Akansha K had a disappointing experience at this office. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for our appointment, the front desk informed us of a “no-show fee” that we had no prior knowledge of. When we expressed our concerns and declined to pay, the staff stated they would check with the doctor about proceeding with the appointment. Ultimately, we were told the doctor chose not to see us, which was frustrating given that we were on time. This experience left me feeling that patient care was not the priority. Clear communication and transparency about policies would have been helpful. I hope they take steps to improve their approach to patient interactions. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go this doctor.

Lindsay Diaz Dr. Varma attempted to commit insurance fraud by overcharging me for a prescription when she never prescribed me any medication (nor was I seeing her for this purpose).
When I asked her office why I was being charged $50, they quickly corrected it which is a huge red flag. So you were going to take my money had I not said anything? Shameful and a disgrace to medicine.

Piyoosh Jaysaval Today, I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Archna Varma at 1:00 PM. I arrived at her office at 12:52 PM, well ahead of my scheduled time. The front desk initially seemed ready to check me in, but then abruptly paused and said they needed to ask the doctor if she would see me. A few minutes later, I was informed that Dr. Varma refused to see me because I had not arrived 15 minutes before the appointment, despite the fact that I was 8 minutes early.
At first, I assumed this was just a miscommunication with the front desk, but after speaking with the assistant manager, it became clear that this decision was made by Dr. Varma herself. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to patients who take the time and effort to be punctual for their appointments. I will be formally filing a complaint regarding this matter.
