Gretchyn Lopez Vivi did an amazing job on my almond shape red nails!! I showed her a reference photo and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and very precise, made sure nails were even and she also cleaned under nail as well. Overall super good service and great results.

Maria G T Nail Bar is a hidden gem!! Loved this place!! They where so sweet, accommodating and gentle!! I am a creature of habit, when I find a good nail spot I stay loyal. My daughter and I have been on the hunt for a great spot and with that being said …. We have found our nail salon!!

Cindy Cass Nice clean salon. Staff is great. Their pedicure bowls do not have jets which I like because the jets can harbor bacteria. My nail technician, Pamela was wonderful, my feet look fantastic. I definitely will return.

And again, attention to detail was impressive. Kayla, front of the spa, was very attentive and kind. I look forward to my next scheduled manicure and pedicure.

Daniel van Heeckeren These ladies are amazing! Also so fun to be with and talk to, and they do REALLY well on the nails! I get my fingernails done in black, and they lasted almost two months before one even chipped, even with my cutting and filing them as they grew out. Considering what I do for a living, thats just unheard of. I do maintenance and repair and janitorial maintenance, so Ive always been rough on my nails. All I get is the gel polish, and they definitely make it durable! Id give them ten stars if I could. They always go out of their way to make sure youre happy with their work, and I absolutely love the friendly environment... Like youre family, not just a customer.

Lu Cid I am beyond upset! I had grown my natural nail out for weeks to only have them destroy the side wall of my nails! I only asked for a small clean up and gel polish. Here’s what I ended up with! My nails are INCREDIBLY sore. I will never be back.

Sheila Gomez I got my nails done by Winnie at the beginning of November. I loved them! It is now December 8th and they are still looking great and all there. No chips or breaks. Just grown out. Winnie was so accommodating and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I was wanting. Never had I been treated like that at a nail salon in New Braunfels. And I have been to 4 others over the years. Lastly, for the service you get here the price is phenomenal!!!

Jessica Jenkins I went here because of the awesome reviews, and everyone was nice - sadly it was one of the lowest quality pedicures I’ve ever gotten. My toenails are uneven, and so is the polish. I had to ask for my two big toes to be fixed twice. Once because the fan used to dry pushed the clear coat all over and the nail was not fully painted and the second time was because there was so much too coat applied that it was slipping off into the side of my toenail. Even after having it fixed they still do not look good, even, or like I just got a pedicure. I will not be back here. Photos are from day of pedicure.

Lexie Hebert I want to say this was my first time coming to this new salon in New Braunfels. I am so use to going to individual nail techs as it can be hard to find a nail tech I feel comfortable with and is able to make my nails last long. I got my set done a month ago and they are still on! Lily was my tech and she did absolutely wonderful job. No lifting of my nails and they were gorgeous. She was super fun to talk to and 100% will be my go to. It’s super clean in the salon and everyone is friendly. 10/10 recommend! Sky did my pedicure and he was wonderful as well and easy to talk to. He knew exactly what I wanted and my feet were sooooo soft after. All the polish is still on and look great even after a month!

TilUCant We travel full-time so I don’t have a regular place, and I rely on these reviews to choose one wherever we are. I booked online and didn’t choose anyone in particular. I was fortunate enough to get Mike and he was amazing! My nails are perfect and I didn’t get even the slightest nic while we was removing the old polish. The salon was very clean and everyone was friendly. I’d definitely recommend!!

Darby Goodson There is really easy online booking- I booked a spot right at opening and was the first to walk in, and didn’t have to wait at all. the salon is clean and nice, and appears to have complimentary drinks and a huge color selection. I opted for a basic pedicure with a gel polish. My technician, Amy was very friendly and patient with me, and helped me pick a better color. She was really quick, However the quality of the gel is lacking and my nails don’t look as though I paid to get them done. I’ve read other positive reviews about other technicians and their manicures here, so if you’re wanting to try this place I would check those reviews first. Otherwise, i won’t be returning and was very disappointed.

Mishelle Cheesman My first time going here. I got gel-x nails for the first time and a design with gel polish. Crystal was amazing, she checked in with me to make sure I was okay and that I liked everything at each step. Salon was clean and a great environment, employees were super friendly. My mom had to leave halfway through her pedicure for an emergency and they werr super understanding, we were able to schedule a time for her to return to finish hers.

Jackie Brian was amazing! He did my toes and was very friendly and gave the best foot massage. I will definitely be asking for him to do my toes again! I am giving a 3 star review based off the lady who did my nails. To start she was very rude and kept snapping at me. She took forever while also giving me a very sloppy manicure. I’m not sure what her name was but she looked to be one of the younger workers in the salon. I also know it wasn’t Quinny who did my nails, maybe I should have asked her to do my nails instead. Overall, I will be back because the receptionist and Brian were so kind and helpful! Next time I’ll just request not to have the lady that did my nails.

Sara Korenek-Coburn I have been going to the retreat for about a year and a half for facials, massages, pedicures, and manicures. The staff have always been kind, professional, and very knowledgeable with no issues with any of the services I’ve received. I especially have always enjoyed getting massages from Ashley who always makes me feel like a brand new person when I walk out of the door! There is no other place to go for your spa needs! What made me finally do a review was my latest experience with Leigh and Alyssa who completely transformed my hair. I went light blonde about six weeks ago and it progressively became more splotchy in the back with a big contrast in colors despite an attempted correction. I came to the retreat to have it fixed with so much anxiety that I would run into the same issues and that it still wouldn’t be fixed. Leigh couldn’t have been more kind or compassionate over my previous experience and took the time to really go over expectations and options with me. My hair came out even better than I expected and I literally had tears in my eyes all the way out to the car that I was “myself” again. I have so much more confidence and less anxiety over my hair now with my new color! I couldn’t thank Leigh and Alyssa enough by the end of my appointment. Thank you thank you thank you!!

My eyebrows always look perfect and I refer everybody who asks, because I almost always get asked who does my eyebrows. Shes super sweet My entire family and all my friends now go to her, thats how good she is. Her prices are much less than you would expect to pay for the excellent job she does. Her place is clean and beautiful, its a bit tricky to find so you have keep an eye out for the sign.

VALERIE CASTILLON Love the way my eyebrows look after! She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows match (she cares, its not just a job for her). She does it to where its not painful. Bottom line shes the best!

Elisabeth Segura I’m sad I have to write this. I have been coming here since I was a teen with my mom. First things first: I dont know where these positive reviews are coming from. It USED TO be the best. Now? New management has let this quality suffer. Secondly: there was a very arrogant guy there who ignored almost everything I said and responded with “I know what looks better.” I asked for pink he said no only nude color. So now I have an ugly color that doesn’t match my skin tone, several VERY crooked nails, and the nails aren’t even filled in all the way so they look sloppy. I spent $135 as a birthday treat to myself. Now I want to take them all off because I have done manicures on myself that look better than his. Lastly: how do they get business in the time I was there they turned away 4 people saying “we’re done for the day” at only 3pm?? My pedicure was done halfassed too. My skin is red because the water was so hot it burned my feet. Then yet again I asked for a certain color and got told no because he knows better. Never going here again. All I wanted were French tips too. I attached pics to show the color, crookedness, and not filled in spots.

Amaya Wollaston Henry was amazingly talented! He took his time and knew exactly how to achieve the shape and look I was going for. He made sure my nails were smooth from every angle and followed my natural nail shape and also made sure my nails were done all the way to the cuticles. This was the absolute best nail service Ive ever gotten.

Gretchyn Lopez Might be the worst pedi ever. I asked him to fix the nail and he said it was fine. No. He didnt scrub the skin off at all on my heals. Then sloppy got wax all over my pants and didnt clean it up. He rushed the whole time and just over all did a poor job. We had pedis pre pandemic that were good and even back for homecoming got nails done for my daughter. I wont go back again.

Thats not how you do business.

S B Tried this place for the first time and it was fantastic! Their customer service is excellent, they let me know they truly cared that I had a quality experience and asked me several times about my comfort level, water temperature, if I needed a beverage, needed to use the restroom, etc. I got a paraffin pedi and dip nails and I’m very happy with the quality! And to top it off, their prices are very fair and they are cheaper than several other places I’ve tried in New Braunfels, but the service at those other places did not compare. I highly recommend trying J Nails and Lashes!

Emily Wieland My daughter and I went there for pedicures and manicures. After her pedicure, I noticed redness on her toe and asked what happened. My daughter is special needs and only said “hurt” and the tech didn’t offer an explanation. From what I saw his tools hit her skin or he cut her and damaged it. The toe got worse and had to take her in where we were told it was infected. He also cut the other side of her toenail slanted and made that area red, but not infected. After a copay and payment of her 10 day antibiotics, her toe should be ok. I don’t recommend this place! This isn’t the first mishap and I should have learned my lesson. The first was with my eyebrows was where it took 5 DAYS to heal from that mess! I wasn’t offered any refund/

Bridget Butts I have been going here for about three years. Never had this experience before and unfortunately will not be going back. I made my appointment for the first appointment of the day. When I got there my requested nail technician had someone at his chair. They said it would just be a few minutes. My nail technician had gotten there early and they had fitted in an appointment before me. According to them it is not fair for my nail technician to wait thirty minutes for my appointment. Twenty five minutes later I was still waiting. When I asked again he was just finishing up. I question why they thought they could fit a sixty minute service into thirty minutes. Thats when they informed me that the girl they took before my appointment had only gotten there 15 minutes before me so it had not been an hour service. I said so its fair for me to wait twenty-five minutes but not fair for my technician who got there early to wait fifteen? They never apologized just kept making excuses. I never did get my nails done. Customer service is not something that matters to this business. I kept being told I just needed to understand

Kimberly Jones I’ve been here four times and am finally leaving a review. I’m used to TX Nail House quality and unfortunately this isn’t it. Each time I have been here, I am cut during my pedicure. The individuals doing the pedicure never say anything or apologize, and act as if they expected me to not notice why there’s blood on my cuticle and a sudden burning feeling when they dab a solution on it. I have tried dips, shellac, and acrylic French ombré before here for my manicures. I like to wear my nails short, and square with rounded corners. Only a select few workers there do well on short nails. The woman with the table in the front right corner is amazing. Unfortunately she was not there today. Today the worker seemed annoyed when I asked for regular polish on my pedicure. He initially ignored that that is what I had marked and told me if I didn’t do shellac there would be a $5 polish removal charge added on. I told him that was fine, a $5 charge to remove was less than the $20 extra to have shellac on the pedicure. I only wanted shellac on my manicure and specifically picked the gel manicure but the lavender pedicure for that normal polish/shellac combo. The pedicure was so poorly done. The polish was not done evenly, and there are some transparent spots. There’s also lots of little points on the sides or at the base of my toenail that just didn’t even get color. For the shellac on my manicure I had to ask him to cover ALL of my nail so it did not look like I already had a grow out and walk out of there looking like I didn’t just have a manicure. He complained about my wanting to go down closer to the cuticle with the color to his coworker. I asked for square shape with rounded corners, and the corners were uneven. Some where more square and some were rounded, but none were equal. There’s also an inconsistency in color between their products, so even though the normal polish and shellac were from the same set, there’s a noticeable difference between the final shades they turned out. The toenail color was more consistent to the color swatch and it was supposed to be a more muted earthy green, not a grass green like how the shellac turned out on my fingernails. It’s just a slight enough difference to be annoying to me. Overall, I’m dine spending around or over $100 each time just to feel bad for asking for what I want and having it corrected until it’s right. I intentionally went with cheaper options today to see if the quality issue was a trend and it was. I will keep shopping around or commute to tx nail house.

Christina Today was my first time visiting NB Quarry nails. I called about 6:15 to see if they had time for a full set and a pedicure. (They closed at 7:30.) They asked if I could go now which I did. I was started on right away. Annie was the person who did my nails. She was so sweet and fast which I love. I don’t like being at a nail salon for hours. She did such a great job with both my pedicure and my nails. I will definitely be going back. It was a little pricey but happy with the work so I don’t mind.

Melissa Allen I went in for a last-minute refill and pedicure. My daughter is getting married this weekend and I had a very limited time. Ivy and Nancy got me in. Did my pedicure and my fill at the same time. They were both very gentle and super sweet. I am very pleased with my nails, and the pedicure was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back.

brit I give one star because the lady who did my full set actually did a good job. However, I have had 2 pedicures from this place. Both times the same male tech who did them did a TERRIBLE job. I decided to give it a second chance after the first time- but nope. There was polish all over my skin & he kept saying it was because I had small toe nails. It looked bumpy, rushed and sloppy. Because of that, would not recommend and will not be returning here. If you do go, don’t let the guy do your nails lol

Amanda Floyd If I could give this place zero stars I would. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, expecting it to be super busy and it was dead that should’ve been the first red flag to just turn around and walk out. My daughter and I went there for mother-daughter manicures, and I got a pedicure. my daughter walked in saying she wanted just her nails to be filed because they were the perfect length and she wanted a black French tip. The male nail tech there cut half the length of her nails off and painted her nails white and then proceeded to do a black tip and the work looked like something that my 11-year-old puts out. It was horrible and it took the man an hour and a half to do a horrible job. my nails got with gel overlay and tips and I asked for a coffin shape, which is a very common shape. The nail tech that originally was doing my nails, had to ask another nail tech that was working on another customer to come cut my nails and put acrylic over them. So that just tells me that everyone in there is not experienced and they only have one good nail tech. But here I am 10 days later, and my nails are already lifting. I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place as it is not best it should be called worst nails.

Shell Borgfeld Fitzpatrick Everyone was nice and salon was comfortable, however the polish used was old and gummy. I left knowing it was a bit lumpy and the French mani looked very uneven but she tried and I hate to be picky. 3 hours later the polish still wasnt dry. I had to remove it, it literally wiped off. I called them and they said it was because I didnt upgrade to gel polish. They said I could come back for paint but I live 20 miles away. I asked for another option but got "whatever" as a reply.

Betty Pera Dont go here unless you want your nail polish coming off. When I clearly asked why mine came off I was ignored like it was a joke. It was repaired and yet coming off again. Wont waiste my time dealing with these incompetent people. Cant wait for Signature Nails to open again.

Heather Williamson I do like my nails, they turned out looking great, I shouldnt be scrubbing my last color off my fingers. Definitely did not like being surrounded by 4 workers while they chatted in another language amongst one another, while I just sat awkwardly getting my nails done. Customer service was not there for me, wasnt offered a drink or anything. I figured Id go to a new place to find a fun place to get my nails done, and this was not it for me.

brianna antonetti I’m not left speechless often but this one did it! I previously had my nails filled here and they did a really good job so when I needed a new set I decided to come back. When I arrived I asked the nail tech if he could perform my request and he said yes. We then sit down and he starts taking my old nails off and his technique for taking them off was using a nail tip to get under my acrylic to flick them off, one of my nails were pretty tough and stabbed into my skin on accident, he then switched to using the grinder and I pulled my hand away a few times cause it was burning from my nails being thin and over filed. He then proceeds to place the tips, two of the tips were stuck together so as he was trying to separate them and dropped them on the floor. HE PROCEEDS TO PICK IT UP AND GLUE IT TO MY NAIL. I went to beauty school so I know once something drops on the floor you do not pick it up. I should have called it there and just request to remove them but I didn’t cause I was already invested in getting my nails done today. He then trims one of my nails and then starts to add acrylic to the I trimmed tips. I asked if he was going to trim them and he said after, I’ve never had that done before but he seemed pretty confident with his technique. After he trims them he starts to shape them, I requested him to make that narrow and square, after shaping he asks me how they look. They were quite crooked so I showed him and he went back to filing and only filed the side that was not what I was pointing out, making them even more crooked. I pointed it out again and he tells me he’s never had any problems before and has never had so many issues. At this point I felt like I was getting gaslighted trying to get them the way I requested. He then tells me it’s not done yet and proceeds to the next part of the service. He kept filing, I don’t know how I even have any skin left on my fingers and don’t even get me started on the hearts. I was so over it I didn’t have the energy to tell him they didn’t look good since he was already telling me he’s never had so many issues.

Ava Schulte I had the pleasure of visiting Bijou for the first time, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately, which set a welcoming tone for the whole visit. The atmosphere is calming and quiet, making it the perfect environment for a relaxing experience. My nail tech, Jenny, was fantastic — she demonstrated excellent skill and expertise throughout the entire process. I’ve tried other salons in the New Braunfels area, but none have been as good as this one. I’m absolutely thrilled with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this salon if youre looking for quality service and a serene atmosphere.

Manderz Just moved to NB and this Second time going with a terrible experience. Not only do they argue a lot infront of customers they say they have your info saved on file only for you to go back and they can’t find you and don’t say anything but “oh well”. My nails look rushed and they were not helpful in finding a color. It’s an awkward environment and they don’t have many color options. There was one lady who was good when i went The first time but again they didn’t save my info to share who she was. I’m just gonna take the trip to San Antonio and see the lady I’ve been going to for years.

Mackenzie Goone I have been here twice and both experiences have been wonderful! The first time I came with my 70 year ola grandmother and they treated her with such care and kindness. I came in for a fill last week and they did an amazing job reshaping the nail to something that was more flattering to my hand. $84 including tip was definitely worth it and I will be coming back!

LaLa I paid $132 for this!! She missed a whole section of my big toe, all of my nails are uneven, the paint is bubbly, some of the nails were put on crooked, they arent blended to my nail bed nicely - my hair has already got stuck underneath them, and she Didnt take a bit of my super obvious overgrown cuticles off.

Natalie Bloch I’m very unhappy with their service and will not be going back. I went in to get a fill and when I left my thumb nails started peeling! And they were squishy. When I showed the front desk person he said I made it worse and told me to sit down so they could fix it. All the nail tech did was add more polish. It looked good felt fine so I left. An hour lady I saw bubbles forming in all my nails and my thumb nails and 2 other finger nails were squishy! When I went back the 3rd time they drilled the polish off and they were all wet underneath! He never let the polish dry correctly! He re does the polish and I leave again. I wake up this morning my nails are peeling, bubbly, squishy, the wet polish underneath got in my hair and it SMELLS! So this is what they look like now. And they said no refund…

Trevor Airola David is the best. My girlfriend and her mom started going there regularly and I wanted to pay for the service. David made every effort to accommodate and was able to get it done. They both left happy with the nails they wanted. If you are near the Creekside area I definitely recommend stopping in.

Rachel Ann Olivas Inspo pic versus what I got. Insanely thick dipped nails with humps, didn’t take it far enough back and they clearly didn’t use shellac, look at it chipping etc! This place doesn’t care about customer service or the art of how nails should be done. My toes look like I got them done 4+ weeks ago! Wouldn’t refund because I came back 5 days later. So I’m going thru the insurance company! 114.00 wasted!

After my first failed nail experience in town, I found this place and was happy to see that they were more professional as well as very prepared with the new social measures in place. Three things to note before your visit: 1.Please make an appointment ahead of time 2.Wash your hands when you first arrive 3.Please keep your mask for the entirety of your visit Aside from a few issues that I find personal preference related, I enjoyed my pedicure and was very happy with the results! The management and services were very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to going back for a mani-pedi again to see if this is my new nail spot.

Kelly Quarles Vincent and the rest of the staff at LaLuna were very friendly and attentive. When I arrived at La Luna, my nails were misshaped and way over due for a fill. Vincent did a fantastic job at reshaping, cleaning, filling and painting my nails. I definitely recommend LaLuna and will return.

Lily J Don’t ever go to this place !!!!! I’m not a person who leaves this type of reviews ever but I had to do it. I went to this place expecting to have my nails clipped and having 2 ingrown toe nail taken care of, but the lady that was doing the job was only filing my nails. When I asked her to clip them she said they were already too short. They were not! She didn’t do it. Then I asked her to please take care of my ingrown nail and she said they couldn’t do it there, she said “your doctor has to do it “ every other nail salon I’ve been to they do it. Then she told another lady and she came to do it . When she was doing it I told her I had another one on my other foot she did it in a very rude way I told her it was hurting and she said to me “you want it done ? Don’t complain” the water wasn’t even warm so my nails were not ready for them to work on them. I was bleeding! The other lady seemed embarrassed . I asked her if she could put alcohol on it so it wouldn’t get infected. She did. That has never happened to me before anywhere else. It was the worse experience ever. I am never going to that place again ! They charged me $55.00 . I’m not complaining about the price but they didn’t do a good job I had to come home and clip my nails shorter myself .

Christopher Pinilla No. I’ve been trying this place over and over again and each time, they disappoint. For $85, I would expect to walk out happy and excited about my nails. They don’t know how to sculpt nails; they come out so thick and ugly. Then, they can’t do a French manicure to save their lives! I ask for one color on the sample and get a different color. They almost always leave me with a nick or cut. They rush through the job without anyone waiting! They are rude and unfriendly except the gentleman who was at the front. I’m sick of the lack of customer service for a service that costs this much money. I’m sick of the horrible work done. No more getting our money.

SA I went in for a mani- pedi with regular white polish. Mimi maybe great at the massage but horrible on the rest. While Rushing through it, She pulled at my cuticles which was painful and then the rest is obvious in the photos. The painting was as fast as possible without a care about how it looked. She did not even remove all the old nail polish. I paid and tipped but unfortunately didn’t notice how awful my nails, especially my toes looked until I got home. I called them and told them my toes looked awful. The man on the other line told me to come back to see my toes. I said ok but I have a class to attend in 15 min; I said that I don’t have time now to fix them. He said it will only be 5 minutes and that he would just paint over them (mess that was already were). I said no, it needs to be removed and repainted .i tried showing him and he didn’t even care. He said that I just have small nails and basically nothing more. I told him oh never mind and I will not be returning. As I left he yelled .ok! Bye! Terrible customer service. Stay away from this place.

Marissa Gonzalez I have come here for my pedicures for about a year. Best pedicure I’ve gotten. I pay for the highest paying pedicure and no complaints. Sometimes they clip my cuticles and I bleed but hey that happens. Now I decided to get my nails with them for the first time. BIG mistake. This lady messed up my nails so bad. All I wanted was a French tip lol and she made the French tips so thick and didn’t even paint all the nail????? Worst service ever. She did it so fast too. Felt like I was not wanted. So this place is meant for pedicures and not fake nails.

Natalie Kridel For a pretty pricey gel manicure and I just got a basic polish pedicure which was total of like 75 bucks out the door my gel started chipping in 2 days and so did my toes. Also the gal was sick coughing in my face the entire time with her mask not covering her nose to the point I was turning my face away from her during the manicure and on top of that I asked for light glitter she told me it’s very hard to do but she was able to do it to my fingers fine. It was the most rushed pedicure I have ever had . The callus scrub she didn’t even do my calluses just rubbed the sole of my feet for a few seconds. Will not be returning.

jayden bustillo usually come to get my nails done at schibolo and they do great quality and long lasting work. But this time was completely different. Im not sure what the man doing my nails name was but he first cut my skin and it continuously bled until i got home from the salon and had to bandage it up. Not even two days after having my nails done all of the edges of my nails are peeling up and one even fell off. By the end of the second day of having my nails done all ten have peeled off. Like i said they usually do a great job and leave me with great long lasting nails but this time was very disappointing.

Kristy Diggles-Castillo Me and my girlfriends went to get pedicures and I will say it was not a great or even a good experience. First we get to our chairs and sit down, they start our pedicures without even asking us which one we wanted, we had to ask twice for the menu. Only one of my girlfriends was asked if they wanted something to drink. Although we all got the same pedi per their menu our pedis all had different steps. My girlfriend was in pain as the employee was digging in her toenail to the point it is now infected. Her employee forgot to even scrub one of her heels. My employee was quick and also aggressive while scrubbing my feet and my massage was awful. I had to ask her to repaint my toe 3 times because it was bubbly and streaky. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Save yourself the pain and 40.00 and go somewhere else. Also the floors were dirty with stuff stored up behind all the chairs.

Mary Sciaraffa Worst manicure I have ever had. I have been cleaning out a family home and washing my hands constantly…all I wanted was a good manicure to make my hands and nails feel better. I wanted a mani/pedi and what I got was a very rushed, non sanitary treatment. I often have my manicures at the pedi seat but the salon usually sets up the side table with a towel for any mess from filing or cutting and warm water tray for soaking. I had a cold water bowl that I had to hold on my knees and no towel. When he took my hand to work on it it was dripping on my legs while he worked on it. When he was done with that hand he would sort of toss it towards me and want me to give him the other. He didn’t remove my clear polish and just filed the top of them. He pushed the cuticles back and didn’t cut my cuticles at all. He kept saying its all good. I probably should have complained but then you don’t understand what they are saying about you. When I paid I had the girl get some nail polish remover to clean up my nails because I had polish on my cuticles around the nail. The $50 I paid for the service was a rip off….I will never be back and just wanted others to be warned. You can see the job that they did on my fingers in the pictures…I don’t even want to get into my feet…UGH!!

Jacqueline Pope I’m really disappointed with the quality of service received. I upgraded to the lavender pedicure which was nice, but my nails are already too long less than a week later even though I asked multiple times for them to be cut down. My feet also were still very rough after as my feet weren’t scrubbed enough. The biggest disappointment to me is my shellac manicure. I was sold on this because it was promised to last two weeks. The quality was disappointing to begin with and then 2 days after, my first nail chipped. Now over half my nails are chipped. If you want quick service this is the place for you, less than an hour for a lavender pedicure and shellac manicure.

C Little I recently moved to NB and tried out Picasa Nails for a pedicure. I was able to get the time I needed and was taken care of as soon as I walked in! Tim offered me a drink but I brought wine so he immediately provided a wine glass! The salon is large and well taken care of. I cant say enough about the great technique and attention to detail. My pedicure is wonderful!

Caitlyn Stade I understand that I am not paying someone to talk to me but the gentleman that did my nails could not keep a conversation. ( could clearly understand me just would ignore me ). Constantly got on HIS cell phone and didn’t come across as friendly. I’ve never had a problem with my nails chipping but the day I got them done they chipped . Not worth the 65 . But Tina ( who did just my design) was amazing and super sweet !

Tanya Erin I brought an a set of press on nails because I wanted them to match the length and the shape. The lady had massive attitude when I try to check the length against the sample I wanted. She told me she didnt need to look at my sample. So I didnt get the shape I wanted and I didnt get the length. Theyre all different lengths. Ive been getting fake nails for 35 years this is the first time they didnt even put any cubicle oil or clean up all of the little skin tags around the nails the guy doing nails next to her offered this to his client and watching. When I told her about the cuticle oil and cleaning up the skin she tried to charge me more. The third time Ive been to this place and the second bad experience. This lady had an attitude the entire time and it was the most unpleasant manicure Ive ever gotten.

Tiffany Lu Store was not clean. Towel, sink & table to place your hands on to dry nails was dirty. Nail technician was looking at her phone/watching videos? For the 1st 10 minutes of my manicure. She was very distracted. She was not friendly. But the last straw, and why I will NEVER go back there again, is that she cut my cuticle so badly then ignored when I told her and showed her the blood around my nail, she continued to paint my nails. Blood was coming thru the polish! I should of got up and walked out when she was initially on her phone, she was missing my nail with the tool that pushed back the cuticles at that point. DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! IM PRAYING MY FINGER DOESNT GET INFECTED!

Catherine Olguin Im sorry but the lady burnt my face when she waxed me twice . I have burnt marks on my face now and the nails were not what I asked at all . I had to go get them fixed somewhere else . I wont be going back here or recommending this place either .

Janet If you are planning to get your nails done here, just go somewhere else. This was my first and last time coming here, not friendly unprofessional, and the lack of work was saddening. I paid $75 for nails that look horrific, uneven, and nothing like the picture of what I wanted done. My nails have scabs from the cuts of filing on my skin, and my fingers are sore from it. I took my sister for a first time experience and was saddened that her nails also came out bad. We paid a total of $130 for the ugliest nails possible. Two times my nail technician got up to put water in the monomer and all my tips are uneven as well as the French tip on my nails. I had to come home and file them some more, there was nail polish on the clear part and no attempt to fix it there was hairs like the little white fuzzy hairs Before putting nail polish and were also left there mixed with the nail polish. Overall, a waste of time, a waste of money and very unhappy with my overall experience in the salon I repeat do not go here. Do not waste your money. You will be very disappointed. I’ve got my nails done many times over the years in other places and I have never gotten something so bad in my life. I will attach pictures of what I wanted and what I got… the one design I asked for was a heart and the placement was incorrect, and it was extremely crooked
