Marina Lana They messed up my hair, took 12 hours, and didnt get what I wanted. My hair fried broken and overall looking unhealthy. They dont have prices posted anywhere in the salon so they just tell you what you have to pay out of the blue. Havent seen any of their certificates, dont know if they actually know what they are doing. Salon does have only two people, so both of them just doing whatever they want. I came to the salon working with one girl and another jumped into her work and decided to "help her coworker" but none of them notify me that I would have to pay both of them for their work. Overall I wasted my day off, end up with burned unhealthy hair, that I need to work on, was overpriced, and both stylists were talking bad about me in front of me, assuming that I dont understand Spanish. I would not recommend anyone go there ever again.

Latifa Kimble Every time we come to get my son a haircut Joel is very professional and best in cutting hair. He understand right away what you want and his performance is outstanding! We highly recommend.

Anna Leffers One of my favorite places to get my nails done. Got the Gel7X French tips done recently and they were so much better than the set I had done somewhere in Austin. These were done by Andy and he was great! I have also gotten a set done by Hannah here and loved those as well (Gel7X lavender with chrome). I did not take those pictures right after so the nails had grown out a little in them. I also play soccer competitively and have never had a nail get broken or torn off even during a game. They always last really well for me.

Kayla Molenaar I treated myself to a pedicure and nails for my birthday 12/4. My pedicure was great, no complaints. For my nails I decided to go with the Gel-X, they are pricey, but I’ve heard good things about them. Long story short, I am extremely unhappy with them. I loved the design and how they came out, but for an almost $100 set of nails they didn’t even make it 4 days before they were coming off. I normally just do Color Street nail strips and gel top coat at home and can get 2 weeks wear out of them even with heavy wear and tear from baking. I went back today to have them removed and replaced with acrylic, but it cost me another $64 (it would have been $80 without the discount I received for having to fix them so soon). Sadly, I will not be returning.

Kelsey Washington Once again, stopped by my favorite place Studio Nails. My usual nail tech Callie was not here so I got paired with “ Uncle Ken “. He is so funny and so gentle . I showed him what I wanted for my nails ( shape and design ) he absolutely killed it :) ! My nails are bright, blinged out & Beautiful! I’m obsessed!! THANK YOU “ UNCLE KEN “ YOU ARE AWESOME!!! You made my day 100% . I also got my brows waxed & had a pedicure as well. The lady who did both is amazing as well and she was gentle with my toes ( I’m ticklish ) , so I appreciated that a lot . Everything came out to $178. I was shocked how decent the rice was because anywhere else I would’ve easily paid over $200 .

Savannah Brock I requested Raee since my coworker gets her nails done by her and she did an amazing job! I didnt bring a picture of what I wanted, only an idea and she worked with me to create the look I wanted. I stopped getting my nails done since they hurt my nail beds, but I tried the gel x and so far so good! 2nd trip for acrylics. Also amazing!

She is sweet and patient with kids. My daughter wanted her favorite videogame character, and the design was better than what we expected. We left feeling happy!

Samantha M Ever since I’ve started getting my nails done at Bling Nails & Spa I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. I once got my nails done somewhere else while out of town and definitely regretted it. The quality of service you get at Bling Nails is amazing! Jennifer Mindy has done my daughter’s nails twice now and each time we leave we’re both so amazed at her precision and works of art. She does an amazing job, and truly takes her time to make it look exactly like the picture my daughter brings in. She even stayed after closing to finish. I highly recommend Mindy!!! Nicole Grimsley Dee did an amazing job at making sure to come up with the perfect teal color scheme that fit my description of what I wanted. His ombré design of teal that faded into a white at the tips was so perfect!! I also had the best pedicure ever! It was sooo relaxing. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The establishment was very clean which is huge factor for me especially when deciding to have my feet done.

Amanda Monroe I wanted to enjoy this location, based on the reviews it looked like they did good work. However my nails just arent good looking at all. I have chunks missing out of the sides of some nails, wripples in the acrylic, shape is not cohesive, bumps in the acrylic, and the beads are much thicker on some. A friend said I looked like I had hooves for nails, unfortunately. I requested my nails to be oval or round due adhere to military regulations, however I still received almond nails (on most) some are round due to non cohesive nail shapes on each finger. I will say that the environment was upbeat and lively and I enjoyed that aspect. But overall do not recommend getting acrylic sets done here. In the photos I attempt to show the chunk missing out of the pinky, wrinkles in the thumb and shape of the nails.

Melissa Wilson I absolutely adore this salon! Everyone is so nice, and fun to talk to. The work itself is amazing. I go to Tish and she ALWAYS has my nails on point. Im so happy I found Top Koat and definitely recommend them for all your nail care and design needs!!

Virginia Jimenez (saturday, nov2nd) I had a service done, and I was very unhappy with. First of all, she didnt prepare my nail how is supposed to. My nails look very uneven, and at last, she told me it was going to be 60$ for short nails and one gel color. And on my debit card, she charged me 65$? I didnt complain in the nail salon because I just want to be done and leave. I made the appointment by phone, and when I saw your prices by booking online, they were very different. I will never recommend this place.

Billie Pillow I am soo glad I found this shop, and Tisha. She is crazy talented! I can make my appointment online and their system sends a text to remind me the day before. The best part is that I am notorious for breaking 2-3 nails each time I go to the regular salon. This is my third set Tisha has done and I have yet to break a single one (fingers crossed).

Redbone Amazon I knew they wouldn’t disappoint! The owners are a very talented couple, and there is no design that I’ve brought to this salon that they could not make happen for me! The selection of colors… I haven’t seen them all, I’m sure of it, but these nail techs know their products, and what will look best according to hand shape, finger length and so on.. I remember coming here the very first time, and I thought about that time today, as I was finding parking.. welcoming does not do this salon justice! They instantly made me feel welcome, they remember what you like (shape and even favorite colors!) each time, and I have NEVER felt I was an inconvenience. There’s no rushing to get to the next client, each customer is greeted as they walk-in and thanked for coming before we head out. I’ve gone through a lot of nail salons since I started working again.. but I found MY SALON, and they are always worth every penny!

Qui Absolutely love my experience and service every time I come in! Danny is hilarious and gets my nails exactly the way I want from length to shape! I’m never disappointed, I’ve been coming here since Mar 23’ when I moved here and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Super sweet owners, staff and customer service! They offer complimentary water or snacks for your little ones if you have to bring them in. Always professional and makes me laugh! Highly recommend their services!

Micah Swann This shop is amazing, the owner and his family are so sweet and have amazing customer service, they offer you free wine and other drinks with your service and you can drink as much as you want. They can do any design you bring to them and they execute it perfectly everytime. When you come here you leave with everything you asked for. This is by far the BEST place to get your nails and toes done by a landslide no one is competing with this . I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years now and have never thought about going else where. You can tell they do this job because they love it and its true passion and not just a job to them and they also give away free Christmas gifts in December that are quality gifts, this year I received a Victoria secret body set with a cute tumbler cup, candy and a mug. Such a sweet gesture. They really make you feel special. Please come down and get your services done by them

Kayla Kade Came here today for a spa pedicure and it’s like I got nothing done. I’m a nail tech and I usually do my own toes but, I didn’t feel like doing them. Thought I’d go to a nail shop for once. The lady rushed the service and on top of that she chipped my toenails. I usually put acrylic on them and have spent months growing them back out to achieve strong healthy nails so, they could be shaped square. Only for her to chip three of my left toes. I paid the service but, I really wanted to not pay at all. Not worth the visit and $35 down the drain.

Love Marie did my nails today in this place. first time and never going back the guy who did my nails was so rude when i told him the nails that he made is so tick and you can tell on the edges that he made it look so ugly. i paid money and didn’t get the result that i was expecting. never ever go to this place and if you go make sure don’t get your nails done with the guy who wear glasses and has a tattoo on his hand i didn’t get a chance to ask for his name. wasted 100$ for this nails.

Vianey Waterman I come here every 2 weeks but this time was my absolute last. The service is rushed. My nails are already chipping not even 24 hours later. My pedicure was overcharged by $20 extra dollars and all I got was clear polish. I was charged for cut down even though my nails are the same length that I came in and not one nail was cut. My nieces nails were overpriced for plain white acrylic and the shortest nails they have. On top of that, they’re raising their already high prices. I’m not a fan of sneaking in extra charges and not telling the customer. Who knows how many times I’ve overpaid for services not rendered. I’m just glad I noticed this time. I don’t even live in Killeen and there are other salons closer to home. I simply enjoyed the atmosphere and experience here, but it’s not worth the sneaky charges in my opinion. Otherwise, the owner and staff are very pleasant. The establishment is very clean and the hospitality is good. Has been better in the past, but it’s still decent.

Aleisha Baker I absolutely hate to leave reviews like this but it needs to be said. The other day I went to get a full set and the nail tech was cool at first, but he was also rough, careless and unapologetic . I had three different cuts on my fingers due to him, filing my skin off to the point that each cut was bleeding. His excuse was it was a new file. He never apologized for cutting me the way that he did Not only did he not offer me a discount for injury he up-charged tf outta me and charged me $75 for regular acrylic and clear polish. No customer should leave with multiple open cuts on their hands without any accommodations nor apologies.

Lauren Thames I hate getting my nails done. They never come out how I want or like the pic I show. Jackson did my nails and I can honestly say this is the best set I’ve ever had in my life. Literally in the parking lot writing this. He was effortlessly efficient and only had to glance the example pic once. I did end up going a little shorter than my example pic. Impressed. Sad I’m moving and won’t be able to take him with me! I 100% recommend this shop. Cost was $85 excluding tip. Remember, good people tip in cash!

kelsey Miranda Highly recommend Hannah! The 1st time here I did a walk in right before my flight. She got my nails exactly like my inspo photo. She took her time on each nail. My nails lasted 2 1/2 weeks and I was able to come back for a fill. And I was very happy with my new design also. She is now my new go-to!

ROCHELLLE VAZQUEZ I have been going to Ann’s nails for years. They have put a lot of investment in renovating the place and it really looks nice. You really get the most bang for your buck here as far as pricing goes for a pedicure. It includes a heated neck wrap and paraffin wax! They always have specials going on so be sure to call or sign up for their text reward program!

bailey means Got manicure and pedicure done. Pedicure was wonderful until we got to the manicure. Kept cutting down my cuticles way too short to the point she had to keep wiping away blood while trying to put on my gel. Final result in photos and I have more cut up fingers than not. Gel looks great besides my bleeding fingers, wouldn’t even let her clean them up with the alcohol because I knew it was going to hurt.

We take everyone from the little kids to older grandparents. Newly renovated with all new clean equipment with the same ol staff. Love going there and always recommend to friends and family.

Star Hernandez I came into the salon and I did not like my finished look (picture on the left). The receptionist told me to come back in to have them fixed even though it was close to closing time. Nneka Pilgrim I went here to get my nails done exactly 10 days ago, and pictured is what they currently look like (and I haven’t been doing anything crazy with my hands). As you can see I’m missing two nails because they just popped off, and the others are lifting. I’m extremely disappointed because I paid $90.00 for this, and it’s crazy that for that amount of money my nails lasted 10 days. I called to see if I could at least get the two that popped off fixed and they said that because it’s been over 7 days I’d have to pay. If that’s their policy then fine, but with two nails coming off and the lifting it was clearly just a bad set. I decided to cut my losses and find somewhere else to remove them and get a new set because with the lifting of the others I’m sure they’ll pop off soon as well. I’m giving it two stars because the atmosphere was at good at least, but I won’t be back to get my nails done here again.

Chelsea LaraRangel Amazing experience here. I initially went for a removal and came back for a pedicure because the vibes were immaculate! The lovely lady (Suzie) who did my pedicure should win awards. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing massage and quality pedicure. She surprised me at the end with a short neck and back massage. It was just the cherry on top of the Saturday! Thank you so much Suzie. Lovely place full of lovely people!

• Luhnaye The lady who did my pedicure was great. The older woman who did my gel manicure was horrible. I greeted her when I sat down and that was the last she spoke to me or listened to anything I said. I told her I DID NOT have gel polish on my nails already and that it was regular polish. She used a drill to take it off and I told her I’m sensitive to the drill. After I jerked away a couple of times because she was being so ruff with the drill she ask does it hurt. Like girl duhhhhh! She switched drills then I once again asked her can you just use polish remover to take it off. She said no. And I continued telling her when she was hurting me until she was done. She was pushing hard with that drill. When she cut my cuticles she made me bleed twice!!!! She got even more rude when I asked her to cut my nails down. Rolling her eyes at me. She didn’t even file my nails after clipping them my thumb nail looked like the top of a stop sign. She never ask what length I wanted and I even showed her a pic of short nails. There was no language barrier she was talking to other ppl just not me which I’m okay with but at least listen. When I was finish I was so annoyed with the results but I just wanted to pay and leave as fast as possible. My cuticles where bleeding, gel was put on sloppy, and it is visibly lumpy! I went to pay thinking at least it’s over and I just won’t tip her (making sure to separate the mani pedi charges so the other lady gets the 30% tip) but this lady put me in for a gel take off when I told her multiple times I had regular polish on my nails. I told the manger it was wrong and he believed her. I just left cause I wasn’t about to argue with 3 ppl. I honestly do not recommend, you can have all the fancy things in that salon but invest in better customer service and workers that can do a simple gel manicure. The hand massage at the end was 15 seconds each hand and ruff she pulled each finger like she was trying to pop a knuckle which she did on a couple and rub some lotion. Like lady I could rub some lotion on my hands. If you do decide to go then pick a younger age tech. When I was sitting there doing nothing I was listening to them and they were so much nicer to there clients. Oh my friends were still in the salon when I left and they watched them talk about me as if I was the irritating problem. The photo were taken right after walking out of salon.

sonya steptoe I just moved to the area. Didn’t have a home nail/foot placed. I decided to try out Vivian’s spa and nail bar (Google) and my experience was one to remember. I was greeted with a smile, no waiting, shown to my seat and offered a beverage. My experience ended with a job well done. I never had my feet feel so revived. I definitely will be back.

Got a gel pedicure and dipping powder manicure with a natural gel polish finish, I was so impressed at the care and knowledge he has! Kyla Cornish I was referred to this place. I have come maybe four times. I am a healthcare worker in OR and I’m not aloud to have polish or nails longer than 2 inches. I wanted to try a powder nude color. Literally they did a cut down but my nails are already short and they put one layer of powder over my nails to keep them natural. They charged me 55 for my nails for a 25-30 dollar job. People get fake nails and gel polish for this price. It wasn’t worth it to me. I felt they took advantage of my profession cause they always ask what I do and charged me more. I got my toes done. I spent over 115 dollars and I do every time I go and I don’t get design or style. Plain hands. I’m going to stop getting my nails done possibly go somewhere else.

Melanie Sanchez Tranquility nails is where I get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. Been going for about a year now. I enjoyed not feeling pressured to get certain services. For instance, if I share that I dont want gel polish, thats respected. Emily is a phenomenal nail tech!! The nail salon itself is comfortable and cozy. They typically have calm/positive music with a wholesome show playing on the tv related to home/cooking. Theres a variety of refreshments, like coffee, margs, water, and Soda. Plus theres SO many (real) plants!! Which adds to the cozy vibes. Ive gone on nail dates with friends and Ive even seen people come with their boothangs its quite cute. As a tip, I would say that its best to book an appointment but theyre open to walk ins too. Just be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes.

Lauren Varley Came in as a walk-in, and had to get my nails redone after traveling. They did an amazing job filling and reshaping my nails, and were very very pretty. I had also advised that I had broken my foot a few weeks ago and it’s still a bit tender and they were SO gentle and accommodating to some of the restrictions. 10/10 will be coming back in a few weeks!

Angel Boucher I had a few things done, so Ill talk about each. Pedicure: I love that they have choices and options. Customers have a choice on what to add to their package. They did a great job on the pedicure. I went with no polish. Waxing: Great job! Fast, no pain, trimmed my eyebrows. She even showed me the after to show me how much she got off. Lol SNS Chrone: Heres where I lose points. I will say overall it was actually great. He listened to me wanting them super short. He did the shape amazing! They werent super thick. They felt light. I hate the feeling of gale nails, and these feel really good. The clean up was amazing! But theres two issues I had. I came in looking for a specific design. They said they could do it. When the time came, they didnt have the colors I wanted. So I was stuck with colors I never wanted. It wasnt even 24 hours when the chrome started falling off. I noticed some of the glue didnt stick too well to the nail. But Im personally fine with that because Im not a fake nail person. Ill post what I want versus what I got and the chipping. Overall, the service was good. If those two things couldve been prevented, it wouldve been a 5-star. It was over $200... so... The last picture is what I wanted...

Hannah Clarkson I cannot recommend Ivy enough. She did such an amazing job on my nails. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 but she let me come in early at 2! I am so in love with the work she did. Won’t be going to anyone else!

Serena Villanueva Honestly, the guy who did my nails was very friendly but probably shouldn’t be doing pedicures. I was there for 2.5 hours for just a pedicure. Not what you’re thinking either, I chose the cheapest option but add gel. Well it starts by getting cut by the clippers and bleeding. He then paints my nails pretty sloppy. Then goes in and files it down with the nail drill to clean up all the polish he got on my skin. Messed that up, so went back over it with more nail polish only to mess up again and drill the excess paint off with the drill. Then I guess he gave up and chose to lather them up with cuticle oil to cover up all the mess. I had to come home and remove gel polish from all around the nails. 10/10 would not recommend.

The second time I went there was super recent it was at the end of March 2024. I went for a facial. The facial was really good. My face is starting to clear up a little bit now that it has been a few days. I feel like I got what I wanted for the price I paid. Adele O I used to go to H&M but now that I moved close to Nailicure I decided to try it. The place is clean and neat, the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable, people are nice , nail techs are knowledgeable. The first time I was offered a drink but not the 2 other times. I guess it depend on the nail tech. Its a little pricy but its totally worth it. I dont like getting a pedicure there because Im tall and the pedicure chairs are not comfortable . Ill totally go back for manicures.

Judy Veavea This place is very unsanitary and I dont know why its open. The work is unprofessional. I went to take my acrylics nails off and she didnt even soak it In acetone and tried to remove it with another dirty fake nails. And she almost removed my real nail and I started bleeding. So I asked her if she was going to to soak it and thats when she asked her conworker to get acetone but my nails are already ruined and bleeding. I hope I wont get an infection.

I paid $120 for a full manicure and deluxe pedicure, which took approximately 90 minutes for both services. The salon offers complementary drinks and they seated me right away, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the cleanliness and tidiness of the place; they disinfected the utensils for the pedicure before use, ensuring a hygienic environment. Both owners were actively working and providing excellent service to customers, making everyone feel at ease and comfortable. While I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side, they are comparable to what you find everywhere these days. Overall, this is definitely a spot I would revisit if Im ever in town again!

Ellis T NEVER going back to this place. Employees were rude, wasted a lot of time talking and were not very nice. The guy who did my nails has done my nails before and he always rushes. he joked around and seemed friendly at first but, this time he was rude and made inappropriate perverted comments and even poked me on my side when I got up to wash my hands. I didnt want to react because I was already in the middle of getting my nails done. my nails are already starting to crack and fade after a few hours. The rose gold foil is already coming off. When I walked in 2 hours before closing, I was the only customer. I wanted a fill for my feet and a full set for my fingers. The guy insisted to do my feet at the table for manicures. It was so uncomfortable because my feet were on his lap and the LED lamp was on the floor under the table. The table itself was dirty and had some previous customers dirty cut nails on it. I get that they are trying to be friendly, but this was just plain rude, unpleasant, and nowhere near professional. The person who referred me to this place has also stopped coming here a few months ago, apparently for similar reasons. This place is horrible. A waste of time and money. The only decent person there is the lady that sits on the #4 table that did my nails the first time I went. She was very nice and professional and did a great job on my nails. She was the reason I referred people there. But because of this incident, Im never going back and so are the people I referred.

I asked for a pink ombre and the guy ended up putting some nude color on my nail and I didnt like it, I said I would like to change to pink ombre but he kept doing and ignore what I said. There were no other customers in the shop and he started getting so aggressive on my nail so I tried to tell other workers in there to explain what I said to him but they laughed at me instead. Ive never been embarrassed like this before I aksed him to stop doing my nails but he rushed on finishing them up. They charged me over $80 and my nails looked like junk. Ill never ever come back. Honest advice, do not go to this place theyre very rude and will ruin your day Im telling you.

Ty Ty I had a terrible experience here last weekend. The guy did my nail was rude. I know it was packed but at least finish my nail carefully. He was so rush and didnt even listen to what I want. My nail turned out completely disaster. I didnt even want the design that I had in mind and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. God bless I found the other nail salon on Clear Creek, they were so professional, my nail came out in a breeze and exactly what I wanted. I will never come back to this place and I really dont recommend anyone come here.

Both people who did both services did not want to do it. Jackie Swan Gal that did my nails was not very nice. I got a mani/pedi. $55 service. Started with the pedicure. Not terrible. There was a bit of confusion on the sparkle red I chose. I wasn’t sure if she was asking me to choose a base coat but after asking her to repeat the question twice I just smiled and nodded. I distinctly said “white matte. No shiny” for my nails. I had handed her a bottle of white polish for the color but specifically asked “matte. No shiny”. She had another worker ask for clarification, he verifies “white matte. No shiny. Gel. My regular nails” Several times throughout the process (I know it takes several steps and coats) I verify. “White?” She seems to ask if the shape is acceptable. After she’s done and doing the end of service lotion/massage I look at her confused and again ask “white?” She gets mad and begins speaking to another employee and takes the clear matte she had completed off. She was very rude at this point and aggressive. She cut my cuticle on more than one occasion (pictured is my thumb she cut). The polish job was unacceptable and terrible quality. It’s not even with my nails but more or less looks like dripping frosting. I didn’t say anything but paid and left. I had already been there for over 90 minutes and didn’t want her to hurt my fingers anymore. I will not be returning. **note I still left a tip**

It is Maundy Thursday and I have to go to church. I got my nails done for Easter weekend and now I have a bandage on my toe. I just wanted my money back but instead I got hung up on.

Kept doing my nail over and over and want to lecture me in basic sunflower design Very deceiving and rude in his approach to customer. My first 3 services done by the ladies went well but can’t say that the midsize guy in the nail shop. Your service was horrible I left and got my nail professionally done at another nail place. This is what a sunflower looks like not the mess he did. I was even nice to ask for someone else to finish my nails and he refused. In business you must be humble and customer friendly. Not rude and arrogant to those customers because you don’t know your job. My conversation with you is recorded. If you have no defense please don’t lie. Because you were embarrassed you told me to leave your nail shop. Going forward if you don’t know how do a job done lie. The 3 times I been at your nail shop I paid you because your provided a service. This time you had the owner do my mail when he doesn’t know how. Do right by folks. Sara Mendoza Won’t recommend, I have been coming here about 3 years now, I am sad to say that the service has been declining considerably. Now the nail tech’s are trying to push the gel ($20 extra), when you say no to what they want you to have and instead what you want, they just won’t give you the service and pass you to another tech, if that is not enough they charge you $5 to $10 dollars more than what the service cost. Today I went for a regular pedicure with regular nail polish and as soon as I said no to the recommendation of the $50 one and said no gel, the tech just didn’t work on me. Another tech did my nails, quickly and efficiently. Sadly this tech once charged me for gel after I specifically said no. After doing my pedicure, another tech did my full set white tip. He also said that he would put gel and I told him I want regular clear nails polish. He did my nails with white acrylic, they usually use pink, he didn’t sent me to clean my hands until he put gel and dry them out. I thought that was a new technique. No cream, no oil, my nails have bubbles because of the dust underneath the gel. My husband got the $50 pedicure and I got the $35 nails, tell me how that adds up to $95? They are putting the tip inside the amount, and then expecting more tips. Have your totals at the time of paying, be aware.

Hunei Ditmyer If there was a choice to put zero for a rating, I would. My friend and I got our nails done there. Tony (the manager I think) was very rude to my friend and had us pay IN ADVANCE instead of after. My friend asked for straight style nails and he told her no and that the other shape looked better. She also wanted one small design on one finger and he told her no. She also needed an extra coat of paint on her nails because they are see through right now. Tonys service was horrible today so please never go to this place and if you do request Jenny to do your nails and do not let Tony tell you no.

The pedicure was just perfect though it was very relaxing Im ticklish so it was funny for me when she started scraping my feet and massaging the bottom of them it came with a leg massage. Alonah Wallace I went there for my birthday. I got a pedicure and a fill. I asked for a flower design and EVERYONE tried on my nails but no one could do it right. I appreciate the effort everyone put in. I don’t understand why they agreed on a design they couldn’t do. I was there for over 4 HOURS. My toes took sooooo long they started my nails in the pedicure chair. I asked to wash my hands so the excess dust and debris wouldn’t make my nails look clumpy. They said no and put polish on my nails instead. It looked so clumpy and thick I hated it. The man that originally started on my nails came and checked on me. He redid the polish but made my nails very thin which cause the chipping. Not only that they charged me the wrong price instead of a fill they charge me a full set with a design. $134 for this I am so upset.

Jasmine Simpson Im not one for confrontation, so I didnt say anything in salon and still tipped. However, I will not be returning and wish I would have just driven the extra distance to my normal solon. The number of times my fingers got nicked with the file and the drill. To the point of bleeding and are now extremely sore. " The acrylic "as he was filling my nails, was super sticky and clumpy so much so I was able to roll it and ball up the excess off the pads of my fingers after he filed them down. I have divets in my nails clearly indicating an uneven lay. I asked for a design on my ring fingers that I didnt get (and again didnt say anything bc at that point I just wanted to be done) some of the polish in some small area are meh.... I also got my eyebrows done. Which came out great. My only complaint was once she started to walked away for a good 7 minutes and came back on her phone. I know for its all things that I can go get fixed at my normal solon... and I will be doing so once my finger are mo longer sore. Im just upset with the over all experience. I go and get my nails and eyebrows done every 3-4 weeks as a way to relax and get some alone momma time. I normally leave happy and relaxed... this was not it.... All in all I tried something new and paid a price... Will not be recommending them to any any of my girls...

Casie millsap I called and asked how much for short nude acrylic pink nails no polish just colored acrylic and expressed I didn’t want to spend more then $40 I asked how much and they told me $35, well without showing me the total and the lady rushing me to pay she charged me $55 after I had already expressed I didn’t want to pay that much and only came here because they said $35 . These nails are terrible very bubbling and were not shaped well, this picture is after I tried to reshape them. So they will lie to you about the price and they can’t even do a simple short pink nude set.

Mikala Hirst I came the day before my birthday on 06/09/2023 about half an hour before they closed. I asked if they still had time to do my nails and they said of course. I wanted acrylic French tips and even pointed to the nails on display. I had their nail tech named Julie working on my nails. She painted a clear coat on my nails and then was going to paint on the French tips on my natural nail. I stopped her and said that’s not what I wanted. They all got an attitude with me saying they didn’t have time to give me acrylic nails and demanded that I paid $20 for the service instead of letting me go home and coming back the next morning. They said I can come back in the morning and pay $35 more for what I wanted so I came back when they opened and they wanted to charge me $65 more and were rude so I walked out before Julie even started putting on the acrylic. Plus the work that Julie did the day before, she ended up removing all the clear coat so that was pointless paying $20 for. I will never go back to that nail salon. I do not recommend them. They treat their unhappy customers terribly and didn’t deserve a penny from me. I went to integrity nails and they exceeded my expectations

Destiny Sharice Horrible experience here. I went in and asked for my gel polish to be removed and to simply give me regular polish. The lady pulled out everything for gel even after I told her no & she tried telling me “ it’s just $25 and regular is $18” . I proceeded once again to tell her that I wanted regular polish. She messed up on painting my toes so many times and still after get them fixed multiple times, it looks like a child painted my toes. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I only went due to a friend of mine mistaking this for a different nail salon. Waste of time and money!

nani kaloi The service was awful. One side nails was cut poorly and shorter then the other hand. Tina didnt think anything was wrong with it. The other nail "tech" said it look great. Took my granddaughter there too today and she was very disappointed. Would not recommend this nail place.

If I as a customer request a specific service, the attending technician should be quiet, and stay focused on the customers request, and not manipulate and use her words into conning unsuspecting customers to end up paying More for services rendered. I repeat: Nail technicians should be Quiet and NOT offer any extra services without the customer knowing EXACTLY how much more that service will be, and NOT play around with words. Joanna Traverzo If you are looking for a place to do your custom nails, pedis, lashes this is the place! The ladies here are amazing at what they do. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I have nothing but compliments to give them. My lashes are affordable, last 3-4 weeks, appointments and quick and they always work with my schedule to fit me in when I need. I only like going to places that offer natural looking acrylic nails and this place does, my nails look so natural and they are so quick. The best part is how clean they are with their products and how much they sanitize after each person. I love coming here! Thank you!

Cheri Evans Ladies this place is horrible,I went Friday night and had a lady name loan do my nails. I paid 140 n got just glitter . The nails are big bulky n the thickness is just insane,my nails just look horrible I wanted to cry when she finished and then shes looking at me and keeps saying you like you like no no I do not like these nails are too thick the shape is not smooth just not what I asked for. This is why you dont cheat on your nail text and go somewhere random. Ladies do not come here to this place expecting for your nails to look good cuz they wont

M F I love the outcome of my nails, as they are always amazing! They ask how I want them to be, provide water or you can ask for a drink, they practice safety with wearing masks and having a barrier between you and the nail techs, youre asked to clean your hands before the start of working on your nails and they are courteous of how you are throughout the process - such as if your nail hurts while removing older sets. My nails are always long lasting and never broke/ uplifted or had stones falling off. If they did, I was told, as a courtesy I can come back and get them fixed (you can always ask, and they always back up their work). Another recommendation is that while getting great nails is they are fast too according to the style you want! Ive received a lot of compliments on my nails from whom ever I got them done by. All the nail techs are good Jane, Loan or Rachel etc.! You can call or set an appointment through an app!

carolyn Perry I’m very disappointed in the service that I received. I had my nails done on 2/14/24. On 2/15/24 several of my nails started chipping. I was out of town and let the shop know about it on 2/19 when I returned. I went in and they fixed the nails. Today, 2 more of my nails has the color chipping off. I informed the shop and sent pictures and was told “that’s weird huh “. I tip well and expect good service.

Got a new full set 5 of my nails broke off from simple things like grabbing a refrigerator door scratching my back, putting my hand on the steering wheel or the front door handle. I had the nails on for four days. I called the shop to get them replaced, and I was told their policy is that they guarantee their nails for three days. If you can only guarantee for three days that says a lot within itself. Nails should last at least two weeks I’ve even had nails longer than two weeks and have never experienced this issue, I wish Better Business Bureau or someone would investigate this company. I paid $180 and yes, they did include the pedicure. I highly recommend choosing another place to get your nails done, especially if they can only guarantee you that your nails will last for three days. Again that I mentioned this was a new full set, which means every nail on my hand came from their shop. I guess if you’re not leaving a good review, you can’t show pictures. Everyone needs to see this mess.

Tugging and pulling at my nail with cutters when I expressed pain she said “got to clean it’s dirty” and continued. A few days later I now have puss coming from that same area. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager, very disappointed and will not be returning.

Toni Moreland I have been here several times to get my eyebrows done. The lady always does a great job. About 2-3 weeks ago I had Tuan do my nails too. They lasted the whole time with no issues. Today I went in for a fill. He did a great job! I love their gel nail polish choices.

Samantha Terwilliger I went here to get a full set and a pedicure, 10/10 do not recommend. While doing my pedicure made my toes bleed, used a different color than I picked out because it "matched my skin tone" then when I got my nails done the man who did them cut not one but four of my fingers and then looked at me and said "why are you bleeding" umm I dont know because you used the grinder on my fingers. At the end it was $120 for my toes and nails. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO! Theres a reason they are the only ones not busy.

Ariana Cotton The lady was very nice, the chair was comfortable but unfortunately the quality of the pedicure and polish was not for me. The nail polish is sloppy and patchy. In my opinion my nails were also cut a bit too short especially the big toes. I would not return nor recommend for pedicure services.

Zanetta Gray Came here from out of town and visited this place. They told me over the phone that they were available to do my toes if I came right then. Came right away and still waited at least 30-40min. They almost took somebody that had just walked in until one of the techs told the guy that I was next. The lady doing my pedi was okay but kinda slow. The same lady did my manicure and the finished paintjob looked as if my 11yr old daughter or myself painted my nails. Never again...

JOSEPHINE TORRES If you are not a white, middle class woman, do not come to this establishment. This place caters to the traditional Texas women that wear James Avery everything with a side of Rae Dunn and have chunky blonde highlights in their hair. You know the kind. I’m the most white passing brown person you’ll ever meet and the hatred and rudeness these women made me feel just from asking them a question was nauseating. They are not welcoming at all. Their tone of voice is condescending at best. The way they look down their nose at you is intimidating. The place is cluttered and overwhelming. Nothing about it is relaxing. Just no. To all of it. They can keep their rudeness and their one million pieces of bad decor. Ugh. Gross.

Jai Amayze Had a manicure and pedicure (with two toe designs) which cost $100... ?? I have never paid anything over $60 in Killeen. I didnt ask why/how it was that much, I just paid. No biggie, but about 1 week later the polish on my toes had already begun to fade. High price, low quality.

I went in to get a full-set of nails and a deluxe pedi. I really enjoyed the pedi process, there wasnt many people breaking down the door to get there nails and pedis done on a Tuesday however, I felt my job was rushed. When my toe nails did dry I noticed the polish coming up and I said something to the person in charge, I guess. He just said that if my polish comes off come back. For my nails, I am picky but when you are a military familiy in a new area you have to take a chance. I did and this guy asked me how I liked my nails. I let him know I work in a childcare center so my nails need to be short, I like them to have a natural look. He said natural and started laughing. I explained I know they arent going to be my nails I just want it to look decent. He asked me what shape I wanted I said square but rounded. He had most my nails crooked. Some nails were longer than others and not aligned. one of my nails had a spot that was missing acrylic. I had to tell him. I had to get him to straighten up my nails by saying I will just go home and fix it. The he seemed concerned.Another person applied my polish. Then I was told to sit to let my nails dry. I reminded them I was getting a design on each ring finger. A lady said yeah but your nails have to dry. Then the person that designed my toes came and did the same design on my nails then the person that polished my nails came back and half way polished my nails with a clear coat. I also said something about it. When I paid for my service I was disappointed ! I dont mind paying for what I get but when I feel rushed and the job was half done I was not excited to pay out that money for a sloppy job!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE OR MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mellissa Dixon So I went to this establishment twice and twice I left disappointed. I did a full set and a pedicure total cost was $100. Upon inspecting my nails they were poorly done the worst job I have ever gotten. I decided to give this establishment another chance. This time to do a refill. The owner husband did my nails this time. He was clearly in a hurry and failed to seal my edges. When I pointed it out to him he tried to explained why he could not seal the edges. I told him regardless of what he had to say I still want them sealed. I guess he attempted but was unsuccessful because I still have edges that are unsealed and after paying to get my nails done on Saturday I will have to do a soak off the prevent water from getting between the acrylic and my nails. Never again. Oh I didn’t even got my cuticles oil. Smh.

Brittany Leigh I went in for a full set and it was ok. They definitely will straight up make fun of other people’s nails that weren’t done there in front of customers. My nails look fine but it took 2 hours and change which was just unexpected. I’m hoping they last because they’re cute but there is a gap between my nail and the false tips used. If they don’t come off in a few days, I’d probably go back. I wasn’t mad, but also wasn’t blown away.

Milcah Villaronga CONS: I asked for gel nails with French tips. What I got was gel polish with a terribly messy French tip job. I was confused about what they were doing the whole time and kept hoping that what was being done was intentional and would be fixed later. But nope. They sent me on my way with the mess. And I say “they” because more than one person worked on my nails. They were tag-teaming on my nails. What I mean by messy it that the white edge wasn’t clean on any of the nails and there was some white on the part that’s supposed to be clear. At one point I was asked what I thought about what was being done, but as soon as it looked like I was about to say something lacking of approval, the tech immediately took back my hand and said that he’s not finished and told me not to worry. So again, I waited. And in the end, it was still a mess. And I was charged $30 for this gel polish mess. On top of all of that, it didn’t even take 24 hours for my nails to start peeling. What a waste of my time and money. (Since this incident a couple days ago, I have educated myself a little about what a true gel job should look like, and the differences between gel nails, gel polish, and acrylic nails.) PROS: My manicure came with a real nice hand and arm massage and a “free” drink.

Justice Mastrianna I went in for my birthday and got a French gel manicure. By the time I came home they chipped, so I went back in the next day to have them fixed. You can see the other layers of the old nail polish because they didn’t redo them just painted over the old. There’s nail polish all over my fingers and hands that wasn’t cleaned up and since it’s gel it’s pretty stuck on there. I wish I could post pictures from just how bad they look. They were pretty rude, and they called someone’s nails ugly to the lady sitting next to me. They didn’t clean any of their brushes after me or before me. It honestly looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. I’m highly disappointed. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Eric Ramos Super clean, great pricing, and AMAZING work here. I’ve been going here for over half a year and have never experienced anything negative. Kenny is best at massaging and Tina is best at cuticle trimming. Both good at the actual painting aspect. I’ve gone to over 100 different places all over the US and this is seriously the best pricing as well as the best pedicure and manicure I’ve had. More people need to know about this place! They are beside sports clips in the Killeen plaza with the Starbucks. -Jasmine

Chrislynn Eikel Took my friend to get her first manicure in a long time and was sincerely disappointed in the service. We told the tech exactly what we wanted and she would not listen, and all it was was a simple French manicure with oval tips. I walked out with square because every time I said something she looked annoyed, and spent nearly two hours with a file at home fixing the shape. Not to mention less thank a week later one of them had already popped off completely. Over priced horrible service, I would not recommend wasting your money here

tess shafer Very bad experience. I got acrylics with black tips on my hands and I got ONE acrylic on my big toes with black French tips as well. One of my acrylic toe nails fell off less than a week later. I noticed the same day that my finger acrylics were not even the right size tips, they were too small. My acrylics on my hands popped off like they were stick ons from walgreens and the other toe nail fell off about a week ago. Here is how my toe looks now. Ill see yall in court because Im suing! Good luck

Moochieee Freeman I went here on May 25th to get a pedicure and a full set for my wedding the next day. At first I was happy about how good my nails looked, but three days later, my nails started falling off. When I went back to show the person who duos my nails what happened, the only thing he was able to tell me was that he can glue the nails back on. In my mind Im mad because I got nail glue at home and if I didnt care about my nails as much as I do, I wouldnt have came back to show him. He didnt even care. Mind you, I spent over $45 and my wife tipped him well.

D C This Place Is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I waited 1 hour & 4 customers later for them to correct something THEY messed up! They Dont have to wotru about me returning. Then once he completed the 3 customers you would think he rushes over to finish me up. No Im waiting for him to clean up
