Shanon C. My husband and step son went out of town and I left my twins at daycare for an extra hour so I could take advantage of a very rare opportunity to get myself a mani!! It had been years since I got my nails done. After seeing amazing reviews of this salon, I decided I’d drive the more than 30 minutes to get some TLC! I will not name the tech I work with. She was very friendly! BUT $35 for a manicure. She dry pushed my cuticles, filed a bit, and applied shellac and that was is. Less than 20 minutes. I later noticed a few thin spots on the shellac, but I let it go. Then 2 days later my nails looked like this. Bubbles in the shellac and the pink was totally yellowing!! I’d given myself a vacation from cleaning. So I know they didn’t come in contact with something they should have. I don’t ever get to do this and I was SO disappointed!

Diana Garrett I have been going to see Krista at Southern Chic Nails for a couple of years now and always receive wonderful service from her and all the other girls. The pictures are of Octobers Paranormal Pedicure and though Halloween isnt really my thing, I have to say it was such fun! The salon is clean, the service is personal, you cant beat the cozy atmosphere and the products they use smell SO good - never like chemicals! You have to book your appointments in advance, but it is totally worth it!

Vanessa Sanders Very cute and cozy salon! Salon is clean and comfortable. I had a facial manicure and I felt comfortable the entire time. I did realize my cuticles weren’t as cleaned up as I had hoped but in their defense, my hands were severely dry and in need of a lot of care. I didn’t notice while inside and didn’t want to go back in after I got out to my car. I still feel the service was worth the pampering I did receive and i can just clean up my own cuticles. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is wanting a more personal and attentive approach with their mani or pedi!

Kimberly Ann Graham Visiting from out of state for my daughters wedding, this was the perfect place to enjoy some bonding over manicures and pedicures. The bride and my youngest daughter got both got their Gel-X nails. All the if us got their Chic Seasonal Spa Pedicure. Its October so that means Pumpkin Pie! The upper floor where they do the pedicures smells like fresh baked pie, sooo good! Christine did my pedicure, very relaxing. You can find plenty of nail art inspiration and what their seasonal pedicure is on their Facebook page. This business is located in a business park built with shipping containers. Amazing what you can do when you stack them up. Beautiful inside and out. A bit of a drive for us from Benbrook but well worth it. My daughter will be back since she lives here. I would enjoy coming back when I visit. Thank you to the staff who made it a fun morning on a very special day!

Brittni Coxe Southern Chic Nails has been such a fantastic place to go, since my first visit. All the techs are so friendly, welcoming and skilled! Gabby is extremely talented with her nail art, it’s really incredible. I’ve been seeing Gabby for probably about a year or so and she’s so sweet; she encourages me to be adventurous with colors and nail art, but respects when I feel the need to stick to my standard, “basic” colors. She always takes the time and care that results in an excellent outcome. They are so flexible and accommodating, especially if I have a mishap and need to come in last minute or unexpectedly. I feel the practices that they do at Southern Chic are beyond what you’d see or expect from a traditional salon. Plus the space is cozy and cute. Love it here!

Star Besio Mia was phenomenal! I had an event with a color theme. I asked her to use her imagination. Elegant and classy. Exceeded expectations! Nails and toes, Price was good. Excellent service. She was pleasant and helpful.

Megan did such an amazing job, she was very attentive with me and making sure I felt good about the nails as she did them, as she also guided me through better options for my nails. Will definitely be coming back!

Jessica Karnes Kathy was extremely friendly. She did an amazing job in my nails and was so courteous. She stressed the whole time if I didn’t like them she would start over but I love them. They are a little thin for my liking but over all a great experience. Also most importantly it was clean and decorated nicely. The only down side was the fro t desk lady she wasn’t very friendly at all but as long as she changes her attitude I’d go back and suggest it to my family and friends in a heart beat. They also give 15 percent off to new customers on their first visit.

Zakarrah Garfield Love this place great customer service love the free drinks with service always in and out very quick very professional. I asked for the picture on the left. The result is the picture on the right absolutely love it. The parts are a little thicker than the picture but it’s fine to me because hearts are very hard to do Only spent $58 for my nails with jail and design and $19 to get my eyebrows and lip, waxed very fast and not as painful.

C Michelle November 22 I went in and got a pedicure paid for the lavender Pedi which was 55. Not knowing I would come out with scratches on my leg. Due to the scrub products they use on your legs. I always come to this place for my pedicures and never had problems, but this time The lady saw that she scratched me up and said sorry and kept going. It felt like glass just cutting my skin. Im very disappointed . But she did do a great job on everything else.

Rose **PLEASE READ** I’ve visited this salon a few times in the past and have generally had good experiences. Today, I got Gel7x extensions for my anniversary, but unfortunately, several nails were angled awkwardly upward, and there were noticeable gaps between the extensions and my natural nails. At first, I tried to overlook it since I’m not one to complain, but within 40 minutes, the discomfort became too much to ignore. I went back to the salon and explained the issue. The staff initially attempted to fix the gaps, but since that wouldn’t correct the angles of the extensions, I asked to have them removed. Kimberly was incredibly kind and took the time to remove the set and redo my nails beautifully—this time with no gaps and no awkward angles. I truly appreciate the salon’s willingness to accommodate me and make things right, which is why I’m giving them five stars. I won’t mention the name of the first technician, as they did a great job on the nail art, and I see this as a learning opportunity rather than a reason to criticize. If you’re a first-time customer, I highly recommend booking with Kimberly or Trang, as they both do exceptional work. I’ve attached photos of both sets from today—the light purple nails are from the initial set, while the dark blue nails are Kimberly’s work. The color change was simply to better match my original reference picture. Overall, I’m grateful for how the salon handled the situation and for ensuring I left with nails I love.

Sydney Ogle I’ve never gotten gelx before and after looking at a lot of different shops I decided on this one! Tammy did my set and she killed it. I had a reference photo and she recreated it 100% She was quick and precise and I would definitely come back:)

Diablo Mobile Detailing Me and my wife went here on a whim, and so glad we did. I had Cindy, she was polite, friendly and professional. Honestly one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. She was very thoughtful to make sure everything was a comfortable experience, from making sure the towels were a comfortable level of heat, to making sure her leg massage was a correct level of pressure. I’ve had a few experiences as a man in a salon where they “go through the motions” because they think I will likely not know any better. I felt a level of respect and patience with Cindy that a lot of nail techs have not given. I highly recommend going here and asking for Cindy, especially if you bring your male significant other. Incredible service. Cindy took her time, made my day, and then took on the Karen customer who had an attitude straight out of the gate. Cindy, showing even more grace and patience with her managing to deescalate the situation and calm down the customer and creating a non-hostile environment again. Got a pedicure and a show. Loved my experience here.

Nicole Pinkerton Cache Nail Lounge is great! It’s always very clean and the staff are really nice. The nail techs pay close attention to detail and my nails always last without lifting. My experience today was the best so far! If you go make sure to ask for Violet. She helped me pick a design and frequently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. All of my nails are even and straight. This is my favorite set yet!

Ashley Pompa I would give Cache Nails 4 stars. The service is really nice and they did a great job doing dip nails. They had a lot of colors to choose from and the prices were good. However, my friend got dip as well and one of the ladies got a bit angry that my friend wanted to keep cutting down the size to have a short nail. Overall, I would recommend this place and I really enjoyed it.❤️ It also did not take long to get them done.

Aylee Barajas I will prompt this by saying I looked up nail salons in my area and this place came up with the best reviews. I was a walk in, never been to the place before. My friend and I were seated together which was cool. Felt luxurious in there. Not luxurious treatment. I did see everyone else around us had a water or soda with them. We were never offered anything. I asked for the $50 package to the nail dip because I saw it included an arm and hand massage. Come to nails being done it didn’t seem professional. My nails are not properly shaped or even. Massage was mediocre at best. Overall was not worth the $50 price added on the $5 for color and the $10 for the French tip I guess. Tipped $10. Minus my tip, I don’t feel like I got $65 worth of nails and service. Plus not asking if I wanted a beverage or water. Others around were getting 10+ minute massages, Pedicures granted. I was expecting a lot more. (Pictures here). I don’t get my nails done often. So this was a treat for me. I was disappointed in service and quality. Would probably not come back.

I usually don’t get satisfactory work with dip due to not getting a tip but the technician knew just what to do and my nails are just right for me. Steven did an awesome job with my pedi and the leg message was BOMB… my nail tech was great as well very sweet and delicate with her hands..Love it here…

Lauren Denson The example photo I asked for, and the nails I got (initially)…I’ve come here several times and this is the first time I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied. The young man’s solution to fixing my nails was to put a pink gel coat on top…I requested that they redo the set because I was not satisfied and different young man came to redo them for me he did MUCH better although still not quite the photo I asked for. I did also have to do some reshaping myself due to some nails being longer than others. I also ended up with a pretty deep cut on my thumb although I’m not sure when it occurred I just noticed stinging when the second tech was doing my nails. My nails the second time around are also too thin because as you can see the line from the nail tip is very visible and the nails point upward. Essentially, I wouldn’t recommend letting any man do your nails here. But otherwise a decent place. If you’re looking for a really really good salon I recommend Boat Club Nail Spa they are appointment only but Lynn is just the best and fair pricing.

Daphne This was my first time there. I came in and was seated right away. The entire staff was incredible! Everyone was very polite, and the atmosphere was very nice. Kevin did my nails to perfection! I showed him a picture of a French manicure with chrome that I wanted, and he nailed it! I will definitely be coming back to them again!

I liked that I didnt have to wait in line, I got seated as soon as I walked through the door. The pricing is very reasonable too and there is a great array of nail colors. They have other services too, but i only got my nails done. The parking is kinda crowded, but thats to be expected of a small strip mall. Otherwise impressive place. Looking forward to going back.

Breea Bricker This was my first time here. I showed Erin an inspo pic for black metallic/chrome, she explained what she could do to match. Erin was amazing with getting the shape perfect and the color/design. The front desk lady (I think Amanda) gave me a margarita that was delicious and she signed me up for their rewards program. Acrylic fills are $35 and an extra $10 for gel and an extra $15 for chrome.

Tawny Takano I recently moved to the Saginaw area and I was looking for a nail salon to call home. I found Citrus Nail Salon online and saw their reviews. After going in Amanda was so sweet and genuine and showed so much empathy for me and my two daughters 16 and 3. She immediately sat us down and had her team provide us the best treatment I could have ever asked for. Hana and Jennifer conducted my manicure and pedicure and both treated me with comfort and care along with my little girl. Amanda’s leadership was on point she always checked up on us knowing it was our first time there. She had a personal moment with my 3 year old that I didn’t think would be in her due to her managing her operations and working the front desk constantly. She sat with my baby talked to her and even provided her with some lollipops for her and my other two daughters who were in school. Because of their amazing customer service and attention to her customers and personal connection Amanda you can definitely count on us to return. Also Don I think is his name suggested hot pink for my color something I never would choose. I took his advice and I love the work they provided. annytin18 David did my nails & the picture does it no justice. He did exactly how I wanted them & he was gentle on the cuticles & nail filing. I have thin nails and sensitive cuticles and I’ve always had issues with being cut when they use the filing machine. I used to drive all the way to North Dallas just to get my nails done because I had a hard time finding a nail salon that always cut my cuticles and made me bleed. But I can say I will be coming back again.

Brisa BEST PLACE EVER! No question about it. I went a couple days ago and to give you a good picture I usually always do my own nails but this day I was busy all morning and ⁴ I hadnt ate all day so imagine my face whenever I sat down to finally relax and they offered me egg rolls!! I was so surprised and of course accepted the offer (I even ask for more later). I tell them how good they were and the sweetest lady next to me oh yes so good and the people too they always take care of you and they truly do and at a great price. I had a great time there even when I called before showing up they answered quickly. I cant believe Ive never gone and Ive been living down the street for years! This will definitely be my new place to go and thank you to the staff for my experience.

Nasty Tyrant To be honest, one time I went to the nail salon They did really good on the yin and yang design, but this time I didn’t really enjoy my experience as much the nail kind of broke on one of mine, and she didn’t want to fix it in the process even though I asked her to and the lady that did my toes did a good job, but it was all way too expensive. They were really up charging me. I had never spent that much at that nail salon before, so I’m kind of confused why I spent $115 for nails and toes when it would cost most $80 I don’t really have money. Last time I got my nails done it was only $65 so I’m confused why my nails plus my toes ended up being 115$. The toes are like literally just normal paint I mean it’s the jail to know it’s more expensive but nothing should’ve added up to more than $100. I’m so confused. I went ahead and did something for myself because I never do anything and I’m always working on my feet and doing things I can never do anything for myself so I just thought it would be nice but to be honest I really wish I could get my money back that I work hard for because I really don’t get paid much. Y’all wonder why I get my nails done without having barely any money well worry about your own life. I have a very stressful life and this is just something that’s good to do for myself. I guess. probably should’ve got a massage instead. But whatever there goes my money. I wouldn’t waste your money unless you know for a fact what you want and you’re very verbal and upfront because I’m very shy and I don’t speak up until later on

Briana Roy My first time here! Sweet staff, very affordable services, really cute and trendy nails. I really like the natural ombre nail look, and I came in with an old overgrown ombre set. I requested a shorter version of this design using my reference photo from pinterest. My nails came out way better than the original set I came in with and as a much more close replica of my photo than the original set. She really took her time, patiently listened each time i requested "oh a little bit shorter?", and even kindly asked a few questions about me to help pass the time. The girl next to me was getting almond shaped frenchies, and they also looked soooo nice. Come walk-in!

Sarah Schelling absolutely amazing set of nails! they where perfectly shaped and held up for 6 weeks and only broke because i dropped a weight on my finger! i’m a barber and do weightlifting and these nails where the only ones that have made it this long. the second photo is at the 6 week mark but look how stunning the set is

CC I can’t say enough good things about my first time at this nail salon. The staff greeted and was friendly as soon as I walked in. My nail tech, Charlie, was at another place in the area and I have now followed him here. Pleased that they have a good variety of dip colors! I observed other nail techs with their customers and everyone was smiling, chatting or cross conversing with each other. For nails, I highly recommend Lily or Jack—they’re both incredibly skilled and always deliver beautiful results. If you’re looking for stunning volume lashes, Lily is the best! Veronica Marentes Horrible, this is my third time going to this location the first time the young man did a awesome, I thought he would be there the 2nd time and wasn’t so I got stuck with a older lady she did a horrible job, I went back to get my nails and the lady fixed one hand and than the same older lady came and did the other which was horrible still. I went back today to get a nail repaired and cut down and some how was stuck with the same older lady, my nails are all loped sided, crooked and horrible. I’m not going back, third time was my fault for ever returning. Too nice of a place to not like the work.

They don’t know how to do designs. Also, my pedicure tech left spots of nail polish around the side of my toes. First and last time at that place!!!

The lady that was doing them kept running the fingernail buffer all over my cuticles! Until one time I snatched my hand back because it hurt! I wish I could upload the second pics so you can see my cuticles! I’m taking 2 stars off the only reason I’m keeping 3 was because the staff was friendly!

Erin Flippo I was hopeful to find a new salon after moving to this area and the reviews online were good. This was the most unsanitary nail salon I’ve ever been to. For my pedicure, the tools were not sanitized and were loosely in the technicians box. The exfoliating tools were not sanitized prior to, and they just dipped it in the water to clean it off before putting it on my feet. At literally every other nail salon I’ve ever been to, I’ve never been charged for getting my nails and feet done at the same time- I was charged an express fee without being told. The guy doing my nails turned to cough mid session, covered his cough with his HANDS (no gloves) and then grabbed my hands and kept working. I was in shock. Final top coat flooded my nail beds, sloppy French pedi, polish smeared and top coat on my skin (tried to attach pictures to show). $100 total. Here’s to hoping I do not get a staph infection after this session. Please do not go here if you are looking for a sanitary session and hidden fees.

Jeannine Konkle I was recommended to Nail Time and Day Spa by a family member after recently moving here about a year ago. I’ve been here a few times and used Sandy and Vicki 2 with absolutely no issues. I loved both of their work! Unfortunately today I got someone different. I came in for a soak off and new set. I stated I needed a soak off to the receptionist as well as the nail tech. I told the nail tech twice before the service started I needed my current set SOAKED off. He started filing the nails down they usually do before soaking them off. Next thing I know the nail starts popping my nails off. I did have some that had already lifted and were barely hanging on. But once the nail tech got to my thumb that was NOT lifting whatsoever he tried to pry it off. When the tech forced it off he ended up ripping my real nail from the nail bed about 1/4 of the way up my nail. Of course my nails off started bleeding and the tech asked me if it hurt as if it wasn’t supposed too. He just ripped my nails off from my nail bed and it’s bleeding!! Of course it hurts! I then stated AGAIN that’s why I said to soak them off. I wish I would have gotten a picture before the tech put the solution on it to stop the bleeding. These were supposed to be my birthday nails since my birthday is in a couple days. Now my nail is burning and throbbing in pain and will be for my birthday. If it wasn’t for me being a really nice person I would not have tipped. This wasn’t the first time I got a tech there that didn’t listen when I said to soak my nails off. I had a previous experience with another tech who I mentioned several times I wanted to soak a current set off before having a new set applied. I told the tech several times while she was trying to pry the set I had on off that I asked to soak them off. Eventually that tech soaked them off but it took 4 or 5 times telling the nail tech I wanted them soaked off.

KerriBerri Vickie 1 is the bomb. Best pedicure ever. She doesnt rush you, gets the callouses off and gives amazing massages. Would give 10* if I could.

Natalie Manders I have to say I am so so pleased I went to Ocean Nails the other day. I normally do my own acrylic nails because I am VERY particular about my nails and i have had quite a few not so great experiences at other nail salons that i have been to in the past. I got this set from Amy and she did an absolute phenomenal job! Every step of the way she double checked with me to see if I was happy with the shape, length, color, etc. she spent so much time filing and shaping them, making sure every nail was perfect. I also have very sensitive skin and nails. Amy took a lot of care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!

Susana Karbo Loved the actual manicure experience and the nail tech did such a good job with my awful cuticles. Great color selection, especially for glitters. However, this gel chipped on day 2 and when I came in to see if it could get fixed on day 3, all they did was file down the chipped spot. Then 2 different nails chipped again on day 5. The gel I do at home lasts longer.

Vanessa Huebner I came today at the time they opened. There were about 10 ppl there in line. I understand they were busy but the lady that did my pedicure; was rushing so fast. I even timed her during the massage. She massaged one leg for 45 seconds. During the scrub, it was 30 seconds per leg. I was in and out in 20min. The absolute WORST pedicure I have ever had. I did not enjoy anything about it. I didnt even get my nails painted. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

jocelyn I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I showed what I wanted and wasnt told beforehand he would have to hand draw it. Tyler there was great when doing my nails. He did try to do the hearts but did get frustrated when I wasnt happy with the results of the hearts after trying for 30min. Yen came up to me to tell me that the hand painted hearts wouldnt come out exactly the same and if I dont like it to get it painted all white. This is what I was charged -full set pink and white $55 -special shape $5.00 -long nail 10.00 -design 15.00 -extra 10.00 I think they charged me extra for being picky with the hand drawn heart shape. I will not recommend this place.

Marjorie Chapman Terrible experience with Leon (Leo). Referred to him by friends whose nails always look great, so maybe he was in a bad mood this day. Besides my nails looking like I tried to do them myself, he was rude and dismissive. The dip was too thin, they were not filed square, and the top coat was peeling. I also got a pedicure and was just left there to marinate, I guess. No nail slippers, pants unrolled, lotion….nothing. Was told to sit to let dry and she never came back. Again, I will constitute that to them being busy. However, my payment was still expected. Will try again for convenience but will avoid Leon (Leo) like the plague!

Megan Sharit My cuticle area was way over filed to the point of hurting and being somewhat visibly cut. I am non-confrontational, the people are kind enough, and the end result looked pretty okay, so I decided to just move on assuming it would be fine by morning. Today, day two, most of my cuticle areas are starting to scab and are slightly swollen and tender. They were definitely scraped up a lot worse than I realized yesterday evening. Some nails also already look a little grown out, because the paint didnt even go all the way to the base of the nail space that was created with said filing. Disappointing for how difficult it was to park etc, and Im a bit sad that something meant as a relaxing treat ended up being a painful experience (that doesnt even look the best due to the scrapes and inconsistent polish).

All the staff are so sweet and always make conversation and make you feel welcomed, you sit down and first thing you get is a complimentary drink. I definitely recommend my nail tech “Alma” she was so amazing and I loved the way she did my nails she took her time and was very precise with her work. I didn’t know what to do for my gems and she was so patient with me and even recommended me ways of doing them and I ended up loving them! 10/10 experience.

Flor Perdomo I tried "Elegant Nails" due to convenience for close proximity. However, Im sadly dissatisfied and disappointed on the service provided by the nail tech. I went in for a dip nail service on natural nails and I even brought my own nail decals, which she ruined by putting on a clear coat that shriveled one of the decals. I understand that it being a Friday, the salon was pretty busy so I wanted to overlook the service, but when I saw and felt my nails I had to come write this review. The nail tech didnt offer me to wash my hands to remove the residue from the dip and top coat, she didnt add cuticle oil or lotion; but Im sure Id be more upset if she did since my hands were dirty. It just upsets me that she was in such a hurry to finish with me that she overlooked the customer service part of the business. The service was pretty messy from what Im used to and to top it off she left my nails really short, Ill admit they werent too long to begin with, but they now look like nubs. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves.

Kaley Piercey They do good work, but if you call and ask about the wait, they always tell you to come now even though you wait 30+ mins once you arrive within 10 mins. — I posted this review while I was still waiting. From my arrival, it was a full hour before someone started on my pedicure. My tech was wonderful and everything looks great, but someone else also walked out while we were waiting because of frustration from this practice of not letting customers know an accurate wait time.

Breea Bricker Soooo expensive for nothing great. Their website says an acrylic fill is $35 but upon arrival its $45. I had one nail that I had broken and needed fixed so that was another $6 which I was fine with. I wanted chrome over my polish and that was going to be an extra $20! So I opted for just the gel polish. Sophia did my nails and hurt me several times while using the electric file. She cut some of skin and grinded my broken nail down so far its been sore for days. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is I do love the shape!

Summer Semmens After YEARS of searching for my dear Moon, I’ve found her and will never stray from her again! I’ve gone to her for years at a former salon and loved her dearly. She’s always put such time and care into what she’s done. This visit, I did not see Moon, I saw Ms. Tammy, but Moon is the owner and anyone that Moon hires and works with is just as amazing-I was in great hands! The builder set I’d come in with (from another place) was very VERY thick, wavy, and I was very unhappy with it. Moon and Ms. Tammy were certain to ensure I got my nails done how I wanted and a perfect job was done! Moon even remembered personal details about my son wanting to travel to Japan that I didn’t think anyone could have possibly remembered and brought tears to my eyes. I will always go back and encourage anyone to give them a try, you won’t be sorry. Clean, professional, well priced, kind, and wonderful atmosphere!

Forte E & R (Forte Legacy Group) Ive visited this nail salon three times and have tried different nail technicians, all of whom have been fantastic! Im consistently satisfied with my experience. My husband and I both treat ourselves to manicures and pedicures, and we’re usually in and out in just about an hour. We go on Thursdays at 10:45 and are done by 11:40. I love getting gel polish with French tips on both my fingers and toes (Im basic), while my husband opts for a mani-pedi without polish. All of this comes in at under $150. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Michel I didnt know what to expect upon walking in but this place had a lot of interior decor inspo off of pintereet because it was stunning! Hkam was my nail tech and was very kind. Often throughout it we sat in awkward silent except for the moments where being ticklish was a flaw. The service was delightful right from the cup of white wine to the deep foot massages. Hkam was very thorough and neat. I will definitely be coming back here.

I needed them to be filed and reshaped. I came in a week later and they made sure to get it taken care of. Kelly offered to fix them for me and did an amazing job! I go every 2 weeks to get them done but couldn’t wait another week with how they looked. They didn’t charge me for correcting them and she didn’t want to take a tip even though I made sure so leave some for her. Trinity White I usually love this place but this last time my nails weren’t up to par as usual. I get Gel X so that my nails look thin but my tech added extra clear coats under the uv light which made them super thick. I asked for long nails and she kept cutting them down with scissors after I said they were good, all the nails are super uneven lengths. The pinky nail is already coming off after two days because it is partially attached to my skin, not the nail. Also, the uv light was burning every nail which I’ve never experienced so I’m not sure what the issue was there. There are dents in the gel because it’s so thick it didn’t finish under the light properly. My cuticle was also bleeding by the time I left the salon. I was too frustrated to say anything in the moment but they’re nothing like what I wanted.

Tori Vasquez Jackyy is the tech I frequent and she is AMAZING. I have also used a couple other techs there who are AMAZING as well. You can’t go wrong here. Gels nails are the way to go. So professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend 10/10.

Holly Reyna My nail tech Kathy was very nice. But my nails are thick and one broke less than 24 hours of having them done. Tip of the nail just popped right off. I wasn’t able to get the design I wanted either because she couldn’t understand me it seemed like. I wanted green cat eye. It was a pink base so the green didn’t show up well. She suggested silver cat eye. I told her the silver is nice but I want green in it. So I asked for silver cateye and green painted design on top. She put green cateye on top of the silver cat eye. I just accepted it, I was tired of explaining at that point. $90 set

Asia Barnes I drive an hour away just to get my nails done here! My go to girl is TAM!! She’s so sweet and knows what she’s doing! Everything I show her she delivers. I’ve yet to be disappointed. 10/10 highly recommended

Melissa Helen was fantastic - very knowledgeable, excellent technique, and accommodating. I moved from NYC and film with my hands so can be particular with nail salons. Very impressed. My pedicure was great - the callous remover and paraffin wax are my fave parts of the pedicure. Wish I would have come in sooner. Highly recommend.

Chasity Hubacek Worst pedicure Ive ever received. The lady didnt remove any cuticle skin. She didnt massage my legs. She cut my toe nails too short It was the fastest pedicure Ive ever received. My toes look terrible and I have a formal event Im going to this weekend and now I have to wear close toed shoes. I will never return and advise anyone to stay away from this business. What a waste of money.

Eden Flinchbaugh Love my nails so much! Didn’t get the technician’s name but she was so thorough and gentle and detailed. I just moved to this area and had no idea where to go or what to expect but I’m so glad I tried this place first. A little pricey compared to what I’m used to but honestly so worth it for this kind of quality. They are so smooth and clean and proportionate, not too thick and perfectly shaped. Everyone in the salon was so sweet and attentive, I’ll definitely be back!

Nope, and the 2 ladies who did my nails do a sloppy job that they dont clean your nails and paint well. I was instructed to make an appointment with Mi or Diamond when I was ready. I made the appointment and explained that the service was to be compt. At that point she should have told me no and why. The manager today was not here when the complaint was made. * TIP When/If you come to this location always ask for Tim, his work is ALWAYS excellent.

Ace Perez This was my very first time ever to do My feet and nails. This is a place that I will return to again I felt like I was part of the family and well taken care of. The owner took care of me herself and took a lot of attention to detail gave me the full dose of her entire treatment. Conversation was awesome and the people were just simply amazing. I highly recommend this location to anybody that needs their nails and feet done or simply just wants to come in and relax. This is a very top notch top shelf place to go and I will definitely return. You made a cheerleader out of me I will definitely send more people.

Windy Pearce Sara is an amazing nail technician! All of the staff are Very friendly, courteous and take their time to make you feel welcome! Reasonable Prices and a clean environment. Dora Ramirez The tech caused me to now have a sprain left ankle I had to tell her 3 times to go slow but she twisted my ankle and was very hard when she was massaging my left leg and now I am in alot of pain. I want a full refund with my bill!!2 I will not return again

Wood City Limits I have been coming to Onyx Nail Bar for years now. I not only get my nails done here, but also my lashes. I love the relaxing environment. I can enjoy a drink from their fully stocked bar while getting my pedicure. My nail Tech Vincent is so creative with my nails, he always has a new cool design in store for me. My favorite relaxing place away from home.

Kelli Whall I love Onyx. Their color selection is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the server goes around offering refills. They have a good variety of offerings by price point; we almost always go for a pedicure and like to switch up the package and the scent. We recently splurged for the golden pedicure - not something well do every time, but it was very enjoyable. Between the face masks, steamer, and golden scrub, it was hard to pick a favorite part. My go-to tech is Lisa and my wifes preferred tech is Hoang - they are amazing!

Chelsea Wallace Idk if i just go during the wrong hours but i got two chatty people the dude doing my pedi dropped a bottle on my leg in the water… the girl burned my nails. The whole service was sloppy and i paid 84$ for it…. And to top it off they asked for payment before service was done…. Ive never had that done in such a rude manner. They even made a scene of getting a 10$ tip when i didnt even want to tip because it was a shit show…. I barley go out to do these types of things for myself but im reminded why i really dont go out anymore.

Karen allen My 6 year old daughter and I came for a mani pedi, the service was great. They were very personable. My daughter can be nervous when it comes time to get a pedicure but the pedicurist servicing her made her feel so comfortable. She was talking to my daughter, respecting my daughters request. My daughter wanted her hands to have the opposite color pattern on her feet compared to her hands and that’s exactly what she got! With out any questions, my daughter was even told how great of an idea it was. My daughter was so relaxed she felt comfortable enough to take a NAP! The manicurist continued to do her nails and even after she was done she put the seat back and ensured my daughter was comfortable so that she could continue to sleep. We have gone to places where my daughter felt out of place and like she wasn’t heard, so this meant a lot to her ( I know because she told me) and it means the WORLD to me. Thank you guys for treating her like the princess she is! For me, my nails and toes look awesome, AND I wasn’t up sold on getting things that I didn’t want, like Gel on my toes. My manicurist Linda was very nice, and she didn’t rush! She stayed and completed my services patiently, and I’m very happy with the results. I will see if they stand the test of time, if they do,they have 2 new regulars.

Audrey Davis Update to the initial review below: The initial review was based lack of customer service to make the effort to pleasing customers and delivering the quality of work deserved for the money spent for service(s). About a month later, I received a 20% text from Majestic Nail Spa and decided to give them another try. When I went to the nail salon; upon checking in the blonde Asian woman asked my name…then asked if I was the one who gave a review on google a month ago. Of course, I stated yes. She was extremely rude and stated that they could not service me because it’s the review I wrote. In other words, they banned me from their salon. I could understand is I was an irate customer who made an unnecessary scene. On the contrary, I quietly stated that I was displeased with my nails and did not force my viewpoint even after being ignored. I left and sat in the car and wrote my review. Upon returning to the salon and being told in front is everyone near, that they could not service me, my respond was, not a problem…and I quietly left. Most establishment tries to retain their customers and attempt to rectify issues. Not MNS. Be ready to be banned if you leave a negative review. —————- This is my 5th visit to the salon. I have not been 100% satisfied as of yet. I continue to come because I’m looking for a permanent place for nails salon service. On this visit the tech did not file down the dip powder, well at all. The powder is so thick on my nails, and it’s not even, My nail shaped is inconsistent. Some are filed slanted. Whenever I identify an issue with the technician and even management, they just say okay move forward. Never any correction. Never any suggestions. This is my last attempt to make this my permanent nail salon. This salon is too expensive to not receive premium service.

Tony did my pedicure and he did an incredible job—his attention to detail was outstanding, and he truly cared about making sure I was happy with the results. Not only was he skilled, but he was also fun and hospitable, making the entire experience so enjoyable! He even gave a fantastic massage that left me feeling completely refreshed. If you’re looking for top-notch service with a personal touch, I highly recommend asking for Tony. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lauren Jopling They really do a great job here. I’ve gone to Villa nail salon At Clearfork for the last year and I just always know I’m going to be taken care of. Their managers are great and respect appointments and walk-ins alike and achieve that balance of attending to everyone fairly. On top of that, it’s always nice to have a glass of white wine and nail stylists/technicians never seem stressed or rushed and take pride in their work, as they should. Ive only ever had wonderful appointments here and highly recommend!

Tina McCoy I’ve been going to Villa Nails for about seven months. I went a couple times before I met Rachel, she is an absolute perfectionist artist of nails. I just got home from there. She did my Halloween and my Christmas nails. Every time I get my nails done by her I get many many compliments. I read some reviews where people are not happy. I recommend Rachel for your nails. You will love her and I recommend Will for a pedicure he is a perfectionist as well. They make me feel very happy when I leave there. I also love to get my Diet Dr. Pepper there as I’m getting my nails and pedicure. They’re all great people. I got my Christmas nails to match my gingerbread decor in my house . I didn’t want to go too bright because I wanted my nails to match my clothes. I love them. Buttt my Halloween ones were so colorful and fun. Hillary King I got my nails done ONE week ago for a wedding I am in TOMORROW. And already had to come in to replace two nails. Now here we are it’s Wednesday at 8:30 and I have had THREE more different nails fall off and the wedding I am in is TOMORROW!!!!!! Bella Love Annie did my nails and worked so fast and she does beautiful work. She fixed the uneven shape wavy acrylic nails I had from another salon. Shes a perfectionist. She isnt rough with the drill, no cuts or keeping it in a place where it gets too hot on your nail. shes very very careful! I saw her other clients nails, they were so pretty! she does cute designs and the price is very reasonable! I love Annie!

Adriane Carrillo I have been to this place before a few years ago & had a bad experience but I thought I would give it another try. I came in with my daughter & best friend. They picked a really pretty long shape with design because that’s what they wanted. I just wanted regular acrylic nails with polish, simple because that’s what I like. They made me feel like it was not ok to choose something so simple. So the guy at the front desk comes & sits down & starts talking to the nail tech & they are going back & forth over prices, & he states she needs to charge me $45 instead of $35 because if all I asked for was acrylic nails & paint, that’s all I’m going to get! So sure enough I get the bill & they charged me for length. I didn’t get long nails. They are short! & the polish could have been painted better & my cuticles could have been cleaned up. I do not think my nails are worth what I paid for. But to talk about the customers in front of the customers & pick whatever prices you want is unprofessional. Not coming back here period. They made the vibe super uncomfortable. Shouldn’t I be allowed to pick what I want for myself without being talked about? Especially since I’m paying for it!!

Keyuana Moore Loved the lady that did my pedicure. But please be careful when you go and pay for your service. My price had me and my mom’s together at first it was $163. Then all of a sudden it changed to $196 then when i questioned the man at the front about why the price changed he had a BULLSHIT ass excuse. Please please please watch them at the register because the lady that did my moms toes came to the computer and put extra charges in. A nail take off went from $15 to an extra $5. Would not recommend this place at all. Never going back horrible experience. Overcharging like nobody is paying attention.

The woman doing my nails didn’t soak off all my acrylic, leaving my nails lumpy; was shaking and rubbing polish on my fingers; and genuinely seemed like she’s never done someone’s nails before.

Cailey Cunningham Had such a great experience here! I haven’t had my nails done in a few years and had recently gotten acrylics again at a different salon and was pretty unimpressed. So when I needed a fill I came here instead and it was excellent! I said I wanted almond shape nails that looked like iridescent beetle wings and he pulled it off perfectly! Prices are very good for the quality of the service I received. Kenny did an amazing job and I will for sure be coming back to see him again soon!

Destinee Silva I come to this place all the time. Today I went in and I was given the worse experience. I went in with a very simple request for my nails. I wanted dip powder white nails with the exception of one nail being rose gold glitter. The nail tech lee refused to do dip she decided to do acrylic. Instead of doing my very plain Jane request she through stones into the mix. To make matters worse she used GOLD stones instead of ROSE GOLD ! She did a sloppy job. The stones aren’t placed evenly and the overall experience was just not enjoyable.

Kassandra Anguiano UPDATE: it’s hard for me to find a good no-chip, gel manicure. Although their service and treatment was nice my gel manicure was completely ruined after a couple of days. My thumb chipped after just two days even though my manicurist guaranteed it would for two weeks and then after 6 days the bright mango colored yellow turned dark and dirty I have no idea how or why. I wish it didn’t ruin, it costed an extra $20 for gel manicure, I don’t think I will come back I was a bit skeptical to walk in because of the prices but it was very well worth it, I walked in just for a pedicure but it was so amazing that I decided to get a manicure as well, I got the no-chip so we’ll see how long it lasts. Either way, service was nice the receptionist was sweet, scrub was great massage felt good, they offered drinks, my manicurist went out of her way and paid attention to detail. The place was also pretty and calming. I don’t live here just visit often and will make sure to come back to this salon.

Grace Roybal My nails turned out kinda blobby and the nail tech rushed the whole process. I got cut a few times, and the nail polish and acrylic doesn’t cover my whole nail. If someone doesn’t pay attention to detail then they might not notice, but it’s going to bother me. If my nails had turned out better I would consider the pricing fair, but I’m disappointed.

Jamie Sheets I got two fake toe nails put on a few weeks ago, I went back today because one of them has been infected now and they refused service from me because of the infection and she try to say they weren’t the ones that put it on and that’s the only place I go, as it’s 1 minute from my house. I just wanted the fake toe nails off, and now I have to pay money and go see a doctor because of their fake toe nails.

Sammi Young 1st time using Legacy after referral from coworker and I have found my new salon! Julie did AMAZING work! She had to take off the previous set (NOT done well at all) and do a new set. I am beyond thrilled with the way they came out. Oh, also had a crazy relaxing spa pedi too. Dont be on the fence about going here, they are worth every hard earned penny!
