Abigail Zoshak I got a French acrylic manicure and a gel French pedicure. The mani was by Tracy, I think. The pedi was by Sal. They both did AMAZING. Sal was so gentle and I was so relaxed, I’ll definitely be back. My nails look amazing! I was a walk-in, I didn’t have an appointment, I only waited about 20-30 minutes before I started my service.

Darla Hopson Thuy (pronounced Twee) did my dip powder manicure and pedicure today. This was my first time in and I loved it there! The vibe was welcoming and friendly chatter with all the customers. My service was exceptional! No harsh filing! My nails and toes are perfect! This is my go to place now! They are appointment only so call and get on their book! I had tips added, long length, skinny coffin with my dip powder and gel polish on toes. OPI products too. Special thank you to Kathy for helping with booking my appointment, super nice lady!

Katelyn Barth I came here after going to a different nail salon that did not do an ombre style of nails correctly. The owner of D’Lux Nail Spa came in herself and very kindly worked with what the previous salon had done and fixed them. And she did not charge anything as a favor!! I highly recommend this place!! 5/5 stars all the way!!!

Rae No matter what the request, Tracy and her team ALWAYS deliver and exceed my expectations!! These are just a few of my favorite sets Ive gotten from them! Mrugesh Shah I recently with my daughter, and before we started, I specified my concerns with my nails. They completely ignored me, and they refused to address my concerns about toenail removal. He forgot to give us a massage which is included in the package, and when reminded and offered to pay extra, he removed the polish and refused to fix. In less than 3 hours my daughter and I had chipped nails. The quality of their polish and service was disappointing. We used to love coming, but their hospitality and quality have significantly gone down. These pictures were on the day of service.

Stephen Kohlhaas First time we went it was great. Very personable and welcoming. Each time after it just became more and more rushed. My wife got her nails done in September of 2024, went every two weeks to get them done and she would ask for new nails and be told “you don’t need new nails, just a fill.” She ended up with either bruising or a fungus under her nails. Her big toenail came off. We will never go back here if they reopen and highly recommend no one does.

Amber Rios Love this place! I’ve been twice and both times have been great! I have had a dip manicure done by Leslie and John. Both are fabulous! Leslie has done my pedicures both times. Ruby Harris This was my first time but it definitely won’t be my last. I got the Premium Collagen Pedicure with added gel and Lynn did a fantastic job. I was so relaxed during the massage part. Very attentive and friendly… Coming from a previous nail salon who would hurt my nails during the drilling process I was anxious about it happening again, but John was very gentle and walked me through the whole thing telling how it is to be done the correct way! My nails turned out great and ViA has definitely gained a new customer!

Taylor Cooper The best nail salon in Tyler! Lee is my nail tech and he is the absolute best. I went in asking for Halloween nails and he said he knows just what to do! They turned out so cute. Great atmosphere and very relaxing.

Jordan Sharp COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY First off let me say they charged me $75 for acrylic nail powder with a cat eye finish. They only placed 2 fake nails everything else was my own. I usually pay around $55 for this service. The lady was annoyed that I was there from the moment I walked in. She gave me attitude the entire time and when I asked her for short nails I received more. My friend even noticed and made a comment afterwards. My nails are all UNEVEN and different lengths. She never cleaned up the edges just left black all around my cuticles. Then I noticed underneath the nail instead of wiping the nails clean she just left all the acrylic powder..so now my nails are thick on the underside also. Then when it came to the expected tip she got angry and give me a look when I handed her a $5 bill instead of a the suggested tip on the screen. Maam I will not be bullied into tipping you more when you did a horrible job on my nails. I will never go back.

Courtney Matheny John did a fantastic job on my nails today! I knew I wanted something with chrome, and we decided on a brown dip polish and pearl chrome. The end result: chrome coffee. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be coming back!

Mischa Dacus First visit — great first impression! Great service, courteous, timely. My nails service was excellent with perfect skills. Lee, my nail tech is WONDERFUL. He pays close attention to detail (which I love) Very skilled. Got a dip nail with tips. Perfect shape & color & CHROME! :) Pedicure was terrific as well. Gloria Rodriguez Went here about a year ago, just now remembering to review. The pedicure was great and the two ladies were very friendly. I loved the acrylic nail design. BUT they only stayed on for 4 days…. My job and activities don’t require me to be rough with my nails. So not sure why the acrylic nails only lasted 4 days..

Wonder Wife We love this place! It was our first time to come here and now we will not choose any other place to go! They were so nice to my daughter and I! They made her feel so comfortable and she loved all the pink! I loved the Blue blood pedicure I got! KK, Ying, and Milky were so great! I loved how they make you feel relaxed! What a great place. Conswella Jackson Due to COVID, I know all the salons now are booked to capacity with scheduled appointments. My daughters birthday is tomorrow (Sunday, Aug 22nd). Last year I was in an accident on this very day, and the night prior she asked if she could get her nails done. I told her no because they never last long but she has been so patient and caring during all the procedures Ive been undergoing so I wanted to surprise her. I was in so much pain the previous day that nails were the last thing on my mind, but after shopping around and readying reviews I decided to setup an appointment with Princess de Nails. Ms. KK was able to help me with surprising her by working her in today. We were more than pleased with the outcome. These kind sweet spirit ladies were absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend!

Erikka Hope I’m new to lindale couldn’t find one nail salon I liked here so I found diva nails had good reviews I called them and asked if they could possibly fit me in that day and they did when usually you have to make a appointment, we’ll long story short kk stayed a hour after close to redue my nails to my liking which I felt so bad for but she insisted she did them and they were AMAZING she still took her time she’s very very detailed and I’m not talking about just designs I’m talking about cuticles extra skin she goes above and beyond for her clients , I went again today and once again I’m in love with her work she really cares about her customers and you can tell ! Tiffany Poole Best nail salon around! I always get the cat eyes! Have gone to several in the area and this is the only one I keep going back to. I did one time have 3 of my nails chip and Kassi honored her work and fixed them for free even though I broke them. Mimosas and other drinks available! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the nails dont pop off and look great every time!!

Candice Baker (inspiration picture is attached) I came in yesterday around 5 o’clock to get my nails done before I left for vacation. I didn’t leave till almost 9 o’clock. Extremely understaffed. I had to wait almost an hour in the middle of getting my nails done before I could get my design. I didn’t even get what I asked for! I asked for the ghost and flowers with a black square nail. I paid 70 dollars and I still tipped an extra 10 dollars. I tried to communicate I didn’t like what she was doing. I’m so embarrassed I have to go on vacation with these on my hands. I will not be back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! ( you can see SEVERAL flaws below)

Alicia Jackson guy had to go over my nail 3 times and restart, still does not look good. choppy, not smooth, did not remove callus, promised a 15% discount at the beginning for pedicure, and then proceeded to tell me that they did not offer discount. the manager is the only one that does good in that nail establishment. talking calmly the other employee with long dark hair started raising her voice and talking about us to other employees. little do they know, we know Vietnamese. finally got to talk to the manager that was very respectful and helpful. i will not be back with this $20 gift card UP FOR GRABS.

Alicia McDaniel I go here every 3 weeks for a pedicure. I’ve always had a good experience until yesterday. The technician did an absolutely horrible job. He didn’t do any cuticle work or prep the skin around my nails. My nails are uneven and not shaped. The gel polish looks like it’s grown out instead of freshly done. Really disappointed on follow up from management. Update: I spoke with the manager who was so kind. She graciously offered for me to come back to have my nails redone. The technician did such a wonderful job and I felt so taken care of. The manager even followed up with me after to make sure I had a good experience. This is my go to nail salon in Tyler and I will continue to come here and recommend to friends as well.

I wasnt talked out of what I wanted. Rio and the manager ( I didnt get her name) worked on my nails together as a team! They are perfection! I have been to a lot of nail places. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN TYLER, in my opinion. The decor is so beautiful! The building is spacious and one of the cleanest nail spas in Tyler. EVERY nail tech was so polite and respectful. Zoe Ebarb My absolute favorite place to get my acrylics done! The staff is precious & sincerely listens to every request & pay attention to detail. I typically get long nails, but decided to get short this time around & can confirm that they excel at both!! If you’re willing to spend the extra penny to be trendy, definitely try out the cat eye nails!!

Anna Gunter I have not been this happy with my nails and such a long time. I decided to give majestic nail spa a try because of good reviews in a group I am in on fb and I am so glad I did. They were very attentive. They took their time and my nails came out looking exactly how I wanted. I also got my toes done. I am extremely ticklish and the nail tech did a great job minimizing it! I cannot recommend them enough. If you want an amazing experience please come visit. I went for my birthday and they even played happy birthday over the intercom and gave me a little gift. Jessica Betts This is such a cute salon and goes above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. I booked in advance (which is a must since it’s a small salon) and came here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. The owner blocked out her schedule to accommodate all of us and even let us bring in our own catered snacks and drinks. There were a ton of neutral colors to pick from and I was very happy to find out that they don’t cut your cuticles (I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with having my cuticles cut that ended in a terrible infection from another nail salon). Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and would return. Highly recommend for special events too!!

Christina Raabe I love this nail salon and go any time I am in town!! The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have both gel and performance polish (which is no-chip for 7-10 days, I believe, dries within 3-5 minutes, and comes off easily when youre ready to take it off with normal nail polish remover!) I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service you get here. So much better than the other places in town where they are herding people in and out with little care to the quality of their products and customers experiences!

Julieann Hughes I loved going here to get mine and my daughters nails done here. My nose is very sensitive to harsh smells, so I cant handle chemical smell that most nail salons give off. The staff is amazing and very sweet! My daughter loves how the dogs would curl up next to her when shed get her nails done. Now that we have moved out of state, we have yet to find a place that lives up to the Pink Roses standards!

They didn’t try and up charge you like most places do I got my nails and toes done and he was absolutely thorough with that leg/foot massage. They are only focused on who they are working on. Everything is very clean and sanitized, everyone is friendly, and Ive never had better nails. I dont even need tips on these for this length, theyre mine! They care about the health of your nail. Very creative also because I knew I wanted something Halloween but wasnt sure what exactly but she came up with this. Everyone loves it! Their selection for dip is massive too.

rengland en Tech was very nice and professional, paid 60$ was my first time going. Only did one color, solar not dip. Didnt get the first time customer discount came in on Monday. Didnt get charms or designs or any metallic colors. Not sure why I was charged extra for short nails now that I was asked by other customers why so much. I even gave a cash tip so the service was the price.

Andrea Davis Went in to get a full acrylic set done and with 4 charms and the 10% discount, my total came out to $85 after my tip and tax. The guy who did the prep and application of the plastic part of the base nails did a great job gluing them down (I’m posting this review exactly a week after getting them done and they are still holding on wonderfully and the design hasn’t even scratched or anything, and I’ve done yard work (with gloves on) cared for pets, and so much more, and they are still sturdy). Mary, the tech who did my nails, blew my mind with how well she recreated the image I had for inspiration. Highly recommend this shop, but be careful if you have lung or breathing issues, as there is little to no ventilation and it is STRONG in there. (As for the photos, the first one is the inspiration photo I found on Pinterest (artist unknown), the next two are the day of and the one with pink in the background is from exactly a week later, literally the same time I was writing this review). Katrina Korhonen I was a walk-in customer and was seated immediately for a manicure and pedicure, which I appreciated. The service was efficient, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, my nails were not fully dry when it came time to pay, which led to smudging as I tried to access my wallet and purse. Unfortunately, this caused some of my nails to become damaged before I even left the salon. To make matters worse, within just two days of my manicure, the nail polish began to peel off completely. I’ve never experienced nail polish lifting like press-ons, especially so soon after application. I had hoped for my nails to look great for my Thanksgiving visit to California to see family, but I was disappointed by the lack of durability in the polish. While the service itself was good, the quality of the manicure did not meet expectations for the price I paid. Typically, a manicure should last about two weeks, not two days.

I 100% recommend Posh because they are great at what they do and are kind/funny people. Kim is who has done my nails every time and she does an amazing job! I came before 6 and they didnt want to service me bc they had to be somewhere to be right after 6‼️ ide understand if I came literally 5:50-6 but I was there at 5:30 and still refuse to service me. Mindy Quimby Walked in for a pedicure and the staff was super friendly. I was seated right away and offered something to drink. Pedicure was excellent! The tech took his time and was sure to ask me if the water temp was okay and if he was hurting me at all while clipping and also made sure to ask if the color was okay after it was applied. The salon was very clean and relaxing. Also very reasonably priced!

Jess Bentley This was my first time visiting this nail salon. First let me say it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had, but then I got seated for my nails with a different tech. She worked very fast but not carefully. She drilled very roughly and then barely filed my nails. I said I didnt want square and you will see they were very wide and square. They werent really smooth or even, and felt not sealed if that makes sense...two days in one chipped completely off top from opening a car door. I emailed them and went back in and they still charged me a 10$ fee....I had just paid 55. I NEVER complain about nails but my work friend had the same experience here. If you need a good pedicure, this is your place but I wouldnt recommend for nails.

Erika Sletten I haven’t been to a nail salon in three years+ and I just wanted a regular dip nail. Lady I had was very rude, rushed the whole time, cut my cuticles and made my nails super thick. I asked her to keep them long she cuts them super short! (I now look like I have toddler nails) and I asked her to keep them longer cause I was trying to grow them out. Needless to say I was so upset after, I even cried in my car. Now I am having to waste my day by going to another salon to get them thinned out!!!!!! So upsetting for that amount of money!

Malarie Delgado Asked for pink chrome, nail tech states she didn’t know how to do it. So all my nails came out different shades. All my nails are different shapes and lengths, and lumpy from the dip. She cut four different fingers cuticles and blamed me for being tense. Well maybe I’m tense bc you’re cutting my cuticles up. I have tons of dried glue and dip powder on my nails and cuticles if you zoom in on the photos. I normally wouldn’t complain but this + a NORMAL pedicure costs me almost $130. The pedicure didn’t include anything fancy, no massage or hot towels or anything. Just a basic gel pedicure. I’ve never paid so much to have nothing fancy done. I will not be going here again due to how expensive it is and not even doing a good job. Staff was friendly and I’ll give them that.

T N I love this nail salon. I prefer to go early in the morning before they get really busy. Bill does my mania and pedis, and he does great job. He doesn’t rush, and he cares about the quality of the service. The salon is clean, and the staff are nice. I highly recommend.

Aliceann Wright Serenity nails is a wonderful neighborhood nail salon. I’ve been two times and both times have been a positive experience. It’s a small business with a good and clean atmosphere. The pedicure is affordable and Nancy did a great job with a good massage. I am also pleased with Lam’s work on my nails as I got dip with tips. They don’t have many people working and I am glad that I called ahead. But that’s what makes it a quality experience with their nail technicians able to give quality over quantity. I would definitely recommend Serenity Nail and will be back!

Carol Harvey Ive been going to Hollywood Nails for 11 years. Love the people, so nice, the conversations are great, they bring me a drink. I get a Mani Pedi and eyebrows. Fantastic!! The colors are so beautiful! Sometimes I get sparkles to accent my rings, sometimes seasonal colors, or for weddings and special family events. Love going there. My nails look wonderful and healthy.

Absolutely in love with my nails, exactly what I asked for, and they are always so friendly! Definitely recommend, but make sure you make a reservation because they are fairly busy!

A A I can tell the girl who did my manicure, Lisa, is new and doesn’t really know what she’s doing. But she definitely needs some work on her technique. My nails ended up thick, not smooth, every nail is a different shape and length. And 2 of my nails clear coat wasn’t even dry when cuticle oil got put on so that was ruined. Probably the worst dip manicure I’ve ever gotten honestly. She was sweet but I didn’t have time to battle with trying to get them re done. It is what it is.

I bring my own gel color, a certain shimmery red that I love to wear with my flight attendant uniform (which has a red scarf). The price for a fill and gel polish is currently $30. Holly Smith Acrylic Nails popping off after 5 days. I have photos with time/date details of when taken, but they refuse to re-do for free since I work out of state and cannot get back right away. She said they only gaurantee the work for 48 hours. I chose Kim Nails because of some positive reviews that I read here. Also people said that they had good prices. Unfortunately my experience was not as good. I called first to check on prices, they said Fill and gel is $30. But first he said $40, then changed to $35 as I did not understand how it went up $10 from the quote. Then he reminded me that he put 2 tips on my nails, I said "Oh yea- that is right, but not $10." So I agreed to pay $35. $2.50 per nail tip is too much, but whatever. I still tipped the guy $6.00. BUT the worst part of my experience is that my acrylic nails are coming off! FIVE days after I got them done, the pinky nail just popped off as I was adjusting my belt! There was not any hard pressure on my nails that wouldve made that happen. That happened on a Saturday night after the nail place would be closed, so I couldnt call them, AND Im a Flight Attendant - so I wasnt even in Texas and could not go back any time soon. The next morning ANOTHER nail came off! This time it was the Index finger. So now Im trying to work flights looking unprofessional with bandaids on my fingers. It has only been one week and a couple of days ago I thought it looks like several other nails might end up coming off. There is a bit of space between the acrylic and my nails. So I called Kim Nails to explain the problem. I also told the lady on the phone that Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I have never had a problem like this before. Sometimes I can go for 4 weeks without any nails coming off, in fact its pretty common. Unfortunately I do not get to a nail salon every 2 weeks, sometimes its 3 weeks and occasionly 4 weeks. My acrylic nails do not just pop off after 5 days. They may start getting loose AFTER 3 weeks. Ive been in customer service for over 35 years, if this happened to one of my customers I would be embarrassed and I would re-do the set for free.

tarva smith I’ve been going there for years. I went back to get a set if acrylic nails and the deluxe pedicure. No prices posted like they use to be. I asked for a clear tip and light pink powder. I’m reading on my phone and trusting what Kim is doing. I look up and she has dark pink powder on my nails already. I told her she didn’t put the right color on! She said we fix next time this color stronger. Needless to say they looked awful. Like pepto bismol chicklets! I was trying to be nice. Then the pedicure was mediocre. Her sister left the dry callous on one foot that I actually went in there over. I go to pay and it was over $100.! I was so disappointed. I called about 3 days later after my co workers laughed at the nails. I went back in and she acted mad and put on what I originally asked for. She made them so thin the thumb cracked that day! I’m tired of paying ppl to do mediocre work. They think they can get away with this because I’ve gone there for so long. I hear there’s a lady at Salon Boutique that does great work!

Katrina Streckert This was my first time here and I was very pleased with the results. I hardly ever get my nails done so they really helped me to make what I had in mind come to life. These are a white dip powder with silver/gold cat eye effect polish over top of the dip powder. I LOVE how they turned out! They had JUST gotten in the cat eye polish too so I’m glad they now have it available. Victoria is the one who did my nails. Walk-ins accepted!

Jessica Cantu oday I had a removal of old nails and a new set with shellac. A honey green tea pedicure with shellac and the ALL NEW hair spa!!! It was a magnificent experience. The atmosphere has always been top notch as I visited with my husband for pedicures but they’ve stepped up the game with new services and a remodel! Definitely give them a try if you’re looking for a home spa for nails and more or if you’re not satisfied where you are!

Veronica Martin First visit here. Ivan was very nice and apologetic for the wait. He did my nails perfect ! I will be returning. Update: I’ve been coming here for a while. I switched over to shellac with my natural nails. The first time I got it, the polish had streaks. It was very bumpy. Poor application. I came back the next day and Ivan fixed them. They looked great. My natural nails were long and sturdy. I came back 3 weeks later for a polish change. No breaks at that time. The same guy that messed up the first time did my nails again. Idk why I gave him another chance. He buffed my nails very thin when removing. They are all broken to the point they are sore. My nails are literally broken in half on the nail bed. I had to file them down myself. I’ve never had this issue before with shellac. Ivan and his wife are great but the guy that sits on the last row in the middle should not do shellac. He is very nice though. They also do great pedicures here.

If your not wanting a massage with your pedicure then Best Nails and Spa is perfect!! Instead of a massage they just wipe down your legs like their wiping down a window, its really great! The best part was leaving feeling like the biggest inconvenience. Ive worked in the beauty industry for years and I understand difficult clients and situations. However, my nail tech was straight up frustrated with me because I asked him to file my nails evenly. These are my real nails that are short. I figured when I told the front desk I wanted a shellac manicure, nail filing would be included. I wish I would have asked if thats an added service. Anyways, I realized If I didnt speak up I would be writing this same review with nails that look like I did them in a dark room. But instead, I am writing this review with a beautifully manicured set that I got done at another location after leaving best nails and spa. So, thank you Best Nails and Spa for the lack of costumer service! It led me to a different salon that actually listened and made me feel welcomed.

Karina Flores I have been to this place multiple times and usually it’s an ok job since I just get a one color dip and it’s a location close to home. But this will be the last time I go back, my nails were burning while I was getting them done and I told the man but he just said he will file down (maybe he didn’t understand what I meant). The man would rush and do many different other things at the same time. The rest of the whole day my nails were in pain!!! I liked how my nails looked except for 3 of them that were bumpy and not even but the pain and discomfort my nails have been all day after that is horrible and I will for sure not go back anymore!

I thought the price was 45, but they charged me 51. But they did a good job, just pricy. Very chill spot. I’m editing my review because my birthday nails did not last a day. Then when I went in to fix, they did a completely fix but they didn’t fix them properly, then the charged me 25 to take them off. For 5 dollars a nail I expect way better quality nails. Also only the guy tech is good.

Sweet Cruz First time there Sunday night. I entered & ky was all smiles and they were all so respectful. I already knew I was going to have a great time. Everything was cleaned they even had a super cute Christmas tree! They had soft music and offered me drinks. I never felt rushed or felt like my service was being rushed to get me out. Brandi Baker I normally only go to a certain salon in Henderson but was pressed for time since I work in Tyler. The people were nice and the salon was clean. My nails were horrible. I have been getting dip nails for years now and I know the process very well. Normally they harden with every coat but they were gel like after every coat and took forever to get hard. Within one day one of my nails chipped. Then another a day later and then 3 days later another broke. Needless to say I am not happy with the quality of my nails and unfortunately will not be back.

The staff have never turn our walk-ins down and they get to us quickly every time, even staying later and not rushing making sure we are 100% satisfied. We usually come in for nails, eyebrow waxing, eyelash extensions & pedicures. Our nails & eyelash extensions stay on longer than anywhere else we have been. Conversation & beverages are great & the place is very clean! It’s a great relaxing place to go get everything you need at one spot!

savanna I am new in town and was unsure of what nail spots are good in town, I stopped by the nearest one and I definitely had some doubts. From the outside it wasn’t the most appealing since the area isn’t so nice, when first walking in it was surprising clean and organized. The type of nails I get are always long and extra which isn’t always the easiest to do, that’s why I’m very iffy on how and who does them but Tammy took care of me. She was a little hesitant on doing the nails that I showed her but in the end she pulled through! They turned out amazing and for such a great price, she was the absolute best! If you’re looking for an affordable option this is the place to go.

Denise Rose hi I need to change my review from a few years ago. I STOPPED going because I came about a hour before they closed and NOBODY wanted to do my nails. I told them I would wait, it’s not a problem….. but they CLEARLY didn’t want to do it…. They kept saying “come back tomorrow!!!” I did not live in town. I ended up leaving and called another nail shop and I been faithfully going to Angie’s ever since!!!

Martha Buford Dropped in to get gel nails removed. Was asked if I wanted my nails cleaned off? I was there to get the nail polish off! I expected clean natural nails. The technician took 45 min to remove the gel and left nail polish on the edges of more than half my nails. Not returning.

Ayy Bay I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get a powder set and pedicure. Got my nails done on a Wednesday they were off by Saturday. I called for 4 days straight never got an answer. Drive to tyler just for the lady to tell me u know sometimes nails don’t last. Well for $45 I expected nails to last longer than that. I’m talking to her and she just starts ignoring me. Worst service ever I guess the clot has got to their head.

Devin Madewell I very seldom leave a review especially a negative one. But here goes. I will say that price isnt bad that is the one positive thing that I have about the experience. However, I came in for a gel shellac manicure for 15$ you cant beat that price. So here is where the issue comes to play. I had one of my gels start lifting in the corner before I even left. I came back to show the nail technician she said she couldnt fix it and focused in on the black nail polish on it that she didnt remove fully (that wasnt even my complaint) my issue was the gel coming up off of my middle finger nail. So a friend met me at the salon to help better explain the problem. After talking with the technician who messed up my nail and one other tech ,who finally said okay and had me soak the gel off. They then left me sitting there for over an hour with the one nail soaking. Then when asking about who was going to fix the nail I was called a liar about the whole thing. Honestly, even for the 15$ price point the experience as a whole was not worth it. I would not recommend it.

Holly Henderson Been going here for over 15 years. Know the techs by name! I asked my usual person to do a specific nail, he said he could. By the end of my visit my nails were nothing close to what I had requested and look absolutely terrible. I commented stating I was not happy with my service and was going to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed( I was in his chair over 2 hours btw) and he told me I am no longer allowed in his business. They have cheap prices and I should have remembered “you get what you pay for”

Moving back from Dallas to Tyler I needed a nail tech to do a last minute set so I thought to come here. I asked for a simple black V French tip with a charm and I got exactly that but very ugly and not detailed :( they were bulky, my cuticles were not cut, the acrylic was on my cuticles. This has to be the worst set ever. Truly will never come back and just stick to independent nail techs. I also paid 75$ for this and still left a tip. The most rushed nail set ever.

Rebecca M Evans I was visiting from Michigan and came to this place to get my nails taken off and a new set. This lady with shoulder length hair and highlights had started on my nails and didn’t examine my nails at all just started clipping my nails and went all the way down to my pinky nail bed and I started bleeding. I asked her how long she have been doing nails because she didn’t even look at how long my nail bed was and she was just doing a lousy job taking off nails. So she passes me to a guy that doesn’t know how to do nails. He did a horrible job. It was so dark in there so I could really see well after he was done. I didn’t tip well because he kept asking me to get something else instead of what I want. I will never return to this place. The next day my nails was already lifting up on the side and I noticed right away that they were uneven. I was visiting from Michigan and I didn’t have time to go back the same day. Went back the next day and the owner of the salon says for an extra $20 he will fix them. I already spent $45 on this ugly set. Abigail Phillips I was able to get the prettiest nails ever at Aloha! They do such a great job at listening and caring about how you want to get your nails done. While I was there, Vida and Jason helped take care of me. Vida is super kind, has a bubbly personality, and is did literally what I asked for! If you want PERFECTION, Vida is your girl! As far as details go, Jason is your man! He did the little star on my nails and it turned out spectacular! WOW I’ve never have been so happy with my nails in my LIFE. I like never leave reviews, but this place is just AMAZING!!!

Val Herrera My nail technician was Philip and he is the sweetest and did an awesome job with my pedi. You see the passion he has with his work.. I DEFINITELY recommend coming to Aloha and seeing Philip. I will of course be back to see him! Thank you Philip.

I’m very OCD so I’m very particular about my nails and they always take care, “fix” or reshape without issue or frustration. And look at these Holiday nails?!!! fernanda garcia Very bad service. My first time here and definitely my last. The lady doing my nails asked me to choose a color only to put the wrong one on. To make matters worse, her way of fixing it was adding the correct color on top of the one she initially put on without removing it. I waited half an hour with my nails under the fan and they weren’t drying at all. At this point I was done waiting so I brought it up to the lady and she didn’t even know what to say. It was near closing time so I told her I would come back tomorrow so she could fix my nails. Since the nail polish didn’t dry at all, my nails were completely ruined within five minutes of leaving the nail salon. Came back the next day and a different lady, with a very sour attitude, helped fix the horrendous mess I had on my nails. Overall I had a horrible experience here and even to the point I started walking out of this salon I did not receive a single apology. Please find a different nail salon, save yourself the trouble.

Rachel Baker Been there several times. They over charge and try to upgrade everything. My daughter picked nail polish from the wall and they switched to gel and didnt tell me. There were roaches in the bathroom. I asked for a manicure only for dip. Which didnt last. The chairs didnt work. So disappointing and they want to upscale instead of being honest and giving the customer what they want.

Jalisa Johnson If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not waist your time or your money with these people. For one there is no customer service at all. Then they do a horrible job with nails and dont try and make it right. I went in to get a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows done. When she got to my manicure I asked for Shellac and midway through Im noticing she just rushing through, my right hand never soaked she just started on it and the left only soaked because she was working on the right. Then she was clipping my cuticles but again rushing through it and they looked untouched. Didnt want to say anything I just wanted to get my service and leave but when she went to put the polish on it was horrible. It was clumpy and looked like my 5 year old did it. So I asked to fix the polish three different times for 3 different nails and Im hoping I dont have to say anything cause I know she is seeing this. Instead of taking the polish off and repainting the 3 clumpy nails she uses her fingernail, scrapes a little bit off the side and tried to paint over it. Im like you can not do that its still clumpy!!!!! Her manager comes over and Im showing her look at my nails they look bad and it just my regular nails with orange polish. The manager ask do you want her to fix it or take it off. I said I want it fixed I have asked her 3 times already just to fix it. Then the girl says I cant fix it. I said well just take it off. When she took it off my nails looked worse than they did before I went in she left chips of paint and u could clearly see she had not clipped my cuticles good. I told em I wasnt Paying for the manicure, just my toes and eyebrows and she got mad called the police. It was a horrible mess, and waist of time and money. Plus Its now 6:15, I gotta catch a flight early in the morning and cant even get a regular manicure cause now the other shops are closed or closing annnddd imma have to pay them for what u were supposed to do. We finally agreed on 15 dollars just for the manicure but Im still mad about that because its the fact that you run a business of professional, I asked you to fix something I was unsatisfied with, you couldnt and wanted to still charge me money for the mess you made and have a attitude about it. I see now why it was 2 people in there from 3-6 something when I left. I know it was just 15 dollars extra but Its the principal for me and a complete waist of time. Going on tv Thursday and imma be sure to let the city know please stay away from this place. No way they should still be open.

Ilene Martinez Was just there Pedicure was fine my manicure was not what i asked for so many bubbles i wanted my natural nail painted and they look so thick maybe it was to many coats of the gel polish idk but theres so many bubbles ! I didnt like the outcome at all of my manicure and they charged me 150$ for 3 pedicures and 2 manis one was a child and it was literally just painted she told me 65 for mine 25 for the child and 30 for the other pedicure and she charged me 150 ! I will not be back

Tiana Robbins I originally paid for two nails to hey covered with a heart but wiped it off because it got smeared before the top coat got put down. Some of them are shaped weird and some didn’t get sealed all the way. Paid five for the nails with the two hearts and even though I left with one heart paid for both and still left a five dollar tip because they were sweet. Not happy with them.

LaRhonda Jones I give the guy who does the pedicures 5 stars because to me he’s the best in the city of Tyler…Now the lady who does nails NO NO and NO I had a pic of a simple manicure and she did NOT do what I asked not even near it! I’m too ashamed to post the picture but it cost me $65 for a style I did not want nor like! I’ll never get my nails done here but I’ll faithfully come to get the pedicures!!!!

Calandra Jones I visited this salon for the first time last week. I got my nails done and a pedicure, so I ended up spending over $100. What I love about the shop is the location and its very nice and spacious inside. There was an initial mishap with my nails, I got clear dip with white French tips, but I went back and Mrs. Lin did an excellent job at fixing it. She re-did my entire nails at no changed and that was literally the fastest anyone has ever done my nails. I commend her for her customer service and willingness to fix a mistake. I would definitely recommend this place because most other nail places would not care whether you are satisfied or not, especially after you leave.

Jessica McLean I came in today as a walk in and my first time there. Lyn took GREAT care of me! She had my long stiletto nails done in about 30 minutes and they were prefect! I will be making this my new nail place!

Soha Choudhry To start off, customer service was good. Everyone was nice and helpful. I wanted holiday nails to feel festive. I haven’t got dips in a long time so I wanted a nice relaxing experience! I wanted mani and pedi ,so I chose out my colors. The lady at the front desk helped me by finding my nail color. I got seated on the pedicure chair, and the guy who did my pedicure was really nice. Later, a teen girl came to do my nails. She sat next to me and started doing my nails. A lot of things I noticed was she kept putting my fingers in the dip about 5 times. I told her I didn’t want bold or bubble nails, and she said I know. I thought they did a different process. Also, she was drilling my nails but she did it so unprofessionally, she drilled my finger. Which is now swollen but the way! She was about to put the clear polish on top to make it glossy, but it was way too thick. I told her, and she said sorry and tried to fix it with the drill. It was still too bold, so I told her. She said I should have just got gel. I have been doing dips for a long time, I know this isn’t what you do. After she was done with my nails it was bubbly and bulky. After I was done, I went to the cash register, and told the lady. She told me it was fine, and that’s how dips work. At that point, I didn’t want to remove them because it was 43$. She said come back in 2 weeks if you wanted to get them removed. I told her it was fine I guess, and just left as fast as I could. That girl obviously needs some training, she did horrible! To also mention, I have been coming here for almost 2 years. They obviously changed their service. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Natasha Rasco I am rating 2/5 for the recent visit alone in which I received a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was highly enjoyable, as they always are, at this establishment. My manicure, however, left much to be desired. The entire mani was maybe 10 mins from start to finish and it shows. The staff was very friendly to me so the rating is based off quality of work alone. Nails are misshapen, un-even lengths, and clean up care was not done. See photos for details. I did not ask for a correction because I am oh, no... not twice you dont kind of gal.

Gertha Holmes I have been coming here for 2 years and I am never disappointed. My last set lasted a month before one broke off at work. But today !!! My girl Lynn has out done herself. I found an amazing nail shop called Nirvana’s nail spa in Tyler, Texas my go to man’s name is Kenny. I am so grateful I have found him. Julie Jett Lee took care of my 82 year old mom and Sam and Tina handled my super messed up feet and hands. Amazing work! My mom has mobility issues and very sensitive feet and Lee was perfect for her. Sam and Tina got me looking much better in record time. I think we have a new salon!

The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I didnt catch the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure (middle-aged, wears glasses), but he was amazing!

zainanusair I went to this nail salon today. I showed the girl what I wanted, and she said she could do it. But when she finished the first nail, I told her I didnt like it. Instead of understanding, she got mad and started yelling at me in front of everyone. She even demanded a bigger tip, saying it wasnt her fault. It was a really frustrating situation, I’ll never go there again. She left me with these nails.

Katie Tatum Technician did my mom’s nails nicely, and the people were pleasant, however my experience was not good. I had dip nails. My 1st photo was the same day I got my nails, it was done so thin, it broke. It was a mess around my cuticles and was hard to remove once I left. The clear coat has also chipped off since the day I got them so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

TeRika Brown Their service was horrible. I asked for gel they gave me powderkept saying it’s the same price idc I asked for gel & I wanted what I wanted I’m the one paying. The man pushed my phone down while I was trying to text my son back.( I wasn’t moving or in his way) My nails was ugly didn’t have any brushes to clean up the powder & stuff that was on my fingers. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.

Jen Lucy’s application of acrylic sucks. VERY UNEVEN with no apex nails going side ways. Had to come home and fix it my self. And then i tried telling her how messed up and ugly of a job she is doing but she is very insistent thats she is going to fix it and then doesn’t. You can’t correct her and she is VERY hard headed.

Estefany Velez I was really looking forward to a relaxing pedicure, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I wasn’t asked which pedicure I wanted—the tech just did whatever she wanted without giving me a choice. She told me to pick a color from the wall, but when I asked for the same shade in gel, it ended up being much darker and not what I wanted. The water was scorching hot, to the point that I couldn’t even put my feet in to enjoy it. The tech didn’t adjust the temperature until it was time to rinse off the exfoliating scrub, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the entire pedicure was rushed—she finished in about 15 minutes and was on the phone telling someone she was leaving soon. The worst part was that she cut my cuticles so aggressively that I bled. The polish was also poorly applied, leaving a bubbly finish. Overall, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience, but this was far from it. I wouldn’t recommend this salon unless they take better care of their clients and improve their service.

Genesis Indira-Ambriz I got there, and they sat me right away to soak off my previous set and then forgot I existed. The tips of my fingers and my thumbs got chemical burns. Its almost been a week, and my hands are still dry from the damage. I stayed to finally get the set I asked for, which was a light pink/peachy square French set--you know what I got? I got a regular white tip French set, even though when he asked his boss if that was it, I corrected him and said politely, no, I want peach pink tips. He completely ignored me. I also had initially asked for a white flower on my ring fingers and this man was going to put a sticker, I would have understood if he couldnt create nail designs but he waited last minute to tell me thats what he was going to do. The placement of said sticker was not even good or even. So I politely asked him to take off the sticker before it ruined them even more and asked for top coat. I decided then I would just write a review and never go back, which I dont usually do but I feel wronged. I will say after I rejected this mans sticker, he did tell the manager and she offered to do the design for me, which was nice but I declined. I was in pain and I really wanted to leave. She asked if I was OK after the service and I shouldve made a scene and explained how i felt but I chose to leave. Because in that moment I felt awful, I really just needed to breath fresh air. I forgot to mention my nails were soaking for 2 hours. This place does have really great prices, the set I got was just 45 dollars and touldve been 65 had I gone else where. Vanessa Medina Let’s start by saying that I was the customer walking in at 7:10PM asking if it was too late to get my nails done when they closed at 7:30. He said no and sat me down and got to working. Chin did an amazing job with my dip nails! He took his time and paid attention to detail enough though he was staying late! Don’t worry! I left Chin the tip he deserved and I will be back later this week to get the pedi done next! If you go here you should definitely ask for Chin! He will do an AMAZING job!

Tonya Kelson Every time I go Chin gets my nails perfect and he pays attention to how the customer wants it to look. This is definitely where I’ll be going. Went today and was most definitely pleased.
