannot complain, even when there was a miscommunication between myself and the technician, she was friendly and accommodating, no drama and her final work was excellent.

It’s genuinely hard to find a clean, sanitized and welcoming nail shop. Natalie has taken care of me each time and has done such an amazing job and always takes my nail visions to life!!! Even when it’s busy she doesn’t rush the job she is doing. I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jenny Yang Ive visited this salon many times before, yet, today was my favorite! My nails were very damaged because I tried to get the gel nails off on my own. They were almost paper thin and it was to the point where I couldnt even untie a knot. I just wanted something very clean and something that will look natural to just grow my nails out. I called in to make an appointment the same day and arrived about 10min early. I got seated right away and Ivy was assigned to me. When I was picking out my color, I wanted something sheer and that doesnt have pigment color. I picked #7 (dont know the brand:/) as my dip powder. When Ivy applied the powder, I was little worried because I was able to see the fake tip and my nail bed but it was one of those "trust the process". When she was done, my nails looked exactly what I wanted! The powder is not clear but rather it has slight pink tone so it looks very natural and clean. I appreciate the time Ivy took to make sure my nails look natural! Cant wait to go back after my nails grow out and apply some colors!

Sally Johnston I had my first visit at The Nail Place in Coppell last night based off of a reference from a good friend of mine whose nails always look very nice. When I called to make an appointment, I was able to get in same day. Wendy, the owner did my powder dip manicure and Kelly did my pedicure that I fought from falling asleep while she was massaging my feet and legs! So relaxing. The salon is a no-fuss, get straight to it kind of place and that’s ok with me. All the ladies working last night were joyful and very friendly with each other and all the customers. Even the ladies that were getting their nails done were interacting with other customers. A real sense of community. I love how everything came out and made my 2nd appointment before I left. ***MAKE AN APPOINTMENT*** These ladies are working non-stop, back to back clients so you may have to wait longer than you want if you just walk-in. My powder dip color is 335 from the Organic book and toes are 176 from standard book. Thank you Lynda for telling me about them!

Chris Johnson This salon has been my go to for a while. I like how bright it is in there, the color selection and for the most that I can go to anyone to get what I normally get done. (Dip). I decided to stop my dips because lately my nails are snapping in the middle of the nail bed which is extremely painful. I figured that it’s my nail needing a break. I went in the other day for a soak off and regular polish basic manicure. The tech did a bad polish job and she didn’t smooth my nail so the polish looks very sloppy and it was thick. I didn’t realize how bad it looked until I got home. Of course the polish began lifting almost immediately. I’ve since taken it off my nails. But I’m disappointed in how bad this service was. The three stars is because overall I’ve not had bad experiences, but this most recent experience was poor.

Jordan Lunkins I came here and was hoping for a really good experience, I seen that this business was pretty popular I live down the street from here and each time i passed by many people would be there so I decided to give it a try , I’m absolutely let down I asked them to do oval nails with dip and it was half done the shape of the nails are uneven and the dip powder is not correctly positioned on my nails looks like I did them at home for the 1st time, I also got a pedicure and my heels are still cracked they barely scraped them. It’s a really nice place but they charge way too much for half doing services seems like they are stealing !

Only withholding the final star because I did ask twice for them to be shorter & she told me “no” ?? lol. But they are gorgeous so I’m just getting used to the length. Also…no hand massage, wash, pre-soak, or lotion. Just the nail art was done (+ I only wanted art on one nail and she did two and then I was changed an extra $5 for it…lol but it looks nice!).

I did not receive a massage, she dried my feet and legs with a paper towel, she filed my toe nails crooked. You also only get a 5 minute soak. At the end they expect you to leave a tip. I will not be returning.

Emily Barrow-Sparkman I spent $150 to get re filer polish on my toes and dip only nails for the holidays. My nails have never looked worse. I asked the girl to fix it and she said it was just on my skin so I asked the checkout girl and she tried to fix the one that had a chunk missing but didn’t do a very good job either. The polish isn’t on my whole nail, and there’s dip powder all over my fingers. She didn’t even file my nails straight. I know I have short nails, but it was really poorly done. I am disappointed because the place has a nice ambiance.

Cecilia Stepney One and done for me. First time customer and it will be the only time. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff at the front register. Olivia did my pedicure. I told her it was my first time in. I asked for the price list and she gave me the book listing all the services but pointed only to the most expensive pedicures as if that was all they offered. I feel that was disingenuous and very shady. I chose a French pedicure and it is the worse polish job I have ever had. I did not tip because it was bad and no Olivia never asked me if I was satisfied. But a tip was expected and the young woman at the register gave me the 3rd degree about not leaving one. I explained why and she told me that what I wanted would be extra. But offered to do it over. I declined and told her that should have been clarified up front. Since I have never had a French polish done in this manner how am I supposed to know that there are differences. This is their business and they should explain things to customers if they want to keep them. There are nail shops every few hundred yards around. Look elsewhere for good service.

Brendalyn Sandefur 2 and a half hours and $70 later, for dip? For it to come out looking like I did them it home. The nails are all different lengths, and very thin and flat. Ive been growing my nails out for a LONG time. The only reason I came to this salon is because my usual place is closed for reconstruction. I was told here that I couldn’t put tips over my natural nails (like I’ve been doing for the last year) and instead she just cut them all the way down. So I have to restart that journey again. I came in with dip already on. The tech let my nails soak all of about 5 minutes and then tried to drill them off. Couldn’t get all of the dip off, so she decided to just try to glue on tips anyway. So I expect these nails to fall off within a few days. Also, I’m a stylist myself, and I don’t know how this place passed TDLR. The tech used dirty drill bits, dirty files, dirty buffers, dust everywhere, was on her phone the entire time on FaceTime with someone, didn’t use a light, and had just terrible customer service. It was just an over all horrible experience. This was a convenient location for me because I work down the street. But I guess I’m going to have to keep looking.

Myra Gutierrez I was not happy with my nails, I was visibly frustrated. I asked her to fix my nails 3 times, and she told me it was hard to fix because o chose dip lol what? And she told me next time get acrylic, because she can work better with that, why not say that to begin with instead of saying “si” when I asked if she does dip? She cut me up, not just my thumb that she said I did to myself lol she cut my other fingers too, with her drill because she was rushing. I was so unhappy, I went somewhere else to get the lumpy and crooked dip removed and it burned from all the cuts she gave me. I walked into your place at 5:30ish or so, I was told it was a 10 min wait. When I was attended 30 min later, I asked the girl if I should come back tomorrow and she said no. And I overhear the others complain about a woman that was late to another customer, that made me feel like I couldn’t speak up, so instead I paid for the bad service, and I did not tip, especially after hearing the girl doing my nails tell another tech to just add the tip onto another customers bill because she did not have enough cash. Like I said, yall were nice, and I didn’t say anyone’s names, but you all are not being accountable for the way you do your customers and that’s poor service. She charged me $50 for a bad job, like I said, even she knew she did bad girl, come on now, own it. Do not get dip nails here, they tell you yes they know how to when you go in but they do not. Then they blame the client for their poor work. Nice people but horrible work with dip. And she still charged me $50 after she saw how I was not happy with the poor work that she admitted she did not know how to do.

Kayla Self I stopped here for a mani pedi. First in a while. The ladies here never even spoke to me other than to tell me it was an extra charge for gel polish. I feel very unwelcomed and disappointed in the way they treat their paying customers. I loved my pedi! She did a wonderful job. However the lady who did my mani did a highly poor job. The polish doesnt cover the full nail, i have stray skin, and lumps in the polish. Then on top of all that I was charged an extra 20$ for the gel polish. They never said it was that much more. When I went to pay I was shocked. The lady was so rude and didnt even seem to care I was upset. I would suggest finding a better place. Best to price their every move!

Brian was my tech and he was very gentle and make my hands look just like a middle school girl for the week, like I asked. lol. I may have to sync my appointments with my kid’s schedule.

Melody Bunch I haven’t been impressed with a nail place in years and this place impressed me. Ryan did dip nails and was so fast and did my almond nails in a perfect shape without me asking any changes or tweaks with shaping. Julie did my pedicure and was so nice and was a perfectionist with my gel pedicure. The only downside was they wouldn’t do French tip with a color dip power, only pink and white. I will be coming back.

I should let you know they as cute as the nails are, they actually did a lot of damage to my nail. I’ve never had this difficult of a time removing the nails. So I will never go here for any type of gel nail, structure gel, acrylic or dip application. Absolutely worth the price with discount for any other safe services.

I got medium long nails with two colors and two color pedicure, my daughter got super short nails and one color on both hands and feet. First problem I had to tell the guy who was doing my nails that my nail was crooked and he replied “what do you want” for you to fix it….and then there “menu” pedicure says 35$ when it was time to pay they charged me $110 for me which I was kinda confused but ok then charged me the same exact price for my daughter who got super short nails and one color….come to find out they charged me 20$ for gel polish on my feet!!! How ridiculous is that?? when you asked me what I wanted why didn’t you mention it’s 20$ more to get gel polish on my toes???? How does a pedicure go from 35$ to 55 and that’s the same gel you used on my nails for 55$??? And if I got two colors and longer nails why would you charge me the same exact price for my daughter??? That’s overpriced she might as well got two colors as well and way longer nails. Overcharged and not pleased with the results the guy doesn’t know how to shape long nails….I can’t believe I spend that much money for my daughter…disappointment Updated I went on Sunday 6/16 and here it is Thursday 6/20 and my nail is broken and 2 were cracked smh Today 6/23 I have 3 cracked nails and one broken one and 3 nails are the same one I went to fix on 6/21!!!! Keely Hanson I’ve been here a few times but this time (on a Friday afternoon) was terrible. First off I’d like to say to the owners I can tell you guys probably spent a lot of money on this place, however you guys need to hire better staff/more employees. Customer service is non-existent, there is barely any communication except “what would you like today?”. Felt like 90 degrees in the salon, as if either the heat was on or air was off. Definitely not okay when this is Texas heat people are dealing with. Only 3 workers, myself and another woman in the salon. The lady doing my basic white toenails did great! However, the woman who did my nails took forever on another woman. Telling me to “come back later”. While the lady who ended up doing my nails got a complaint from another customer that she was taking too long. They only have one person doing either your toes or nails first at a time. On average you will be spending about 3 hours in the salon, while other salons actually have 2 people work on you at once. Pedicure was $35 for the “regular” and Manicure was $65. Total: $100. I was there for 3 hours, I will not be coming back until the man who normally does my nails is there. Apparently he’s out of town at the moment. Not to mention their fish tank was green and disgusting, they are not taking care of the fish they have which has to be some sort of city violation.

When I arrived, I showed them a picture of what I wanted (At that moment, if they couldn’t do it, they should have said so) But she gets started with the service and then tells me designs are one of one so it may not look like the picture And proceed to tell me it will cost $100 plus. The designs do not look like the picture and the nail shape is not shaped to my actual nail. They are big and bulky. I will not be returning. I don’t appreciate having to argue And be told something is the way it is because that’s the way it is versus accommodation , And willingness to do what the customer is asking.

madelyn garrett My first time going here on arrival, I was pleased with how nice people were and the salon itself. I also loved how many color options there were almost too many to choose. I was told the price was starting at $48 and is dependent upon length and shape. Has she started working on my nails everything was normal. While shaping I was cut with the file. She used a gel topcoat, even though I voiced that I usually don’t get those because I peel them every time I prefer the dip topcoat. Another lady sat down a mobile register And asked me to go ahead and pay while she was still in the process of doing my nails my total was $58 and I tipped $12 in total I paid $70. The pictures show how the gel was not carefully put on and was left on my cuticles and is now peeling and how different parts of my nail don’t even have color on them. I called and asked for a soak off and refund and I was told they don’t do refunds only fixes and as I was trying to understand and explain myself she hung up on me.

Marlene Ledesma Come here if you want your fingers cut! First time costumer and NEVER coming back. Almost all of my fingers are cut or have some sort of irritation. They all hurt very bad. The technician was not fluent in English and I was telling her that she was hurting me but still cut me. I don’t think I want to do power nails ever again. She traumatized me for life. My ring finger has a deep cut and now I have a hard time doing dishes, washing my hands and my hair. It is so inconvenient and hurtful.

Teara Smith Don’t recommend. I went for a concert to get my solar nails and pedicure. Reviews were 50/50 so I went myself. $120 after tip and I almost cried because an individual artist would have cared and worked hard for that amount. Pedicure: never overpay, so I got the express. I thought since the callus remover was more, I could ask them for it as an additional since it wasn’t on the paper (or they would try to upsell and remind me-wasn’t the case). When she was adding the clear coat, I grab the rough part on my foot and asked if it was included and I said I wanted the callus remover. She did it but got mad at me. Also didn’t get the massage at all. Even after going back she finished before my moms who started first. Also, my pinky toe nails didn’t stay because she put my slides on with wet toes while I got my nails done. When I got home I was so upset but again had to get ready for my concert. Nails: I asked for a solar set. My pedicure lady started them because no one was available. She put on tips that were too small (knew she was going to try to file down my nail to hide this) when the nail girl sat down she was annoyed she had to do them. I pointed out the nails and she didn’t care. She then went on to do my white and pink set. She asked if I wanted 3 shades of pink I said the middle one but when she did a stroke it was barely pink so then she got the “dark pink”. As you can see ,this looks like basic pink. The biggest issue was her LACK of attention when she was using the FORM for the pink. Literally EVERY nail….. the white corner doesn’t meet the pink and it’s a square instead of a point. Also I asked for mostly white and she barely made white. The white and pink ratio are different for each nail. This was absolutely unacceptable but I had plans and realistically they would have to redo the whole set which I didn’t have the time since it already took so long. Won’t be using them for my time in Dallas. Note: The lady next to me was doing a custom nail set for her regular customer and you can tell she cared! The regular said she only trusted that lady and I can’t tell why. Not my personal experience unfortunately. You’ve been warned!

Cherie Barnett I have been going here for years and years. Tina and her husband are always super nice and very helpful. Tina has been waxing me for years and I have tried many other places and always come back to her. She know just the perfect shape for my eyebrows and does them perfect every time. I recently started going back there for my nails and see Jesse. She is amazing! Does them perfect every time and is excellent at nail art and design. They have never over charged me or charged for "little extrtas" on any service I have had there.

Casey Campbell Did a good job giving me a gel manicure and was friendly. However, my manicurist was kind of rude to me especially by making fun of my short nails. It’s very uncomfortable for me to have nails longer than the tip of my fingers - which I finally told her when she kept bugging me about them and even said I have baby fingers - and just because it’s fashionable for women to have long nails doesn’t mean all of us want long nails. At least my nails look healthy and I like them to look cool with colored polish and this time glittery, unlike her nails.

I am extremely upset. My spring break is ruined. I hope theyre thinking about resolving this and i hope the lady that burned my face is thinking of a way to fix it.
