Apple Red Not even a one star... I brought a Wahl shaver brand new, and when I opened it, it had alot of broken pieces and they didnt wanna take it back when I even took my receipt.

Austin Davis Had no idea what my fiance was sending me in for and the young lady working the counter knew everything that I needed even though I didnt have a clue.

Bonnie Lasko Good products but some of the girls are a little rude, not all of them though. Make sure you don’t forget to put that mask on, they will give you the what for look!

Gabby J Ramirez The manager is rude and this store doesnt carry all the products that other sally stores carry. I went in to get Morgan Taylor polishes because I recieved a email that they were on sale the same day and the manager was argumentative.

amber lindsey Poor customer service.... actually zero customer service. The kid stood at the register and stared out the window the entire time I aimlessly wandered the store. Acknowledge your customers.

Something Or Another I understand appointment only shops...but its frustrating when you walk in and there is barbers available just sitting around in the shop. Then say they dont have openings until Monday...like its Saturday late morning. So...if you think so highly of your product to only take appointments then enjoy the pool...must be really comfortable with income that they dont need walk ins. And instead of being a salesman about it..Im not even considering making appointments...seems like today is just not my day to get a hair cut. Guess Ill go to Tyler for my fade up
