Gonzalez Fam After going to different nail salons and not being satisfied with how my nails and services. I am happy to say I found my go to nail salon! Ive been coming here since June now and I just love how friendly everyone is, the environment is so welcoming, nice, clean, and my nails ALWAYS come out great! Beyond my expectations. I come in with nail inspo every time and they always do it to the T or better. If I dont like something done they will fix it gracefully! No rudeness or attitudes. Like Ive experienced before in other nail salons. Staff is attentive, caring, and respectful. Go in to see Angel, Bill, really any of the staff they are all great!

Michelle Contreras My favorite nail salon in Midland is truly exceptional. They offer the best pedicures and nail services in the area. The staff takes their time to ensure everything is perfect, and I never feel rushed, even during busy times. I always bring nail inspiration photos, and they consistently replicate them beautifully—often exceeding my expectations! Despite my love for long nails adorned with gems and 3D art, they work efficiently without compromising quality. Their prices are very reasonable, making it accessible to everyone. I also get my eyebrows waxed here, and they always come out perfectly shaped and even, never overdone. The team is incredibly kind, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with multiple stylists, and each one is professional and provides A+ service. I had to go 4 weeks in between fills - life gets crazy - and you would never know! The quality and professionalism of this team is amazing! I bring kids for pedicures too and they do a great job with them. Very patient and kind. Needless to say, I would highly recommend!

Ama Hot shot I had such a wonderful experience at Gravity Nails! The salon is beautifully designed, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout my appt. My nail technician took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed perfectly. The attention to detail was amazing, my nails turned out flawless! And my pedicure was so relaxing! Alexis I went for a simple “clean up.” The girl in charge immediately called it a manicure, which I kept correcting. The girl doing my clean up filed my nails horribly and they were all jagged and uneven. I was trying to be nice and explain how they were uneven and the girl was visibly getting upset so the other girl came and made them uneven too!! Like seriously? Now I’m out $22 and I shouldn’t have even paid because the service was awful and my nails look terrible.

Ashleigh Chavez I have to say this place is a must go too! I will not go to another nail salon ever again. I moved here from Massachusetts a little over a year ago and finding a good nail salon that works for me is hard! The prices here can’t be beat nor the quality of their work!! I have very small hands and nails and it’s hard to get the right nails or person to work with me. I told the lady who did my full set (also did my eyebrows) that if she couldn’t do cow print she can do whatever style she would like. Not only did she do the cow print she didn’t make me feel bad for my small hands. She kept telling me how cute and baby like they were which helps my nerves a lot. When she was done she did my eyebrows. Let me tell you I kept telling her she was my person cause she not only did my eyebrows amazingly she shaped them for me. Exactly and I do mean exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done. I’ve been to a few nail salons out here in midland but this one man this one is the only one I’ll be going to from now on. They have a customer for life!!!

Amber McGuire This well decorated nail salon has won themselves a new patron after a long, luxurious pedicure. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed with the size and decor of the space. All the massage chairs were brand new, and some of the nicest Ive seen. I ordered a pedicure that included a milk soak, real aloe vera leaf rub, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax treatment. The gentleman who took care of me took a lot of time, paid attention to sanitation, and was very thorough throughout the whole pedicure. I just got a glitter shellac, so not a fancy design. My feet and legs felt and looked fabulous afterward. I am looking forward to another trip next week.

Dash Hutt I just went there Wednesday with my best friend and I was so impressed! I believe my nail technician was Anna and she was so kind and worked so fast! All of my nails are perfectly shaped and I’ve never been happier with a set of nails before. I had 2 designs that I wanted and she communicated that she didn’t know how to do a certain style so instead we went with my second choice, however I was not disappointed in the slightest. Im also not a talkative person and never really have been when it comes to small talk at nail salons but I really enjoyed her company! I cannot recommend this place enough and I will be coming back here any time I want my nails done! :) ( I included what my nails looked like and the reference photo of what I wanted)

Earlene Bushong Anna is very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to giving you what you want! A total professional with speedy service when it comes to acrylics..! Naturally she don’t rush pedicures allowing you to enjoy every minute of your spa pedicure experience.

Helen Van I have tried a bunch of nail salons in since I moved to midland two years ago, and I never go back because they always chip or the workers are not nice. But when I heard recommended this place, I absolutely like it. The worker are very friendly and take time to do my nail. They also gave me the recommendation that work best for my nail condition. I love it so much. BIG RECOMMEND.

Amber Reynolds This place is hands down the best place I have found in the Midland area to get my nails done, they genuinely care about their customers. When I took my mom (who is paralyzed) in to get her nails done they tried so hard to figure out a way to get her into the foot tub so they could take care of her feet. Unfortunately we couldnt but they did take care of her the best that they could. They were super sweet & her nails looked great! Mine & my daughters were also amazing!

Allison did a wonderful sculpting facial and I love how smooth and glowing my skin is now. I’ll admit I spent way too much time in the quiet room today, I love that place. All the staff is so nice and sweet. I highly recommend Woodhouse for your next spa experience.

Railrunner mixed positive negative experience. Therapist personality flat had to ask her name. No engagement regarding pressure or how I was feeling during the session. Ambient temperature was low and therefore I was uncomfortable even though though there was a heated table. Cold lotion is definitely not my favorite in this environment. my suggestion in that regard is to get the room ambient temperature setting favorable to the client. And also, to get lotion warming units.

Gina Allison did a great job on my facial. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would have given 5 stars if I was able to experience both of the services I signed up for.

BreAnn Boyd Amazing! Booked a 3 hour spa experience. The neck, shoulder, and back massage did just what the description says. It left me relaxed and invigorated. The Woodward mani/pedi was 50/80 minutes of relaxation heaven. Will definitely go back. Even the quiet waiting room was relaxing enough that, after putting the phone down, I got in a power nap. Every staff member was friendly and inviting. Exactly the kind of spa I was looking for to feel pampered and relaxed.

Elizabeth Holden 10/10. We do not live in Midland but go often to shop. We normally get our nails done in the town we live in but lately its been frustrating with our local shop. I told my daughter we should look into a place in Midland, called Midland nails. Was able to scheduled that day. By far the quickest, cleanest, cutest fill in weve both gotten in MONTHS. We both do a design, my daughter a 3D. We were in and out within an hour. Carrie and Ryan were amazing. The owner was super friendly. I will drive to Midland once a month just to have our nails done.

Hailey Cooper So me and my friend went to this salon and the people were friendly and clean but the thing I want to complain about is not even a week after we went my shellac toe nail polish peeled off and my nails didn’t look good so I went back they fixed the toes no problem! I asked if my nails could be reshaped and the design fixed after reshaped and they charged me $20 extra dollars on top of what I had already paid the day we went and this is how my nails look! My nails are scratched from the drill and the design doesn’t even look good nor the shape for the price and quality I will probably not be back! And I didn’t want to go back or call because it would have been my 3rd time

Shelley Moore Tammy and the staff are amazing. Always willing to accommodate. They have a full line of polishes and services. Friendly! Tammy has been my nail tech for over 7 years. I no longer live in the area but every time I visit I make sure she does my nails. Trust me when I say a good nail tech is hard to find…..went through 8 in 10 months while living in Indiana. She knows what she’s doing and is quick and efficient.

Christina Lunsford I have to say service was beautiful, not a problem there. They were very kind. but I was over charged by far. Paid 65 for a pedicure when I told the lady I wanted the 45 dollar one....and then paid 130 for some basic nails. So after I tipped both people 20 before I knew my total, my total was 192. 230 altogether, No thank you. Simply because of the price I wont go back unfortunately.

I was seated right away, the staff was very friendly, the salon was nice and clean, everyone was chatting and the environment was very friendly and welcoming! My nails came out perfectly and Cam and Ty were very sweet and gentle! I was pleased with the pricing as well!! I will definitely be returning!!

Brandi Reese I went to this salon yesterday for the first time and had the best experience. They allowed me to sit and wait in a pedicure massage chair rather than in the front until someone was able to get me. They were very friendly, engaged with their customers and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Kimmy did my pedicure and I absolutely adored her! She talked off and on the whole time and did not rush through the pedicure at all. I expressed to her that I had an in-grown bothering me and she took her time working on that for me which was so appreciated. Kaden did my nails and they turned out exactly how I wanted them. He listened whenever I explained what I wanted (even though it was basic) and I could tell they truly care about the health of your nails. They are pricier than other places I’ve been but worth it in my opinion for a great experience and service. I will absolutely be back and recommend Gossip Nails to others.

Emily D Welch The only reason I’m giving it a 3 instead of a 1 is because my nails do look good. The issue is with how long it took to get started and finished. I walked in at 12:07pm on a Thursday afternoon, thinking this will take about a hour to do a basic pedicure and a full on my nails. They got me sat in a pedi chair and started working on removing the gel in my toes. They didn’t run any water in the basin until the gel was completely off my toes, which took about 15 mins to do, bc she kept answering her phone while working on my feet. Mind you, it’s December and it was chilly. Like I said, I got the basic pedicure, but the massage in my legs was absurd. All it was, was the tech rubbing the scrub on my legs. There was no massage. After my toes were done, she sat me in a chair for nails. I sat there for another 10 mins waiting for someone to come and start my nails. After waiting for 10 mins, the same girl came up to me, VERY close to me, placed her hand on my shoulder and asked if I wanted something to drink (she was too close to me, in my personal space for sure) I had my cup with me so I said no. After this, she finally sat down and started removing the gel from my nails. Once complete, she said, “he’s almost done back there. When he’s finished, he’ll come up here and take care of you.” And then walked away. The guy who was supposedly supposed to be doing my nails was literally walking around the place texting on his phone. Finally when my boyfriend came in to give me the hotel key, he sat down and got started on my nails. I left the salon at 2:30pm sharp. I think it’s absurd that it took 2.5 hours to do a basic pedicure and a basic fill. I’ve never had it take that long. Absurd.

Meghan Minguela I was more satisfied with the prices. Pedi was nice. Manicure wasnt so happy. I love their designs on their fake nails. He didnt cut my cuticles -he cut me twice with his gold tool! I asked him to cut my cuticle, and it didnt work. I ended up pulling it off when I left! He didnt even put both my hands together to see if they are even with each other. Very rough while filing my nails. If, I come back I dont want him. He sighed every time -as if he couldnt wait to get finished!

I had a doc apt. and they had 2 people work on me just to get me out on time! Much cheaper then other places around here. Love it love it love it!!!!

Her foot massages are great! Joe is the creative one! He can do just about anything. He is meticulous and a perfectionist.

Melissa Sheley RAVE: I just got the BEST pedicure from Organic Nails. They switched to using disposable pedicure kits so the same tools aren’t used on every person. It’s super clean and the pedicurist gave an amazing massage. They were already great but they really upped their game!

Nallely Delgado Don’t ever go get your eyebrows done here. Skinny lady at the front, messed up both my eye brows. I have my brows micro bladed so I have them shaped. I literally just needed them clean around. Well she waxed way past my shape and left them super thin! So upset

Isabel Foster After years of being a loyal customer at this nail salon, Ive made the decision not to return due to a disappointing experience today. Despite their higher prices compared to other salons, Ive continued to patronize and refer them to family and friends, but the quality of service during my recent visit was below par. I had gone in for a manicure and pedicure, but I left feeling upset. When I arrived, my toenails were perfectly square and uniform, but after the pedicure, they looked completely different. Additionally, despite my request, I didnt receive the matte black color I had asked for. The paint job was poor, and the removal of dead skin on my feet was not satisfactory. I was informed that the person who worked on my nails was still in training, which I understand, but I believe that customers should not be part of a trainees learning experience while paying full price. This inconsistency is not new to me; over the years, Ive had hit-and-miss experiences with both pedicures and manicures, unless I specifically request the same person every time.

Tenajha Percy I wanted to love this place but unfortunately it fell short for me. I called ahead to see if I could get an appointment. I walk in and waited for prob 20-25 mins no big deal it’s common.The lady who did my nails finally sat down at the chair and it was almost as if she was in a hurry.she made my acrylics really thick . I asked for this design but I wanted a coffin shape. I didn’t get coffin I got square which I specifically said I didn’t want . As she’s doing my nails she was rough. She skipped the washing of the hands after all the powder was everywhere. All her nail polishes were old and the brushes were messed up and chunky polish. She had gotten hair in 3 of my nails and decided to continue just going over it. I know she saw it cause she was trying to scratch at it at one point with her nails. Still didn’t get it out just put a clear polish over the top of it. The line work is sloppy and not even. The nails aren’t the same comparing from hand to hand . At the end I asked how much and when she said $75 I was floored. Over priced for the quality of work. I spent 2 hours there if not longer. Less then a week later and I’m still very unhappy

Morgan Van Gaal I ended up here on a whim after showing up to my usual nail place an it being closed and wow, am I ever glad that I did. I have been twice so far and both and been the most incredible quality of gel manicure ever. My first one lasted over 5 weeks without even a glimmer of wanting to peel it was just growing out so it was time to change over. The second time - I swear I have never had a better quality of manicure in my life. 100% recommend this place, the staff are so nice and accommodating, and the service was efficient without sacrificing quality. Next to no wait both times. Highly recommend!!

Cammie D This is the second time I’ve been in and have yet to leave with what I asked for. They will say they can do anything but don’t hit the mark. I’d simply like what I paid for. Not to mention, cut my cuticle to the point where it bled. Additionally, I tried to make an appointment and they told me no appointment needed they hadn’t been busy. I walk in and they tell me to wait an hour. I couldn’t believe it. The response from owner is not sincere and this type of service continues. Needless to say, looking for recommendations for a new place after I thought I may have found it.

Alexandra Gallegos i moved to midland from san angelo where i had the best home based nail tech and wasn’t sure where to get my nails done, i tried a few other places before finding DIVA NAILS and didn’t have a good experience but once i came into diva nails i found my nail tech, JOJO the owner is my go to, shes sweet, she does my nails good every time and she is super quick! I even recommend her to my friend and she loved her nails when she went! They also do good pedicures , i overall like diva nails!

Michelle Contreras I won’t speak on Divas Nail Salon as a whole since I’ve only been a few times and it’s not my regular salon, but I have to say that Melissa Cruz, the nail tech, did an incredible job on my nails! The review is solely for the nail tech and not the salon. Before my appointment, I showed her some inspiration pictures and asked if she could recreate a specific nail art design. Not only did she nail the look, but she added her own creative touch, making them even better than the inspiration photos. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect before I left. These are my favorite set of nails and I highly recommend Melissa for your next set of nails!

Danielle Smith I don’t agree with any of the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here off & on for 6 years now. I’ve had almost everyone do my nails and never left unsatisfied. Jojo, Mark, Teddy, Kai and everyone else who works there does amazing at their job. I’m very picky and very particular about my nails. When I need a fix or anything, they are willing to help or explain why they can’t do a certain thing to my nails. My husband and I come here for couple’s pedicure and leave happy too. I get my nails done routinely. And I am probably more difficult because I like designs on my nails, they are patient with me and make sure I like them at the end. I recommend them to anyone who asks about my nails. Try them for yourself before listening to the negative people. Some people just want attention and don’t tell the truth. And for proof, I posted pictures of the nails they’ve done for me ◡̈

Jess Toscano So this review is for a nail tech Melissa at Diva nails and spa. Walked in not knowing what I wanted, yet left with the most beautiful set I’ve ever had. Not to mention she was as sweet as can be. I asked if she can fix where I needed and she was very nice about it. I will definitely be coming back to her. 10/10

Brandon & Rebekah I’ve contemplated posting these pictures. My heart is so broken. These are my actual nails not acrylic nails. I have gone to Avalon Nails & Spa for years before 2020. This was my second time coming back this year. The first time I came back, my nails were incredible and the person who did them did a very good job. So I decided to go back to the same person and get my nails done. This was the results. I understand that I could go back and let them try to make things right, but my nails hurt so bad and are butchered beyond repair. I gave three stars because they were good before 2020. (The skin condition is eczema, it was not caused by the salon.)

Jenna Wallace Worst "manicure" Ive ever had. First, the girl ripped off my acrylic set rather soaking them, which of course hurt a lot. Then preceded to put new acrylic on top of my nails without buffing them or anything. She didnt treat my cuticles at all and didnt bother even pushing the cuticles back. She didnt have me wash my hands after she buffed the new acrylic, and she didnt even put lotion on my hands. No hand massage either, but they still had the nerve to charge me $45 for the "manicure." The pedicure I got by one of the men was half-assed as well. $140 down the drain, but my mother got treated very well, so she got her $65 worth. I guess they thought she was the one paying, rather than me paying for both of us. Ive heard good things about this place, but after my experience, I will never go back.

kg 123 70 DOLLARS FOR NOTHING!!! I only got my toes painted white at the tip(WITHOUT a base color) and i was charged 70 DOLLARS!!! When i asked why, they said it was gel but i never asked for gel and it wasnt even gel. It was regular polish. AND to add to that they are uneven and the “top coat” was not over the full nail. PLUS, the edges were not fill so it looks chipped. 70 DOLLARS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

She refused to cut my nails short after I told her 3 times my nails didnt last 24 hrs before the first 2 broke off like we spent well over $100 for the 2 of us . Dont try this place!!!! Vee Usually, Im very adamant about the length of my nails. I always request them to be really short, Im in the medical field and I prefer my nails to be short in length with no under nail showing. Danny ignored my request and kinda chuckled when I said I wanted them shorter than what he had already filed, he continued with painting my nails instead and said he would cut them down "later". He did cut them down, still not anywhere I had showed him I wanted them. When you are a paying customer and you are requesting something so simple it becomes a nuisance and a waste of your time. Its like going to a restaurant and asking for a burger, but the the server brings you a ham sandwich, because he thinks it tastes better. By the way, this was my second time going to this place and BOTH times my requests for short nails were ignored. I decided to give them another try, because I did like the dip powder and it lasted me a really long time, considering I am constantly hand sanitizing and hand washing. Another thing that happened, that has NEVER happened with my dip powder services, was the top layer started to peel, it hasnt even been 24 hours since I had them done. I did notice that Danny did not put the activator on my nails and he only did one layer of top coat. I have been doing dip powder for more that 6 years now, I know the process. I feel like I was ripped off. I went in and one of the girls fixed them, but I felt like she was annoyed. The first thing out of her mouth was" let me see" . They were speaking in their language which makes me feel like they were talking about me. She had another client waiting and as I made my way to wash my hands, her attitude changed instantly, she told the lady waiting " Hi, how are you today?" Customer service goes a long way in my book and unfortunately this place has left a bad taste in my mouth I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Loren Lopez Regular customer here. I came in for a nail fill only to get the fill not the same color as my previous set. I mentioned it to them when I noticed without them telling me. They said chrome would cover it but I asked to see the chrome before he did all of my nails to see if I’d like it. I did not like it and so I asked to do white shellac. He kept huffing, pulling my arm hard, and shuffling his things almost as a throw. When I asked the manager to take my set off because the paint was uneven and patchy he told me basically that’s how white looks. Had I known I would have went a different route before we did white but I’m not professional and wasn’t sure how they expected me to know that without voicing it to me. I was asked to pay for the soak off and fill. I have never complained there and normally love their work. This situation showed me they don’t care for loyal customers and would rather not help and get an attitude when a customer voices an issue.

I was a walk in so I had to wait a while but so glad I did. Kim and her sister where not only so very sweet but do outstanding work. I wont be going anywhere else so worth the wait!!! Tomilyn DeLong First of all I never complain.. I dont like to hurt a business.. But the only pro of going to this nail salon that I experienced was the people are very nice.. I spent over an hour waiting to get my nails done when they only had 2 other people in there. Whatever, I wasnt in a rush so that didnt bother me. But then it took 2 hours to get a gel manicure that usually takes 30-45 minutes. I only get a solid color. No crazy extensions. Simple. He used old used nail files on me. He cut my finger tips and under my nails with the file. I mean its under and around every single nail. Im on 4 days and my fingers/nails still are hurting me a lot. I got home from the nail salon that day and my thumb polish already started peeling off 2 hours later.. By the end of the day I had 3 peeling off. They peeled off in one whole solid piece. On day 3 I had 4 that have completely peeled off and 2 more that are wanting to.. He made the nails so thick. Id say about 3 millimeters. The underneath of my nails were so coated with acrylic powder, including stuck to my skin that I had to try to scrape it out yesterday because my nails looked so dirty. I am taking it all off myself today and will go somewhere else once the cuts heal. There is no excuse for my nails to be in this shape. Its not a simple mistake. I would 100% understand a mistake. I paid for a job and I shouldve gotten what was expected. Again I hate to complain. So much I didnt even want to write this review. But it needed to be said when I woke up today and saw my messed up nails and I am still hurting. I had to say something.

Gonzales Mercedes I wanted them as seen on my screenshot. Got them like this. Not too far off. I still like them. Just a little thick probably because of the dip. Also, I was there waiting a little bit. I was one of the first customers and got seen at 1015ish. Only 1 person opens. So be first or go later. The other two employees vary on when they come in, but they do come in before 1130. Overall it is a clean relaxing nail salon. They also make sure you are comfortable and need anything to drink. Thats a plus.

The first time I let it slide because things happen, but the second time was rather annoying because it was over 15 minutes PAST the time they were supposed to be open. And once one person came to open up, the nail tech still was not there and I waited another 15 minutes... half an hour waiting for folks to show up to work. 2nd experience: called a day in advance to make a pedicure appointment for whatever time was best for the nail tech (it took three calls to get someone to answer). I show up the next day and the scheduled nail tech is halfway through an intensive massage and pedicure for another customer. They had me soaking my feet in water for over 20 minutes with no nail tech and still not knowing when Id have my pedicure started.

lashone lashone Do not recommend. Both times I’ve been here I was not satisfied. Took forever on a pedicure. Water was cold and I was ignored when I asked for it to be hotter. My toe nails were cut down way too short and the guy couldn’t even keep the paint on my toenail. Took over and hour just to start painting the nails and I got the most basic pedi they offer. Also came here to get my color changed on my nails once and they just slapped pain on top of old paint and charged me like I got a full set. Terrible.

Reianna Day 2 after get the lash extensions from here and they are already falling off. They were done badly. Very cheap feeling after she was done she brushed my lashes with the left over glue so they are very hard and itchy and also very heavy! Will not be coming back.

Sol Callejas I refuse to go back to this nail salon again. The picture below is literally a couple hours of getting my nails done. (Btw this is the owners work). I go in the very next day to get them fixed. Not once did I get an apology from her all she said was that for some reason the black shellac does that and no other polish does that. She rushed trying to “fix” my nails not making sure the if the line work was clean or even. Whenever it came to drying my nails she got up and went to the back. Very unprofessional. Not only did my nails not look great but I also got a pedicure and ended up with a ingrown toe nail/infection a few days later..

Sarah Ramirez They were initially nice. The man persuaded me to get the most expensive pedicure after I had told him I just wanted the basic pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre. The man scrubbed my feet with a brush off of his cart, and then put it right back. The sanitation is definitely questionable. My manicure was done by the same man. It was okay until he was filing on my cuticle which took off some paint. Rather than just repainting what he took off, he proceeded to file my nail down to my nail bed until it became raw and started to bleed. They still charged me full price, and also charged me full price for the pedicure after advertising on a huge banner outside that pedicures were discounted. Absolutely not worth what I paid for my daughter and I. The banner outside should have been my red flag. That was my first time and I will never return.

Kylee Burchfield Very nice people. Got us right in & we chose the deluxe pedicure. It was mediocre at best. Best part was callus removal, they did a fantastic job at that. My massage was SHORT, he rubbed my scrub in longer than my massage which is odd for a nail salon. Usually when you pay that much you get a min. 15-20 min massage. There was a lady that came in after us waiting to be serviced, so maybe they were rushing. Didn’t get a picture of prices, but they are comparable to other salons. Deluxe pedicure $45.

Mikaela Altis First time I went I got a pedicure. They were very nice but the pedicure was not well done, polish was uneven, nails were cut crooked, started chipping the next day. Went back and gave them a second chance because they were so friendly but my second pedicure polish was still uneven and not painted nicely (missed some spots on nails completely and left polish on skin) and this time they cut my big toe during filing and it is very painful.

Brandy Valdez I had my first visit. Will not be going back. My nail shape is not at all consistent. Some are thicker than others and they were rough with my fingers. They charged $20 for my daughters nails, they are so tiny!! They were done too thick and with no care at all. Worst nail salon Ive been to in town and Ive been to many.

Literally just walked out of here with my kids and I was so happy they behaved so well as I had to leave and come back with them to finish my manicure (took longer than expected and husband had to leave for work). The nail tech made me feel so uncomfortable about bringing my kids and told me not to bring them next time. If you’re a mom out here you know it’s hard sometimes to find someone to watch them. It was literally just a manicure and shellac which didn’t take long and they all sat through the whole process. My little one wanted her nails done as well but fell asleep as I was getting mine done but as we walked out the door she woke up and we walked back in and he was still by the door and told me no one was available for her and grabbed the door handle and shut it in my face with my kids literally. My little one was crying to the vehicle as we came to get our nails done and they denied her.

Cheyenne McKee I’ve been coming here for almost two years now. It used to be the best place in midland for nails. Recently, it has begun to not hold its reputation. I got this dip set two days ago. Firstly, when the nail tech was beginning, he started cutting my cuticles back so far they began to bleed, he didn’t say anything to me about it and pretended it wasn’t happening. Secondly, they began cracking and chipping the day after I got them! I’m assuming because he didn’t use UV light on them at all. I’m pretty disappointed since I spent $55 on them. I’ve loved this place for a long time but it may be time to find another place for nails.

Joni Garcia Ive come to Luxury Nail spa for a couple of years now. They are all incredibly kind and accommodating. I saw one specific tech for a while and while he was gone for a couple of months, they ensured that I was taken care of during that time. Now, I see any/all techs and always have a good experience as they all take pride in their work. They stay super busy but ensure that their clients are helped as quickly and professionally as they can.

Maria Riello UPDATE!!!! SALON NEVER REACHED OUT TO SAY ANYTHING BUT THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO BLOCK ME ON FACEBOOK BECAUSE I POSTED ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AS WELL!! THAT ALONE SAYS A-LOT TO ME smh Today was the second time going to this salon and I brought my daughter get a full set of acrylics and I got a builder gel fill in. I made an appointment, but still has to wait 30 minutes which is fine. My daughter and I both got sat. Cindy started on my nails and then pulled out the acrylic powder and I reminded her that I was getting a gel fill in. She then tells me that I have to say builder gel because only a couple people know how to do it. So she gets up and has Tye come over and he takes over. He starts telling me the sam thing and then asks what color I want, so I showed him a picture. He says I should pick the colors so I don’t waste their time. Meanwhile Cindy sits next to us starts doing another customer also getting older gel. There were talking amongst each other and I know they were talking about me. My daughter is a few seats down getting her full set by Teddy. When I was done I went to sort with her and when I saw the. We asked to have them tapered more because they were clubby looking. I could tell she got annoyed. She was very rough on filing and cut my daughter several times on multiple fingers. Meanwhile my other daughter comes and gets a pedicure and her tech rips a big chuck of nail on her big toes and starts bleeding and it’s not stopping. Nothing was ever said to either of my daughters for making them bleed. They acted liked it didn’t happened. They don’t talk to you the whole time you are there to check if you like what they are doing and then when you say something they get annoyed. I was also charged a full set instead of a full in. Needless to say, our hunt for a nail salon in midland continues. Will never go back! Zoom in the pictures to see our results!!

She had an amazing experience with a nice beautiful young lady but my lady was rude and seemed irritated with everything she had to do with me,even though i was just getting a basic manicure. She would often mumble and grunt. Nobody ever came to get me from under the UV light either and i was there for 20 minutes

Reach Youth About a ten min foot soak and he moved on to doing my nails. No massage or anything, even though I got the basic pedi, it shouldn’t be this way. I’m sticking to the nail shop by Tropical Cafe in Midland. Idk why I even tried this place. Basic pedi is 27 and they do your feet for a good 45mins. Love their service.

Kristina Schaefer Absolutely the WORST nail salon I have ever been to!! The place is dirty and unorganized and it took the lady literally 20 minutes to soak off, get a new set and fill and shellac!! My friend was with me and by the time she had barely taken her hands out of the acetone soaking her nails off mine were almost DONE and I started AFTER her!! And then they charged me $50.00 when the sign said $35.00.. I barely had any nails left to soak off at that!! Number 2: within HOURS of leaving a nail broke off and another one chipped! Sheyanna Moore Don’t waist your time. My nails are crooked and already chipping NOT painted properly. My feet were not scrubbed right, and the paint was placed over my cuticles. Everyone is nice, but overall I pay for my toes to look nice and they don’t.

Lynn Gannaway I went in for a pedicure, the couple felt like I would like the 50$ choice since this was my first time. The lady worked on my feet a fair amount of time. By the time I had been gone an hour or so my big toe was so sore. Two days later I have an ingrown toenail and its painful, but I wont have them fix it.

Mariah Priced well, good work, and the gal that owns it was very nice and friendly! Definitely will be going here from now on. Editing to update.. I quit going here. It started out great and then the last 3 or 4x it was like they were in a major rush. Even if I was the only one in there. They cut me multiple times with the rotary tool, my nails were uneven lengths and crooked, etc. Also a fill is supposed to be $20. I was charged anywhere from $20-$23 each time, they never said anything before charging me either. And Everytime I got basic acrylic nails with regular polish and only one color. So there was no reason for the variation in cost.

Channing Parks My mom and I went in today for both of us to get pedicures and my mom to get a fill. I had a wonderful experience with Hector but my mom was treated terribly by the other women in the shop. They kept pushing her to spend more money than she wanted to and made her feel terrible for the shape her feet and nails were in. They were very obviously talking bad about us. The woman that did my moms fill was irritated and rude from the start. She yanked my moms hands around and yelled at her for asking for a cat eye polish. It was such an awful experience and the only reason we would come back is because of Hector and what an amazing job he did with talking to us and making us feel welcome when the other women were so rude.

Susannah McMullan Went for the first time and it was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails ended up hideous. I’ve been to a ton of different nail salons in my life and my nails have never looked so ugly. The girl that helped me was very off-putting and seemed like she wanted to get me out of there as fast as she could. She was done in maybe 30 minutes. You could tell she didn’t care. They were crooked, lumpy, and the weirdest shape. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted (short squoval) and I have no idea what she was thinking. I can’t describe how tacky they were. Ended up going to another nail salon because I didn’t trust her to fix it with what she had done so far. The other nail salon fixed it and gave me MUCH better service.

Regan Knight Not happy at all with this place. Way too expensive and my nails didn’t even look that good. The lady didn’t even ask me if I wanted a shape or anything. The $20 extra shellac that she forced me to use started chipping within a week... the worst part was that one of my nails actually broke after one week. Not to mention that she left a crusty residue ALL over my hands and when I asked her to remove it she just told me it would go away eventually. Do not use this salon. Wish I could remember the ladies name but I cannot.

Katy Marvel This place is the worst. I got my nails done there and they looked terrible. I didnt have time for them to fix them and all they would give me back was $5 for a horrible $40 manicure. I will never go there again. I recommend you go somewhere else to get your nails done.

Jen Craven Will never go back! My husband and I went several weeks ago and the experience was ok. I took my daughter today and BOTH of the nail techs were so RUDE!!! Mine was in a hurry & didnt do what I asked. The man who did my daughters nails refused to cut them short like we asked. He said that hell cut them some other time if we get home and decide theyre still too long. He actually said, "They are short enough." $90 wasted on bad customer service.

Haylee McBride Guy who did my manicure kept complaining so much about the previous client wanting two nails fixed. He rushed on mine and didn’t clean up underneath. They weren’t terrible, but definitely noticed how off they were when I left. Probably won’t return.

Destiney Lira I want to start by saying my experience at the nail salon wasn’t bad at all. I actually enjoyed myself. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I paid about $200 for both services including a tip. I am giving one star because my gel polish was completely off the nails in only 2 days and chipped off others. My nail broke off in a week. If I’m paying that much I do expect for them to last at least 2 weeks.

Steph James Gentleman was nice and place wasn’t busy when I first arrived. It started getting busy and ppl coming in and out and the man got so nervous he was rushing through my set! I noticed and kept pulling my hand out of the uv light to look closer and he said to stop that they would look good once finished. Well he finished and asked if I liked them and I said no! He was nice about it but instead of offering to fix them he said come back tomorrow. They were so tacky and bumpy I was so disappointed! Everyone going in to get their nails done knows how long the work takes so I don’t know why he was rushing! I will not ever be going back! He did my daughters nails as well and the work was very bad!! I attached both photos! I ripped them off and went to Heavenly Nails, I heard very good things and they did not disappoint!

Lucas Traweek Very sweet staff, but the store is absolutely filthy. Nail dust everywhere, clutter everywhere. Not a very relaxing atmosphere. Again the staff was very kind and sweet the dip I got is very lumpy and looks like I need a fill already. I will not be going back.

B Nonya Just got my eye brows waxed. The lady did excellent and my eye brows look good. The only thing I didnt like was she didnt wash her hands prior to touching my face or using hand sanitizer.

Alexis Triplett Ive been going to them for 14 YEARS and will never go back after today. I went in to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done and spent 92 dollars. Jimmy did my nails too thick and when I let him know that I didnt like them that thick he told me they were fine and that he didnt know what to tell me. All i wanted was for them to be fixed and he was unconcerned about it. BEWARE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Jessica LeBlanc Decided to treat daughter and get her nails done. Never have I been treated so poorly. The place is pretty much a ghost town. One customer besides my daughter and niece. They tried rushing us out. Got told next time I should pay more to get nail polish that dries faster. (I was never given an option) They even physically pushed my other niece out of the way while she held my infant son. They do not offer any drying lights or even a fan. Im sorry but 30 mins is a long time for two 7 yrs girls to hold still. Honestly I would have paid more for quick dry but the option was not given. Never again.

Candice Cain I love going. It is always quiet and they are very friendly. They do a good job and my pedicure always lasts. I have taken friends and family and I would recommend. She always remembers my name and makes it a point to remember personal things about her clientele. The only con I can think of is the back massagers in the chairs dont work but with the customer service and the atmosphere I never cared. I have been other places but I am never as happy with the outcome.

LS We walked in and were taken care of right away. They were very friendly and took their time. I treated my kids to pedicures as well and they were extremely patient with my 3 year old. Weve been to many places around here, but no one was as friendly as this couple. I highly recommend this place.

jessica Perfectly polished✨ My manicure was fantastic. This is the first time I actually FELT a difference in my hands after a manicure. Cuticles and everything were cleaned and cut properly and thoroughly. Service was efficient. Owners are so sweet and salon is beautiful. The male owner did my nails, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was fantastic!

Jessica Mclaren I had a mani/pedi done. I got both basics, $50. The pedicure was great and looks awesome. The manicure however... put my hand in really hot water for 1 minute then started doing there thing. Paint job was terrible as you can see. The guy that started it cut all of my nails really short. Need to find another place.

jordyn i went to get my nails did, i was waiting for over an hour for somebody to do my nails. A lady came in 1 hr after me and get treated before i did. She was doing my nails and cut me twice. She put acrylic over my cuticles, and did not file them down. The ombré i got did look correct at all. it had bubbles in it and the he acrylic didn’t even go all the way down to the bottoms on the nails. I had wanted square and she gave me a curve shaped nails. most of them were crocket. i kept tellin her to shave the sides more, and to make them thinner and she looked at me and then put in the clear coat. all of the workers were mocking and mimicking me and my cousins. horrible service, big and bulky nails. i went to get a refund and she did this to my nails. Very rude and rough. I totally don’t recommend. AT ALL.

The Wandering Bradys Went for a pedicure and full set. One of my big toes you can see streak marks. My nails do not look like what I ask for. The 2nd pic is what I asked for. The lines are not straight. My nails are all uneven and bumpy. You could not pay me to go back here.

YT Wu First time visit back in February was great, so I decided to come back. After this visit, I would never come back again. Got a different technician this time, she doesn’t have patience at all. She couldn’t even get French tip right and I have to ask her to fix it twice. And then she got upset. She didn’t even clean up around my nails. Got charged $30 for this and I even tipped her $5 for the time she used but not the service she provided. Will not come back again!!! If y’all decide to go, plz find the younger girl there, she helped me the first time and was great!!

Carrasco Nataly I literally saw them finish with the pedicure stuff, threw it in the same water that my feet were in, put it back in their box, walk across the room to use it with someone else ! The horror!!!!!! My daughter’s nails started chipping off as soon as we got in the truck. They cut my toe and did not do a good job on the pedicure part . Got $45 pedicure and my daughter got a kid pedicure with toes and hands painted and paid $100

Fatima Flores I was in Midland for the weekend & decided I wanted to get my nails done. I got the $45 pedicure (got half of the service) & asked for a basic manicure. The color of the nails was so off, they didn’t have what I wanted & went off with what they thought was close enough without asking if it was okay or letting me pick another color. I got charged $65 for the pedi cause they “did too much” and for the service. $75 for the mani which came out lumpy & because I wanted that V line… It’s cute but overpriced & both ladies kept on INSISTING for a tip.. No. You charged extra for “service” that must be your tip. Never going back, too overpriced, do not recommend.

Cinnamon Warrior14 Really frustrating experience. Went in for an acrylic fill, lady rushed me in front of someone who had an appointment with her already while there were plenty of people sitting around. Nails are uneven and the gel is not cured. Sides of my nails were not filed down smoothly and she ACTUALLY LEFT NAIL POLISH ALL OVER MY PALMS. One time if this had happened, fine, we all have bad days. This is the second time this has happened. Ive been going to this salon regularly for five years and after they wasted my time and money like this twice I will never be back.

Eliora Davis Horrible! I went in to get my nails taken off and it was the worst experience. She told me I could finish getting them off at home after grinding them left and right and still leaving residue on them. Its been a month and my nailbeds are still shredded and nail tip chipping off from them taking my nails off. She made me pay full price and I will NOT be coming back for that service. Even my boyfriend who doesnt care about nails knew theyd screwed them up. Also I took my little sister and I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. She went home crying because they messed up her manicure and we had to take her somewhere else to get them fixed. They were uneven and rushed and I honestly couldve done better myself.

Mary Gambrell If I could give this business a rating of zero, I would do so. I noticed this nail salon while searching for another salon that I had googled. I couldn’t find the other nail salon so I stopped at this one. I had one slightly cracked nail and one nail that was split and was going to fall off if I didn’t get it repaired. When I walked into this salon, I was not greeted. There were no customers there. The employee or owner was a Asian lady between 55-70. She stated with a rude tone “ can I help you”. I replied by asking her if she did nail repairs. She then stated, “ what kind”! I said, what do you mean what kind. These are my real nails. I showed her my nails and she stated that one of my nails was hanging off and that she excepts cash only, then walked away. Why do consumers continue to give people like her their patronage.I will never step inside her salon again, I will have to loose a nail if I can’t find a legitimate nail salon vendor that respects their patrons.

Mom Whocares I got a pedicure and new set of nails. It was nice that it wasn’t a shop that was obnoxiously busy. I had good conversation with the shop owner and will return.
