Bellarosa Johnson I had a really great experience here with my daughter. We both got mani and pedis which were so relaxing. My daughter’s nails and toes came out great and my toes came out great. However I’m not really satisfied with my French tip full set. The shape is off, the color doesn’t match my skin tone, the nails look like they are flipped up when I hold my hand flat and there is nail polish on my skin where the paint job is sloppy. See pictures below. I don’t think they are worth the 67 dollars I payed for them. Overall this place was nice and very attentive.

Annabell Cano Atmosphere is very relaxing and I like the pedi chair set up. It makes it easy to do a mani at the same time. They pay great attention to detail and do a wonderful job on gel x nails. They even made me a polish to match the gold from my nails to use for my pedicure. 10/10 recommend.

lyriclygiftedme I didn’t know their facility was there but stopped by while passing to get a quick polish change because I didn’t feel like driving to my regular spot for it. The shop was very clean, smelled of cleaner which is refreshing to me, very esthetically pleasing, quiet, calm vibes. I didn’t get anything else done outside of the polish change which was $20 because they said I had gel nails, so I can’t speak on the pricing of any other service. The tech who completed my polish change was nice but quiet, thorough and quick. I’d say give them a try.

Tamara First time at Bliss Nails & 10/10!! Van was my artist & she did amazing! I did builder gel & to clarify, I had those cuts already since I pick on my cuticles, but she made sure to be careful around those areas. Will return!

Irena Audila Disappointed to find out that price has increased and not what is advertised on the website/online menu. Not alot but that was what made us came here to begin with. They were abit overwhelmed with the amount of people coming compare to the nail tech available. I would say we felt the pressure of rushing and that’s not a good feeling when you tryna relax. These days so many nail shops out there, that I feel like service provider needs to realize that it’s not just providing service but also providing experience of relaxation and feeling pampered. Lady who did my bf pedicure was kinda offended when I asked her to clean the side nails, it shouldn’t be taken as a personal attack to her, hence it was a customer request and she did what we wanted but the attitude is a no. Not to mention my bf feet were soaked for 20-30 mins before getting service. Props to the lady did my nails I like the result, I hope there are other tech able to accommodate payment because she kept being busy dealing with other customer while taking mine. Also, drinks offered were watery but at that point I mean if it offered as mimosa it shouldn’t be just orange juice. Overall we still tip 20% out of courtesy but best believe we won’t be back. I would give 5 star to my nail lady skills but for my bf tech and overall ambiance it deserves 3 star…

Aimee I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for years, visiting at least three times a month, but unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. My friends and I have had to boycott this nail salon due to blatant discrimination. Michelle, the manager, treats customers differently based on their skin color, and the owner, Jen, seems to condone this behavior. It’s unacceptable. The cleanliness of the salon is also a serious issue. The bathroom is filthy, and there’s a persistent moldy smell throughout the space. On my last visit, I even noticed my nail tech swatting away bugs while working. That’s not something you expect when paying for a relaxing experience. On the bright side, David’s massages are amazing—truly life-changing. If you do go, I recommend asking for him. However, as much as I value his skills, the salon needs to make some major changes. Treat all customers with respect, clean up the space, and improve overall hygiene if you want to keep people coming back. To this salon: Do better by your Black customers if you want to keep earning their green money. Until then, I’ll be spending mine elsewhere.

Skylar Spring I came to Blue Rose to get my acrylic taken off and have shellac put on my regular nails. Honestly the service was nice so I won’t trip on the messy nails too much but, it just bothers me that they aren’t at least shaped the same and air bubble.

zunaira M I would give this salon 11/10! It was sooooo relaxing. Both the techs were so friendly and nice. I got a pedicure that came with neck wrap and ten mins foot massage and neck massage. They put on a timer and did for the entire time. It wasn’t rushed and detailed. They put a nail color that I took with me that was toxin free. I can just say I’ll be returning to this salon! Super friendly and attentive staff.

I’ve been trying different salons looking for the “right environment” and this was it. It is quiet and welcoming which, to me, is better than having the fanciest equipment/services. The prices were also affordable and not outrageous like a lot of newer salons I’ve been to.

Vanessa Salazar Very bad quality and service. My nails look too thick and the edges are not clean. It looks like something I could have done at home. When I tried to point out the things to fix, she wouldnt listen to me and just kept saying "ok" before I finished. Then when she didnt get what I wanted fixed, she got frustrated that I kept pointing it out. And then had the nerve to say "dipping is hard, thats why when I have picky clients I want to do liquid acrylic". I will not be going back.

Terry Mireles Emily and Lena made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. It was my first time getting gel x nails and Lena was checking on me constantly to make sure I was good. My pedicure was very relaxing, and so was my eyebrow waxing service. Very wonderful experience, I will definitely come back with company.

Hannah Was disappointed with my visit. I paid for a harmony manicure and pedicure, and although I enjoyed the massages, paraffin wax, and hot towels, I wasn’t pleased with how my manicure turned out. Tyler was very kind, however, didn’t paint my fingernails well at all. He fell short (quite literally) on my nails with the polish. The tips aren’t polished to the end, and it’s not smooth. This surprised me because every other review seems to rave about Tyler. I tipped nonetheless, but wasn’t satisfied with the job done at all. I paid a total of $87 for this. :( Edit: I went back to get my nails fixed, and there was no problem getting it done again. Turns out it was the nail polish itself that was settling oddly.

A a Loved avalon nail spa, I have been coming here for over a year! All of the workers are so sweet and very talented! Tom and Tyler are amazing at full sets. Both take their time doing their work. Their prices are unmatched, they always have coupons and deals! Overall 10/10 service and recommend!!

Shaday Aspires I’ve tried other shops and gotten great service and ambiance… but when it came to the most important set of my life… I had to make my way back to my tried and true! They are a little far from home, but now that I’m back in my self care routine after having my daughter… I’M HOME!!!!! I used to go to the wonderful Tony… but ANA… omg!!!! She got everything perfect. Denise Castellanos I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. This was my first time coming to Nails Unlimited. I usually wait after a few visits to post a review but they were so awesome and made me feel so welcome that I decided to post my review today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and the receptionist was so polite. They offered me something to drink and promptly sat me down for my pedicure. Jocelyn did my pedicure and Mike did my manicure. They were both excellent! Extremely attentive to detail and most importantly were able to do what I asked for French manicure on my short natural nails but WOW I am so happy! They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable. They gave a great massage and I left feeling renewed and happy ready to take on a new week! I will definitely be back!! If you have t tried them out give them a try! I’m in Rosenberg and will drive the 15 minutes to Sugarland for sure!!

A G My favorite place to go for my pedi & mani. They take their time, always make sure I’m comfortable, and it’s always quiet and relaxing. I’ve also been to other salons and the shellac doesn’t last more than a week, here a month. Prices aren’t too high and there isn’t usually a wait, but recommend to call before going to see how busy they are or make an appointment. They are always nice and welcoming as well. Will always recommend this place.

I asked her to fix them she told me it would take to much time and she’s already taken enough time on my hands and feet. The manager was right there and she didn’t care and they did a horrible job. Save yourself 125$ and go somewhere that’s worth your time and money.

Proceed to do my nails the way she wanted, didn’t let me choose the color I wanted on my nails nor see the way she was doing my french tips. Apparently I got a 15% off yet somehow I got charge $78? Plus charged for my shape? I would usually pay $65 with tip yet somehow the price almost went up to $80. Safe to say I won’t be coming here anymore, now I’m stuck with crooked nails and not what I wanted.

My daughter asked for heart see the pic. I would never recommend this place ever. This is right after doing nails here. So horrible. I did gave them 15% tip which they don’t deserve. Angela S First time Customer, not happy with service. The lady who checked me in was very nice, welcoming and got me right in. However, my pedicure was ok, but the bare minimum was done. However I am extremely not happy with my gel polish change. The color was lighter then I asked for and it was applied sloppy, uneven and had bubbles toward the tips. I will most likely NOT be coming back. Its unfortunate that I will have to wait until tomorrow to go somewhere else and have to pay over again to get my nails done right.

Marena Honestly would give 10 stars if I could. This place is top tier. Minh (the owner) is incredibly kind and generous with his time and energy and does SUCH beautiful work. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years and was honestly skeptical before going because my mom (who had been going for a bit) said it was waterless. I didn’t understand this but WOW I can’t ever go back now! You have a lot of choices for your nails in sugarland but if you want something different and really high quality, go to mani pedi at the isle. You won’t regret it. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable and happy!

T K I walked into this salon and before I could even make it to the desk to look at the services menu, the receptionist asked me if my name was Bushra. Just because I’m brown she made an assumption and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Then she proceeds to tell me they are all booked up and the next appointment is at 2:00. So before I can even consider what service I want, I’m being turned away and a racial assumption was made as well. That’s not how you should treat a potential customer, I’m so friend off by that interaction I won’t be returning

Nancy Cole I had been to Le Le nails years ago and it has since changed ownership. Read reviews which seemed OK so I took a chance. The people were friendly, but the quality of service was lacking. Got the basic pedicure, the girl spent about 60 seconds working on my cuticles, only scrubbed my feet for maybe 30-45 seconds per foot and then got a 3 1/2 minute massage. Paint job was OK, a little sloppy but I can clean it up once I get home. Would not recommend to anyone. Price was cheaper than most other places in the area but now I see why. Maybe it was just the girl that I had.

Anaya B Absolutely not! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Came in for a spa massage pedicure, and I had shellac on my toes. She drilled it off and put some type of oil I assumed on my toes but no! It immediately started to burn in which I informed the technician. She acted as if everything was normal until the sensation grew. She started to drill off the "remover" she applied and everywhere the powder went onto my skin, it itched like poison ivy. I requested for her to stop the service & if I could speak to a manager immediately. I was then informed by another technician or manager that "it burns sometimes and she should have told me! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I have been getting pedicures since a little girl and have never experienced any burning sensation or feeling like I do today. Im not one to complain or leave reviews ever but I would hate for anyone else to go through this. They were unapologetic and unsympathetic. I did pay $10 for the removal of the shellac, but all in all, I will be reporting the business and would not recommend anyone else to go. Reminds me of a chop shop & surprised its in a great area like Stafford/Sugar Land. ( I dont have "sensitive skin" in which they kept blaming it on & telling a customer that a products always burns your other clients and that the technician should have told me before hand is unacceptable)

Snik Abraham This isn’t like bougie nail spa- if that’s what you’re looking for this is NOT it BUT I just went to get a quick pedi and my overgrown gel-x nails taken off (done elsewhere) & for $45 including tip, I’m not mad it. My heels could still def use some work lol. There were TONS of regulars, they literally knew everyone that walked in so that says something. I’d probs go again if in a pinch or wanting something quick.

Ada Aniere It took a lot of coaching and back-and-forth just to get it at this point and by the end I just gave up because it felt like she didnt even care to make it look nice. I’m going to a different shop to get it fixed. My nails are thick and lumpy even the cuticle area is thick after I requested her to file the cuticle area, cause she was just gonna leave it be and let it blend in with my skin. Keep in mind this is just acrylic over lay on my now destroyed natural nails. It looks a lot worse in person even the gel is bleeding out of my nail bed and onto my skin. Use to love this place so much, but won’t be back again. Leaving here sad and in pain from being cut over and over again with the drill. Today was a 0/10. my nails look like I went to a beginner nail tech. Also make sure to clarify the price before getting your nails done because I was charged five dollars more than what was quoted on the website

Mindy This place is nice and clean. Love the lady at the front desk her name is Kimmy, friendly and welcoming smile. Shes friendly and shes the one who took the picture here. I tried Tina and Michelle, and both are good. I usually get mani/pedi and eyebrows wax. So far, Im happy with the service.

Lynn Lewis I Love the Ritz. They are always nice, friendly and courteous. Their place is extremely clean and they do a wonderful job with my nails. I never have any problems with chipping or breaking. Pedicures are wonderful. I have sent numerous people to them and they all love it.They treat the young girls just like adults. One suggestion to them...take the sign down that says you are open on Monday. Do not hesitate to go.

Léa Kayombo Found this location on Google because after almost 20 yrs of being acrylic nail-free, I’m debating on getting my nails done again. I called for prices (missing on the website) and to see if needed an appointment this pass Saturday (6/5/21) but the lady and gentleman didn’t understand English enough to answer me...this becomes a reoccurring issue thought my visit. Anyway, I made an appointment for 430p. When I got there I checked in with the receptionist (in retrospect, she seemed like the only one fluent in English). I was told to have seat. It would be almost 20 mins before I’m acknowledged again to pick out my colors. The tech that did my nails Loan, was sweet but unfortunately didn’t speak English as well so when I asked for tissue bc my eyes were watering up she didn’t understand and continued working. Had to wait eyes closed until the receptionist finally passed by. There was also a second where she stopped working on me to help her previous client put her SHOES on and get off the pedi chair. I had no problem with that but when she returned she was about to continue my service without changing gloves until I mentioned it. I got a gel manicure to test out having my hands done and Loan got a nice shape on my short natural nails but the polish is not smooth on a few of my nails. I got different colors on each nail and she took her time making that happen. Smoothness aside, I liked how well the colors turned out (copied a picture) so much I opted to get my eyebrows waxed. I should not have done that. Another lady again, no English so she okayed me repeatedly when I tried to tell her how I wanted my brows. She essentially waxed my eyelid and forehead and fake tweezed (felt barely any plucking and no sculpting). The next day I had burn patches on my lids (right one I accidentally scratched off) and my brows look like nothing was done to them. I might try other salons in the area to compare but if I ever return, it WILL NOT BE FOR MY BROWS. UPDATE: I read the owner’s response today (6/15/21) and called but unfortunately the lady that answered did not understand why I was calling. I sent my number and email through the websites CONTACT US section. Update II: Its 7/15. Havent heard from anybody since and currently looking for another nail shop.

Luna M The facial I had was absolutely extraordinary. They performed a deep clean using some type of laser, and while the treatment was underway, they massaged my entire upper body and scalp. It was a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience!

brenda ayetonghan I went to Super Hand Pedi Spa for a poweder manicure and a pedicure, they also edged my eyebrows. Over the Christmas holiday i chipped a nail and found that the technician never took off my blue powder polish a previous visit and painted over the old polish with the new powder polish, and when I went to the company manager to complain about my nails not being properly done, i showed her blue polish still there. She stated there was nothing she could do because you can only have one day to make a complaint. This policy is not posted anywhere in the business or on the receipt. She was very condescending and smug about the situation but she was not doing anything to correct it. I went to sleep during this procedure and this happened to me, please avoid this nail shop especially if you think you will be unaware. I paid $147 and I feel scammed.

Rozmin Chandwani Where should I begin? I typically refrain from leaving reviews for businesses because I believe that my unfortunate experiences shouldnt reflect on everyone elses. However, the staff and the nail technician were incredibly impolite and exhibited racism towards both me and my sister-in-law. We drove for 38 minutes to this establishment solely because they advertised a 20% discount. My advice is not to fall by this offer. They tell you its 20% off, but when you arrive, they overcharge you first and then apply the discount. We were there for pedicures and a full set of nails. The ladies who performed the pedicures were pleasant and treated us kindly, but the girl who appeared to be the manager and a man who went by "men" were rude. Initially, the girl was doing my nails, but she left my hand to attend to another customer. The guy took over and was extremely rough, nearly causing me to bleed when he forcefully removed the nail extensions the lady had applied. When I told him it hurt, he responded, "Its supposed to hurt when we do our job." Later, he worked on my nails and saying my fingers were "crooked," not the nails. Ive been getting my nails done since 2009, and no one has ever told me I have crooked fingers. It seems they started to blame me because they couldnt perform their job properly. I will also share pictures to illustrate my experience. Following all of this, my sister-in-law decided to double-check because she had doubts that the job wasn’t being done properly. when we checked my nails, we saw that half of them hadnt been properly dipped in the powder, the nail color had smeared all over my hand, the sides of my nails were messy, and my finger cuticles looked unclean. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience Ive ever had. To make matters worse, when I informed the girl who appeared to be the manager about the guys behavior toward us, she began defending him. He even sat in front of us with an attitude , as if he didnt care at all. Im not one to typically leave reviews, but I dont want anyone else to go through the three hour worst experience like us. They completely wasted our time and money. When I initially raised the issue of his rudeness and poor work, she could have taken action at that moment, but instead, she waited until the last minute and said, "I see that, let me fix it." As if we had all day to spare.

Tia Shaffer My last experience here was unacceptable. Got my eyebrows arched and now I have what looks like a permanent scar on my eyelid as a result of some mishandling of tools. When I called and visited to report this, I was met with skepticism and frankly, a lack of accountability from this business. I left two messages for the owner Jennifer to call me and no call yet. Bad service is one thing, but having a permanent scar on my face and having them act as if I don’t matter is not happening. Preparing to take legal action.

J Middleton I am deeply upset and disappointed with the service I received today at this nail bar. Unfortunately, my recent visit has turned into a nightmare. As a client of four years, I was assigned a new, much older technician who was extremely rude and forceful during my pedicure. Despite repeatedly asking her to stop when she was hurting me, she ignored my requests and even pushed my hand away. The technician placed my foot in a bag of hardened wax, (bahama pedicure) causing it to stick all over my foot. Instead of fixing it properly, she washed the hot wax off and peeled it off with her hands. The polish I requested originally, once she finished it was chipped and looked unprofessional. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, Henry, he suggested I let the same technician redo the pedicure. I refused, given her lack of care the first time. He offered only a 10% discount, citing a language barrier as the reason for her behavior. I felt dismissed, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. Under new management, it’s clear that customer service has deteriorated. I ended up paying $45 for a pedicure that left me with wax on my foot, chipped toenails, and sticky exfoliate residue on my legs. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told they didn’t know where she was. I will not be returning and expect a full refund.

Jaden Starr So I’m getting my nails done and they had the nerve to charge me $85 for something I didn’t ask for the lady tried to definitely finesse me when I came in with what I wanted already and she suggested something else I went from a 50 set to everything adding up to $85 with no warning I’ve been to several nails shops in my life and they always tell you what’s extra before even getting started not to mention she cut my finger twice let me just post the pics and just got these done not even a hour ago but it’s $85 please they end up charging me $65 instead of trying to fix them

I have been three times and every time I am very satisfied with my nails. They make appointments and actually stick to the schedule (no "wait 10 minutes " when the really mean 45 mins). Their dip nails are strong and thin, and their deluxe pedicure is very relaxing. I highly recommend checking this place out! Update: as you can see in the pics they are great with all nail shapes! Im in love with these new coffin shaped nails!

Sabrina Harris I have been going to Select Nails now for about a year, and the service I receive from Hana is TOP TIER!! The powder she uses is TRULY SPECIAL! I have went six weeks without any chipping or cracking. If you haven’t had a powder set done by Select Nail, you are missing out. My nails are pretty and they last. I promise you once you try the powder, you will not go back to acrylic.

Cheryl Anne This is a wonderful nail salon. Ive been coming here for several years. Hana is very talented at doing nails and can do anything you show her a picture of. Tina and Dana give wonderful pedicures. The salon also does eyelash extensions, waxing, and massages, but I havent done those things. I just go there for the wonderful manicures and pedicures.

Neelab Hassanzei Quick and simple service. They suggested I get dip. My first experience with dip was horrendous and I was worried about trying again but they suggest I try. It came out much better and I’m glad I went with them. I just moved back to Houston and have not established myself with a nail salon yet but Venice Nails might be the one. Thanks for the dip. Attached is a picture of the work 3.5 weeks later with consistent wear and tear. Yes, I know I need a new set.

Z M I had never tried dip powder nails before, but I decided to give it a shot, and Im amazed at how well it worked for my active lifestyle. Jay did an outstanding job with my nails. Ive been to Venice Nail and Spa a few times, and their crew is always friendly and nice. After this experience, Ive decided that Venice Nail and Spa will be my go-to place for nail services from now on. Highly recommended!

Jennifer de la Peña Alpizar So disappointed with the service. I used to go to this salon before I started the dental hygiene school and get the dip powder manicure with Candy. She always did a great job. Today I finished the school semester and decided to treat myself with a manicure -since we can’t have our nails done while in the school- Unfortunately, they didn’t meet my expectations. First, I wanted to do French manicure in my nails and toes but the lady that was doing my toes said that she couldnt put a natural color base like light pink or beige in my toes to do the French and that she only could do a white tip and a clear base. She said that in order to do what I wanted she had to do shellac instead of the regular pedicure. I ended up not doing the French manicure because of that. Second, the lady that did the dip powder manicure made my nails look thick and bulky even though I told her that I wanted a natural finish. Also, she didn’t prepped my nails good and wasn’t a detail oriented technician. Another thing that was disappointing was that they did the manicure and the pedicure in the massage chair but I couldn’t enjoy the massages. They asked me to turn off the chair because my hands were moving while she was doing the manicure. I understand that sometimes when the salon is full you don’t have enough seats available and need to complete the work in one chair but the salon was pretty much empty with a lot of seats available. They could have done my manicure first and then the pedicure in the massage chair so I could get to enjoy the massage chair and relax a bit. Honestly I think that they wanted to finish quickly and didn’t care about delivering a good service. Side note this experience last less than 1 h (check in 2:30 pm and check out 3:20 pm) and it cost $70 plus $10 tips. I really hope that they consider to improve their customer service/experience in the next year.

Anne S Went to Venetian’s multiple times before however this time wasn’t quite ideal. We made two appointments for a mani and a mani and pedi, however we had to wait about 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment to get started. My manicure was okay, and the 30 second massage for both arms was very off putting, at least 2 to 5 minutes for a manicure in my opinion. For the other mani and pedi - his finger was cut with the cuticle cutter, which okay people make mistakes but maybe try to do damage control afterwards. Would go elsewhere next time.

A. Figueroa For my first time I thought it was going to be more up to date on the inside. They registered me but didn’t explain any sales or points system to me. Never told about pricing or never given a pricing sheet to see options until I went back up to see what they offered. Polish wall was not too appealing to me as the colors looked as if they had been sitting there for a while. I waited like 10-15 minutes before I was called up for a pedicure. Nail tech was nice and professional- she shows me the menu , did a great job there for I did leave a great tip . Then this other worker lady started to clean the other chairs and with the same rag cleaned my arm chair with the wet rag. I didn’t touch that side any more and just leaned over to the other side . Chairs were a bit torn and worn out in some corners. Greeters were nice to me but were not nice to each other. WiFi is not an Option there. I guess every nail tech has a small tackle box-case of their own tools.

We were both cut while they were filing our nails & it seems like the nail tech doing my daughters nails didn’t know what she was doing at all. They know exactly how thin I like my manicure and the shape I like for my pedicure. The entire facility is clean. They use new items when scrubbing your feet. They take their time and suggest great colors! I showed them a picture today of how I wanted my nails, and my nails look amazing! Just like the picture I showed them! It looked weird when she was still putting the powder and she said it would dry yellow.... it did not! Paid $40 for crooked ugly nails that I had to get fixed somewhere else. I didn’t trust them to correct it but will never recommend. The place isn’t that clean and no music or tv for background noise, just sitting in silence while other employees are on their phone. Orange part looked like it had bubbles underneath.

Nida Q I went there to get dip powder nails for the first time. I dont remember the name of the lady that did them but she looked like she didnt have proper training on how to do them. She was buffing mail with the machine and kept buffing my cuticle and skin (it began to peel and burn) and when she was doing the dip, it was too thick and looked very unnatural. I had to constantly ask her to buff it down more and reshape it to a natural shape. She buffed it very unevenly and some nails looked natural while others looked like those "100 coats of nail polish" challenge. I got another nail technician to fix them as best as she could and it looks better, but still not natural.

Cherry Pardue This nail shop will not see me again. I don’t recommend any one to this place. My nails were not to my liking , I understand All shops are different but when a customer is not satisfied and have asked for the nails to be fixed and it still look crazy should be a good enough reason to refund more than $20. My big toe is still bleeding from the guy saying I had a ingrown nail because I told him it’s pain when I press down but I also told the guy I have been working a lot and my feet just hurt so I assume I just need a massage but he insisted on getting the ingrown out and my toe bled the entire time I was there. I walked in telling them my feet hurt and they insisted a man do my feet which I was ok with but when it came to the massage he dis t really hit the spots for me , my heel wasn’t massaged really at all so I could’ve did better with a woman doing my feet. Now my nails ? I asked the lady to file them blunt but instead she left them thick and bumpy , she filed them again but not what I asked . And I did try to show pictures to see what are they really charging for because I wasn’t told my design would be $40. Basically it’s best I continue getting my nails done by the girls at home for $85 and save my money.

The lady in front also kept getting annoyed when I asked her for prices like those are important questions lol I only did a mani and polish change here because my toes were already done prior to me coming.

Noushin Merchant My mom and I visited this salon on November 30, drawn in by the “walk-ins welcome” sign. We asked for two acrylic and shellac pedicures and were told there’d be a 15–20 minute wait, which we were fine with. However, it ended up being almost 40 minutes. The technician helping my mom didn’t listen to her preferences and chose to do a refill instead of starting fresh, though we asked to change the nail shape. This led to uneven nails, a crooked thumb nail, and two cuts near her cuticles. When we pointed out the crooked thumb nail, the technician blamed my mom’s thumb, claiming it was crooked, which was not true—we’ve had acrylics before and know how a properly straight nail should look. I was happy with my French tip nails and pedicure, but my mom left disappointed. When we raised our concerns at the front desk, the response was, “Sorry, we’re very busy today, and there’s nothing we can do about it.” It felt dismissive and unprofessional. For a $245 service, we expected better. Offering a small gesture, like a discount for next time, could have encouraged us to return, but after this experience, we likely won’t.

Amarachi N. Yall, I am actually in tears rn. I used to have long, really strong nails until one of then chipped, and I decided to reinforce them all with acrylic powder. I told the nail tech to minimize shaving to protect its strength. But, he acted as if my words meant nothing and shaved more than I wouldve liked. He was extremely condescending, and it was like talking to a brick wall. Two of my nails broke a month later (including the chipped one), so I chose to remove the acrylic powder, cut them down, and just start over. I had a different lady this time, so I thought shed be more attentive to my requests, but no... She shaved too far down after I told her multiple times to not do so. I didnt realize the damage until I washed my hands. My index nail is so brittle that it hurts to even scratch. My nail strength is gone. Ive given this place too many chances. This review isnt even including the burn mark from the eyebrow waxing or the uneven eyebrow results. This is the last time Im going back.

Jean Abele Sweetwater Nails is a friendly salon & very caring of their clients. I’ve been going to Nickie,a highly trained nail technician , for quite some time now. I’m a senior citizen & she gives 110% for me. I live close by& actually walked today to my appointment. The weather changed quickly & drastically while I was ready to leave. Nick, the office manager, actually drove me home. Rollator & all. That’s going over & above the call of duty. The salon is a place of many colors, beautiful scents, cocktails & lovely decor.

I didnt get a price or selection of pedicures while seated, but in the end, I got hot rocks, a scrub, and a great pedicure that was worth my cost. Kristy was very sweet, and I will use her again if I am ever back in that area.

Victoria Duyka This 5 star rating is for Mary. I’ve been going to her for about 3 years now and she’s consistently great. Always takes her time and never rushes. Massages are always on point and nail shape is perfect every time. She is the only person I trust to spend $ on in this economy. Love you, Mary!

Stephanie Rogers Very disappointed in the quality. The sample nail for the polish was FULL of glitter but as you can see its really splotchy and so much space with no glitter. Also the polish doesnt cover the whole nail there is exposed nail on the side and most of them have a bit of exposed nail by the cuticle.. With the price of their service I just expected better quality. This isnt the first time that I have been here and Im a firm believer in second chances, but the first time I went the lady was rude when I had her correct something that I didnt like. And became really aggressive and actually left me with a cut on my thumb. Which I think is why I was too hesitant to have them correct something this time.

Edna Ramirez I was Charged $70 for what Kenny said were Coffin nails! I said these are not coffin! And he said if I wanted them more pointy I should’ve said I wanted them more! When I have gotten them in the past, I have never told them how pointy I want them! Another thing is I went in with my daughter for her birthday and she didn’t get her nails done but everyone coming in and out was getting their services done! Horrible experience!!!

Lindsey Tijerina Very rude service! Never coming here again. Called in advance for the price they changed it drastically after I arrived. That not even being the worst of it, the lady that did my nails cut and hurt me multiple times, causing me to bleed! Then lied when I told front desk lady, began screaming “sue me.” She messed up my nails and my experience here. This rude lady happened to be named Lee, or Tracey! Very bad spirited lady! I need the Managers email asap!

Toya Bellard Definitely not Like 1st Lash in Bear Creek. Came in on lunch for a full set, slow mediocre work. I could be wrong but my tech was new. I noticed she kept asking questions regarding my service and was unsure about some of the product locations. She was nice but my nails are uneven and the powder was over my cuticles resulting in a bulky look

Yousuf Beg Natalie and her crew worked magic on my hands. It was very comfortable and super clean. Loved the atmosphere. Dang Nails and Spa took their time with my hands and feet. My hands and feet have never looked better. I would definitely come back and send my friends and family. Will be back soon.

Nermal Makhnejia They are scammers! They do not charge the right way and are unethical. That is why the place is always dead. You’re better off going to Aria or another known nail salon in the area where they are ethical and you will pay less as well for better service.

Vanessa Martinez I do like this place a lot. I go very often… but this last service that I got was not the best. The nail tech that was doing my toes rushed through the whole process of a service that should have been “relaxing.” Also, I understand she couldn’t do the design that I asked so she asked someone else but I also asked for their opinion and no one was listening.i would also like the mention that the reception in the front with long wet hair, was very rude. I asked for a student discount and she seemed very annoyed. If you do not like talking to customers of all types then don’t be in the front. Lastly, I paid for two of the EXACT same services but noticed that the person that I was with was receiving more service items than what I did. I don’t understand if we paid for the exact same thing.

Mariah Lee Im giving 2 stars because Ive had better experiences here. However this is the second time that I have visited this nail shop and the technicians have done sloppy work on my feet! The first incident was a few months ago and the lady kept trying to convince me to do Shellac and I said no because I never have to get shellac so she painted my nails very sloppy and when I complained about it the male supervisor in the front only gave me a 5% discount because nobody there could fix my feet and paint them properly. I had to end up going somewhere else just so they could be painted right. Then today I walked in with my daughter and the tech that did my pedicure was horrible, although very nice she rushed through my pedicure and painted my nails so sloppy and thought I was leaving like this. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to fix my feet and I only got 15% off cause it was a special and really at that point my feet should have been free. Stop charging full price for half ass service. This is a pic of how my feet looked before Amber fixed them. I think this will be my last time.

Saimone Sandles I love this salon. I’ve been going here for 3 1/2 years. I’ve been going to Windy the entire time she’s the only nail tech that touches my nails. Windy is very attentive to detail and is very creative. She’s very patient too because I’m usually picky about my nails. As far as pedicures go, I recommend going to Lily. Lily & Windy are so patient and honestly they have become like family. They have contributed in making me look so beautiful for travel, parties and my proposal.

Heddah Enad 65$… Ive paid extra for french but they made me pay 17$ extra for french and getting a “curve” when the base was 42$. Im a nurse so it was my first time in 10 months getting my nails done. I was happy, in a good mood but when I told her she didnt give me what I wanted & I told her I wanted a curve and she tried to put the top coat on and I tried to tell her thats not what I wanted. And she got a attitude and was rough with me after that as she fixed it, I didnt say anything. Even though the mood shifted and she was being extra rude I still gave her a 9$ tip. When I realized the overcharge I went back and the manager laughed at me & said she already told me what happened instead of listening to my side. She then tried to say I got a design, i know theres a charge for french and these are BASIC french.Anyways, I have a whole video never cussed, tried being calm but they were really rude. If yall wanna see the video Ill be posting it. 10 years there and will never go back.

Sonali Mehta I have been here multiple times now, it’s me and mom date every time. The people are nice and courteous. However this time my paint got chipped in two days and I went back to them they were kind enough to fix it without any charge. It was not shellac.

Navaira Fida This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. First of all the lady rushed and cut my nails too short and on top of that my right hand nails didnt match my left hand nails. Despite me telling her that one is too short, she still didn’t care enough to make both hands the same length. She filed my nails like a kid did it. Please do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. You’ll waste your money and regret it big time. They are also overpriced!

Taylor McKnight I enjoyed my manicure, she did such a great job and took time to make sure I was happy with the look. She took care and paid special attention to details that I dont normally see at other salons. I will be back for a refill!

There are ALOT of unlicensed workers in this salon . if you look on the wall where they are supposed to be displayed you will see there are more workers than licenses .the workers don’t clean or sanitize the tools they use on customer after customer . They wipe the floor with those red dirty towels and green towels ,and use them on your pedicure as “hot towels” the lavender smell comes from the fabric softner they use. The tracy is disrespectful. shes also discriminates against the indian race and african american I’ve seen this first hand. .They upcharge certain customers more money on services .The workers also have the option to put in how much they charge customers for your services. based off what you look like you “Might” get a discount, You might NOT. they did a terrible job on my nails they started lifting the next day and i had a really bad infection a couple days later from them . ill never go back her e EVER!!! i And when they use the “cheese grader” on your feet it sits in the old dirty barbicide in the back .when they are ready they will just take it out /rinse it off and use it on you .super money hungry .They are a walk in salon so don’t think you have “an appointment “ when you make one over the phone because you will be disappointed whens you walk in and you will be waiting. The owner is digusting and rude . seriously do some research on better nail salons around this area.had a chance to see the back It’s disgusting

Parissa M My brother, a professional boxer, visited this salon for a manicure and suffered chemical burns and cuts on his hands. When I tried to contact the manager to address the issue, they avoided my concerns and provided no way to send photos or get a response. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values safety and proper care.

S S I paid for a shellac mani on Oct 31. The experience was great overall. Until two days later when I traveled back home to Seattle and my polish was already chipping off. I am writing this review now because my nails look horrible and definitely not shellac. It’s supposed to last two weeks and has lasted longer in the past when I got it done at other salons. I don’t recommend this place for a shellac at all! You pay a higher price but don’t get the product you paid for.

Reyna Graciano-Ruiz Jessica and Thy were amazing!! My nails came out beautiful and natural! I found my new nail place! They did my pedi and mani in just 1 hour! I was so happy! Update: went there again for a second nail set, expecting the same as my first time. The inspo picture was nothing like what they did, I was livid but didn’t want to be rude. Paid $115 for something I didn’t even want.

rae c i have been here about 5 or 6 times so i can create a really well rounded review for anyone coming here. My boyfriend took me here starting July 2023 (he gets manicures sometimes as well) and i have a few pictures of some of the dip powder sets ive gotten from here. (the selfie was the only pic i had of the simple french tips haha) i have also gotten pedicures twice from here (dont rly wanna post my feet on the internet but trust me, theyre cute!). Everytime I have been here ive gotten a different nail tech, and theyve all been WONDERFUL. not okay or good, but wonderful. They adapt really well whether youre in a talkative mood or not (i like to be silent most times during my pampering, and they make the experience great every time). I have had several negative experiences with pedicures in the past. I tend to have a mild ingrown toenail, but people will be too aggressive with it, and I end up with toe pain for many days after leaving but not here and my partner also has never had a bad pedicure from here he mentioned. I went somewhere else last month bc i wanted to pay for my own nails for once and didnt wanna spend as much as he usually does for them, and although i decently enjoyed it around the level as one would, it was very noticeable the difference between regular places, and sweet escape. I love every time i come here, and shout out to Hana for doing my nails amazing twice. and i cannot remember her name for the life of me but theres a girl who every time i see her is ALWAYS wearing a bun and she did my pedicure last time and was the sweetest woman ever. loved her. anyway, all that just to say i love this place and its deserves all the stars ive given it.

Arzina The worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. To start with the entire pedicure process was rushed. During the 20 minutes Kathy was showing her tattoo to another tech, looking at another techs scrub top tag, went to the front desk in the middle of my service to talk to the receptionist. She didn’t do services offered in the pedicure I selected such as callus removal, and hot stone massage. When I asked her she said I don’t need it but then proceeded to do a quick 30 seconds callus scrub. Didn’t get my hot stone either! Definitely not as described in the pedicure description. In no was this a relaxing service with how rushed I felt. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a service like this before. I will definitely be out searching for another go to nail salon for my service needs.

M Ordonez This place is pretty hit or miss. I have given it a try many times in hopes that I might find one of the techs that I like best but they all seem to upcharge for every little thing. What absolutely broke the camels back for me was todays experience. The nail tech doing my pedicure cut me in several places which was totally unnecessary. Then my mothers nail polish all began to literally peel off after she took a quick shower this evening. It was POWDER DIP which it should not happen with powder dip. Her nail polish is literally coming off as if its sticker nail polish. Terrible job and way too expensive for the quality.

Trish Schroeder Ive been getting mani and pedis since they opened and I havent a single complaint! The salon is very beautiful and clean! Very important to me! All the employees are very kind and they actually listen to how I want my nails done and they turn out perfect every time I go! Very relaxing atmosphere! I usually dont do reviews but when I do have a great experience I like everyone to know! I will never go anywhere else!

Shenila Momin They dont care! I got my mani and pedi this Saturday. The lady had to take off my gel/dip nail polish. Instead of taking the time and taking it off with nail polish remover and wrapping each nail in foil, she went to town on my nails with the electric nail filer. I didnt realize it until she finished that she filed my nails so much that the nails were paper thin and had gashes where my nail beds were exposed. It hurt so badly and told the lady. They just used nail thickener over it. The owner or manager was working on someone else and he did not even acknowledge what happened. I told the lady who charged me what happened. She did not even care and still charged me for the manicure. I paid it since I didnt want to cause a scene. Now my hard nails are so thin, they keep chipping and they are sensitive to warm water. I cannot even use my nails to do anything. Never going back!!!

Nichole I absolutely love this nail shop! This shop is always clean and uses a new tools for each person that comes in. Everyone is always nice and they have such a variety of colors to choose from! The do regular manicures, pedicures and even acrylic nails! May favorite pedicure is the #3 which comes with a hot stone massage, green mask and even paragon wax to make your feet super smooth! Nicci is my favorite nail technician. She is quick and any picture I take her she is able to recreate on my nails! Her designs are always on point!! They have awesome massage chairs and even offer eyebrow waxing! I love that they offer nice cold beverages while you sit in the massage chairs getting your feet done! This place is one I visit often!!
