vee i went in today to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was in the middle of doing a pedicure she came in the wax room and did not wash her hands after touching feet, she was touching my face which is very unsanitary, she also did not clean up my brows well i had to pluck a couple of hairs, she also apologized to the girl she was doing the pedicure for and did not say one word to me just wanted me to be gone it seemed like. i never feel welcome when i come in.

Brandon Alvarado The fact that one of the employees tried to belittle my mother blows my mind away. I’m surprised this place is open with this kind of treatment that worker provided. You need to understand that these customers don’t need your service, y’all need them to pay YOUR bills… customer service is key in this industry and if you’re not up to par, y’all need to close shop. It’s even worse that the owner Amy didn’t stand up to this abuse my mother endured under her watch.

Pierce Stigeover If Google was capable of leaving a -5 star review, I would leave one. My mother in law got her nails done here today and they had tried to charge her a higher price for the same service had received the previous time she went. When my mother in law had asked the woman who was doing her nails about the price compared to the price she was charged during her previous visit, the woman working their said, “I must have felt sorry for you that day so that’s probably why I charged a cheaper price that time”. To have the audacity to say this to ANYONE is extremely unacceptable. Seminole is a small town, so I will be warming all of our friends and family of the kind of employee Natural Nails has working for them.

Rachel Shriver Don’t ever go to the nail salon in Seminole, Texas. First off , they did a horrible job on my toes before a family wedding so I go in there to the first visit. Of course I asked if maybe they could give me a discount, take $10 off or something but they decided to tell me that that lady that did my pedicure no longer worked there which clearly is because she was not doing her job right and that proved my point even more. They refused to give me a discount or any type of money off of this pedicure I wanted to get so I didn’t say a word and just acted calm until …. So I sat down anyways to get one of the $35 dollar ones because it’s the cheapest .I usually get the deluxe pedicure but I didn’t want to waste $70 AGAIN. Well I sat down in cold-warm water and asked them to fix it and they said the hot water wasn’t working. My honest opinion is the man mail technician thought I was just trying to save money and scam them which I honestly would never do in my entire life. Im a good person but these people lied . I just called and made a reservation for 12-15 people and they said everything was fine

Alesha Wesley is the best!!! Truly an artist and very talented at his work !! If you haven’t been here I definitely recommend it! There’s a lot of talented nail artists in this salon but Wesley is for sure my go to every month. His nails are absolutely beautiful and they last!!

Valeria Verdugo Worst experience I’ve ever had. Place is nice and clean, but the service was horrible the pedicure service cost $75 for messed up polish they hardly scrubbed or cut down my nails. I had asked for my acrylic nails to be soaked off and the lady starts ripping them off causing my natural nails to break and bleed. After asking her to stop I had also told her not to cut my natural nails and she decided that she can’t do my nails unless they are cut short. After all this someone else stepped in to do my nails I asked for him to just finish taking them off and file them which where left at all different lengths. And yes I was still asked to pay $10 after they broke and made my nails bleed.
