Amanda Sutterfield Nice enough salon. Friendly atmosphere. Poorly executed and sloppy nails. Tech was going to use a tip to rip off my old nail set, until I requested she soak them off (which seemingly annoyed her). Showed a photo of what I wanted, and tech had no idea how to execute it, so asked for held (which is okay, everyone needs help). What I wanted vs what I got are very different. She applied primer to one nail, got distracted, and neglected to do the other nine nails. Several nails look like “ski slops”. I asked for Stilleto and got poorly executed almond. I tried several times to voice what I wanted fixed, even tried showing what I wanted fixed; language barriers made that rather difficult and frustrating. Pedicure was done so so. It was rushed and compared to competitors pricing and services…it wasn’t that great. It was just a basic pedicure being peddled as some high end pedicure. However, polish is clean, nails are square and straight. I am however sporting gel polish across the top of my foot. As I was leaving, the tech asked if everything was “great”?! I smiled and said “it’s fine”. I had already been there HOURS and had already tried getting things fixed. Was not going try, yet again. I didn’t have the time nor the patience left. I am including photos of their work and the inspiration photos I showed to the nail tech. Oh…and I paid for the service and tipped the tech, well I might add. So I am not some crazy “Karen”. I am just a woman who knows what she wants and expects to get what she pays for.

Liz Johnson Id say it’s a pretty decent little nail salon. Going early you avoid rushes they might have. Can’t go wrong with a basic mani, pedi. Feet was 55$ and the nails where 80$ i paid 135 in total for this service. Shaping of the nails was done by Shayla. The toes was done by Anna. Both very gentle handed. I did tip 20$ on top of the 135, because the service was friendly and it was peaceful. They try to give you exactly what you want, and delivers! I definitely would go back! Just make sure you speak up and make sure they understand what you’re wanting.

Jori Harvey I can’t do 2 reviews giving Tom 1 star and Karen 5 stars. Tom did my pedicure and cut the heal of my foot then did my manicure cutting 2 of my fingers and put super glue on the cuts to stop the bleeding. I think there was a little bit of a language problem, but didn’t expect him to have attitude and smack his mouth several times like he was annoyed. Edited to add: the shellac on my nails started chipping off within a week of having them done. I did nothing for them to chip off either. Karen did the hearts design on my nails, touched up a couple of my nails, and waxed my eyebrows. She did great especially with my eyebrows. They were uneven and unshaped but she evened and shaped them nice.

Val Fortkamp Had nails dipped. First I picked a color with light Gold sparkling. I showed the tech what I wanted. Then the tech was applying a yellow. 162 not 152. I stopped him and again showed him the example. So he took that off. Then he got the right color but it’s straight up sparkle not light sparking. I asked him why we didn’t use the lamp to help dry and harden my dip. He said not necessary. Everyone has used the lamp. After 6 days my nails began chipping. At the same time another customer was in pain from services of a tech on other side of room. In 2024. You’ll get your tip when I return for business.

Vik Caballero I have been to this salon a couple of times and after years searching for a place to regularly get mani/pedis I think I found it!! I spend about $100+ for both services. They are a clean place, and very time efficient. Ni- The Owner- is soo sweet and gets a great shape and design done for my nails. Yani- gave me such a calm and relaxing pedicure.

Tori Rose They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning. Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.

Cree Stackz I have been here 3 times before. The guy sitting in number 17 has done my nails twice. The Christmas set you see below he charged me $110. He did my nails another time, the nails were one color with a design on each nail totaling to $110 again. The red nails with black designs on each nail. The third time I went the lady sitting at number 15 did my nails the French tip with the hearts shown below she charged me $90. Today I went to get a full set with one solid colored. (An inspo picture is below to show the color wanted, I wanted the length a little shorter.) . I sat down and handed him my color, he proceed to tell me that I should do powder and it was better. The guy I believe name Steven table number 3 or 4 told me my nails would be $80 , 2 minutes later I was told $85. When I asked why my nails would be that much after I explained the lady at number 15 did my nails and charged me $90 he got extremely upset and said she would do them. He doing my nails was not the problem, I just wanted to do know why I was paying so much for a medium set with one solid color no designs. Another lady comes over and tells me that because I wanted French tip it would be $85. I explained that I never asked for French tip, I wanted one solid color she tells me my new total would be $75. I still think $75 for one solid color medium nails is too pricey. I am not the one to argue about someone else’s prices but the math is not mathing. They clearly make up whatever prices they want. For him to get so upset when all I wanted was a breakdown of why my nails were quoted $80-90 is crazy to me. I will never go here and will tell others of my experience.

Natalie Avila Went to get A FILL and a new design, the design was nothing compared to what I showed her, when I asked if she could adjust the nail she said “I’m not on ur time what do you wanna hang drink coffee” very very rude but still I was trying to trust the process once I realized it wasn’t getting any better I asked for her to remove the design, they did but still charged me for a fill A FILL & this is how my nails were left. I understand everyone has bad days but as a paying customer I don’t expect you to like me but her service needs work nothing against the salon matter fact I’ve been there many times and they do amazing very upsetting that I won’t be going anymore cause this young lady (maybe the young lady was new) but her attitude definitely needs work like I said nothing against the salon but this was very disappointing all the lady’s around me getting there nails done looked great (never got the young lady’s name but I had never seen her before)

Alexis Morales If you want your skin ripped off and be in pain, go get a pedicure at Signature. Asked for the deluxe pedicure didn’t get the hot rocks or hot towels. Barely got the 2 min lotion massage. I guess the lady I got was in a rush.

Ally Barriga Absolutely love this place! I typically don’t like trying new places, but in this specific case I didn’t really have an option and it turned out to be the best experience! They are very welcoming and have a very comfortable, clean environment. Their hours are very flexible and they had me done and out all within an hour! Their prices are also cheaper than I usually pay at other places. I left with the prettiest nails and over all so satisfied as a first time customer. Will definitely be returning!

Zana foyt I love Ventura nails especially Helen. Helen is my go to girl. I am a diabetic and in the past pedicures were pain for me and I always hurt after them. With Helen doing my pedicure it is relaxing and not painful at all. And my feet feel so much better. Thank you Helen for making pedicures enjoyable again

I live in Midland, but it is worth the drive to come again and get my nails done here!

Kate Berry I got a fill and a replacement nail that had broken off completely. I went right when they opened, thinking that if I get there early, the technician wont be tired. I had a lady who was nice and did good work, but she cut my pinkie. Like, she cut it while using the file. She Never said she was sorry or anything!!! Then, on the same nail, she scraped the nail bed in two places with the sander. I have little scabs still today, and I got them filled 4 days ago. She did an okay job on my nails and shaped them well, but on three nails, they were just sloppy. They could have been shaped cleaner, if that makes sense. I probably will not come back, because she never apologized for cutting me. Update: the response on this is NOT accurate! I did NOT enjoy myself nor the services given! Please read the whole message, not just comment as an owner a blanket "thank you". Fix the issue please!

Cezzy Roe I went with a friend who is a regular of Andy’s here her nails are always good but as for the lady who did my nails I don’t know if it was a bad day or what but she took it out on my fingers all but 2 of my fingers she cut through the cuticle and the ones that ain’t on the cuticle and underneath my nail she did with a hand file! Some of the nails ain’t even completely covered it already looks like I’m close to needed a fill done on some and I can see my natural nail on the side of some not to mention there was glue still on the side of 3 nails I had to get Andy to remove for me and not to mention my pinky nail is obviously crooked…only go to Andy or just take your money else where

Jeanette delgado I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for a long time and have always been patient and pleasant during my visits. I especially appreciate the work done by the nail technicians at tables 5 and 6. However, the long wait times have become frustrating. Today, I waited for an hour and a half. I didn’t mind when three other clients were seated before me, but after that, a woman and her two children arrived and were given priority because they "had to leave." It felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, especially since I had already been waiting for so long. If I had been informed that the wait time would be nearly two hours, I would have chosen to come back another day. It’s disappointing that loyal customers aren’t given the same consideration as others. I hope the salon improves its appointment and walk-in management to provide fairer service to all clients. Sadly I won’t return.

I’ve never had to wait that long in the almost 10 years of coming here. So when I asked if they would do a discount for the wait not even mentioning they left acrylic under my nails, half assed the nail job itself, she told me no. And got snarky. I use to love them, but they really gone so down hill. Sad.

Christyna Taylor WOW!! Do NOT come here! They literally had some untrained guy try to do me pedicure!! Ive been going to salons for over 20 years, this was the worst, most comical/scariest experience Ive ever had! 1st, the chairs were extremely worn down and uncomfortable (least of my concern) The "New" guy they had put with me, over filled the foot soak tub with ICE cold water, when i reluctantly complained, he added more COLD water, nearly filling the bowl completely....when he started water jets, he had the piece on incorrectly, and water started shooting out, all over the floor, creating a HUGE mess!!! Ill admit, I should of just walked out then, but I didnt..stupid. my nerves were shot, and I knew my toes were about to butchered. He pulls out the drill, to remove the old polish, and I kid you not, his hands were shaking more then cheap massage chair! He kept hitting my toes with the drill...big toe, second toe, ...when he hit the 3rd toe, I yelped, and jumped outta the chair. NOPE!!! Why would you put him on the floor with paying customers?!! Have him practice on the employees!!! They then had a nice older lady finish the job. Without me saying a word, she felt the water and switched my chairs immediately. However the experience was not worth the $75 I paid. Never again!

Tory Bickle The people were rude to us when we arrived and then the next day my MIL broke her nail and one week later I broke mine they rushed through it to get us out fast and my nails are crooked and now one is broke. I would not recommend this “salon”

Wanted to enjoy a little moment for myself being a full time mommy & this place just ruined it!! The manager was nice, sorta! But the man that did my nails got mad because I refused to get a manicure ! He didnt just want to paint my nails, and then I made the mistake by asking how much for a manicure was and I replied , "no, its okay I dont want to spend a lot I just want my nails painted" & then he asked "do you even have money for this?" Uh!? What!? I told him yes of course but now I dont have money for a tip! & he demanded I paid before he started anything!! So I paid the damn 7 dollars because I didnt want to go into Odessa coming from midland, the entire time of doing my nails he kept smacking my hands because they were "doing what he wanted my hands to do" Just ridiculous! Ash The manicure was so rushed and the work reflects that. I had top coat on my fingers when they were done they skipped the cleaning of my nails as well. The wait was so long we asked how long the wait was when coming in and they just said to take a seat we waited 30-40 min (they’re very understaffed - 3 workers) I understand wanting to make money but be considerate and honest with wait times I wouldn’t have mind the wait if I’d known it also make the work y’all do sloppy if yall are rushing

Tyrisha Jarrell First visit went with my daughter got pedicures and she got a set of nails everything was good. So I went back got a pedi and a manicure and my natural nails painted with shellac...because they talk you into shellac saying it lasts longer. However, after two days the polish chipped on two nails, a total of 4 nails after 5 days. I went to have this fixed, the lady asks me what I need, I tell her...she tells me to sit at one of the nail spots...after 20 mins she comes to me and asks what I need...I tell her again...she says the guy isnt there who did my nails...come back tomorrow...this is why I am most upset...she wasted 20 mins of my time when she couldve said this the first time. I will not be going back tomorrow or any other time Regular polished wouldve probably last longer than this which I got on my toes and they are fine ever after hitting my toes on cabinets

I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me. Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Mary Vazquez (PLEASE READ I DONT WANT ANYTHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE) I’ve been going here for years (I don’t get my nails often but when I do I go there) the beginning when I started they were very professional and welcoming and did amazing on pedicures and manicures. I noticed they changed a lot it wasn’t really clean, workers on their phones constantly and using the massaging machine instead of working! The owner would have to speak to each worker with what the clients are saying which that doesn’t really bother me but it’s hard when they are busy your waiting there forever just to tell them simply what color you want. I went for my birthday to get a pedicure the pedicure was good it hurt a little but I was okay. The next day I noticed my toes swollen long story short my big toes got infected really bad almost had to have surgery I couldn’t walk I couldn’t drive it was an awful pain to even take a step hurt so bad this was back in December and it’s April and it’s barely healing! I was debating on writing this review but I just don’t anyone to go through what I went through.

Veena Mehra I would certainly not return here but before I leave I wanted to share feedback so others can be spared. I got my nails on Thursday 9 May. And look at the picture already. I did not wait 40min, pay $50 plus tip to get this result. This was my first and last time here. The gentleman obviously did not do his job. The top transparent coat began to crack on the 3rd day and today one of my tip fell off and the other index finger is chipped.

Lewis Hanson Came in late on a Satirday evening while visiting out from out of town. Very friendly and helped me out after going to Unique Nail Spa where the lady was afraid to scrape my heels to get the cracks out after only 3 weeks where in Houston I have a regular 65 yrs old lady that gets it out. So long story short after leaving unique nail spa because lady couldnt communicate they fixed what they started over there and got done for me what Unique Nail and spa couldnt do. FYI dont always go to the more expensive high end salons as they RIP you off and only focus on massaging feet! Thats what our husbands are for( Im reviewing this on my husbands phone) lol...

Tonja Wilkerson The worst place to go they dont make sure that the powder that they put on the nails is out of the nail beds and when you say something they say your hands are dry and they cant fix it. And also they will ask you for a tip even when you tell them you are not happy with the job.also, my daughter went to the restroom and came out to tell me that the place was not clean at all and that there wasnt any soap. I do not appreciate how they made me and my daughter feel. This place is not at all where you should go.

I went to their website seeing that the reviews weren’t so great I still made an appointment because they had a great promotion going on and I’m glad I did as I walked in. I was a little nervous but you see I have gone to 12 different salons since moving to West Texas, back home They would always make it exactly how I like it but here in West Texas I have not found one salon To make them perfect. As I sat down to get my nails done for the first time at this salon, she listened to my needs. I like Them short And very thin I do not like them painted on and I do not like them dipped. She did them perfect and even did the design. This shop is much cheaper than the shops around and they listen to your needs. I highly recommend to go here.

Janie Anderson I came to get my feet done and the lady was very rough and she was very, very, slow. she was also rude! When she was filing my nails she filed my skin, that hurt. The nail polished I picked was dried out so she added some water to it. I said Ill pick another color and she said NO this one is good. They didnt even have the dryer to dry my nails when I left My nails got messed up with watered down nail polish. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! DONT GO THERE! Money down the drain. Ill have to go get them re-done somewhere else now!

Cynthia Taylor I only went here because they open early on Sundays. I was already going to post something about this when they refused to fill my dipped nails with more dip powder. I assume it’s to make more money off their dipped nail customers, forcing them to get a new set each time. But then my nails ended up like this. Also, felt I was way overcharged for the gel polish on my toes. Didn’t take advantage of their full bar, tho.

Prices are a little higher that what Im used to paying, however, its ok to splurge a little sometimes; especially when the offer good service, and nice atmosphere.

Allison Pope I took my 4-year-old for her first pedicure today. Their kid chairs weren’t working, but they put some pillows behind her back on the big chairs and took great care of her. Our technician Lily rolled with all the toddler things - like wanting six different colors and needing a potty break in the middle of the pedicure! Definitely recommend.

Shawna Gray Went looking for a new and better salon and this place is nothis place is NOT it! My nails were not checked for length accuracy and they were not properly shaped before applying acrylic. The set applied is extremely are THICK, uneven, whole nail is NOT covered properly with either powder or acrylic, not shaped, sharp, feathering at the edges, and just plain UGLY. I mentioned the poor quality of the acrylic powder and the tech went over it with gel polish which didnt do anything but hide the poor powder. I also mentioned the shape and how square they were.She only checked the length of 2 nails properly and then filed them in a attempt to try to get the correct shape. I do not recommend this salon based on poor quality and results.

Not sure why. I’ve never seen anyone do that before. But it ended up leaving spots in the nails. It looks like they needed another two coats of paint after he was done. And the lady doing my daughter’s nails kept coughing in her face and texting on her phone. First and last time coming here.

Carriz Payan I went in for a pedi originally and then decided to get a full set which seemed to be an issue. When I showed them an inspo picture they lady seemed to be extremely bothered. The lady was so rude when I was explaining what I wanted. If you want a boot leg manicure this is the place. My nails are trash. Then the nail tech has an instant blowing in my face the whole time. NEVER AGAIN!!

erika natividad Before getting my nails done I asked how much it would be to get an acrylic clear overlay on my nails. I was told $25, I repeated to confirm the $25 and was told “yes”. I had no previous set on my nails or color. It was just my bare nails. When I went to pay, I was charged $45!!!! I am so upset that I was lied to. Lanette Lara Over charged, cut and taken advantage of. I asked for the basic pedicure. Was charged for the one above it. I was CUT so bad but didn’t realize how bad until I woke up and it’s bad. Some Polish came off as the Nail tech was clean her towel it brushed my toe. She ignored it when I said something she basically used remover with a brush and just thinned out that whole toe. She then Ensures me I was good to walk after I said I don’t mind waiting… well it wasn’t dry. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll update and call the health inspector if it gets infected! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Reyna Reys I got a full set and a pedicure. Ive seen better for 105$ My toes are the same color. The paint job is clunky on my toes and its not the white paint because Ive done white before. This is a mall location and I wouldnt normally come here but I definitely will not come back.

Taysia White Worst nail salon I have ever been too in my life...first I asked if they do ombré nail the guy said yes....I wanted pink to white ombré and this is what I got...I got my nails done on Saturday and my thumb nail broke Monday....I go in to get it fixed and the guy that did it wasn’t there so another guy said he would fix it for $7....I was like what that’s not fair it broke after 2 days...he said he didn’t care...so before getting upset I asked for the manager and he said she wasnt there and I left right after!!! That was the worst customer service I have experienced with a nail salon and I don’t recommend anyone to go there and I will definitely not be returning!!! Side note: I had to get my thumb fixed at another salon that didn’t have the same powder...waste of money!!!

Robbin Matlin I love this place. I came to Texas from California about a year and a half ago.i went to a couple different places before finding this place. They are very professional and perfectionist. Which I love because I want my nails to be perfect. I get pedicures here too. There have been a couple bad reviews I see but that was based on one young guy who was here, he did my nails once. I wasnt happy. All you have to do though is say something and they are more than happy to fix it free of charge. But you cant wait until you leave and then just send bad reviews. Its not fair to them when I know from experience that they want to make it right and for you to leave happy and come back. Im a customer for as long as theyre here. Also they have a beautiful shop with the newest styles, colors and techniques.

Ashley Barrick I should have read the reviews beforehand. I went in wanting dip nails done, the lady tried to convince me to do acrylic instead (shouldve been my first clue). During my visit, she kept leaving me to tend to other customers then would go back to me. She was probably 75% done with my nails then handed me off to another lady to finish. My nails came out looking so bumpy, uneven and thick. It literally looked like they molded putty to my fingernails and painted them. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. If the nails actually came out looking good, I couldve dealt with the terrible customer service, but I really felt like they just wanted to rush me out of there.

Jennifer Gonzales Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasn’t even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

She was in such a big rush doing my nails that she cut me on numerous occasions. I asked her to please slow down because she was causing me pain. $70 for this!!!
