Breshawn Golding I am always shown love from the workers. I am greeted with smiles and a beverage of my choice. Today was simple: overlay and polish change on my toes. The wait time was not long. I was serviced quickly and the tech took their time to ensure my needs were met. The establishment is always clean and the workers always polite and on point. The tips o leave are always worth it.

Justine Moore I came to Marcel Nails & Spa with friends, family, and my fiancee for a manicure before our wedding. Every nail tech we talked to was kind and knowledgeable. The complimentary drinks were tasty. My nail polish has held up incredibly well (midway through week two and no chips!) and the hand massage during the manicure was extremely well done. My mom and a friend got pedicures and it looked incredibly relaxing, we definitely will come back to try that service out! Included in the picture are my nails and my now wifes. The price that I paid for my pedicure wasnt bad at all for everything that I got done .I even got the hot rock massage on my legs. I would had liked it under my feet. But overall everything was good. Ash Our first time going to this nail salon. The employees were quiet and didnt talk much but I am okay without small talk sometimes. The techs were amazing at their jobs and that was the important part! I got a Mani/Pedi and the massage was amazing and my nails turned out beautiful. My daughter got her first set of acrylics and she brought the tech an inspirational picture and the teck pulled it off perfectly down to the colors!

I followed a family members recommendation to try Laurens for my daughters quinceanera nails. 5 of us walked in and all 5 of us were sat immediately, everything we requested was met and exceeded! The care and expertise, Lauren and her crew have are phenomenal! The location was easy to find and clean inside.

Namjoon_s_moonchild First time going to that place and I’m somewhat happy and somewhat unsatisfied with the way my nail set came out. Some of the nails were left uneven or crooked, now matter what angle I turned them, you can see the unevenness of them. I asked if she could make my nail path look straight and she said she would, but didn’t fix it like other places would do. The nails were bulky and the tips of the nails were left thick and unpainted. In One of my nails she tried to add another coat to fix an error but you can clearly see the new coat instead of doing that nail again or redoing that area. She had also left some nail polish on the tip of my finger, I had to remove that myself. Overall experience: Guest service was good, felt welcomed and all, I just didn’t like how my nails came out. I’m thinking of going somewhere else and getting them taken off and redone.

Katherine Rivas I moved to Pasadena 1 year and an half ago. I have found this establishment to be very clean, excellent customer service. My husband and I got a mani and pedi. Lauren Nails have prices easy on the pockets.I don’t have a pic of my nails because once I get them polished with color, 3 days later I start to peel off the polish so I get clear pink lol. Its located on Southmore Ave. Pasadena Tx. Check it.

Coronda Allen Been going here for a while. Although the previous owner who used to do my nails is no longer there. The new crew is still awesome. Ken is phenomenal. Lillie does mines she’s amazing.

Be Real Be Fair I lost my reward points due to location being under new owners. Which they would have honor or notify me. I always went because of the service Andy and his mom provided. There’s no student discount any longer. Will need to look for a new nail place. Should have kept same environment it was very dull when I went to get them done.

Jasmine Lopez the last vist i had went was on Nov 21 n it was not enjoyable, n i am a regular client at that salon before the owners changed, the service is bad they’re not as welcoming as andy n his mom were. and i’ve NEVER felt very uncomfortable at that nail salon until that day i felt like i was constantly looking over my shoulders due to the owner n other lady standing too close n js staring at me and laughing n talking from where the clients chairs are at (and energy never lies or reading the room). also the price was overcharged as well for a short french tip, and the lady wanted to charge my sister 85$ but our nail tech knew we’ve been coming there for a long time now and charged her the regular price 65$ for medium french tips. we are no longer planning on going back here. ill go back to andy i found his ig

Cindy Vega I went in for a pedicure only but the lady was so persistent about me getting nails on my hands so with seeing that it was a 5 star review place I agreed to it. I got the most simplest thing ever (orange french tips) the lady who kept being persistent, i thought she was going to do them. Instead she switched me to someone who had done that for the first time so she obviously didn’t know how to do them. She even admitted to me it was her first time, so that being confirmed why the hell would they charge me $65 for a set, that’s complety wrong in so many ways. My nails are crooked and the french tip lining was crooked as well, it’s so upsetting I just cried in my car. I’m clearly way too nice bc I didn’t say anything bc she kept coming back to fix them for her (still look horrible btw) that’s not professional at all. I seriously don’t recommend this place at all, it was empty when I was there and now I understand why. I’m starting to believe their reviews are bought. I put some pictures of just one out of many nails that were so ugly done. They left them thick and badly shaped. Disappointed overall.

Yelile Torres This nail salon gave me anxiety and stress. I came to get my nails done and a pedicure. They messed up the numbering of the powders so the color I wanted wasn’t the right number but the technician still fought with me saying that the color was the same. I gave up so I stayed with the color but the color peeled in a few days. I was mad! Sometimes when I have gone for a pedicure they have cut me. I don’t recommend this place. The technicians are nice but the job isn’t done correctly.

Erika Said I’ve tried most nail salons in this area and this is by far the best! I can say I had tried all of the nail salons in this street from the one in front of Walmart to this one and I always leave disappointed for one reason or the other, but not from here! They do an amazing dedicated job with attention to detail and very delicate to your hands. In those other places they cut you or rush the service because they only want your money but in here I can tell the service is so human and I always leave happy with the results. I’ve done gel, dip powder (which I recommend because it damages the nails less and you can come back for a refill every two weeks), I’ve waxed my face. Everything’s done very professionally. The prices are also competitive compared to other more expensive places in Pasadena but average for Deer Park / La Porte.

Katherine Henson Tammy is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been going regularly to her every 2-3 weeks for almost 2 years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. These pictures don’t do full justice to her detailed work. The most recent blue and yellow set has the most beautiful 3 dimensional flower that I couldn’t capture well enough to my liking, but I tried. She’s able to do anything and everything I ask of her and always knows to have the glitter close by. She’s wonderful to schedule and communicate with and of course is always so gentle and pays great attention to her work. You can never go wrong with Tammy!

Brittany Tavera I was VERY displeased with the service here. I went in for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I got the very basic pedicure but literally she only washed and painted my toes.. and did a light file. For my manicure, when removing my previous shellac, she damaged my nails with the drill. She used a course bit and made gashes into my actual nail bed. Once complete my nails were left bumpy, paint all around my cuticle area, under my nails. It was so rushed, not to mention there was a lady who came in and stared at the nail tech (Moon) every 3-4 minutes like she was waiting on her. I usually drive to Pasadena but thought I would try something closer to home and I won’t make that mistake again. This was my first and last time here and I’m not confrontational at all so no I wasnt fixing to argue with anyone so they could treat me worse. I’ll take it as a lesson learned and leave it here as a warning to others. I left paying $97 and very unhappy.. Merry Christmas

UPDATE: I went to get my nails done again and the lady did such a great job she was so nice also got my toenails done. Heather Santini Went to this place today after going here for over 3 years. Came in the woman greeted me and asked what I wanted done. I told her eyebrows and she asked me to sit down. Fast forward 20 minutes while Im there quietly playing a game on my phone. They call a few girls in to start their nails and one girl goes in and leaves within a 10 minutes and then comes back in with I guess her mom. The woman and man start asking her what she wants done and she says eyebrows for just the older woman. They then call the older woman to the back to start and I stood up and said "Hey excuse me I have been sitting over here for 20 minutes waiting to get my eyebrows done." I ended up leaving because I felt they dont care about something simple that doesnt cost much and also because the last time they did my eyebrows they had left about 6 hairs on the end of my eyebrow that I had to pluck out myself to make them look nice. Also parking here in terrible due to location.

Jay Yvette I loved it until I didn’t. I brung my air brush in to be cleaned and it was returned broken and no one said anything. When I came for a replacement or for it to at least be fixed I was told that it may not be-able to be fixed and an exchange is not available. For a $50 airbrush I expected more than 2 months use and especially when it wasn’t in my end. Just be cautious buying expensive things.

Natalie Lopez Was looking for an inexpensive lamp that actually works. After buying a thirty dollar lamp on Amazon I was really disappointed it took me forever to dry my nails. The 60 dollar pink lamp with the heart on it works very well. I clicked the 90 second interval and my nails were all the way dry and not tacky. After sifting through Amazon reviews for hours I felt like I didn’t want to buy another shitty product but also can’t afford to spend hundreds on decent lamp. The lady was very helpful for me and helped me pick it out. Very cool shop will be back soon for some more supplies!

Vanessa Marin If you like to be taken in on time, this is NOT the place for you. The last at least 5 times I’ve made an appointment, I arrive on time and they have me wait 20-30+ minutes because the nail tech is “still working on someone” or “doing a design.” Then why do you take appointments for if you’re not going to keep to them? People make appointments for a reason. Doing my nails is supposed to be relaxing and I literally stress on my way there b/c it’s always something. Will have to look elsewhere to get my nails done going forward.

carlos amador As a guy getting his first manicure I wanted to check around with other guys and listen to what they said. I thought ok at least I can get an idea of what a manicure will be like. So a few thoughts on my horrible experience with Tina and TD Hair & Nail. She was busy when I arrived the first time which I can understand - no where is there any mention of appointment or calling ahead - still I wanted to go somewhere another guy had suggested so when she said to come back at 2 I said ok. Fast forward to 2 and I arrive - she is busy and apologizes for being busy. Even after telling me to come back at 2. And made no effort which reflects on the quality of service and the low disregard for others. If you are reading this and/or were considering coming here - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - you can do and deserve better.

Linda SH Contrary to the one star post that Tina is inconsiderate, I will say that Ive been coming here for over a year and she has always been friendly and, if very busy, apologetic that I may have to wait. Apparently the other "guy" this gentleman got his recommendation from did not tell him appointments are highly recommended in for a one person shop. Im sure he saw how booked she was the first time, and as he was really a "walk in" even at 2, she would not have been rude to him. Tina knows her regulars and how we like to spend our time. Even if shes behind when I come in for a pedicure, shell seat me in a chair and let me soak my feet which is really relaxing. When its just me, she always turns on her Zen music to make the experience all mine. Manicures cant soak as long, so waiting is just part of it. Notice he didnt say whether he got his nails done and what the quality of the work was. Isnt that the most important thing? Calling Tina now for a pedicure and facial appointment!

Jacqueline Santos This is long overdue, but it came on Friday morning. Sara did my beautiful nails, and the theme is Valentine. Susie did my pedicure, and it was terrific. It was immaculate but elegant, which I appreciate. Everyone was so nice. I enjoyed a little bit of red wine, and they have different packages for every type of budget. It’s almost a month, so I’ll stop by soon.

Kris Carroll I went back and forth whether to leave this review because I really like the people in this salon. They take the time to remember your name, offer something to drink and do quality work. Now…my time is very important to me. I work a full time job and quite a bit of overtime. I have a huge problem when I feel like my time is not important and being wasted. I also hate to be lied to all of which happened from my regular lady. It is a shame because this is the second time I have left this salon. I really hope the owner(s) read this and correct this issue. Regardless, I won’t be going back.

Rachel Zapata I am so upset with the experience here, I was wondering why it was so dead inside, but now I realize why. The customer service was so poor. I was cutting all they said was sorry I asked for a Band-Aid and they didn’t have any Band-Aids so I just had to take the pain because she still continue to do my nails after I included the inspiration pictures versus what I got, which is nothing like the picture and they didn’t offer to give me a discount for the inconvenience or offer to redo them they said sorry.

Audrey Lopez First time coming to a nails salon. Last tike I came out to one was about 25 yrs ago. Mixed feelings! I wanted acrylic everything and instead I got shellac or gellac or whatever that is called! The color wasnt dark enough and Im not happy with my nails at all! I mentioned I wanted acrylic powder and specified what I wanted but I guess they wanted to do what they wanted instead. Im seriously not happy with my nails at all but what can I do now? On another note I did get a pedicure and that was totally awesome! That lady did do what I wanted! So Im happy with that! I wish they would do a redo but I aint paying again! Staff was really nice too!

Heather McWherter My daughter and I have been going to planet nails for awhile but after today I will not be going back! Went in for a pedicure was told 10 minute wait which actually was more like 25 minutes. Then was taken back my daughter was started on her pedicure while I waited and waited and finally the lady comes to do mine and says shellac, shellac I say no regular polish. She proceeds to push shellac and how it will last longer I say no! She then says what pedicure I say classic and she’s pushing the more expensive and I say no thank you classic and she says the others are better and gets irritated! She fills up the bowl with water barely warm no foot salts or anything they usually put in water. She then literally puts my feet in the water for a min and doesn’t file my nails she barely clips my cuticles and is rushing thru the pedicure. My daughter who had hers started a good 15-20 min before me was still getting hers when the lady was rushing thru mine. She paints my toes doesn’t really put a top coat on them and walks me to dryer. I looked at my daughter and said I didn’t get a pedicure I paid for a pedicure but what she did is just paint my toes. Spent hour in a half there most of all that waiting to get a 15 min if that my toes painted and waiting on drying! To then come home and my big toe chipped this same night! I think it’s horrible to go to get a pedicure and relax to be treated like your buying a car and being bullied to spend more and if you don’t then the services you receive are rushed and bad for not buying the deluxe pedicure. I’ll go elseware where my business and money is appreciated no matter what!

O Folarin Just a simple overlay. The lady listened to my critiques and did a good job not making the acrylic thin like I asked. They weren’t too busy either, did not have to wait for a chair. Overall, the experience was good.

X V If I could give this place a negative I would! I just wanted a manicure with clear nail polish and my shellac taken off. These people acted like I was bothering them! There was only one person in the salon! This place isnt even fancy therefore they need the business! The lady who was doing my nails didnt even want to do them. People down south are LAZY! Marilou I have been going to this nail salon for over 3 years now and I really enjoy the staff and the amazing job they do on my nails. The prices a reasonable for their time and their materials. They have a lot of colors to choose from. I show them an inspiration photo and they always try to go above and beyond. I have never had any sort of problems with my service. My nails are long-lasting, bright colors, & great quality. The pedicures are amazing. I love the hot stone pedicure. They always make me feel welcome, the staff is very friendly and they have all gotten to know me and my sisters and my family very well. I love my time in the salon and always look forward to see them. You can usually walk in and they try to get you in and out quick.

K My first time trying this place & the experience was horrible. The lady that did my nails took 2x as long to do them because she wasnt doing them right and I had to keep asking her to fix them. She was using wayyyy too much monomer (purple liquid) and not enough powder, it was literellly dripping off my nails. My hands were covered in sticky acrylic. You can see in the picture how I left the salon. That’s not skin.. that’s dried acrylic from her being sloppy. This took over 2 hours to do. She was picking up the smallest beads of acrylic & just swiping it on my nail. They were extremely thin. I asked her to put more powder on them and she gave me an attitude. They did my little sisters nails way too thin to the point where they are see through. To top it off, after she was done with the application, she pulls out this brown liquid to soak the brushes in… the liquid she added to it was clear so I’m assuming they just don’t change out/ clean their liquid to soak the brushes in.. EW. Huge bacteria problem. That’s disgusting. It was overall very sloppy & I will not be returning.

Alysa Charles Found my go to nail spa. Great service for my first experience. These ladies made my visit feel so comfortable with welcoming hospitality. I appreciate how patient there were with me. They cleaned up my toes so well I already had a painful lifted up toe nail from an acrylic set I got done somewhere else i asked for gel nails on my toes to help restore the growth for my nail to grow evenly with the skin because acrylic is more harsh on the nail after I asked to cut off most of the natural toe nail as much ad she could and it came out exactly how I wanted them and less painful than I expected. The service for my pedicure was great she was gentle with my broken and lifted up to nail. I got the pearl pedi spa treatment and the products smelt very soothing. Clean bathroom and tools I got to go pretty early for my visit I did not have to wait and with new management I got %10 off my service. Again I appreciate the patience they had with me I very much needed the extra time with the massage chair and the 11 min shoulder massage. Thank you for your service I just moved to the area and I predict I’ll be going back again.

Samantha Gaznares Came in for a refill the lady said it would be 25$. The person who was available to do my nails was a man. I should have left when I saw the pile of nail residue that they were collecting inside the desk. Some reason I still stayed. Not sure if there was a miss-communication but I didnt get what I wanted. I explained to the man I wanted one solid color instead he gave me ombre . I was trying to trust the process. I was thinking maybe he does things differently so I wanted them short and complained about giving me what I wanted… As I said, I came in for a refill and when I looked at my nails they were superrrr thick and I asked if he could shave them down a little more he gets upset and says no. I ended up paying $30 for something I didnt want. The shape and color were good but the nails were thick. This place was dirty, unsanitary and unprofessional.

A. HORRIBLE HORRIFIC service!!!!! Do not come here!!! Two days after getting Shellac on my nails it is peeling off. I came to have it fixed and they refused to do anything.. Told me they had other appointments and that I needed to come back on another day. I told them they already had my money so they needed to fix the problem. NEVER Again

Isis Lucian This place just seems dirty as soon as you walk in. The nail tech doesn’t really listen to what you want and the supplies must be cheap because my acrylic turned yellow! I won’t ever be going back. I told her I wanted my acrylic to be a over lay and she made it way to thick.

Averry Alonzo I made an appointment at 3 and they didn’t start on my nails til 4. They rushed and they were taking turns doing my nails. They didn’t even oil my nails and they were done very badly. They took about 3 hours doing my nails because they kept leaving and going to different costumers. I used to come when they barely had business and they took their time and used to give us drinks.but this time was the worst experience,I would not be coming back!

I asked for long almond nails and the lady tried to over charged me because supposedly I had a design. She literally just polished my nails.Also I took my daughter for her first time being there and told her y’all were awesome. Then they charged my daughter’s nails the same as me when hers were shorter than mine. We paid 65.00 each and we still gave both ladies a tip of 10.00 each.Then when finished I looked at my nails and figured 2 of my nails were different and the lady that helped me said it was my fault and giggled. I wasn’t offered for my nails to be fixed or anything. At this point I was done. I will not be going to her. My daughters first impression was not all that pleasant.i was very upset amd annoyed

Jeniffer Garcia I have been coming to LV Nails for about 10 years now, way before these current owners. I have always had the best experience. Work has always been clean and neat. This last time, I got a full set acrylic toe and hands. By the time I walked out the salon, both my pinky nails broke off, I called and thankfully, my nails were fixed at no cost that same day. A week later, my index finger nail breaks off the same way, split in the middle horizontally, the guy was the one who did my nails, obviously the acrylic that was put on was too thin which caused them to break easily. You can even see my actual nail right through the acrylic which shows the powder applied was too thin. Since it was a week after, I had to pay (logically). About 2-3 days after, my big toe nail falls off. I go and get it fixed today. The lady who fixed my nails used clear overlay with a purple nude color on my nail which didn’t match at all with the rest of the nails. She filed and re applied the INCORRECT color over and over again about 3 times. Also, one is bigger than the other. She noticed my frustration so she called the big dude who is at the register and he came and told me “you need to say in the beginning what is used on your nail so it can match” excuse me, y’all are the nail techs here, not I. You should know what colors are applied and what strategies are used as ‘licensed’ nail technicians. I don’t even remember what was initially applied since they were doing my nails and toes at the same time and had me all twisted and turned on their pedicure chairs when I first got this set. ALSO, all the times I have done white tip, nude, pink nudes, etc, THEY ALWAYS CHOOSE the nude color for me as to why I didn’t say anything because I was confident this nail tech knew what she was doing. Anyways, I now have a toe nail that looks ridiculous and doesn’t match at all with the rest of my nails. It literally looks like something fell on it and is bruised. ANDDDD I STILL TIPPED EVEN AFTER THEIR MESS UP! I have been loyal to LV Nails for sooo long but I think this is the last time I will be going there.

Kirsten Moleta If I could give zero stars I would. I absolutely hate my nails. I shouldve read the other reviews before coming here honestly. I get there to get my nails done and I wanted pink and white powder, the 2 things I asked if she could do she said literally..."NO." I was shocked because I have never had that problem anywhere else I went. She damaged my cuticles they hurt when I wash my hands with any alcohol product. I am just shocked. And the fingers that she hurt I have to now go back to them and tell them to fix it. We shall see how that goes. And if she tells me .. "NO" again I am just going to write a second report and contact the BBB. this place is nasty and I wouldnt even take my children here. Not to mention I still tipped her. which now I am wondering why would I do that. Geez.

WizBuns Been going here for years. Have had a great time. They do have their hiccups on nails but if you point it out politely they will gladly fix it for you. Usually free of charge! Occasionally I have been cut slightly during the buffing but they always always always add neosporin and alcohol and heal it up before continuing. Along with apologizing profusely. Waxes are great. But be warned they will not stop until they know they are done. So make sure you have time because they will grab every stray hair. Also remembered they wont sell you bamboo plants unless you are getting it for someone else.

Sherry Salazar Got a fungus or infection under my nail from them. The lady also charged me to take off my nails and age just kept using the motor file trying to take the fungus or whatever it is off. Will never step foot in that place again. Very dirty and unsanitized.

Crystal Martinez My experience here was very overwhelming. I went in for an acrylic removal and two ladies began to work on me. They started pulling my nails off with nail clippers and a motor file instead of soaking them. They were talking about me as I was sitting there saying I was being a baby because they were pulling them off pretty aggressively. They also were debating how much to charge me because they were both working on me. I will not be returning here, I felt pretty traumatized walking out of there.

Mindy Mora So I was charged $47 for this. I was charged to put glitter on one finger. We had an appointment for 2 people at 8:30 before the business even opened, and I’m just leaving at 11:00. The whole point of coming in early was to leave early. I needed to be at work at 10. They only had one person working on our nails. I am never coming back to this place.

Sarah Potter I wish I could give no stars. I went in needing a full set and chose this place because of the good reviews. The technician cut them WAY too short and uneven. I could see the tip of my finger over the nail on one finger. Also, she loaded powder. They were THICK!!! The tips were fat and powder was wavy when looking at it in a side view. I even pointed out to her the problems and she didnt fix it at all. I honesty wish I told them I wasnt going to pay for it. I went to Nails Club across the way the next day to have them removed and get another full set. I can say I love my nails now. I have been getting solar nails for 20 years and have never had anyone do such a horrible job. See my review for Nails Club. I hate giving bad reviews but having to pay for two full sets is extremely upsetting.

Rayonia Rodriguez HiLi Nails do a great job for a reasonable price. Their staff is always friendly. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes at their salon for service. I usually get a french pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I have no compliants. Pedicure is $23 and eyebrow wax is $5. Not bad compared to most places. I definitely recommend them.

Tiffanee Guillory Poor customer service and a poor quality pedicure. Very disappointing especially since I had not been to a nail shop since before COVID-19. I arrived to Artist Nails & Spa Pasadena, TX at 10 AM with an appointment scheduled to get a pedicure with a group of co-workers. I was greeted and directed to the pedicure chair grouped with my party. The water was nice and warm. During this time, our party enjoyed each others company as we talked amongst each other. We were all asked if we would like something to drink. At last, and older man came to start my pedicure. He did not greet me. He did not ask if I would like to turn on the massage chair. He did not show me a schedule of pedicure services to ask which pedicure service I would like to receive. He started surveying his materials to begin a pedicure. As he inspected his materials, the pedicurist next to him had to direct him to the proper cuticle cream to use. The older male pedicurist went through the motions of what a pedicurist would do during a pedicure, but every action was simply going through the motions. I had to go and pick out the color that I wanted after the pedicurist attempted to cleanse my feet and cut my nails and cuticles. My feet and legs were then lotioned and massaged. Next, the pedicurist painted my nails. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed much, so some nails still had skin on the nail. This was epecially evident once the polish was on top of the skin and nails and there was a hump under the polish where skin and nail met. Once the pedicurist was complete, he placed my feet in the pedicure shoes and I had to continue to sit in the pedicure chair for a few more minutes. The surrounding pedicurist continued to look at the work that their coworker had completed. Once they would take a glance they would smile up at me and say something to one another in a language other than English. Finally my pedicurist returned and offered me finger nail service. I quickly declined as I was extremely ready to leave this nail salon due to the poor pedicure service I had received. Needless to say, I will not be back.

So that’s who I made my appointment with and I must say she is AMAZING!!! I finally found a good nail place in the area, plus they are super friendly and they don’t get all rushy rushy and start getting sloppy when a lot of people come in. I recommend this place and Tina!

I went here probably twice a month when I was a senior in high school and now when I come back every once in a while from college they still remember my name and ask how I’m doing! I know these pictures are not a good representation but I have also had multiple designs done in the past and have loved all of them! I own a dog grooming business and I treat myself periodically to getting my nails done. I love sparkly, holographic, and nail decor like diamonds on top. In my line of business my nails take a huge beating. I was really happy to find a place that made my nails last! Another plus I brought my brother in for some pampering and he had never had his toe nails done. They educated him on proper and frequent nail care to help him achieve more confident feet!!

Alejandra Guerra They are not kid friendly at all. I took my niece to get her nails done I told the guy in the front 2 times that she wanted to get her nails done. They completely ignored her. I also told the lady that did my nails and they ignored my niece. If I did not have a coupon from there I would have left immediately. I will not come back here. If they did not want to do her nails they could have told me from the beginning but they said nothing. If you’re not a regular don’t bother coming here. The pedicure I got was not worth it she was a nice lady but did not clean around my toes right at all. They didn’t even use clean utensils for my pedicure. I got recommended here but I will never come back.

Bebe Trevino First time and last time!!! The lady acted like she didn’t want to do my full set - they are bumpy, acrylic and white powder all on the cuticles and sides of my nails.. I had to tell her to fix 8 out of 10 fingers cause the powder wasn’t placed on sides.. just horrible- i don’t understand why work at a nail salon if you can’t give 100 percent customer service.. oh mind you she was trying to becareful with her own long nails.. while doing mine.. I’ll stick to the chinitas!! One more thing- I don’t even think they are licensed!!! And they are definitely not sanitize. Using the same tools, no cover for pedicure tub, the foot scrubber was nearly done like there was no use in it. Just ashamed,I will definitely will be calling the . BBB .....

Kara Nguyen I came here for the first time two days ago. I was there to get my eyebrows waxed. I sat in the chair, the lady proceeded to put wax on my right eye and dropped a huge amount of hot wax on my eye. Hot, sticky wax all over my eye, eyelashes and below. She spent 10 minutes trying to clean it up. She finished waxing my eyebrows. 2 days later the skin above my eyebrows has broken out into hard red bumps, it looks horrendous and my right eye still hurts from the hot wax. Do not go here.

The previous manager Nikki was great and so I followed her to VIP Nails on Fairmont parkway. She does excellent work. Do not get your nails done at Regal Nails they dont do a good job and if you have an issue with what you got done they dont care!

Then when I told her I was not going to pay full service they keep trying to fix it but they keep making it worse. They also did my eyebrows and they didnt even take them out then the older lady wanted to plug them out. They suck and I dont recommend them. I pay 83 dollars for a service I was not satisfied with.

Spencer Pierce We went there and each of us had a Mani/Pedi and mini facial. Although they were busy, we never felt rushed. They did all our services excellently and the price was not astronomical. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Krys M I’ll give credit where due. This shop use to be excellent when they had 3-4 technicians. Kim is still very great! She does a WONDERFUL job and really cares about making her customers happy. The difficulty now is that over the last year they only have Kim working so she can maybe only service 5–6 people a day depending on what people are getting. I still go there because Kim good and the salon is clean, but I call first to see if Kim has anyone. If you just show up there is a good chance she won’t be able to help you because she’s already servicing one person. You also can’t go with a friend etc because they can’t be serviced with you. Also, I like Kim because I keep everything fairly natural (shellac natural nails etc), but if you like artificial nails, Kim doesn’t do these so you’re stuck having to go somewhere else. They are definitely overworking Kim and I don’t expect them to be open much longer or they’ll sell to someone else. I’d give Kim 5 stars but the salon as whole a 1-2 because of the lack of availability and lack of the owners/managers consideration of their employee and clientele.

Richard Gyan I just moved here and there a so many nail salons to choose from! So I looked and found Charming NailBar! They have been in business for a long time! I have to say they are spectacular! They were very talkative and happy! Makes the experience better when theres conversation! As someone in the beauty customer services side I will definitely come here for all of my needs!

madeline alcorta Just a heads up I am not somebody that frequently gets their nails done so maybe that’s just how much they cost now, but I went to pamper myself today and got shellac French tip on my toes and acrylic French tip on my nails and my eyebrows. my total came out to be $144 which I think is absolutely insane. I didn’t get any designs or nothing crazy to be charged such a ridiculous price so please be aware and ask for pricing prior unless you want to be overcharged I highly recommend going elsewhere

Jessica Mills Janie did a great job on my nails! Made sure the nails were the right size and made sure to compare them on both hands. She tested 3 colors for me on a nail to make sure I had options. She cleaned up my cuticles free of charge. She wasn’t pushy about upcharging, which was nice since I haven’t been in a nail salon in over a year and was worried about that. No cuts or bleeding. When I said ouch the couple times she drilled too close she stopped and moved on. Overall great experience!

Katherine L Alonzo Rivas Absolutely horrible experience going to this salon. My girlfriend wanted to get her nails done. a gel manicure on her natural nails and all the ladies at this salon acted like they have never done nails in their life before. They literally passed the inspo picture to at least 3 different techs and they all kept talking about it and acting confused. A lady came to talk to my gf and ask her what she wanted done she said someone else would come and do it because she couldn’t. They told us for someone to come sit with us would be 15 minutes. I on the other hand was trying to get acrylics and they did not give me as near of a hard time as they did with my girlfriend. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and judged and i would not recommend ANYONE taking their business to them. I stood up and left because i was not going to give them my business. Below i’m attaching my gfs inspo pic. nothing outside of the normal for them to be acting that way. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to feel judged.

Chelsey Greene Not only did they do a pretty bad job on our nails, they charged me $74 for a full set for my daughter, no special art or anything. This was my second bad experience here. There will not be a 3rd. Basically I just sat there counting the state board violations (lost count eventually). If you care about safety and fair pricing, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Kayla Harris Very rude and aggressive. Never going back. My boyfriend and I went and she had an attitude the whole entire time. We were serviced by the darker skin toned lady. On top of that she hit my boyfriend and I rudely instead of just asking us to move our arm. Very unprofessional, I advice everyone not to waste your time and money there. Your whole service will be rushed and done incorrectly. For my first time going there it was a horrible experience!

Arleth Mascorro Very bad experience, I took my little sister and she’s only 9 years old she just needed a refill and this lady she’s darker skin than her coworkers cut her acrylic nails off instead of being gentle and removing them properly with the acetone. Also she then filled in her nails all sloppy she got the acrylic all over her fingers and made her nails bleed with the file even when she said it hurt. She’s currently in pain and job was done so messy and not professional at all. This place shouldn’t even be in business!

Dania Higueron They did some really shotty work on my acrylic nails. The nail tech applied way too much acrylic. Almost an oversized blob and was left filing for a long time in order to correct her mistakes. I chose a simple square nail design with two colors and it cost me 35 dollars. I usually go somewhere else where I would had been charged 27 but this is closer to my house. Also, the lady cut me on my right hand ring finger and near the base of all of my nails she filed too much and the color was extremely faded. Will not return.

Moni Moni DO NOT COME HERE! I have never written a review but this this needs to come to someones attention. If I could I would give it 0 stars. 1.they are not professional and have a horrible attitude. 2. They dont listen to what you want done. 3. They are rough.. This lady file sooo hard she was filing my skin till it was bleeding. On both of my large toes! And she had the audacity to not clean the blood and paint over it. After they where "done" they just asked for payment and didnt even offer to dry them. So when I stepped out I noticed they didnt even paint the entire nail ..they just painted in the center. So I came back in so they can correct it. And they lady who did this said a comment to another coworker and they where just laughing. I am in so pain much !! I had to bandage them ..so much for my ped..

Stephanie Johnson They are no good. I got acrylic with shelac on top because some of my nails had broken off & they were soo thick. On top of that the shelac wouldnt cure so she kept reapplying it. Then im just over it & think that i can live with the disaster they did & I get charged $35. Afterwards i get home & the polish is starting to clump off. I then go back so they can remove all the shelac off & thay can place a clear coat.
