Molly Thomas I took my 1 year old in this past Saturday and had a terrible experience. We were the 3rd patient checked in when the clinic finally opened after the provider was 10 minutes late and the office staff not letting anyone in. After being checked in we waited for over an hour before even being called back. They would only call back 2 patients per hour. After getting called back I was worried about my daughter being sick for over a week, but the NP was only worried about strep. After explaining to her that 1 year old having strep was extremely rare, she looked at me like I was the dumbest person alive and said she regularly sees 6 month olds with strep. I dont know where this NP got her license but she probably needs some CEs. Ive been a nurse for 10 years and ran a clinic 5x this size and cannot believe the slow wait times and lack of knowledge from the staff treating patients. When I left people who checked in immediately behind me were still in the waiting room. I think they were probably waiting 2-3 hours just to be seen. I dont know who runs this clinic but it needs to be better managed. Terrible service in a town that only has one option for care on weekends.

Drennan Rogers Mindy and Desaere were amazing and exceptionally friendly! They were very helpful with registering and making my son feel at home and less scared. Monica was amazing as well and provided exceptional treatment! Highly recommend the Golden Plains Walkin Clinic for your healthcare needs.

W. Max Dr. Mann is amazing! Her team was fast and efficient. Dr. Mann took very good care of me. I would recommend her to anyone.

Mags Surges I went to this awesome clinic so they can look at sore throat on Monday. Wow the staff was professional, lm had to fill out some paperwork then l got called in to see the Doctor to get my throat looked at. I was very pleased

Ronnie Wetzel Best, fastest, friendliest, and most efficient clinic, I have ever been to. The secretary Mindy was just amazingly kind and the nurse Maddy was so patient with me. They both definitely deserve a raise or two.

Colleen Stidham I appreciate the attentiveness from the nurses and physician in the ER this past weekend; I felt valued as a patient and they addressed all my needs timely, despite being very busy. Thank you all! We are blessed to have this dept in our community to help care for our needs!

Teyah Chaney Went in Sunday night with signs of early labor. Couldnt finish my paperwork before they had me going back. A nurse named Summer worked with me through some fluids & a couple shots. She was absolutely wonderful, making sure I was comfortable, secure, & well taken care of. Made sure all my questions were answered, & reassured me with a similar situation she had been through in one of her pregnancies. Made sure I was on the checkout paperwork, & even showed me the nursery & delivery room. She was an angel at a very scary time.

Monica McCutchen In the past month I have had to visit the ER and had a great experience. They were very thorough. A couple of weeks later I had to have a procedure. Dr. Gadbury was the Doctor. Not only was Dr, Gadbury wonderful, so was the staff at the hospital and in his clinic. That includes Labs, Chest Xray, EKG, anesthesiologist and nursing staff. Lets be honest, I had lots of different staff and would love to name drop but I dont have all of their names. I am very pleased with my experience! Thank you Golden Plains staff and Dr. Gadbury for taking care of me!

Miranda Steadman If I could give this place -0 stars I would. I was having a miscarriage and went it because I was afraid of bleeding out and passing out. The ER doctor Dr ekanem did absolutely nothing. I sat there for hours bleeding non stop while waiting to even see him and he couldnt of cared less when we finally did. Also received a bill months later that was sent to the wrong address then received ANOTHER bill 6 months later from the company that contracts the ER Dr. So be prepared to not receive any care and get endless amounts of bills.

Sylvia Engle I starting going to Physical Therapy about 2 weeks ago. I was in so much pain, after the first session I felt so much better. And now I am so happy with the results. They did the dry needling, I would totally recommend this procedure. Thank you so much to the PT department. Y’all are awesome!!!
