Their team is so fast and friendly! I’ve come both with and without an appointment and never had any issue with wait times. Maya Valencia - Guzman I came to get my nails done, he did the shape and style I wanted but with the polish he only did 1 coat of each color and even filed off the gel off the side of the nails and its started peeling and to pay $65. I just got them done saturday . I asked for white and black and it was about an hour and a half before they closed so I didnt want them to stay late.

Trish I love coming here! Every set that Natalie has done for me are incredibly artistic! Everyone is so nice and the salon is very clean. The set also stays on far longer than any set I’ve had at other salons. I’ll be moving soon and I am so sad that I won’t be able to come here. Ever since my first set stayed on completely without chipping I’ve been loyal for years. I’ve included pics of some of my fav sets.

Marivel Portillo I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly, and as a walk-in, they took me right away for a manicure and pedicure. They did exactly what I asked for which was gel mani/pedi they didn’t try too add or change my mind which I liked. They made sure to check in with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy with the results. For example, they added black polish at the bottom of my nails to make the red glitter would pop, and the color turned out perfect. I chose dark green for my toes and a red-and-black design for my nails, and I couldn’t be happier. Fair and average price as well, my total Was 80 dollars 40 for each and plus what I tipped. A big plus was seeing the owner thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the salon after her client left, which really impressed me. I’ve been searching for a new salon, and I’m thrilled to say I’ve found it. I’ll definitely be back!

Manisha Arora Natalie at Allure Nails has got to be my favorite nail tech I’ve ever had! I was looking for a very specific look and she was so patient and kind and helpful with shade matching and testing out different things to make sure I was happy with the final result. She really brought my exact vision to life and was so friendly and fun the whole time! She has 16 years of experience doing nails and it definitely shows in her professionalism and skills. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

breana rodriguez Came in recently and was greeted very nicely. I scheduled my appt to be at 10:30 so thinking because the manager is gonna be working on my hair, I thought she would be there. They said she was running late so I thought it would be 10-15 mins. She had me waiting almost an hour... On to of that I wanted my dark hair to be a lighter color so she promised she could do that. So Im watching her do her thing and long story short, my hair cane it horrible, not even near close to the color I wanted!!! She gave me some weird pink highlights! I told her I hated having dark hair but guess what.. Its still dark. Looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I wanted to cry. Never coming back here EVER. I waisted $200 on something I could of dinner myself.

Nancy My favorite nail salon ever!! I began coming to this location in September 2021 and I continue till this day. I always go for the dip powered and pedicure every month. It is such a wonderful serene place, the staff is very welcoming & sweet. I always ask them for color nail advice and they always give me the best choices. They have amazing technique and workmanship. I dont ever see myself going to any other nail salon, but L & L nails. These ladies are true nail artists at their best. It does get super busy in the evenings so I would recommend coming in early morning when it is more relaxed. However, they will always accept walk-ins. This is my lil self - care spot forever. I truly do love em so much.

Beatrice Benavidez-Lazo L & L Nail Spa is one of the best nail salons in Irving. I’ve been impressed with how long my gel nails last without breaking. My favorite nail tech is Amber Hung because she’s able to customize your nails the way you want them! All the techs are very kind and courteous. I continue to be amazed by the excellent service and artistry of the nail techs here. I definitely recommend getting an appointment with Amber Hung!

They were super cute, but I did not get a good picture of them so I made sure to get a good picture this time! Loan is amazing at what she does and they are very reasonable with their prices! Carmen Olivas I was in town for a family gathering and didn’t have time to go to my regular place so gave this place a try. They have good reviews so I didn’t worry. My powder dip lasted 5 days! She was rushing to do my nails because she had to leave in the middle of the day. I really didn’t think nothing of it. My nails looked beautiful so I paid and left. Two days later, I noticed the crack on one of my nails. Again, no big deal, should be fine. Nope. I started noticing more cracks on other nails and now it’s all falling apart after only 5 days. I can’t even go back to get it fixed because I don’t live in Irving. Worst dip ever.

The salon is clean and decorated for each season, techs are knowledgeable and ensure they understand what I want. I highly recommend their signature pedicures… I think volcanic is the best! I’ve tried many salons in the area, but this is the only one I will come to because my nails always turn out beautifully and I feel pampered and cared for at C-Nails. Can’t wait to make another appointment!

Natalie Jaroszewski I got a full acrylic set, gel polish, oval shape, with chrome polish on top of the gel. Total $75 before tip. Personally that felt high to me, but not unusual. However, my hands hurt so bad after this manicure. For better or for worse I am a very quiet 25 year old that doesnt have the courage to tell someone I dont like their work. I honestly probably wouldnt have taken the time to leave a review of I hadnt suffered literal injuries. My left thumb and right pinky both have split skin on the left side of the nail from the technicians foam/cardboard nail file. Of course I suffered an involuntary jump away from the file when I was first hurt, but it kept happening. Looking at my nails now I see she was trying to remove polish she got on my skin. Still I hurt. Additionally looking at the nails in the sun and moving past my pain I now see the shape of each nail is very wonky and there are bubbles in the polish. Lastly, this is very minor, but the intense burning alcohol smell still lingering on my hands is extremely unpleasant as well. I really hate to leave this review because I got to hear two other customers talking about their next routine appointments and it was clear they were both regulars, but I will not go here again or recommend it to anyone.

Mai Song Lets just say Ill never be back. Total waste of $147 and Im pretty sure the lady used dirty tools on my feet after showing her coworker that it was dirty. I asked her to get new tools but I dont think she did. My nails are HIDEOUS and they smell bad. I still have dead skin on my feet smh. I kept telling the girl that my nails were lumpy and she had the nerve to tell me that it wasnt gonna be noticeable once she puts the color on. They didnt even offered me anything to drink but the moment Betty White came in, they offered her a glass of wine. Tbh, I hope this place gets shut down. Ill be going back to my normal nail tech at Naild Bar on oaklawn because why do my toes look like a toddler painted them????

Debbie O I came here to get nails with design. When i walked in it was completely empty. I showed them what i wanted and they said they could do it. The person i spoke to was to do my nails. Instead, she sent someone else after i sat down and all they did was take off my top coat, buff and painted my acrylic nails with a gel polish and charged me 60$ under the ‘extra’ itemized category. No design. It is inconsiderate and rude to change techs on a customer without discussion or notice. People have places to be and things to do so the time should be honored and respected. My pedicure of 66$ was messy with cheap polish that continued to streak even with multiple coats applied. I guess it’s empty in there for a reason. I said this to them and I will say it again, I wont be going back. Unless you want a basic job done for 60$, i recommend finding another nail spot.

Madelyn Nelson Worst french tips, White powder all mixed in with the pink base. I pointed it out during the process and he said there was something wrong with the powder. I went back the next day to have them fix it and she just put another top layer on, barely masking the issue. And acted like they couldn’t see the issue afterwards, although it was apparent. You can see white specks all over in the photo. I didn’t find the staff very professional or the environment/ tools to be very clean. Google pics are very misleading. I would not recommend this salon.

The took the time to educate me between dip and acrylic nails and helped me decide which would be better. The women here are so nice and the price is very reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Dominique Brown I went in and it was pretty busy with clients getting ready for Superbowl parties! It was about a 30 minute wait that I didnt mind because I expected it. The staff were nice and set me in a chair until it was my turn. Lee did my pedicure and Amy did my brows. I enjoyed the overall experience and will be going back.

Brittany Madrid The lady that did my nails made them way too short when I told her I wanted to keep the length. She continued to do them short and not only that but I requested black nails with chrome. No one mentioned that they did not even have the right chrome to put on top of the black. So I just left with plain black nails, I would have changed the entire nail color if I would have been advised that they did not have the correct chrome. Not to mention when I walked in I requested a full set and eyebrow wax. Leaving this place they did not even ask me if I was satisfied nor if I was ready for my eyebrow wax. They just checked me out and I told them that I asked for an eyebrow wax. Instead of attending to me when I had already requested it they didnt seem to care and just said "well shes busy" pointing to the lady who was going to do my eyebrows. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. AT ALL.

Dez Ceil Nail Lounge, located in the lovely Las Colinas area, is conveniently situated and offers a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the fact that I was able to walk in during the middle of the day and be seen right away – no waiting! The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing, creating a relaxing environment. The prices initially seemed reasonable, with a full set of acrylics starting at $45. However, the cost quickly escalated. I opted for a single, simple design, and a removal, and the total price ballooned to nearly $100. While the service was prompt, the time spent on a relatively basic design felt a bit excessive. Overall, while Ceil Nail Lounge scores points for its location, beautiful interior, and quick service, the final price and the length of time for a simple design were a bit disappointing.

Kristen I recently visited Ciél Nails for a pedicure with my two daughters, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On November 21, while one of my daughters was getting her pedicure, the technician cut her cuticle on two of her toes. Despite my daughters repeated requests for the technician to be more careful, she continued to experience pain and even cut a second toe. After spending $245 for three pedicures and my nails, I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk staff, but they seemed indifferent to my concerns. The next day, I noticed that my nails started lifting. After returning from out of town the day after Thanksgiving, I went back to Ciél to seek assistance. The nail technician, Katie (who did my nails the first time), was called to fix my nails, but she reacted negatively, speaking loudly to her colleague and blaming me for the issues. During the process, she was rough and even cut my cuticles while trying to shave my nails down. Afterward, I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who was incredibly kind and understanding. He expressed shock at the condition of my nails (for the second time) and assured me that he would discuss the situation with his manager. He offered to have my nails properly redone, which I appreciated. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care from the staff was disappointing. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services in the future.

Abi W First time coming here and I was impressed! The salon is very clean and there was no wait on a busy Saturday, the staff stayed on top of everything without making you feel rushed. My technician Long did an amazing job with the foot massage and French tip. I think people might find the massage to be more intense than another salon, but I think that’s what makes this salon stand out. The wooden tool used to release pressure points was new to me and I loved it! Long made sure to check that the temperature was good for me before placing any hot towel, wax, or stones, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Very relaxing experience, I highly recommend Ciel for a luxury experience at a reasonable price.

Shawna Abraham I would give this place negative stars if allowed!!! This is by far the WORST nail salon to ever go to! Mine and my daughters full acrylic sets popped off by themselves within the first 24 hours of having them. My nieces gel polish completely peeled off within 12 hours of having them done. None of the nail techs listened to what we wanted. My nail tech tried to switch me with 2 other customers, and when she was unsuccessful, she paid more attention to other customers than me. She applied glue and powder on the skin surrounding my nail to the point that all of my fingers were raw when the nails popped off. They didnt do the basics of a manicure either; no cuticle trim or nails cut to the appropriate length for an acrylic set. I had to wait 10 minutes while the nail tech ate her food in front of me at her station. There were nail techs and customers yelling to talk to each other so they could be heard because of the number of people in salon. There were a significant amount more of things wrong here.. They dont do refunds either!!!

CARLA MCK Hannah was really patient and great but I will not be back. I was told that two people were available to handle my dip set and my pedicure. When I arrived, everyone looked at me as if no one spoke to me on the phone about scheduling my appointment. I sat down to begin my pedicure only to find out that no one was available to do my dip set, which caused me to say for two hours in total, which is absolutely unacceptable. I could have booked an appointment elsewhere if I would have known there would have been such a wait originally called. Lastly, the very petite lady that’s checking people out needs to work on her customer service. She’s checking people out with a mask on and also has an accent that is challenging to understand but was getting upset when I asked her to repeat herself. Take the mask off when you’re checking people out. When I left, she snatched the tip from my hands and walked off. I don’t care what she recalls, that’s exactly what just happened. I thought it was best simply to walk away and I decided to not return.

Amany Elraheb This place is a little gem! I was a walk-in asking for a fill in and design with a stiletto shape and Lee did amazing! My shape is great and she asked questions every step of the way to make sure it was what I wanted. And now I have a stained glass masterpiece on my hands! They were reasonably priced for the design! I’d definitely come back! I also got a gel deluxe pedicure and it was done well!

Jasmine Johnson On 02/26/2025 - just 8 days ago today I decided to go to this salon for a fill in/new set! They were not busy at all so upon arrival I was seated. I showed the nail technician an inspired picture that I got off of THEIR instagram page (chicnailsloungeirvingtx) & based off her reaction to the picture I could tell that she wasn’t too sure however I gave her the benefit of the doubt. After she removed the work previous done by them on 02/09/2025 she began to file them. Filing was so horrible that I had to ask to file them myself. She proceeded to attempt french tips & they were uneven *I gave her tips on how to make them even*. She moved on to the designs & it was an epic fail. Nothing was done correctly/neatly & I advised her that I did not like anything about them. She as well as the 2 men working were speaking in their language in which I could tell she was asking for assistance on how to complete the inspo. They allowed her to practice on my nails for nearly 2 hours before taking over! I watched people that arrived after me leave before me! The guy that answers the phone eventually came correct everything due to her accepting that she couldn’t complete the inspo. Another young nail technician arrived & stood over me along with the mid age technician that was previously working on my nails LAUGHING pointing & speaking in their language - at this point i’m annoyed. He did GREAT however they took too long with assistance knowing she wasn’t qualified. I also STILL paid full price! Due to it being practically empty there’s no reason I should’ve been there 3hrs. Please note that it is OK to tell a customer you’re unable/uncomfortable with completing certain designs - IT IS OK & IT SAVES TIME!

Bazal Morani Love going to this place! They always give fantastic service and the nails always look great! They give you a card to get stamped every time you visit and after you get 10 stamps you get $5 off your next service. I love my mini-vacations here best reality escape ever!!! They never disappoint

Lynn Came across as very racist. I asked for a fill and to fix one nail(my nails weren’t done there originally) I live close by she made every excuse we don’t have your color as if I wanted or needed the same color. Then she said I don’t think I can do them that long (been getting my nails done for yrs never heard anything like that lol). Another lady chimed in she has an appt. Seemed like a lie their reviews arent that good anyway. Went less than a mile to a better shop and didn’t have to wait. Don’t waste your time if your a woman of color what a joke.

Marnise Vickers A friend and I walked in on a rainy Wednesday, 2 customers were being serviced. The woman working closest to the entrance asked what service we wanted and pointed where the nail color sample books were located. Shortly after, additional employees came out. The staff wasn’t the most welcoming and the small talk felt forced. In the end, I spent over $84 on a gel mani/pedi only for the gel to start lifting off both of my index fingers the next day. I’m in Texas for job training and do not have a lot of time to spare. I do not have time to return to the nail shop to fix something that should have lasted for WEEKS, not a day. I may be moving to the area soon but I will not be returning to this shop.

The lady who did my feet I’m assuming cut me and also gave me an infection where puss is coming out of where she did it!! monica o I absolutely love this place! I was struggling to find a good nail salon that has safe acrylic and Gel application in the Irving/Las Colinas area, but now i’ve found it! I was assisted within 10 minutes of arriving and when I didn’t like the gel color I originally picked, they helped me pick out a different shade that was more to what I envisioned for my nails. The prices weren’t out of the ordinary and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. Excellent all around service. Thank you!!

Isabel Estevez Loved my nail tech. Been going there for years. Had a bad experience with the service this week. Had a pedicure and after about 5 hours later took a shower (verified the polish was dry but soft-I think the polish was old). The next morning, I noticed my toe polish wasn’t shiny and it looked smooched. I called the tech and she quickly replied to come back. I did and she wasn’t there. The owner very rudely stated I needed to wait anywhere from 1 to 2 hours and that I should have made an appointment. I did make an appointment for the next day. I showed up and said the nail tech did not show up to work and I would have to pay for another pedicure. Notice, I had already paid $50 + $10 tip 3 days prior. She yelled and treated me very disrespectful. Being in the customer service business myself, I would never treat anyone in this manner. I left and will NEVER come back to this nail salon. Stay away!!!

Cayenne Price Love this nail salon! I’ve been looking for a “go to” salon for two years and finally have settled on Nail Lounge. They do a great job every time and have a huge variety of colors/services. Would definitely recommend!

gabby valadao DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I never leave bad reviews because I feel bad for the company but this company clearly doesn’t feel bad for their terrible work. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this is by FAR the worst place I’ve ever been. First they quoted me an amount over the phone and I specifically said I wanted French tip and they said it was $65. After they did the nails it jumped up to $80. When I said I was quoted $65 they said it’s typically $25 extra for French but we’ll only charge you $15 extra this time. They have to be so delusional if they think I would believe it’s typically $25 extra for a white line. Then not even 24 hours later TWO of my nails POPPED OFF . By the end of the day SIX of my nails had popped off. This is insane and they offered to fix but why would I keep coming back and inconvenience myself?? They only thing they offered was $50 back and when I asked if they could at least return $65 because I paid $80 they said “we don’t bargain it comes out of my paycheck when we refund” which is INSANE like the $80 didn’t come out of my paycheck for their terrible work. Press on nails would’ve lasted me longer than this. READ THIS REVIEW AND DONT EVER GO HERE IT IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!!!!!! The picture I added was only about 24 hours after I got them done.

Ana Vega My pedicure was excellent. My do full set was good except a few flaws like she was in a hurry to have them dry that a few of the nails messed up and she didnt clean up my nails afterwards. My facial wax was going good until she kept on applying the used strip on the area she already waxed thus peeking my skin off my cheek. I have a burn on my face now. I have her to because she has to make a living and maybe shell learn from this review.

Jovana Rangel They’re nice people but the work they did was sloppy. The French is sloppy and I have spots with no nail polish. Still had to pay extra for gel nail polish. Extremely disappointed.

I was not happy with the results I have paid cheaper for way more than they did on today. They try need to do better. When I said something about it she told me to pass vaseline on my feet. Really lady I should not have to do that after just leave the nail shop. They will not get another cent from me. Please find another nail shop don’t waste your time.

I went on a Thursday around 3 pm during my lunch break, and although the salon was quiet with no other customers, I found the tranquility quite enjoyable. Paola Adams if i could give a less star i would. first the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. They made my nails really far from my cuticles and their excuse was something about my cuticles not being there or wtv. They also have a cheap top coat because the second day of having them the coat completely came of THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND. my friend also went and they did horrible and couldn’t refund or fix it she had to PAY even more money. she said “who is going to pay for my 2 hours” “we aren’t slaves” while she has a cyber truck!!!. and it took to do one color on almond nails.

Finny Samuel I had an unsatisfactory experience at JADORE NAILS BAR. Julie The nail tech at the store did chrome nails for me last month with a gel coat. BUT within less than 24 hours the gel coat started to chip on multiple fingers + I barely do any hard core jobs with my hands. so I was surprised they started chippong. So I went back to Julie and asked her if she could remove the gel top coat, And to do a dipping top coat instead which never chips. Julie said she’ll credit me for the chrome which is $10 Because she removed the chrome of my fingers since I was unable to enjoy chrome nails for less than 24 hours. Even though I came back within 24 hours, The lady in the front register credited me $10 and i even took a picture of the note here shown- which she made on my account. One month later today, when I went for a service, Julie was adamant. She will not credit me $10 but only the $5. This is not what you do to a customer who is promised the credit for the service they did not get to enjoy for even one day. I guess they’ll rather lose the customer than credit them for a service that was not rendered.!!! $5 is more important for the salon than making a customer happy!

Ann Henkel I came in today to get a pedicure and they are great! They have put up plastic curtains between the chairs and shields and sanitizer for every station. I felt very safe, there wasnt a lot of people and the staff were great about getting me in and out in a safe manner. Not to mention they always do a great job! If you are like me and have been avoiding going to the salon because of covid, this place will take care of you!

Id say 3.5 stars and the only reason is their nail polish selection is bad they dont have much and all their nail polishes look old and not good anymore if you want a decent looking nail you gotta get either gel or powder nails which is 40 and up depending styling I personally found a cute color and got acrylic with gems and paid 30 which is good so I liked it but please buy new polishes and get a bigger and better selection ! Other than that they attend to you fast I also went when it wasnt full though they did a good job I love my nails

I got a pedicure done too and the nail tech used the same nail clipper for my feet and hands without sanitizing it.

X-Zavia Thompson I’ll have to give a 2 star due to the fact I asked for a $38 pedicure and was charged $53. She said it was and extra $15 for gel but I didn’t ask for gel nor do I get my nails done enough to know the difference between gel nail polish and regular nail polish. I paid the fee due to the fact I was going to tip anyways. But the communication needs to be better or improve because you can lose customers just with that alone. As some who trains and puts a lot of wear and tear on their feet I don’t need my nail polish to last longer than my actual pedicure.

Amber Simpson Unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could. She posted online she had openings today, so I immediately send my deposit and we agree to meet at 5:15pm. I am outside of the salon and she tells me that she will be late due to traffic and will be available between 5:30-5:45 and I say 5:45 is fine. I am at back at the salon at 5:43, 20 minutes later she is still not there. I ask for a discount on services and she says that she thought telling me she was late was ok. Telling me you are late and I re-schedule was tolerable but after re-scheduling and you are still late is unacceptable. Then blaming me for being upset that you have wasted my time is insane. If you know that you have an appointment, why leave and then be unable to make it back in time? Traffic is not my problem. She begrudgingly refunded my deposit but bottom line is never again! Can’t wait to tell people not to go to her.

Tejaswi Velivelli I’m really disappointed with the service I received during my visit. My friends had a wonderful experience here, and the lady who did their gel nails was fantastic. However, the technician who worked on me was not only rude but also did a poor job on my nails. There was residue left around my fingers, and when I asked for help, she simply denied it and refused to assist me. It’s frustrating because the quality of service I received was far below expectations. I hope the salon addresses this issue, as I was expecting a much better experience.

Chandrika Manikandan the nails are lowkey cute, but the lady who did my nails left acrylic residue all around my nail bed and around my fingers, and the bandaid on my finger is because she filed into my skin and left a cut so deep that it started bleeding and when i asked her if she had antiseptic or something she just ignored me. i also feel like they say random prices depending on what they feel like because on the board it said acrylic set was 30, but somehow she charged me 38, and two years ago it was 20 (although i understand that inflation has happened), i don’t understand why there was a 8$ increase in price from the board to what she charged me. she also didn’t even put a top coat on my left hand i had to come home and do it myself.

Briana Pinedo I got coffin dipped nails by Hung. He did an amazing job. I paid $45 for the shape and I used 3 different colors so it took more time. I paid $25 for a basic pedicure but it was great some places dont do such a good job when you get a basic pedicure. This nail place is inside of walmart so theres alot of walk ins I waited maybe 20mins before I got any service so if you arent patient maybe schedule an appointment. Definitely would go again. 5 stars.

The staff treats you with their upmost respect and give you all of their love and kindness. We are always laughing together, sparking up conversations. They remember who you are and ask about family. The mom is so nice. We love her. And it runs in the family because her children are just as passionate as she. What a blessing. We have never had a bad time there. Every visit is a new style, styles that we have never seen or tried. EVERY recommendation from the staff is never disappointing. Ali Joyce This is my 3rd time, so I’ve got some experience. It’s a family-owned and run business, which I like to support. They always do a fabulous job on my nails. The last time, they did lift pretty easily, to my surprise, but in her defense, I asked that she not file, because I am growing out my nails. Lesson learned. I went back today to get a new acrylic set, and BAM, another amazing job by a different daughter. All 3 - mom and both daughters - do a great job and are constantly making sure you are satisfied Only reason for 4 stars is the quality of the products may not be top of the line, and maybe not ALL of the color options of the larger places, it all works the same and I’m always able to get what I want. Price was about what I expected, and I’d much rather pay to a small, family business than a big “cattle call” nail salon.

Tys Creations I hardly ever leave reviews and I must say that’s going to stop. I went in on Saturday and my nails were already lifted by Sunday. I paid $110 for medium length jail nails with two fingers with a French type design. Oh and a polish change on my toes. That is the most I ever paid anywhere without a full pedicure and longer nails. The people there are great!!! The service not so good! Also my toes still show the black polish that were previously there. I went back in Monday and she only glued them back down and here it is Wednesday and they are back up!!!!! I’m so disappointed.

Chriselda DO NOT GO TO PRETTY NAILS!! The manager does not comply with OSHA regulations. Cross contamination at its finest and they work too fast resulting in injury. Also, after exhausting every effort to give opportunity to fix my daughters nails they still turned out terrible. They quickly sat her down in a chair as if her inspiration picture was a piece of cake. The manager herself worked on my daughter’s nails and saw nothing wrong with her work. She cut her and had to apply a stop bleed product. Now my daughter ended up having to fix her own nails and currently has an infection in her toe. My fault, I should’ve read the reviews first. It’s sad you can’t go to your local nail salon to relax anymore, you end up leaving feeling traumatized!

Mariah DO NOT GO‼️‼️ I usually don’t write reviews but this shop is so bad, as a personal beginner nail tech myself, this is worse then my own. Didn’t look like the picture and wasn’t fix when I mentioned,Didn’t look like the picture and wasn’t fix when I mentioned. Hair inside of nail and didn’t take it out when I mention that as well, gave me a terrible chemical reaction to my fingers which never happens. Pictures are down below.

Edith Orozco Really long waiting times. Expect to wait at least an hour if you don’t go early in the morning. I was referred to this place and was not at all happy with my first experience. First one nail tech tried ripping off my dip powder with clippers even after i explained that I had dip powder and had to have them soaked off. She just nodded and kept trying to clip away and I pulled back and told her again to stop. Finally someone else came in and told her she’s supposed to have me soak them off and I got handed to a gentleman. He started doing my nails and cut me up pretty badly. I made sure to ask for the price of the service I chose and pointed to the wall and he assured me that’s what he was doing. By the time he put the gel on it was bubbly and uneven and I asked him to smooth it out before it went under the light and he said it’d be fine. It wasn’t and my nails are all uneven and have lumps at the tips and sides form him just putting blobs of the gel on it and not even taking the time to smooth it out. Once he was done he told me a completely different price and I asked why and he said because that’s what he charges. I told him again what services I got and he said that’s what he’s charging me. He asked if I’m tipping and I told him $3 and he asked again “$3?!”. He didn’t seem happy but I wasn’t happy with the services either. Went back and tried to fix it and they wanted him to do it again even after I asked for someone else bc I was not pleased with his work. Asked for an appointment and they said only today. So i sat and then they said ok I can make an appointment and then again they said no I have to wait today. So I’m not impressed by this place or how they work.

Emily I’ve never felt the need to write review. I went to get pedicure, asked for white gel squared. I had acrylic toe and they peeled it off little by little with another tip. Instead of applying acetone and then filing nail. It was painful as some point but it continued. They nipped the acrylic. After my natural nail was so brittle. I LITERALLY CRIED after leaving the salon. They were so ugly & my nail hurts. I will def not be going back.

They always know exactly what style I am looking for and my nails will last for weeks; just in time to get them cut, filled, and a new color! (Other places I have gone have left me with nails chipping or falling off in a week or 2). Even if I am still unsure about a color/style, they always help me think of something. And to clarify, they do speak English- I have conversations with them every time I am in. I walked in for a mani/pedi and they were busy, but I didnt even have to wait 10 mins. If you call ahead, theyll take your name and give you a time to come in and will take you as soon as you walk in (even if other walk-ins were waiting).

Kassy Hinojosa I felt like I was been rushed in picking my color (still didn’t get what I asked for ) and then I asked for gel overlay and she kept insisting on doing powder instead, so me thinking maybe her hair expertise is good on powder, no I was wrong. I now have two nails currently chipped while only been a few hours ago that I had them done. I asked her if she likes powder because it’s faster to do?, her response was yes and continue to rush through my nail appt. Never coming here again.

Yogi Andrade Came in asked if she could fix my toe nail , and if she had the same color I already had on my toes , she brought out a color way off compared to what I already had and she still went ahead and painted it and then painted my other toe nails like if I wouldn’t notice the two different colors or her trying to hide the difference from me , I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 13. Nails are what makes me feel beautiful and that was unfair , yes I still paid , but I will not be coming back here. When I told her it was not the same color she then started speaking her language to her coworkers and I’m sure she wasn’t saying something nice . Either fix what I wanna pay for or be honest and say you can’t fix it and or have the same color. Don’t proceed and make me pay for something I clearly didn’t ask for. I came in for one toe nail fix not to color my other toes with your different color that do not Match in the first place. And to top that all off , she rushed into it bcus a lady came in for a full pedicure and she rather run me off bcus I wasn’t paying for a full set. Poor customer service. It shouldn’t matter if one is paying 10$ or 100$ . You treat everyone the same.

paola Marquez STAY AWAY If I could give zero stars I would!!!! The cleanliness of the shop should have been the first sign but being new to the state I decided to try it out to be left with the worst experience EVER. it was a rush job it looks like a chop shop did them and had not a care in the world how they turned, I shared my concern with the quality received and was told it was "my own nail that why the look that " way absolutely not and was told i will give you a discount your total is $65 when that is what I was quoted when I made the appointment this has been the most unprofessional experience ever they do not care I was so upset with the work I asked to just get them painted over and they comp peeled off within 3 days

Kimberly Do First glance: nail shop is dirty and workers are unprofessional. Quality check: the techs don’t check their work. I had to ask to reshape because nails were crooked and to check under the nails because there was excess powder. I received a dip service and the tech had the drill too high. Burned me. Also did way too thick of a dip making my nail wide and fatter than they are. Dip total $55

Chelsea I got my toes and nails did. My toes are good but my nails I got red gel overlay. A man did them. It didnt last a week before my nails started chipping. And my nails are really weak. I had gel previously and instead of just buffing the top and scraping the rest of the gel off... the guy used the electric filer and thinned out my nails. My nails are exteemly weak. Im going to have to wait a long time for the weak parts to grow out. So disappointed especially when they started chipping after day 4. I wont return

Beautiful Crimson I’ve been going to this place for years. Kate was my nail tech. My nails were always perfect. I was never overcharged. I always had great service. Up until recently. Suddenly everything went up $5-$10. I chipped an acrylic toe, that shouldn’t have chipped. The guy did a poor job on my acrylic. I also wanted my nails trimmed down. I go to get my nails trimmed and my toe fixed and they are charging me. Which is ridiculous! I’ve never been charged to get my nails fixed. So basically, I’m being charged twice for the same set. Yeah, I’m done coming here. Been coming here since 2016. It was nice while it lasted.

nick avila Dont really understand the bad reviews, the ladies their are heartwarming and make great conversation! As I was doing my pedicure I read reviews and was scared but to be honest I love my nails! Never really liked doing my nails because it never came out right but the lady doing my nails honestly took her time! She did poke me twice but besides that really no bad reviews, their is a language barrier but the menu board is right next to the register for you too see!

Ms. Keyaira Saunders I truly had to worst experience at this nail salon. They were very rude. I believe that they are racist. They were so nice to the white clients but when it came to me (a black women) they were very short , and seemed uncomfortable with me. I received a full set with regular polish for $40!!!! I literally had to have my nail tech replace a nail she initially apply crooked. I have cuts and scratches all over my fingers from the tech filing my skin. With the poor service I was calm and nice but I Will never step foot in this nail salon again!!

Katie Arbaiza If I could put 0 stars I would. Be careful who you get as your nail tech. The one that did my pedicure, amazing job. Nice and smooth. The one that did my manicure not only was she rushed, literally just putting oils after oils to cover up her mistakes, cutting my skin, dropping brushes and nail files, kept insisting me getting different from over what color I wanted and length. She was extremely rude, that when I told her that I don’t like them if she could fix them or take them off she started yelling at me in front of my daughter. Would not recommend this place or that specific nail tech, which I didn’t get her name, she sits right by the entrance to the left, her desk and supplies would say it all, SLOPPY AND UNSANITARY, I believe it was Tina she’s on the slimmer side and tall. Just take y’all’s money somewhere or be prepared to go home and fix them yourself like I had to.

Shanequa Swinney On 3/17/24 I walked into LA nails as a first time customer. I had already had my nails done, it was time to get them redone . I thought I was going to be able to get a fill in . When I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile . Tammie did my nails.Tammie did such a wonderful job, as she listened to me as a customer. She had me to try something new but at the same time it was what I wanted something Neutral . She took her time with the details of my nails from the shape, making sure they looked full, and even getting any extra an Acrylic from under my nails. Their service was definitely sufficient and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone . Thank you LA nails and staff. I will definitely come back

Anna Houssain DON’T EVER GO THERE!!! The quality of work was unacceptable,. Uneven corners, numerous amount of imperfections on acrylic refill, finish on my nails are inconsistent, unable to acknowledge customers request, my French tips edges are sooooooo uneven and are not sharp after requesting, there is a freaking hair on one of nails. After showing all these items to the Manager, no, Customer Service action was taken, instead rude and vulgar language was used by their employees! Management used the word CRAZY, without any apology!!!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST ANYONE TO NOT GO THERE!!! If I can give 0 stars I would.

Nissa Took my granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter got the dip Nails beautiful came out so good she has short nails so it was perfect. Me on the other hand asked for full set stiletto. Even showed her a picture of my nails from before so she knew exactly what I was talking about. Said yes and started my nails kept doing the almond shape and I kept telling her no they need to be sharper. Ended up with fat almond bumpy nails with dents hitting under a Polish.

Ramon Amaya If I could leave negative stars I would. This place has horrible service and did a horrible job. Pictures speak for themselves. Please zoom in. There was an actual hair in one of the nails that was just covered instead of removed and the nail repaired. During the final process, she ended up getting cut and bled over all of the utensils. The tech did not even sanitize or remove any of the equipment so we were unsure of whether or not it was fresh and had been used before with other people that had bled out similarly. When we went back in they would not offer any refunds to try and make it right. We asked them to at least try and fix it and they were very hesitant due to "our rudeness." All that was asked for was a refund or repair. At the end of the day we were asked to leave due to them finally providing a refund and nobody trying to even finish removing them. We ended up staying until they were at least soaked off but with HUGE hesitation. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE!

Kristi Holland Took our 9 year old granddaughter to get her nails done and the people working there were awesome with her! The lady made sure to ask me if the length was OK and the colors; their prices are way better than Lucy Nails, I will be using this nail shop for my own manis & pedis now!!!

samantha Grimaldo I had a mani $35 (french tips) and pedi $45 (white) and the nail tech did a horrible job there’s bubbles and you can see the harshness of the white nail polish on top of the pink acrylic, my pedicure already chipped even though i upgraded to gel. I hated them i was still going to tip her because she was really nice until i got to the register and was charged $105. Never again not worth it for the nails I got

Maru De la Fuente I needed a refill in my nails and this place came up in my way. Tried it and my nails came out perfect, like new! Steven’s attention was great, not like other places nearby where they are not friendly at all. Might not be as fancy in location or inside as other close nail salons but it definitely does the job. Would 100% come back.

C C Never in my life have I ever had someone do my nails so terrible. I have been back twice in one week and the look terrible still. The top coat of the dip is spotty or patchy. My nails are unevenly filed. I went back and the owner fixed them this time and they look worse then when I went in the first 2 times. My only complaint from the other times was that they were thin and broke easily. I am absolutely appalled. I will not be returning.

Shelea Coleman I was short on time and wanted to kill two birds with one stone and came across this place after several others said they couldn’t take me. I thought I was lucky but my cuticles hurt so bad! The lady who did my nails was so sweet and the man who did my pedicure did amazing! However, I feel like they might be a little over priced. I notice they only had two types of pedicures and a “regular” pedicure is not it. They basically force you to get the most done.

Ashlee P I was in town several weeks for training and googled the closest places to my hotel for a manicure, and this place popped up in the area. I went in for a simple gel manicure and wasnt too pleased with the prices, especially considering the ambiance of the place, nor the thoroughness of my manicure; he didnt even ask me to wash my hands before/ after he finished. I gave them another try for a maintenance follow-up since my time and resources were limited for training and was highly disappointed; only this time it was more so the quality of my service. The older lady that did my manicure was sweet, but my cuticles were not only scarred in the process, but the outcome was very amateur due to the shaping and polish job. My nails look awful. How can you go wrong on a manicure? Unfortunately, since ​they failed again, I will not be returning and definitely dont recommend. * I read reviews AFTER my second visit and I will say they are very accurate. If only I had done my research prior. Also, during my first visit I noticed a few ants crawling on the table while getting my mani. On my second visit I saw ants again and I was sitting at a different table! So BE AWARE!

Hortencia Puente Please, dont waste your time. They’re cheaper than anywhere else BUT its not worth the bad job that they do. It was the most painful nail and pedicure Ive had since I started to get them. The man is so rough he cut my cuticles and made 3 fingers bleed. The lady did my pedicure and pulled on my ingrown toenails and that made me tear-eyed. I will not be back. Cheaper is not worth it. I have to say that this is my first time here and it was my last. Save yourself some time and dont even step into this place. Im in pain! The place is old. The equipment is worn out. Pedicure chairs are falling apart. I should’ve read the reviews!!! Never again!!!!

Shantel Sims They sucked! they were very nice, The bright colors is the colors I wanted you see it was painted half ass. And it was only suppose to be 20$$ for nail polish. They charged me an extra 8$$ for stilettto. Those are NOT stiletto. WILL NEVER go back!

Gracie Salas Please please do not go here! called to see if she could see me. When i arrived i told the lady i wanted gel on both feet and hands. She told me gel wasnt a good idea on feet. I told her i always had them done. When she began to remove my nails on my hands it had to be the worst nail removal ever! I also asked if someone else could work on my pedicure and she stated that would be too difficult a task for them. I left when i couldnt stand the pain of nail removal....

Giselle Amor I wish i had read the reviews before I came here. I only came here because I was at the gym and it was right here but NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could give a negative million stars. Ive been working for almost 3 weeks straight and callous had built up on the bottom of my feet and heels (I walk a lot at work). I told her she didnt scrape it off and she tried again very lightly. Everything was so lightly. I wish I wouldve went with my first mind and made the drive to where I usually go, when she asked that I pay first. She also didnt have a menu and just started naming prices. I went with the $25 spa pedicure cause I had a feeling that it was going to be a mess! Boy was I right! When I was dry, I felt under my feet and they still have callous on them. Ill never patronize her again. I dont see how shes still in business. Then when I looked at the sign,it said $15.99 for pedicures before 4pm on Wednesday only. Today is Wednesday and I was there way before 4pm. I went back in and she proceeded to start yelling and saying how thats only if shes done before 4pm. Save the lies for someone who will believe them. Ill let God handle her cause HE can take care of her waaay better than I can. Shes having ppl pay before service(s) and shes not even fulfilling the service(s)!!

Y H This place sucks. Stay away from here!! I went in and asked for gel nails. She said that she could do gel nails. I had 3 repairs to do also as she did those like crap. My nails are oval shaped, and she did them a very sharp shape which clearly shows she doesnt know what shes doing. She cut my pinky finger on my left hand, and then she cut my thumb on my right hand. I bled a little bit from my thumb. Then I asked her what the hell did you think you were doing? She mumbled something in Vietnamese to the guy sitting next to her and they both just looked at me. I didnt get the gel nails like I asked instead I got some crap lumpy nail service. I asked her if she had that UV drying machine and she said she did but it was broken. She said that another polish was better and she kept trying to get me to do the American tips she said it would be prettier and I said no. I told her if she didnt do what I said I was not going to pay her. My pedicure is fine but my manicure and tips look like crap. Avoid this place do not go there.
