My toe nail was dead came right off and she reconstructed it and now it’s growing back healthy. I’m gonna continue my foot journey with no else but her.

Kim Smart Kira is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and particular tech I’ve ever had work on my toenails. She diagnosed me correctly pincer vs ingrown. The applied the band across my nail to assist in straightening my nail. She suggested an at home treatment as well. In a months time, the progress is astounding! Thank you Kira and I can’t wait til our next visit❣️

Kimberly Hayes I’ve been coming here since 2021 and while we are still working 1 particular toe, I feel confident in wearing sandals now. I have toenail fungus horribly on my feet. Kira has helped restore the color in my toes and no longer deal with ram horn toenails. She is professional, understanding, and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend!

Desiarae India (Dia Desiarae) I absolutely love my services with Kira! She has great customer service. I loved the convenience of her coming to my home to complete my services. I would recommend her to everyone I know. She’s now the only person I allow to do my nails.

Nicole Originally I wasn’t going to post a review, but honestly I regret my decision to even go to this salon at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless they were just getting a basic pedicure. After letting the owner talk me into having a nail restoration treatment done (against my better judgement), I’m now having to deal with multiple infections, including a persistent nail fungus. By the time I’m done treating all these infections, I’ll be out of hundreds of dollars for medical care and if I’m lucky, I’ll be able to wear sandals again in a year without embarrassment. I’ll never go back and I hate I even went here in the first place.

Lauren Castillo recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a manicure that included a massage and hot stones, I received neither. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts a long time, but I woke up the next morning and both of my big toes were already worn off. To make matters worse, my partner also got their nails done, and honestly, a child could have done a better job. They did give a discount, but after waking up the next day to the sight of my big toe, I want a refund for it all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. And to also add, the tech spent over an hour doing a dip set and no time at all on the other services that were supposed to be provided for the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure on their service list. I never complain, but it was my first time going there and I spent over $300 for literally no reason. Do not go there!!!!

caitlin mcintyre My experience at Dorado Nail Bar was 10/10. Summer greeted me as soon as I walked in the salon and I was immediately seated! Everything is sparkling clean and so bright and relaxing. Holly and Angel did an amazing job on my nails. I got the real aloe & hot stone mani/pedi and it was life changing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They had every drink imaginable and the nail color options were so good! They even had the new cat eye glitter nail art too! So fun. I cannot wait to go back.

Tatiana Barahona I recently moved to Sachse and this nail salon has become my go to now! The ladies here are so sweet and accommodating. I came here 2 days ago to get a pedicure! I called around 6pm when I got off of work and asked if it would be too late for me to come in at 6:30pm for a pedi since they close at 7:30. The lady who answered was so sweet and said “No problem we will see you here at 6:30” I felt bad and even asked her “are you sure? I can come another day” she reassured me it wasn’t a problem at all and they’ll see me soon! When I arrived they greeted me, sat me down and offered me a drink! It’s so cute, they even have a drink menu! I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was really good and strong! Lol. I felt super relaxed the whole time and the girl doing my pedicure was so cute and the sweetest!

Naporsha Nicholson I love this nail shop; I have been here more than once. I just left today, and they were very patient with me and my son. My son has ADHD, and a touch of autism so he is a lot to handle. I am a single mom doing the best I can. I could barely afford my pedicure, but the staff made me welcomed and reassured me that it was okay, and my French pedicure was so nice!!! I love it!!

B W I recently visited Texas Nail Bar for the first time, and Michelle did an amazing job! She removed my old set and applied a new one with a coffin-shaped pink-to-white ombré design. I usually go for shorter nails, but these turned out super cute, and I’ve already received a lot of compliments. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I broke my pinky nail last night, and it was painful—it tore through my real nail and started bleeding. That experience made me realize I might stick with shorter nails in the future. Overall, Texas Nail Bar is a great salon. It’s a bit pricey, but the service is excellent. All of the technicians seem highly skilled, so there’s no need to worry about getting a mediocre job. I’d definitely recommend them!

Maria Flores Apolinar i loved this place however i had a very bad experience with tweeny. I will include pictures of what i asked for and what she gave me. From the beginning she was very dismissive and rough with my nails. Kayla tried to help but as the receptionist she was busy managing other clients while trying to fix tweenys work. Very disappointed this was my favorite spot.

Nydia Lopez It was a first time full set for my daughter. She had an inspiration pic and I was worried at first because she’s a teen and has a language and learning disability and i wasn’t sure she could relay exactly what she wanted even with the pic since I wasn’t able to help her at the moment. But OMG they knocked it out of the park. My daughter was so happy and they really impressed me with the level of detail and service they provided my daughter. She is thrilled and come on, look at the pics, it looks better than the inspiration pic.

Keti Abazi This is the second time that I try these guys. And both times it’s been a super disappointing experience! See photos on how my manicure and nail polish looked like only after three hours. I went back and asked for a refund. The answer I got was that if it’s just a polish, the outcome would most likely be what I got… In other words they are super sloppy and not really client friendly. I asked for my money back cause I did not have time to sit again for a redo, especially if the results would be the same - as per their words… They said they do not give refunds. So I left. I just want you to be mindful of the fact that if it’s a polish you are getting - not a gel or dip - most likely your results will be the same as mine. I do a whole lot better job myself with just the polish only. Why would I want to spend $25 on a manicure and nail polish. And why would you?! Buyers be aware!!!

Vallie Green Ive been trying to grow my nails out for a while now. I do not want fake or acrylic looking nails so I just do gel polish. Not too worried about the shape I just want the length. And the stronger nails.

CHIQUITA WESLEY First time visiting this nail location. I went to get a pedicure. When I say everything was impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. They were extremely busy but nonetheless very attentive. They seat you and ask what beverage you would like. Kristy was the lady who performed my pedicure and she was exceptional. The way she massaged my feet and legs was outstanding. I will definitely return.

Monica Gamboa It was my first time coming here. I came right after work on Monday evening and Yen was the one that attended me. At first I watched how fast she was doing my nails, it concerned me, honestly. But once she was done, I was astounded on how my nails came out, such a wonderful job she had done on my nails. Whitney Cantu This was my little sisters first time getting her nails done professionally and she absolutely hated this experience, the lady did not know how to do designs and she called her a “big girl” and then told her stop biting her nails she’s 14 so my sister ended up crying through the appointment and it was just not a good first experience for her at all! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I asked the lady to redo the design and she got upset and hurt my little sister and didn’t end up putting the top coat over the fixed ones!

Fatima Connell They’re pretty friendly , clean and the place feels relaxing while you’re waiting to be serviced and during the pedicures. About a month ago I came in for a short white almond fill. After he’s done w/ all the nails he points out he used the “wrong white “ so he wanted to do a whole full new set. I told him I really don’t have time . I settled for gel on top of the mismatched white nails. I actually had to remind the guy to put top coat before being completely done with my set. Each nail was a different shape and length but I figured I can fix that at home w/ a file. I don’t think they truly know what they’re doing. I’ve given them a few tries through out the years but I can’t keep throwing money away. I try to stick to simple designs and styles cause I know it’s not gonna look like i imagined in my head. They get a bit excited and rushed with the drill too my nails are paper thin often feel a burning sensation. .A few times I’ve asked for French tip even showing a photo for reference, it never looks even . When I bring it up to the techs I’m Basically gaslit and told it looks just like the photo and “nothing in life is perfect” if I were you I would just skip this salon, there’s 2 others walking distance.

thomas willis I absolutely love this place. Linda is my stylist and she has another friend. I don’t know name but she does my nails Linda‘s incredible. She’s actually my Wife stylist and I always go Tuesdays because it’s Thursday and I can actually get more than one glass of wine.

Tayler Baker Took myself and my daughter to get a pedicure and my daughter picked out her color and the lady started doing whatever she wanted to her toes, I didn’t say nothing cause I thought she was trying to be nice. We sat there for a good minute after she finished and the lady come to put her shoes back on I asked are you sure they are dry for shoes? She said yes and so we left. We get to the car I look at my daughters toes and they are all messed up from not being dry. So we go back in and she acts annoyed to fix them as if it wasn’t HER fault she takes all the polish off and restarts (annoying to begin with cause now we need to spend more time here which could’ve been avoided) after finished, I look at my daughters toes and half of them aren’t even painted fully like the entire toenail isn’t covered in polish. At this point I’m annoyed and ask her to please paint them fully as I just finished spending $70 on these pedicures. So she does and then the after math is just paint every where all over my daughters toes. I had to ask someone else to come over there and clean them up. Like did she just not care? Then I asked for my tip money back and they were trying to act like they couldn’t give it back cause they didn’t know how. Okay call someone? We get home and her toes still look a mess after all that nobody was even apologetic nothing. Will not be returning.

Niquole Tucker I had the best experience at Shimmer Nails! The staff is very polite, professional and exceptionally talented. Never before have I been able to walk into a salon, show a picture and walk out with exactly what I wanted. And the Jelly Pedicure is AMAZING! The service is a great value for the price. Seriously worth every penny. My legs and feet were swollen when I walked in and by the time the pedicure was done, they were back to normal. I love Shimmer Nails and I will be going back soon. I cant wait to try more services.

A year later I am still going! My hands are in water daily. Busy, busy but my nails look good. Ladies if I have gone to a nail salon in the past and they cut a cuticle.... Oh hell nooooooo! Danelya Mendivil I don’t usually give bad reviews but for this one I have too. This lady came in with fungus in both her big toe and pinky toes. The lady giving her the pedicure was touching all over her toes and then proceed to touch other things in the salon. Like the nail polish samples and bottles around her without sanitizing first!!!! She then start polishing her nails and the just puts the brush back in to polish like nothing.

Maria I’ve only been here twice. The first time was alright but this second time was a totally different experience. Within a day, the nails were chipping and coming off. So I went back and they fixed them. Within a few DAYS they fully came off. I’ve never known this to happen so I just won’t go back here again.

JEvon Walters I have gone to plenty of nail salons but something brings me back here. They’re friendly but not in an uncomfortable way it feels very genuine. They have some English speakers so that’s always a plus. For me I felt like my request were listened to and even when I left and a toe nail got ruined they fixed it without making it an issue. The guy was so nice when he realized I couldn’t find the exact color he just repainted my toes. I tried to tip him and he refused. I stopped getting my nails done a year ago so I don’t have much comment there but the two main male techs seems to be the most popular for manicures. Either way the price is good the vibes are nice and I definitely recommend. They even do 20% student discount :)

Payton Gibson I went here for a pedicure and the price was 30$. Nothing special alright job. I go to pay and she tells me $40. I tell her I want the student discount and she keeps saying $40. My service alone wasn’t even $40. Scammers don’t go here they aren’t loyal to the price or their discount for students. I even showed her my student ID.

A A So disappointed. I got a dip manicure SIX days ago, not even a whole week, and one of my nails has already cracked in half. For $50 plus tip it is not a good deal. I only tried this place because my regular nail guy couldn’t fit me in right away, but normally my nails last 4-5 weeks. Learned my lesson I guess. They weren’t the worst job I’ve ever had done, but haven’t ever had them break this quickly.

Mari Gonzalez This was one of the worst manicures I have gotten. The lady didn’t trim my nails before putting on the tips, the edges are sharp and rough, and they are uneven. She kept nicking my skin and filing my skin instead of my nails. The people were nice but I do not recommend.

I usually get dip manicures, & I have never had them chip, crack, etc. He is incredibly artistic with his techniques, & any additional effect like ombré or iridescent chrome is always on point. All the pedicures have been excellent as well. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Not here, John makes dip thin and nails actually lasts longer. The dip is organic and is good for your nails. Staff is attentive and John is fast. I highly recommend!

I can tell/show Lisa what I want and she will deliver! I will only come here to get my nails & pedicure done. They know me, my sister & mom which makes it more comfortable. REAL TIME UPDATE!! 9-10-21 Notice the date of my last post…I came here for a full set and Lisa tried to up my regular price by $15. I get the same thing every time and pay $40. Well this time when I check out she says $45 for again, something I get all the time. I showed her my receipt & my bank statement that shows how much I’ve been paying, she tells me she forgot to tell me and continues to reach for my card and tells me that I am going to pay. I’ve been coming for years now for this to happen is unacceptable and I won’t be back. Not to mention she cut two of my fingers and acted like nothing happened at first then got an attitude because I held my hand for the pain to stop for a minute because she was rushing and was not taking her time so she could service someone who she ran after outside because she was quoted a too high price but told her another price just to get her back in. So this tells me that they are just money hungry and do not care for their customers at all. They are not sanitary and reuse the same tools on everyone. I bring my own and they don’t like it.

Judy Hearne Ive been going here for about 5 years. For those complaining about the price...what hasnt gone up in price? Compared to shops in Plano and Allen, you are paying half the price at Moda. Lisa and her husband care about the customers. Sometimes they get busy and might hurry you through. They just want to get everyone done. I will continue going there. The place has seen better days but you cant fault the quality of the manicures and pedicures!

Eric I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get me in for a pedicure and manicure without waiting. I didnt know if that was a good thing or a bad thing as I expected them to be busy. It turned out to be a very good thing. Pedicure included a hot stone massage legs, wax on my feet, leg and foot massage at the end felt amazing. The manicure was basic and came with a hand and arm massage which felt great! $45 for pedicure with hot stone and wax and a manicure. I took off 1 star off for the environment. The manicure chairs were very tattered and worn but still comfy. The place could use a good dusting and detailed cleaning. They have 3 tvs with over the air antennas which caused the basketball game on to pause and even lose signal a few times. They would be better off with water fountains as I liked it better without the sports noise in the background. Overall a good experience and I will return.

me i’ve been coming here for 2 years. their tools look old and are used on everyone, not very sanitary. the lady cut my finger once and acted like it was nothing. they also increased their prices since the last time i came. i don’t think the price is worth it at all.

Happy Joy I will start off by saying that I have been going to see Marie and Chum for several years now. A very loyal and faithful customer that has no problem with paying the services that they provide. Granted with that being said, I am not sure what has came over Marie this last time I went to see her but I noticed an attitude shift in her. Not sure if it’s from a situation that I had to deal with in the past with her sister or not, but it was definitely noticeable. Due to funny behaviors I have been getting lately, and this last visit of being rushed through my pedicure and manicure having to be redone on several of my nails, I will no longer be returning. That is very sad seeing as though I have been, once again, a very faithful and loyal customer for many years. When I go to get my nails done as an enjoyable experience, I don’t expect to be rushed or feel like I am being rushed through my relaxation time which I felt was being done with my pedicure this last visit. I have felt a couple of times in the past where I was being slightly rushed to get to my manicure, but I try not to make a huge fuss about it and therefore didn’t say anything, but it’s starting to bother me more and more. Please work on your customer service skills and prioritize quality over quantity. Trying to get every dollar that walks in your door should not be noticeable by your customers.

Ki Txgemki They were pleasant. 2 different techs. Nails were lumpy, poor shape & chipped same day, the rest have chipped off within 4 days. Just left “fixing” the chip, now with an extremely lumpy, similar but not matching color. Would like it all removed &/or partial refunded, so I can start over elsewhere. Basic pedicure was fine. No complaints with that part.

Jennifer Rinn I came to buy gift cards. Got here at 6:20 since they close at 7 and the lights were on and a lady was looking out the window as I parked. As I walked up lights went out and door was locked. I tried knocking on the door and calling since they are supposed to still be open with no answer. Pretty frustrating.

The nail paint chipped the same day and when I showed it to them they just put an extra coat rather than re doing it,which made it worse. I was not even informed that uI will be charged extra during the service and clearly the length was not what she claimed it to be.

Judy E I thoroughly enjoyed a basic pedicure, manicure and beverage! My pedicurist was Lan. Foot and leg massage felt so good. All of the female nail techs were so nice and personable. Salon was very clean. Lower prices compared to other salons in the area. I will definitely use this salon again.

Ram Mannah I’m only giving two stars because I got to pet puppies and the place was clean. I paid over $50 for a pedicure that lasted only 10 minutes. Every time I would tell the older lady that she missed a spot or that the bottom of my feet were still rough, she would talk over me or tell me I was wrong. She was very aggressive with my feet twisting it and even at one point slapping my feet. The guy who did my manicure was really nice, but the gel nail polish kept coming off, and he made it seem like it was because I wasn’t putting my hands under the light fast enough. This is gel polish and it only lasted 1 day. It looks like a 5 year old painted my nails and my feet look worse. I wouldn’t waste anymore time or money on this place. This picture are my nails 2 days after getting them done. This is gel by the way.

Morgan I called ahead to schedule a manicure at 6:15 after work. I get there 5 minutes early and get started with Nancy. She is supposed to do the black gel base coat so the other woman could finish with another customer before adding a blue/green chrome gradient at the tips. So remember these are gel and not easy to remove at home. This first woman wrecks my nails. Seriously, Ive seen children do a better job. See that little clear blob stuck to my skin? Thats too coat that cured to my skin. I show the owner and she says shell fix it. She has to totally remove the original black gel and do it again. So now my nails feel super thin because theyve been filed down twice, and I still end up with mediocre work. The second round is better, but the first set of black nails set a really low bar. Like, on the ground kind of low. She did her best to fix them but this is not professional quality work. I could have painted my nails with drug store polish, gotten a similar work, and then not been stuck paying to have the other work removed. By the time it was all over I had been there for 2 hours, my nails look sad, and I just want to go home. I believe I supporting small business owners, so I paid my $53 for this mess and went home. I wont be going back, this was all a waste of time and money.

Alem Mulugeta I was very disappointed by today’s service. I got my eyebrows done by Apple. I kid you not, she still left wax on my bottom lip, and was rushing through my service. She burned my upper with the wax, and gave me a mirror to check my brows. It had hot wax on it, and she kept checking her phone. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I told the girl up front, she looked at me crazy and didn’t even apologize. Horrendous.

Veronica Hernandez They werent busy so I go in to remove my nails only. I quickly get seated and a worker brings me the warm acetone bath. I soak my hands and she decided to give someone a pedicure the entire time Im there. I dont know about anyone else, but I dont like soaking my hands in acetone for over 10 minutes. I was there for 30 minutes, not being waited on. They talk a bit and the last checks on my hands and I guess said they were good. I go wash my hands. And they end up charging me $10 for an acetone bath. Didnt cut my nails, polish them as in making sure the dip was off completely. Nothing. What a waste. I will not be returning here

And for $70 dollars … I got one color and a few dots and hearts .. I’m gonna post the first 3 pink nails with pink hearts and dots DCrown did … the follow nails other nail techs did for the same amount .. and you’ll see I never get short nails but here

Bless Ade Solid 4/5. I came here and went to a really great nail technician. Her name was Sherri. She took her time and was gentle. I broke a nail while I was cooking a week later and went back for a nail repair. The technician I saw the week before wasn’t available so they placed me with someone else. She was just ok. And I received two cuts on my finger and the shape was just alright. Will go back again and schedule with the first nail technician because she was great. I didn’t try anyone for pedicure, but that will be next. Hopefully, they have a great technician for pedicures and then I could call this place home. **08/25/23 Edit: the awesome nail technician, Sherri, That I went to no longer works there! I’ve read the reviews to look for another tech and I’m not too excited.

Lauren R Definitely not the worst ombre Ive gotten but still isnt something Im proud to have on my nails. For the higher prices they charge over other regular nail salons, I expect more from this place. I paid $50 for this not including tip. The uneven spread is awful and not to mention the spots where the top coat didnt even dry. They are also super thin to the point they bend way easy. Not happy that my whole nail wasnt covered on a few nails too. Also like others have said, they tend to be rough on the cuticles and I always have red and cut areas after. Ive been here a few times and I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I cant anymore.

Joy Albano So a boss got one for everybody so we decided to give it a go. It was just ok enough to be alright. Nothing impressive but the prices for the service youre getting. Most folks would think that they might like the same color on both paws and claws at the same time, nit these folks I had to settle with pearl on y toes because none of the gel colors match the polish or dip options. Manicure itself was ok, but the massaging was way over the top if youre not trying to reset a body part, so now Ive got bruises on my arms and honestly my legs too . I tried to explain I was in a car wreck amd have plate and screws in my foot but she just kept on trying to up-sell me so ended uo just leaving asap with nails they cut super short, mix matched colors and a couple bruises. Dont think Ill be returning, but not due to that. The more I looked around, the more I saw the cleanliness of what was behind the front stand and beside chairs and the other workers stations. Cheese graters and just filing down a tiny buffing block isnt my style. They made this tiny so you could get more out of it, not keep reusing it. The tools I saw on stations I made sure to advise that Id like my own. Like them to come out of a sanitized sealed bag before we start on the next person. I had just given up because Im too tired to help someone else out. Bye bye

Estela Fabian I requested a manicure and pedicure with gel french tips on my hands and feet. My male companion only requested a mani and pedi. I did not get gel on my feet, due to miscommunication on my part. They requested a tip for 4 people (there were two of us). We gave each person $10. We interrupted their bingo game when we walked in. The people who worked on us were not interactive, more interested in going back to bingo. Only one person was cleaning up, two hours before closing. We will not be going back.

Lauren Pope Ive been here a handful of times, and have never been disappointed. Until, this past weekend I took me and my daughter for a Mani/Pedi. They up charged me to get the "dead skin" off of my feet. It has been a while since Ive had a pedicure. Anyways, I agreed and it was AMAZING! I got my nails done just painted and sat and waited for about 10 minutes before I left to ensure they were dry. I walk out the door and my nails are ALL absolutely destroyed. I wish I was kidding. I chose not to go back in because my daughter was over it. Her nails were adorable, they did a great job. I just feel like if Im spending $100+ on nails and a tip that, that shouldnt have happened. I was very disappointed in the quality. The polish was just layered over each other with no second to even dry so it was just mush on my fingers that completely got ruined at the slightest touch, or lack there of. I have spent the same amount of money and gotten such a better job done. Disappointed doesnt even begin to describe how I felt. This was supposed to be a sweet and fun day for me and my daughter, and I left really upset. They are 4 day old nails. They shouldnt look like this.

anjanettenicole932 I’ve been here a many times the past 7 years and never had to request anyone because everyone has done a decent job, but this last time was probably the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. I wish I would’ve gotten the lady’s name. Let’s start off with saying I actually enjoy the massage part of my pedicures and that’s what I go to the nail salon for. Otherwise, if I only wanted buffing and a nail polish job, I’d just do it myself at home. Anyway, I paid for a pedicure that had a longer foot massage and hand massage included. Let’s just say the lady rushed through my entire service. First off, she cut one of my cuticles too deep because she was going so fast. The massage part (if you can even call it that) was timed, which I understand due to timing the massage service to make sure it’s not taking too long, but she only softly and quickly rubbed my legs and never once rubbed my feet. I would’ve said something but by the time I noticed, her timer went off?! The nail polish part was horrendous due to what seemed like rushing and she got polish in places on my toe and edges that she had to go back and clean up with acetone, but it still was so messy. At this point I noticed my toe nails were cut and filed crooked (proof she just did a rush job). Normally I would’ve said something but I never got a chance to and the mistakes were CLEARLY visible for her to fix and clean up but I feel like she was just pushing through my normal 45 minute appointment into a 20 minute one. Also, I never even got the hand massage that was included!! I thought she would do that part right after she was done painting my toes, but she slipped my sandals on, and quickly walked away to grab the card machine to have me pay. At this point I felt like I was rushed through the entire thing and felt like I was being pushed out of the pedicure chair. I was annoyed and over it and I didn’t want to make a scene or feel like I was complaining about little things so I left without saying anything. I’m not sure if I will ever be back again.

Johanna Menendez I was very hesitant to come in as it’s been years since I went to a nail salon as u usually do my own nails but I wanted to do dip powder on my nails. So I came two weeks ago and they did a really good job my nails did not come off and I saw so much growth in those two weeks that I needed to redo them. I came in yesterday and they literally removed the old dip and started fresh again he listened to me when I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails and I did not see any damage on my nails specially no “rings of fire” for the dip is $40 plus the tip which I think is really worth it.

I usually get gel or powder nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure with tips on both big toes & designs for $110. Today, I only got the powder nails, was and pedicure without the tips & design AND they still charged me $110!! Why? I asked why was it $110 today and they acted like they didnt understand what I was asking. I told them I didnt get what I usually get, so why is it still $110? Well, since they want to play with my money like that, I need to move around. I dont have a complaint about the quality of the services, they do an AWESOME job, however you not gone change prices for your convenience. NEW SALON IT IS.

Debra Johnson I wish I had read reviews first. I used their services three times, two times too many. Unknown to me is why a business (one on every corner) who “should” want a loyal customer base is so openly rude to their customers. I read a couple of bad reviews from black women who felt they were being discriminated again. I am white and strongly felt the verbal insults they shared toward me in their native language. So very rude to loudly chit/chat and laugh with each other when the service is such an intimate service, and I was just there for a relaxing mani/pedi. I tipped well too. Even the very last time. Don’t waste your time and money.

Yenifer Gomez I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon went in on dec 30th with my mom and less than 1 week my nails came off lady said they did a good job and said maybe it was my natural nail oil she said she would give me a discount meaning I will pay only half I said no also they don’t clean your cuticle or the nails bed good this has never happened to me before

Chrystal Teague I went in a few minutes after 5. they were obviously short handed only having 3 people working on a Saturday. There were two people ahead of me. I waited for an hour. A gentlman came and asked me what I wanted done. He didnt seem to undertstand I wanted a manicure on my natural nail and a pedicure. He went back to his client. about 6:20 pm a woman came in and said she wanted the same service. She sat down. about 5 minutes later the same man that had come up to me asked what she wanted which was the same services I wanted. He took her directly back. I was so angry I just got up, Sat my polish selection down and left. I wasnt greeted when I entered. I waited for a long time only to have someone else put ahead of me who had barely even gotten there. I will not recommend this experience to my family and friends.

Mac Esmi (Esmi) I believe its under new management. So sad this place use to be good. If the previous owners see this post please let us know where you moved too. Definitely not coming back to this current location. The man the comments keep mentioning is the one who did my nails. Not only was I there 2 exhausting hours but he messed my nails up twice and had to redo them and still they didn’t come out good. I have been trying to grow my own nails for a while. They are finally long enough to where I can just ask for them to be dipped. I had my normal shape nail he filed them and didn’t even ask before he did it. Not only is my nail thin, but they broke and chipped on the second day. Spent $65 for nothing.

Daisy I went here to get my nails done as a treat. The nail techs were super friendly and welcoming. I told them about how I didn’t want my natural nails to be filed down too much, and they accommodated to my wishes. The service was quick and efficient with very little wait time. I really enjoyed my time there and I definitely would recommend this place to others!

Yajaira Ramirez Tina is a high quality pedicure technician who always exceeds your expectations, my mother and sister have been going to Tina for about 7 years she is great.

Andrea Brooks The experience was just okay. My total ended up being $63. I asked for a regular manicure and dip with a pedi. I did not get the manicure that I asked for. They only had one black dip with sparkles, but the sparkles were tiny so I said I wanted more sparkle. She told me she could do it. So after dip, she did two layers of silver gel sparkle and never asked if I liked it. When it started drying the shine was fading and when I told her, she just spread the oil around and said it was fine. Now, two hours later, the sine is starting to fade again and my nails are starting to look super dull. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I probably won’t be going back. Oh yeah, the also had two different people do my fingers so they don’t even look the same, like why!

Rita V I’ve been coming to this place for almost 10 years! Emily does an amazing job each and every time, matches any nail inspo I provide. However even when making an appointment she is never able to see me on time, definitely over booked. There is always a wait time. This past time I went I waited 45 minutes, even with an appointment. My refill nails were rushed because there were other ladies waiting and these pictures are proof of it, ended up with a fungus. So upset this happened, unfortunately will not be going back.

Esmeralda highly recommend Hannah. i was told to go to her by my friend and Hannah did not disappoint. she is quick but precise. i will be coming back for Hannah to do my nails. i did have to wait 2 hours but i don’t mind because it’s good work and price is good! 5 stars

Rachelle Awful and over priced. I ended up spending $80 on a set which was ridiculous to begin with but I said Ill just do it this one time since i was going on a special trip. 3 days later they started popping off. When I got back in town 6 days later from getting them done I went in and they fixed the 7 of 10 nails that popped up. The very next day they were up again and I called where they told me I would just need to pay for a new set. I was like seriously, they didnt even last 2 weeks. She said we only guarantee for one week. I will not be going back. I told my daughters and they said thats why they stopped going there. They charge too much and they dont last at all.

Jackie Ramirez Went in just to get a simple dip manicure and came out disappointed. This was my first time here and I wont be going back. The woman who did my nails couldnt even file them straight and they came out crooked. She also put on way too many layers so my nails look very wide. I took a phone call and she told me to get off my phone which I found VERY rude. I know how to take a phone call and not disrupt a nail tech. Also they tell you to have a seat when you come in and I ended up waiting an hour. It would have been nicer for them to tell me to come back.

Rosa Rodriguez I came here only because its right off the highway and also because i saw good reviews but definitely experienced the WORST SERVICE EVER ! Before she even touched my nails i told her not to cut alot since my nails are my own and i never do the full set i just do the simple manicure on my Own nails. I also told her i wanted them in a square shape. As she was cutting them i noticed right away that she was doing an oval shape. I shopped her right after the 3rd nail and she basically ignored me and continued cutting. Once she was done with one hand i showed her the other hand and told her SQUARE she then understood what i was saying and cut more to make the square shape. At this point my left hand nails are longer than my right because she had to reshape the oval into square. She was getting ready to cut my left hand nails when a customer was complaining about her nails and they all laughed at her rudely. At this point im irritated bc she messed up and cut my nails short and then this other lady was complaining and all they did was laughed at her. I kept calm and let her finish her job. Tried not to look at exactly what she was doing bc the more i looked the more i was getting mad and disappointed. She didn’t polish my whole nail as you see some spots are unsuccessfully done and needed more polish. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Dont let the reviews fool you.

Gabrielle Perry DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They are under new owners and the work is horrible. I asked meme for a full set, and she did my nails horribly. As I was asking her to correct errors, she got upset, yelled at me, put her hand in my hand and told me not to come back. By this time I had already paid because I got my toes done too and the other lady left earlier so she wanted her pay... had I known my nails would look like this I would have never paid. As I walk out she then comes to my car knocking on the window apologizing. Seriously don’t waste your time here.

The ladies were very attentive and our nails looked great. The chairs we sat in worked well. They were talking and had a good energy with each other and laughing. Neyda Navarro The service depends on who you get, DO NOT get Tina she did my nails and cut/made my cuticle bleed, on top of that she filed my cuticle which hurt SO bad and didn’t do what I wanted. They are SO rude and while getting my manicure I saw the person next to me get hurt by someone else. First and last time I go here as they did not do a good job! Also they do not have a big variety of colors to choose from. My nail had began hurting and coming off and it took off half of my nail bed!!!! Will not be coming back here EVER again.

Bless Ade This nail salon is a solid 3. My friend and I went to get a pedicure. My technician was quick with my pedicure and her technician took VERY LONG for the same exact service. Now, I would have liked my technician to take her time, especially with the massage, but she didnt. Also the quality of my toes was great, like chefs kiss. My toes looked cute, but my friends was just ok. So its an enhhh for me. Other reviews mention that it depends on who you get and I agree.

Jessica Rodriguez The employees were nice but the outcome of my nails was horrendous. I had glue all over my fingers and they charged me $5 extra dollars for coffin shape. I don’t mind paying but if you’re already charging me $25 for the nails (And their bad) why would you charge more for a shape. Also waited till the last minute to tell me it was extra. The paint job was not good. I needed up with bubbles and smears. My index finger nails is super crooked. The acrylic doesn’t even end at my nail bed it goes over to my skin and on the sides of my fingers. Payed $35 for a nail set that started breaking off and chipping after 2 days. Not acceptable. Yes you get what you payed for but I’ve payed less for nails that look 5x better than these. Never going here again. They just care about getting the customer in and out as fast as possible and getting payed.

Shelli White I am actually shocked by how low the reviews are. I finally found the perfect place where they actually listen to how I wanted my nails done and they did it. I didnt have to go home and finish shaping my nails. Besides that it was amazing to be able to have a great conversation with them. As people were coming in they knew everyones name. It was like a big family. And when I got the organic pedicure. That was amazing. The warm neck pillow felt great. The place was clean and beautiful and very welcoming.

Binh Le The nail salon is under new management and it looks very clean so much nicer. The new owner sisters are friendly and provide high-quality services. I got my gel manicure done here and it has been more than 2 weeks and the gel have not peeled yet. They can do a lot of cool or elegant designs. highly recommend this salon and will definitely come back for more services in the future with them! :)

Kamya Beals They are very rude don’t spend your money with them ! They pick and choose who they want to be nice to .And yes this location have a big problem when it comes to greeting certain people as well. They greeted me told me where to sit and everything but when my mom came in 1 -2 mins after me they never greeted her ! She was standing for at least 5 mins just WAITING to be sat and greeted , but they never greeted her so she did what any other person would do and just walked out ! I still got my toes polished even after my mom walked out but that will be the very last time they get any service from me ! And this not the first time a situation like this have occurred with them. And then when you correct them about it they want to play victim. And let me be very clear the two older ladies that work here are very nice ! It’s the 2 younger ladies that work here that are VERY rude with bad attitudes!

Heather Parsons I got a pedicure here today. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean.... but as a nail tech myself, I was quite saddened that they rushed my service. My cuticles were not clipped or propperly pushed back and the massage was nothing more than a lottion application. Callus remover was not used even though the service addvertised it and my heals could have used a lot more work... My basic understanding of Vietnamese allowed me to over hear them say "They got the delux...make it quick". I do pedicures and manicures all day, ...very thoroughly... it would have been nice to have that quality of service for myself for once...

Riley Texas Stopped in here after shopping at Walmart. 1) Simply need to take off gel polish & paint with regular polish 2) I ran out of time, so I only got the the gel taken off 3) She then said, "that will be $10.00." 4) I pointed to the price list. It says polish change... $6.00 & Up 6) I didnt get any polish, my nails were plain. No top coat , nothing! 7) She started talking to the manager angrily... . but I went ahead & paid her the inflated price of $10 8) I have a decent job. The $10 wasnt the issue, issue was I didnt get a polish change ....I will NEVER return here. Unethical staff, deceptive establishment !!!!

Kala Byrum I actually thought everyone was really great when I first walked in explaining I was bringing my daughter in for her homecoming, and she was getting her hair fixed next door. I got a pedicure, which was great! Then my daughter walks in and everything changed. The man doing my toes did hers and was extremely rough with her feet to the point we all were watching to see what was happening. He took the toe holder off my toes to put on her toes directly off my feet. A lady asked about my nails and I said yes but I rather yall start on my daughter since she’s the priority. Everyone proceeded to be as slow as possible and 3 and a half hours later they accomplished 2 pedicures and one set of nails. People came in after and got their nails done while I sat in a chair waiting. I wish I could say it was miscommunication but I continuously stressed the importance of us being out quickly and was told her nails would take 45 min. Well fast forward to now, she is late to her homecoming and finally getting dressed leaving me time to write this review. It’s sad for such great work there’s no actual care for the people. Especially when I said repeatedly it was a special occasion and we’re in a rush. If they were honest, we could’ve just left and painted ourselves. It unfortunately felt intentional.

Yunique Carmichael The only reason I’m ok with one star is because my feet was soft and the pedicure was nice. However I went to get my nails done for New Year’s Eve and I got a full short set and a simple pedicure for $100! I told them I wanted French tip and white toes not ont was the shape of my nails horrible and uneven but my toes was bad too. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and my toes are so bad they are not fixable. I wasn’t going to leave a review seeing that this was a last minute one time thing because I have a actually nail tech but THEN Jan 6 my account goes into the negative $100 because my account was charged, refunded, and charged again! Like whyyyyyy would yall refund the money instead of just KEEPING IT! now I’m missing money that I absolutely need at this moment because they don’t know how to do business. If I could dispute this charge I would! 0/10 recommend!

Michelle They are so nice here and treated me like I belonged. The nail tech was very good and I’m very satisfied with my nails. I have been going to them off and on since I was in high school. I just moved back to DFW after being away 10 years and I can say they are the best in the south Garland area hands down for making you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

sharon felton This place has really went down. First of I had to tell the lady to soak my nails to get the powder off. She grind and soaked my nails until they were sore! I used my own nails. She broke some of them off! She never was able to get the color off so she put another color on top! When she finished my nails it was color all over my skin! I told her I wanted powder but she used overlay! Then they had the nerves to charge me $95 for a job that a 3 year old could have done! Im never going back. All the good workers have left that place. I wish it was a way that I could post pictures of this crappy work they did!

Lyracy Island Channel This was the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was there from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and paid $100 for some bs!!!!!! I was there way too long and paid way too much to get such horrible treatment. I showed the lady a picture multiple times and asked if she was able to do it, she said yes and proceeding. I told her I didn’t like how thick she was and she couldn’t shave them down properly. Unfortunately since I had already been there for so long I couldn’t even get them fixed. I’m beyond dissatisfied and I’ll never come back!!! I do NOT recommend!!!
