Nyissa Arroyo Amazing service by entire staff! I definitely left feeling pampered and relaxed! Lyn did an amazing job with my Nails, I’ll definitely be driving 40 min again! The Milano nails near me (Kingwood) does not give this type of service.

Badoura Honest I had an amazing experience at Nails of America! The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and so relaxing. My nail tech was super skilled and took great care in shaping and polishing my nails perfectly. The customer service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt so pampering. Anyways Ive gone to then a few times now. Both times nails lated me 3+ weeks. The ombre set is acrylic, the cat eye set is full set builder gel. I recommend!

Cecilia Wang New to Houston, so happy this perfect nail salon is in the area. I first went there for pedi about a month ago, they stayed on perfectly. The lady gave me the EXACT look I wanted, and was very efficient in her work. Just went in again yesterday for nails, again, came out so cute and exactly how I wanted them to be. Emma Sinclair I had an engagement event this past weekend and wanted something a more intricate than my typical solid dip color. I had a great experience at Infinity! I was nervous since I was using a Pinterest inspo but wasnt knowledgeable about the exact colors. They were very professional to help me pick out colors that were similar. They checked with me throughout the process to make sure it was in the direction I wanted. I was impressed with her ability to freehand the design just looking at the photo.

Dyam Cook The nail salon is nice and the scenery is nice I must say. I am only making a complaint because I went 3 times and the second time was the only time I was somewhat satisfied. This last set was extremely horrible. She applied clear tips to my nails and glued the nails to my fingers. This set has ruined my nail bed, and I’ve never experienced this. The nail techs aren’t good at all. My nails were very thick underneath and the gel wasn’t completely dry. I’m never going back.

Maha Kaissi UPDATE #2: The owner was out of town, so he called me today. He was very kind and apologetic. He offered to have my nails re-done as a complimentary service. Jessica did my nails today, and they look great! Reflected change to 5 Stars for the excellent nails and customer service. UPDATE: still no response from the salon, and the thumb dip officially came off on its own this morning 10 days after. I got a manicure done with dip on my natural nails on 12/18. I had a new nail tech who I had never seen at the salon before named Cherry. She immediately began by commenting that she could add nail art with palm trees for my upcoming vacation (she overheard me telling the front desk person that I would be going on vacation in a few weeks), but I declined saying it would look odd to have palm trees over Christmas when my vacation wasn’t going to be for a couple of weeks after. She then began taking off my old dip manicure to prep for my new one. As opposed to the usual way they remove the dip at this salon (I’ve been coming every 3-4 weeks for months now), she kept having me soak/rub remover onto the nail for 1-2 minutes, then remove my hands to file more off. I thought it was odd since I’ve never had my dip taken off this way (typically I soak for about 10 minutes while rubbing my nails with the paper inside). Eventually they were cleaned and polish-free. Then began the cuticle removal. I never ask for extended cuticle removal as I personally think it’s bad for your nail health. I’ve also never had anyone at this salon do it before or even offer it. Cherry began removing my excess cuticle, but then she kept nipping too close to my nail bed, even to the point that she mentioned how I kept flinching/pulling my hand back. I was about to say something, but then it was already over. She then painted the nails with the dip powder as usual. However, she again kept going on and on about adding nail art even though I already declined. So I again refused. At this point, it was already over an hour that she had been doing my nails, which was atypically long for anyone else I’ve had at the salon. Finally, I went to check out and was told by Cherry that I was being charged $10 extra for the “extended cuticle removal”, which I never even wanted! I just paid it to get out of there. 3 days after, one of the dip nails already chipped. Now 1 week after, two of the dips are lifting off the nail! Normally, my nails could even last 4 weeks without budging at all. I called the salon to discuss once my nail chipped and that I never wanted to have Cherry do my nails again, but all they said was that they would add to my profile that Cherry shouldn’t do my nails. I sadly wasn’t even offered a chance to have the nail fixed or an apology. I have never had a bad experience here, so I think this is why I was especially shocked. As I have seen many different people here and have only had this one bad experience, I think I can attribute it to Cherry and just won’t see her again. However, I would have loved to have gotten at least an apology. I’ll have to decide what I want to do about my nails (since there’s no way they’ll last through my vacation at this point).

Carolina Morales I’ve been coming here and seeing Kim for over a year and I can’t say enough good things! Kim is super attentive to detail, her sets are always perfect and last a minimum of three weeks (and can go longer, I just never go past four). If you’ve been looking for a new nail tech or a new spot, this is the place. I also do my pedicures here with no specific tech and they also turn out great, M. Vince staffs well trained techs and you can tell!

rubyani colon This use to be my fav nail salon But after today I won’t be returning I had been cut twice getting my nails done, the stuff they use to supposedly stop the bleeding STUNG to the high heavens. And my pedicure was rushed and not that great. When at the counter instead of providing some time of accommodation for being cut twice and getting a mediocre pedicure I was charged full price and they raised their prices. So sad.

She was super friendly and took the time to color match perfectly to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was incredible, making sure everything was flawless. I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my nails. I cant wait to go back – highly recommend Rayven for anyone looking for top-notch service and a great experience!

Hazel Marquez I asked for something simple, but they couldnt even get that right. They did not do the cleaning precautions. They didnt cut my cuticles or my siblings, which made the nails look dry and crusty, with the dead skin coming off from the nails. Bows came out wonky no matter how many times we had to redue them. In the end, they didnt put oil on my hands. Nails were uneven, and the paint was chipping off. The bottom of the nail is all bumpy. There are bubbles coming out of the acrylic 2 days after getting the nails done. I paid 80 for almond French tips with one bow while my sister had longer coffin nails with so many line designs and mixed colors and symbols which also was 80 it made no sense I got something simple she didnt and I still had to pay the same price.

Keshine Alexander Ive been coming to this nail salon for almost a year now since I moved to the area. Overall I can say that I have NEVER had a bad experience, from the receptionists to nails techs its always amazing. Ive tried a few different techs here but I can definitely say I have found my favorite. Emily is “AWESOME” She pays attention to detail and does an “AMAZING JOB” every time (my nails are natural so I only get dipping powder and gel polish on my toes). Emily is probably one of the best at nails that I have come across . She is super sweet and nice and you can tell she loves doing nails. Overall 10/10!

Noemi Hernandez The salon is clean and staff are fairly friendly. However on Jan 29 I got the worst full set ever. I don’t remember the nail technicians name but I won’t ever let her do my nails again. On day 3 I had lifting and by day 11 I was able to remove 7 of the acrylic nails. $55 for horrible nails no thank you.

L OMG… Emily is the best.. she always doing a great job , she knows how to polish and take her time and that’s why the polish last longer and my nails are way better then before I moved to Katy but because of Emily, I will keep coming to this nails salon.

Mariana Carrillo First time visiting. The salon is very pretty, areas are clean, the staff is fairly friendly, however the service was mediocre. I got a square one color acrylic set, the nails were pretty good. Just a couple of correction requests with Ken but the results and price range were okay. Just don’t like that the nails weren’t proper dusted so we cured the top coat with particles. My pedicure was okay. I’m not happy because despite a request of correction, i left with pretty much the same results. My pinky toe nail was left longer than the neighboring one and some even crooked. There are a few different areas of that didn’t come out so smooth around the edges. the massage portion of the pedicure was really just a couple of minutes of a leg rub LOL. The price on toes was pretty much the same as my nails because of a gel up charge. In conclusion, the experience was nice i may have to give another person a try here.

Nay Redic My mom recommended me this shop and I was not disappointed. My nail tech Andy was awesome, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I came in with a reference pic for my nails and he put his own little spin on it which I was skeptical of at first but was really glad he did his own thing. Will absolutely be coming back.

Judit Jordan Waited more than I should even after I had been told a specific wait time. I communicated I couldnt wait longer than a certain time. They shortly accommodated which I appreciated. They were not rude at all about the timing and apologized for the miscommunication. I did builder gel and loved it! Brittany Mobley First time going to Vinas and WOW! The staff was all so friendly, the place was very clean, and they did a great job on my nails. My job wont allow for anything fancy, but the clear gel manicure I got on my short nails was perfect and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back!

Summer It was my first time on Valentine’s Day. The spa was beautiful and clean, they were the perfect amount of friendly, they got me seated quickly and I had two technicians doing my service at the same time, which was great for me today. The prices were reasonable, I watched my pedicure lady pull all the tools out of clean/sanitized packs, I really liked that. And they brought cupcakes around to guests for vday! I WILL be back!

I paid for a full set and to get cat eye nails and walked out spending $80 for a very simple nail request. They charging for every little thing. $50 for a full set color powder. $5 for an almond shape? $5 for the length????? these nails are not even long….. and the icing on the cake and additional $20 for the cat eye nails. which was not done properly nor did they have the color i requested from there display. Please see my nails vs what i asked for. I’ve done my nails at home for the past 1.5 years and will never go back to a salon after this. If i have any advice it’s to buy a GELX nail kit, watch a couple YouTube videos and buy some cat eye nail polish.DND the brand them selves even charge way less for the whole bottle of shellac. You will still be under the whopping $80 Charged. This polish itself is only $8 for a whole bottle…Keep in mind this review is not towards the staff that helped me they were tipped properly and tried their best.

Leanora Benkato I had a great experience at Sunday nails spa. The shop is very clean. Ivy was amazing. She is clearly super talented and very experienced with doing nails. She had my fingers prepped and tips applied so quickly and efficiently. She used powder to make the base and topped it off with this beautiful champagne iridescent gel. Her handiwork has no hesitation. She is precise and swift. The last thing she did was a final round on my cuticles to make sure everything looks perfect after the gel was dry. I have no complaints at all and the nails have stayed in pristine shape since the day I got them, even through a lot of working with my hands. I will absolutely be back to Sunday nails spa and I trust them to do a good job. Oh and the price is right too!

Olivia Julianna I have been coming here for over a year and they are the BEST nail salon. I typically get coffin shaped acrylic nails and they come out beautiful every single time. The salon inside is absolutely beautiful but what really sells me as a loyal customer is the impeccable customer service. The staff is attentive and detail oriented. They also frequently have fun giveaways or drawings for customers. Every time I get my nails done I end up tipping 25-35% because of how amazing the service is. I recently broke a nail and when I went in for the repair it only took them 15 minutes to fix it. When I went to pay they didn’t charge me. I insisted on tipping. They care about their customer service deeply and it’s why I refuse to go to any other salon and have become an extremely loyal customer. Highly recommend.

Glowran Phillips I rated this nail bar three stars due to the unprofessional conduct of the receptionist. His impatience and demeanor created an unpleasant initial impression. While Lucy and Mary provided satisfactory nail and pedicure services respectively, the receptionists rudeness significantly detracted from the overall experience and likely explains the low customer traffic. Improved customer service training is crucial for the continued success of this business.

ANDREA CORDERO I come here every time I have to do my nails but today is my last day coming here. The lady at the front, the one that is in “charge” is so rude and has bad attitude when she has to do a job. She did my mom’s nails and she didn’t even cut them to make them the same size. We picked dipping powder for hands and regular for toes and the colors didn’t match so I told her about it and she kept saying they have the same name… but the colors didn’t match! She had an attitude because she had to go find another color that match. This is the first time I bring my mom with me to this place, and it’s so sad that she had a bad experience here. I really loved how the two ladies did my nails but when you don’t feel welcomed is better to find another place that has better customer service and not a bad attitude for doing THEIR JOB!

Beatriz Rangel They did an okay job. Just moved to the area spent $105 including tip, massage with hot stones was done quickly and thumb nail was slanted I told her and she just ignored. I got cut twice. I still tipped out of courtesy but definitely looking for a place that I can be fully satisfied in Cypress area.

Sara Ill start by saying that the salon is clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I showed a picture of the artwork I wanted, and the look she gave me led me to think it may have been too complicated. I am a little disappointed at this point, as the pictures on the website showed for more detail and complexity. However, I had another pic that I showed her to which she stated was much easier. After the 3rd failed attempt at what was probably one of the simplest styles Ive done in years, the manager came over to try and fix it. Unfortunately, it was another failed attempt. I asked her to just draw a simple flower or lines on only 2 fingers in an effort to pull the two nail colors together and make it look more fall like. That was a failure as well. The website depicts an artistic capability that none of the 3 women in the salon possess. Its a bit of misleading and false advertising if you ask me. I gave 3 stars to reflect the cleanliness, organization, and pedicure, as the stone pedicure was nice.

John Cantu I usually have a good experience and love nails of America but I was charged $90 for a refill when that’s what I pay usually for a full set the girl also rushed me and didn’t clean under my nails or anything i don’t understand how someone paints over ur existing nails and still charged that much also u can see she didn’t paint them all the way my nails almost look chipped… I hate confrontation so I just took my losses and left but definitely will never return here again and just wanted to warn others not to use the lady with pink hair.

V D Went there for the first time this weekend and I loved it. Staff was so friendly. Since I had no idea about all those different gels they offered, the staff took the time and explained it to me. All I knew before was, my nails break easily and I want the manicure to last longer than a couple of days. I also asked for nail design and I’m super happy with it! Kaitlyn was the one who did my manicure and she was great! Will definitely be coming back! Edit: I’ve been coming back every month since and I’m still so happy with it every time!

Alexis Kelly In a span of a week and a half … 4 nails have been broken and 2 of them have broken my natural nail bed in the middle. I called the salon considering when the first one broke and I paid for it. They would not cover the other 2 and since that call another one has broken. I will no longer be visiting this salon. Mind you… this was a $80 set. Waste of money.

Courtney Peiffer I was in town for a convention and stopped in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Had a great experience, and this is the longest lasting gel manicure I have ever gotten. I am a horse person and am not easy on my nails, but this manicure is over 2 weeks old now with not even so much as a single chip or polish lifting. I am absolutely blown away. Great service, they didnt sand off my nails and were gentle and professional. And friendly! If I am ever in Houston again I will definitely be back. ME I recently discovered this hidden gem of a nail salon after being disappointed by my previous salon, whose quality and customer service had declined. From the moment I called to book an appointment to the second my nails were done, the entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, professional, and kind. Bae did my pedicure, and she was absolutely immaculate. She used tools I rarely see at other nail salons to clean out my ingrown nails—something I’ve struggled with for a long time—and she did it so well that it felt amazing. Then, Kim did my set, and I was blown away by the level of detail and precision she put into making sure they were exactly what I wanted. Lastly, the manager, Jessica, was so kind and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel valued and ensured I had the best experience possible. Brooke Stoneking So i’ve been looking for a nail salon for so long, I used to go to Milano but recently stopped due to the sudden price increases and up charges on everything. I needed a fill from a previous poorly done job at a salon close to home. I checked out Cha Nail Spa since it had really good reviews and was close to work. I was actually so pleased by the whole experience. Hannah did my fill and took her time and perfected every detail. I was only doing a solid color but what really made me love this place and Hannah was her shaping, I wanted skinny square and it was CRISP. One of the best shaping i’ve seen/had. She even cut my cuticles which Milano never does. I couldn’t be more happier with the experience and I will most definitely make the drive on my days off from Rosenberg all the way to the Galleria area for Hannah.

Abby Ta It was my first time here, and everyone is so nice and attentive. I felt of welcome and comfort here. Bae and Hannah took good care of me for my manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend!

Sandy K The atmosphere of this salon is so inviting. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. While having a manicure I was served a beverage of my choice. My appointment was booked on line an hour before the time slot. The nail technician came to get me from the waiting area 5 minutes early. She was polite and made sure I was comfortable during the manicure. This was my second visit and I have been extremely pleased with my nails as well as the customer service. I appreciate that they stay on schedule and do beautiful work.

Ivana Cachoua I had an amazing experience getting my nails done here. I got Gel-X nails with design and Katherine did an amazing job, and gave me exactly what I wanted. However, I also got a lash lift and tint and was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. During the process everything went well, however by the time they finished I noticed something was wrong. My left lashes were not curled at all, they are just pointing straight up as if they had only curled the bottom. Additionally you couldn’t even tell they were tinted as they looked exactly like they did before. However the worst part is, when I complained to the lady she basically tried to gaslight me into thinking they were fine and proceeded to insist on putting on HER mascara on my lashes. She grabbed her bag, pulled out her own mascara and basically went up on my face to put it on, even though I explicitly told her no. I think her job was completely unprofessional and unhygienic to say the least.

Swasthi Nair Ethan did my cat eye nails and he was incredible! He did exactly what I showed him and made sure I liked it as he continued. I would definitely come back!

Catherine Tran Ethan is not only intricate but efficient time wise as well. He did such a good job on my acrylic full set especially with the design of the snake skin. He will definitely be my go to from now on.

Amber Spears Worst experience ever. I went in on New Year’s Eve. All I needed was to redo my nails and change the color (did eyebrows at the end). However, not even 10 minutes after leaving I showered and they just started peeling off. I was so embarrassed on my night out. This has never happened to me before. This was the place closest to me downtown so I gave it a shot. I messaged them the day after with hopes that they would message me back on the 2nd since they were closed January 1st. Didn’t get a response back. I’m so mad because I left a nice tip. Will never go back!

Jade Grant I visited this salon on Friday (3/7) for a pedicure and a builder gel set on my toes, expecting a quality experience. However, just two days later, one of my toenails popped off—literally like a press-on. I returned to have it fixed, only to be told I’d have to wait until they could fit me in basically. I understand that other clients were there already, but considering the inconvenience of their work not lasting even 48 hours, I shouldn’t have had to sit around for a simple repair. Disappointing service and even more disappointing durability.

Melissa Perez It was my first time at Oasis. The total price for a plain full set of acrylic nails was $55.75. For the work I received? Definitely not worth it. Both my left middle finger, and index finger now look crooked because the nails are crooked. The nail polish that the nail technician put over the acrylic nail was messy, and lazily applied. The nail polish towards the bottom of my nails look terrible because she didnt clean it off. She also didnt apply nail polish to the sides on some of the nails. I didnt trust them to correct the mistake either as I made various comments about the shape of the nail and I still ended up with crooked nails, and a messy nail polish overlay. Im extremely displeased with their service, and I do not recommend that anyone comes here.

Dr. Sylvia Okpon UPDATE: I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I went in for a shellac manicure with cuticle trimming and a shellac pedicure, but the result wasn’t what I expected. After receiving my services, I asked to speak with the manager, and she offered to “fix it.” Unfortunately, the end result (with the pink polish) still didn’t meet my expectations. I spent over $100 and left feeling unsatisfied. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. Loved my nails done by Shelley! My first time here as a walk-in and everything was AMAZING! A Phillips I wanted to bring to your attention that my Royal Manicure did not include the mineral mud mask, even though it was listed in the description and I paid for it. I tipped fairly and didn’t realize the missing service until I got to my car and reviewed the menu as I took photos. That’s not fair. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt as though the staff was just going through the motions rather than creating a welcoming experience. I understand that everyone has long days, but a more positive approach would go a long way in making clients feel valued. Fellow clients, be careful, you may not get what you paid for. Read closely and sip your mimosa slowly…. Unfortunately, you have to constantly advocate for yourself here. I even asked for a menu twice, before finally being given one. To Management, See receipt: I noticed that my Royal Manicure was billed as a Lavender Treatment for $40, even though the menu lists the Lavender Treatment at $30. Regardless, I specifically purchased the Royal Manicure, which should have included a mineral mud mask. While I did receive the shoulder massage, hand massage, paraffin wax, and salt scrub, the mineral mud mask was missing. I look forward to your response and a resolution, such as a credit to make this right. Otherwise, I will have to adjust my review accordingly.

Abegail Caducoy Had my gel-x nails removed here 2 weeks ago. Don’t usually go here, and just happened to be in the area. I asked for a removal and a regular manicure, no polish. I ended up having a student nail tech which I knew is VERY fresh bc the nail tech teaching her said so. She had an older nail tech teaching her how to do it. I decided to give her a shot apprehensively since it’s just a removal, and plus idk I assumed she would have more experience as she’s already doing nails of real customers…. Turns out she’s not only fresh but fresh-fresh as in should not be working on real nails at all… Terrible. Was gonna give this a 2/3 star rating at first since I did just pay $10, but now that it’s been 2 weeks out, I’m giving it 1 star. My nails were filed down THIN. At one point I felt the heat, I did tell them and they left that nail alone. The nail plates were not even at all, had drag marks of the nail e-filer. During the entirety of the service, if my hands weren’t being filed they were soaking in the acetone, this was back and forth at least three times. At that point my fingers became really really dry. We had also been there for almost 45mins on JUST a removal. Towards the end after they felt they were “done” they gave me the ticket and felt rushed out. I didn’t even get the manicure I asked for (but at least they didn’t charge for it). Within the past two weeks, I had to refile the edges of my nails and apply strengthening nail polish because it kept snagging and chipping. As my nails grow, you can see a demarcation line of where they filed my nails, even the edges aren’t even. This was my personal experience. I’m sure each nail tech is different. The check out lady was a little dry and wasn’t pleasant. If you’ve been here before and had a better experience, I’m happy for you but it’s a “don’t recommend” for me unfortunately.

I left with 2 uneven brows & they were so thin & choppy . I explained to the lady & the manager that they were uneven and they spoke to me as if I was crazy. I cried so bad leaving that chop shop! They completely ruined my eyebrows. 0/10 will never go back there. The lady didn’t even try to help fix my brows but I guess she couldn’t because she didn’t know what she was doing. I asked if someone else can fix them & the only response I got was “I don’t know anything about brows” from the manager. SMH! Please don’t support here.

Aleque Helms FUNGUS. This place used to be the best and I went here faithfully for years for full sets and pedicures until new management took over and it got really dirty and there was a fungus infestation because they weren’t cleaning their tools. Management has tried to deny this fungus outbreak that my friend, myself and I suspect others suffered through. I was even approached by Ben, the owner, at HEB one day. I tried to avoid him because I stopped going and had a PTSD like reaction to seeing him and remembering the fungus. He stopped me trying to rush by and asked why I left and I told him because the place had given my friend and I am embarrassing fungus AND HE TOLD ME IT DIDNT. Just straight up denied my reality! He said I got it from somewhere else- like what?! Everyone who regularly gets their nails done knows they stick with their regular nail techs because finding someone who does it well and knows their style isn’t easy so you generally stick with the same salon. I had not gone anywhere else and spent a lot of money at that place every two weeks faithfully for years! They are also bullies and have been harassing the talent that left when this happened. Not to mention- they would double book my appointments and sometimes I would be waiting for an hour+ past my appointment time to be started. They also began to charge extra for things that should be included like cleaning the cuticles when you’re paying $70 for a full set! I don’t like leaving bad reviews and would have bowed out quietly but this place is a hazard to others health and is generally engaging in bad business. Go at your own risk.

Elizabeth Wonderful nail salon! An upscale feel with reasonable prices, friendly staff. I got tired of endless loud chatter from nail technicians at my previous nail salon. Post Oak Nail Lounge has a serene feel to it, contemporary pop/easy listening music plays in the background. I love the “Signature Pedicure” which includes a mud mask, exfoliant, and paraffin wax dip! My feet feel and look beautiful! Highly recommend!

They were so-so and at 90 dollars they look okay at best. Just not what I asked for. Very messy. Honestly could have had done this myself at that point. 90 dollars is crazy for that. Very upsetting because I really cant afford to get them redone. 5 stars on the pedicure, but the nails are at a solid 2 for the shape at least. Ive also got nail polish all over my hands

My nail tech was fast and clean.(Male) I think the shop is conveniently located and fair priced, even on their busy day(Sunday) they were able to handle the volume and still except walk-ins. They offer a bunch of other services like waxing, eyelashes and massage. I will definitely be returning. The owner is super friendly.

Melissa Irigoyen I used to love Wayside nails when they first opened. I brought all of my friends here and talked so highly about the service. Years later, walk in this am I was the l first customer there and I asked for a green tea pedicure, the one I always get and sandy proceeds to tell me she’s going to do a lavender pedicure because she likes that one. I absolutely hate lavender however I allowed her. Secondly, I had nails on and asked her to soak them off so I could get a full set. She brought a bowl full of acetone and shoved both of my hands in there, I couldn’t even breathe it was so strong and my head started hurting. I asked her to move it because it smelled and she said no 20 minutes. She proceeded to shove my entire hands in the acetone! When I pulled my hands out there were white and flaky!! It’s now 10:45am and my nails are soaked off, I’m sitting waiting on a nail technician to arrive because they were not fully staffed on a Saturday morning. By 11 my head was pounding and I left. I paid for a service I wasn’t satisfied with, doing your nails and toes is supposed to be your relaxing time. I was stressed the whole time.

Lynne Dowell I had a horrible experience recently. I made an appointment for just a pedicure at 1:30. It’s Christmas week so I knew they would be busy, but I had one lady working on me the whole time and I didn’t leave until 3:20. During my appointment I got a pretty bad cut on my toe. It hurt when she cut me and she couldn’t get the bleed to stop. Even when I went to pay the blood was going onto my white toe polish. I asked if I could get a discount because it the quality wasn’t great and my toe wouldn’t stop bleeding. They looked at me like I was crazy and then offered me a $5 discount but refused to stamp my loyalty card because of the discount (which is fine because I won’t be back). Very disappointed more with how I was treated than the actual cut although it still looks awful two days out and is in pain.

Reema Khan Worst experience in my entire life. I came in for a full set, the receptionist made me sit on a chair and instantly two ladies started working on me. Such confusion, one is tapping my feet to put them in or out the water, other one trying to do my hands and nearly cut my skin with my nails! The receptionist trying to find my color and then didn’t have the one I wanted! A relaxing evening turned out to be a stressful one! To top it off the nails were done so bad that next day they were chipping out and my hair was getting caught in them. I called them n was told they will fix it and I specified that I wanted an experienced person n not the same one. However, when I went there, the receptionist simply said that there is nothing wrong and that she can feel it!! I told them to fix the shape n re do the nails but the same person came and just blamed me for choosing the shape and color which has nothing to do with the concern I had. It looks like a kid has played with my nails . I had to walk away cause they were simply not ready to accept their bad service and made it seem as if I did wrong to them. I left the salon cause I would rather not waste my time. The nail technician and the receptionist laughed and mocked as I walked out ! It’s not even a week and my nails looks a month old .

Her French nails are stunning, with perfect curves and delicate tips. Her dip manicures are super thin yet incredibly strong. Professional, passionate, and hygienic, Katies work is flawless. For a wonderful nail artistry, shes the one to see. Highly recommended!

Julie This review is long overdue! I have been coming here for the past year and the service is great with very fair prices. My shellac manicure and pedicures always last past three weeks, and the quality is fantastic. I have even taken my husband and he now enjoys his monthly pedicures! Definitely love and recommend them.

Paige Bachand I had the best experience at Gloss Nail Bar. I was sat in a timely manner and the overall customer service was excellent. The salon was very clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. I got Gel X Almond nails and they turned out beautiful! My nail tech took her time selecting which tips best fit my individual nail beds, and paid attention to detail throughout the manicure. I also got a pedicure, which was excellent and relaxing. The services were not rushed but also didn’t take a long time so I was in and out of the salon within an hour. They did my nails and toes at the same time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!

Everything felt rushed—there was no hand massage, the polish application was sloppy, and I left with quite a bit of powder still under my nails. It’s disappointing because I’ve had great experiences in the past, but this visit felt like corners were being cut. I’ve attached photos for reference. Hoping this was just an off day!

Lilia (LiliaTheSuccubus) Loved the atmosphere of this salon. I went in for a quick acrylic nail extension and pedicure for an upcoming shoot I had. They take walk-ins and looked extremely busy! The place is huge and there were several amenities, such as drinks, a mini bar, and the classic massage chairs. The employees made a huge effort to cater to my needs, even getting me 3 cans of Sprite haha~ My pedicure was very enjoyable and they did their best to help me with choosing the right colors I was looking for since I am colorblind. I loved the results and even learned a lot of new things by asking my techs. This was the first time I got colored acrylic rather than normal acrylic with a gel polish coating on top. It turned out to be cheaper and I couldnt be more happy with how it looks. It also lasts longer since the only coating that would chip is the top coat and I plan to simply buy my own gel top coat if that happens. Thankfully it has been several weeks and none of the nails have chipped, but I may have to cut them since they’re growing rather long~ I added a photo of the current length.

Karina Chavez The WORST set of nails I have EVER had. Didn’t get what I wanted at all and on top of that didn’t even cut my natural nail to put the extension nail on and the chunkiest nails I ever had. Was offered a drink but never got it, worst experience and it sucks because their pedi service is good but my second time going there was not what I expected.

Scout Odegaard Love Aura nails! Have been coming here for about 2 years now and have an amazing experience every time. They have a huge selection of colors and have been able to do pretty much any design i’ve asked for!

Jackie Flores asked for this design and was not pleased. i didnt realize until i was in my car and didnt want to embarrass the lady who did them, so i called and they werent very nice. had to pay $50 elsewhere to get them fixed. after paying $85+ $10 tip here. might be a good place if you want a simple color/design but if you want something neat, dont recommend.

Nidhi T DONT GO HERE!! The worst. I went for a full leg and full arms waxing. They took 1.5 hours in total. Lady who was waxing didn’t even see that the wax was cold kept layering up again and again. When she was bullying, she made massive straps and pulled on the same place 2 to 3 times leaving my skin, scarred and burnt. That lady that had an appointment so handed over to another lady only two strips of waxing was left behind my leg. I was made to lie down on stomach so I could not even see the behind of my legs. The new lady started waxing all over again to the same place, which was already waxed. After my multiple times telling her to stop as she was burning me, she finally heard me as she couldn’t understand English and stopped. I’m attaching photos here just to show how badly I got burnt. While being the lady at the counter says oh because it took so long, I’m gonna give you 10% discount. They didn’t even apologize for the fact that they burnt me. Your 10% discount isn’t going to make me get my skin back. I have to go see a doctor now. The worst place don’t ever go !!!

Emily and Mia are true artists—they always go above and beyond to make every visit a fantastic experience. M Freeman Not impressed. I got dipped nails. All of them are shaped differently. The nail color was not the same color as the sample. The girl argued with me about it and says the color is always a few shades, lighter, which I’ve never experienced. She was rude and gave me attitude. I dropped it. They have reasonable prices, but there is nothing special about how they do nails. Literally each of my nails are shaped differently. They look sort of flat and bulge out at the sides

Latisha Williams 2/13/25 I scheduled an appointment for 2/14/25 @1pm to get my nails done. I checked in and waited for 21 minutes. When I asked how much longer would I have to wait, the lady advised that they were booked up because it was Valentine’s Day and everyone is getting acrylic and designs. If you were booked up why schedule the appointment at 1pm on 2/14/25? I advised them to cancel my appointments. I had also scheduled for a party of 4 for pedicures and a couple of manicure as well because we were celebrating my Aunt. I must say she enjoyed her pedicure and her nails looked great as well. The ladies that provided the service were great and the group room was very nice. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but they should really work on their front desk staff. If you book an appointment stick to it. I drove from Katy to receive a service at a specific time. I had a schedule to keep and so should they.

Roxie McLeod I absolutely love Infinity Nail Spa! The vibe is fantastic, with great music and complimentary drinks that make every visit enjoyable. I have never been disappointed with their service. Despite never making appointments, I never have to wait long. No matter who does my nails, they always turn out great. Infinity Nail Spa consistently delivers an exceptional experience. chocolate drop This was my first time going to this nail shop and I had very poor service and a bad experience. I will never go back . After a few days of going my nails looked a mess and they didn’t even want to fix it . If you have a nail shop you go to regularly keep going where you know. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this nail shop ever !

Trisha Scott Wow! This place was absolutely perfect. I’m in town for my husbands cancer treatment and this was a nice relaxing break. My pedicure is beautiful and she spent a lot of time on the leg/feet massage, which of course is the best part. I also got a facial too and it was so relaxing and my skin is glowing. Everyone there was so friendly and the salon is very clean. Thank you for providing me with some calm and relaxation during a time where my days are spent focusing on being a caregiver. It was nice to do something for myself.

Brianna Payne I tried not to leave a review, but for $130 plus a tip, this is ridiculous. My nails were done Saturday 10/12/24 and I had to return that Sunday 10/13/24 because I woke up and my POWDER full set was chipping. It hasn’t been a full week yet as the date is 10/17/24 and my SHELLAC toenail is peeling up like paint! The toe job was already clumpy, but I ignored it. Not to mention the same nail that was fixed Sunday (10/13/24) is chipping AGAIN, along with a different thumb nail that has started to lift. I am a teacher, so not much is done to destroy these nails on a daily basis this soon (excuse my ashy feet as it was cold today and a point needed to be made)! And please don’t try to BS me as if it was my end or anything else, because I have more receipts and we can take it there.

aunya walker This was my fourth time at this particular salon. Each time I visit it got progressively worse. For example, the price went up, and the quality of service went down. Today I asked for A refill and design. Ms. Ann struggled with the requested design so I attempted to find easier designs for her. I was still dissatisfied with the design, which I politely expressed. She said she would give me a discount considering she could not accommodate me however when it came time to pay, she then gets the manager to nickel and dimes the price back up to $90. And they charged me $40 for a polish change on my toes because it was a French tip….. this place has become extremely overpriced for the quality of service that you receive.

Bee Jones I usually don’t leave reviews but I am floored by the level of service I received today. I have been a LONG time customer at this establishment for a while; I’m usually satisfied with the service that I receive. Lately I’ve noticed inconsistency with fees so I made it a point to ask the nail tech today a very specific question about cut down fee and shaping and was given miscommunication. When I saw my charges I brought it to the attention of the front desk thinking it would be an easy fix; we are talking an additional $10 charge. After doing so, another man that was seated at the front desk (who I later found out was the OWNER) was extremely RUDE and told me that we would have actually charged me more. I was wasn’t rude at all, just simply explaining that the fees could have been better explained. Service has declined and always seems rushed, I won’t be back. If you don’t like tons of nit picky fees, mediocre service, and bad customer service go somewhere else.

Nancy Kujak I love this place! It’s the best! It is calming and the service exceeds my expectations every time! There’s no bad chemical smell, which is awesome because those smells give me headaches. The decorations are in line with the calming vibe—it really adds to the relaxing experience. There’s a wide variety of options for the pedicures; I especially enjoy that many come with an upper back and neck massages! The last time I got a pedicure from Van, and I told her I believed I was beginning to get two painful ingrown toe nails. She took care of both so now I don’t have any more pain! This place also will give you a free water, tea, or alcoholic drink! My family and I tried many nail salons in Houston, but this is our favorite—and we highly recommend it!

Frankie Marsh Love this place. Clean and quick. I go to Nani for my nails and Van for my pedicure. Picture below of Nani’s design— she always does a great job, very detail-oriented and makes sure her work is perfect every time! Van gives a great massage and works well with damaged nails. All tools are sanitized individually and they use liners in their pedicure tubs. Went to a bunch of local places and finally found them! Highly recommend.

Kristina King Made an appointment online for a $50 dip manicure with Van. When I walked in, the staff seemed surprised; my tech was not aware of her appointment, but she took me anyway. I got a basic dip manicure on natural nails. Was not asked to wash my hands prior, and like others mentioned, the drill bits were kept in a metal mint container. The polish bottles looked beat up. Overall, it did not feel super hygienic. We did three coats of dip and then the clear coat was cured with UV light, which I was not expecting. There were no frills like hand lotion or massage. Ultimately, I was not very satisfied because my manicure did not last long at all. Within a few days, I had to trim and cut my cuticles which had already grown out. The polish became dull and started showing signs of wear through the topcoat. Before the two week mark could hit, the polish was coming off in 1 whole sheet as if they were fake nails.

Finger nails look like toddler nails and they cut my toenails so low then added acrylic.. of course they charged me.. and not to mention everything hurt.

Emma Aldaco kiddo wanted acrylics and had a picture in mind so we decided to come here after looking up reviews and i am so impressed! it’s clean, the service was excellent, and it’s a very pretty and open space that doesn’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. she was so happy with her results! we will definitely be coming back!

Seven Régan My mother went here yesterday, she decided to try somewhere NEW being that she doesn’t get pedicures often. Upon her visiting here she says she got put into a chair rather quickly because they were all sitting around. My mom said the lady that did her feet pulled skin off. She dug so far into her skin her food began to BLEED. Firstly she CUT THEM DOWN SO LOW (seen in picture, it looks SO CHOPPY) even though my mom showed her a picture of what she wanted on her feet! For what she “did” they were gonna charger my mother $65. Instead of causing a scene she spoke with the manager about her inconvenience and he gave her a “discount. 50 dollars EVEN STILL!! Definitely would not recommend here I wish I could give 0 stars!
