analysa galvan John le did my nails today, and they came out very well! They took me in close to closing time and I am very grateful! My nails turned out very similar to my inspiration picture! Overall I am satisfied with the service I received today. This is my second visit to this salon and I have been happy with my nails both times!

GRACE LOPEZ I had a very pleasant experience today at Pure Organic Nail & Spa. I was greeted with friendly smiles and was seated right away. Ling assisted me and helped me choose the best color that I was looking for with the photos that I brought in. I love the shape and color and I had a wonderful experience. Ling is very talented and friendly and my nails and cuticles look better than ever!

Suzanne Braddy 1st time here, technician talked to much with the other techs. They have a sign to use inside voices but they dont. Foot massage was barely anything. She did good on sculping my nails and cutting but wanted to get me in and out and was so incredibly lazy with the massage. Suposed to me 70 min was way less. Didnt ask what design I wanted just did the same old tired flower. I did ask what all see could do just flower or lines. She was in a rush to get me in and out. Very Disappointed in this place. Will not be coming back or telling people to come here.

Erika I walked in without an appointment and there was a bit of a wait, didn’t expect anything less honestly, had no problems waiting. I had Kelly as my nail tech (it’s what her desk said so I hope that’s her name lol) she was wonderful and very sweet, she got my nails exactly what I wanted and took extra time to make sure the design I asked for was perfect. I love my nails and Kelly was amazing, I had a long day and we had a quiet appointment for most of it but when we did talk we were laughing and having a god time. My nails are beautiful and my husband loves them, we asked for constellation on the nail but didn’t ask for a specific but she did wonderful. Highly recommend Kelly and the shop

Tonya Sanford Great experience. I got the jelly spa pedicure it was great. Worth $65. The paraffin wax and hot stones and oil and foot massage was included. Never had my toes thumbed that like before. :) love my nails and the French tip is modest enough for me. Oh a 10 minute back/shoulder massage which really loose up some things. Next time I’ll wear a tshirt. Yes I would recommend

Update : I did return today. I received both a manicure and pedicure. There was a minor issue when Truang, the cashier/ manager became a bit irritated with me due to not understanding if she’d applied both my 15% off. Nevertheless, I remained calm as I was really appreciative of the overall experience. I was patient with my mani and pani tech although it took me 4 hours to leave. In the future, I suggest showing how prices are calculated using a calculator rather than becoming short with a customer for double checking. Outside of this, the experience was pleasant.

Sarah S New to the area and was looking for a place for my bimonthly pedicure and found Divine online. Great website, clear prices and the ability to book an appointment. When I got there I had the best pedicure of my life. I didn’t have to ask for any side of the toenail trimming or extra massage it was all there with the Coconut package. To top it off a chair massage at the end was included. There is a new nail place about to open closer to me but Divine mow has me as a devoted customer.

Kalysta Garza She charged me for a wax that I DID NOT ask for. All I wanted was my lip and eyebrows and she took it upon herself to wax my chin and around my chin. Which I did not want done. And told her to stop and she insisted and proceeded to do so anyways. She over charged me for all of it on top of that. And crazy thing is. I work literally three doors down from the nail shop. Crazy.

Rabia Anwar Came here based off reviews on a fb group and I’m always down to try new places. Paid $90 (without tip) for a basic shellac manicure and pedicure…$10 for my take off…this was for the cheapest pedicure of $30 as well.. For $90 I’d rather have just gotten a better pedicure and dip or acrylic power on my hands.. not worth the price

Berzayda Ochoa Service was excellent and fast! When I was trying to select my nail color I was a bit overwhelmed by two employees trying to give me their opinion on what color I should pick. The work was done well and it was beautiful. I got gel/shellac, on the third day one chipped and another cracked, on the 6th day the cracked one also chipped. Overall Im not sure if Id return the service was more expensive than my usual place.

Paola Mendez I stopped by here since it’s close to my house and NEVER again. There’s an older man with glasses who did my pedicure and he was so rough and seemed like he was in a hurry. Not enough employees because I saw lots of people wait a while for their pedicure/manicure, it’s only 3 employees. The girl who did my manicure cut my nails all the wrong size and the back color of my nails is way to white. WORST EXPERIENCE AND SPENT ALOT OF MONEY.

Tammy Dexter I love this place. They always do a great job with my nails. Today I got a pedi and the little flowers look great on my toe for Valentines Day! Just please make sure that you let other customers know that it is disruptive for them to be watching TV on their cell phone. There was an Asian woman getting her toes done next to me and I got to listen to her Asian Tv show for 45 mins when I just wanted to kick back, relax and enjoy the soft soothing music they have on. But tonight I couldn’t hear it. Not the salons fault, I’m sure they probably felt awkward in telling her to please use ear buds if she wants to watch a show.. so not to disturb the rest of the customers

Rosemary Morrell I have been trying to give this place a chance since it’s so close to home. There’s usually a small issue every time I go. This last time was awful. The lady doing my toes cut me twice then put orange on the toe she cut. The lady doing my nails spilled acetone all over my shirt and pants. The dip powder was uneven around my cuticles because she didn’t bother to prep my nail beds. I had her fix the uneven nail bed. The top coat was rushed and their dust under it making it rough and ugly. The only way to fix the bad dip was to totally redo them and I was already there 2 hours. Also, no one offered my anything to drink. I asked three times and they either didn’t hear me or ignored my request. When I went to check out all they offered was 10% off the pedicure service ($6 off….) That’s not combinable with my reward points. Don’t waste your time here.

Desaray Russell Hello today I am trying my hardest to be cordial and work with this company. I got my nails done on Sunday 2/23 & it is now 2/25 that my nails look like this. First I had to get 2 different people to do my nails on Sunday because I spoke up at the nail shop how my nails are incorrect. I called & requested a refund but at first I was told “no refunds” “no nail shop does refunds”. I then assured them I work within the same industry so I know that is false I’ll just speak with my bank, someone else contacted me from a cell phone stating I can get a refund if I come into the shop. I stated multiple times I work on the other side of town & they will be closed when I can come in & I was told “just come on your vacation time”. This place will do a bad service & then make it difficult for you to get your money back do not recommend. This has been the worst experience since the owner switch. They have not tried to work with me just want me to come in & get “free stuff” I just want my money back & to wash my hands with this company

Grace Baker This was my second time coming to this salon, and although there was a bit of a wait, the service was great! We were asked multiple times if we needed any thing to drink while we waited, and the host was very kind. My stylist, Cindy, was very kind as well! She was able to take my idea and turn it into something even more beautiful than I imagined. She was very nice and we had great conversation while she did my nails. I will definitely be requesting her more when I visit this salon.

Dilys Green When I saw my nails starting to grow long and lose shape, I decided to go to the salon to “renovate” them, and luckily Phoebe did it for me. I must say it was very impressive. My nails were completed after a few steps. Very helpful .

Milly Salas i was looking for a new nail salon and i saw this salon had good reviews. i was was waiting for 45 minutes which isn’t the problem but when someone stared doing my nails i asked for a overlay. once she stared she made my nails shorter even though i had my natural long nails and i didn’t want to shorten them just shape them. i asked for a french tip and once she stared and i saw something i didn’t like she seemed bothered by me asking her to fix it. i wasn’t satisfied with the service due to her having a problem with what i asked her to fix after she was done with my nails she charged me 65 dollars. i just think for the length, it wasn’t a reasonable price and i won’t be coming again.

B I got my nails done at this salon. Ive been going to this salon since June 2024. Nini did not resolve the issue I had with my nails. Instead my nails just got worse. I keep having green spots on my nails because of water getting in between the powder and my nail. I went there every 2 weeks sometimes before 2 weeks to make sure my nails were being refilled and new sets on time. If it was done correctly the green spots would have grew out. But instead it just kept getting worse. When I will go to do my refill, instead of her remove some of the loose nail on the side she just refills the top and thats why water kept getting in my nails. But its hard to communicate with someone that does not speak English very well. And when I took pictures of my nails and tried to text it to her she said shes on vacation. I just dont feel she cares about her customers.

Its hard to find someone who doesnt do bulky nails. They look natural..not thick as other nail techs do. Han Bui Do not come here. I came for a simple removal of Gel-X Nail extensions and the lady burned my cuticle multiple times and thinned out some areas of my nail to the point where it started to burn into my nail bed. Morover she still left some of the gel-x nail on my natural nails. This process took 1 hour. It took forever and they damaged my nail multiple times. Will never come back. The photo is the remaining gel-x Im peeling off my nails.

Elizabeth Johnson I visited NailGanic following Tiffany a tech from my previous salon, my service was great but after leaving I realized she took a $20 tip without my authorization. My issue lies within the person’s audacity to take from me without my knowledge or authorization. I’m giving this review because management needs to correct this issue as it’s called “theft” I use this time like many to relax, unwind but not to be taken advantage of in my relaxed state. I have no problem with tipping according to the service provided but it is my decision and should not have been taken from me. I now question the integrity of the establishment. Check your receipts before leaving people, this could be a trend!!!!!

I stopped in today without an appointment, I walked in 10 minutes prior to their opening and was seated right away and taken care of. The process was smooth and my nails were done really well! Also, the massages they give, even with the most basic pedicure, are always so good! And when I got my acrylic nails done, a man named Henry did them for me. Earthlynn One Its so hard to find a quality nail service, by people who care about the customers happiness. Not to try to upsell and nickle and dime me. I am now here for three hours waiting for my nail tech who rushed my manicure to finish with the overweight woman next to me getting just a pedicure. They are having fun chatting about kids, while Im patiently and quietly waiting to get my manicure fixed. It looks so rushed it looks like I did it myself. She must be mad because she couldnt upsell me to get gel or acrylic, I have never been asked soany times about up charging. I asked for a simple mani and Pedi and she asked me at least 6 times to do something else. I dont like being hard pressured then rudely telling me to WAIT while she finishes someone who came in hours later than me. I arrived at 10 15 am and its almost 1 pm now. For $45.00 plus tip of $5.00 I was going to give her ten, but after her rude treatment she will be lucky to get anything. I will return somewhere else who appreciates you. I was going to return for lashes eyebrows and gel but after this I will look elsewhere. Too much competition to treat and rush customers then argue when I politely asked for her to fix the jagged edges on my manicure. I suggest anyone who pays attention to detail to look elsewhere. Its my pet peeve to be treated unfairly. I do not like it .

Azalea Gonzalez Went to get a shellac mani on Saturday 4/10/21. The people were nice, but they were rushing. The polish has been chipping off and it has been 6 days. This is how it looks today and I havent picked at it, you can see its starting to crack on my other fingers as well. Whats the point of paying extra for shellac if it isnt going to last?

The owner is super nice, service is good and I love the fact that they’re open later than most nail salons. Ive been looking for a new nail salon to frequent for a couple of months now. Was never satisfied with my services at other places but I think I’m going to stick to this one. D Sh What an awesome place! I was there a couple weeks ago and there was a long wait of over an hour so the front desk guy politely asked me if I could come back the next day unfortunately I was traveling out of the state but really appreciated him being so polite and honest. Went back today but called 1st and they had an opening! My tech Ann was so nice, warm and friendly. She was very careful and gentle and kept checking in on me periodically to make sure I wasnt uncomfortable. She cut and filed my nails just the way I asked. Im definitely going back here and I only paid $25 for cutting down acrylic nails, refill and regular polish!!

Erica Thomas Ive been coming for year. Maya has given me a pedicure my last two visits and she is amazing. She is so personable and has a smile plus personality that will brighten your day. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. It is always s super clean and organized. The techs are very friendly and focus on you. They have never rushed me out the chair to get someone else in. b I went to get a full set and pedi last Saturday. First day I noticed the lady did not apply polish correctly it’s a very light color and my nail was showing through. Even the lady doing my full set told her to reapply it around the toe and the lady mumbled something and didn’t. I am 8 months pregnant and just ignored the situation. Well 3 days later I noticed it coming off since it wasn’t applied good. I wanted to go in and get it redone but I have drs appointments and when I’m free I’m tired! Fast fwed it’s been a week now! My toes look HORRIBLE! Polish is all gone doesn’t look like I got a pedi and I don’t even move or walk. Super disappointed as this is my go to salon since there’s never a wait and I like the quietness. They also charged me 70 for a basic polish full set which normally I pay that with a design. I’m shocked that the prices have gone up and service has gone down. The pedi lady I believe was new since I haven’t seen her. Overall I’m disappointment and want this to be fixed. Paying 100 dollars for polish full set and this pedi was NOT IT.

kasey whitmore took my mom here on sunday for her birthday, we both got pedicures and the lady who did mine was so rude and gave me the worst pedicure i’ve ever had. i picked my color and gave it to her, and i look down and see she’s painting my toes a completely random color i did not choose. so i stopped her and said i’m sorry but thats not the color i picked and she said no she wasn’t changing it. i said i’m not paying for it then so she said ok i’ll paint the color you want over this one??? absolutely absurd and ridiculous. it was literally just nail polish not gel or shellac so all she had to do was wipe it off & she was so rude about it. finally she changed it & she literally did a sloppy horrible job on purpose because she was mad she had to redo her own mistake. there was literally paint all over my skin she didn’t even try to make it inside the nail. i had to literally clean the edges up myself and she came over and snatched my hand away and told me don’t touch it. she was completely rude the entire time and if i could give zero stars i would. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE

Mel A It’s the worst nail salon I’ve been to. Two days after my full set they were already coming off. Nails were thick and shaped ugly. Even after telling Maya (can’t remember her name) she kept saying I’ll make it better but never did smh never going back waste of money!

And the pedicure lady did a very rushed pedicure and the polish on my toes looks really sloppy. I did the work on Saturday 12/20 and now it is the 12/22 and my nails already look like theyre about to pop off. Will never go back here. Spent 117 for mediocre results

Jan S I couldnt be happier! After trying several nail salons in the Pearland area, I am beyond thrilled with this location and will definitely return for all my nail care/spa needs. Victor, Fond and Judy were all tending to me and my friend, and we were both pampered and treated like queens! It was such an awesome experience! We both had pedicures, and I had Victor fix a problem that another nail salon did. He did everything (and more) of what I expected, and painted beautiful flowers to match my toes & nails. Everyone was so pleasant to talk to, and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.. A very fair price also, made this place a must visit when I need my next mani/pedi. SOOOO awesome! Thank you everyone for making our experience so enjoyable, and look forward to seeing you next month! :-)

Anabel Gonzalez Tim charged me $35 for these nails I like the shortness and the fact that they aren’t thick but if I would of gone to my regular nail salon it would of been must less. Also they have a lot of air bubbles. They gave me a thank you lotion which was nice.

Rachel B Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment On January 5, 2025, around 1:00 PM, I called BB Nails to schedule a pedicure with Nene. Nene has always been professional and quiet, delivering great service. However, today I was treated rudely by both Nene and Kim. During my pedicure, Nene began polishing my nails, but the application on one toe was uneven. When I pointed it out, Kim, who was not even working on me, came over and claimed the issue was due to skin from my cuticles, which was untrue. She started speaking loudly and displayed a dismissive attitude. Despite her behavior, I stayed calm and simply requested the service be done correctly. When I finished my appointment, I still gave Nene a tip as I paid. However, I was told by Kim that Nene no longer wanted to service me and that they would not provide services to me in the future. This was extremely upsetting. I would like to speak with the manager regarding this incident. I’ve noticed that the prices vary each time I visit, which raises concerns about fairness and transparency. Furthermore, the behavior I experienced today felt discriminatory. It’s disheartening that many Black women, who contribute their hard-earned money to this business, are treated poorly. When I asked to speak with the owner, Kim claimed she was the owner, though I question the validity of this claim. Her actions today lead me to believe she misrepresented Nene and escalated the situation unnecessarily. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this business. No one deserves the treatment I received. I am considering reporting this matter to local news outlets and believe further attention is needed to address the unprofessionalism and potential discrimination at BB Nails. Jennifer Rose Would not recommend this place!! I asked if they do a pedi in 50 minutes and said yes but all a lie. They still charge me $45 with no painting of my toes since my time was up. Didnt asked if towel was too hot and burned my upper toes and on top of foot. Also file down toes nail and trying to get gel nail polish off which scrapped the skin off. Person was very rough. Also told her to be gentle because I had foot surgery about 9 months ago and still sensitive but proceeded to be rough. I definitely WILL NOT be back. Now my feet are red and burning.

Kelsey Walker It started out okay, but ended horribly when the nail tech taking care of my cousin said he only had 3 base options for a French manicure, which wasn’t true because my nail tech showed me over 15. It was nearing closing time now and he still didn’t bring what she showed him initially & he then said he had to leave and if she could come back the next which wasn’t option. At this point she only has tips on & he’s ready to walk out the door. He started to take them off after she asked him to and then left. So she had 6 tips still on with partial acrylic on one nail. The receptionist came over & was extremely rude, luckily another nail tech came to take off the tips and acrylic. I will never go to this location again. Terrible customer service. She came in with nails & left with none. You’d think there would’ve been a discount on her pedicure or something for the inconvenience, but instead they threatened to call the police when they thought she was going to leave without paying. Absolutely absurd.

Trinity Schiel I have previously gotten my nails done at this establishment and the nails have been very nice but the employees…not so much. Unfortunately I had the misfortune of coming in at the end of the day to get a last minute set of acrylics and as I was waiting for the nail artist to finish the clients nails the client asked if the employee could make them more slender and sharp on the edges. This request seemed to send the employee into a frenzy and he started to snap at her. The girl could not have been older than 19 by the way. In the end she asked if there was anyway that they could fix it because she was not very happy with the end result especially since she had shown the employee a picture of what she wanted. The girl at the front desk honestly was doing her best to de-escalate the situation but the nail artist insisted that it was not possible to fix also proceeded Flo throw his hands up and raise his voice and he was the only employee currently doing acrylics. Anyways I ran out of there once I realized that employee would be doing my set next. I left disappointed and mortified at the employees rude behavior.

J Martinez Visited Cozy Nail Lounge for the first time due to my nail salon flooding with Hurricane Harvey. It was recommended by several friends so I said why not give it a try. I had my nails done by Tracy and pedicure by Dana and the two did a fantastic job! I was a little hesitant at first because I am very picky and skeptical about the cleanliness of the tools. Kim welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I did make an appointment and was surprised that I didnt have to wait to be seated. I loved the whole orange slices in the spa during pedicure and the neck heated wrap with nice aromas. I will more than likely visit again and appreciated the technicians for taking their time and not rushing.

Alanise Turcios So I originally found out about the spot when I went to Another Broken Egg. The waitress had her nails done and designed and I’ve been looking for a salon in Houston or Pearland that does nail art. She told me about this spot. When I walked in, they were able to sit me down within the first five minutes of being there. The place is very small so be prepared for that. My technicians name was “Lucy”. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, but, truth be told I was a little indecisive. I asked her opinion and she told me what she did with the other woman before me, but she was getting a little annoyed. We talked through the design and what we came up with is pictured. I like it but I wish the powder on my thumb didn’t look like two different pinks. That’s why I put hearts on top. I’ll be coming back for nail art but will stick to my other other nail salon for pedicures.

Jacqueline Mandola I’m not coming back here. Although the nails look great (which is why I’m giving it at least 2 stars), the service and quality was not. The lady who did my acrylic nails was super rough when filing the edges. I didn’t really notice it at first, but the roughness of sawing the file back and forth against my skin left visible marks on some of the fingers. These became open wounds, so I treated them with Neosporin to prevent infection, but still, I shouldn’t HAVE to do that. When she used a tiny nail bit to clean up the undersides of my nail, she poked me w the hot/fast efile multiple times, verbalizing “ow” each time, and she didn’t become more careful. The service was more expensive than what I usually pay for (55 just for the plain nails), because my usual place closed down, but that price isn’t justified for me due to the awful service. I also got a shellac pedicure w the smallest package (29$+15 shellac) and #1. It didn’t last 29 minutes and 2. The lady did an uneven job and painted over my cuticle which could cause the pedicure not to last as long. Cozy nails did not leave an adequate first impression.

Linda Nguyen I never really get my nails done, but wanted something stronger than press on nails, and more decorative than what I can do with my shellac kit at home for my best friends wedding. Good first time experience! Good job Vi! Looks better than the Google picture I came in with. Edit: all nails lasted more than 3 weeks, in fact I trimmed them down and kept them almost a month before finally getting them soaked off, which took 45 mins to soak and drill and file off. Money well spent!

Tasha Gibson The same day I got my nails done for a special occasion, gel polish(extra on top of pedicure) came off on both feet. I spent over $200 for my service, my mother’s service, and a prince pedicure. Not sure was happened that day but I was not happy. I was getting ready for a wedding and couldn’t make a turn around trip back to the salon. If I’m paying for services, my nails and pedicure should last especially if I requested GEL POLISH! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Jewels falling off nail polish chipped my nails last me 1 month, and after 1 week I am going to have to go back to get my nail redone because they look HORRIBLE! Roxy Jaimes If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I went in on Wednesday to get a pedicure and in the process of getting shellac on my toes the lady was filing my nail down and I kept telling her that it was hurting and she ignored me and continued until I picked my foot up and saw that I had a huge cut on the side of my nail and it was pretty deep. That wasn’t the only cut, I have a cut on the back of my foot as well from her scrubbing. I’m just very disappointed. I am at this point having to disinfect these cuts because I’m scared for it to get infected. ESPECIALLY knowing they don’t clean their stuff and they just put it back in there black box. I did not deserve this especially after having to spend 50 for a pedicure that I was not happy about.

Key They damaged my nails. I will not go back to this nail salon. This wasnt the first time they didnt want to use acetone to remove the acrylic. They use this practice of taking a nail tip to remove acrylic which is painful and breaks your natural nail. They told me that they will fix it. They did not understand that my natural nail care is important. They were just concerned with covering it up with acrylic. I will not return to this place.

Raven Cheers Extremely expensive! I only gotten a full set which is $30 on their website and I had to pay $70. No I didn’t get a pedicure or any other service.. just white tips. And the nail polish is already chipping off and it’s the second day. Definitely not worth the try at this establishment.

princess ginny This is gonna be a no for me. I specifically said matte 4 different times. I also informed her that I cannot be longer than an hour. Yet, they were arguing with each other, wasting my time. I also said not to shave down my nail, I want round shape not almond. I wanted a manicure, which consists of cuticles pusher, cuticle cut, and massage. I paid for it but didnt get that. In the thumb pic, you can see that not enough white was added to the corner. Currently removing this myself. Disappointed.

Varsha Vilankar The ambiance is just great and you feel relaxed almost yo the point where you doze off. The place is very very clean. It was great getting a pedicure done. Slightly pricey, but it’s worth it. Place is huge and well maintained.

Khan Khalid (Kingkhan) Due to my previous experience elsewhere, at first, I was very skeptical about going to Citeis Nail. That opinion changed as soon as I entered the facility. It was clean, smelled good and esthetically looked very upscale and modern. There was a well stocked bar but unfortunately there was no menu once you sit down. The staff was very friendly and experienced. Definitely recommend it.

Bincy Jacob Ive been coming here a few times a year for the last 5 years. They have gone through cerebral management changes but Ive always been happy with the service and efficiency. I really dont know how so many nail salons thrive in a small place, but if you wanted to give a place a chance, this would be one of them. I always try to go on off hours so theres no wait and when I went went, I was lucky enough to get two people to work on my hands and feet simultaneously so I was out with a Shellac Mani Pedi in 30 minutes, which cost about $78.

Edna Ortiz I went here today to get my acrylics off and get a manicure after. Got my acrylics off… the lady hurt my nails because she was trying to rush during the soak off process. I was charged for a manicure which I had asked for but all the lady did was soak off my acrylics and paint my nails… thats not a manicure. Not to mention that my nails were bumpy. Also, not once was I offered something to drink (the other people there were offered drinks more than once). I will not be back.

Mafer Lezama This place is a jewel! I came to Texas on a work trip and had no reference of a good place for nails. Went into Google to look at the top rated spots and Q Art Nails & Spa was open!! Even though I was the last customer in, Jenny and her team took care of me and made it an extremely pleasant experience. Everyone was nice to me, starting at the reception desk I was greeted with kindness and made feel comfortable. They even helped my indecisive self to pick a color and it came out beautiful! I hope I can come back to Houston someday just to visit Jenny and team! I am so happy with my nails and definitely recommend it for anyone who wants top notch nails and excellent service! The team at Luu Luu Nails is incredibly professional, and they truly care about their clients comfort and satisfaction. I chose to get a gel manicure, and my nail technician was meticulous. She took her time to ensure my nails were shaped perfectly, and the color application was flawless. The polish selection was impressive, with plenty of trendy and classic shades to choose from. Claudia N I am writing this review to reflect the experiences of both myself and my mother, who both received pedicure services at this salon. Firstly, my pedicure was good in many aspects, particularly in how thoroughly the lady cleaned my cuticles. However, she did nip my toe while cutting my nails, which she did not acknowledge or apologize for. I felt slight discomfort initially, but it wasn’t until later, while walking around the town center, that the cut began to bleed slightly. For the second service, my mother was not content with her pedicure. The technician did not remove the cuticle correctly, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture before correcting it myself at home. We paid over $115 for both services, which included shellac removal for myself and shellac French tips for both. As I was unaware of my injury and my mother’s dissatisfaction at the time, I did leave a tip. Overall, the experience was mixed. While some aspects were handled well, the lack of attention to detail and communication left us dissatisfied. I hope the salon can take this feedback constructively to improve their services in the future.

Erin Fr I came to get a shellac manicure for my birthday and the nail tech ruined the shape of my natural nails. Each nail was a different shape, and the lengths of the nails from one hand to another were vastly different. It looks like their full sets might be fine, but I would not go back there and let them do that to my natural nails again. It was also extremely hot in the salon (100 degrees outside), and they were not offering guests any water from the fridge full of drinks they had.

Intrigued heart I adore this place. I’ve been here before too. And the time I came before was great as well. I hadn’t been in a while because I don’t live in this area at all. But when I am in this area; I come here. They don’t “overcharge” for no reason. They charge based on the product itself. The brand itself, and the service. If you don’t want to pay for ✨EXPENSIVE✨ nails; then ask them beforehand how much it’ll be before they begin working on your hands or toes. Ask them if they can fit your price range. Just ask. ✨JUST ASK!✨ Everyone’s experiences at places is completely different. Especially at nail salons. Dont always blame the service though. Sometimes (and most of the time); it’s the negative attitude you bring to the place before even arriving. Make sure you budget before getting your nails done. Always. Enough for the bill and the tip! Rose did my nails, and Evie did my toes. They were both very sweet, funny, and very suggestive. My experience here was great. Hopefully yours can be too. -Rosie

Nina Lack of communication! Horrible service. I scheduled an appointment for my self and my daughter. I get there the lady they scheduled me with came up to me and told me she couldn’t do it. I said okay. I’m okay with someone else. They took my daughter back. Me thinking they will call me back in a few. I had 2 people asking me back to back if I wanted something to drink I said no thank you. Long story short! They never took me back I sat there and waited. Very dissapointed. 12yr old $55 for a pedicure is insane. Never again.

May Love Very disappointed. I see a review with the exact same problem I have. The first photo is what I showed I wanted, the second photo is what I got… after explaining thats not how I wanted them and I showed the photo again. I was told my nails needed to be longer… but that wasn’t told when she cut them. Paying $55 for what I got is crazy!! It’s very sad when I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and prices have raised so much and i’m unhappy with my service.

Sarah Landau I was bringing my two little girls bc they got a giftcard for the holidays. They were so excited. We walked in and all the technicians were sitting on chairs on their phones. The receptionist was not friendly and did not say hi. When they told them to sit down there was an argument with two technicians on where they should sit. They were yelling at each other and one hit the other one . They finally started and completely rushed through the service. I had to ask them to do the massage. I bought them a full mani/pedi so it came with the massage. They never offered us a drink and kept laughing and talking. The man was very rough with my daughter’s massage and she was too nervous I to ask him to be softer. My 7 yr old accidentally messed up one nail as she was getting off her chair to leave. The lady told her that’s why she was to sit longer. She was very rude about it. I will never go back. My daughters said they were so rude and were sad about their experience.

Katia Mejia I was very disappointed with my full set. I had asked for a short square french tip and even showed her a reference photo. She only glanced at the photo and said yes. When she started my nails she didn’t make them square so i kindly asked her if she could file them more to shape and she got upset and said “next time say you want square before i start your nails” i was very confused because i showed her a picture and told her how i wanted the nails. I stayed quiet and trusted her. When it got to the white tip of the nails she re did them multiple times and they were all uneven , i even asked her to just paint the whole nail white if that was easier, i had no issue with all white nails. She continued to ignore me and still tried the white tip, i was over it at that point. i dont blame the place or the people because everyone is super nice ! But i did have to go to another salon to get my nails fixed and i was very upset that i spent over $115 for something i was not happy for and even tried to speak up about it . J Marie Nail immediately chipped not even 24 hrs later. Within the same week all the nails were off. They are too high to be having such poor quality. The decor is done beautifully. The place seem like it was pretty clean. I will not be returning.

Nikki Forrister This place was nice at first until I came in for a full set white nails I wanted them with shellac. I also got one glitter shellac on one of each hand so I total of two nails came out to $65 and they were medium size coffin shape the lady that did mine named Thuy tried her best, but was not able to fulfill a proper nail painting job. In other words she’d never got side to side on my nails. I came back the next day to get them fixed and she still cannot complete what I was asking. She tried to do my nails three different times and that sitting and got frustrated told me to wash my hands and walked away. She asked for somebody else to finish, and it took them less than 30 minutes to fulfill exactly what I was asking, a simple request that every person who comes in to get their nails done is asking for a complete covered now it’s very simple she could not fulfill this task, and instead of apologizing for all of this, she walked away, never came back that no one from the management department had spoken on her behalf let alone apologize for this simple issue she also cut my finger on the first day. I went the next day she filed my nails down so thin that you couldn’t even tell I had an overlay done. It was very upsetting, but this was my first time going to this place and they were with attitude on day two of me coming back after me spending all this money. I also had my toes done which was a total of $55 my entire. Order for a full set/pedicure came out to $120+ I tipped and still got very bad and very poor customer service.

Kaylee I love this place usually its good Ive been going for a while now almost a year but the past 2 or 3 visits have been, crazy Ive had 2 sets of nails craxk but this one was the worst its been because Ive never had nails crack from this business but it was cracked so bad it ended up tearing 1/3 of my nail bed off, it was raw but is healing now so it doesnt look as graphic or bad in the photo. But even after if was "fixed"it was still cracked and broken, both nails that are cut off and why is the top coat peeling off its only been a week since Ive had them done definitely disappointed gonna have to go back to my other salon for awhile..

Megan Shimek Let me start by saying this used to be my go to place weve spent 1000s of dollars in here over the years. But NOW.....if you would like to get a Nail fungus that is antibiotic resistant, by all means please come here! I see that some comments have been deleted regarding this issue. It took about a year to get rId of mine, that was 1.5 yrs ago. And my MIL was there 3 months ago and had to get her entire big toenail removed because of a bad fungus from here. That if it wasnt taken care of would have spread to her other toes! So they might try to deny it, but 2 people getting pedicures from the same place?? I dont think its coincidental and my mom also go something on her finger from a Manicure. Save yourself the doctors visits and antibiotics and possibly loosing your entire toenail and being in pain from it.

Chasity Irvin I honestly feel so bad even doing this but I never leave reviews but this nail salon is a BIG NO for me.. I should’ve known because it’s empty I’m the only one here and it’s a Friday! First everybody there is old and kind of lazy when it comes to getting a pedicure. My paint is just thrown on and is not neat at all! I came to get a quick pedicure for the weekend and paid $60 never again!!!!!!!!!!! She was so ruff and made my toe hurt. She is upset because I made her fix my toes and even after that it is still not neat!!!! Ig you live and learn!

Elisa Ramirez My daughter has come here since my daughter in law recommended it years ago. Thank you for the awesome care and hard work you put into her pampering sessions. I have also grace this location before. I simply say thank you for everything you have done for me as well. I adore the setting and its clean and has that upscale look. I also appreciate the television they have on for us to watch. Tips are highly encouraged here. They do accept cash for anyone who is wondering in light of us leaving covid 2020.

C Hanslik This was the worst nail experience of my life. The manicure lady kept cutting my skin with the cuticle trimmer and when I told her it hurt she laughed and said I just needed to get used to it. Equipment was not packaged (new), and she filed her own nails after using a file on mine; then went BACK to filing my nails with the same file! She was coughing and sneezing and wiped her hands on her apron. Nail polish was applied unevenly, so it has random lumps, and has already started rubbing off less than a day later. (And this was after I paid extra for gel.) $77 for a mani and pedi is totally reasonable at a clean salon where technicians know what they’re doing and don’t hurt you. But for THIS experience, it was an absolute rip off. Avoid this place!!!

Melissa Raju I rarely take the time to leave bad reviews, but when I do it’s pretty bad. I went into this nail shop as a first time customer because it’s so close to my house and decided to give them a try despite their recent reviews. Boy do I regret it. Throughout the entire process (Julie) filed my nails with the electric filer and the regular one, but I kept having to take my hand away and tell her to please go gentle. She said she’d be gentle and by the time the my service concluded, all my nails and nail folds were damaged and in pain. My nails are paper thin and I didn’t get the color I wanted. I hate leaving this type of review but I’m in so much pain and I’ll never go back. She did offer a $5 discount after I kept telling her. I’m not sure if she was rushing but I’ve never experienced anything like this.

The Jamerican Dollbaby Well I had a great experience I’m really peculiar about customer service and the staff was friendly the young lady who is behind the bar is so sweet and attentive. Ms Helen did a great job on my toes and Eve on my hands I have NO knicks or cuts. The price was ok reasonable $$$..for the area I haven’t found a nail salon that has trap me Yet..The drinks are definitely delicious

Laila Naqvi Went here for the first time to get a full set, they didn’t get the colour right, I showed them a picture for reference, the nails themselves were was super thick and uneven, they charged me extra for a coffin shape when my nails were super rounded, when I asked her if she could fix the shape or at least make it square or sharper twice she responded they are not rounded. While I was waiting for my nails to dry in the gel machine, the lady doing my nails picked up the same nail filer she was using on me and started filing her own nails. After which she used the same nail filer on me again, which is extremely unhygienic. I came home and filed my nails myself, they didn’t take anything off the final price, literally the worst experience I’ve had.

Ozioma Onyeuku I never write reviews but wow. Worst experience ever! When I walked in the nail tech was on FaceTime with her boyfriend which is extremely unprofessional. That should have been my warning to leave but I decided to stay. I ended up getting a gel manicure and three days later 8 out of 10 nails had chipped and broken. I called and sent pictures. They set an appointment for me to come fix it. After driving all the way to my appointment they told me they will only offer me 20% off. How disgusting not to stand behind your work and fix your mistakes. Do yourself a favor and go to the MANY other nail salons in the area. I will never be back and if you read this review you should look elsewhere.

Aaliyah Jones This is my first review EVER in my 23 years of life, thats should tell you how bad this experience was. First day I came 05/13/24 I walked in for ONE simple nail fix for which they charged $7 witch was fine but at least do it right .. TK did it for me the first time he didn’t bother to prep my nail properly or even shape it with my other nails.with him not priming my nail it caused the nail to lift from the inside which causes bacteria and food to get stuck inside of my nail bed. After 3 tries he finally got the white lining of the French tip kind of right . After I left I noticed the lift so I came back the following day which is today and Danny helped me out sweet guy he did perfect with prepping my nails but he just couldn’t do a simple French tip line after so many tries I just left with what’s pictured because out of all his attempts that was the best one so I just left with a horrible looking nail as you can see on the pictures. Definitely won’t be returning it looks nice and elegant but thats all they offer the nail techs or at least the two I encountered where just not good (read other reviews and im not the only one who thought so) Don’t do like me and read the reviews and still go I would suggest looking else where! Definitely if you love French tip like myself.

Faynetta Burrle This has been my nail salon for years but today will be my last day going there for nail services. I went in for a pedicure and a regular refill. I did not want shellac which I clearly stated to the receptionist and Tracy the technician. Tracy did my pedicure which was fine. When she was doing my nails, I didnt realize that she was using the shellac polish because the shellac and non-shellac comes in the same package. When we were done with my refill, Tracy charged me for shellac. I questioned her about the price and the service... I refused to pay full price for the shellac because I clearly stated that was a service I did not want. My bill for a pedicure and a regular refill should have been $70. She tried charging me $85 which I refuse to pay. I ended up paying $75 which was fine because that $5 was her tip. Also that was the second time that that happened to me. TK did something similar to this situation a couple of months ago with my pedicure and I just let it slide, but now Im thinking that thats a thing with Cinderella nails!

But it’s the attitude of the manager, has nothing to do with the nail techs and I came in for a simple brow wax I’ll never return. Mimi Oghide Went there for a simple powder removal and the lady assigned to me used the drill the whole time. She then asked me for a manicure and all she did was quickly buff my nails and apply lotion. I was charged $17 with absolutely nothing to show for it. When I got home I still saw remnant color from the powder that I paid for them to remove. Two weeks later my nail health is very poor due to the drill use. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Adrianna Degracia Ive been coming here consistently for 4 months since new management took over. Wilson, the manager, does amazing work and is very thorough. Ive also had the other ladies do my dip nails, pedicure and they also do great work. Wilson makes sure his customers are happy before and after they leave. Drinks are offered, cuticle oil is given after your service and you can earn discounts each time you come in. Please give this place a chance. Older reviews dont apply to the staff he now has and the new management. I can go a month without my nails chipping, pulling up from the base and if they ever do, theyll fix it within 7 days. If youre a teacher, student, medical staff....look no further. He is about to start offering discounts on certain days of the week for them. If you go and have to wait, just know the staff are offering good quality work and not rushing through to get to the next person. Thats what keeps me coming back. Prices are definitely a plus too. Dont be fooled by the fancy big places that rush to get you in and out and on to the next one.

Shanyse East I didn’t like it here at all I intended on getting a full set and pedicure but I only decided to get a pedicure for one it was rushed and when she wrapped my feet in the hot towel it was only one towel wow... as for my nails I decided not to get the full set because the guy couldn’t even get the color matched for the samples and I didn’t want to keep having to tell him. I hate to say they will never get my services again

She asked for powder set however the nail technician decided to apply a translucent powder and the on top add shellac, my mom asked her what she was doing because this wasn’t her usual routines at other locations, the lady proceeded to do it after my mom said she didn’t want shellac. The nail tech then told my mom to choose a different color bc the shellac wasn’t going to cover the powder nail color that the lady chose but again my mom told her she wanted the powder color she asked for. the lady then tried fixibg the issue by choosing the color she wanted not what the customer asked. she took 2 hours & a half to do what she wanted & charged my mom. this was stressful, a bad job, unprofessional, i question their license

L I’ve been to this salon twice already. The first time the visit was good. I mostly go for the massage and get basic nail polish color. The massage was good and the woman who worked on my feet did a great job with shaping and painting my nails. That’s why I went the second time. The second time however was not good. I always get a higher “level” pedicure so that I can get a good massage. It was clear the woman working on my feet wanted to rush me out. She did a half-assed massage, but for me the worst part was she did a terrible job with the polish. It looks worse than if I had painted them myself at home. She couldn’t even bother to clean the edges. She put my flip flops on wrong and gave me two right ones. She didn’t even move me to the dryer, she just walked away from me. It was a mess. I am so disappointed that I had two totally different experiences. I think because I was on the phone she thought I wouldn’t notice all the things going wrong, but I did. Not sure if I will be going again :(

Tan Taylor This was my first visit. Ken did an excellent job on my nails and Emily did a great job on my pedicure! I fell asleep during the whole process because they were sooo gentle! The nail salon is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and did I mention that the Passion Fruit Juice is Delicious!!! Im definitely coming back!!

Esther Chiu Awesome nails and customer service by Cindy! I asked for nude nails with extended tips and almond shape and Cindy was able to help me pick the color and shaped my nails with ease! I highly recommend this place as they were able to fit me in their schedule last minute and I loved their service. The photo in the car is the day I got it and the second photo is almost 2 weeks out!

melynda yarbrough Asked the guy to not go too thick, which is known to happen, he made them so thin within 3 hours they are breaking. Because Ive been here multiple times I thought Ill just give them a call and surely theyll fix it. Nope! The manager who called my phone from her private phone began to accuse me of breaking them while gnawing on spicy food! Literally thats what I was told. And she saw the picks. After what felt like an eternity of her yelling everytime I tried to talk she ended it with hanging up on me and refusing a refund! Absolutely ridiculous! I tried to explain that I specifically told this guy doing my nails theyre too thin. He would scuff. Im ashamed I payed for this and a good honest company would be understanding and return atleast a portion of the 60 spent.

Kenya Mathews HORRIBLE I have been here many time and had a great experience. But today no at the end of the day I didn’t like my nails they where uneven and chunky and I ask them to take them off. The manger was very rude when I told her I didn’t like them and started yelling at me and my mom.She told me I needed to make better nail decisions. She went back and forth with me and my mom. Once she decided to take them off she continue yelling and told us we needed to listen to her. Another staff member came over to cut and soak off my nails but it began to BURN I had to get up several times to tell him that and he continued to tell me no. Kept telling me later later when I had already been there form 11:30 -3:30 .Overall the experience I had today was completely horrible to the manger down to quickly of the set. DONT COME HERE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVE YOUR MONEY

And these are added tips that were filed down way too low so much so that they ended up being the length of my actual nails. Also, the filing and buffing were poorly done so the color and thickness on my nail bed is uneven. They also cut my several times. I have cuts all over my hands. They were unethical and arbitrarily gave a “dip” price that was not listed on the price sheet and even though I chose a particular “manicure” with “gel” And when I asked for clarification they became aggressive and hostile. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I came before and they routinely had the black employee work with me. I should have known then. I will never return back and urge anyone reading this to not support these business. Horrible service and unethical.

neli Not even 10 minutes in and these people are so pushy and RUDE. I came in for a simple pedicure just to clean up my feet and these ladies kept pushing me to get the $65+ pedicures! After I repeatedly said “I’m okay with my choice.” they said that’s cheap of me and started laughing! I will never be coming here again, they are just plain out rude.

Val I always go to Amber when I come here, met Mary for the first time today and she did amazing on my pedicure. For the price, it was worth it especially for a self care luxury day. I was offered drinks and a good movie to watch. I usually come and get a full treatment which includes full set, pedicure, facial, lashes, and eyebrows. I have never been disappointed.

Laura Medel Worse experience, very pushy wanting to add shellac, many times told them I wanted regular nail polish so they assumed I also wanted a regular pedicure not once asked the type of pedicure. I always like to get the better pedicure package with sea salt, rocks, and massage but instead got a little dead skin clipped as well as chunks of my good skin. I also brought my neighbor to treat her with a mani and pedi. So disappointing.

Kan Jones NEVER AGAIN!! I Went to this nailshop for the 1st time This past Saturday and it was empty so im thinking GREAT , NO WAIT TIMES ! The staff was nice and polite but they charged me EIGHTY DOLLARS for my French tip nails! No special polish , no shilac, nothing fancy , just regular basic acrylic French tip full length nails and charged $80 !! Not only did they charge me $20 more than Ive EVER paid for the same style and same service which i usually only get charged $60 for, ALL MY NAILS LIGHTLY EFFORTLESSLY BROKE OFF WITHIN 4 DAYS of having them like they were press on or something. I paid almost $100 for some basic simple nails and they didnt even stay on a week. WORST NAIL WORK EVER AND WAYYYY OVER-PRICED !!! Good pedicures though .

J B The overall atmosphere was decorated very well, the establishment was clean and some nail technicians were friendly but unfortunately they are dishonest and don’t perform the service completely. My daughters pedicure was literally 5 minutes and the technician moved on to a what I called a more appropriate individual for the area and her family. Which I did not say anything due to my daughter’s excitement just for her toes to be painted . I on the other hand had the deluxe version which the technician said you have a hangnail but proceeded to skip over removing it. Customer service is very important if you want your establishment to flourish. It’s very sad that individuals have businesses in this area and feel as if it only accommodates who they feel belongs in the area. My nail tech was great, she did a good job on my nails and was friendly. Maybe she should pass her humbleness onto her coworkers.

Laura Peterson I usually leave reviews for a GOOD reason but this is different. Walking in, the lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming, the woman who did my nails (her name is Avon) was chatty and nice, but very aggressive when filing my nails and not gentle at all throughout the process. At one point I had to pull my hand away because she wasn’t looking at my hand while filing and missed the nail completely. At the end, my nails looked exactly like what I asked for but the cringeworthy part is, she asked for a tip THREE TIMES like really fast while I was trying to walk to the counter to pay. I always tip, I still left a tip, but that’s rude and unprofessional to just flat out ask your customer “you’re going to tip?” Even one time is rude but three times, I won’t be going back.
