I’ve had my nails done by both Erick and Sophie and was SO impressed by how amazing my nails turned out. I saw Erick again today for nails for my daughters (fairy) first birthday and was BLOWN away. Vanessa Lopez I went to get a Pedi and acrylic nails. Asked for a basic Pedi no scrub no massage. And my acrylic I have a v french tip. My nails look like pregnant guppies and when they painted my first toe on the Pedi, I told her thats not what I asked for. She straight up ignored me and kept painting. I had to physically pull my foot back and asked her to fix it. She ended up just calling in one of her nieces from the back to paint my nails. $100 for both is a little steep for mediocre service and nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Mackenzie Vaughan Ma did my nails and y’all best set I’ve ever had. She talked to me the whole time and stayed engaged in conversation which was a blast! She filed my nails so perfectly and did exactly what I asked. Seriously best experience ever here in this town! 10/10 definitely best nail tech I’ve ever had

They had no resolution for me and I was still charged $50 for this horrible service. Highly dont recommend.

Kara Kennedy-Zarate I took my daughter to get our nails done and this place is usually up to par with their service. My nail technician was awesome, however, my daughter left crying because her nails looked awful. We went straight to another salon after leaving here to get them fixed. I was charged $75.00 for her nails and she couldnt even take her hands out of her pocket because they were hideous.

Angela Luangraj The shop was bought out by 2 sisters named Daisy and Ivy. They are AMAZING!!!!!! My family and I have been doing our nails with them for almost 5 years now. We will follow them wherever they go because they are that good!!!!! Dip nails are thin enough to look so natural and strong enough to not chip easily. Theyre attention to detail is why I keep coming back!! Also, if you are one of those people who like to get their ingrown toenails dug out, they get in there! Trust me! I love them. I moved to Lubbock over a year ago and Ill literally wait to do my nails and pedicure until I get a chance to come to Amarillo to see Daisy and Ivy.

Jeniffer Bolanos The nail technicians were super kind but I think they dont have enough staff. If they had more technicians, they would definitely be much faster. I went in for a pedicure and they did a decent job, but my nail design wasnt the best and my feet arent as soft as Ive gotten at other places. I think if you go alone with a plain nail color and feet arent in dire need of softening, I would recommend going.

Candy Trinidad The manicurist stated 50.00 for all with nails with designs and in the end she only did 6 nails with designs and left the nails very thick. The pedicurist told me 13.00 for toenail color change; but, when my sister told them I was a Fnp, they increased the price to 18.00! Then he tried to hurry us out of the salon.

Tina Franklin I went there for the first time last week. I was quoted $35.00 for an acrylic set. She made my nails way too long and the base was too thick. I ended up having to pay $55.00 for nails that I hate, so disappointing! I had to cut them down twice and they still look terrible. A refund or perhaps what I really wanted would have sufficed. That’ll never happen so I’ll go elsewhere.

Sandra Greeno He did an awesome job on my nails. He was able to remove the artificial tips & dip with NO damage to my real nail. New dip and out I went. Didnt take long at all & the price was better than I usually pay elsewhere. I will be back!

Michelle Montoya Went and got mine and both my daughters nails done and unfortunately my top coat peeled off so I went back to have them redone and same day they started peeling again ! I call them and ask for refund and he says that I can go back and they will fix the problem well I had already went back and didnt want to go back again I was busy with the holidays coming up. He said that my nails may not take the light and would prob have to dry them a different way but I have been getting my nails done for over 30+ years and everyone place Ive gone always used the light to dry them and it never once started to peel up. So to the point I will not be going back there. Also that was my very first time! Now I no to just stick with the places Ive already gone ! Never again tho Ill just wait till my nail place is open .

Norma Like Ive gone here for years, but lately, when I come, they always lecture my ID child about her engrowen toe nail. This last time, the owner did her feet and cut a chuck out of her big toe and told her it was her fault for waiting so long. My daughter left crying. We will never ever return. This picture is one week old. I started paying cash because they always pushed the buttons to process my payment on my debt card without my permission. They claim you get a discount for using cash, but that has never happened.

Kirby Atkinson I believe it was owner who did my nails. Trying to rush because they were busy and kept messing up. Had to redo a a nail multiple times. She just kept trying to get me to add a tip because they don’t know how to work with natural nails. After I paid and left noticed she didn’t clean up fingers. When I told her they were messed up her only solution was to soak it off after spending over an hour.

Christy Cirone 11/8/24 I initially visited this nail salon abt 4.5 yrs ago and wasn’t super impressed but since it’s really close to my work I thought I’d try it again. Here are my pros and cons: Pros- convenient location, good parking, no wait as a walk in, and good price ($40) for pink and white dip. Cons- really cluttered and not the cleanest place I’ve been. My experience yesterday was not a good one though. The tech used a thin, fake tip which she jammed under the old dip to force off the nail. It really hurt and the force caused my nail bed to bleed on 2 nails. She was pretty rough overall and also nicked my cuticles in 3 places leaving them raw and red. Today I have some very tender fingers. There was no antiseptic or cleaning of the broken skin. I used antibiotic cream several times after leaving to prevent infection. The edges are really rough as you can see in the pics and the clear/pink portion of the nail has tons of tiny white powder. I do have dry cuticles and I do like my nails really short and realize this takes a little more time and care from the tech. However, I’ve been getting dip/acrylic for years and there are plenty of techs that handle it very well without hurting me. I can’t recommend Finest Nails due to my latest experience.

Gracie Hamilton Went here a few times and nails turned out awesome. Not this time. Asked if she could do the design and she said yes, it would be super easy. So bumpy & uneven. Pretty sure I could have went to Top Ten Nails and got this for 50 bucks and it would have been perfect. Picture on the left is what I asked for. Pictures on the right are what I got. 70 dollars for this? Never again.

L I I’ve been here a few times and liked it well enough to keep returning. Not again! She was literally about to slap a top coat on my nails looking like THIS, until I nicely questioned it. I asked if she was finished or if she was going to smooth this out. She said the polish was thick and rudely asked me “What do you want me to do about it?” Shocked, I said I didn’t know, but that clearly her polish was old and they needed new polish. The manager/owner even came over and also acted as if there was nothing wrong with this and both of them treated me as if I were being too picky. This looks like a child painted my nails! She redid them, but neither of them offered any apology for me having to spend twice as long there for a simple paint job. And, she still charged full price! A little customer service goes a long way, which they clearly don’t know anything about. There are PLENTY of other places to choose from.

Kristina Grogan Thought by the reviews that this would be a great place to go. Boy was I wrong! I received the deluxe pedicure and manicure. I had gel on my nails, which she removed that with ONLY a drill, and it would burn on multiple fingers, when cutting my cuticles, she cut me twice on two different fingers. I’m 3 days out and they still hurt. The polish job she did was horrible, my 9 year old could have done better. So when she did my pedicure I had her leave the gel on my toes as I did not want her to take off the gel with a drill again. She rushed off to help another person. When paying, I let the gentleman know i was unhappy with the outcome of my nails. He first try to blame the color, and after the fact it was regular nail polish, but after that offered to redo them. These salons never take any real accountability because most people are nervous about speaking up. Definitely won’t be back.

Noelle Garcia The location is very nice and clean and the employees were super friendly and funny. Unfortunately due to the quality of the service the price is not worth coming back. My partner and I got gel manicures and regular pedicures. Im very pleased with my pedicure but hers was not great. We had to fix the polish when we got home because it looked so sloppy. The gel manicures were okay, Ive definitely had cleaner manicures that were less expensive. Its been 2 days and one of my gel nails is already chipping. This has never happened to me before and I always get gel manicures. They also kept pushing me about getting dip powder. I personally dont like dip because its so thick so just be prepared for questions when you get gel. If it wasnt so expensive I would definitely go back because the staff was so nice.

Tana Stills I went in a couple weeks ago to get a manicure and my eyebrows waxed and they took me back to the room for my eyebrows and horrified when I was done that they took off almost my whole right eyebrow!!!!!! As of course Im upset she says, "o its ok you can draw in your eyebrow"!!! No mam I thought u were a "professional "!? So did not do my nails obviously! And then no discount or anything!! I DO NOT recommend going to queen nails on western!! I will never go there again!

20WildChild11 The nail tech was super rough and nicked my skin a few times. He was not taking his time and was going super quickly. They were really messy, the guy that did my nails dropped the acrylic brush on the ground and just kept using it. It was okay but in near future I will not be coming back.

Rafael Chacon Just stopped to get wife and child pedicures and they were seated. I saw the price chart on the wall so I went to take a picture of it to show my wife the prices of everything. The man there said “you can’t pictures.” So I said I just wanted to show my wife the prices. He said” no! If she wants to see them then she can get up and look”. Very rude. We left. And I told him that was rude. They lost money. Why have a list of prices and I can’t take a picture? Just don’t have the prices listed then. He never said sorry, please or thank you in his statement. So we left.

Michelle Cloud From the layer of other people’s nail dust that coats every surface here, one would think that the Amarillo Health Dept has not visited this location since the 90s. Dirty nail files are re-used, my nail tech dropped the nail primer polish brush ON THE FLOOR, then just wiped it on a paper towel before sticking it back in the bottle. The nasty poof brush that was used on my hands was also used to clean the desk (both of which were nasty & filled with dust and clumps of something left from past clients). When they were clipping my friend’s nails, they yanked on her cuticle & made her bleed. Blood, y’all & no precautions were taken. Overflowing uncovered trash, junk laying about, yuck. See photos. Go someplace else- Queen nails was a royal disappointment.

They’re very nice, helpful, and quick while also being careful. Absolutely enjoyed my time there. Andy was very sweet and did amazing on my nails. The lady who did my feet also did a great job! Lily L The men here are honestly so rude. The guy doing my nails didn’t fix any of the flooding of the gel. I wanted to get a gel manicure which is around 20-30 minutes. I had at first gone at 12, but my lash appointment was at one and it was 12:45 with no service. So I left and came back later at 3. They didn’t even start me until 4:16. They weren’t packed in the slightest as well. The lady who seated me was very pleasant while the man who did my nails honestly seemed so agitated the whole time. If you want decent service I recommend getting one of the ladies.

Cortney Savage I am always weary about going to new places because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with people being rough and making me bleed. When I went in the staff was super helpful, clean conditions, and the nail tech I got was very helpful. I was very nitpickey because of past experiences and I knew what I wanted, the lady was so kind and patient with me. She was very gentle while cutting my cuticles. Overall 10/10, would recommend this place.

Lorissa Sanchez Wish i could give negatice stars: This place used to be decent but now they just plain suck. Charged $70 for horrible nails and uneven lines and nails . I specifically told the guy i wanted maroon and he just gave me whatever color he wanted. I even left a good tip he didn’t deserve AT ALL. The lady who helped my mom was rude and her nails are horrible too all because she doesn’t like to do french tip. Sorry you don’t like to do your job no reason to get an attitude with my mom. I wish we would’ve paid with card so I could despute the charges.

Kathy Nalley Very friendly staff! We went for my birthday to have pedicures! We had a great time talking with the staff. We did make an appointment and they were ready for us as soon as we got there. There was 16 of us getting pedicures!

Madisen Olson I showed the nail lady the picture of what I wanted and chose the colors from the palettes and she brought the correct red one and the wrong white one I specifically asked for one that was not delivered through like these, I know red is pretty messy but she didn’t even clean up the sides of my nails and we had got there at about four thirty and didn’t get out till six, most of the nails aren’t even even at the top of the nail, and for the red lines that are supposed to be candy canes I showed her the picture and even left my phone open so she could see and she redid it three different times and she just gave up and told me to wash my hands she only charged my sixty because I think she knew I wasn’t happy. She even filed the sides of some of my nails after the clear coat, which just made it to where some spots don’t have clear coat and for the sides of the nails they are super sharp and are horrible to feel the fifth pic is the ref pic

Shayli Holly I can’t say enough good things about Deluxe. I’ve tried almost every place in Amarillo and deluxe is the best value for your money. I see Michael and he is the absolute best. I’m a chronic nail biter and he was the first tech to really focus on making my nails STRONG, not just aesthetically pleasing. I even had a nail biting relapse and didn’t see him for a while. When i came back, my nails were awful. But Michael treated me and my nails with kindness and gentleness and I never felt judged. 1000/10!!

Suzzie B I am very unsatisfied with their pedicure service today. This is the location on SW 58th. It is true what a lot of people are saying services vary depending on which technicians you get. This lady did not speak English, which is okay, but every time I told her she needed to fix, cut down, or shake the color so it does not come out milky and missing spots. She did not comprehend. They still did not come out right. Paints everywhere. Colors are still missing in between certain toes. I let one time go when I did manicure with them last time for chipping my gel nail the very next day because technician that time did a good job for shaping and coloring. Plus, their prices vary depending on who you talk to. My price today was supposed to be $50, NOT $55. I still left tip. Take off nail was supposed to be $10 on menu plus $5 for powder and this other lady just had 20 seconds pause to tell me ummm $15? Looks like they just come up with price on spot regardless what menu they show us. And I did not have powder either. Customer service seems to be horrible too. I do NOT recommend this place.

Stephanie Wilson I Went yesterday and paid $130 with tip for nails and pedicure. I had gel on my toes the lady grinded them down so much it is so painful! I had to get regular polish this time because I couldn’t stand the pain of them being so thin. I paid $65 for a pedicure that they didn’t even cut the cuticles on my toenails and there is polish all over my skin. I was so looking forward to this pedicure because I heard good reviews about the leg massage. How it was the best in town. It is NOT. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. My nails aren’t better off either. The dip color is still all over my skin and cuticles.

Mackenzie Wesson I started coming to Planet Nails several months ago. I haven’t been anywhere else since. Nikki is the best! She does my acrylic fill with gel polish in around 35-45 minutes, depending on how challenging my design is, of course. Nikki does an amazing job every time, pays careful attention to detail, is efficient and prices are very fair! Highly recommend!

Vicki Flynn Very enjoyable experience. Drink given while having pedi (wine, water, soda). Deluxe pedi has hot stone massage, paraffin treatment, salt scrub, leg mask and polish, leg massage. Nail tech Pat was very excellent with my 77 yr old mother, she wanted to make sure her feet were done right, no wham bam done. She is a total professional. She made my mothers feet look awesome. This was my moms 2nd pedi ever and the experience at this shop was infinitely better.

Tammy Goodman The tech was quit and didn’t understand me. This was a joke!!! She worked on one foot and was quick about it and then worked on the second one slow. The first foot still has Callused on the heel and around the toes. I got the most expensive pedicure. The hot rock were cold on the second leg and she didn’t work that long on it. For all the waiting I should get a full body massage and a glass of wine. Been sitting her for 1.5 hrs. I will never come back or recommend them. The worst job ever.

Ella Here They charged me $15 to cut my toenails. I was 9 months pregnant and learned I would be induced. I didn’t have time for a pedicure (which they insisted) I just needed my toenails cut. I did not use any product and they were not busy. One a previous visit, I thought their pricing catalog said $5 for a nail clip but to my surprise I was charged $15! I couldn’t believe it, I was stunned. I’ve wanted to go back and speak to the management but I’ll just take my business somewhere else. That’s too bad because they’ve done a decent job in the past but they took advantage of my situation.

Beth Rodriguez I never ever leave bad reviews but I had the absolute worst ever experience with a nail salon here. I received a pedicure and a gel manicure. Firstly, during my pedicure the pedicurist used a cuticle trimmer (?) to remove hangnails I had on both of my big toes. However instead of simply trimming them, she ripped them off very quickly which not only was painful, but it made me bleed. A LOT. And the pedicurist did not apologize or even seem like it was a mistake on her end, in fact any time she saw me watching my feet, she used a towel to hide the fact that my foot was bleeding. When my pedicure was done I was very close to just going without the manicure but it was something I had wanted to treat myself to for a very long time and I had previously been working very hard on growing out my natural nails and was pleased with the length and shape and just wanted gel over. WELL as soon as I sit down the tech asks me what shape I want, and I answer, and no other questions asked, she trims one nail VERY SHORT which was honestly very soul crushing considering she didn’t ask me at all about length. But since she did the one the others needed to be evened out as heartbreaking as it was. When it was finally time for my polish, another worker brought the color I had picked to my tech, to which she scrunched up her nose and asked me if it was really the color I wanted. She wasn’t even the only worker there I felt was rude but that’s the instance that stuck out to me as it felt like it was just the cherry on top to a very disappointing experience. All of that being said, my feet and my nails, albeit too short, do look fantastic and the callous removal worked wonders on my feet. But the outcome is unfortunately not at all worth the experience. And I now know better than to go anywhere other than my usual salon.

M B Took my daughter with a group of her friends to get pampered. My daughter had a pedicure and she said it was painful. This isn’t the first pedicure so she knows what it should feel like. I got a pedi and mani with gel polish. I don’t even remember the massage portion of the pedicure, that’s how unimpressed I was. I could tell the color I chose was almost empty. I offered to pick another color and the tech told me no. It hasn’t even been a week and so far I have lost 3 polishes on my hands. They just pop off. She wouldn’t let the polish set under the light due to her being in a rush. When she finished I got a file and started to fix a lot of the edges. Another tech saw me and she did redo the top coat. I will not return here nor would I ever recommend to anyone. Go spend your money elsewhere. The picture includes my hands. The gold polish is what I’ve used to cover the nails where the polish popped off. This was such a disappointment.

Brandi Austin Really enjoyed my time here. The owners are kind, and Tony is absolutely the best...I am picky, picky, when it comes to my nails, the thing is Tony is a stickler for detail, so I dont even have to ask him, to do certain things, he just does... his nail jobs are done to last, I am not easy on my nails, and they never break or come off. And look amazing!

Pat James I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

Brianna Valdez I came in just asking for a manicure with no nail polish. I sat down and the lady got started on my nails. I had asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me. It took her 5 minutes to do this and my nails are not shaped up at all. My pinkie nails is very jagged. This was 20 dollars and I’m very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and rushed through something that should have been very simple. Never again.

Jaqueline Chacon Went in on Thursday of last week, asked for a simple dip set. The nail tech was putting the tips on sloppy and sticking up (just trying to finish fast) I asked her to fix the tips since they weren’t even sticking on to my nail. They were sticking up! She said they will stay on fine and fixed one and did Acrylic. They looked okay besides them sticking up. It’s Tuesday of the next week and WATER AND FOOD IS GETTING STUCK BETWEEN MY NAIL AND THE NAIL TIPS. Went to get them taken off so I dont get a fungal infection and they charged me $10 more to get them off on top of the $60 last week?! To top it off I got the same lady and she didn’t even try to take it off right. Needless to say I won’t be back and you shouldn’t go.

Sierragh Villarreal I’ve been going for years. Service is consistent. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted. They get you in with appropriate speed. Their work isn’t rushed but they are experienced so, they do move quickly. I went in this last time with my youngest. She is only ten months old. I normally don’t but as you know is moms have to do what we need to do to keep ourselves maintained. They worked on my feet and nails diligently. They didn’t seem annoyed and actually assisted me with grabbing my daughter bottle. If you want great work and to feel cared about as a customer this is the salon for you. Keaira Harris Has to be the worst experience, I had ever went to get a pedicure with toenail polish. You could see the layers when she had to do another layer. She cut my toenails very uneven. I told the owner about the job that was done now, she did try to file my toes down to make them even though it didnt work. It still looks very bad.

Autumn I had my daughter and I run in and get a pedi and mani. My nail polish was way dry and old. He even put thinner in it and it still was streaky. He missed most of my cuticles. I dont treat myself often but I at least expect for $100 to be the same quality that I would give myself. My daughters nail polish looked too thick and the woman did zero clean up. They also spoke to each other the entire time which is uncomfortable. Zero interaction. It will be a while before I go do that again. What a waste of money.

The nail techs were very friendly and took time to do a great job on my manicure and pedicure. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices, and are conveniently located near I-40 and Soncy on the westside of Amarillo.

Debbie I have my nails and pedicure at least once per month at Pacific Nails. My go-to person is Vicky. Wonderful service. She is excellent at nail art and extensions. She is also very considerate and highly experienced. Everyone at this nail salon is friendly and kind. I have friends that have used this nail salon longer that I. Great place.

Danielle Stegall We have gone to Pacific a couple of times now. They have 4 children s chairs that sit right across from the adult chairs. That is my favorite part. You and your little one can get pedicures at the same time, and you can keep an eye on them at all times. I have never been super trusting with adults and my children and now my grandchildren. I dont want to put my littles in any kind of bad situation. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is because my toenails did not look as good as they usually do. But he did spend a good amount of time massaging my feet, which was very nice. I will take my grandchildren here again. But if it is just me, I will go somewhere that I get a good paint job and better removal of my dry feet skin. Gross, I know! It was $55 for me, not gel. And $30 for each granddaughter.

Caroline Lupercio Hit or miss . They have some people working here that just dont know what theyre doing. The man doing my pedi peeled my cuticle on my big toes off and made them bleed then put acetone on them afterwards. I had to ask someone else repolish my nails after he tried and it looked bad paint smudged and on my skin. I was there an hour and 30 minutes decided not to even try getting my fingernails done. Another gentleman did my daughters mani pedi and did a great job.

alexa davis Came here while I was visiting and I must say this place was AMAZING! Not what I was expecting (in a good way). The lady that did my nails (didn’t catch her name) did a beautiful job on my nails. I had grown out acrylics from prior fills etc, she used my real nails instead of doing another acrylic nail. I must say, I will never be doing acrylic nails again. She took her time, paid attention to the detail and was very gentle. The other lady’s in there were so sweet, kept checking in on me, asked me if I wanted any water, very clean and bright place too. The lady next to me actually got some wine, how cool is that! Great place, would recommend!

The business is clean and well stocked, using individually packaged manicure tools and offering a wide selection of colors. The staff are friendly and helpful, making it a relaxing spa experience. Lex I adore this place. The people are welcoming and friendly. Although I set appointments I’ve seen walk ins come in and get served fairly quickly. They do amazing with any inspo pics or descriptions! I love the community and kindness I feel when I get my nails done here.

So, today I decided to give Top Ten Nails a try since all of their most recent reviews have been positive. My technician, Kim #3 (that’s what she told me her name was), was AMAZING!! She took the time to make sure my toes were healthy and that they looked good! I will definitely be going back to see her!

Ashanti Wilson I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a hit or a miss. The lady who did my pedicure was very kind and very attentive…The lady who did my full set, did a horrible job, She took a very long time( close to 2hrs) to do my nails and could not draw lines correctly(had to be assisted by another employee), I do not like my Nails. The only reason I left was because I was extremely tired from the service taking so long and I had a flight to catch directly after. Overall I was charged $125 for a full set (see below) and a (basic)gel pedicure. The shape is supposed to be square but came out horribly. I am Very disappointed with the service and feel like I’ve been robbed.

Amy Criss My (young teen) daughter and I went in today. We were separated across the room from each other. My nails went fine, but my daughter requested almond nails and the lady took entire chunks of her nails out. My daughter was in pain and too afraid to speak up during the process and when I was made aware of it and confronted her, she said “well her nails are just too short for it so I had to do that.” Ok if her nail is too short then say that and tell her to pick something else?? Offer tips? Something? Then their solution was to put super glue in it to make it heal. ??? I’ve included 1 picture but several of her fingers are like this. Wont be back.

Allison Ganders I’ve been coming here for years! I’ve always had great or decent nails but in the last year it’s like every set I get is bad. She was more concerned about up charging me for random things than getting the polish on my entire nail. I was cut on almost every finger and my thumb nail was cut so short on the side that it’s really painful and now has a hang nail. When I told her about my thumb nail she said “it’s just skin”. Will not be going back!

Mariposa Cardona she nicked me a total of 12 times but i got thru it with a couple breaks.. I requested to have them fix two nails bc I got clear nails and there were drill marks on the bottom of the nails, with them being clear you can still see the imperfections. Did not accommodate with fixing them still making me pay full price like bruh and unfortunately I left my charger and reading book… called and told them to hold it for me which they said they would do so, but when I came to retrieve my items they seems to not know anything about anything. inconsiderate.

kenlie hooks i came in for a blue nail with a lighter blue airbrush in the middle. i asked and he said they have the airbrush. he proceeded to take off my nails i had on before and made multiple of my nails bleed. cut through my skin. my nails were hurting so bad i told him i would come back when they healed. i came back and he did the blue color and then said they didn’t have the airbrush. after telling me they did. i think he just didn’t want to do it. i would not have gotten this color if i wasn’t getting the other blue. now i have to go to another nail salon and have them do it.

Suzie Goodwin This place went above and beyond what we paid for. We only wanted pedicures and a manicure. They worked on us for over an hour and a half. We even got back massages while my nails and toes were still drying. We will definitely be going back. They were also very clean.

Stephanie Wilson I went to get my nails done. I sat down they started soaking my nails off. The lady gets up, grabs her purse, and says someone will be there in 5 minutes to finish my nails. She then leaves. 40 minutes later the lady returns and still I am still soaking. She came in spoke in a forgone language to an older gentlemen and that’s when my nails stated to get worked on. In that 40 minutes not one person checked on me or asked if I wanted anything to drink. If my nails weren’t soaking I would have left. I understand having to wait for walk-ins but there were literally two other costumers in there and 40 minutes to soak off when there are workers sitting doing nothing. The dip nails chipped and crack in less than week AND I had hang nails that didn’t get cut off of the sides. … don’t go here.

Ivy goes way above and beyond to ensure my nails are exactly what I want them to be each time. Pedicures -- amazing relaxing. She also does lashes! Book with her and reserve your appt! 10/10

Chloe Wilshire This place is a joke. I came here to get my nail fixed and eyebrows waxed. There was no customers in here so I should have known that it was fixing to be bad. Whoever was working told me that they don’t do eyebrow waxes, and that nobody could fix my ONE broken nail until 3 pm because they “had appointments” I came in at 12:30 and as I said there was no customers. To fix my broken/cracked nail would have taken 5 minutes, and another 5 minutes for a simple eyebrow wax that I was refused. As I said this place is a joke and they obviously don’t want money. I would have tipped well too.their loss.

Jara Thomas Gonzalez Update: So, I went back two weeks & one day later for a fill. I immediately noticed that they were WAY uncomfortable & honestly didnt look right. At first, I thought "No big deal, everyone has off days. Well fix them in two weeks", well two weeks went by & I still didnt need a fill which kinda struck me as odd, but thought they were just sticking better. After FIVE (5) weeks, my eyes HURT, I had very little fall out so I decided to remove them myself (with lash remover), at this point the outer corner of my right eye has no lashes & on both eyes my bottom lashes are longer than the top. Once I started removing them I saw what a terrible job had been done, there were 4 extensions glued together held on by two natural lashes in some places, so so many extensions were like that. My lashes couldnt grow out because they were restricted so badly. Its kinda my own fault because I noticed as she was doing it the glue smelled REALLY strong when it hadnt the first time. I shouldve said something, I shouldnt have left them on for five weeks but I genuinely thought my pregnancy had something to do with it because she kept saying that it could effect them even though I had never heard of that. So please learn from my mistake & do NOT get your lashes done here. Even if theyre the only place available to do them. I apologize if my original review got you to come here in the first place. Its still posted below if you care to know what my first impression of this place was. Literally heartbroken that it ended up this way. Highly recommend this place for lash extensions! Ive had my eyelashes done 4 other times at other places & ended up highly disappointed, there was significant loss within the first 24 hours, but Im on day 3 (or 4) from getting them done here & have literally only lost one! I cant feel them, I dont have to brush them into place to look right & my eyelids werent glued together when she finished! I will definitely keep them up now, so so glad I found this place!

Sydnee Pratt I’ve had multiple sets done by multiple techs at Paint and I love them all. The techs are warm and fun to talk to and do such great work. They’re quick to make any fixes that may be needed and nails always turn out consistently top tier. Alysandra did a set for me today after getting botched by another local shop and did a FANTASTIC job. She beyond precious and extremely talented at what she does. I’ve also had my sets done by Heather and Andrea as well but you’re truly in good hands with any tech at Paint. And didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she had to take my polish off to re do it several times, and rushed through my nails. This afternoon I barely bumped my acrylic nail and it BROKE. I’m going back tomorrow to get it fixed, but after tomorrow I don’t think I will be going back.

Second supposely I was to get a manicure with a dip, the owner just made the dip and never started a proper manicure, I wonder I was the only costumer in a Saturday morning…. Super bad experience, nothing personal just putting out my own experience.

Hannah did such an amazing job on my nails, she listened to my requests, payed extra attention to detail and was informative on how I could strengthen my nails. While I was there it seemed like Nancy was also highly recommended for services. Great job O.P. nails, I will be a return customer.

This was my first time ever getting French tips (getting my nails done in general) and eyebrows waxed. I showed the lady the picture of what I wanted once, and she got it exactly how it was in the picture. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

K Olivas I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I went in for almond-shaped nails, but the technician clearly didnt know how to do them. When I politely mentioned that the shape wasnt right, she handed me the nail file and told me to do it myself! I was shocked and told her that I couldn’t do it, and she actually kicked me out of her chair. This is not how you treat a customer, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Terrible service and unprofessional behavior

Jeslyn Carnero The place is really pretty but the nails they did are not. My nail tech was nice but not nice enough to make up for the horror that he put on my nails. The nails look nothing like the inspo pictures, he didn’t let me choose the length before cutting them. The nails were also put on crooked as well. The nails are just horrible overall. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I’m going to show the inspo picture and then mine.

Vanessa Garcia I called Salon to make appointment. They were GREAT to get 3 last minute pedicures in. We had just left the hospital and we’re looking to relax. However, was kind of disappointed in the service. If you look at my pedicure it does NOT look like I got a pedicure. The gel polish is messy. Either on the cuticle or way higher than the cuticle. It’s so uneven and doesn’t look clean. Same with the cuticles. I paid, left in a rush to get to the funeral home and didn’t even look @ my feet until I got home.

Maria Maldonado I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the technician used nail tips that were significantly larger than my natural nails and applied an excessive amount of glue. Despite requesting short nails, she refused to cut them to my desired length. Additionally, the dip powder application was extremely messy, resulting in uneven, bumpy nails with product applied to my cuticles. What made the experience worse was how invalidated I felt throughout the process. I always strive to be polite, but it seemed like my concerns were completely disregarded. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the technician dismissed my concerns and claimed my nails were so thick because of the tip rather than acknowledging the poor application. When I asked for removal, she continued questioning my request instead of respecting my wishes. Another technician, Amy, then attempted to fix the nails by adding more product and filing, but this only made them even worse. The nails remained crooked, thick, and unappealing, with my thumb nail resembling a ‘duck nail.’ Overall, I felt unheard and disregarded as a customer. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to acknowledge my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this salon

Kylie Israel I’ve gone to this nail salon only a couple times. The first time I went they did a GREAT job! Honestly it was one of the best sets I’ve ever had. But the second time… Tony did my nails. Kayla Beagles I’ve been going for pedicures for quite some time now and haven’t had a problem. Finally decide to start letting them do my nails and I will never go back to them. The first time they broke the next day. Today was the second chance and all my nails are different sizes, one is completely crooked, and purple was left on the side of my fingers.

Pedicure was so ugly lady in such a rush and I felt like I had no voice in there I was the first one there when people started coming in she tried to multitask and couldnt and charges me 20 extra for some ugly glitter. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed.

When I came back to get them fixed, the gentleman who assisted me was rude and kept trying to just file the chips away as opposed to just fixing them. Initial service was horrible as the first tech cut me with the drill and scratched me with her nails and the follow up was worse.

Ruby Gilchrist Me and my sister in law came in to get our nails done bc our normal place was fully booked the man who did my nails didn’t say a word to me the whole appointment I asked for acrylic and got dip instead and I asked for a certain color and instead of telling me that they didn’t have that one anymore he picked a color for me and he brought me powder and asked if it was ok and I only get my nails done like 1-2 a year so when you bring powder to me it looks different then when it’s on nails and I said something and so when I said something he got mad at me bc it wasn’t even close to the color I asked for and he DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING on the drill he was burning my nails the lady that did my sister in laws nails did an amazing job and everyone keep apologizing to me for him ( I picked out a sparkly red and I got a orange)

Jennifer Parra I decided to try this place out since its a few min by my house, i arrived at 9:10 am and got helped at 9:15, pretty fast which is excellent for me. Nicki did my pedicure, really nice and courteous nail tech , so definitely recommend her. She worked on my feet in a timely manner and was gentle. I got dip on my nails with a lady named Be, really quite and focused on her work, which I liked, I’m not big on conversating so I didn’t mind her being so quite, I honestly don’t like spending too much time at the nail salon. I’ll be back on my nails review tho, to see how long they last and if Be did a good job. I definitely recommend this place….i will be back and make a 2nd review. 11-4-22 I went in again for a full set of solar nails,,, Nicky was my nail tech again,,.her work is beautiful… loved my nails,,, my pedicure was done by another girl but didn’t get her name, she was in a rush and wasn’t really putting much effort on my pedi,,,

Mind you that I do have difficult nails but they have always made them look good but today I was pissed at how sloppy and ugly they came out looking and him trying to tell me thats the best he could do with how my nails are but nobody else has ever had an issue.

Marina Martinez Absolutely love this place! So friendly & usually, if not always is fully staffed. They really try their best to do any nail design or style you want. I have to rave about my preferred nail tech Wendy! She is the only person I go to (everyone else is also talented) but Wendy does great work! We’ve been going strong 1 year now. Tracy is who I go to for my pedicures! Tracy does really good work on my feet & she is so sweet. 10/10 recommend. They can get busy though so setting an appointment would be wise.

Best pedicure I have ever had I was also searching for a new nail tech well I found one at Zen her name is Mia I enjoy conversation and her honesty. She will let you know what looks good and she is an expert when it comes to nails she always has a beautiful set herself! I recommend Zen 100%

Katie Rowan I’ve been going to Zen at least monthly for about a year and a half! They do amazing dips and pedicures! I love the staff! They are friendly and care about you and tend to remember who you are a your preferences super well! My girl is Hannie! I’ve been requesting her for six months and she’s a DOLL! She’s quick, kind, and talks to you as she progressing in her English! I truly adore her! The only note that sometimes there is a wait BUT they are honest about wait times and work so efficiently to get to everyone! I cannot recommend Zen enough!

Amy Ellis I asked for pink and white dip, which I’ve had done here several times. Today, a man said “we can’t do that”. Yet, they didn’t have a problem charging me $53 two weeks prior for it. Then he said just wait about 45 minutes to see if someone could do it. HORRIBLE service. Will NEVER return.

Luis Ordaz The guy that did my girlfriends nails was very rude and combative the whole time. He didnt fallow her request for short nails and he left them all crooked. My girlfriend was on the verge of tears the whole time because he was being so rude. I will never be taking her there again.

Jennifer Quintana The stars were from 2 years ago but recently 2023 I went again, and the service was amazing again. Loan and Tamic were excellent nail techs! Tamic did my pedi, and Loan did my nails. I have one toe that got smashed, she made it look pretty. They took great care with my nails, and I love the end results. I will be back.

Chaya Leibo The worst place I’ve ever been to. While doing my nails, they were also doing eyebrows for multiple people at the same time. They injured my skin, and at the end, they tried to charge me double the price. When I refused to pay the inflated price, they removed the nails I just had done. Absolutely not recommended! There are plenty of better places in the city. Don’t go there.

Victoria Plasencio Tried out this place because my daughter wanted a pedi in the hello kitty chairs. The people who work here a nice! However the guy who did my pedicure did not know what he was doing. He cut my toenails crooked, he cut them way to short even after I asked him not to, and I was in pain when he was cutting my cuticles. Which blew my mind 90 dollars later this is for both my daughter and Pedi, my Gel polish is chipped. I have been getting gel pedis for the last 5 years this has this happened.

Gracie Wilkins People were decently nice. Lady who did my nails was way too rough, my nail beds were sore for 2 days after! The nails look amazing, but my two pinky nails and my right pointer broke off within the second day with barely any effort bc they were cracked. Very upset.

Denisse Valentino The truth I had my doubts to go there since I saw bad reviews but I still went and I do not regret it, the guy who attended me was kind and at all times asked me if everything was going well, I read in the bad comments that they pressure you to get there and ask for nails, but I think its their way of working and even if you ask them time to choose they are kind, In a certain part I liked it because the work they did was fast and well executed the only thing I would leave as advice is to clean and disinfect all their work tools at the time of serving each client since I did not see that and if it is something important but from there on everything very well for me.

Debra Gray I had been coming to this place to get my nails done for the past 7 years but that changes today. I like my nails short (no tip) but apparently you cant get YOUR nails done the way YOU want them done because if its not the way your nail tech wants to do them, theyll be aggressive with you, file deep into the sides of your nail, make you bleed and then blame you because you wanted them short. Screw this place, theres plenty of other businesses in Amarillo to give your money to.
