Cody Went with the wife I had a great pedicure but she received a manicure and ended up with a cuts all on her cuticles most noticeably her thumb which was bleeding. Most definitely don’t recommend for nails they are supposed to be French tip and it was un even etc. 12/4/24. I would not recommend.

Leslie Beautiful place ! When you walk in it gives peaceful vibes. You check in online and they greet you immediately! There were plenty of pedicure seats. And they had more than two people working which was great , we didnt have to wait long . We got the Pure Powder spa which was so relaxing n refreshing. This is my here nail place to go !

Teri Lynn This was my second time coming into the salon. I got a full set last time and this time was a fill in and a nail design. I feel like the lady was a little frustrated with me because I wanted a design. She kept wiping it off and redoing it. She didnt really talk to me much which I am fine with. I noticed there was a hair in the acrylic on one of my nails. Most likely from the brush she was using because she kept pulling little hairs out of it. I told her I saw a hair but she just laughed a little and didnt say anything. I felt a little awkward but just hoped the nail design would cover it. When she finished my nails she said "thank you" and stood up and walked away. When it was time to pay she had the pay screen already up and I had a birthday coupon to use so I asked if it was applied and she said yes. When I said I was going to pay cash the total decreased by 11 dollars which weirded me out. The tip was still applied but the total dropped a lot so I was confused thinking she overcharged me at first and hoped I wouldnt notice. All in all Im happy with the nails I just wish the experience was better since I came in for my birthday and to treat myself.

HONG VO I went to DHB Nail last weekend with my husband and we both had an amazing experience! I got gel X manicure and gel pedicure while he got their special Serum Spa Pedicure . The interior is clean, has cute decors and all the polish colors are beautifully displayed. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from. The staffs are friendly and my nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. I’ve been getting so many complements for my new set of nails. The massage chair and foot bath added a very relaxing experience and we both overall are very pleased with the service. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and pamper ourselves again soon!

Paul Shofner Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. Ive been getting pedicures for over 20 years. Mahalia tells me because she is a nail tech so she can not cut back my nails. Then she and the owner keeps trying to tell over and over that she can not do that only a Dr can do tht. They are not in grown nails. This place is a scam. 1st thing she ask if she could cut my nails. Why else would I be getting a pedicure. Completely bad place. I Ask if that was on website and of course it was not. Appalled at this business. Well never return for a 65 dollar pedicure of just barley rubbing my feet The owner is argumentative. They kept saying the same thing over and over almost as it was rehearsed. So Im sure this is not the 1st time this has happed. They sure didnt mind take my money for an incomplete service. I did not have ingrown nails as I told the nail tech. But I did want them trimmed on the sides. You should be ashamed of your business. Post something on your website or tell the customer when they come in that you do not trim the sides of the nail. Instead of waiting till the end of the service. That is the scam!!

Anel Carreon This is the 2nd time I visit this salon with my daughter and son in law while visiting from Austin. They are always so welcoming and accommodating. The nail shop is very clean and the employees are kind, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this salon.

CC andDB I recently had a gel pedicure with chrome at your establishment before my vacation abroad. Unfortunately, upon arriving at my destination three days later, I discovered that the polish on three of my toes had completely peeled off. I contacted the owner to express my dissatisfaction, but he was dismissive and stated that since I was no longer present, there was nothing he could do. While I understand his point, I found his rudeness to be highly unprofessional, when a little empathy would have eased the loss of a $125 for a pedicure that didnt last 3 days. Due to the poor customer service I experienced, I would not recommend your establishment to others. Furthermore, the owners dismissive attitude and lack of apology for the inconvenience caused have left me deeply disappointed. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your customer service in the future.

Della Carroll I am very very happy about my visit! I actually walked in when they were super busy, in which they gave me several options. I am grateful for that. My experience was only brought down by a client being rude to the staff. I am always treated as a priority and made to feel amazing throughout! I want to thank you for amazing service!

Marco I set up appointments for my wife at various locations at times depending on availability and time. This time around I tried out Orchid for my wife. I called, set up an appointment and sent her on her way with the money on the date. She has her preferred place but that wasnt available within this timeframe. So I set her up with the Deluxe Mani with Gel $45+13 and the Orchid Spa Pedi With Gel $69+$13. Only one of her feet were really taken care of vs the other on her Pedi. One foot was left feeling rough and was rushed. On her Mani the tech cut her and scraped her cuticles, did a poor job on the nails. Quality is non-existent, 2 days and already falling apart. I dont recommend this place. The staff was courteous and the services seem very interesting but the bottom line is that If the service is sub par and the quality and durability are almost non-existent then they get a poor review and one less customer from me and my wife. Update Wife went back for the guarantee fix. Well. Its was worse than the original. Instantly broke hours after the fix. Please avoid this business for your nail needs. I posted the picture of the thumb nail completely destroyed the same day.

Kaylah Alvarado I walked in with my mother today and we were greeted right away. Man at the front was very nice and got us situated right away. The lady I had ( I didn’t get her name ) did not say one word besides what color I wanted. As she set up I accidentally understood “up” thinking to lift my feet and she very rudely said “ no” and shoved my feet down. There were moments where she would dig in a little aggressively so I would flinch but I felt that I was being a bit dramatic and she just didn’t move or say anything. I paid for a signature pedi and I didn’t even leave with a scrub on my feet. The massage was as if she was just smacking my legs around and then threw on lotion and called it a day. Everything felt rushed and like she didn’t want to be there. My big toe nails were fully grown into perfect squares and I ended up with very badly trimmed nails. I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in so long and decided to treat myself but ended up being so disappointed. I’m embarrassed. When the lady was done she just got up and left and went with another client not letting me say anything. The lady beside her doing someone else’s nails had let me know I was done and helped me out my chair .

Came in on Sunday as a walk in and they were able to get me in for a pedi and new acrylic set. It was a bit of a wait but not too bad. I believe making an appointment would have reduced that wait time to minimal if not 0. I can’t recall the name of the girl who did my toes but she was great. Focusing on the health of my nails and not filing them down too much. Tamira did my nails and was quick professional and above all was gentle. From the application to the her use of the drill. I have very thin natural nails and I felt she was considerate of that. I let her freestyle the design and though what I got was not her original plan it still came out incredible. I’ll definitely be going back to her. This place is also very clean and sanitizes the tools in between customers and use new scrubbers for each person. Again. I will be back!!!

Kenneishia Jones Found this business on a fb hair page. Read the reviews and they were really good and I really liked the idea that they are nail techs and this is not a chop shop. I booked an appointment on Thursday evening with Tamira for Friday morning. Tamira was very kind and personable. She listened to all of my concerns and questions and explained the prices of my services to me ahead of time, as well as the prices of things I may want to get in the future. This definitely calmed all anxiety surrounding what I would be paying or what I would choose to pay for in the future. I showed Tamira a picture of what I wanted and she pretty much did my nails spot on. I love the shape of my nails and she has been the only person who has shaped my nails the way I like them. The atmosphere of the shop was chill and relaxing and I cant wait to go back and keep trying new things. Im confident that Tamira will be able to accomplish whatever task I throw at her! If youve been debating about trying them, this is your sign to GO!

Come back a little after 6, and the nail tech is done with her client, but says the owner is not going to be back till after 6. Not sure how the owner’s presence is relevant, and if the place can’t do business without him, then why was there a customer in there.

Leslie Turner Ive been to many nail salons over the past 4 years however I have never been to a salon that not only offers you free drinks but the handy work of this gentleman Tommy was top notch! Normally it takes around 2 hours to get my nails done but I was here just a little over an hour and this is the best my nails have ever looked! I will definitely be returning to see how well a fill in for my nails will turn out :) If your looking for a good nail salon look no further! I absolutely loved my nails, my daughter loved hers as well but my other daughter did not like how hers turned out. We let them know, in which immediately set us up for a fix a couple of hours later in which they turned out perfect. I love this place and we will 100% be returning!

K I have given this place many chances, as I used to be a regular but small incidents just push me away, today was my last one. I work every single day and got out today saw that this salon closes at 5pm and I live down the street. There was no one in the parking lot so I sat in my car and checked the time it closed again and it was 5pm I looked at the clock and it was 4:25pm I’m looking at the door and I see the owner go and lock the door and walk away fast thinking I cannot see inside or see him locking the door as I was getting off my car. I will never return here again. This is why this place is always so slow and good techs leave because customer service is just horrible. I came down the street on Edgemere and Saul kleinfeld and they took me with open arms ☺️

Kayla Woodward So I actually had gone to the pretty nail salon near csl plasma center on n Yarbrough. My Experience with Tiffany was okay but when she did my acrylic nails they hurt my nail bed so bad! Like I was crying every time I touched something. Well I tried to go back and fix them couple weeks later. After I called told them my issues they said to just wait it out, they said if my nails haven’t been done in a long time it would hurt. Well 3 weeks later still in. Pain. So I decided I’m not dealing with that I called here and I talked it out with the manger Lynn I think and she helped me asked me about my experience there and what I wanted to do. They allowed me to do a walk in and I automatically got help. I can’t remember the guys name who did my nails but he was amazing the entire time taking off my acrylic nails he was super gentle didn’t hurt me not even once. He made sure I got what I wanted when I showed him my photo. But he replaced my acrylic to dip powder nail with gold line designs. Yes, the price was high BUT ALSO REMEMBER YOUR PRETTY MUCH IN AN OUTLET MALL. So I love my experience they were attentive and kind and helped me when another places messed up my nails. They literally feel like my normal nails. I love this place it’s the only place I trust to get my nails done now.thank you guys

Merlay Chiado I recently visited this location for pedicures with my mom and daughter. While the service itself was satisfactory, I have a few concerns. First, the gentleman providing the service to my mom was overly friendly to the point of being flirtatious, which felt unprofessional. Secondly, I was pressured into choosing a more expensive pedicure package for myself and my daughter. The technician repeatedly insisted on the $78 package, claiming that gel polish would be included for free. Despite my attempts to opt for the $50 package, he kept flipping back to the more expensive option, convincing me that it was a better deal. However, when it came time to pay, I was informed that the promotion I was promised was incorrect. Although the manager apologized, they refused to honor what I was told. Instead, I was offered a discount if I scanned their QR code and left a 5-star review with pictures. This felt like a blatant attempt to manipulate customer feedback and avoid addressing their mistake. I appreciate the quality of the pedicure, but the lack of professionalism and misleading promotion left a bad impression. I wont be returning.

I received gel manicure and pedicure plus eyebrow, waxing and under arm waxing. I am definitely glad I came. So I set out to find a new place. Infinity Nail Salon has a cute bar. Theyre next to UTEP so lets go Miners check them out! Save yourself on 3% charge& pay with cash. Dont forget to tip :) At Infinity Nail Bar, up charges for length and shape are fair. Colored acrylic is available at no extra charge (for now). Full sets start at $45... go up with length and shape $10-$15. Im not sure what the fills go for. Im a new customer so I probably paid for the cost of Change. No big deal, I get it. So I clipped my claws off and kept it simple. I was charged $45 for my fill... the length wasnt too long in my opinion. A small setback about Infinity Nail Bar... background story of where my thoughts come from: I was forced to use my Spanish because family didnt know English. I was taught its rude if we spoke & they couldnt understand us. I liked the previous salon because English was primarily spoken, but their prices are higher, which is offset with the cuticle oil they give free & welcome snack & water. Im always skeptical in a salon when a foreign language is primarily used around me. Im sure many of you are. Not to worry, there is a lady who speaks fluent English & Spanish at Infinity Nail Bar. The prices are found inside the brochure. Made a mistake and didnt capture it

I typically get dip powder and I must say, I won’t get dip done anywhere else. Jenny’s work is so detailed and refined, she truly has mastered her craft! I love this nail salon. The staff is so kind and inviting and they always offer a free beverage of your choice. Bonny (Jenny’s pup) is a plus for me at every visit!

selena This was my first time getting my nails done here. And I had a very bad appointment. The lady that was doing my nails was not being attentive with my nails. I booked the tropical gel, and the lady completely skipped the cuticle and just went to the acrylic. When I told her about why she didnt do my cuticles, and she said shed do it after. From what I know, your supposed to do the cuticle before u start the gel. After the gel, she didnt even prep my cuticle, so I spent 60 dollars for nothing. She didnt clean up the gel correctly, so some of the gel is stuck on my skin ans under my nail.

Im usually not a confrontational person so thats the reason i didnt say anything but the nail tech looked like she really didnt know what she was doing when doing my acrylic nails and the style i wanted. I left a picture for reference for what i wanted vs what i got. Staff was very nice and atmosphere is good but i just definitely think that these are not $130 dollars worth.

laura legarretta I have been going with Bella for months and every time its better. She is very attentive and doesnt rush the pedicure. I took my mom to her after she had foot surgery and Bella was so careful and to this day is careful with her foot. Bella is extremely professional and welcoming and give you what you ask for. The salon is very clean.

I told them it was my birthday and they even gifted a whole 3 pack of lotions! Price was a little out of my normal 145 foot gel pedicure, coffin nails and design on each nail but it was worth it with the amazing service they provided. 10/10!

Not sure the lady has done dip before she dipped my nails like 12 times they were so thick they looked terrible every nail was uneven and miss shaped. I asked for pedicure in same color but it looks like two different colors because on my toes she only did the two coats but on my hands theres so many coats its completely darker. Not happy and I paid over $100 for crap. The place isnt very clean, everything is completely cluttered and has tons of dust and dont even get me started on the smell. I would not recommend this place find somewhere else.

Lillyan Lopez Kevin, Dian, and Kelly are absolutely amazing! My grandma and I have been coming for years now, about 4 years, and every time they are so attentive, efficient and friendly. Kevin and Dian are amazing with the acrylic nails and nail art. Kelly amazing with the pedicure, she gets my grandmas ingrown toenails everytime. We love coming here and we highly recommend asking for any of the three! They even gave us lotions for Christmas!

Veronica Castillo If you want your brand new pedicure to look 2 weeks old, go here. They were going to fix it but I just couldn’t spend 30-40 more minutes of my life sitting there. They started removing the gel when I said I needed to go and I told them I would be back Wednesday to finish up. They still charged me $40 for the pedicure portion. No discount for the inconvenience, no nothing. Never coming here again. Client lost. Preferred old ownership. EDIT- I would 100% expect you to not charge for the gel because it was a terrible job anyway. That’s not offering your customer any type of discount for the inconvenience. Added the picture of the gel you so kindly didn’t charge me for in the photos. ☺️

Salma mendez I’ve been coming on off for years mainly for pedicures which they always do a great job on, doesn’t matter who you go with. The massage is always so relaxing. However I was tired of having too book so far in advance with nail techs and decided to come in for a manicure while I grow my nails out and Tiffany ( one of the best) killed it!! They’ve hired a lot of very talented people recently and I’m impressed. Will continue to come, also not very pricey, fast and always very friendly. They will remember you and your family from that one time you came years ago, give you water and snacks. Love Jersey and highly recommend Tiffany!

Brianna Gurrola I don’t usually get my nails done because it’s very hard to find a trustworthy nail tech. I decided to trust Xoey for my graduation nails and I was left very unsatisfied. The quality of the nail design came out very poor. The chrome lines that I wanted weren’t very defined and are already starting to chip off. The whole process felt rushed and not very cared for. My nails ended up looking messy and rushed. They were definitely not worth 160 dollars.

Carolina Kazaq I really like and recommend this salon! I was here the first time and got an acrylic manicure done in a very long time. And I wasn’t disappointed! Tammy would ask me what I precisely wanted and made it happen. The atmosphere was really peaceful and quiet, so you could actually enjoy the procedure. I like that a lot! They would offer you a nice water and in general it was a really nice and chilled room temperature and it wouldn’t smell like a typical acrylic nail salon, but fresh and decent. Everything was neat and clean for me and I will be definitely going back for more designs!

I believe Kevin did my pedicure and my nails. I got the collagen pedicure and I get the dip on my nails. They turned out wonderful. My cuticles look good! I recommend this spot! With 5 stars. I went an hour before closing on a Sunday and was the only one there. They have massage chairs and the girl who performed my treatment was really sweet and did a great job, I believe her name was Aliyah. I tried the Milk & Honey pedicure package. I would definitely like to come back again during my stay in El Paso. Took my mother, on my latest visit, we both got pedicures and gel done on our toenails. We had a great time and relaxing experience. This time I got a purple-indigo color.

Lindsey L Needed a last minute pedicure for 3 people, myself and my parents, they were available for and very accommodating even at 6:00 pm! The pedicures were perfect all our feet feel brand new and look callus free. Smooth as a baby’s butt as the saying goes, with pretty painted toes to boot! ebony louise The service and nail tech was great, but I would avoid this establishment at all costs. Quality is super poor for regular polish. I got a pedicure and manicure, but my main issue was with the manicure. They do not put a base or top coat on your toe nails or finger nails to seal the product. I literally got a clear coat of polish on my hands in the afternoon and it was gone in less than 24 hours. Came to the store to get a refund and they don’t honor that which is something that should be stated prior to rendering services.

Brenda Perez Tony and Betty did a good job on the manicure and pedicure. Where i have issues with is with the extra services they charge that were not performed. I didnt get chrome on my cateye nails and also got charged for a hand massage that i didnt ask for (+$20-$30). Even after that, i left a tip and paid about $150 for short cateye nails and deluxe pedicure. Its also not the first time this has happened and i was willing to give them a second chance but after today i will definitely go to another place where prices are set from the start and the nail tech makes you aware of the extra charges. Ill also consider reviewing their business on the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE: OWNER REACHED OUT AND LOOKED INTO THE RECEIPTS TO CONFIRM THE CHARGES AND OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Alma Alvarez If I could give zero stars I would. Took my two little girls to get her nails done and they did the same thing two different people and one charged $25 and the other $35. When I question why it was a different charge the lady began to scream saying that nails cost money and that she could take them off my child. Very aggressive and horrible customer service. Will never go back. Don’t recommend this service for anyone.

Eliza Kristine Hernandez I absolutely enjoyed my nail service here. We walked in to make an appointment the night before and arrived earlier than the recommended time. We had pedicures and full set manicures. They provided complimentary mimosas and sweet Moscato which initially helped with relaxing us even more and were treated to what felt like deep tissue leg/feet massages. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Kim as she specializes in acrylic flower designs. Originally I had a different vision for my nails going in but they had the most beautiful color on their toes and hands called Pixie Dust and from there on my idea was gone. Kim worked with me on my nails as well and was super accommodating with any specifications I had or customizations I added on at the end of our session and requested. Most lovely nail set Ive ever enjoyed, great shaping and application. Love love loveeeee them! Pictures dont do it justice they glisten in the sunlight. I would 100% come back here again if only I wasnt visiting in town all the way from VA. Dru Aragon First time I went there the lady took her time and did great. I went back today and had a terrible experience. I spent $70 for my nails to look maybe worse than they did before. I can’t believe I paid for this. Zoom in to see my cuticles and she just cut my nails off rather than file square. My hands are so dry.

April F Customer service & facility was not great. The woman doing my manicure literally told me she was falling asleep in the middle of the service. There were dirty towels, rusted tools and bugs, but I didnt have time to go to another salon that day. Only reason this is not a 1 star is because my nails were okay enough.

Leah Brown I enjoyed my first experience here! I think it was Kevin that did my pedicure. He was attentive and gentle. Hes a man of few words, but I personally prefer that in spa settings. There was only one other customer when I walked in, so I was able to be serviced immediately. The only thing that took away from my experience was the other customer having multiple conversations with people on speaker phone. Things like that take away from a relaxing environment. I wish an employee would have told her to be mindful of the atmosphere. Maybe theres no policy in place, but it was indeed annoying. Thankfully, I had my earphones to help drown out her talking.

B H If you’re looking for recommendations I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I stopped service before my “nail tech” could even put the polish on. Had an attitude because I asked for a specific nail shape and continued to shape them another way. Bulky, warped and uneven nails. Just don’t. Save your money.

Sophia Christianne Nabhan Me and my friend had made it an appointment, and we were told that we would be seen by two women who work there, when we got there we were sat with two men instead. Apparently with what my friend told me the man who is doing her nails was doing so badly that the woman who was supposed to see us had to take over and finish doing her nails. While I was getting my nails done I had asked him if they had gemstones and he did not understand me I’m not even sure if he spoke or understood English. And while he was using the electric file he got my cuticles multiple different times also the paint on certain nails is uneven. This was not my first visit at star nails spa, even the first time that I went there my nails were not done well. overall experience there was kind of frustrating

Adrienne Asked for a manicure and left with only my cuticles barley being taken off. Cuticles were cut on dry skin, my cuticles weren’t pushed back and I was not provided (light massage) as mentioned in manicure description or lotion/oil afterwards. I left with my nails feeling very dry and my cuticles still being there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ashley Vasquez It’s very disappointing to say that lately my service with star nail spa has been not the greatest. Kenny disappointed me the way he did my nails this time, the same week he did my nails 2 nails snapped off and one of them was coming off already, he never takes his time anymore, he does lumpy nails and doesn’t draw good anymore and is always in a rush. He did a really bad job , never coming back ever again even though I was a loyal customer. I had let him know that the nails didn’t even last a week and didn’t want to help me fix them. I will never depend on this place again.

However, my pedicure turned out great and I also got a full set put on. They took their time and made sure I was happy. My nails look really pretty and I have gotten so many compliments on them. I walk in my 1st impression is this place looks dirty I got seated quick for a pedi…. He grabs a nail clipper from his cart which I know isn’t clean I asked is it clean he says yes than he proceeds to use a dirty nail file & a dirty buffer I asked him why are you reusing those on clients he says he doesn’t have money to buy new ones for each client…& if clients want new ones they need to pre order or pay more for it…he almost reused a pumice stone too but grabbed a new one. Don’t come here they’re not taking and safety precautions at all it’s dirty and cheap here.

Tee. This does not reflect the quality of a $120 service. Picked bright orange. Had to ask to redo the paint on my toes because they painted white as the base coat to make it “pop,” and painted the orange over it. Coats were patchy/uneven & could see the white underneath. Every toe was a diff shade of orange even tho it was the same color. The fingernails speak for itself in the pic attached.. unacceptable. Meanwhile, peeling the fried acrylic off the tips of my fingers & cuticles. I believe this was the owner who did this.

Stephanie Prexl Went in a day prior and asked for a pedi & a cat eye polish with NO FILING cause I have thin nails. Charged me 28$ for the cat eye polish (which was fine), but then 10$ extra “for design” which I didn’t get. The cat eye wasn’t even done properly. The nails chipped in less than 48 hours and she filed my nails anyway so it cracked in a terrible spot. When I called to have it fixed, I asked for the owner or manager, he hung up on me!! I had to call back to speak to a receptionist & still Brandon didn’t work on my nails as discussed. He had another woman do it. He speaks to his staff very poorly & doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction only about how much we will spend. If you’re going to be price gauging, make sure your services are worth the price. & don’t up charge to fix your mistakes. Never had a problem getting pedicures there, but definitely won’t be giving them my business anymore. (Also never had to leave a 1 star review before.)

stephanie han I want to call out the owner. Very rude and greedy. Wouldn’t let my 10 year old sit next to me during their dead hours. He said unless I paid for an additional pedicure. He only cares about money. I’ve seen how he treats his employees. He doesn’t like them talking to one another and tells them to stop talking when they do. I’ve heard him say, “Get back to work!” No respect towards his clients or workers. I can tell he’s a control freak and has a huge ego.

Tiffany Lujan Extremely disappointed in my pedicure and overlay/nails. My toe nails were cut very short and filed uneven. My nails are lumpy and sides were not filed. The ones that were are lopsided!The time I spent there was beyond unacceptable as well! Not only are they expensive but the technicians are very unprofessional. I will not be going back!

Marisela Martinez I took my daughter 1 week ago to get a gel manicure for her birthday. It’s been 1 week and her nail polish is lifting. I had gone 1 day before and mine is good. It really does matter who works on your feet & hands. But if they are going to allow the not so good people work on you then they should not charge full price. $150 for my daughters nails to look like this after 1 week is not good

Jesse Daigüal Called at 3, was told to go at 4, was told no appointment needed, they were doing 2 pedicures for some ladies that were very annoying customers, and nails for 10 year old girls. Im upset because I was encouraged to wait, yet the 2 people doing pedicures are SO SLOW and to avoid wasting peoples time, why dont you book appointments. What a waste of my time!!!

Rosie Luna-froehlich My pedicure was good. The tech I got took her time and really did a great job on my feet. The tech my sister got was impatient, did not take her time and cut my sisters cuticle and made her bleed. I didn’t like that the tech ignored the bleeding until my sister asked her to rinse it. You kind of role the dice on this place. Just depends on who does your nails.

Ana Sanchez After using a brush to wash off all the acrylic left on my hands (goops left under my nails), these are my nails the next morning. The place is not the cleanest, and even with an appointment youre waiting. These nails are SO thick and do not look oval as I asked.

michelle martinez I would like to say the majority of employees are very nice and do awesome work. One particular lady was extremely rude. I told her the color and she made a face then looked at her friend sitting next to her. Then she said something about a number. I told her my bad, i didnt see a number by the color. She said its fine and that she would have to look it up. She starts gluing my nails then gets on the phone. Shes calling a doctors office then says she will be right back. Note the doctor wasnt calling her, she decided to call the doctor at that time. Sounded important so I waited for her. She returns and keeps working. She is distracted and talking to her friend the whole time. The problem is that everytime she talks to her friend, she stops working on my nails. I was in her chair for 45 mins and all she did was apply the tips and acrylic. She finished applying acrylic at 3 PM. At this point, im still all smiles. She then proceeds to clean all her brushes. Not just the one she was using on me but all her brushes. At least three. And of course still chatting with her friend. I will say her friend was talking but still working on her client. At 3:12, I told her its already 3:12. She asked if I was in a hurry, I said yes. She said youre going to be here for a while. I heard her say something about 40. Not sure if she meant another 40 mins or 3:40. I said well if you would stop leaving and stop stopping to talk to your friend, it may not be that long. She proceeded to waste more time doing nothing then I then asked her if I could pay for the service she did do. She said $65. Mind you my nails had not been filed, and no top coat applied. I said $65?!?!?! She came back with $45. I said fine I paid her. I told her she was very unprofessional. Especially how she would not allow me to rest my arms on the table so that she could rest her WHOLE arm. My hands were literally at the edge of the table on my side while she was applying acrylic. She said she didnt care. I go to wash my hands so I can leave And see one of my nails is bent. I told her its bent. She accused me of messing it up on purpose. At this point I raised my voice so the whole room could hear including the manager/owner. I told her mam " I just paid for these. You saw me pay. While I was paying, the nail bent. I am not trying to give you a hard time, i just came to get my nails done. I told her its bent because you didnt put any acrylic on the tip. " Look at the pictures. Notice how there is no acrylic on the tip. Or not nearly enough. She stated that was not true. I showed the whole room of customers how there was no acrylic on the tip. Then she said she would fix it. She starts cutting the nail she messed up. Then tries to cut off one of my other nails that was fine that I had already paid for. I snatched my hand before she could. I told her why are you trying to cut off the other nails I just paid for. She said Im trying to fix it. I said only 1 nail is messed up, youre trying to cut off the other ones that I paid for. I washed my hands and left Everyone here does great work. All are very friendly. This lady however was not. The manager did not speak up, apologize or offer any customer service whatsoever. The lady never apologized for any of it, she make excuses for everything I said, said she didnt care and was just plain rude and unprofessional.

Krab Kingz The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had as a team. Complete stomach turning results. We (as a team) literally support local especially within the north east of El Paso community and stumbled upon this business by the location as well as the reviews. We were placed in a chair and waited over an hour to be attended to. In which the lobby (waiting area) went from FULL to EMPTY THREE TIMES! And I still find myself sitting in a chair awaiting services and to be attended to. I personally as well as a business owner will NEVER recommend this establishment. Didnt even get serviced and left after 2hrs of my time has gone by. Next time please for the sack of customers and their time management male, female, busy, not busy, just be CLEAR on the times and tend to EVERYONE. No waters, no services point blank period or to even offer is CRAZY. 0/10 is I could and I NEVER bring a business down.

Vivian Heredia The people here are very nice however I paid $70 for these small almond nails which are already chipping after only 6 days. I had to go back to the salon when I noticed how rough they were under and on the sides of the nails. The lady eventually filed them down for me and I left with such regret because if I had gone to my regular nail tech she would’ve charged way less with better quality. Not worth the $70 at all.

Margie Rice I went to get a dip my nails started chipping off within 2 days I called & they said they couldn’t do anything bout it… the nail tech (Christina)was not too friendly at all either . For my first time being there I would definitely not recommend it. If I could rate 0 I definitely would.

We love the atmosphere and surroundings and how nice Anns staff is and the drinks that they make, are just to die for. Thank u for taking such great care of my wife and myself. We need more establishments like this in El Paso. Ann makes our visit so soothing and relaxed. We want to thank u for being so different from every other nail salon in El Paso TX. Juli Stephenson This is my all time FAVORITE place to get my nails done. Firstly, its so clean and beautifully decorated with comfy furniture and pretty decor. On top of that, the staff are all so nice and willing to work with you. Just be concise with what you want, and they will try. Angela is so great and talented, and when I showed her something she hadnt seen before, instead of turning me away she really worked hard on it! And it turned out beautiful! Love this place, yall.

Samantha Garcia I wanted to love it here because the staff was friendly but unfortunately I can’t recommend this place. I wanted gel x nails and they convinced me to get builder gel with tips. They quoted me a price for cat eye polish and when I paid the lady increased the price to $20 and when I asked her about it she said ok $15. Almost 100 dollars total! The most I’ve ever paid and it was minimal design and he didn’t even prep my cuticles. The nails looked great but they felt flimsy and the next day all the tips just broke off. Then I went in to fix them and the man was so rushed and he over drilled my nails to the point where I had to pull my hand back multiple times. The tips still fell off over the next two days. Now my nails are in horrible condition. Be cautious!

nadia garcia It was super rushed. It wasn’t even busy at all. I got a pedi and this mani/gel. One week ago! It’s chipping so bad. Sadly it isn’t the first time I go there, and after so many chances still never get it right. You’d think they cared about the business in between all this going on. Oh, and the lady doing them wasn’t wearing a mask. So I think that’s where I draw the line now.

Tina Brown I was looking forward to getting my nails done here because my daughter-in-laws looked amazing, but this is what I got, and it was coming off the same day.

Patricia Brown I took my niece and mother in law there on Monday, and we were the first ones there right as they opened. I asked for a pedi and a fill. At the time, there was only one tech there she began my my pedi while my mother and niece waited for the techs to arrive. It quickly became busy, and the male tech rushed through my mother in laws nails to begin working on mine. I asked him how long it would take as we had another appointment, and i didnt want him to rush. He assured me that he could do it no problem. Another 10 minutes passed, and still, i hadnt started, and so i decided i didnt want to be rushed and declined the fill. I looked at my mother in laws nails as soon as we left and saw they were clumpy, and not even four days later, they started to peel off.

TaNece Carr When I first got there, the person who is doing my nails was an older man and he was wrapped up in sports betting I believe he kept checking his phone in watching the WNBA. I probably should’ve said something right at that point but I did not. I’m like I’m just going to pay attention and you know he’s a professional he should be fine. I told him how I wanted my nails I told him that I wanted them a little thicker because my nails tend to break a lot and I told them that I wanted them narrow according to the picture you can see that I have all different shapes. The man did not ask me what shape now I want to. He just started working on my nails. It does not look good. I tried my best to kind of update him as we were going along, but after he’s already has acrylic going, I really didn’t know what to say in order for him to fix it. But towards the end, I was finally frustrated when I was asking him to fix one nail and I just ask for someone else to do it respectfully, and they told me basically that it was trouble since it had already been been done, and I should’ve said something in the beginning. Which I did. The man was not paying attention. He was paying attention to sports. No one said sorry about anything. And then I did not get gel polish, so the green polish that I originally got. It was so see-through that it really didn’t look right so I got them to take it off and then the white polish that they put on there also didn’t look right and you can see that you can still see the green underneath the white. The one who did my pedicure did a good job, but the issue was also with the polish. I chose a lime green OPI and they were saying that it was too late and kept recommending gel polish which I did not want to pay extra for that. Their normal polishes seem to be diluted . Then they proceeded to tell me if I didn’t want the lime green color if they needed to put white underneath then I will be charged extra for that. Personally, if I had a business that I Really enjoyed my work. I would not let a client leave the way that I left today and I was not rude. I did not fuss I did not holler. I did not do any of that. Unfortunately it seems like that’s what they want you to do in order to get anything done correctly. If that makes sense I’m just really upset and will not be returning to this nail shop, nor would I recommend them to anyone to.

Aria Rand Amazing gel manicure for only $30!!!! Not including tip but still gave a good tip cuz my lady was amazing! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the nail file and nail buffer used on me was old and had clearly been used before but they sprayed alcohol on my hands several times so I guess high risk means high reward and my nails are so nice. Also the thing to see what gel polishes they have doesn’t have all the colors and is broken but I mean I’m sure you can ask to see the wall of them.
