Kassy Patino What a horrible experience, honestly this was the worst “manicure” I have ever gotten. Went in for a simple gel manicure and walked out with this. I was very disappointed, there was no one there so no reason to rush things. The guy who did my nails didn’t bother cleaning my cuticles or even put on cuticle oil at least. My nails weren’t cut so they are uneven as well. Only thing that was done was filing. I don’t recommend.

kat m booked an appointment online one week ago and got a confirmation for it. went to the salon. no one was there. called three times just for the automated voice to pick up. pissed me off. do better.

Tina Marie Treviño This was my go-to nail salon,always courteous and friendly,but Ive found one I absolutely love. Gloria does an adequate job every time, but can sometimes be rough. Ive noticed that my feet only feel soft and smooth 2,3 days tops...not what you want after paying $50/60 dollars. On the bright side, if you want designs on your nails, you cant go wrong with Tracy.

My technician was Christina and she did an awesome job. She was very professional and great with my ingrown toe nails. I will be back again. The attendant who did my nails did a GREAT job. I’ve lived in Laredo for several years and had not found a place that does GOOD pedicures that don’t injure me or cut me and this is the place! Please give this place a chance. 10/10

Cesar Perez Came in as a walk in. Had a young lady rush behind me as I walked in, apparently knew the nail tech or had an appt. There were 4 nail techs. She was greeted and asked to sign in, I looked back at her surprised since I wasn’t asked even though I had walked in first, she noticed and allowed me to sign in first. I politely sat down as the other customer immediately started her manicure process. I waited about 20min and mind you still not greeted. A nail tech finished a pedicure and checkout out his guest, and walked back without acknowledgment… again. I waited another 15 min. I decided to leave. Not all was bad, hence the 1 star review. This place was very clean and had some chill yacht rock playing for ambiance.

Kenia Villarreal I’ve been here 3 times & had an overall good experience. I got my nails done a week in a half ago (nude pink set in photo) then one broke off I went in to get it fixed thinking it wouldn’t take long at all to fix…I even took my kids huge mistake lol.. I was there for almost 2 hours & came back out with horrible nails. They do a good job if they want too. My nails are now not even, shellac put on super messy… Long story short they couldn’t find my original nail color so they laid over a different acrylic powder color, I asked the guy doing my nails to just do a shellac color all over so they can look even because they didn’t & asked if I would be charged since THEY couldn’t find my color THEY put on last week. He said he wouldn’t charge me then couple minutes later said he was going to charge, I had no problem paying for my color change which I did pay for. I just asked why I was getting charged after all then made me feel bad by telling me “oh well I’m going to have to pay for your nails today” which again I paid for in the end. I could immediately tell he was not trying to color on my nails properly. Its just so sad to walk out with ugly nails and on top pay for it and knowing they could do better because they do. Just my experience, unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Ana Morales I visited on May 22 to get my acrylic overlay refilled. The owner, Monica, assisted me. Everything seemed fine until my nails started chipping on the 3rd day. I didnt have a chance to go back until today (11 days later), and they told me I had to pay for a reapplication. I understand there was a charge but $20 just to fix the bubbled and chipped gel seemed excessive, considering what I paid initially plus the tip. I could have just gotten a new set for that price all together. I suggest finding another place to spend your money.

Luis Alberto So an employee there called up my girlfriend a day after her appointment from the reservation number for the appointments you make. He knew she had a boyfriend and was a total creep for calling her when she didnt give him her number or name. Even if they didnt mean any harm it was not a very professional thing to do and this person has stained the business name for doing that.

Amanda Joy Mayo Neo gave me the best pedicure of my life :) I will come back to this nail salon as often as I can. The conversation was wonderful and Neo is the sweetest! I usually have very ticklish feet but I let him know and he was very sensitive with my feet. The massage chair works (score!) and the experience was very relaxing which was what I was looking for!

Daniela Martinez I went and asked for a hair cut. i had hair to my butt and asked for a small trim. i have her a specific length to remove and she cut double what i asked. she laughed it off and said “it’s still long i swear”. i asked her to style it because i felt like i needed to see it atleast styled in order to keep myself from crying from how it looked. hair is hair and i understand but i now have to have my hair in a pony tail because of the choppy cut and horrible layers.

Victoria O On December 29th, I got acrylic removal and an acrylic full set done for over $90, and my nail polish has started to come off. With that, my index finger nail was hurting so bad that I ended up having to go to urgent care to find out I now have a nail infection. I have been to many nail salons, and this has never happened. I am dissatisfied by the lack of customer service at this place and will not be coming back here.

teena teena This is my 3rd time with getting refills. This last one wasn’t my favorite. The polish lasted for a week. The color was nice though and the way my nails were cleaned and shaped was the way I wanted.

margie guerra Long story short, my daughter asked for dip and the Chinese girl put gel on her, after she was told by the manager, the receipt and my daughter she still did not get it right. My nails were done by the owner or manager, on a scale from 1-10 I give them a 4. The 2 star rating is for the margarita they gave it cause it was ok. Pictures are from today and were done 3 days ago. Never going back. I do not recommend.

Alonzo was there and he started on my nails immediately, he didn’t miss a beat. He refilled my ombré and added some designs, along with a pedicure. He’s very thorough and talented! Then she gets charged 150 for her nails. 15 dollars each for a bow on 2 nails? She definitely took advantage of my daughter. Should not have been so much. Emily Dybdahl I’ve come here before and have had no complaints until today, very overpriced for the results and I didn’t even notice I was bleeding until I left. Ended up paying $106 for a simple mani pedi on my natural nails. They charged $5 for shaping and all my nails are a different shape, they’re not too bad but overall disappointed by the quality for the price. Also the nail tech used a towel that I saw fell on the floor to wipe down my nails.

They offer drinks like coffee, wine, water, soda if you’d like. There are plenty of colors to chose from for your nails and offer other services like waxing along with manicure and pedicures. There also have small chair for child to get a pedicure as well, so cute. I come here all the time.

Mauricio Alvarado I’ve never had a problem with select until yesterday when I went to go get my pedicure. the lady who got me was already with somebody and still decided to get me right away for the pedicure and she was rushing through the pedicure service and because of that she ended up messing up on my pedicure 3 times getting frustrated and impatient which was very noticeable she just got someone else to do her job and when she told the person she said it in a very rude way. that same lady went back to the person she originally had who was also waiting on her. It’s better to wait and do a good job the first time than to do this. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name from the lady who ruined my experience to the second girl that got it done. I appreciate the second girl that stepped in she had to fix someone else’s mess and she did it with grace.

Rico Martinez I absolutely paid way more than I wanted to, but wow the treatment for my feet and legs was awesome. First and foremost my toes were taken care of and cleaned up nice. My tech recognized my ingrowns and cut em out no problem and provided me with a lot of relief from discomfort. Second, this women put everything and the kitchen sink on my feet and legs. She just kept putting coat after coat of who knows what on my feet. I’m pretty sure yogurt was put on my feet but oh well. My feet were wrapped in bags with Kool aide. All that to say it all worked and was worth it. My feet feel awesome and I basically floated out the door. Will return. This is treat-yo-self experience for sure.

Zuri I went to get my upper lip done and the service fee was $8. Some how I got charged $9.50. I do understand there is a tax fee but for it to be 1.50? I dont think so. I believe that after she saw that I pressed no tip she tipped herself. I only stopped because my brow tech isn’t available today and I didn’t tip since it was my first time going. I dont think i would stop there again if they are going to tip themselves with someone else’s card.

Margareit Quintanilla I’ve been going here for quite some time and there’s two girl that rush through the nails or are just too busy having gossip time to where it poorly effects the quality of how the nails come out, I am one of those customers who wants what I’m paying for meaning if I’m paying you to do a job I’d like it done the way I’d like it done so yes I’ll correct or quickly point out if something is looking satisfying to my liking. Here that’s a problem they take it as an “attitude or being rude” which alone is strange because a paying customer is going to want a job well done right? And then on top of that the owner tell me (after I already completed getting my service) i mentioned to her the original worker did a horrible job so somebody else had to come and do everything completely over she turn’s around and tells me “some of the girls don’t want to work on you because your attitude” like Huh? Lady that has nothing to do with nothing at this point she just was being messy stirring up the drama and it’s just completely unprofessional and disgusting that’s how this business is being ran. They need more professionals and less children in training.

Stephanie Juarez Got these nails done in the last weekend of June. Waiting time:There was no waiting time. Nails: I showed them that picture but my nails look terrible and I wanted lilac but apparantly this color isnt as I had expected nor was I told it would be darker. I also had shown them another one and the guy in charge I suppose just estimates by image so the other photo he said $50 and these $45. It wasnt lined up to my nail right and some of the color wasnt placed right. On one of my nails ended up getting a pointy part on top which was so annoying because it was semi sharp. After finishing there was a change in price and the guy even started that these are worth less. Service: fast simple but as for staffing it was a mess even I didnt know whose on shift. While my nails were left under the light the person I got just went to the chair in the station behind me and sat to watch a game. And even after I was done he didnt even notice me being finished so I walked up and left to pay.

Diana Hernandez I just left the place. I went to get my eye brows waxed and left with almost no eyebrows . No wonder the lady that did them asked if I had a missing spot in my eyebrow but I didnt realize what she was talking about I do not recommend this place at all I was even charged 15 for it .

Julietta I believe i was over charged for gel on my natural nail. It costs $25 to apply gel and $5 to remove the old gel on my nails. However, i was charged $45 bc i “received a manicure” when all it was done was removal of SOME cuticle. After the “manicure” i still have dead skin around my nails “which i mentioned to the tech” and cuticle on parts of my fingers. I tried to make this notice but they insisted it would be charged as a manicure for the partial removal of cuticle. So that brought my total up from $30 to $45. The tech was nice but the pricing is absurd. I tried calling the salon but the phone listed is disconnected

Alicia Delacqueseaux THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! The chubby nail tech that sits in the corner with glasses was SO RUDE TO ME!!!! She started yelling at me to not be putting my phone in her face when I was trying to show her a picture of the color i needed on my nail. (I was trying to get a nail fixed that was breaking) she got SO MAD when I didnt agree with what she wanted to do on my nail. Im still shaking from the service I got I cant believe it!!!!!! Then I asked her if there was someone else available to help me because she clearly wanted nothing to do with me!! I walked up to another lady and asked if she could help me and she did she knew exactly what my nail needed BUT she did a HORRIBLE JOB. I sat there just taking the loss because she had already started. The nail I asked to be fixed is all bumpy and scratched and it doesnt match the rest of my nails. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPECIALLY WITH THE CHUBBY NAIL TECH WITH GLASSES THAT SITS IN THE BACK!!!!

There was also a very nice and pleasant lady who did my wifes nails too! She did a great job as well! Unfortunately the prices here seem to be a little expensive! She started working on my nails while I was still getting my pedicure. She asks me rudely “how short”! She cuts me once on my pinky so bad the blood spread down my finger!!! I’ve been cut before so I give her a chance. She continues rushing and being rough that she cuts my thumb!! Deeper!!! I told her to stop and I walked away. The main lady, Michelle, asked if she could finish them. I agreed but I shouldn’t have. I DIDNT ASK FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS OR DESIGNS. Short, square, 1 color nail. The place was EMPTY. Only me and another girl were there. When I was paying, the rude lady was still there sitting down on her phone. :/ Why rush and be rude?! They still charged me regular price. It’s not cheap. Over $100 for a disgusting attitude and horrible service!! I still tipped the person from my pedicure.

Elisa Sanchez DO NOT GO HERE! It is extremely overpriced. Asked for french acrylic nails & paid $100! They aren’t even perfect. The audacity to charge that much & to not have it be immaculate. My lines are crooked as well as the shape of my nails. I understand they have fees for different things but the nails there are not worth what they charge. I’ve had at home nail techs do waaay better & charge way less.

Jessica Garcia I do not recommend this place. I went to get my nails done. Hygiene was bad, my cuticles were cut badly and the acrylic is already lifting after 2 days. Tools are not cleaned and the brushed used to clean my dried blood and double dipped to the acetone. DO NOT COME HERE!

I called made an appointment a day prior. I got exactly what I asked for and was charged what I was told. No issues. Would definitely recommend.

f a So the owner or the one in charge was so rude when I came to tell her that the nails on my right hand are all crooked and she said that they where not then she filled them instead of fixing them and she was just rushing instead of taking her time like the other nail techs do I had always come here cuz I loved how they did them but this nail tech did a horrible job I know I have appointments but there is no need to rush the other customers we are paying too

Megan York Extremely painful pedicure, the nail techs thought I couldn’t speak Spanish, and they thought it was ridiculously funny that she put the water extremely hot on my feet. After the second or third rude comment I had to walk out mid-service.

Amanda Hernandez Decided to try a new salon for a change hoping for a good experience but unfortunately didn’t. Super dissatisfied with the pedicure. My pedicure was very painful. I felt she was also rushed due to the fact she was the only technician working. I woke up the next morning with a swollen, tender, red, and painful toe. Unfortunately will not be going back!

Julian Hinojosa This salon is unexpectedly disapointing for its prime location not to mention the negative reviews already accumulated my wife came in as a walk in and was immediately hit with a rejection. The salon was empty only the employees attending to there own personal care to their nails. It was just approaching 7 in the evening when my wife was turned away even though closing hours are at 8. There excuse was they had such a slow day they decided to close up early. What place of business turns down the opportunity to profit unbelievably rude and lack of professionalism. I can honestly say another lost customer

Jass G Most painful experience ever I went for a nail removal and the lady legit yanked them off. I was bleeding and I was saying that I was in pain out loud and she still just yank them off without putting them in acetone to make them soft. I was bleeding a lot would not recommend Horrible place.

Beni Solano -1 star if I could. Definitely would NOT recommend. Not only is it over priced but I’ve never heard of a “shortening fee” on acrylic nail refills. The New York pedicure was so basic it’s definitely not worth the price. I got my nails done yesterday and my thumb chipped already ! When she finished I had to ask her to fix my shape and file the natural nail growth underneath. Truly the work was so rushed she had cut me with a file it’s so deep, it’s still irritated. Save your money.

Alee Landeros I would avoid this place. I am visiting here fom Colorado and my daughter and I wanted our nails done. They had a teenage male do my pedicure and he spent an hour an a half picking and cutting at my skin and I told him it hurt and he kept justifying saying that he is getting dead skin off. and I wanted a mani too but because he took so long completing my pedi I did not allow them to touch my hands. I got 2 diffeneent colors and they charged me extra for that and of course they do not tell me it was extra until after the fact. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when I had the chance.

Yuny Riojas Just paid 190 dollars for a pedicure and manicure for me and my 4 year old daughter. They charged for my daughter pedicure and manicure 70 dollars. This is crazy!!, they charge you extra for everything and dont even have the courtesy to tell you.. Will not come back ever!! and the service is not even good!!!!

Vanessa Ramos This salon doesn’t care about you or your nails. I went in to have acrylics removed and they tore them off with an acrylic tip. They didn’t file the nails down before, soak them or use any form of acetone. This should’ve been a red flag for me but I figured maybe they knew what they were doing or maybe it would look okay when they finished. I was in pain the whole time and told the technician “this hurts” and he said “don’t cry, okay?” In the end, I spent $15 to have my nails look terrible. They’re weak and so sensitive now. I absolutely regret going here and will never go back.

Jeremy Cummings Nice staff. Got the ultimate package for pedicures. Came with wine which was awesome. Its not often me and my spouse get pedicures but my tech did an awesome job. The tech doing my spouses didnt do so well. It definitely wasnt worth the $124 job we got. They left his ugly nail still ugly. My feet were pretty. But still tipped them $20 additional each. Would try them again if we both could get the same quality.

mayany galindo i went in at 7:10 only to be told at 8:40 they couldn’t do my nails. the ladies are LAZY and very unwelcoming. the only nice lady there is the owner. the rest are RUDE. they saw me waiting for the next available person and instead told me “come tmrw it’s too late for me and i want to go home.” if you knew you couldn’t do my nails at 7:10 when i walked in simply say that so i could look for some other place. all i needed was a refill but instead the one guy working was begging them to stay to do my nails and the ladies said no. HOW RUDE & UNWELCOMING.

Kimberly Monge Overpriced for the quality of work. The pedicure is more than basic and the nails technician is not very experienced. If you want a design they will use stickers and charge you $20 for them. I understand paying extra for design but what they did is not a skill. The stickers are not even really on the nail and when I told her she pressed it down and said it was ok. Will be surprised if they last more than a day.

hilda rios Two stars because the place is clean but The nail techs are rude. I got a pedicure/manicure and she worked very fast. She was rough on my feet and hands. She cut my toes when filing. It felt like she was in a rush. When she went on to my nails I specifically asked to shape my nails and she ended up cutting two on my nails short that I had to cut all my nails so that they look even. She also threw the color palettes at me when trying to look for a color. The only nail tech I saw that gave there customers compassion was the Hispanic lady. She was very nice and she took her time with her customer.

Beautiful Queen Colorist and bad customers service. The Hispanic lady that does nails should find a next place to work, they are preventing her from making money. The little short Asian lady is horrible. Treat everyone the same. Just unbelievable, when you come to the land of opportunity you need to humble yourself ! That’s not how you treat people because of their race. If you can’t handle diversity then stay where you’re from.

Luz J Gonzalez Very bad service. 1. I asked to have a pedi & mani w/full set of nails..and I had the set and toe nails painted only. (I guess they didnt understand) 2. The process of work done ..was so wrong. 3. Its not even 2 full days and my nails are coming off. And on another finger the acrylic is off from the nail. 4. I call to ask for assistance and aparently the people that work there dnt understand English or speak English. When I called they put a customer to translate. SMH NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK.!!

Daryl Jackson The nail tech was friendly.I get the gel nail polish on my real nails everywhere Ive been it has lasted 3 weeks or longer it has only been 3 days since I visited this place and got my nails done they are already bubbling up and peeling off.Im a truck driver so its hard for me to return to get the issue fixed as we are in Indiana now we go to Laredo, TX at least 3 times a week but I will never return t I this establishment. The sad thing is it was a perfect place for me to go and get my nails done as we do our laundry across the street at Will Wash.Lesson learned if a nail salon isnt busy then there must be a reason why listen up nail techs and do the job right the first time .Sincerely Sherry Lusk the sad client.
