They not only fix my nails, but they have me enamored at how barbie like my nails look ($45 USD before tax). Next time, Ill ask for an ombre to match my favorite Sophia Webster shoes. Im so excited to come back. I was in and out in about an hour. This place is inside the Madison Avenue building. Its such a hidden gem.

Facey Erin (Wishmiss) I went in today to get some fun nails done for the upcoming Christmas season and had a wonderful time. The lady who did my nails was very meticulous and I really appreciate that! She worked so hard to get them looking perfect. I also had her draw some snowflakes; she kept critiquing her own work but Im super happy with them. They dont look like perfect stamps or stickers on my nails and I love that because no two snowflakes are the same. They did a wonderful job on my nails!

Rosemary Rajab I had my nails done by Kim and it honestly was a great experience! She was friendly, polite, professional, and keen to find out if I was happy with my nails each step of the way. She was so open to feedback which was great, and detail oriented. Ill definitely be going back!

Jennifer Adams I came here because two of my friends talk highly of Kim, a nail tech there. She was unavailable so I booked with Joe, who had also been recommended. (This business has an online booking platform, but I called to make this reservation that morning….) When I arrived a young-ish girl started working on my nails. I thought perhaps she was just prepping for Joe. Nope. Unfortunately she ended up doing the whole job. She frequently would get up and walk to the back of the store and play on/mess with her phone, thus extending the whole dreadful process even longer. She asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed and I said yes, but when I checked out I noticed a $10 charge for that. I’ve never paid such a high price for cuticles! But the worst part is that within hours of leaving, the nails (which were so thick you could have measured their height!) started popping off like Grocery store Press On nails. (See picture) I went back not once, not twice, but three times for repairs and still half of them have popped off while doing everyday tasks. In 30 years of getting my nails done, I have never had such a miserable, money-wasting experience. Terrible nails- over charged and truth be told, everyone there except the receptionist was about as friendly as a shoe. With a nail salon on every corner, skip this one and go elsewhere.

Kris Taylor After much searching when my old nail salon closed down during COVID (yes, Ive gone without nails for almost 3 years!!) I found this gem today! Kim and Trina were awesome!! They were friendly and easy to talk to through the whole service. My daughters comment as we drove home was "Id go back just to be friends with them!!" Im a product oriented person- if Im going to pay to have my nails done, I am thrilled to have new friends- but the nails better be excellent as well! They are!! Both Kim and Trina were meticulous- making sure every edge and stroke was perfect! My daughter showed Trina a picture of what she wanted and I swear you couldnt have told the picture from the end result-- PERFECT! Kim gave the best shoulder and neck massage with my manicure and my nails (just gel- I didnt get anything big this time) were exactly the right length and not too thick. Bottom line- I was 100% pleased and will definitely be back!! The shop was clean, Trina and Kim were professional, careful, friendly and efficient, the other staff was nice and friendly, and the price was appropriate for the services.

Jaclyn T Mindy did an Excellent job on my nails! Best in a long while! They were a bit busy and she got up to help fairly often, but I was not in a rush so I did not mind. She was super sweet and very helpful with picking the perfect color I was looking for, too.

D D Na did my natural nails in dip powder color of my choice with stiletto shape which I love perfectly, and Vivan did my pedicure , just plain ole paint the toe polish very good. This was my first time here and I will be back! Thanks ladies

I have been getting my nails done by Chris for the last 2 and a half years now, and I will drive or fly hours to have her do them!! She makes sure my nails are amazing before I leave and she talks to me the whole time! She gives me the best advise and is always looking out for me! Definitely the best experience at a nail salon ever and it stays consistent!! I love love love this place

Erin Medley My sister recommended this nail salon, and they were absolutely fabulous! My daughter and I were walk-ins, but the entire staff was so quick and efficient that we were out of there, looking fabulous, in an hour and a half with two manicures and a pedicure. I’ve sat in salons for 3+ hours before with much simpler nail requests. Sisi did a wonderful job on my nails and all of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! I will be back!

Eryn Aquino I had a wonderful experience at Tiny Lash & Nails Room. The staff was fun to talk to and they were very personable. The location is a little hidden as it is towards the side of the complex and not facing the main road. The prices were more than reasonable, as I got a design on a full set of acrylic nails. The first three images below was the set of full acrylic that I had done and the last two images were the inspiration (pretty good if you ask me). I don’t usually write reviews, so I was definitely happy with the result. Tip: It’s best to call them directly for an appointment.

Erica Burton I love them. I’ve including a pic of my face for eyelashes and eyebrows. I get my eyelashes done every 2-3 weeks by Ann and I’ve included pictures of every set I’ve had since discovering them June 2023. This was my one year anniversary with them and these women are absolutely amazing at what they do. I always ask for shorter nails but they can literally do anything you want. They are amazing at designs and are very creative. Tiny lash nails room is my much needed therapy and relaxation spot. Don’t miss out on giving them a shot!!

Kat Kas I called and asked if they had time for a dip manicure. I arrived on time and they proceeded to put nail polish remover on my nails. I sat there for 40 minutes with the nail polish remover on my hands, and no one ever came to do my nails. I took them off and they charge me $10. I’m very disappointed they told me they had time. The lady literally left me for another client. Also they have a sign in there that says “FREE PERFUME FOR GOOGLE REVIEW ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️” so some reviews may not be truthful.

Carlesha Patterson I gave the shop 2 stars because it is very clean compared to most nail salons I have visited. I have been to the salon a total of 3 times. First time was a pedicure and the tech did a really good job, she took her time and did it correctly. The second time I went for another pedicure by a younger girl and she did it very quickly not really scrubbing the feet as well as she should. The last time I went in for solar nails for my birthday and it has only been a week from today and it is already peeling. The tech did not take care of my cuticles and I previously had on red polish which she really didnt take off properly and you can see it. I dont know if I will go back again.

Joy Ribble I recently moved to the area and found Super Nails based on the great reviews. Those reviews are so deserved! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; I’ve only been a few times, and they already know me by name and remember things I’ve told them from visit to visit. I’ve had problems with my nails for years, but after a few visits, they are now healthier than they’ve ever been. My legs, hands and arms feel so good after being so well cared for and massaged. No matter who is attending me, they take their time to ensure I am happy with the results and I’m never rushed. My nails always look amazing, and I feel amazing when I leave. So very glad I found Super Nails! They’ve got a loyal customer in me.

Caia Halpin I got my nails done here about a week ago! They are very high quality- I work out, do dishes in very hot water, and I am also clumsy and have hit my nails on several counter tops. No signs of chipping at all! The price was amazing compared to other nail salons I have been to and the ladies who work there are fun to talk to as well. These are the first set of nails I am confident in wearing because I dont have to worry about damaging them and they look like the day I got them.

Cassidy Follis Reign Nail Bar is a wonderful new nail salon! I’ve been getting my nails done by May for almost 2 years now & she does an amazing job every time. The quality of my nails is always so good that I can usually go about 4 weeks in between appointments, even though I keep them pretty long. My friend and I also both recently got a pedicure at Reign & our toes looked good for so long! The techs really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely recommend!

Annie Heskett ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! The owner is such a friendly person, and the staff is absolutely great. Never have I ever felt so comfortable going to the nail salon. I was pleasantly surprised I could walk in and get such great nails at a great price. I went here with my sister to get our nails done around 5pm, and had some mimosas. Not only that, they put Netflix on, so you can watch whatever while you get your nails done. Coming here was a treat (:

Isis Martin I tried this nail bar, because it was close to home and has so many great reviews. My experience at Reign was below average. I had an appointment for 5 pm, but did not get serviced until almost 6. The nail salon is not updated and waits for your dip to soak off until every bit is gone, instead of filling it off like most salons which I did not like. Techs are obviously new and very slow. The tech I was booked for was not very friendly and bruised my cuticles while rushing to service me. I would go back in the future, but would only book with the owner (May) at an earlier time when they are not booked up in the evenings. Alcohol was a nice touch and owner was friendly. Nails lasted two weeks, but started chipping instantly at the one week mark (as you can see in the photos). I had a perfect square shape, but the tech gave me coffin/square and messed up the shape. I am not very ruff with my nails, and can usually make a set last three weeks without cracking from dip. I wear dip powder on my natural nails, so now they’re bruised from the dip chipping.

Todd Chambers They were able to work my daughter in and did a great job. But at $85.00 it was a bot more expensive than when I take her to other nail salons. This was very small and unkept, I usually get a pedicure but the tubs looked a little questionable, I passed.

Taylor Miller Ive had really bad experiences with nail salons and although I was very hesitant at first, I LOVE the outcome. I felt slightly rushed in the beginning, but again.. Ive had bad experiences and just wanted to make sure my nails looked great. Im pretty picky, especially with the cost of beauty these days. Julie did an amazing job! I showed her a picture from Pinterest (trust that I understand these pictures arent always realistic) and she did not disappoint. I did take forever picking out my colors and I was indecisive and unsure; it was obvious. But Julie was nice and patient and gave me time to decide. Its been a while since Ive had my nails done, so Im not current on the different types of gel/polish/treatments, etc. I walked in lost, but walked out happy! I didnt catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she was great too. Very sweet and I love my toes. I decided to pamper myself for the holidays and I am glad this nail salon was recommended. I will definitely be going back!

Lauren I’ve been coming here for years when I visit my parents and finally popped in today. Before coming in, I took a glance at the reviews and saw multiple mentions of poor customer service. But I still decided to go today, because I remembered the good service and quality nails I had gotten in the past. However, the other reviews are definitely true, and I agree this place is not what it once was. Very disappointed with the service and quality of work. Henry and the other man who works there were fine. However, the blonde older woman was just terrible. She didn’t clean my cuticles before hand, which I asked for. She just dismissed me saying, “I’ll do it later”. As you can see on my thumb, there’s already a gap in between where the nail polish starts and my cuticle. We paid for cuticle service, but she didn’t do it and was visibly annoyed when I told her to put the polish all the way up to the cuticle. Not only that, when she finally did clean up around the area. She cut me on multiple fingers (as seen in the picture). The customer service was also very disappointing. She didn’t even make an effort to lean into the chair despite me getting a manicure and pedicure simultaneously. She kept shouting at me to move over. But I was sitting on the chair already with my right hand crossed over my chest, leaned over the arm rest. I was actually leaning over the chair to reach her because she refused to move closer. Terrible terrible experience and disappointed that this place has gone become this bad. The the other workers were fine, but that blonde woman is the reason that customers like myself will not be coming back. If you’re looking to spend your hard earned money on your nails, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place will definitely disappoint.

Kat Kas I came here in early June 2024. I had recently went to another nail place and my nails were breaking fast so I called Escape Nails and asked if they could take me last minute (about 6pm). When I arrived, they were finishing up on another client and I ended up being the last one. They did such a good job on my nails and were friendly to me. It has been 3 weeks and not a single nail has broke- I am super impressed and will be going back today which is why I am leaving the review. The quality has been good for me so far. :)

Kalena Got my nails , feet and eyebrow done for my wedding. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great! He did a great job! The lady that did my nails did great for the most part. She did cut my cuticle middle finger, but for the most part Im satisfied. My sister inlaw nails she was very satisfied with the lady. She said she took her time and really did an amazing job. The lady who did her pedicure did a great job as well. We had a great experience.

LeNae Smith Just terrible one week later my disastrous dipped coffin style nails are peeling horribly. They are lumpy and shaped poorly and she rushed me out the door I do not recommend. She was more concerned with her client who came in after me and ask me to wait while she serviced her.

For almost two decades, they have provided a clean, respectful, and professional environment at a reasonable cost. The Munching Midwife Had the greatest experience here! Great hygiene practices used here and super clean. Received an excellent massage during my pedicure. Staff is family oriented and provides great customer service. I will be returning!

She took her time, was knowledgeable about how the gel & paint would come together for the final look and was very meticulous without being slow. I’ve never had someone take so much care in ensuring I didn’t leave with a bunch of product underneath my nails - which is always annoying to find after leaving an appointment. Excited to return!

Hank Riely I was in town for work and needed my nails done so I stopped in to Sen. wow!! I was extremely impressed!! I got a full set of dip nails which turned out amazing!!! My back was hurting from traveling so I decided to try their massage since they had a massage chair. Let me just say, that was the BEST decision I couldve made!! By far one of the greatest massages Ive ever received. Deep tissue and he worked out all my knots and the hot stones were the cherry on top!! He took his time which I loved because so many seem rushed. After he was done he put tiger balm on my neck & back which Im about to go buy. I would HIGHLY recommend Sen!! Extremely professional, clean, kind and amazing service!!

Zahiyah On October 27th I went to treat my self since I was having a bad month since I had 2 deaths in my family (aunt)(dad)and just wanted a little tlc. I did make an appt. I do know that other times I’ve been denied a service when calling to get something other than dip done. I was seated promptly and the person did get started fast. He didn’t talk much which was fine but a greeting would have been fine. He really didn’t say much unless it was about the nail shape or color. THE ONLY THING I HAD A PROBLEM WITH WAS TAKING DIRTY EQUIPMENT OUT OF A CABOODLE BOX. I know most nail salons don’t sterilize or use new equipment but dude, pulling things out a caboodle that’s been used numerous times just kinda flustered me. Not going to lie he did a good job, until he went in with the buffer! And pretty much buffed my skin down. When I got home it was pretty red and swollen & I had to put antibiotics on it for 2 days. It’s still healing but I’m just happy it didn’t get infected. I really wish nail salons would do better when it comes to hygiene. Also, the service was 48$ for basic dip. I never paid that elsewhere unless my nails were longer or some special addition. As you can see my nails are square and not long at all. I always leave a tip when getting services $7. I wouldn’t go back just due to it wasn’t anything special & the price. I will go back to my regular nail salon. The pictures are from today Nov. 4

Angelina Horalek Since moving to the DFW area i’ve really struggled to find a nail tech. After looking at Sens review pics, I decided to give them a shot. TIM KILLED MY REQUEST!!!! Not even kidding, the first nail tech to actually give me exactly what I wanted! He really took his time and his artistry showed! These are my real nails, they look acrylic!! Which i absolutely love. Thank you Tim, I won’t go anywhere else! :)

Kat Miau Went in with my mom yesterday to try a new nail place. The person who did my dip nails was rushing the entire time. The thing that looks like a drill bit to smooth out the nails cut into my cuticles and fingers so many times, 6/10 fingers are bandaged up with neosporin because they burn from pain. They bled and scabbed over. If you can’t take me, tell me! I’d rather come in another day than be cut up because you were rushing! So now I have new nails that are covered by bandaids because even just washing my hands with soap burns the cuts. What a waste. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady that did my mom’s nails was super nice and precise.

Suzanne Mitchell I have been going to this salon for 23 years they are awesome they will match your toe color to your nail color perfectly. I have acrylic and Cam will do color tips then rest natural color Im always getting compliments on my nails. All three ladies are sisters and they get along really well. I drive from Little Elm to have my nails done here if that tells you anything.

Patti McAlpin I have been going to this salon for over 20 years. Thao and her sisters are awesome. They do a fabulous job on my nails. I believe I have only broken one nail in all that time. As I get older, its nice to have my toes done each month as well.

Ruchika Mahale My first experience with this place was good. Cindy did my nails and it was great. So I decided to go for second time. But my today’s experience was horrible. Cindy was busy so some other lady did my nails. It was hurting me and my nails turn out to be so bad. I don’t know what to do with these nails now. I have attached the photos. Jia Tang Decided to give this nail salon a try as it is extremely close to home. Glad I did! The facility is super clean and the gentleman who assisted me at the front was very kind and attentive. What’s even better is their work! I walked out of the salon super satisfied. The two who working on me made sure I liked both my nails and pedicure, asking for reassurance throughout the service. Wish I would have found them sooner! They are very well priced as well!

Ebony Charlene Unfortunately, despite liking my nails and feet on my first visit. I have to lower my 5 star review to a 1 star. Upon my return to get a repair of a broken toe nail in less than a week of the first time, Kenny made it very clear that I was not welcome here. He blatantly lied about other techs not being able to do a repair and about personally having a customer with an appointment coming “right now” using this as his reason for not having time to complete what he admitted would only take 20 minutes, so that I would leave. Because I had an outing to attend, I waited anyway. After 30+ minutes of literally no one coming in the door, he reluctantly did my repair. I will not return. Customer service means a lot but it was clear from the treatment I received vs. those there already, that I don’t have the “look” of a preferred customer.

Jayna Brennen Ruby is my go to for nails. I’ve been on the hunt after my nail lady moved out of state (again)! She recently moved back and I told her sorry, I like my new lady too much. She’s quick, and doesn’t miss. Highly recommended Ruby. After having a baby, I’m back in my long nail girl era and can’t wait to add more designs to the collection.

Red Ranger I would not recommend this location. Set an appointment for 10:30 , two walks in came in after me and were seen before me. I sat in cold water for over 30+ minutes. Finally the lady came and turned the warm water on but left me unattended again and it overflowed soaking my shoes and the salon floor. The pressure and digging in my nails was horrible. I was disgusted that the same finger she was digging into my toes was so DIRTY and all the utensils that were used were not sterilized , tried to use a scalpel to remove my gel . Nothing was clean before or after use. She was very aggressive on nail bed and my chair was soooo uncomfortable . I declined to use the cheese grater for my dead skin and she became Upset because she wanted to upcharge me 5$ for it but I declined it in the beginning because it’s not good for your skin and can cause infections. Had to point out multiple mistakes ,crusty caked on towels were used on me and my time was not valued here. On top of the horrible cigarette smoke that filled the salon , bugs filled it too as well as talking badly about the customers you are serving. You would think you would watch what you say if you don’t know tiff your customer speaks your language too. They called customers lazy and fought over not taking certain clients The photos looked promising but if you’re used to great CLEAN service you will also be disappointed. Will never come back

Nails are NOT CLUNKY and they stay in place....went almost 4 weeks between my 2 sittings do far. Needless to say, I am a FAN! The negative review you see is misleading because this place is under new management as of 2 months ago. Give her a chance....you will not be sorry!!

Sadly I wasnt expecting much since my experiences with salons in Plano have been disappointing but Elegant exceeded my expectations and has definitely earned a new customer.

One Love I was in the area and happened to see this nail spa and Im sooo glad I did. As soon as I entered the business, I was greeted with warm friendly smiles and "how can we help you." April and Kevin treated me with such kindness. They listened to me and did exactly what I asked. They both did an amazing job on my hands and feet which were in desperate need of care while we shared great conversation and laughs. Im very particular and my nails are beautiful. I had the dipping powder on my fingers , gel on my toes, and great massages. The nail spa is very clean and welcoming. Nice calm environment. God Diamond Went to get a refill on acrylic nails…with gel polish $55… that’s the price of set I got… manager became mad when I asked about putting more acrylic because she had filed all across my nails but only wanted to put at top… she applied gel polish on top of my nails after she filed roughly on them at end…when you ask her why she talking about that’s what they do which I’m knowing she lying… items they use they do not sanitized just put back in kit. Never again…..I wish it was a negative zero button.SLOPPY WORK Update mail broke 1/23/23…..this is what these nail shops do when you get refills.., charge a arm an a leg… but put little product to keep you coming back….pic added… my review is actually a negative 5

Ashtin Fudge Julie did a wonderful job with my gel mani! She was patient, efficient and very sweet. I had some trouble picking a color because the glitter I wanted was too transparent but she took the time to help me find a few options and I never felt rushed. Tina did a great job with my pedi too. I will definitely be back!

Anja Milicic I’ve had some really hit or miss experiences here but it’s usually good enough that I come back since it’s close to my house. Today Emma worked on my nails and the experience was awful. She rushed through the process and was the opposite of gentle. The result is sloppy nails of all different shapes. I requested almond without a super sharp point but what I got was something between round and oval with a few pointed nails. At one point I mentioned one of them looked a little thick and she rudely responded “I’m not done! I’m still working!” Which that is fair but I’d rather mention something while it can still be fixed instead of waiting until the very end. After that she got even more rude towards me and aggressively buffed my nails. When she asked me to check the shape before putting on the final coat I just agreed to get this experience over with. After the way she already responded I figured there was no point. The nails are passable enough that I would possibly have come back if the customer service wasn’t so bad. This will be my last attempt with this nail salon.

Mary Hutti I rarely take the time to write a review, but this place was worth sharing about. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to getting my nails done. Sanitation is not something I mess around with. Because of this I have avoided nail salons that were not located in a spa or club of some sort. However, I have lived in Plano for some time now and I always see Majestic. They seem clean and so today I decided on a whim to go in. It was extremely well kept and clean, and they made sure to extra sanitize the tools for me because I told them that was important to me. I got the dip with tips and a design for $65. Lee was an absolute pleasure. She listened to me and allowed me to change my mind on the length of my nails and she never rolled her eyes. She smiled and was kind. This is huge because I found at large nail salons, customer service is rarely a top priority because so many people come in and out. I will for sure be returning to Majestic, and seeing my girl Lee! I recommend this place! I did not get a pedicure but it looked clean and nice.

Ella V I went in for a pedicure Sunday night and it was pretty great. I asked for a basic pedicure but they were quite persistent in upgrading which is always a turn off. I dont care for the scrubs or masks so I keep it simple. After about the 3rd or 4th time they insisted, I gave in... I did enjoy the use of fresh aloe vera and the technicians care but unlikely to return, I shouldnt have to decline a service more than once.

Julisa Johnson It was my first time here. I showed the picture of the nail set I wanted which was the 2nd picture and my nails look nothing like the picture . Paid $85 along with getting my eyebrows done and the only thing that was worth paying was my eyesbrows. They told me they could do it just like the picture but didn’t . Just talked me right to the seat !!

I didn’t know she only takes appointments, but she took me anyway which I was grateful and thought was very nice of her. I will make sure to schedule appointments moving forward! Lacey Bieltz Me and some of my Co - Workers went in to get our nails and toes done as a Christmas gift from our boss on 12/10. We get there and were seated quickly in the pedicure chairs. They didnt even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted they just selected one for me. We all had pictures of what we wanted and two of us were happy but one of us was told that they could do her nail design no problem, and then at the end when it came time for the design it was a different story. It took 3 ppl to finish her nails because they were super thick and lumpy so the lady who was doing them passed her on to someone else, then they had to have another lady paint the designs because apparently she is the only one who can. The lady who did the design was great though I will give her that. The man who did my nails was extremely rough!!! Today my fingers are still sore and I get them done all the time and have NEVER had the amount of tenderness and discomfort I had when he was doing them. I could feel the heat through my nails on almost every finger and mentioned it multiple times but he kept on, not caring about my complaints. I legit think Im going to have to take them off and let them recover after the way he ground down my nail plate. They turned out cute but at the expense of my nail health, I dont think it was worth it. I have nicks and skin tears around the edges and they are sore to the touch. Ill be letting my boss know, and in the future ask her to not send us there again.

sunflower sunflower Today was my first time going and it will be my last time going! I was very upset and overwhelmed with the lady who did my toe nails. So I get there I tell them what I want they tell me to take a seat this happen at 238pm, they were not busy at all it was maybe like 4 people in there 5 with me . She tells me take a sit i did. The lady who did my nails was very sweet nice! But she was on her phone most of the time left me sitting there multiple times waiting and her work was not the best.she would not leave her phone alone! Like seriously just finish already!. I also noticed her vision was not the best she kept hurt my toes. I was supposed to get my nails done as well but due to her taking so long and leaving me I wasn’t able to. The owner or manager reached out to me because I said I didn’t wanna do my nails anymore, she was concerned I guess it’s her money why not be ! But still I wasn’t able to I walked out at 415! Just for my toes nails to look like I did them at home! This was just my experience! She did offer me 20 percent off ! But that doesn’t work with me because she wasted my time and I hated my toes never again! Good note is they are sweet people but you need to be a better business owner

Ashley Danner Just gotta say I started coming here pretty recently, and this is my fourth visit, and it is just stellar service every time. The perfect every day nail spot in Plano. Holly and Ha are my favorite techs and Ha gives the most insanely good pedicure/massage. My dip manicure had lasted weeks and weeks every time and they take the time to not thin your natural nail underneath when they do removals. Love this little place! Also they offer dry red as well as sweet, which matters if you’re a cab girly.

Nellie Anger Usually, I’m not too picky about my nails as I get the same design every time, however I really don’t like when people waste my time and misrepresent their services. I arrived at this location at around 9:00pm and I did not leave until after midnight to almost 1am. That’s a completely unacceptable amount of time for nails and a pedicure. The worst part was that they didn’t even complete my nails correctly. I asked for dip nails only to find out on hour 3…they do not have that option for me. There were approximately 3-4 customers in the spa including myself and there were 4 technicians. There is absolutely no reason for a technician to be 25% - 50% through a service and just get up and walk away for 20 minutes or more while I’m still covered in chemicals. But that’s exactly what each of the technicians did at one point or another then eventually passed my service to another technician. Obviously, this explains the extremely long service time. It also appears they open at 10am and end their working day after midnight? That seems completely unsafe to me. If I had known that, I would not be encouraged to arrive late for fear of the staff’s exhaustion putting my fingers and toes in danger. Also, the staff appear so tired that they have displeased attitude that will affect customer perception. Also, they are distracted. Every technician in that spa was on their phone for at least 5 - 15 minutes of my service (since every technician did a part of my service I know this to be true). As a service business owner myself, not giving your customers your whole focus is rude and sometimes dangerous. My advice? Completely ban cell phones on the spa floor—have staff put them in a basket where they can’t touch them. Hire 2 shifts of staff for your business and increase the price of your services after 8pm. That should more than cover the cost and it will keep your staff happy (who I suspect might be all family members) and will double your customer satisfaction. Track your customers requirements on a check list you provide at the beginning of the service so you know what a customer asked for (every time a new technician “restarted” my services they didn’t know what I had asked for at all). I like that you are a late night weekday nail salon (I think there should be more) but that shouldn’t come at the expense of customer safety or convenience. I know many people would be happy to pay more for extended hours, but please stop wasting customer’s time and putting people’s health at risk to save $$. Clean up your spa, menus, and equipment give your services cleaner, minimalist, and luxury appearance—that will help justify the higher prices as well. Host special events on the weekends (and promote them) where you hire a DJ, the charge a nominal cover with cost of your services. Have better drink options on the weekends and charge after the first drink. I know these things have an initial cost, but if you don’t invest in your business, you can’t really complain when customers aren’t willing to invest or trust in you.

Jada Cave- Brown My friends and i decided to go to this nail salon. We wanted to get our nails done and also added in a pedicure. At my visit I was cut pretty bad and no antibacterial was added to stop the toe from bleeding or heal the cut a little faster. The nail tech apologized which is on but several cut my toe to the point it has started to become infected. Every one has had the opinions on the visit but mine and my friends was not acceptable. Will not be returning after going to doctor to treat toe

Kim Holmes I’m here as I am writing.. They rushed through service, my nails were bending and he kept telling me it doesn’t matter. The nails would have been good had they fixed the issue. Customer service sucks. Had to ask for water. I complained that my nails were thin thin and they said it won’t matter. The nail colors didn’t match and they kept trying to convince me it’s the same. Final product and they are still thin and bending. The nail was 62 dollars plus $5 for adding on a tip and I’m like that’s in the price already then charged $5 for happy the nail

eddie i love this place!!! it was my second time getting my nails done and I wanted a solid color which I ended up choosing navy blue and the woman who did my nails was so sweet and so kind. She kept asking me if they looked good if everything was OK if the length was good, I ended up switching from polish to gel because it would last longer and the color I picked they ended up not having it anymore so she went hunting for around for the same color and she was so kind about it The customer service was great and the place is very comfortable overall I’m so happy with my nails and I will definitely be coming back

Molly Moore Ive tried several other salons in Plano/Allen and this is truly the best. They always have a ton of techs working so as a walk in I know the wait wont be too long. They are quick and efficient and Ive never had a bad experience. I do recommend making an appt if you are doing a Mani/Pedi because they do get busy!

Becca M Luxury nail salon. Ive been getting my nails and toes done exclusively here for 2 years. Anna is fantastic. She is quick but meticulous and I always leave satisfied with my nails. Bill, hands down, gives the best pedicure massages. Anna also waxes my face and armpits and I highly recommend their waxing service as well. The place is very upscale, chairs are comfortable, and everyone who works there is friendly. They play music and have muted TVs visible from anywhere in the salon. Highly recommend.

I showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted the shape and she did it without a problem. I dont normally like doing dip because I feel like its too thick, but now thats all I do with her. Scarlett HackettBeach Nail techs were nice. Nails didn’t turn out good. Asked for red french tips in an almond shape. Messy and misshaped. The red mixed with the pink base and the technique was not working well. Also two cuts from the filing of the nails. Spent $65 and was only offered $35 of store credit back. Not going to be returning so unfortunately wasted almost $70. I had to go to a different salon the next day to get them fixed.

Ramon Allen As a man who likes a good manicure and pedicure, I know how the process works. The times Ive been here to get either a manicure or pedicure, they always try to rush me out. It seems as if they dont care about men who want a basic manicure and pedicure because its not an elaborate sale. There are too many nail shops are here in Plano who practice this policy. My money is just as good as anyone else. I have yet to find a shop that treats me like a valued customer. They way you treat me will determine your tip. Its very frustrating. So now I have to go home to shape my nails the way I like them. I told them specifically what I want and as always, they never listen. My cuticles were not pushed back enough nor trimmed evenly. Nails were cut and filed unevenly too on both my hands and feet. AND they did not buff my nails....smh They added that oil and lotion on them to say, "Look at shine"...GTFOH! Not to say your process will go the way mine has gone but I know I definitely will not be back at this shop to spend my money.

They do a much more thorough job on my NextGen(dipped nails) than other places i been to over the years and I appreciate how long they last. The clinicians there are all very sweet!

Stephanie Dumond 2nd time I have tried this place recently. First time, they did not do a good job with a lot of imperfections! Today, it took and 1 1/2 hours. Mid way through she stopped working on me and started somebody new. It was dark in there so I could not see but every nail is smudged in some way. Very disappointed & do not recommend!

TUTU WALLY Very sad about this place. I have been going here for a couple years off and on. Been basically pleased for what you get for the price. Well the other day I go to get the Deluxe Pedi and Mano Combo. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage. When the lady was about to paint my nails I asked what happened to the stone massage? She did a massage with her hands only. Another manicurist 2 seats down yelled, "You got your hot stone massage" in a rude and abrasive manner. A customer sitting next to me said, "No, she did not get a hot stone massage". At that point I let it be. Not in the mood to argue and beg for this part of the procedure. Flash forward to the payment part. The lady who did me rang up the pedi and mani as 2 separate services. I told her that I asked for the combo. Why would I want to pay more for 2 separate services? That would be idiotic on my part. Note the brochure they have at the front which lists the price for a mani/pedi combo and then the cost for the separate services. We are talking about a $2.00 savings they wanted to haggle about. Not happy about not getting what I paid for and then the attempt to overcharge me. The manager ran up and wanted to argue with me about this. I pointed out her prices on her brochure and she walked away. Will not be back. This place packs it in since they do have good overall prices and do a good job but to argue with me about these things deserves a response to warn others it could happen to them.

Got my nails done only 4 days ago it was dipping powder I have never ever experienced dipping powder to break I have done it my whole life and with only $50 they took $63 from me and in less than 10 min the lady was done with my nails its the worst please DON’T spend you money there. Worst store everrrrrrrr!!!! Yeah lady took time because while she was doing my nails they were falling off too :) And the shape wasn’t right she kept fixing it. Erick did amazing! Even the owner took the time to speak to me on the side and apologized for the service! Super happy about the outcome! I’ll be coming back for sure! Service was great and my nail tech was super sweet, but I am not happy with my nails they look so lumpy and the top coat looks so messy. I was there for almost two hours just working on my nails and they still came out looking rushed. I was hoping this would be my new place.

Maritza Garcia The staff tried their best, but this nail salon is not worth it at all. I asked the nail tech for shorter nails 3 times. She waited until the end, to buff my nails for 15 minutes. There’s acrylic on my fingers (you can see how it extends out of my nail bed on pictures). They stained my fingers with the acrylic pigment, and my nails are also bumpy. Online it says the dip manicure is $43 which is what I asked for, the nail tech proceeded to tell me “no that’s too expensive do acrylic” the “regular acrylic” per their website is $45. She said there were additional charges for shape, length, and color. The nails were $65. I don’t agree with not tipping nail techs, so I paid $75 full. I wouldn’t be upset at the price, if the job was well done and they could’ve been transparent to begin with.

Abigail Gebremichel I had one of the worst experiences at this salon, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. I showed the nail technician a reference photo of baby pink almond nails before we started. She even showed me a jar of pink acrylic and confirmed it was the correct color. However, when she finished, I was left with clear nails! When I pointed out the issue, she was rude, blamed me, and refused to take any accountability, leaving me with nails that looked nothing like what I had asked for. For the pedicure, I requested a basic white color. Not only was I cut on 3 out of 10 toes, but the polish ended up being beige instead of white. They agreed to fix it, and another technician redid the pedicure carefully and gently, but this mistake shouldn’t have happened in the first place. To top it all off, I booked the appointment online for a simple mani and pedi, which was supposed to cost $60–$70. Somehow, I ended up being charged around $120 for work that was poorly done and didn’t match my requests. Save your time, energy, and money—do NOT come here.

Jen Paez I came on my day off as a walk-in. I had a picture available of what I was looking for, but wasn’t sure of the right service to achieve this look. The receptionist was able to give her recommendation and assigned me a nail tech immediately. The nail tech got started and did gel x on my nails. She took her time, asked me if I liked it several times during the process and left me with a beautiful product! Due to the intricacy of what I was asking for I was prepared to pay upwards of 150 for it, I was charged 110. They made a new customer for life!

Monica Carlis My 2nd time here and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Pedicure was fine but manicure was a mess! I showed the nail tech a picture and she said no problem, then commenced to doing my nails all wrong. Had to get someone else to come remove what she had done and start all over and it still wasn’t the best. After 3 wasted hours, I left with mediocre nails at best. Plus they are overpriced. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and shoddy work and was offered $5 off. Definitely my last time at this place.

Erica G Always able to get my nails done when I walk in. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Most of the workers are perfectionist when it comes to your nails. About every 4th visit I get someone who seems to be newer and not quite as good at doing nails. I never complain because I understand people have to learn however I could avoid this by making an appointment with the staff that do the best nail. Been coming here for 2 years now.

As a Nurse who washes her hands SO much , my nails and pedicures always look well groomed and polished since making Bellagio my Only spa. As a mom of a 17 y/o with Down syndrome, again, Karen is Awesome. My daughter gets her nails done at Bellagio because they know how to make every person have a great experience. If you want a service that really is unique and listens to what You want this the Place!!

Katharine Hsu If the photos don’t speak for itself, I’ve tried several salons in the area, and I ONLY go to this one now. The picture shows my two nail techs: Kim (pedicures) and Kevin (dip nails) . Kim goes above and beyond to get my in-grown toenails out for me every time. She’s done it way better than any nail tech I’ve experienced. This salon is so consistent in its quality of nail techs, cleanliness, and customer service. As a small business owner myself, I need to be on a budget so I tried a couple “cheaper”, “highly rated” places nearby, but honestly, they couldn’t compare. The tiny bit extra cost at Bellagio is so so sooo worth it. You’re paying for the BEST. When I’m there, I see so many returning customers (some are 20 years-long customers!) and they come in greeted by their first names. Everyone is friendly and happy. Book an appointment when you can plan ahead as that helps them a lot, and Zelle them their tips $ if you can. HIGHLY, highly recommend.

Polished Tao I wish I had read more reviews before booking this place. Services: Full set on nails and polish change on toes. Total cost $72 Pros:Friendly people, great selection of polish colors, clean facilities. Cons: Quality of work needs to be improved for the amount they charge. I shouldnt have to go behind you to clean polish off my skin multiple times and in multiple places. Cuticle job also not very good.

Still had to pay 120 including the pedi which was also not up to par. I was there for 2+ hours. Their approach was not very apologetic or kind except for the lady that redid my nails. I will not be returning to the salon bc I hate looking at my nails only to see them peeling and in extreme pain. Rory McAnelly My wife and mother in law had the worst experience here. Owner and staff are very unprofessional and have bad attitudes. They complain when they screw up the nails and then tried to rush them out as fast as possible. They then rushed them out and sprayed windex on my wife’s toes. Avoid this place. Never offered a refund nor a discount for the poor service.

Patricia This nail salon, treated me horribly. I went in for a pedicure and manicure, the pedicure lady was giving me a horrible massage and was constantly criticizing my feet. Once she finished my pedicure, she did not put on my sandals but the lady next to me in the chair had her sandals put on. The manicure lady was filing my nails so hard that my skin started to bleed. My nails and skin are in pain right now and when I went to check out, they stared at me to see if I was going to tip them. You want me to tip you after you made my skin bleed and gave me a horrible massage? This is the last time I will be visiting this nail salon and will not recommend to anyone. This is why I don’t go to any nail salon. Save your money and time because they will take forever to get your nails done here.

Angie V Had a collagen mani and pedi (expensive) over the weekend. My polish chipped and smudged immediately. The massage was really good, but the actual nail care was non existent. My nails are not smooth, cuticles were not pushed back/trimmed. With what my dad was charged, he treated my sisters and me, we should all have flawless fingers and toes.

Mia Toor Anthony did a stunning job on my nails with a smooth perfect elegant shape. To top it off, he added a gorgeous design of gold flakes. I absolutely love this nail salon! Kevin did the massage on my feet and legs, perfect pressure and rhythm. The chairs and aesthetics in the salon are classy and entertaining. Ben, Anthony, Tracy, Kevin, and Cherry are fabulous in their professionalism and nail design + art.

katie m I was very disappointed with my experience here. Firstly, the lady that did my nails was very rude and didn’t greet me or ask if I liked my nails when she finished them. More importantly, I showed her a clear picture of what I wanted (I attached a picture of the nails I wanted vs what I got) and halfway through she tells me instead of the color I wanted she’s going to use a completely different color (I wanted pink, she gave me a metallic silver?) Not even close. If she wasn’t able to do the pink I would’ve understood that if she EXPLAINED that to me and gave me another option, instead she just told me that’s what she was doing. I wasn’t sure what she meant when she told me at first so I just decided to trust the process but I realized she just genuinely was doing her own thing and didn’t do the design I had asked for. She also cut my skin and didn’t even do a good job painting them. And when she finished she just got up and left and that was it.

Catherineduhgr8 (CatherineDuhGr8) I came here off of a recommendation from a friend. I am glad they were able to see me for a manicure and pedicure. However, the lady who did my nails did not do a full manicure on me didn’t even push back my cuticles and took off my natural nails without my approval. I know if some designs or lengths are wanted it is required to be cut, but it should have been approved by me first. Additionally, I asked for a design after placing only put one layer of white she placed on the topcoat right afterwards. I had to do a double take and ask her was if she not gonna do the design I asked. She said oh I’m sorry, I forgot. I left and after further inspection, I did not like my first set of nails they were uneven and not opaque in color. I went back after work same day, the receptionist came up to me in an attitude asking me what was wrong with my nails. After explaining to them why I didn’t like the first set. A different lady took me in and was trying to fix them fix the nails. No one wore name tags nor told me their names. After she said she finished, the lady got up abruptly and told me just, “your nails are done and stay until the UV lamp is done.” Then just left me at the table. I thought my nails were set, then realizing they weren’t. The same receptionist told me just wash your hands, but assured me that is normal and they are set. They were matte looking and sticky. I had to go back a third time. I really just so frustrated with this salon, it wasn’t until I asked for them to remove them and just give me a refund. They changed their tone. They finally polished my nails and shaped up them up. Do not recommend.

Kim Vincent Saturday afternoon and it was VERY busy. I just got the $30 classic pedicure. Water was lukewarm, massage was basically useless, quick down and dirty cuticle and callus job, technician seemed very rushed overall and not all that friendly. Just not the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

There has not been a single time that I have left this facility upset or with anything less than what I asked for. This facility is very clean professional and provides nothing but the best care. Jenny Delucio Recently moved to Plano area and came in last Thursday to get Gelx nails and pedicure. Staff was friendly, although I did feel like I was being rushed when choosing my color. At first the color I picked looked nothing like the sample mail they had so I picked a different one and ended up loving the color. When in the process of applying the nails and shaping I asked for square and repeatedly kept saying square. They lady ended up making them coffin and I let it be as it didn’t look horrible.. 3 days passed and I started noticing my nails were super bendy which was weird since I’ve gotten GELX nails multiple times before and they’ve never had this “effect” to them before & now 4 days later they’ve gotten to the point where they’re already breaking and I’ve been avoiding messing with them. Haven’t gone in to inform them as I hate being “THAT CUSTOMER” but at this point I’m very unhappy as i paid $95 for both nails and pedicure and it’s only been a few days and they’re already messed up.

Caylee Kat I wanna say, no hate at all to the sweet lady that did my nails. She was very kind as was the rest of the staff. They weren’t rude in any way. However I left feeling very disappointed. I came in with a HORRIBLE set. I’m not one to usually say anything, and suck it up but these were bad. I needed them fixed. This salon was one of the few by my house that were open past 6. The lady kept the tips I had on already. She just drilled off the design and reshaped them as well as added dip powder. The shape of the new set is in fact pretty good. I showed her a design I wanted which was a bit easier than the design I came in with. I didn’t wanna stress her out trying the original one I wanted. Based on other people’s pictures and the many of sample nails around the salon I saw, I figured it would be pretty identical to the picture. I also tried to confirm with the nail tech that she could in fact do it. She said yes. (There was a language barrier so maybe it wasn’t communicated right on my end) I will say, once I got out of the salon and really started to look at the new set, I was very disappointed. The gel on top is very not even. The design is very poor. She did also charge me for a full set and I didn’t wanna be rude to her in the moment, but it was not at all worth the 75 dollars I got charged. I could tell the design was a challenge for her in the middle and I should have just asked for solid colors at that point. Which I didn’t do. Attached in the pictures is what I came in with, and what I left with as well as the inspiration.

Brianne Sargent -89 stars would be fitting. don’t come here unless you’re just driving by and waving. i’m not sure where to begin. every service provided could have been done by me at home for far less money. my partner and i treated our daughter to a manicure and pedicure for her birthday. we decided to get pedicures along with her. i’m no girly girl by any means but i like my pedicures done a certain way. my water was cold the entire time and even though i got clear polish, it’s pretty standard to use more than 1 coat. my feet lookin pruned like i’ve been in the tub for 3 hours. my partner’s pedicure is awful. they gave her the wrong color at first, then when the polish was “removed” it wasn’t removed all the way. once the “correct” coat was put on her nails just looked dirty because of the subpar nail polish removal. cuticles were NOT trimmed properly nor were her toe nails filed evenly. 1 foot looks completely different than the other. when i explained to the manager that my partner was not satisfied with the the service, she tried to first “fix it” and my partner explained that she just wanted the polish removed and that she didn’t want to spend any MORE time there. there were almost 3 attempts at fixing her pedicure. when i then tried to explain that she was not just concerned about the polish (which the manager offered a discount for removing the polish), but that the entire service was unsatisfactory, here comes the “you people just wanted stuff for free”. we ALL know what that means, so i ABSOLUTELY turned up. just because we’re telling you that ONE out of THREE of us was completely unsatisfied does not mean we are trying to pay for absolutely nothing. the police were called and the manager said “call them. they come here all the time”. all of the red flags could have summoned moses from the dead to part the red sea. so, boom. she keeps cutting my partner off (which we have videos) when she’s trying to speak calmly, saying a bunch of disrespectful RACEY stuff and being rude. when the police finally came, she morphed into another person. and had the nerve to CRY. smh. if you want to waste money and argue with the manager, this is the perfect place for you. if you actually want a reputable manicure or pedicure, i’d advise NOT going here for that. you might as well get stevie wonder to do it. be blessed, beloved.

Black Mariah This is my favorite nail salon! They do amazing work on everyone. I didnt know my nail broke in the nail bed & the technician caught it. She was very gentle, brought it to my attention, repaired it & now you cant tell it was ever broken. It didnt even hurt! I will continue to this location as long as Im in this area. Its even worth waiting another day if theyre too busy. The quality service, customer rapport and pricing... youll have to show me better than Signature Nail & Spa. Also I notice, massages, facials & hair removal services where their clients are quite pleased with the results. Try them out, just tell them to leave a seat open for "five colors."

Hena Zaki I went for a regular manicure and the lady was so sloppy she didn’t even properly pull my cuticles down or clean up my cuticles and I still have hangnails. She also cut my ring finger which was very painful and bloody. My polish was so messy, my 7 year old could have done it better. After I was done she just walked away without putting on a fan. After 10 mins I managed to get her attention to put on the fan so I could dry my nails. I only gave 2 stars bc they had a lot of polish colors to choose from. I would not go here ever again.

Brandy Middaugh I had a good experience up until last Thursday I needed my nails done for a photoshoot. I asked for French manicure with gel. The technician struggled to get the white part right taking it off multiple times. Once I got outside I could see sparkles in my French manicure that I didnt ask for. I called immediately and advised them that I was unhappy and they said I could come back in to get them fixed that night. It was almost 7pm. I had gotten there at 5ish. I didnt have time to have them redone before my photoshoot the next day. Now its been 4 days and the polish already chipped as seen in the photo. She also charged me more than what I should have been charged. I was charged $50 for gel when the service was supposed to be $43 according to their menu of services. I wont go back to even have them fixed. They have no idea how to do gel nails. Its a tragedy. I dont like leaving negative reviews but in this case it deserves it.

Emily Scott I am never one to complain but I am really disappointed with my experience here. Came in at 1:40 pm (with an appointment) they sat me down and began soaking off my dip. Multiple people came in after me and the staff began working on those parties. By 2:30 pm and no one has come to get started on my nails. I have somewhere to be, so I tell them I need to leave. They charged me $15 for the “soak off” even though the dip wasn’t even full off my nails when I left. I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails like this.

Emily Sassard I’ve been getting my nails done here for years now (dip, with gel designs). There are consistently techs here who are able to do complex and fun designs, and are happy to make anything you’re picturing come to be. The front desk staff is also super knowledgeable about what products are available, and are very talented at finding what will best match designs. I anticipate my friend and I will be continuing to come here for years more.

Julie Thetford They will charge you for “custom shape” even when you ask for basic round or oval. So don’t get your nails filed or shaped if you want to be charged - sarcasm. I mean, when you get your nails done - shaping should be included. Also, they will charge you for length. The longer they are, the more they charge. Another additional cost that doesn’t not make sense. Their excuse was - it takes more “product” aka nail polish to cover the additional length. That’s not much more product but you can see the trend here they have of scamming every little penny out of you. They also charge for credit card use. Additional 15% I believe. Meanwhile, overall their prices are significantly higher than other nail salons. The service is mediocre, and for sitting in Legacy West - one would expect more! Have fun…. Paying more. Reply: first, you never confirmed the charges on any of my visits. I live in the area and have visited between 5 to 10 times at least not once were charged as ever confirmed on any of the services even when I just visited for a pedicure. Second, I did not have a custom shape as I had around shape, and did not have an intricate design. I did have a longer link, but you are incorrect stating that other nail salons charge for all of these services. I have never visited a nail salon where they charge for custom shape or longer length because there’s more product. It’s a scam to charge for shape and length to get more money out of your clients, and have the client pay your credit card % fee. The amount of nail salons, studios, spas that I have visited in my lifetime - and none add on for customs shape or length, or additional percentage for using credit card. It was a good effort to sell the lie though. For those that live in thePlano Area, a moderately priced nail salon named Lavender is really good and they do not add any of these charges.

Leanne Martin Nail completely popped off the day after a dip. Not very good, shaped bad and cut too short. Was charged for nonsense extras like shaping and ended up paying $70 only for an entire nail to pop off the next day… I go back and get the one finger fixed.. and told her one was peeling she didn’t fix it, just added a top coat to a nail coming up and now another nail popped off. Edit: Three dip nails should not pop all the way off in less than a week AND to pay $70 for that is incredibly disappointing

Spam Email I’ve loved coming to Venus ever since me and my family started going there. The staff is super friendly and their family is super sweet! Ivanna does my nails every time and has done an amazing job. I show her a picture and she copies it amazingly and she is a great free styler as well! I always get Gel X tips and they stay on for 2+ weeks and keep my nail healthy underneath. I’d 100% recommend coming here for Gel X! These pictures are of my new set and I think they are well worth the price. I’ve seen some people complain about the time it takes but for me they pay very close attention to detail every time so it’s worth the wait!

Piyush Pandey My wife went to this place to get powder dip nails and they did the job really fast. They looked okay when she left the salon, but very next day one nail came out. She got back in and they fixed it but again the next day another nail broke in half. During the whole procedure my wife kept telling them to clear the powder first before putting the gel coating again but they were in too much of a rush. Don’t think we are going back here again.

Mallory McCormick Venus nail salon is consistent in providing excellent customer service. My friend and I have been coming to see Ivanna for a couple of years now and Ivanna always does my nails exactly how I like them. Color, shape, length, everything.

Nicole R Chris is who you should go for. If she’s not available, come back another time. $5 for “callous removal” is a money grab. It’s always been included in pedicures at other nail salons. $140 for two classic pedicures and a gel manicure. Quality can vary depending on the team that you get. Nails are double teamed here - pedicure and manicure are done simultaneously. Nails being dry is an issue. I will return but only for Chris.

Stevie Lemons Just had a full set of tips with dipping powder with Ellie. She did a wonderful job- even doubling back to redo some work when the top coat was not drying right. Ellie checked in with me multiple times about length and shape, ensuring I was happy with her work. On top of that, she was a joy to converse with. I would highly recommend making an appointment with this young, bright college student.

Tatiana Miller I walked in for my appointment on time and she was 45mins late. So I was waiting there for a while. The first thing she mentions is I’m in the wrong chair.When I was informed by another person to sit in that chair. The nails seemed rushed and lasted 4 days. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Christina Love my natural gel manicure! The gentleman that did my mani pedi picked a perfect natural color for me. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Will definitely come back!

Vero I don’t leave bad reviews but I felt the need to because of the lack of consideration and disregard to our request. I recently took my daughter to Cowboys Nail Bar for a full set and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. The manager/nail tech had a lack of consideration for our request, seemed disinterested and chose to do whatever was easier for her. Our request was short acrylic with black French tip. Due to past experiences with dip, I told the manager we did not want dip (3 times). I expressed how my daughter plays sports and in the past she’s had dip done there and they tend to break easily. However, with acrylic they have not broken. She told me it was fine they would do acrylic. I left to Target and (again) told the manager acrylic no dip. I return and notice she is doing dip. I questioned her and she said “oh acrylic is more expensive” and I told her I understood, but my request was for acrylic not dip. She then told me “ well I can take them off“ (grant it they were almost done) and proceeded to say “these are better and last 4-5 weeks”. I told her that has never been the case and told her if one breaks within 2 weeks I will be bringing my daughter back because she is almost done and my request was very transparent. She then said “well she can’t do anything hard because then they will break”. I told her again how my daughter is athletic and that is the reason I requested acrylic. They did a good job with her eyebrows. We have gone before and were hoping for a better experience with the work itself (benefit of the doubt), not realizing how inconsiderate the manager/nail tech was going to be. We left feeling unsatisfied and unhappy with the treatment and results. We will not be returning to this nail salon in the future.

Hailey Uhle Let me start by saying that I got an incredible pedicure service. Now, the decor was a little odd, and the service was a little slow to start (15 minute wait with an appointment), but overall, it was a wonderful place.

Gabby Diana and Kim are amazing! My mom and I went in for manicures and pedicures, and they gave us the best nails of our lives. Not only were they friendly, polite, and incredibly skilled, but they also treated us to a free design, which was such a thoughtful touch! They had both of us in and out within an hour and a half without ever making us feel rushed. The attention to detail and quality of their work were top-notch. We left feeling so pampered and beyond happy with our nails. We will definitely be back—thank you, Diana and Kim!

Smith Clarke When I came here to get my nails done, I met a customer who was also getting my nails done. We chatted and shared our nail salon experiences while we waited. This really creates an interesting atmosphere of communication and learning.

Darri Kay (Kari) The absolute worst nail salon in the DFW especially if youre a person of color. Kevin is the ONLY reason Ive come back. Not only are the females in this establishment rude but they dont want to work and will waste your time. I will be taking my business to where its appreciated and thats at KT Nails on Hedgecox and Alma! Polar opposite and the appreciation was there and nails are perfect . Nail star as long as you keep those girls in there your business will continue to fail.

Taylor Snow Wouldn’t recommend, they play in your face and think it’s funny I only tipped because of how hard life is right now! My nails look horrible and I am not happy with my nail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL
